Senco Air Tools - senco air tools

The SLS 20 is much like the SLP 20 brad nailer. Pretty powerful for its size and very smooth in operation. It doesn't have as much power as the larger SKS staple gun which uses the same staples but weighs a lot more. In its favor the SKS will consistently sink 1 1/2" staples into hardwood all day long. The SLS fits into smaller spaces though so It's somewhat a trade off . Nevertheless Other mini 1/4 inch crown staplers don't compare. They don't have the same power and they don't fire with the same super smooth action. They also seem to recoil more which is a bother. If you've ever shot 18 GA. staples you know it doesn't take much to turn them into a pretzel. Any nail or screw behind your work surface will make quick work of these little fasteners. This gun is very easy to deal with in this situation. Just flip the EZ clear lever and you're back in business. Top it off with an adjustable depth of drive and oilless operatin and you have the best small 1/4" crown stapler in the industry. Senco SLS20 490105N 3/8-Inch to 1-1/2-Inch Narrow Crown Stapler

I own a Senco FP25XP brad nailer and have been extremely satisfied with it - so when I decided to purchase a narrow crown stapler, I chose Senco again. My two options were the SLS20 (this one) or the SKS-L. The SLS20 was less expensive and reviewers here gave it good ratings so I ordered the SLS20.When I received it, however, I was a bit disappointed. The cushion grip is not moulded like on the FP25, but is a piece of foam rubber wrapped around the handle and glued. And because of the way it's wrapped, it's unconfortable in your hand. Probably won't take very long before it begins to come unglued and looks all ratty. The second disappointment was that the unit will not drive one inch staples into maple - it leaves the head proud by about 1/16. I checked the pressure on my compressor and it's in spec. The unit will drive 3/4 inch staples into maple. The third disappointment was that the unit did not come with a case, even though Amazon advertises it as shipping with a case. The fourth disappointment was when I found the SLS20 at a much lower price at a major home improvement store.Overall, I'd recommend buying the SKS-L, or if you can tolerate the reduced power, go with a lower priced Senco stapler.I returned the SLS20 and ordered the SKS-L. While the SKS-L has its own problems, it does have the power that the SLS20 is lacking.

I've used this stapler quite extensively around the house and it has performed flawlessly. No jams, very smooth operation. Nothing more to say, this is the cream of the crop as far as narrow crown staplers go. It's worth the extra money. - Senco Air Tools'

Electric Stove - stovetop, kitchen

We needed new drip pans for our stove. Went to every store around here and could never find both the large and small at one store or even the same brands at a few stores. These came in a set of 4 (2 small and 2 large) that fit perfectly. They were delivered quickly also. Range Kleen 10124XN Universal Drip Pans 4 Pack Containing 2 Units 101Am and 102Am, Chrome

When I received the drip pans, (a set of 4,) the smaller ones were in good condition. However, the larger pans were both dented. The company should be more aware of the condition of their products before being sent out.

Couldn't be happier.

I had tried several different "universal" drip pans from local hardware stores, and had to return them. Those that I tried looked like the originals but actually were about 3/16" smaller in overall diameter, and the electric elements would not seat all the way in and rocked from side to side.

I ordered this set based on the comments of other users posted here. They are a perfect fit for my GE stove. BTW, they also listed as "universal" but upon receipt the are further identified on the labeling as TYPE B. What ever the difference these were perfect replacements for WB31T10010 6" and WB31T10011 8" as listed by GE as the replacement part numbers for my 30" GE Spectra standalone range/oven....Model JBP24.

I've tried scrubbing old drip pans, soaking them in de-greaser, and dipping them in every caustic chemical I can find. I've tried boiling them, scouring them and using abrasive cleaners. Sometimes, it is just not possible to clean old drip pans.

These fit my Frigidaire stove perfectly.

Cleaning isn't fun. Just buy new ones.

I ordered these based on a review by "Hank" which said they fit his GE range, which has a similar model number to mine. But they DON'T fit. Trust the product description that says they don't fit GEs.

These drip pans are perfect, and what a great deal! They are very good quality and clean easily. They fit perfectly in my older model stove. They old ones in there caused the burners to tip a little bit and these ones don't do that. They wipe clean very easily which is nice so I don't have to keep replacing them. They are very shiny and nice looking, they make my stove look brand new! I have recommended these to all my friends as they are a good value and arrive quickly.

Yep they fit, they're chrome, they catch the crud that spills over cause I'm a messy cook. Not much else to say here. Oh they do seem to clean up easier then the enamel coated white ones that the stove came with.

Perfect fit and they make the stove look brand new again. I can't believe how hard I tried scrubbing those old nasty ones when for only $13 shipped I got brand new ones. I may just get new ones once a year now. - Chrome - Kitchen - Stovetop - Stove'

Motion Sensor Light - led light, motion sensor

Just added this to the bottom of our apartment's formerly unsafe and dark stairway. Powered by the 4 size C batteries, my only worry was whether this would sufficiently illuminate the section (the reason I ruled out a solar powered unit; these tend to put out as much light as a birthday candle). Initially tested the unit indoors and I was pleasantly surprised to see the LEDs put out a great deal of light...enough to read by. Installation is a breeze, the motion sensor is sensitive enough to turn on from about 6-8' away, and hopefully the light lives up to the 6-12 month battery replacement claims. Only negative is not specific to this unit, but of LED lighting technology: the lights are so cold blue, it sometimes looks like a new car headlight is shining downward. Wonder why manufacturers do not include a slightly warm-tinted clear film to alter the light's colour a bit. But overall, think this is a perfect renter's choice in adding some safety lighting outdoors. Fulcrum 20031-101 Motion Sensor LED Porch Light, Silver

I've had this a few months now and it's working perfectly. I have it hung on the underside of my porch roof so it's not directly exposed to the weather and I honestly don't think I would recommend it for places where it will get rained / snowed on. I'm sure it will be able to handle the ambient moisture / cold / heat from being outside but I don't think it would last long if you plan on mounting it directly in the elements - at least not unless you do some slight modifications to it like using caulk or silicone over the seams. The motion sensor function works great - it only comes on when it's dark and the sensitivity is perfect. Once it detects no motion for approx 10 to 15 seconds it goes right back out again. The light is very adequate for shining on a door so you can see the keyhole or find your way in a dark area.

UPDATE 9/17/2010: I wanted to add a couple of notes now that I have been using this light for six months. I had initially given this 5 stars but had to knock off a couple of stars due to some serious issues with the light. The light began staying on all night long when there was no motion - occasionally going off for a second and then coming back on again. Since it had been six months since I installed the light and the light was getting a bit dim I assumed that maybe it was because the batteries were dying. When I opened the door to replace the batteries white water poured out - the water was white due to the moisture inside the light corroding the batteries and they were leaking a lot of acid. It actually burned a little and the batteries were in such bad shape I'm surprised they were even able to turn the light on. As I mentioned above, my light is not exposed to any direct moisture at all - it's hung on my porch roof which has an eave that extends down one foot from the roof line and the light is mounted in the corner. No matter how hard it rains the light would never be able to get hit by water so apparently the ambient humidity is getting into the light and condensing inside. I was able to get the light working again by leaving the battery door off and letting the insides dry (inside the house) for a week - I think the water was causing the circuit board inside to short out. Before I put the batteries back in I sealed all around the lens and all the seams with silicone sealant. After I put the batteries in I sealed the battery door shut with Dap 18324 Seal 'N Peel Removable Caulk, 10.1-Ounce so hopefully that will keep moisture from entering. It really is a nice light and it's a shame the manufacturer didn't put a little more effort into making this more weather resistant. If you plan on using this outside at all I would recommend that you seal it up good first unless you live in a desert. As I mentioned the battery life is roughly six months, which is decent, but I think I expected more since it runs on 4 C cell batteries. Then again, maybe they would have lasted longer if they weren't soaked in water.

We park on the side of the house where there is no light so I started looking for an outside light that would be easy to install and wireless. The first night it was up I thought this has to be a bad unit since it didn't turn on when I drove up. Once I turned my headlights off and got out of the car it lit up and provides adequate lighting. The function of it only turning on in the dark was battery saving plus for me. I was afraid with the dog running by it all day we'd be buying a lot of batteries but it only turns on with a combination of darkness and motion. It's been outside on a pole without shelter since February and works great.

I love this light! Installed in minutes using only a screwdriver. Looks great! No wiring! Provides loads of light! Much better coverage than other LED lights that I have used. Automatically turns on when you approach leaving your hands free to unlock the door. I can think of at least two other locations where I can install others. Great item!

This detector does an amazing job for lighting small areas (25 sq ft). Its bigger than the photo would indicate (almost 6"x6"x6"). The 4 batteries fit in the sphere itself not the base. I mounted 1 outside above the doors of our shed and 1 inside the shed at a height of about 6'. The one side picks up a person about 5' away. Provides excellent light for about 25 sq ft with dimmer lighting for about 100 sq ft. Quality is fine for a sub $30 detector. Just installed so I have no idea how long the batteries will last.

Con: no sensetivity setting on motion detector. Not an issue in my case but some may want more/less then the pre-set.

I installed this light on my front porch about two weeks ago. I got the light because I didn't want to keep the front porch light and the driveway coach lanterns on when I or my wife or kids were out late. The plastic mounting plate has two #4 screws, and the light is easily removable from the mounting plate. The light seems very securely mounted by the two screws, and swivels and rotates to give illumination where you want it. My porch is about 6 feet wide, and the 6 LED's give a bright, almost newspaper-reading-quality, blue-white light to illuminate the door handle and keyhole. The motion sensor works well, turning on as I approach within about two feet of the door. The instruction sheet says the 4 C cells will last between 6 months to a year, "...depending on frequency of acivation...". The instruction sheet mentions that the light is for outdoor use, and the light and battery compartment seem to be sealed, or at least protected, for outside use. Overall, the light seems ideal for my use, but no telling yet how long lasting it will be. - Motion Sensor - Led Light - Home Security - Led'

Carrying Case For Garmin Nuvi - gps carrying case, case

I ordered this case for my Garmin and other accessories. I was truly suprised by the quality. The case is 12 inches long by 8 inches wide (I measured). It is a little larger than expected, but I am glad because all of the stuff that goes with my GPS fits just fine. It's nice to have extra room. It is made of some kind of reinforced nylon material. The description says it is a "hard case". Most think of a metal or plastic reinforced case like you would put musical instruments in. This IS NOT that type of case. It does have some give to it. If you were to push hard enough on it you can dent it and it will pop back out again. I think it can take a good beating before anything inside gets damaged. I just wanted a durable cash to put my GPS and other stuff in while I travel. This case does the trick. It's small enough to fit inside a carry-on bag or a back pack. The three small pouches you see in the photo have velcro on the back so they stick inside the case without falling out. The pocket also has velco and by pushing on the mesh pocket it "seals" to the grey velvet-liek lining for a secure fit. My GPS, all of the accessories, a camera, and a few other do-dads fit inside just fine. I like it because it has that "grab and go" type feel to it without feeling clunky or annoying to carry around. It has a durable zipper to close the case and it also comes with a handy wrist strap you can attch outside (maybe hook on another bag or over your carry-on? I haven't put it on though because I just carry it and put it in my car (fits easily under the seat or in the glove box) or pack it away. I give this product five stars, plus I think it is very well priced. I have seen similar products priced twice as much and passed them up. Yup, I'm cheap, but this product isn't. Give it a try. If you don't use it for GPS you can at least use it for a small camera, cell phones, or travel kits. Premium Hard Shell Travel Case for Select Garmin Nuvi GPS Navigators - to hold unit, adapters, memory cards and other accessories

I originally purchased a differant GPS charger & case combo from Accessory Genie. When it arrived I noticed that all of the items that came with my Gramin Nuvi 760 would not fit in the case. As a result I left a low review rating. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Alexander Rocha a customer Service Rep with Accessory Genie. He wanted to know what they could do to make me happy. He advised me that they have a larger GPS XL case and would be happy to email me a postage paid return label to send my original purchase back to them. Upon receiving my return they would send the new larger case prepaid. I received the new XL case and it is perfect. Everything fits in the case with room to spare, even two separate dash mounts. Although the case is not a true "Hard Shell Case" it is stiff enough to offer good protection. Accessory Genie went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Way to go Alexander. Thank you!

Don't be fooled. This case is NOT a hard shell as stated. At best it is reinforced nylon. It is easily crushed and at it's most "rigid" points I can easily compress the case with my thumb and index finger! The interior design is adequate for the purpose however the pictures show three interior cases which, indeed are there, each with a velcro attachment but there is only room for the two larger cases. The third smaller case is left to float freely! The case is a nice concept but that concept has not yet reached fruition! I was expecting a hard case and did not get that. If you are indeed looking for a hard case - keep looking...

The case contains my Garmin 1490T and all the accessories. The velcro "mini" bags on the inside let me compartmentalize my cables, suction cups and brackets for the windshield. The mesh divider also allows for several pages of the manual to be folded and carried with the GPS.

Very good hard shell case. Had just enough room to hold all of my gps gadgets which included the gps in its' own case, the owners manual, the windshield mount, three different power and battery charging cords and a couple of spare parts. It's getting full, but whenever I hit the highway, I grab the hard case and I'm off, knowing that nothing got left behind or in another vehicle.

The sturdiness of this case is just right, not to hard & not to soft. My husband an OTR driver uses it to house his GPS unit and cords. He uses the GPS in both his personal and work vehicle (tractor trailer) and the travel case to store & carry it to and from work and both vehicles each week. The only thing his wishes it had was a longer strap in addition to the carring handle. Since his hands are normally full when he's transferring his belongings from one vehicle to another.

Great little "big" bag for my Garmin - it fits everything in 1 place. Only thing - is it would be nice to have a handle. Right now it has a camera-like string.

Would recommend it to others who want a one-stop place for all their accessories.

The shell was actually harder than I expected. What I didn't expect was all of the velcro. The pouches are attached with velcro on the back, and the netting has a velcro divider. It will not fit under my car seat. I can fit it in my glove compartment if I take a few things out. I use it for my garmin 3750, which had kind of an iphone screen that reviews said was sensitive. The gps is already in a smaller case by itself, but I was looking for a bigger case for charger and all. It can all fit in the netting. I leave the pouches in for extra cushioning. I gave it four stars because it is a hard shell, and it fits everything I need it to which is why I bought it. - Garmin Nuvi Case - Case - Gps Carrying Case - Garmin Case'

Garage Door Opener

My owner's manual called for replacement battery part # 41A6357-1. This one looked exactly right though and it was about $10 cheaper than I could find the other one. I called Chamberlain and they said it was the same thing. I went ahead and ordered the 4228 and it fits and works perfectly. Very simple to do yourself (though the manual says to call service if the red light stays on and it beeps every 30 seconds). Glad I didn't call service it would have cost a lot more and this only took me about three minutes to replace and it fixed the problem! Chamberlain 4228 EverCharge Standby Power System Replacement Battery

I purchased this battery replacement for the Chamberlain Whisper Drive Plus 3/4 HPS model# 248754. The manual and Chamberlain's website called for purchasing part# 41A6357-1.

The Chamberlain website was about the same price (just slightly more), but the shipping was $8.63 for ground (5-10 business days) and $29.83 for air (3-5 business days).

The annoying beep every 20-30 seconds was enough to pay the $30 for air shipping, but I had to wait another 3-5 business days.

I read a couple of reviews stating that this battery was successfully used to replace the 41A6357-1 battery type. The connectors on this battery is slightly different than the original manufacturer battery as it did not have wires connected to the battery and only had the clips. The wires on the original manufacturer battery allowed for an easier time to remove the battery. I could tell that by inserting this battery into the unit, it would be difficult to pull it out the next time I have to replace it. Furthermore, this battery fit just a tad bit more snug than the OEM one.

So, before pushing this battery in all the way, I removed three screws that held the side panel on the side that the battery is on. Once that panel is removed, it was VERY easy to push in and out the battery replacement. I didn't want to push this battery in all the way with the risk that I'll never be able to get it back out.

I'd buy it here from Amazon because it was about the same price as the Chamberlain website, saved $30 in shipping, and I received it two days after ordering because of Amazon Prime!

The slight inconvenience is the fact that the next time I replace this battery, I'll have to spend an extra 5-7 minutes removing and putting back the panel to remove the battery.

Amazon had the best price for this battery for my garage door opener. The only other place that had this for sale was Home Depot (and they did not have it in stock and had to be ordered online) and was $10.00 higher than Amazon, plus taxes and shipping costs. Amazon didn't charge me tax or shipping. So an overall savings of about $20 dollars over Home Depot online. Thanks Amazon!!

FYI - this is also the correct battery for the opener sold at home depot under part #HD900D. Makes it stop beeping.

If you google part# SA1245 you can probably score one of these for under $20 shipped. No complaints about this one though - just an FYI if you haven't ordered yet. Chamberlain just sticks their sticker over the manufacturer's label.

Our Chamberlain battery started beeping to be replaced, but battery #41A6357-1 from Chamberlain was going to cost $55 and take at least 7 days to arrive. The 4228 worked great and was $15 cheaper. Awesome!

My battery went out after right at 3 years. Ironically so did my neighbors (same model, etc). The beeping was unbelievably horrible...The battery makes it stop. I don't know what else to say other than i can't believe you can't stop the beeping without a battery.

Backup battery not needed for operation. Just remove old battery to stop beeping. If you have a power failure go in the front door of your house and into the garage and pull the emergency red cord to disengage the motor and raise the door manually. I never had occasion to use the battery backup feature once during the life of the battery which was approx. three years so decided the battery backup was a waste of money.

The original standby battery gave up the ghost. After verifying with Chamberlain that the Amazon battery was identical to the original I purchased it. Installation was a breeze. Unfortunately, nobody at Chamberlain told me that when the battery is removed and the power to the opener pulled that the opener loses it's up/down end points and closing force adjustments. It's not in the instructions either. Once that was done we were good to go.

We purchased our garage door opener from Lowes and had them install it - less than two years ago - when the battery back up went bad (the chirping will drive you nuts!!) we found that they didn't sell this part - found it on Amazon - received it in record time and no problem since then - really glad to have it too - we've had numerous power outages due to storms!'

Pencil - bic, bic mechanical pencils

When I get pencils, normally what I do is look for the ones that are the cheapest per pencil. I prefer mechanical ones because they never need sharpening, and never grow uncomfortably small. I also like .7 lead because it tends to break less than the thinner leads. What brand of pencils doesn't matter, as long as the pencils are refillable. These pencils are refillable mechanical pencils with .7 lead. They come with three sticks of lead already in them. The eraser works well. It leaves no smudges, and erases easily. As for the grip, I guess I could say that it makes writing more comfortable, but if it does, I have yet to notice it. The grip doesn't really do anything for me, but I don't dislike it either. It is just there (but if I wanted I could take it off). The only problem I have with this pencil is one I've had with every mechanical pencil; when I use up all of the eraser, I can't put lead in easily anymore. To put more lead in I have to feed it in through the tip.Other than that, I can't see any reason to dislike these pencils. They work well and give me no reason to complain.Loggie-log-log-log BIC Matic Grip Mechanical Pencil, HB #2, 0.7 mm, 12 Pencils

Anytime I use pencils, I reach for the BIC Matic Grip Mechanical pencils. I prefer jewel tones, so I specifically buy the metallic colors (silver, purple, red, blue and green) variety. I keep several in my desk and a few in my purse. My son uses them, too.

They have rubber grips towards the bottom, which are especially good for children learning to write (or practicing writing). This feature also makes them incredibly comfortable to use.

These are mechanical pencils, which means you click the top and lead comes out. And get this: even if you accidentally click too much or the lead falls out...you can shove it right back in the hole and use it! In fact, you can retract it back into the sheath so you don't end up stabbing someone with the lead (or if you carry it in a briefcase or purse).

Each has a white eraser that erases easily and cleanly. (I just hate those messy old fashioned pink erasers!)

Lastly, these are #2 pencils so the kids can use them for standardized tests that may require them (do they still do that? I homeschool so I don't know!).

If you're looking for a reliable pencil that looks great and is comfortable to write with, I highly recommend the BIT Matic Grip Mechanical Pencils!

My wife got me a pack of these mechanical pencils as a Christmas gift after observing how many times I ended up sharpening standard pencils. I instantly fell in love with them! They're very convenient and comfortable. They write just fine and the eraser works great.

The only downside (which for me is significant, hence only earning this pencil three stars) is that the clips are made of a fairly weak plastic that tends to bend and break if carried around in the rings of a notebook or hung in the "pencil slots" in a backpack or briefcase. Every one of my pencils has suffered this loss and so now they just sit in the bottom of my bag/case, which of course means they get dirtier and are harder to find.

If you just want to keep it on your desk and need an inexpensive and reliable pencil, this will work great for you. If you want to carry it around, however, you might want to check out something a little nicer with a metal clip.

I'm back in school after being out for a year. I never really used pencils through undergrad except during exams but even then i used mechanical pencils. I borrowed one of these from a friend sometime early last year during an exam because i didn't have a pencil and somehow i kept it. I always told him i was going to give it to him and somehow we graduated and i guess i forgot. I really feel bad. But anyway, it's been more than a year and i still have the pencil. I've used it multiple times and haven't had any breakage. I LOVE the way they write. I got a 10 pack of pencils at walgreens 3weeks ago and they're all gone School started 3 weeks ago. Those pencils have failed me multiple times, i think i use them to write for a couple of minutes and it breaks. the next one wouldn't advance no matter how hard i push. I've always had the bic matic grip in my bag and that's when i reach for it. I don't use this constantly cuz i've been practicing drawing resonance structures for ochem the last week, i like t save this pen for 'important' stuff. So last week i ordered these from amazon. i believe they are worth every penny. The one i got from my classmate has never failed me on the times i've used it. Now i'm cheap, I'm the type of student who likes to wait to buy pencils at 33cents but these are worth the money. They write great, they feel great in the hands and best part, they don't leave you hanging in the middle of lectures! Now the last part reason is what made me order these on amazon. Don't waste you money on pencils that break every 30minutes.

Bic Matic Grip Mechanical Pencils are very good for general everyday use.

Likes:

+ .70mm leads are strong

+ Each pencil has 3 leads included

+ Leads advance smoothly to the correct length

+ Good grip surface is comfortable

Dislikes:

- Very lightweight

- Weak eraser

One of the best mechanical pencils we have used.

Recommended!

The slim pencil body helps you write clearer and neater, while the grip that is not hard but not soft and sort of in-between helps you stride toward good handwriting. These pencils help you focus because their bright colors immediately catch your eye whenever you are gazing around the classroom or office. The super smooth lead comforts you during long writing sessions. You may experience some writing fatigue, where your hands cramp up and you have to stop writing, but these pencils are at the top of my recommendation list. - Bic - Pencil - Bic Mechanical Pencils'

Cheap Airsoft Guns - leg holster, airsoft

I'm just getting into IDPA and this is the first tactical holster I've purchased. It has many adjustment points but they are not easy to adjust so you may spend some time getting this rig setup the way you like it. It doesn't come with any instructions so take your time with it and adjust one thing at a time for fitting. My Glock 17 fits nicely into the holster with a LaserMax UniMax attached to the rail. NcStar 3-Piece Drop Leg Gun Holster and Magazine Holder

This holster perfectly holds my Airsoft M9, and is exactly what I was expecting (I plan on using it for a Stargate costume, it's perfect.) Very adjustable, which is excellent because I'm a very small person. So if you plan on costuming or being on a field, this is a wonderful holster. Comfortable too, I ran around my house one day wearing this thing.

Pros:

-comfortable

-very adjustable

-good price

Cons:

-If your mag release is a button by the trigger guard, the button has a good chance of releasing the mag, so a higher chance of loosing the mag.

Overall, i love this thing.

I purchased this product for a Halloween costume and i am thoroughly impressed with it. I thought the whole thing was going to be too big, but literally every aspect of this holster is adjustable. I am short, so the drop leg holster that slips onto the belt portion is a little long. I might be able to use a safety pin to hoist it up a little; otherwise the drop leg will be more of a drop knee. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of this product for the price.

Like the title says.. DO NOT order this if you have any weapon, real or "airsoft", that has a gov't. model 1911 magazine release. The walls of the holster are too tight and press against it. Otherwise well made, and really for a large frame auto, medium size doesn't really work well, the longer slide/barrel of a large frame helps hold weapon in holster.

Although the holster is designed for small weapons ( i got a elite ii beretta, and is a little big for the holster) this product rocks. its quality is totally professional wether you are just an air soft amateur, or a police officer, this product accomplish every need of one shooter.

This product is exactly what I expected. For the price its great. If your looking for somthing for serious shooting this is not your item but if your looking for costume or occational airsoft apparal then I would recoment this item. Material is a bit thin for use with a real gun although it would work just not sure how long.

To be honest it is for a Halloween costume but it feels sturdy enough I would feel comfortable using it with a real gun- if I needed/ wanted too. It's very adjustable but there's little straps to hold back the extra straps- so straps are NOT flapping around. Love it

I like the setup, i don't like the holster its made really cheap. My gun is a full size 9mm, didn't fit well in the holster, the holster big and bulky and the leg strap was not attach real well. The 3 mags holder is made better, I like it better then the holster. I got what I paid for, Shipping was good about 3-4 day after I ordered it. - Holster - Holsters - Leg Holster - Airsoft'

Cordless Tool Accessories - radio, great radio

This is a great sounding radio that's durable. The "shell" around it is very well made and it feels indestructible. The sound quality is great, although sorta directional, and the tuner works better than the Dewalt. The dials have a solid feel to them. I bought the white one with the auxillery plug for my Ipod and it works well. The drawbacks are the same for everyone: It doesn't charge a battery and it has a seperate AC adapter that could easily get lost or damaged. All in all I like it and would recommend it to someone who has Makita Li-ion cordless tools. Makita BMR100W 18-Volt LXT Lithium-Ion Cordless FM/AM Job Site Radio

I wanted a shop radio that played mp3 and wasn't a 25 pound suitcase that used up half a workbench. The radio sounds fine even in a big open 1200'sf shop although the speakers are only 3". The compact design fits right on a shelf and it appears to be fairly dust resistant. It uses both types of Makita rechargeable batteries which is handy if you have a lot of the old NIMH pods. It has alarm and clock functions and two inputs for AUX components but the downside was the sound from an ipod. It just is not very loud even at full volume on both units. I tried both a hd based and a nano flash ipod. Sound was just ok but disappointing if you want loud music. Perhaps some newer generation mp3 players would sound better but I have encountered this problem before patching in an ipod to another unit. There are no tone controls so what you hear is what you get. Overall this is a nice rugged compact job/shop radio but just a so so mp3 device.

This radio is everything I expected it to be. Rugged, small footprint, stylish, has great sound (amazing base response considering the size) digital presets for AM and FM radio, water/dust tight compartment for tool battery and or Ipod/mp3 player or to store included 12v power adapter. I use an Ipod shuffle connected to the auxiliary in #2 jack located inside the sealed compartement. It works flawlessly. The radio locks on well to FM stations and not bad for AM stations (I like to listen to talk radio as well). The presets are great and easy to access. The dual function tuner dial is very smooth. Push it in and it changes volume, press again and it changes tuning. Also has channel search function, auto off function for those who like to fall asleep with radio on, wake up tone alarm and clock radio function. Also has 2 AA battery backup inside water proof compartment to save presets and displays the time on the lcd screen. The lcd screen lights up when any button is pressed then shuts off after a short delay to save power. All in all a great radio. So what it doesn't charge batteries. I use cordless tools all the time and generally don't use the stock charger anyway. I buy the fast chargers so don't need another with the radio. It would have been nice to include the transformer inside the unit so a regular 120v a/c cord plug could be used when not using a Makita battery. Oh by the way, I don't own any Makita tools anymore so I just use the power adapter. No problem. I've used the Bosch, Milwaukee, and seen the new Ridgid jobsite radio's. They are all large, bulky, heavy, loaded with unesessary features and parts break off of them. I am enjoying this radio very much and highly recommend it.

This radio is designed for people who (1) already own Makita power tool batteries and (2) want a rugged portable radio. It does not come with its own battery, and does not charge batteries (including the one used to power the radio). It is not hard wired for AC. You need to plug a not-so-rugged AC adapter into the front of the unit. Although the radio will probably survive being kicked or dropped, the AC adapter/wires/plug may not.

For those who like to take naps at their job sites, it includes a sleep function and alarm!

Overall, this radio was designed for a specific job, and does its job very well.

Just got our radio the other day. As everyone says, the sound is pretty good for a simple jobsite radio. I'd like to adjust the tone, as it is a little too biased toward bass for me, but not too bad. Probably OK out in the open air rather than in the garage or house.

Note that you cannot use the internal AUX2 input with al LXT (or probably any other slide type) battery. The input is right behind the battery. You can't put the aux plug in first, nor the battery and then the plug. I even bought a 90 degree adaptor, but it still doesn't work. You must use the front external AUX1 input, which is not much protection for your MP3 player.

I'd give it 5 stars otherwise, but this lack of foresight drops it at least one star.

After searching everywhere from Sears to Best Buy for an ipod-compatible stereo system, I finally decided to take a chance on the Makita BMR100W, and I couldn't be happier. This unit is loud, in spite of the side-mounted speakers, probably due to it's dense body, and fills my 30X30 sq/ft dance studio with bass-rich tunes. The ipod plugs in on the lower left, next to the AC adapter input, and choosing Aux on the large, bright LCD allows for volume control via the big blue knob. There are ipod docking portables out there with many more controls, but none that sound as good as this latest Makita. The adapter fits conveniently in the battery cavity, and if you're wondering why they didn't include a battery and built-in charger, it's because they don't own the patent. For $70 (with free shipping on Amazon), this is the best and least expensive sound reinforcement I've ever had to provide to my clients. With a mini-jack adapted microphone, it would also make a neat portable PA.

i bought one of these radios specifically because it could run off of my lithium ion makita batteries. once i plugged my mp3 player into it, i was convinced. Then it accidentally fell off of a roof not once but twice. not that i'm saying this radio was built to be thrown off of 30 ft buildings but you get the point. The sound is better than my own car stereo!!! i love this radio. it's loud and the speakers mounted on the side spread the sound everywhere instead of just forward. The clock is very handy because it always displays the time even when you don't have a battery in. That power is supplied by two AA batteries that came with my radio. Well worth every cent! - Great Radio - Boombox - Radio - Makita'

Everlast - fitness, shorts

Reasons why I love these shorts:

1. The long length: unlike shorter neoprene shorts, you won't develop a rash where your thighs rub together because these are long enough!

2. The high waist: you don't have to buy a separate belly wrap (which is uncomfortable and drips sweat all over your waist). The high waist means you have continuous coverage and the sweat falls from the pant legs onto the floor.

3. Comfortable zipper: I was nervous that the zipper would pinch or make the shorts less comfortable, but I was surprised to find that they were VERY comfortable and the zipper didn't pinch at all.

Things you should know:

1. You should wear a shirt under the pants as shown in the photo because the top front of the pants may rub you while you run.

2. I bought the LARGE/XL and they are a street size 12.

3. They will swish when you run, just put a pair of shorts over them.

THESE REALLY WORK! I had a great workout, and as goofy as I felt at first, I realized that wearing a shirt and pair of shorts over them, no one at the gym noticed I was wearing them. I give these an extra star for making me feel skinnier!! Everlast for Her All-In-One Body Slimmer (Small/Medium)

Ok, so amazing sweat doesn't sound so great but it feels really good to get soaked! I love this product. I wear it everytime I work out, even doing yoga. It adds the right amount of resistance to your movements. AND its better than just the tight shorts that stop at at your belly and cut you in half. These really come up high and give your gut a good tightening. It really helps firm up that trouble area.

I do a lot of walking and light aerobics so knee-lights, kicks and ham-string curls get a whole new level of workout when you wear these.

You will not regret this purchase. You don't feel cut in half, there is no binding or chaffing because the shorts are long (almost to my knees) and the top comes up below your breastbone. Great fit and I'm 5'6.

Oh, and one more perk: the zipper has a protective layer of fabric between it and you. I haven't once zipped my skin up. Yay!

I bought this product because I was having trouble loosing inches around my torso, derrier, and thighs. The very next day I got it, I began using it while running my everyday 45 minutes route, 5 days a week. I saw results in just one week! I was sweeting buckets and it certaily made the difference in the inches I wanted to loose. As a result, I have bought a second one so I can alternate because I am sweating so much that my shorts definitely need more air drying time! This product is truly amazing if you use it constantly and don't give up on yourself!

I am a size 14/16 and am desperately trying to get some weight off before going to St. Louis next weekend. I bought these hoping to kick it into high gear. I struggled like mad to even get them up, then guess what? You still have to zip them! I pulled the sides together and finally managed to get them zipped but was terribly afraid I was going to break the zipper. Once I got them on (and zipped) they were great. I do the elliptical, crunches, ab roller and weights and I liked the compression and tension it added to my workout. BUT, ladies, if you wear anything above a size 12 don't even bother buying these until you lose a few inches. Everlast SERIOUSLY needs to make these in bigger sizes for all us folks that really need them, I mean why make a slimming garment for skinny people - are they messing with our heads?!!!!

Day 1, I could not wait to get this in the mail. I put it on as soon as it landed on my door step. I am African American 5'3 and 155lbs, I got the Large/XLarge & it fit pretty well, I have a big rump :). I'm an average size 12. I did my workout with the shorts for 30-45 min and when I took them off I was soaked. It was a good gross sweat, but I can't wait to start seeing some results.

I'm in size 6 and got a small/medium of this body slimmer. The waist appears to be too big for me. If you wear a medium size, this one might work for you. But if you wear a small size or between small/medium, then this one is too big for you.

I purchased the Everlast to promote my weight loss. I was worried about the sizing due to the previous comments. The XL size fit perfect. The body slimmer does really hold everything tight and does it make you sweat. It was worth the price that I paid. I would recommend it and will purchase if I need again in the future.

The body slimmer is a great instrument to use in assisting with perspiration. I bought the XL and it is a little tight at first and hard to get up if you are a size 16, but eventually it gets easier. I recommend this product in conjunction with your work out or even just around the house.

I bought these to work out in, I'm a size 16 these days and I couldn't get these a pants over my thighs, let alone up to my waist. Whoever put 'L/XL' on the packaging must have been confusing it with children's sizes. They were promptly returned. - Shorts - Awesome - Fitness'

Circle Cutter - attachments, bob tool

I bought this attachment to cut holes in 5mm marine plywood for inspection port hatches on a boat I was building. The attachment worked extremely well, cutting a perfect, clean hole, with no wobble and no raggedness in the cut. Dremel 678-01 Circle Cutter and Straight Edge Guide

So far I have only used this in soft materials (ie plastic) to cut circles. I used it to make some cat litter boxes out of plastic storage boxes, and used it to make some cut-outs on some rain barrels I'm making. It seems to work fine so far-- though like I said I haven't tried it on other things like drywall and wood which I plan to do in the future. Useful little gadget.

I bought this item to cut some circles out of acrylic. To have it work correctly, you'll really need the center pin to be very secure, and in my case with acrylic, I drilled pilot holes. Fortunately, I needed those holes anyway for my project. But it cuts very nice circles, and for the price, I have no complaints. I wish that I had this tool for earlier projects.

The Dremel Circle cutter is a handy accessory to the basic Dremel tool, and it is adequate for the job for which I purchased it.

It is cheaply made and rough and a bit awkward to use. It is also cheap in price, so I cannot complain too much.

I value tools, and would have paid more for a better tool, and would been more satisfied.

In sum, it does the job, and I am being fussy.

Makes cutting drywall holes sooooo easy.

just the sizing is a little confusing and I would have to do a test on a piece of paper first to see if the size was right. (just dab a little marker or paint on the bit and do a circle without the device on, on a piece of paper then overlay the paper to see if the size matches up.

I recommend it, makes a nice addition to dremel

Unlike the router table, the housing it screws into is better.

I've used it to do over sized radii by making an attachment for it.

A sharp cutting tool improves the quality of work. I also tried

using a 1/8 inch end mill. Not sure if it worked better than the

Dremel cutter, still, after getting used to it, thought it worked

pretty well. Feed rate is important. - Attachments - Hand Tools - Bob Tool - Circle Cutter'

Sexy Lingerie

I am 5'2 1/2 and these babies make me a super model at 5'8 1/2. I do however strongly suggesting getting a bigger size than you normally wear. I wear a 7-71/2 and I ordered these in a 7 and they were way too small. My toes hung over and my heel stuck over the edge which is unheard of for me wearing a 7. I then reordered a 8 and they fit perfect. Funtasma by Pleaser Women's Juliet-209 Platform Sandal,Red Patent,9 M

Great shoe, so comfortable given the heel height, sexy and stylish the shoe can be paired with short skirts, jeans, or long slinky dresses. I absolutley love this shoe and highly recommend it. Comfortable for walking, long nights or for "playing" around the house. The heels really drive men crazy......a must have for your shoe collection or any naughty girl.......

I bought these for my wife to dress up for me, and wow. She was so hot in these shoes. These are some great shoes for exotic dancers too. But i bought them for her to play dress up and give some arch on the back side and wow. If you wear an eight then the 8.5 might just be better. The make of these shoes were really good. They had a small scuff but undetictible. I would recommend these to anyone trying to spice their look up.

They are super hot but I don't know how anyone could wear these for more than an hour at a time. The way they narrow on the platform area makes them a little wobblier than normal, and with that huge platform, couldn't they have put in just a little cushioning??

If you are an exotic dancer, follow the recommended sizing. You need your shoes to be snug! If you're just using this for play [;)] then get a size larger.

They're very sturdy--Pleaser brand is one of the best shoes for dancing. They're lightweight, sleek and very sexy.

I highly recommend these shoes, and the seller ships very quickly!'

Pre-natal Vitamins - pre-natal vitamins, rainbow light

This is my first time taking a prenatal vitamin, so I have nothing to compare my experience to...but I have to say that I love these vitamins! I spent a lot of time reading reviews for different brands/types of prenatal vitamins, before deciding on these. I love the fact that they're all natural, & made from actual food/plants rather than synthetics. And I love the fact that they haven't added any unnecessary dyes, or artificial ingredients, etc.

From my research, this prenatal vitamin seems to have just about all of the nutrients that you'll need to have: before, during, and after pregnancy, (while breast feeding). Except that you'll have to get extra Calcium from another source, and if you really want to play it safe you can always increase your iron intake...but these are minor details. I think that the price is great...even if they are a little more expensive than some of the other prenatal vitamins, they are worth it for the quality, & can you really put a price on having a healthy baby? :)

I have been taking these vitamins for a month now, and I haven't suffered from ANY side-effects, at all. Nor have I noticed an after-taste, or any other kind of adverse side effect. They haven't given me heartburn. And they don't cause me to feel sick, or nauseous...which I was worried about, since a lot of women complain that prenatal vitamins *in general* make them feel nauseous. But I haven't had any problems, what-so-ever. And these vitamins contain natural ingredients that will actually help with your morning sickness...so that's a bonus! :)

They are a little on the large side, but with all of the healthy nutrients packed into them, I don't really see that as being a bad thing! Plus, as far as I can tell...most prenatal vitamins are large, unless you're taking multiple smaller doses each day. If that's what you're looking for...Rainbow Light has another prenatal vitamin that you can take 6 times a day, & they are smaller. But I haven't had any trouble swallowing these. Some people have mentioned that they have an easier time taking them with Orange Juice, but I haven't had a problem taking them, with whatever I happen to be drinking at the time. And I've taken them with & without food, so that hasn't been an issue either...they don't make me feel sick, either way.

They also don't prevent me from sleeping, & the bottom line is that I would highly recommend these, since they have made the whole experience a positive one for me! On a side note, my husband has been taking the Men's One a Day multi-vitamins, also by Rainbow Light, ever since we decided to conceive...since they promote a healthy reproductive system in men. They're a lot smaller than the prenatal vitamins, obviously...& he also hasn't suffered from any side effects. So I would recommend those as well, for those of you who are planning on conceiving anytime in the near future! Rainbow Light Just Once Prenatal One Multivitamin, 150 tablets

I do "HATE" large vitamins, so I started a fight when my pediatrician/husband bought them for me... Now, I'm online trying to purchase more.

CONS: It's true, they're on the big side. But strangely, I don't have any problems swallowing them (I did with other ones). Also, they leave an aftertaste--as another reviewer said. But it goes away easily (juice, cracker, etc), and I usually take them with meals to improve absorption.

PROS: They're easily digestible (I didn't have any of the sickness or heartburn suggested), it's once a day, and above all, it's all NATURAL--which is important for me.

THE POINT: I didn't find any natural vitamins that were as easy to take.

If you want any regular pre-natal vit, I'd go for the prescription ones: You take them once daily. They are small, tasteless, safe and very-very affordable.

I suffer from PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which causes infertility and has a multitude of syptoms and other conditions associated: obesity, diabetes, cysts on ovaries, infertility, either severe periods or no periods, and also an over production of Testosterone leading to excess hair in places like a woman's chin, while hair loss is also part of it. It's easily treated with medication and healthy diet, when caught early. When caught early the fear of infertility is mitigated somewhat.

Since I'm now medicated and starting to move into a healthy diet and my health is in order to the point where I am fertile. I am not intending on getting pregnant any time soon, nor have I ever had a child. But when I was looking for supplements to compliment my more healthy regime, I found out as a PCOS sufferer I had special needs such as an increase in a few vitamins more than others. I didn't want to sit there taking 8 pills in a day, so I was looking for an all-in-one remedy (a multivitamin) which met my needs, such as an increase in biotin, folic acid, selenium, vitamin E...there are a few more, but these were the most vital. Since PCOS is directly related with fertility and when I looked at prenatal vitamins ---prenatal vitamins were basically the remedy I was looking for.

After deciding I needed to find a prenatal vitamin as they are in the range of supplements I'm looking for, I searched reviews on baby websites, about three of them. Rainbow Light was hands down the most popular of them all. I decided to give them a chance after reading the reviews, going to the official site, and also looking carefully at their supplemental precentage and ingredients. It met my needs and then some. I was then concerned on the pill intake. I'm not one to schedule my life around my pills or vitamins, so I wanted to find a one-a-day prenatal vitamin. Bless you, Rainbow Light!!

I have all I need to compliment and aid in managing my PCOS even if it's mainly directed to those pregnant or looking to be pregnant. This is the best product out there for me and my condition and I do recommend any other PCOS sufferers to think of adding this vitamin to your regime.

I've also complimented this with Nordic Naturals Complete Omega 3-6-9 and Vitamin Shoppe's Psyllium Husk with Acidophilus. The Vitamin Shoppe product is used because I am on a high protein diet considering I'm allergic to gluten and need to eat low carbohydrates. It's a God send in keeping me regular.

To get back to Prenatal One...this is not only for the pregnant ladies or those trying to get pregnant. It will be beneficial to any woman, it's easy on the stomach. It is daunting to swallow such a big pill, I think only of the benefits and gulp. ^_^ - Pregnancy - Pre-natal Vitamins - Rainbow Light - Vitamins'
