When I order a genuine product from Kodak, I expect it to be packaged as Kodak sells it. These two cartridges have bogus label on them not at all like the Kodak label. And no Kodak box. Great product terrific buy from the seller. I found out the printer was broken before the product arrived so returned it refund was quick but not painless. Be advised if you return an item Amazon will take you to the cleaners on return postage and deduct the outrageous shipping charge ($11.00) to your refund. Do not request a UPS pickup of the options they give you pack and ship it yourself.
