Socks

I've bought Gold Toe's "Fluffy" socks a number of times over the years. The current product has apparently been redesigned so that the leg portion is a bit softer, and the elastic cord at the top (to keep the sock from falling down) is a bit tougher. While the new socks feel about as comfortable as the earlier version, the cord leaves a deep groove in my leg that takes a good hour or more to go away. I'd happily go back to the earlier version if it were still available on this basis alone. In terms of wear, I don't have enough usage to see if the newer, softer material will wear out faster than the earlier version. I tend to wear through the material at the sole of the foot pretty quickly, so I'll be keeping an eye on the new softer-than-ever fluffies. Gold Toe Men's Fluffies Casual Sock, Brown, 3-Pack , Size 6 - 12 1/2

I've used Gold Toe Fluffies for many years. Over time the quality has declined. Either they come or they quickly become "non-fluffy." Quality decline is apparent as stray yarns arise from the top of the sock before the first wearing or washing.

The socks wear out quite fast and become covered in acrylic balls very easily. They look pretty unsightly after just a few wearing. Stick to the other gold toe lines such as the metropolitan or Canterbury as they are much better made and better fabrics. I am surprised they still make this remnant socks from the 60s with this horrible acrylic.

I am a soldier in Afghanistan and I bought them for summer use with the desert boots. The socks are holding up well, and while comfortable, not as much as they claim to be. They are thinner than your standard cotton sock, but actually warmer, which is not what I bought them for. I still use them and don't have any regrets, but I probably won't buy anymore.

Yes, they are soft and fluffy and quite comfortable. Unfortunately, they developed holes about five times faster than other socks I bought: I find that after a couple of months, I don't have any of these left.

I've been purchasing Gold Toe cotton fluffies for years; they've always been all cotton or cotton w/ nylon. This latest version; though the old ones are still available, I'll read the fine print next time; is an acrylic/nylon blend, still at the same price point of 16.00, though far thinner and since not a natural fiber is in them ,I feel they should be priced lower than the "cotton fluffies". These are getting tossed into the donation pile, tags intact. I'll be back for the real deal at a later time, as I see they're readily available on this site. Please take a hint Gold Toe and change the product's name, it's confusing. Kind Regards, M.H.

I've worn these socks for many years and they were okay. They are not the smoothest socks inside, especially near the toe area. My recent experience with bamboo/rayon socks from Florsheim and Nautica indicate that the material in these Gold Toes is not the best for keeping foot perspiration under control or even keeping my feet warm or cool as appropriate. I now strongly favor the Nautica tipped rib socks instead for about the same price.

I really like these socks. For a long while I used the Gap as my central source of socks. Essentially that's where I picked up ALL of my socks. However, those socks don't suit me anymore. I like these socks a lot not only due to the fact that they are extremely comfortable, but also are durable and can be worn with a variety of different things. I should additionally throw in that the price-tag is reasonable. If you should happen to show a little ankle, these socks also have a classic look.'

Band Saw Accessories - bandsaw, bandsaw fence

Bought a Ridgid 14" band saw but Ridgid quit selling the rip fence for it. Tried a Craftsman, but found it to wobbly on the backside. Went for this Jet model and the rails fit right into my predrilled table holes. Had to drill a hole about 1.5" back from the end on the underside of the fence to fit my table and lock more securily. Had it installed in about 20 minutes and it locks down tight with no play. Also comes with a resaw block. Jet 708718R Band Saw Rip Fence With Resaw Guide

This fence is basically a miniature version of the fence found on the Jet 10" contractors style saw. It is built tough and easy to adust. Once it is adjusted, it stays that way. The fence scale is also extremely accurate and has a micro adjust pointer which can be used to bring your cuts accuracy to within a 32nd of an inch. By far, the best bandsaw fence I have seen and used.

I just (May 2008) installed the fence on my Jet 14" bandsaw, and thought I would add a review to those already here.

Despite a couple of minor things, the assembly of the fence to the bandsaw was quite straightforward. The minor issues were:

1) The telephone number (253-351-6000)on the front of the manual didn't work for me, and it was not an 800 number. After going to WMH's website, the Tech Support number is 800-274-6846.

2) The manual says "...using two M5x20 hex screws, 2 1/4" lock washers and 2 1/4" lock washers..." It doesn't tell you where the lock washers go in relationship to the parts. A call to Tech Support cleared up that the lock washers go just under the head of the screws. Perhaps I should have known that, but I didn't.

3) The holes drilled and tapped into the Guide Rail were a bit burred and I had a little difficulty getting two of the screws started.

4) Adjusting the height above the fence at the rear is a function of where you set the sliding pad with the hex nut you put on. Took me a couple of minutes to figure that out, but it worked well.

I notice there is no adjustment to allow for blade drift as I have seen on some fences. The fence lock seems a bit stiff, but I assume it will loosen up with use.

The fence itself is lighter than I expected it to be. The finish on the rails is excellent. The dial pointer is too high from the measuring rule, introducing far too much parallax in the readings.

Was it worth the price? Sure. Could Jet make a few changes and make it better? In my opinion, yes.

I installed this fence on my RIDGID 14" bandsaw. It went on with no problems although I too had to drill a hole in the bottom of the fence about an inch back from the factory hole which mounts the rear rail slider. Not a big deal, it is designed for a Jet after all, which apparently has a slightly longer table than the RIDGID.

After putting it all together, I had it all squared up in a matter of a few minutes. The adjustments are pretty basic, mostly just tilting the rails a bit until the fence is square with the table, then adjusting it square with the miter gauge slots.

For the money, it seems you can't go wrong with this fence!

I purchased this fence system & love it. It installed very easily in about 30 minutes. I took care to get it leveled up well & to have the fence sit about 1/64" above the saw table so it doesn't chatter when I move it. This fence is vey much like my table saw Biesmeyer fence, just smaller. Much better than the melamine covered particle board table & fence system I had purchased.

first impressions was a very nice and sturdy addition , but after using for about a week it no longer would grip and hold in place, it seems something was missing from the leaver where it grips to hold the fence, have to call jet when i remember, i did cure it temporary by inserting a pad where i think there was one , works ok now but for how long i don't know ,have to sort it cant work without the fence

I bought it, I put it on, it works and I haven't thought of it since. I have a few months of use on it now and I am happy that I bought it. I don't have another bandsaw rip fence to compare it to, but I don't need anything else.

One other reviewer pointed out that the instructions are unclear when it comes to which side of the saw takes which rail during assembly and I completely agree. Once I figured it out though the fence itself is very sturdy and very accurate. I like that the fence hooks onto the back rail (giving two points of locking) and increases reliability/accuracy.

Also the fact that the table on the saw is pre-drilled for the fence is a heavy bonus. All in all a very well made product.

I purchased this instead of the blue high price non-Jet model because it hooks at the back of the fence rail as well as on the front. Took about an hour to install, the only hitch make sure the brace that holds the front rail on, is mounted on the front side of the table, not the back as the instructions kind of indicate. Its not whiz bang, gee golly but it works and its accurate. - Bandsaw - Bandsaw Fence - Saws - Woodworking'

Gift Ladies Tool Kit - gift idea, tool set

These tools are meant to be given to someone as a joke I think, not for anyone to do anything meaningful around a home. They are made of flimsy plastic and weak metal. The screws I have encountered in my home were more durable than the screwdriver head -- the metal on the tool stripped up rather than the screw, so the tools were ruined in first use. The drill is a complete joke since it has zero power to even assemble pre-drilled holes for screws -- again, the screw lasted longer than the drill bit. VERY, VERY disappointed in this. I'm sure someone else out there has pink tools for women that are not a complete flop. Why else would there be people selling their used sets from this very web-site! Apollo Precision Tools DT0773N1 135-Piece Household Pink Tool Kit

I asked for a set of tools for Mother's Day. I do a lot of decorating and home repair. Most of the time I have trouble finding my husband's tools. When I do find them some are too heavy and awkward for me to use (drill, battery charged screw driver, etc..).

I was extremely disappointed with the Appollo 135pc tool set. It reminds me of a toy set I bought for my son when he was 10 and wanted to help Dad with repairs. The pliers and wrench are too small for my grip and the hammer is smaller than I thought it would be. If you're looking to hang up some pictures this would be fine. But if you're looking to do more than that I would not recommend this set.

I love my new tool kit! I mainly bought it for the pink drill, hammer, box cutter, scissors, wrench....well just about everything. I used the drill to screw a nail in the wall to hang a picture and it did the job well, and it's light weight (great for over head positions). But don't expect it to work like a Dewalt hammer drill. It's only 4.8 volts with little torque! I use the box cutter all the time because I'm constanly cutting up boxes from Amazon orders. The little screw drivers came in handy too to replace the batteries on my car remote control. It also comes with a box of extra screws nails, ect. If you are a woman in construction, or a SERIOUS do it yourselfer, this is NOT the kit for you. You will not be satisfied. Dewalt has some nice light weight tools. This kit is definately just for small stuff around the house which is a necessity. I can't count the numerous times when I wanted a light drill to assemble a desk, or shelf and I had to use a rusty old screw driver that hurt my hand. This would make a great gift for some of my girlfriends! Cute and fun and just for her! I give this kit 5 stars for the quality and its' purpose.

FOUR MONTHS LATER: I've been using my tool kit quite often. I haven't used everything, but I'll tell about what I have used.

1. Cordless drill: First let me correct myself, this is NOT a drill it's a cordless screwdriver (even thought they call it a drill). If you want a pink drill, they sell them on ebay. The origianl company is in the UK called pinktoolbox and part of the money goes to breast cancer just like the apollo line of oink tools. As fars as this cordless driver goes, I wish it had a bit more torque. But it can do light jobs. One of the many tasks I did was assemble a stand for my mother's new digital tv. I also hung up picture, ect. The bits are good.

2. Box cutter: can get annoying. I order A LOT from Amazon and I need a good box cutter to cut up the boxes for recycling and this one sucks! When I try to cut boxes with this thing, the blade rides back up into the plastic casing. Not very useful :(

3. I worry about using this hammer on any heavy project. There is a label on the hammer that reads, "This tool can be made to chip if struck against a hardened nail......". You do the math!

4. What works great: measuring tape, leveler, percision screwdrivers and scissors.

5. Have not used yet: wrench, pliers, tape and putty knife.

Again, I still love this kit even months later, but they should have made a better pink hammer and drill. I only paided 29.99, now they raised the price to 39.99. They should have raised the quality. But I still say it's a must have for women who do SMALL jobs around the house. This kit gets used A LOT. It's sooooo handy and I'm glad I bought it!

I've got to agree with the other negative reviews. These tools are like toys, made out of flimsy materials. I do not understand how others are getting any use out of them. The screwdrivers were the first to break, the metal they are made out of is so soft that after putting together a few children's toys they were completely ruined. The cordless screwdriver ("drill") has NO power, and after a handful of uses it will not hold a charge. The plastic piece on the tape measure broke off so it can not be held in place. Even the pink plastic hinges on the case broke off. The only thing I've found really useful in this set is the hammer, and well, that's not worth the price. For this amount of money you could buy yourself some real tools, forget about these even though they look so cute. I'm sorry I got them.

This tool kit has all of the hand tools and a few more that a (more likely woman) will need. I have so far found all of the tools to be sturdy and well designed.

Upon opening my Apollo Tool Box, I immediately noticed the poor workmanship. All of the tools have a CHINA print or label on them, as the entire kit was Made in China. There are unfinished edges to the plastic pieces (flakes or rough edges). The tools overall have the appearance of coming through a factory line and immediately being put in the box, without a final check.

All tools have proved durable (though I have only had this for a month) but the presentation of the tools is surprisingly poor. Perhaps the appearance is of no concern to some, but if given as a gift, this tool box may look "cheap" due to the workmanship.

I bought this tool set for a niece who moved into her first apt. after college grad. She loves it and uses it continually. She said it was a unique "house-warming" gift that she will use continually. It is feminine too and that was something she liked about it and the tools were sturdy. - Tool Set - Tools - Gift Ladies Tool Kit - Gift Idea'

Work From Home - work from home, packaging tape

We ship multiple packages a day, many quite large and heavy. Needless to say, we go through ALOT of packing tape. When looking around for tape, I could not find a better deal than this. I was a bit concerned about the quality of the tape itself, as I had bad experiences with "cheap" tape in the past. I should not have worried. The tape is equal to the more expensive tape we have used for a fraction of the price. It does not wrinkle easily or fold over on itself, making it very easy to work with. I highly recommend this product. 36 Rolls CLEAR Packaging, Packing, Sealing Tape - 2 Inches Wide X 330 Feet 2.0 Mil.

The tape is the large size double regular size. It fits all regular tape guns. The down side is that the tackiness is not as described! It easily becomes loose instead of adhering to cardboard. Very much a disappointment.

The tape is OK if you need it for packing. It is not a tough tape and rips easily. To be fair I used it for a sculpture project. We needed a heavier gage tape. Other wise a good price & good for packing tape.

Tears easy making it difficult to reliably feed off shipping tape dispensor. Same spec tape from uline performs better all around. Also had high offensive odor and was yellow tint in color than same spec uline. You get what you pay for. - Packaging Tape - Work From Home'

Very Good Product - very good product, wallet

This is a small type of wallet, just a few compartments for IDs and credit cards and one compartment for cash. Cool, simple and very stylish. I'm very happy with it, and you will be if you are looking to buy a wallet you want to keep in a back pocket of your jeans. It want make a bulge on your behind as it doesn't have that coin compartment, made of leather, in a nice box.

This would be an excellent gift for any guy! Tommy Hilfiger Mens Ranger Passcase, Black, One Size

Purchased this wallet to replace an ancient wallet I carried for years. This wallet comes with a removable sleeve which you can insert you ID in. Several slots for credit cards and a deep cash slot. So your cash doesn't show as much when looking in your wallet. Good leather feel with the Tommy Hilfiger sewn in. Not big and bulky, very flat and not to complicated. Just a very good quality leather wallet!

My son was very pleased with this gift. I was very happy when I received the wallet and looked it over. It was just what I was looking for and looked like top quality. I am very pleased with this purchase and loved the smile and comments I received from my son on this item. - Wallet - Billfolds - Very Good Product'

Notre Dame - college, football

My dad is a Notre Dame alumni and actually went to a couple of these games. He really enjoys reliving those times of his college days. It's also interesting to watch football before the days of the "Yellow Line" and seemingly endless camera angles.

Anyway, my dad tends to watch these when he's flying to and from job sites or in a hotel room without an internet connection. I got them for him about 3 months ago as a Christmas present and he just finished the entire set.

I always enjoyed hearing his stories of these games, so it's really nice being able to give something back that means just as much to him. University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish - Collector's Edition (College Football's Greatest Games)

I bought this for my brother in law for Xmas, and it's definitely the most successful present I've ever given him. He particularly commented on the clarity of pictures for each game ("like being there") and loved that it was the whole game, not just the highlights. A winner for die hard fans out there!

It is a great service to fans that the powers-that-be decided to offer this amazing box set. Some fans, if they're old enough, have only seen some of these games once when they were originally broadcast live. Even if you've caught the "chicken soup game" on ESPN Classic, now you can see it in its entirety and commercial-free. And of course there's the legendary "green jersey game" which probably had the most fanfare and energy of any regular season college football game in history.

From the Lou Holtz era, the two exciting defeats of Miami and Florida State remain at the top of the Fighting Irish's greatest games ever (my only beef with the FSU game is that the great intro by Bob Costas is not included).

In addition to the entire games, many DVDs have extras such as recorded radio broadcasts and pre- and post-game interviews. Easy navigation with chapter indexes placed at the start of scoring drives.

I hope there are plans to make a second boxed set. I myself would love to see the 1973 Sugar Bowl against Alabama, the 1991 Sugar Bowl against Florida, the 1982 game against Pitt, and even some old black & white filmed games such as the 1957 Oklahoma upset.

My brother in law got this for Christmas and we watched a few games. No commercials to skip thru, the original broadcasts are great. A good deal for a handful of big games in recent ND football history. The rosters for each game are a nice feature. A very good buy.

This is a very well done set of actual game broadcasts of some of the greatest Notre Dame games ever, of course concentrating more on the modern TV era. The cool thing is that I was at 3 of these games in person, the 1988 Miami game (Catholics vs Convicts) where ND knocked off #1 Miami, the 1989(88 season) Fiesta Bowl National Championship victory over #3 West Virginia, and the 1993 Game of the Decade vs Florida St, with #2 9-0 ND dominating #1 9-0 Florida St to prove without a doubt that Notre Dame was the best team in the nation in 1993. Aside from the 1966 Michigan St Game of the Century, I saw every other game in this set live on TV when it happened also, including the legendary "Green Jersey" game vs USC in 1977. Some sweet sweet memories. Its too bad they could not have also included some of the following games (or maybe get these in a Vol II?), but full broadcasts may not be available on some, such as:

---#6 Notre Dame over #1 10-0 Texas 24-11 in the 1970 season ending Cotton Bowl to deny Texas the national championship in their back yard.

---#2 10-0 Notre Dame over #1 10-0 Alabama 24-23 in the 1973 Sugar Bowl National Title game giving ND another undisputed national championship and denying Bama the national title in a game Bear Bryant had called "the most important game in the history of the South".

---#9 Notre Dame over #1 10-0 Alabama 13-11 in the 1974 season ending Orange Bowl to again deny Bear and Bama another national title in Ara Parseghian's last game.

---the epic 1980 game in Tuscaloosa between Bama and Notre Dame won by ND 7-0 with both teams vying for a national title and giving Bear Bryant an 0-4 lifetime record vs Notre Dame.

---the 1980 ND-Michigan game won 29-27 on a Harry Oliver 51 yd FG as time expired which prompted the Michigan student paper to headline their article Michigan 27 Notre Dame 26, God 3.

---the 1982 upset of Dan Marino and #1 Pittsburgh under Faust to ruin Marino's chance of a national championship.

---the huge 1988 ND-USC game at the Coliseum with #1 10-0 ND throttling #2 10-0 USC in the last regular season game of the national championship season 27-10.

---of course, any number of ND-Michigan games could also be included since the 1978 renewal of that rivalry has produced many classic games over the years.

The Montana bowl victories included in this set of course are priceless, especially the 1978 Cotton Bowl where #5 Notre Dame absolutely shellacked #1 10-0 Texas 38-10 to win the 1977 National Championship and of course deny Texas (and Earl Cambpell) yet another national title in their backyard. I love hearing the classic announcing of legends like Keith Jackson and Lindsey Nelson, and Musburger and USC alum Pat Haden do an outstanding job with that 1988 epic Miami game. Its too bad the whole film of the 1966 Michigan St game is not available, but its great to have the 2nd half. The number of future All Pros and Hall of Famers in that game is amazing, including Bubba Smith of Mich St and the legendary Alan Page of Notre Dame, future Viking HOF and now Minnesota Supreme Court Justice.

Simply put, get this set and Notre Dame could make 10 more of these sets and it would only scratch the surface of the greatest college football program of all time.

I am surprised Notre Dame is just sitting on the highlight films of those classic 1970s bowl games like the Cotton Bowls vs Texas and the Sugar and Orange Bowls vs Bama. I know there were game highlight films made of those bowl games, and if there were not full game TV broadcasts preserved, ND should at least preserve and release those highlight films, which are the only video records of those classic games, before they are lost forever...... - Football - College - Classic - Fighting'

Fishing Equipment - telescopic fishing rod, backpack rod

I recently sailed a 40 ft catamaran around the Florida Keys and wanted to do some occasional fishing.

We took the dinghy out to the #18 red marker just south of the Boca Grande channel, tied off, chummed with some shrimp and began fishing. We had stripped off the flimsy looking mono that came with the reels and replaced with 8.b test Spider mono. We used a swivel to some 30lb test leader and no weight. We baited with whole shrimp hooked from the tail up through the body.

Within 10 minutes we caught and landed 3 yellowtail jacks that were easily 8 to 10 lbs each. The fight was excellent with the fish peeling off drag from time to time. The rod was bent almost double as we turned the fish and wound down. Pretty good stuff for a telescopic device. The drag worked perfectly and was smooth. It was a good 5 minute fight as we gained back line only to lose it again with with furious runs by the jack. .....very fun..... With the last fish a 7 ft. shark actually chased the hooked fish up to the inflatable dinghy and that's when we felt it was time to go.....

This maybe isn't a rod to win a bass tourny with..... but for something to throw into your suitcase and take on vacation..... it's pretty good. Definitely switch out the line with your own and you are good to go. Shakespeare Medium Action Travel Mate Telescopic Kit Combo (6-Feet 6-Inch)

I bought this rod and reel to give to my grandson for our first fishing trip together. It turned out to be more then I expected and the case it comes in is just so practial alowing it to hold the rod, reel along with a few split shots, hooks, some clips,a lure or two.If need be It would also fit a little live bait in a plastic bag inside the carrying case. Making it easy to walk to your fishing spot carrying everything in the case. The case has a handle and measures about 16"x10" stepped shape and weighs in at (2 lbs.6 oz Thats case rod and reel)

Telescopic rod has pros and cons of any telescopic rod - will collapse by itself if you leave joints TAD loose, and might be difficult to collapse if you pull out sections very tight (especially on sea).

Reel: I used it on sea for fishing (trolling) from a kayak, and after 3 weeks all the screws got rusty. It didn't stop working, but the steel is not quite of outdoor quality - will corrode in fresh water too, only slower.

Overall the combo is usable, I don't complain, especially since got an open-box item for $18 - can't beat the price!

I got this rod for my husband for Father's Day since we are going to stay at a cabin. He loves it! It's surprising how compact it is and how long it gets. It seems sturdy too. The only thing was that we were sent a BLUE reel. Honestly, I prefer the blue so it was a nice surprise (our son's pole is blue and he loves that they match)... but I imagine some people might expect and prefer the red so I thought it was worth mentioning. I'd still recommend it! It's a very handsome blue.

I bought this Shakespeare kit because I wanted to be able to fish when traveling. This rig is light weight, compact and has storage compartments for lures, spinners etc. Best of all the rod is telescopic and gives you medium action. Good price and good service. They now call me "Gone Fish-in".

I bought this because I'm in the Navy and I move around a lot, so I needed something compact, yet still of good value.

It comes nicely packaged in a kit box. I found it surprising how small the box is, you wouldn't suspect a 6'6" pole out of the rod.

The quality of the rod seems sturdy and of decent quality. It's lightweight and I don't think you'd have to worry about rough handling. My boyfriend man handles anything he touches and my rod was still fine :-) yay!

I haven't used it yet since I'm out at sea, but once I get back to land, you betcha I'll be out on the water.

this is the most sturdy fishing rod i have ever used. this ro is also so portable you can fit it into a tackle box. the reel is very smooth to. i would recomend this for eneyone who whants a sturdy rod.

I have not had a chance to use the pole yet, I hope to soon and after I do I will update this post. First I would like to mention the pole looks and feels great. It seems to be of good construction. The carrying case is nice but I have one complaint ... the reel needs to be removed before placing it in the case. It think this was a bad decision just because it gets annoying to remove the reel to store it in the case. This is a small complaint but lets see how the rod performs ... stay tuned!

Pull Down Faucet - pull down faucet, single-handle faucets

You need about 1/2 in clearance around the counter hole to install this...it installs with pressure screws, so no wrenches needed. In our case, we needed to cut away a bit of the cabinet because the hole was right up against the side wall. They must have installed the old one before the counter top was permanently in place. Can be found for less elsewhere. American Standard 4332.350.075 Pekoe Semi-Professional Single Control Kitchen Faucet, Stainless Steel

The American Standard faucet I ordered, with a bit of reluctance since I couldn't actually see it and feel its quality, was beyond my expectations. Even my contractor was impressed with the quality and workmnship. It goes beautifully with my quartz countertops and really compliments the whole kitchen. People notice it right away. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

This is a very nice faucet but the design is flawed for a refit use. There really should be a gasket on the compression fitting.

This is a pretty typical feature & makes for a much easier time getting a really good seal when replacing an existing faucet. We finally were able to make it work but it would have been such a fast & easy installation if they had only included a gasket in the design. Product arrived in perfect condition.

When I first install this faucet, the spout swing arm only swings to the right of center and not left. I called American Standard for help and they promptly me out a replacement spout pipe. Replacing the old spout pipe took about 15 minutes and the faucet now swings both ways. In fact the spout swing arm can 360 degrees in either direction which is somewhat weird but acceptable. The Pekoe faucet is a thing of beauty and we love it.

I fell in love with this style of faucet when I saw it at the local plumbing supply house but almost fell over when I saw the $1000 price tag. After researching several similar styles and manufacturing specifications this version of American Standard's faucet was almost an identical match for the beautiful Blanco faucet I had falling in love with. It is now mounted on my new granite counters and it sits there like a piece of artwork. Extremely functional and has no retractable parts that can break. The one handed operation and ease of use is unsurpassed. All of my friends are amazed by its beauty and the way it blends with my very traditional cherry cabinets. For the serious kitchen junkie - this is a must have. I never write reviews but this is one that I could not let people know what an amazing product this is. One note - please be careful in what you purchase - the DIY versions are cheaper but definitely not the same quality. Spend the extra money and you will get what you pay for.

Just love it! Works great and looks even better. Just remodeling our kitchen and want this item. We went to our local building store and they said that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver. I went home and looked on amazon and they had the item for $40 cheeper and delivered it in 5 days. WONDERFUL!

I was in a local store, and compared two kitchen faucets before buying online, found two faucet which we liked best - this and the one from "Bathtech" brand.

they look very same - great, expensive, in high-quality fashion.

the price though is the only difference - the bathtech faucet is twice less, something around 170 something, at least at a moment: BATHTECH Contemporary Chrome Kitchen Sink Faucet (Model 9600-15)

that's what i bought instead, happy. - Single-handle Faucets - Stainless Steel - Stainless - Pull Down Faucet'
