Sdhc Card - hd video, memory card
I bought a Panasonic Lumix 14MP camera after my 7MP Sony focus stopped working. The camera needed some memory, so I started looking at all the options.
The Lumix does 720p video, which takes up a lot of space. Shooting video also requires a fairly fast transfer rate, so I started reviewing different card classes.
Class 2 - not fast enough.
Class 4 - maybe fast enough, but that 'possibly not' made me start looking at Class 6 and 10.
Class 10 - definitely fast enough, but way too expensive for what you get. I don't want to spend more on a memory card than I spent on the camera.
Class 6 - looks like the right speed and price-point for what I want.
My (then) fiancee and I were planning a trip to Hawaii, so I anticipated shooting many pictures and videos. 16GB should do.
When I popped the card in the camera, no formatting was needed, and it just worked. Great!
I shot a few pictures and video around the house.
I took the memory card out, put it in the SD card slot in my Dell E6400 laptop.
Copying the files from the card worked at about 15MB - 18MB/sec. Not bad, when the card shows 20MB/sec max speed.
I copied files to the card, and got roughly 12MB - 14MB/sec transfer rate. That's pretty good for writes to flash memory.
With decent transfer rates and the right amount of capacity, we went to Hawaii.
I shot multiple days of pictures and a couple 720p videos, never having to offload anything from the camera to the laptop.
After a week, we went to Kauai. We had a 1 hour helicopter tour scheduled the next day, so I decided to offload everything to the laptop so I could start with an empty memory stick.
During the flight, I switched back and forth between 14MP pictures and full 720p video. The camera was shooting something almost the entire hour, and I ended the flight with approximately ~50 pictures of space left. Nice.
Check out the final video here (view in 720p full screen for the best picture):
[...]
Overall, I am very satisfied with the memory card. It does the job, and I didn't need to spend the extra cash on the class 10 card. 16GB is enough capacity, although I would recommend 2 cards (and 2 batteries) if you are going to shoot 720p video for multiple days. SanDisk Extreme HD Video - Flash memory card - 16 GB - Class 6 - 133x - SDHC
When you're in tune with your photo equipment you can tell when something just feels right. My older Canon point-and-shoot always seemed just a little quicker when using a SanDisk class 4 card. When I ordered my new Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ40 14.1 MP Digital Camera with 24x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 3.0-Inch LCD (Black) I looked at a lot of SD cards but ended up ordering this class 6 SanDisk Extreme HD. I wanted a class 10 but let's face it, they are really expensive, so I hoped this class 6 would work out. The camera not only shoots 14.1 megapixel HD stills but records 60 fps HD 1080i video as well. After using the camera and card for about a week this card seems a good overall choice.
With this SanDisk class 6 there is no lag whatsoever when shooting in any of the video modes from 30 fps jpeg. to 60 fps 1080i superfine. To verify the quality, I played the video back on a 46" 1080p HD tv and could find no dropouts or jitter. What amazed me is that there was no lag at all even when shooting 220 fps to make a slow motion video. Ok, the card is great for video and should work well for any HD camcorder.
Switching to normal camera mode the card was excellent for rapid shots and didn't hold the camera back when shooting at 14.1 megapixels super fine in any size format including 1:1, 4:3, 16:9 and so on. Note I did say "normal" mode. The Panasonic has several burst modes including 11 fps at 14.1 megapixels with mechanical shutter. Shooting at 11 fps required a couple of seconds for recovery after the last shot. When shooting 60 fps at 3.5 megapixels with the electronic shutter, 10-12 seconds were required to finish writing to the card before another shot could be taken. Was this due to the card or to the camera? I don't know and I don't have the equipment or knowledge to make a factual determination. Realistically how often does anyone but a professional photographer need to shoot at this speed? I may buy a single class 10 card to determine if it is faster in this particular camera.
A couple of days ago I happened on a website that tested a variety of SD card brands and types and a few CF cards as well. Using 11 Canons, 9 Nikons, and 1 Sony DSLR they tested each card in each camera in a variety of ways. Although this particular card wasn't tested a pair of SanDisk Extreme III cards either composed the top 10% for speed or were within the top 10% in each test. The SanDisk cards as a whole seemed to perform better than comparable cards from other manufacturers. Sadly Amazon would not let me post the link to that site in my review even though I tried twice. I think links can be posted in comments so I may ask someone to log in and provide the link in a comment.
SanDisk cards may be more expensive than other brands but they always seem perform better than other cards. In six years of using SD cards I've never experienced a failure with SanDisk. As an additional benefit when buying a SanDisk Extreme or Extreme Pro you get a link and a code to download a free copy of RescuePro software which can help recover images or videos that were accidentally deleted or from a corrupted card. It doesn't work 100% of the time, but at least you have a better chance of recovery than if you don't use it.
If you're serious about your pictures or videos, you need a SanDisk Extreme card.
I've bought two of these now, product is great, as a professional photographer SanDisk always serves me well, these were bought for a new video camera and I expect as much from them as the ones I have for still photography. Service was good and shipping time was excellent. Would certainly buy from them again.... - Hd Video - 16 Gb - Sandisk - Memory Card'

Button Batteries - button batteries, battery
Unfortunately, after going to 3 stores, no one had the CR2032 battery. I checked Amazon, and as is usually the case, not only did they have them in stock, but I paid the same price for 5 as I usually do for 2. And I didn't have to leave the house. Batteries are top quality Energizer with an expiration date well into the future. Bottom line: stock up before you need them at a very good price. Think 5 is too many? With the expiration well into the future, you can buy them now and still have fresh batteries on hand. Energizer 2032 Battery CR2032 Lithium 3v (1 Pack of 5)
I just received this item after ordering it on the weekend. Every one of the five batteries was dead on receipt, so back they go to Amazon.
There was no date on the packaging other than a copyright of 2006, so I have no idea how old they are.
I received the items as ordered. The batteries didn't last long, around 2 weeks for each battery. Which was for the delay in rating the item. I thought it was maybe just one or 2 batteries out of the original order that may have been bad. When I discovered that it wasn't, or that it wasn't because of the device they were used in, (as evidenced by the exact brand of battery purchased elsewhere and the device works fine), I submitted my feedback.
Once I had submitted my feedback, the seller IMMEDIATELY called me and asked me to remove it. Stating they were a "family company and feedback like this could hurt them." They said they would send out a new batch if I removed the feedback. I refused until the new product arrived and I was able to assure the quality of the product. After the phone call, I received an email telling me it was more likely a device issue and not the batteries themselves. They were rude and incredibly condescending on the phone. The email(s) I have received leave little in grammatical efforts and their spelling is pathetic. IN NO WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM ARE THEY PROFESSIONAL BY ANY STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION. I have since asked them to NOT send a replacement batch and to refrain from ANY further contact due to their lack of professionalism and rude demeanor via phone and email. There's no such thing as a good excuse and as far as I can tell, this company makes every effort to ensure they are not held responsible and purely look for the positive feedback. If one looks through any poor rating they have earned, it is followed by a seller's response with it being someone else's fault.
I would not recommend them purely out of fear they would "bully" to get positive feedback. I am completely appalled by their business practices and lack of ethics.
Before I bought this, I read a lot of reviews stating that these batteries were old. And as far as I can tell, they are. They had a copyright date of 2006. But Batteries tend to have a long shelf life if not in use, and who is to say that the copyright date is necessarily the same date as manufacturing. So as of now, I have no problems with these batteries. I'm using them in a Sega Saturn, and it hasn't died after a month. I'm satisfied enough. Typically this type of battery is supposed to last about a year inside of a Sega Saturn, so with the five in the pack, I would expect them to last that long, and if so, it's not a bad deal considering just buying one of these batteries from Radio Shack would cost more then buying a 5-pack online.
+
Great deal, really the best way to get CR2032.
These cells are fresh, made in Japan with a date code of KA {January 2011}
Date code on batteries themselves,..NOT the packaging 'copyright' date.
**recommended**

Had purchased some of the "low cost" batteries in the past for the Alltrax EXRAY digital speedometer but they just didn't last. The Energizers batteries work great and last like the originals. The speedometers require better batteries and now our customers will be very happy. Will definitely buy from RMC again, fast service at a good price. - Button Batteries - Battery - Lithium Battery - Watch Batteries'

Detail Sanders - flush cut, oscillating saw
I purchased this for my husband as a birthday present and he loves it. In our very old house no room is level or without awkward angles. This tool has helped him create trim work for various rooms. He also finds it helpful with projects on his boat. He says it is the best gift he has received in years.
Fein MultiMaster FMM Limited Edition Fein MultiMaster FMM Limited Edition
This was an upgrade from my old Fein detail sander. What a great little tool. The improvement of tool less cutter head change is a wonderful improvement. The variable speed function is another plus. This is a must have tool if you are a professional or a home handy man like me. Expensive, yes. But in tools you can buy cheap, but you will replace that tool many times over. - Oscillating Saw - Flush Cut - Fein - Multimaster'

Blackberry Storm - blackberry storm 9530, blackberry storm
I was really loking forward to receiving the phone and when I did it was unlock but for some reason I am unable to use my GSM sim card in it. It keeps saying insert sim. It had two screws missing from in the back of the phone which causes an opening at the bottom back of the phone. This was not indicated in the description any at all and now I am unable to use it. BlackBerry BB 9530 Storm 9530 Unlocked GSM and Verizon World Phone with 3.15 MP Camera, Touchscreen (Refurbished) - Unlocked Phone - No Warranty - Black
I bought this from OEM Shop since a reviewer had advised that they had a better "refurbished" product than others seemed to. It was my first time purchasing anything refurbished (It wasn't for me :D ). My purchase arrived well ahead of schedule.
There was no original box as i had hoped, just some plain white box with a window. One of the ends of the 2 USB cables provided seemed to have been broken and glued on. It was funny to see!!
I had to replace the stuck on protective screen since it appeared dirty, plus it was not applied properly in the first place!! I noticed a few scratches on the exterior of the screen after removing it but nothing to fuss about coz they were hardly noticable.
Then I had a problem getting my PC recognising the BB as a drive. It thought it was a faulty phone but it wasn't. I eventually found the correct software to make it work right (after about 3 days)!!
I'm happy with my "refurbished" product and i would buy again.
The charger that came with the phone wasnt an original blackberry charger adn could not charge the phone, not a very good first impression. Once i acquired a charger though everything seems to be working well, this is day 2. It was unlocked but it had to change a setting to global so it would accept by sim card. And yes this was the Verizon model. Im still trying to figure out how to get rid of the verizon symbol whihc appears when i switch it off.

Ipod Accessories - car charger, ipod accessories
I purchased this bundle package and an item was missing from the package. (USB Plug Extension) Also, the AC car adapter did not work with my ipod as advertised. The quality of the products are very cheap and to my opinion not even worth the cheap price that the bundle sales for. Ok. I said no big deal you get what you pay for and I was willing to take the lost. However, after leaving feed back that an item was defective and one was missing, the saler (DigitalsOnDemand) tried to resolve the matter by offering a refund and to ship the product that was missing providing that I remove the negative feed back. Well guess what? I removed the feed back and they didnt live up to their end of the bargan. Its been weeks and still no reshipment of the item promised and no refund.
Dont waste your time with this company they will only let you down in the end!
DigitalsOnDemand 15-Item Accessory Bundle for New Apple iPod Touch iTouch 4G 4th Gen Generation 8GB 32GB 64GB DigitalsOnDemand 15-Item Accessory Bundle for New Apple iPod Touch iTouch 4G 4th Gen Generation 8GB 32GB 64GB
it's all good stuff for the price. different cases (clear, black, etc) some apple cables (with a typo on the power plug -- might be cast-offs from product assurance that still meet usable specs) -- sure beats paying 30 - 40 dollars for just that charger at target / best buy / the mac store! and the cases that are 20 - 40 at those same stores, you get those with this too. i didn't need the aux cable or the splitter or the headphones, but everything else is great. i didn't have any problems with my retractable or the power charger or car charger like one of the other reviews had. i was really glad to find this whole bundle for that cost too, since i had just bought a 15 dollar car charger at the office supply store a week before (unopened, so returned).
One of the charging cables didn't work. The retractable cable didn't retract. The protective screen cleaner left lint on the glass screen. On the other hand, if you're a n00b who doesn't know what to really get for an iTouch *and* you can't find an accessory assortment for a cheaper price, start here. The assortment has the basics, and even comes with four very different slips / cases for your iTouch, so you can find out which style's the best for you. I think what I liked best about this product is that I didn't have to waste all that (bleeping) time clicking and shopping and browsing for four or five different iTouch accessories. I'd rather spend time on my iTouch, than shop for accessories for it.
I read the reviews of this product after I ordered it. If I had read it first, I would have never ordered anything from these people. I was hoping that it was just a coincidence that these people had defective items and was hoping that I would actually get something that was brand new and worked. NOTHING WORKED THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO WORK just like the people who wrote negative reviews. I have since filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and I am demanding a refund and new equipment that works and it brand new like advertised. That was a lie that we what received was new. The better business bureau says that I definitely have a claim and i don't care if I have to pay a ton of money, so be it. These people need to be shut down. There are pathetic.DigitalsOnDemand 15-Item Accessory Bundle for New Apple iPod Touch iTouch 4G 4th Gen Generation 8GB 32GB 64GB
i have this 15 items for a month, and everything are still in good condition. i love the crystal case its not hard, but its not soft, its like a hard rubber so its unbreakable, i like the lcd protector its easy to use and it is reusable, coz i tried to remove and wash it still the same and sticky, so if it has bubbles or some dirt just wash it and air dry. all electronic gadgets is working especially the chargers. leather case is of course synthetic, and decent enough. I RECOMMEND THIS TO YOU !!! but i purchased this for only $29.99 only, now they have increase a lot... :(
I bought this item for myself mainly for the car/wall charger. I got the item yesterday and was instantly happy with the purchase. The only thing in the bundle im worried about is the flip case. Reason is it has magnets that hold the flip part down and im afriad if an ipod is in the case for to long it might erase the hard drive.
Buy this bundle!
Having bought a similar kit for the previous generation iPod, I thought I knew what to expect. I am really impressed with this kit though. The headphones actually have good bass response, not to mention have the mic too, meaning I actually have a decent pair of headphones in case something happens to the originals that came with the ipod.
The "pleather" case fits snug, and the clip allows for easy access (which is nice for those spur of the moment quick photos you might want to take). The cases are great compared to some of the more expensive brands available at large department stores.
Must say, this was well worth the money to me. Good buy.
This is pure rubbish. The screen protector would not go on without bubbles and gaps (this is my 4th. iPod Touch by the way so experienced with this), the flip top jacket is made of plastic and worthless and the rest of the little plastic backings are junk. Item was missing the double jack connection but I have them from prior items. All in all, this is worthless and Amazon should take it off their site. I am sending it back and really don't care if I get a credit or a refund, I just think they should see how cheap and worthless this item is. I have since ordered a nice leather carrier for my new iPod 4 and had to go buy the screen protectors from a local shop.
This is a very nice kit for the price, I love the clear case as it shows the shiny back of the Ipod Touch without the Ipod Getting all scratched up. Some of the componets fee a bit cheap but for the price it's worth it. The clear case I can't stop raving about it as I love it and it is not cheaply made. The audio cables are gold plated and was very surprised to see that. Silicon Cases are nice however they do smell of Chinese rubber and had to be left out of the package for a week before the smell was gone. The only thing I have to complain about is the headphone fish because it is so small that you can't roll things up and I don't know why you would anyway. But for sure this is a MUST have for a new Ipod. - Screen Protector - Ipod Accessories - Car Charger - Case'

Outdoor Recreation - hooks, kids fishing
Okay, starting from the outside in:
The "tackle box" this comes in is useless (even if the latch hadn't been broken), I threw it away.
In the way of lures, there are a bunch of the usual cheap jigs and plastic worms that come with all these kits. If you've ever bought a tackle kit you've already got plenty of these. What you might not have are the two nice spoons and cute little spinner rig that are in here.
The selection of sinkers is excellent, with an assortment of split shot sinkers in three sizes plus a couple of sliding "bullet" sinkers I didn't have. The four floats are nice.
Most of the 137 pieces are hooks, of course. Unfortunately all of these are too small for anything but bait fish. They do come in a handy little container that will keep them from spilling all over my tackle box. There are also some small spinners and snaps that could be useful with very light tackle. The small pieces came in a little divided spin-top box that I'm holding on to.
The little hand held line is a joke as is the multi-purpose plastic tool. The stringer line will useful.
All in all, worth about what I paid for it. South Bend 137 Piece Deluxe Tackle Kit
For what I wanted and for what I paid, I got exactly that. The kit was complete and suited my requirements perfectly. There's enough of everything to set you up for an enjoyable fishing experience. The range of hook sizes is adequate and there's enough sinkers to go around. There's a few lures and a fly or two, just what you need to get started.
I actually got the "Pocket Size Fishing Survival Kit" with shipping it came to over $12.00. I found this at a local store and it is much better kit and you get free super saver shipping. This is a great kit with a lot of sinker, bobs, lures and so on. If using for an emergency kit you can throw the packaging out and use a zip lock bag.
I wish I would have found this kit first I would have bought it over the survival one and saved myself money and trouble.
These combo sets of gear are pretty easy to find around these parts. And for the most, not a bad deal. There is nothing to stop someone that is in the mind of setting some youngin' up for his first fishing trip from buying most or all of these items separately, but I seriously doubt you could do it for cheaper than what this kit is made up of for the price. Although its true that just about all these tackle kits that promise a whole lot of pieces end up being mostly made up of small stuff, its also true that in the world of fishing, (especially beginner fishing) you will end up needing a whole lot of that small stuff. To put it simply, this kit gives you one of the best broad set ups of beginner fishing gear, along with a lot of smaller items that one will end up losing much of anyway that I have come across for the price. Since a lot of things like hooks, split shot sinkers, and rubber worms are destined to end up tangled up in trees or lost to the briny deep in tangles, all these little items are pretty much needed in the quantities they offer. Also, even though the hooks and nothing else here is really designed for anything but small bait fish, its also true that this is no doubt a beginners set, mostly for kids I would say, that aren't exactly all that ready to take on "Jaws" anyway. I bought this set for one of my grand sons, along with a small tackle box and it all has come off and performed quite nicely on his first couple of fishing outings. (With the single exception of the floats offered, I suggest you buy a few more of those separately). I was very satisfied with the kit, and the tackle box I chose. ( a good quality little two tier Plano box. Link enclosed at the end of this review). Apparently a lot more satisfied than many other reviewers that bought a tackle box that was supposedly preloaded with tackle. A lot of the reviews I read on those either ended up being shipped without the gear, or the tackle that did arrive was very disappointing. Not so with this kit. This is a really nice little set of gear that is perfect for the beginner, comes with free shipping when bundled, and I highly recommend it right here on Amazon... Plano 2-Tray Tackle Box
This kit is not perfect by any means, but for the beginner and the price, it is way worth it. I needed a beginner kit and a line to keep fish on. This kit has almost everything you need to get started. The bobbers and really poor quality, as are the split shot. The lures and ruler and fish line and hooks, etc more than make up for that. If you need a kit to get started, I recommend it. Just don't expect it to be perfect.
This kit is fine for essentials but don't expect much more. Two of the bobbers didn't work and the eye's in the jigs either were completely sealed or weren't a complete hole. Just go to your local department store and pick up a set for the same price or less at equal to better quality.
I don't like giving negative reviews. However, truth be known - this is a pretty cheap item. Bought for a trip we were taking. Thought it would keep our tackle organized. The case cracked before we arrived and it continued to get worse...
I would buy a proper small tackle box and fill it with the equipment you need. - Kids Fishing - Hooks - Tackle Box - Outdoor Recreation'

Active Leggings
I have enjoyed these leggings so much since I received them as a gift for Christmas (along with KD's sultry sweater dress). I like where they hit me on my torso - not *so* low, like the annoying trendy jeans that seem to be made for 13 year old girls with no hips, and not so high that they give you a wierd line at your belly-button when you wear them under a dress. They're kind of like the 3rd bowl of porridge in "Goldilocks and the Three Bears": 'just right'. Because they're made with KD's signature stretch fabric, they cling to you gently, and move with you beautifully, without sagging at the knees or in the behind. I've gotten countless tights from Target, the Gap, etc. that end up sagging. Who needs sags and wrinkles to add to the junk in their trunk under a dress?! I sometimes wear these to do yoga, in the cooler months, and sometimes lounge in them around the house (my baby loves sitting in my lap when I'm wearing these!), but I also really enjoy wearing them under a dress with boots - you can totally dress them up or down, and they're great either way. New York Black Stretch Knit Dance & Yoga Low Rise Tights by KD dance, Fashionable, Functional, Sexy, Soft & Warm, High Quality Made In New York City USA - Petite / Extra Small
although the tights didn't look right, I exchanged them for a pair of leg warmers, which I love! the service person was very professional and communicative. Id def buy from them again, knowing that they take good care of their customers.
If you are thinking about ordering these, just do it. The quality is amazing, the colors are gorgeous (I own several pairs) and the customer service is first rate. There is no "big box" store nor dance apparel maker, i.e. Capezio, Bloch who can compete with the quality of KD Dance ear. And this stuff lasts, I have pieces that I purchased in the mid-1990's that I still wear. This is because each item is made to order at their factory in the Bronx, NY - not a sweat shop in a third world country.
The material is also breathable and soft, so the typical hot and itchy factor found when wearing tights is NOT an issue. I also love the fact that the low rise tights do not create a "muffin top". The low rise tight is wonderful for dance class, but can easily translate to a yoga class. They can also be worn with a dress and boots or a tunic sweater and knee high boots for a fashion forward look. These are also awesome to lounge in during the frigid winters months. KD Dancewear also makes wonderful gifts, I gave a dancer friend of mine a pair of tights and a v-neck top and she told me it was the best present she ever received.
Regarding sizing, check your ego at the door because you will need to order a size up or two. KD Dance customer service offers on point fit advice, so if you have doubts reach out to them.
Trust me, you will not be disappointed with this purchase, in fact you may find yourself addicted to this brand.
This by far the best tights I have owned. The waist sits perfectly right below my belly button. Its a perfect fit-without being too tight or too loose. It doesnt sag like other cheap tights. The fabric rests on the skin, hugging all your contours. This well-knit stretchy sweater is breathable, light, and sexy.
I love to wear this with my sexy matching sweater dress, also from KD dance. You can wear these with little denim skirts, long tunic tops, under long dresses for extra warmth, and of course for dancing!
The bubble pink is a soft, yet wonderful pastel color. This is a superb pair of tights!
Thank you KD dance for all your awesome products!!!
This is the second product I have purchased from KD and I'm falling in love with the quality and softness of their knits! In one day I wore these to school under a dress, then went on to ballet class after! So cozy & fashion forward. You'll like the waistband as well, Thin, low, and does not squeeze.'

It fundamentally works just enough if you are in a pinch (which is why I even gave it 2 stars), however the sound quality transfer over this is complete crap. I have cheaper couplers that have better sound than this by a long shot. Sound becomes tinny and noisy when I use this anywhere in the line. I tried running just one thing through it to the same effect, tinny and awful. Its not just me being picky either, even a deaf person could hear the noise, its very, VERY noticeable. I would suspect its because of the use of very thin aluminum wires, the wires on this are particularly thin in comparison to my other cables. However, that is purely speculation, I don't know what it is necessarily made of. I would return it, but to be honest, its not worth the effort of sending it back.
