Millassembly Work Tools - nailer, millassembly work tools

Need a brad nailer for your workshop? Look no further, this little tool is great. The compressor is small, lightwieght and (relatively)quiet. The nailer is also light but neverthless feels substantial and well built. And the gun uses so little air the compressor hardly ever needs to run. I use it for woodworking and projects around the home. Enough power for hard woods, and it does not mar the finish. I considered spending more for a DeWalt or Porter-Cable set up, but for my needs I'm glad I bought this package. It's easy to carry the entire set in one hand (very convenient). I'll never need to go beyond the 2 1/2 inch max. capacity. So ask yourself what you really need. If your not doing framing, work alone, and want a quality finished product, buy this set. The only drawbacks are (i) the instruction manual with little actual instruction and (ii) the 3 week delivery time. Hopefully supplies will increase over time. Senco PC0947/FP18KIT 18-Gauge Brad Nailer Compressor Combo Kit

My wife purchased this combo package for me for my birthday this year (well, more like I bought it and thanked her for it). I have to say, I am impressed. THE BRAD NAILER:The gun is lightweight and small enough to get into tight spots, yet it appears to be very well built. The protective no-mar pad does not scratch prefinished moulding, and the side load magazine is convenient and easy to use. I shot about 200 2" brads while installing new 1/2" baseboards and 3/4" birch door trim in my bedroom. Every brad was countersunk to perfect depth, and I did not get a single jam. I ended up with very professional results and finished in 1/2 the time it would have taken me with the old hammer and finish nails.THE COMPRESSOR:The PC1010 will change the industry. For homeowners, hobby woodworkers, and customer service professionals in the cabinetry industry this is the perfect compressor. There is no need to lug around a 4 or 6 gallon compressor for a little brad nailer. You can easily carry the nailer, hose, and bread box sized compressor in one hand. From startup, this quiet, lightweight little workhorse takes about 2 minutes to pump up to 110 psi. I consistently got 10 shots before kick in, then another 40 seconds or so to recover. I nailed right through the recovery time, and never had to wait for the compressor to before driving any brads.SHORTFALLS:It is very difficult for me to find anything that I don't like about this one. However, rumor has it that Senco guns work best with Senco brads, and the local home improvement stores sell mostly PC and Bostich... so I will need to find another source. I would not recommend the PC1010 for anyone who wants to drive anything larger than 18ga brads, or run multiple air tools from a single compressor. Also - the compressor is so new that Senco has very limited literature on it, but I would be willing to bet they will get this taken care of soon.CUSTOMER SERVICE:Some of the best customer service I have had the pleasure to work with. If you purchased from an authorized dealer, and you have any problems with your equipment, I recommend calling Senco directly.

I agree with the other reviewers who have given praise to this product. I felt the same way till mine broke after less than a months use.Of course it was the compressor which broke, the part with the 90 day warranty. I did not catch that when I bought this.Senco is a good company, but I think this little compressor is not quite up to the quality of their other products. In my case it was the 1/4" copper tubing which brings the air to the tank that failed. It split where the tubing had been bent.I have fixed it with some liquid steel, since I'm on a job with it, I'm hoping the repair lasts till I have time to replace to tubing.I have used this to build two large bookcase and cabinet projects so far, and in doing so I have learned the compressors limitations. It does not do wellshooting two inch nails into MDF. It does not have the power to fully sink the nail into the material. I bought this combo for the light weightof the compressor, so I guess there must be some compromises. This won't take the place of more powerful compressors, but it is great for carrying to and from a job. I just hope I do not have problems with it in the future. I'm not sure I wouldrecommend this product, the 90 day warranty on the compressor is a big negative. especially since it seems to have some problems.

I got this package for very light duty use - woodworking shop projects and qtr-round molding on flooring. The nailer is a quality tool that sells for $120 everywhere so that makes the compressor only $75. I had a $15 coupon so the compressor was only $60 for me.The compressor is so light that it is no problem carrying it. The tank pressure is 125 lbs and I set the tank outlet pressure to 90 lbs. It shoots about 10 brads before it cycles but you can keep shooting as it runs. I used 5/8" brads on molding on a shop project and 2" brads on floor qtr-round without a single problem. This sure saves time and doesn't mar the wood. It is pretty quiet and also looks good. Getting to small jobs and using this little tool is a pleasure. I will get an air blower tip for it; so far I'm satisfied.

I upgraded to this from a cheap little electric brad nailer that could not sink a 1" brad. This tool is light and has plenty of power. The compressor is small & quiet and has absolutely no problem keeping up with the nailer. I own an old 5 horse 220 v compressor but wanted something to use inside the house without running hundreds of feet of hose from the garage. This will fill my needs perfectly. P.S. I shop online alot and would like to say that Amazon.com has the best customer service of any company I have dealt with.

I own several portable compressors, but hate to lug them around. So, I bought this one for installations of wood mantels and little odd and ends work (like attaching a piece of trim after the rest of the job is already done). The little compressor is lightweight and perfect for small jobs like these. On bigger jobs I still use one of my heavy duty compressors. So, that may be the problem some of the other reviewers are having. It's just not built for heavy duty work.

The gun on the other had was a disappointment. I already had a Senco XP 25 and prefer it. Still, it's a pretty good price for both pieces, so, no real complaints here. I've just set the newer one aside, for now.

Regarding the cheap 1/4 inch hose... pleeeease. Anyone with half a brain knows it's a cheap piece of krap, but will work fine for the occasional hobbiest. If you want a good hose, buy one. - Nailer - Millassembly Work Tools - Senco - Light Weight Compressor'

Easy To Use - wifi radio, reciva

UPDATE: I was so happy with my first IR2000 I purchaced another one for home.

This is a great radio. I've owned it for nearly a week now and it's worked flawlessly. I was looking for a radio for my desk at work and I couldn't have made a better choice. Over the past few weeks I read every review I could find about every internet radio on the market. I finally decided on this one. I really love it. The sound is great but don't expect to be using it on full volume to cover your entire house. Here is my list of likes and dislikes and I hope it helps.

Like's:

- The size was perfect for my desk

- It looks very stylish

- I fired up the radio and had it working within minutes without reading the manual

- It was very easy to register at [...] and automatically download my radio stations and streams.

- I added some personal streams and they appeared on the screen of the radio within minutes.

- It was very easy to browse stations around the world without the use of my [...] account.

- The Audio sounded really good. Especially for the size of the radio

- WIFI setup was very simple. I moved it from one network to another and it remembered both password keys (WEP & WPA)

- The signal strength was really good especially with an internal antenna

- Navigation on the screen was very simple.

- When available it scrolled song or audio information across the screen. E.g. I tuned into aircraft traffic control after I added it to own streams after finding in on a website and within minutes weather information was scrolling across the screen.

- The remote is simple to use

- External input for an MP3 player, etc is a great addition

- It can stream audio from just about anywhere.....Radio Station Streams, Pandora, Sirius, Your PC, any MP3/REAL Audio/WMA stream off the net....

Dislike's:

- The headphone jack is on the back. I use my headphone a lot and it's a pain having to pull the radio forward each time I want to plug them in. The Aux (External) input should be on the back and the headphone input should be on the front.

- Although it's good that the radio is light, it tends to slide a little when I press the select button at times.

- I looked at the manual after I got everything working and it's laid out OK. They could lay it out just a little better.

Conclusion.

The radio is well worth the money. It's very easy to use and setup. The sound is great. The menus are easy to use. It's built well. In all it's a fantastic radio. If I were purchase another radio for my desk, beside my bed or on a table in the lounge room, I would buy another one of these for sure. In fact, I'm thinking about it right now. I give this one 5/5. Grace Digital Wireless Internet Radio featuring Pandora and NPR (GDI-IR2000)

This review is for the Grace GDI-IR1000 or GDI-IR2000 internet radio. This product is an updated version of the ITC-IR1000. The only difference between toe 1000 and 2000 is that the 2000 has a remote control.

Network setup was relatively straightforward. I don't normally broadcast my SSID, and I use MAC address filtering, so before scanning for my network I turned SSID broadcast on and disabled MAC filtering. Once I acquired the network I found the radio's MAC address and added it to my allowed devices and turned off SSID broadcast again.

The manual has you connect to[...] where you can register your radio, add stations to your list or set up Pandora. Once you've registered you'll have access to your stations and Pandora directly from the radio. It usually takes about 15 minutes for your radio to be recognized and access your lists. You can also directly access all 15,000 plus radio stations directly from the radio.

Pandora is the icing on the cake for this radio. Once you're registered you can add artists or songs and get customized playlists of similar material. You can select an individual artist to create a playlist from or you can choose QuickMix, which will play selections from everything you choose from your list.

The radio now has 10 presets, using 5 preset buttons plus a shift button for the second 5. This is enough for my needs, but you can always access your favorite stations from the <My Stuff> <My Stations> menu if you need more presets.

One surprise I got early on is that if the Reciva website is down, you won't receive any radio broadcasts. The clock also won't function. The upside is that once you configure your time zone the radio clock will synchronize with a network time server.

Audio quality is very good for a tabletop radio. It's certainly not hi fi quality, but nice for what the product is.

Labels on this radio are no longer a problem. They peel off easily in one piece.

Clock size, as mentioned by others is very small. It would be nice if there was a way to make the clock display larger when the radio isn't playing.

When I received my radio, as configured it took about a minute to connect to my network every time I turned it on, plus several seconds to acquire a station after one was selected. It also didn't remember the last station selected. I never found it in the manual, but under <Settings> <Network Config> <Wireless Standby Power Mode>, Stay connected to wireless in standby needs to be set to yes. Now the radio only takes a couple seconds to acquire a station and it remembers the last station selected.

I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is a fantastic radio, I've owned it for just over a week, with no

issues. I was very positively surprised with the audio quality

produced by the Grace GDI-IR2000. After going into

"Equalization", in the Settings Menu, adjusting the Treble and

Bass, the sound is amazing. Registering my Grace GDI-IR2000 at

Reciva.com was quick and easy. After setting up an account, I put

in the S/N and radio ID numbers of my radio, that are found in the

settings menu of the radio.

Pros:

- Fantastic sound quality.

- Had zero issues with connection to Internet

-Ten preset station buttons

- Easy to use menus

Cons:

- Clock too small, as a clock radio the numbers are only 1/4 the size of the full screen making it difficult to read at night, without my glasses. It would be better if the clock numbers filled the full screen area when in an inactive mode. - Wifi Radio - Wireless Music - Grace - Reciva'

Micro Usb Cable

This is the second time that I am reviewing this, because somehow the company DELETED my previous negative review.

United Integral says that this is a "Blackberry" cable and even uses a picture (illegally) of a Blackberry cable, an OEM one. This cable is NOT Blackberry and doesn't work as a data and charging cable for my phone. DO NOT PURCHASE this if you want a cable that works.

United Integral told me that they are sorry for the "Listing Error". United Integral even had the audacity to ask that I reconsider my review (then they had it deleted) and I told them that I would not because I don't want other buyers to get defrauded by them. AND, they still have not changed the listing. BlackBerry USB Cable Micro USB 1.0m (Black)

I should have noticed the review another customer posted previously, but missed it. This cable is not a micro usb as advertised, it is a mini usb which is larger and NOT the new standard most phones are using. The cable does not fit the droid which requires a micro usb connection. The item description needs to be changed, it is not accurate.

yea thanks for misleading me on this one. i'm sure it's a great cable...just not for the phone i need it for. this is a mini usb, not micro. it will not fit the droid i need it for. luckily, i can put these cables to use because i always need these type of cables for cameras and stuff....but not what i ordered them for.

This is the first review I've ever written on Amazon. I have not had a bad experience until this one. I ordered 3 of these cables because I have had blackberry's in the past and the cables worked on my Evo. The earlier reviews rated this item very well and that is what convinced me to purchase these. The OEM shop sent me Micro USB cables and have not responded to any emails. Horrible customer service and now I have 3 usb cables that I can't use. BUYER BEWARE OF THE OEM SHOP!!!! It's been over a week and I still have no response.

The product wasn't a blackberry cable. It was a generic, and not even a decent one at that. It didn't work with my phones, unlike other generic micro USB cables I've purchased (at least mine was micro, and not mini which some reviewers received). All I can say is that it was cheap. Considering the dirt cheap price, it wasn't even worth my time to try to return them.

This cable is much thinner than the cable that came with my Motorola Droid. Other than looking too thin, it looked like a fine cable. This cable worked for a week, then stopped working. You get what you pay for. This cable is cheap and cheaply made. Don't buy it.'

Wireless Webcam - wireless webcam, baby monitor

Where to start...

Well I'll open with.. I'm IMPRESSED! I opted to get the white version of the FI8918W just because it was cheaper than the black version and was identical other than the color. I was first concerned because I got two camera's and the first one was "loose" it seemed (camera from the base). The second seems to be identical so this must just be the way these camera's are. I hooked this up directly to my router as per the instructions and tried to determine a standard ip address without having to use the included software. I wasn't able to so then used the mini-disc on my windows 7 PC. The computer prompted for reboot which I did before I noticed the icon on the desktop. When it rebooted I double clicked the icon and after a brief moment it displayed the ip address of the camera. Note: I'm also using zone alarm and it requested access to 255.255.255.255:10000, which I allowed and it displayed the camera.

When I double clicked the ip address displayed in the software window I was taken to ie which then I put in the user id: admin and for the PW. I don't know if I'm just lucky because I've had so many lessons with my other IP cameras, but this one was very easy (outside trying to figure out why the wireless config wasn't working as expected). One of the other things I was really impressed with was the ease of setting up the wireless. I "scanned" for wireless sources, found mine, clicked it and nearly all the fields were prefilled. I only had to input my security key. Now... The issue I had. I'm currently running 4 different cameras, x2 different Linksys camera's and a trendnet. Those all when setup kept their ip address. This Foscam uses a different one. So after you have it setup I'd recommend re-running their ip software and finding the new ip address after you have removed the cat5 cable. This took me about an hour to figure out.

My camera background:

I started out with x2 Linksys wvc54gca. These were my basis for learning about the IP camera's, the router work required to open the ports and more especially multiple camera's on the same router and how to accomplish that. After moving from the lower 48 to Alaska, we wanted a pan tilt zoom (PTZ) camera and opted for the Linksys WVC210. This camera is a very nice unit, but after getting the new Foscam night PTZ camera, I feel like I wasted a significant amount of money on this one unit, when I believe the Foscam FI8918W is easily a better buy. We also have the Trendnet tv-ip422w and compared to this new Foscam camera, the video is absolutely SUBPAR to the Foscam.

While this is a review about the Foscam FI8918W I want the readers to know and appreciate what this camera does. The Linksys WVC54GCA works perfectly in IE and Firefox (Safari as well). The WVC210 will NOT, repeat NOT work with IE. There is an active X that is required and Cisco must have an issue with Microsoft or something because I cannot force my computer to accept the active X. You can ONLY view this in Fire Fox (FF) or Safari (if I remember correctly), but FF is what we use to view it. These Foscam's work in: IE8, FF and FF on Mac OS-X (Snow Leopard). I haven't tried Safari, but our needs were met in that realm.

Mobile browsing: Both of the Linksys cam's were visible on our iPhone/iTouch. We have now ditched the iPhone (junk) and went with the Samsung captivate (android) and had the same experience. The Trendnet and Foscam units were not viewable on either of our phones. This was an initial HUGE issue, but I've found that on both the itunes and android app store there is an app (android has a free version, apple doesn't) called "IP Cam Viewer" by Robert Chou (android lite version works for free and has a banner at the top). If you use this program use "Add IP" in the settings to add your DNS address you established and go from there. This app also allows "swipe to pan" option.. NICE!!

In setting up, I mentioned that I have multiple camera's. I've resorted to using multiple different port's such as: myipcam,dot,com:1111 and the next is: myipcam,dot,com:1112, and: myipcam,dot,com:1113, etc. You will establish this in your individual camera settings and your router config.

Over all.

I know my setup was based on historical config's I've done with other camera's so I was aware of some of the pitfalls. But I believe these cameras were the easiest to setup. The camera's software/firmware is a little "hokey" and could be improved I believe, but It has everything it needs to have (that I could determine) so I can't fault the firmware (admin) settings/options about that. The actual web GUI (interface) was pretty nice, especially compared to the other camera's I have. I didn't try the multiple setup and accessing them through the internet because one of the two cameras we received will be kept a little more "private" and may have access to part of our bedroom from its location.

The camera is very quiet. I found myself enjoying that with the movement options you can hold down the arrow (on the screen) and the camera will move until you unclick it.

The status LED, which can be turned off, is located on the back. I appreciate that as well.

The only thing I found a little annoying was the IR bulbs are a little too visible. We have one of these in the kids' bedroom and the red glow (obvious) always attracts attention. This is visible even when the IR is turned "off" in the settings.

The package included everything I believe a normal user would require/desire. Camera, base (movable/adjustable which is a nice touch), antenna, screws and anchor, cat5 cable and the power cord.

On the audio, I didn't try/use the included option. I'm sorry that a review of that feature cannot be included. With the amount of camera's we are running we can't support the additional bandwith requirements.

The only problem I experienced was the wireless being a different IP address vs. the wired IP address. I've never experienced this before, but was a simple fix by using the supplied software.

In closing:

I wish I could provide a link so others could see how impressive these CAM's are. But I won't ;) Had I known how great a value these cameras would be I would have purchased at least a couple more, with the possibility of enough to replace / supplement all of our Linksys/Trendnet cam's. I'm leaving for a yearlong military deployment in 10 days so the ease in setup/config was a HUGE help and success on the part of this company. At this point I'd have no issue recommending these to anybody who is looking for an excellent camera. The day time image is excellent, the night vision (as with everything) is less grand, but the IR bulbs completely illuminate our 12x35' room with plenty of light to spare. These camera's are all usable on Win XP (laptop), Win Vista (laptop), Win 7 (PC) (Both with IE 8 and Fire Fox) and Mac OS-X (Snow Leopard) on a Macbook Pro and IMac , ipod Touch and Samsung Captivate (Android) WHEN using the app: ipcam viewer by Robert Chou (free on Android).

I really hope this review helps some other potential buyers as I had a ton of questions, to which few (if any) were answered by other reviews. Dual Layer Dvd - blank media, dvdr discs

The entire purchasing experience from this merchant was fastastic. Shipping was fast, received information about it's tracking. The product was perfect. These Sony DVD's are simply the best I've ever used. They are always read/acknowledged by my computer, unlike the cheaper dvd's I've tried in the past like Ritek... I will definitely purchase these dvd's again from this merchant. Sony DVD+R Printable DVD's 100 Pack

Just bought these a couple of weeks ago, I am a photographer and use them to send DVD's of images to clients. The first 2 of 4 DVD's were bad, I am hoping to see improvement with the rest of my 100 pack or this was a huge waste of money!

Good DVD's. I've only used about 6 but haven't had any trouble out of them. They play fine but cannot record on in my JVC VHS/DVD recorder because they are +R instead of -R. But I'll just burn them on my computer. I don't have a printer that will print on them, but I'm able to use a pen instead of a flair or permanent marker to label them. - Blank Dvd Media - Dvdr Discs - Dvd - Blank Media'

Over-the-head Headphones - iphone, headset

I purchased this Philips headset because I wanted an over the ear option to make calls and listen to music on my new iPhone 4. This headphone is excellent! Many of the headsets will work with older iPhone models, but not necessarily the new 4 iOS. This headset features full, rich, stereo sound. Calls are heard without having to turn up the volume as with many other headset and other callers can hear me very clearly. I prefer over the ear models since I am not the biggest fan of earbuds with noise going directly into my ear. This headset allows me to make and receive calls and listen to music comfortably for long periods of time. The sound quality is better than a noise canceling headset I had used previously. The music is crystal clear and really sounds great! This headset features two soft padded inserts below the top overlay and soft padded ear cushions that sit comfortably on your ear without having to adjust them very much. They do extend a bit and the cord is long enough for you to set the phone down and listen without holding it. There is a remote control and microphone attached, but unlike most models, it is on the left side not the right. At first, this is hard to get used to, but after trying it, it feels more comfortable. You can see the remote out of the corner of your eye on the left side and your right hand can reach it in a comfortable position. The remote does control playback of music and you can answer calls and use voice control like the awful earbuds that come with iPhones, iPods and iPads, except this is much better. The buttons are responsive, but it does take a little getting used to the up and down sections for volume. The middle button is the multifunction for calls and voice control. I would have liked the remote buttons to be a bit larger and not so close together. I have a Scosche headset of in ear headphones that have an excellent remote control. The Philips headphones are smaller than you would expect and fold to be inserted in the handy carrying pouch that is included. This product exceed my expectations. If you are looking for a stereo headset that allows you to listen to music and take calls and voice control your iPhone, iPod or iPad, I highly recommend this headset! Great product for a great price! Philips SHH9506 Headset for iPhone with Remote and Mic

I don't know about you, but I hate ear buds! They just don't fit in my ears and are always slipping out. I usually listen to music while studying or writing papers. Having ear buds fall out just makes me mad. So, I was looking for a headset with iPhone remote and Mic. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Three things bother me about this headset.

First, they put the remote/mic on the opposite side of the headset opposed to the iPhone ear buds. Which took some time to get used to. The other issue is the headset gets tight over time on my ears. So, my ears can become tender. I think it takes an hour or so before I start feeling it, but for bigger heads, I think there is a comfort issue. Now, what is a big head? I don't know, but for me, there is a comfort issue. Lastly, I would like to have better raised indicators on the remote. Sometimes, I press the wrong button. I think they could do a better job with that.

Otherwise, the sound is great. Nice bass response and mids and highs are crystal clear. I have no complaints about the sound at all. I would recommend this to a friend.

I bought this headset for the iphone 3S so I can work hands free without the ear buds falling out. The earphone aspect is fine - very clear on music and sound but the mic does not work when I answer voice mail or when I am using the phone - my caller cannot hear me. I took it into the apple store to figure out why and the genius could not say why the mic does not work. we checked the phone with an apple ear bud set and it worked fine. So there is something wrong using the mic.

I've been looking for headphones like this for the past 5 years. I have small ear canals so earbuds have never worked for me. Every pair of earbuds I've had have been handed to someone as I've reverted to a standard headphone without a microphone. The joy of listening to music and then answering my phone and talking handsfree has been denied to me until now.

This headset has changed everything for me. I spend most of my day with this somewhat oversized headset on, listening to podcasts or audiobooks as I work. Because I listen to mostly spoken word, my need for a full range of tones is somewhat lessened. My main focus is to allow me to hear differences in inflection and accent. The headphones allow outside noise in, meaning I feel safe while crossing the street, but they have a good sound quality, meaning I can pick up small sounds and low tones with ease.

The microphone works quite well. It is rare for anyone to ask me if I am using a mic, and no one has asked the dreaded question "Am I on speakerphone?" The volume buttons work well during calls, and the only issue I've had is my own forgetfulness that people I'm talking to do not want to hear me play Bejeweled. Yay for mute buttons on computers!

For the price, I can not think of a better headset. - Headset - Iphone - Iphone Headset - Over-the-head Headphones'

Daily Planner - organizer, daily agenda

I love my planner! I received it as a gift and the cover suits my personality... it is very trendy. My edition has style tips and facts that I love to read. It also has plenty of room to write and easily fits in my purse. I carry it everywhere! 2011-2012 Daily Fashion Day Planner Organizer Agenda (August 2011 Through July 2012)- Bloom

I got it so I could keep track of important dates and such,

I find myself carrying it around with me everywhere. It looks cute, has enough room to write a lot in each space if needed, gives a month page, then goes by week.

I would absolutely recommend this to others, and will buy next years matching one!

Loved it 100%

I received my Plan-It Daily Planner today. As I started jotting down dates, I got to September and a page was missing for September 22 - 28. This is very discouraging. I purchased this online for convenience, but now I feel the need to go to a store in person to check that all pages are there. This is not easy as the closest office supplies store (Staples, Office Depot, etc) are more than 50 miles away from my home.

I've always been happy shopping on Amazon.com and will continue to do so. But attention to details may discourage others about products they have, even if it's the fault of the product's company and not Amazon.

I found this planner to be the perfect size. Small enough to fit in a purse or shoulder bag, yet large enough to write down my hectic college schedule. Each day has around 6-7 lines and is large enough for all my class assignments. I really don't see a need for the larger 8.5 x 11 inches planners.

It has been two weeks and i still have not received this planner. im aggrivated with the time it has been so far, I would have much rather have gone to the store and bought one, but i didnt think it would take this long to get here. - Daily Agenda - Organizer - Daily Planner - Planner'

Coleman Portable Grill - camping, coleman grill

We purchased this Road Trip after having a horrible experience with a grill from Cabelas. That grill had the lava rocks that moved every time you moved the grill and besides that the legs fell off. We were looking for something that would have fold under legs and no rocks. The Road Trip saved our camping days. We purchased a bag for it, keep it stored in the belly of the camper and with putting water in the tray below the burners, it is very very easy to clean up. You can place this on the picnic table to cook on or use the fold down legs. We have also discovered that this is the best way to cook grilled onions and potatoes or pork chops or chicken, etc on the griddle. Very very convenient and easy clean up. We both rate this a 5 stars. Great job, Coleman. Signed happy camper, Janet Becker Coleman 9941-768 Road Trip Grill (Blue)

This truly is the perfect grill for the RV. Before buying, I researched everything from the Weber Q (good, not perfect), to the Themos Grill2Go (not really a grill).

Before it came, I was thinking that my high expectations from all these glowing reviews would cause me to not like it as much, but it's even better than some of these reviews! It's very portable, and folds up to a small size. And cooking on it is very easy, as well as just as important, clean up. If you get one, I recommend you also order a second grill grate to replace the griddle sometimes. (It comes with 1 of each). Griddle is great for eggs, grilling onions, etc., but it's nice to have the maximum space to grill hamburgers and hotdogs for the parties.

Finally, this blue model is the best of the three Coleman Road Trip Grills, too. Even though there are some with additional letters, this one has heavier duty grates than the other two, and a better stand system (in my opinion).

This grill replaced our old gas grill at home. In four years I've went through 4 grills to rust that occurs naturally here, just by a metal object being outside. I wanted a solution to finally eliminate that problem. This fits the bill with the fold up capability, and the storage bag to keep it fresh. You're still cooking over an open flame with the grill plate. It comes with a griddle and a grill, each covering half of the cooking area, and I've obtained a 20-lb tank attachment, and an extra grill, for the big jobs. Try this feature out: the grill, griddle, and drip trays are washable in the dishwasher.... I can't say that about my old grills.

Used it first on a camping trip. Then, after we got back, cooked breakfast outdoors on a cold Wisconsin morning. This baby did what it's supposed to, and I couldn't be happier. I got an extra griddle surface and two stove grates, so keep that in mind. I don't think the grill is complete as sold, you do need the extra surfaces. At least, I did.Best performance was a full breakfast on a cold Wisconsin morning, near freezing, wind blowing. I cooked bacon, hashbrowns, and scrambled a dozen eggs in a large skillet. Then I kept the pancakes coming while we started eating. Griddles were being exchanged for stove grates, and back again. Under tough, heat-stealing conditions everything cooked fast. I did up about 20 strips of bacon, 9 hash brown patties, and the dozen eggs with ease. Then the pancakes came off quickly and smoothly as an added breakfast bonus. You try scrambling a dozen eggs at once, temperature near freezing, wind blowing, huge skillet, on any other camp stove. If you can, let me know.

I cannot say enough about this product. It is absolutely great for tailgating or any other activity where you want a grill on the go. During this past football season, we on average cooked 50-75 bratwursts and hotdogs. The grill holds about 30 at one time, so in no time you can make sure to get everyone fed. The grill is reliable, easy to set-up and breakdown, and heats up immediately. The electric start is also a huge bonus, especially in windy situations.Couple of notes: The grill comes standard with a grill and a griddle, but if you are into serious grilling then I recommend you can purchase a separate grill to replace the griddle for more grilling area. Second, Coleman sells a carrying/rolling case which is a must have for tailgating/camping. The case lets you pack everything into a small compact set and keeps your car clean when transporting. Finally, if you are seriously into grilling on the go purchase a one-gallon gas tank, the grill is highly efficient and you will get a significant amount of use out of the smaller tank.

I bought the Coleman RoadTrip Grill last summer to replace my 20-year old portable CharBroil gas grill. I spent quite a bit of time researching both the Coleman grill and the CharBroil/Thermos Grill2Go. I chose the Coleman because of it's versatility. I purchased the optional carrying case, stove grate, and additional grill section to go along with the grill section and griddle section that came with the unit. It's easy to light and stays lit on windy days. Cleanup is a breeze since almost every surface is porcelain enamel or non-stick coated. I use it almost exclusively for tailgating and get lots of questions about it at the stadium. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

I had seen the road trip grill once at a campground and knew I wanted one. I like it because it has burners like your home stove instead of one large traditional BBQ grill. Plus, the little stand works is great, I don't need an extra table anymore.

We picked this one up used, but it was like new. This grill has been the best grill I've had. We used to use those portable little grills that would only cook about 6 burgers. The burner would burn out after one camping season.

It works great. Putting water in the tray can be a bit of a pain, but cleaning it is a snap that way. I purchased a stove grate so I can use frying pans or boil water. I've replaced both my BBQ grill and cook stove in my motorhome with this one grill. Really! I also recently purchased another griddle so I can cook a whole pancake and bacon breakfast for 5 people at once. (bacon one side and pancakes on the other)

I'm really impressed with this grill. Its portable, cooks well and saves my space. (I don't carry a stove or extra table anymore) If your looking for a new grill, this is the one. You can use it at home too! - Barbecue - Coleman Grill - Grill - Camping'

Running - interval training, running

I am an organizer of a Running Meetup group called 12wksto5k. Based on the Coach25k program. The Gymboss Max was integrated into our workouts. It has become a staple in our Meetup. As we change our workout, week to week Gymboss Max comes along. The members of our group give it 2 thumbs up.

Myself I have been using it for the last 2 weeks since I received it and been very happy with expanding, versatile use the Gymboss Max has. The light in the unit is most beneficial when running early morning or at night. The vibration is a strong and steady. Every runner should include it their gear always.

Mitchell Ball Gymboss MAX BLACK SOFTCOAT

I'm a personal trainer who would be lost without my Gymboss. I've always used the original Gymboss until I tried this Gymboss Max. ***Here's what I like about this unit vs. the original: I like having my different intervals pre-set so that I don't have to go through "programming" my Gymboss while my client(s) wait for me to push buttons and HOPEFULLY get it correct the first time so I don't have to go through the programming twice. (although some clients appreciate the rest when I mess it up ;~) I like the quieter beeps compared to the original - when I'm training in the gym versus group training. I've trained my clients to use the Gymboss when they train on their own and it can get annoying to hear someone's loud beep somewhere in the gym - so the Max has the right "volume" to be functional without being annoying to others.

*** Here's what I wish this unit had: The buttons to program and "pull-up" one of your pre-set intervals have to be pushed pretty hard in order to work, which is both good and bad. Good because it keeps the unit from switching or starting a different interval if a button gets accidentally pressed, bad because it's almost as slow as the original when you're switching to a different interval. I don't know how they could correct this without having a covering for only the buttons that you use to program - which would add to the size/bulk of the unit. I wish this unit (the Max) had a button or setting so that I could have the old, loud beep also if I wanted it. Sometimes in my group fitness classes my people are begging to hear that beep - and they ARE listening for it. This new unit's (the Max) beep is barely audible in a group fitness class when the music is playing. I also wish that this unit were truly waterproof (I've lost 2 - one from sweat(?) and one because I went through a running hose - I still use that unit for the beeps even though I can't see anything on the display.) and that the clip was far stronger. I've broken 3 clips off from bumping into things. It's basically just the hinge part of the plastic that breaks. I also wish that I could program even more intervals because as a student of Tabata and other HIIT methods, I use many different intervals for various clients/programs/modalities. But that's just me.

All in all, this is a near perfect unit and if you're training without a Gymboss, you're greatly restricting yourself or your clients. Either this unit or the original Gymboss will greatly improve your training results - so don't wait.

I have been doing high intesity interval training (hiit)for the past couple years and have a torn and frayed notebook where I keep my different training programs. WELL NOT ANY MORE!!! This timer is awesome! I now save my timed routines in my GYMBOSS MAX.

I do tabata workouts and this was the perfect product. The battery life is incredible. I've used it for two months and did not have to change the battery. It also works for boxing workouts. Its a must have. - Running - Interval Training'

Instrument Accessories - power adaptor, guitar effects

It's not bulky like many of the other 9V adapters available. Take for instance the 9V adapter that is needed for the Dunalop crybaby. It does what it says it will do. It is also a great space saver so you can plug it in just about anywhere without blocking out any of the other plugs. If you use Boss stomp boxes, I highly recommend that you buy this. I use this adapter with my RC-2 Loop-station Pedal. Boss PSA-120S AC Adaptor

I was always forgetting to turn my BOSS PSA off. That means a 9 volt battery every time I used it. The AC adaptor solved my problem. Of course, if you unplug the adaptor and forget to turn the BOSS off, you are right back where you started. However, the action of unplugging the adaptor seems to remind me to turn off the switch on the BOSS at the same time. I'm happy and saving money.

BOSS doesn't really tell you that the external power supply is not included. Sort of crummy. But, as always AMAZON to the rescue! Over the years (living in a rural area) I have found AMAZON to be my "lifeline"! ANYTHING I need is a key stroke away! The prouduct works great and the seller was wonderful. It came to me before it was supposed to and was brand new! Great seller!

I play at local clubs and venues each week. After years of uses the wire on my Boss adaptor broke at the transformer and could not be fixed. I needed it for a job the next week. I found this replacement at Amazon, they shipped it to me right away and I was back in business without missing a gig, thank you Amazon Nautwheez The Guitar Man - Boss - Ac Adapter - Guitar Effects - Power Adaptor'

Camcorder Accessories - opteka, camcorder

I bought the X-Grip for camcorder use. It was shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. I appreciate the simple, uncluttered, straightforward design which was executed with quality materials. Attaching it to the camcorder is swift and easy, and the X-Grip can even be attached to a tripod or other mount when operating the camcorder. The heavy-duty accessory shoe can be detached. The grip of the unit is heavily padded and comfortable to use. Small built-in 'loops' at the top and bottom of the mount can be used to attach additional accessories via zip-ties or other field expedients. The X-Grip is constructed from very heavy duty plastic and is robust enough to withstand many years of service. I heartily recommend this unit to all active videographers who want bang for their bucks. Opteka X-GRIP Professional Camera / Camcorder Action Stabilizing Handle- Black

I highly recommend the X-GRIP because it is light weight, sturdy, and at a good price. The X-grip allows me to get really creative angles and shots that are impossible to get hand held. This grip is extremely useful for everyday use and I plan on using it all the time.

My son was looking for a stabilizing handle for his video camera. This was the perfect price and an awesome purchase. Very easy to use and store. Would definately buy from this seller again.Opteka X-GRIP Professional Camera / Camcorder Action Stabilizing Handle with Accessory Shoe for Flash, Mic, or Video Light (Black)

I think this item is a cool little film making tool. I am an independent film maker and I am sure I will make good use of it at certain times. It is easy enough to mount the camera and remove it again quickly. The only thing I dislike is the fact that the microphone that fits into my hotshoe does not fit on the camera while mounted on the rig. Also, the build feels a little cheap. Other than that this is a great tool for the money.

like many who purchase this, i film skateboarding. i have a nikon d5000. for a dslr, this helps a lot with stabilization because you have to hold a dslr differently than a camcorder. i recommend this if you have one. also id your camera has bad sound quality you should buy an external mic and put it on top.also obviously a good fisheye with a wide angle close to 180 degrees. its very high quality and worth themoney i definately recommend buying it for a dslr

I love this thing! Use it with a canon vixia hf s10 and I rarely ever take the camera off. Gives great additional weight to a light weight camcorder, and adds extra stability control. There's another model without the sidebars, and it appears that the top may be angled down a little more than this model (based off pictures). I bought this model because I didn't want the top curved down, and thought the side bars might add for an extra hand grip or stationary stability. Some ppl complain about the bars digging into their palm while trying to hold the camcorder. I can see how this may be a problem, but if you move the camcorder as far right as possible in one of the sliding pegs, the issue should be resolved. I personally have never found having the bar against my palm to be an issue. It never hurt, and again, made for more stable control as I felt I was holding the camcorder and part of the X-Grip. I have a heavy duty L bracket as an additional attachment to it; fits nicely between the base and the side bars.

(NOTE* If you unscrew and open up the base of the X-Grip, there's a thick threaded washer inside which you screw the clamp screw in and attach the camcorder on. I had an additional one of these washers made and placed inside, so I could slide the L bracket between the base and the side bars. ...It's a really sweet setup. Now, not only do I have the strap grip on the right for my camcorder, but the hand grip of the L bracket on the left which I use to attach my light. With a hand in both of those positions and the back of the X-Grip pressed against your shoulder, you get ultimate stability.)

[Extra Note* If you add an additional washer and it's a plastic model with a threaded metal interior (like mine is) you may have to sand down the excess metal lip so that its even with that of the plastic washer and fits nicely in your X-Grip]

BEST FEATURE! Even with the addition of the extra threaded washer and L bracket; I screw my tripod cap to the base (the tripod cap is perfect distance between the two side bars) and it still attaches to the tripod! I literally never have to take my camcorder off this thing! So whether you want the extra stability for hand held shots, or maybe your tripod isn't the best and you want some extra bars to grip and move; this is the best piece of equipment you can purchase. No Set up and tear down. Attach your camera and keep it on.

Great price, and the most useful attachment piece yet. I'll attach pictures soon, once I figure out how.

I love this thing. It's much more than just a handle for low-angle skater shots. I use mine with a Canon Vixia HF-10, and I like that I can mount the camera forward, as you see in most of the product shots, or 90 degrees left so that the curved handle serves as more of a left-hand support for regular shooting... like a flash bracket that still photographers use. That's going to be my default setup. Since the camera mounting screw is in a little track that extends the length of the flat rubber area, the camera can be slid forward or backwards within the X-Grip before tightening. In my case, I slide it all the way forward, rotate it 90 degrees counter-clockwise, and the camera's video monitor has plenty of room to swing all the way out to the left without hitting the handle curve. The accessory bracket on top also rotates 360 degrees so the light/microphone can match the camera direction.

My only complaint is related to the mounting knob below. I'm thrilled that it also has a female thread for mounting to a tripod or other standard-thread item. But the X-Grip's feet, the little skid things that it sits on, get in the way of my tripod head a little. I use a Manfrotto 501 pro tripod head with the large quick-release plate. If that plate is mounted directly underneath the X-Grip, then I can't slide the plate/X-Grip combo onto the tripod head without some serious force - too much to be practical. Fortunately, the solution was to disassemble the whole thing and add a single metal washer between the camera mount knob and the underside of the X-Grip, which caused the knob to hang just a fraction of an inch lower when the camera was fully tightened in place. This lowered the female tripod threads in relation to the skids just a bit, so that the "skids" were raised off of my tripod head just enough to be able to slide the release plate in place without much effort. Your mileage may vary with other tripods. If you try this, be careful not to use too thick a washer, since you're sacrificing the amount of threads that actually screw into your camera. This rig does not have the "two knob" type of camera mounting screw where you can set the screw depth with one knob and then tighten down with the other. On this, the depth you see is all you get. It's just right for my camera, but if your camera has an exceptionally shallow tripod-mounting hole, you may need to do the washer trick. Or if your rig is so heavy that you need more than 3/16"-1/4" or so of mounting thread to feel safe and secure, then the X-Grip may not be for you.

The rubber platform that the camera sits on is great. It's actually about 1/4" thick, and good rubber - not just the cheesy little thin layer of neoprene left over from the mousepad factory. So if you need to crank down on the camera mounting knob, the camera settles into the rubber pretty securely.

About the strength of the handle: more than enough. It's not totally rigid plastic. It's got a slight flex, so a heavy accessory on top might bounce up and down ever so slightly. I have a Rode NTG-2 mic up there on a shock mount, and I have no concerns about the flex. In fact, I prefer it. The plastic seems strong enough to support a pretty hefty camera rig, and I'll gladly take the "flexy" plastic over the harder, more brittle plastic that is more likely to shatter if dropped.

That's it so far! - Camcorder Accessories - Camcorder - Handle - Opteka'

Replacement Battery - watches, altimeters

Since you probably only have to change your watch battery once a year, if this kit doesn't already come with a Varta or Duracell battery, you should just go out and buy a Duracell (2032). Your best bet for this is - again - amazon.com because the retail prices for Duracell batteries vary widely. Other than that, it is all pretty straight-forward. If you are skilled at changing Suunto watch batteries, you won't ruin the hatch cover (there is no need to man-handle it, just get the slot the the right position and gently pry the cap off around the edges ... suunto has some videos on their site to help with this).

Last but not least, as someone who has purchased more than 5 (probably 10!) Suunto watches, I can say that the batteries last a good long time UNLESS you like to use the backlight, alarm, or other dynamic features. In a word, be prepared to self-service your Suunto watch if you like to use it! The investment is well-spent as these watches are built to last a lifetime if you don't mind dealing with annual battery and strap replacements. Knock wood - my Suuntos have not mechanically lost a beat in the last 12 years! Suunto Wrist-Top Computer Watch Replacement Battery Kit (X6, S6, T6, G6, M3, and Observer)

This item is very convenient to use. I think it should be a standard issued item with all Suunto watches. I wore out the slot on the back of the watch trying to replace the battery before I received this kit. Well worth the price.

The kit comes with a nice new cover and a spanner tool to aid in installing the cover. The only problem that I had, was actually installing the battery correctly onto the contacts. They're pretty small and flimsy. I used a magnifying glass so as not to damage the contacts while installing the battery

This is the fourth or fifth time I've replaced the watch battery in my t6. The newer covers (with a short straight edge that facilitates removal) and installation tool are great. I hope Amazon has fixed my problem by now. My order arrived and the battery kit (battery, replacement tool & cover with "O" ring) had been relabeled. The "new" part number was correct but this was NOT the battery kit for the t6. This kit had no tool, a different cover (lacking the short straight edge) and a battery that was 3 mm too large for the watch.

I placed a subsequent order on Suunto's web site and everything was good. The correct part even arrived faster from Suunto than from Amazon (I am in the USA).

Amazon gets one star for the quick credit to my account. This is the only time (since the 90's?) I've been shipped the wrong product by Amazon. - Suunto T6 Battery - Altimeters - Battery - Watches'

Thunderbolt Accessories - thunderbolt, hard case

So I ordered this case March 18th, the day after the Thunderbolt came out and the day after I purchased my new phone. I thought the pictured item was what i was ordering. First package showed up 2 weeks after ordered and was the wrong case. I have no idea what phone it was for, but e-mailed their customer service and they stated it was a shipping error on their end and stated they would re-send the correct case. The case that I ended up getting about 10 days after that was a cheap hard plastic (slippery) case. Not rubberized as described AND definitely not the print that was pictured! The paint on the print is scratched and shows white edges where the two pieces snap together. I will not be going through the hassle of complaining to customer service due to their slow response before. I just wanted other buyers to beware of not only this item, but also this seller. Blossoming White Spring Flower Protective Hard Rubberized Case Cover Design for Verizon HTC ThunderBolt 4G

I like this because of the deisgn. I dropped my phone in an elevator, and the case snapped apart, so I have no expectations that this is actually going to protect my phone, but it's pretty. Also, it's a smooth shiny surface, not a rubber-like surface that some of the others I ordered are. I like that because I can wipe it down with sanitizing wipes without feeling like it's going to remove the paint.

The case did not fit my HTC Thunderbolt properly. The case would not snap all the way shut. I left the case on the phone until I got a new one, but it broke on the side. I only paid about $4.00 for my purchase, so I guess I got what I paid for.

The item looks just as shown in the pictures and I received this item very quickly, only problem is that it it too small! One corner will not snap shut so I cannot use it. I am very sad as it is a beautiful case.

Received case in a little over a week - arrived in good condition. Case closes around the phone completely, so that was a plus. It is a nice looking case - I have received several comments on it when I am out and about. The only negative is that the color on the case seems to scratch off easily...other than that, I really like it! I would definitely purchase it again - especially at this price point.

I just got a new Thunderbolt and of course wanted to get something to protect the phone. I ordered this case partly due to cost and also because I liked the designs. When the case arrived it was not really what I was expecting. The piece seems cheaply made. On some of the edges the design appeared to be coming off. Also when the case was snapped onto the phoe it did not sit right. The top part appears a biy looser than the rest. Overall it is not bad for now until I get another case but I would not purchase this type of case again. - Htc - Thunderbolt - Faceplates - Hard Case'
