Dress Watches - watches, sport watch

I received this watch from my family for my 36th birthday, and I love the looks of it! I've never had a watch that you could see all of the inner workings, and the self-winding mechanism is extremely cool! However, I have some concerns about the quality. After about 5 days of wear, I noticed water condensation under the crystal. Having not gotten it any wetter than would happen while washing hands or doing dishes, I exchanged it at the department store where I purchased it. The second watch also developed condensation under the crystal within a week of wear! Needless to say i was quite disappointed. I have sent an email to customer service and hope to come to a speedy resolution. I am hoping that the St. Louis area just received a bad batch of this model watch and they can send me a replacement.

Edit 7/25/11: Relic/Fossil sent me a pre-paid envelope and I shipped the watch to their repair center, and received it back a few weeks later. I've now been wearing the watch regularly for a few weeks and so far, no water has re-appeared. Upgrading my review to 4 stars from 3. I'll be sure to post back if the water problem re-occurs! RELIC Gunmetal Stainless Steel Automatic Watch

This watch is stunning. It's casing looks tough, and the gunmetal is a great color and is very unique. But the mechanical center really steals the show and makes it so amazing. I literally would just stare at it for long periods of time. However, it's not out of place at either a formal occasion or one that's decidedly not. Also, both sides are see through, so you can see the small mechanical parts moving from the front or back when it's not on your wrist. I've been wearing it for a while now and it hasn't been scratched or stopped working in any way. Also, ond the back of the watch it says 165 feet water resistant, though I haven't trusted it enough to try it out. Finally, one note of concern is that it slightly squeaks when I move my wrist too much, though I plan to lube it a little with WD-40. This only started happening when I removed a few links.

This is a great watch that is well worth the $90. It definately looks more expensive. - Dress Watches - Watches - Skeleton Watch - Sport Watch'

Blanket With Sleeves - as seen on tv, blanket with sleeves

Texas longhorns is my team! I was really debating on getting a snuggie bc the commercial turned me off, but I'm so glad I did. It is extremely warm and still covers my feet, and I can still support my team! Highly recommended for cold nights Texas Longhorns Adult Comfy Throw Blanket with Sleeves

Wanted this snuggie for a long time and I finally have it. I wish they made them specifically for certain height ranges. I am 5'10" and it covers everything but my feet :( The fabric can also get static-y. Other than that, I love it. Hook'em Horns! - Blanket With Sleeves - As Seen On Tv - Blanket - Fleece'

Digestive Enzymes - health, rainbow light

I've had a terrible problem with acid reflux in the past. I was eating Tums for dinner. Then I discovered the power of enzymes to almost totally alleviate the problem. When I take 2 enzyme capsules daily I don't have the problem unless I eat way too much acid-forming salsa or drink too much acidic bottled tea or soda. When my favorite brand of enzymes disappeared from the internet I turned to Advanced Enzyme System due to the wide variety of enzymes and other ingredients like turmeric at an economical price per capsule. I found that the product does the job for me as I am still heartburn-free as long as I have been taking it. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a quality enzyme formula at a very reasonable price. Rainbow Light Advanced Enzyme System Plant-Source Vcaps 180 vcaps

I have IBS so I have tried other digesting enzymes. They are not all alike. This one positively takes the cake! I will continue to purchase regularly from Amazon. Subscribe & Save is the best way to go since I take 2 caps with each meal. (not with snacks though) These capsules have a very pleasant smell too! I will add that I also take the Bean-zyme as well. (same as Beano and sold here) The enzyme is a different one that no other product has. So it works VERY well with this Advanced Enzyme System. If you still have problems after using products like these, then you may need to do a detox to flush/clean your colon. I use Nature's Secret Multi-Fiber Cleanse tablets as directed on the label. I use daily for about 2 weeks, then stop until I start having problems again. (I have IBS constipation, bloating, gas) I hope my info helps! Rainbow Light Advanced Enzyme System, Plant-Source, Vcaps, 180 vcapsBean-zyme Anti-Gas Digestive Aid, 100 Tablets, Food Enzyme Dietary Supplement, ONLY $1.25 Shipping per Bottle, Buy 5 Bottles SHIPPING IS FREE!Multi-Fiber 275 tabs

I love this stuff and can't live without it (don't want to!). I used to get alot of gas, bloating, upset stomach when I ate non-raw foods and now I take one capsule with a meal that is not completely raw and I feel great!! No more ugly gas or upset stomach (not that it's an excuse to eat whatever you want though!). :)

I also love that it's Vegan and has extra herbs that are not in most other similar products. I LOVE everything by Rainbow Light.

Rainbow Light is one of the best enzyme products I have tried, they seem to be true to their claim of what the product actually contains in each capsule. I've paid much more for others that were not as consistent and effective as the Rainbow Light. Price is very good for this product also, I would recommend to anyone wanting a good digestive enzyme for daily use.

I can eat Garlic again. I love garlic, but it does not love me. I used to have trouble with my stomach digesting protein, fat or garlic, but not anymore. I used amazon to re-order more Rainbow Enzymes b/c they had a good price. I'm no longer bloated and can eat more of the foods that I could not before. I used to have trouble with reflux, made an appointment with a GI specialist, starting using these pills and by the time I saw him, my reflux problem had improved about 75%.

Even though I am a raw vegan and have been for over 5 years, it would seem that I get plenty of enzymes directly from my raw vegetarian diet. However, I still suffer with terrible digestive problems resulting from a chronic illness which has disabled me and frankly, I cannot live without Rainbow Light Advanced Enzyme System Plant-Source Vcaps 180 vcaps! I cannot enjoy a meal without them. I have tried many different brands of digestive enzymes over the years and have spent plenty a pretty penny on them, but Rainbow Light is by far the most superior!

I use these enzymes one with every meal. Sometimes I even use one after the meal if I am having particular trouble digesting the protein or fat (such as nuts or avocado) that I have eaten. Rainbow Light Advanced Enzyme System Plant-Source Vcaps 180 vcaps provide me practically immediate relief from the stomach pain and heartburn of acid reflux. They also help alleviate the gas and bloating that comes from my IBS.

Rainbow Light Advanced Enzyme System Plant-Source Vcaps 180 vcaps are guaranteed 100% natural and free of artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives or other additives typically found in dietary supplement products. They contains no sugar, lactose, wheat or yeast, (but they do contain soy). What I love about Rainbow Light is their "Vegan Guard" and these enzymes are another one of their products which have been screened for vegans. They are completely free of animal products and come in veggie-capsules.

*But as one other reviewer has noted, and this is important, they are NOT a gluten free product (and Rainbow Light does not claim that the product is).* I have celiac disease but any gluten that may be present in the malt diastase does not appear to effect me. But if you are sensitive or allergic to gluten, I would say to you that it would be better to be safe than sorry and you should take heed to the other reviewer's comment.

Finally, Amazon is a great source for purchasing them. The pricing is much better here than at the local health food store. I am very happy to endorse this wonderful Rainbow Light product, easily available at Amazon. I simply cannot be withoutRainbow Light Advanced Enzyme System Plant-Source Vcaps 180 vcaps!

I have Crohn's Disease and there are certain foods I have trouble tolerating/digesting, particularly those high in fiber and whole grains. I thought I would give this a try and my goodness......it's like a miracle to me!! I couldn't be more pleased with this product and will continue to use it daily. LOVE IT!

We started using this product after our daughter needed to be on a longterm antibiotic and needed to counteract this with a probiotic. We did some research and found this product to be all natural and had the most effective enzyme system, not just a few ingredients.

My husband is diabetic and has a hard time breaking down his food because of this. Now he has no trouble and he feels much better after a meal; it no longer takes hours and hours to digest and he doesn't feel bloated and tired. - Health - Digestion - Rainbow Light - Enzymes'

Book Recommendations - book recommendations, thriller

Dark of the Moon is a new book by John Sandford, author of the great Lucas Davenport series. Sandford uses a co-author in this novel that features Virgil Flowers, a cop working with the Bureau of Criminal Aprehension where he is assigned the hardest cases. Flowers has been divorced a lot, is somewhat afraid of guns, and takes pride in wearing quirky t-shirts. The book opens as he is traveling south to investigate the murder of a harmless ederly couple when he drives upon a house being devoured by flames. The house was set on fire to cover up the murder of the ederly, feeble and hated Bill Judd. Virgil teams with Jim Stryker, an old buddy and the current sherriff, and they start investigating the crimes. A lot is going on in this novel. Stanford throws a lot at the reader.

Dark of the Moon reads just like a Lucas Davenport book. Incredible plotting, tons of characters in the small town, you get to know the town and the feeling that everyone DOES know everyone else. Virgil is a funny guy, all Sandford books have an underlying humor to them. You can tell Sandford is having fun when he writes.

Flowers hooks up with Stryker's sister Joan and has a good time with her, while at the same time wondering if Joan or Jim could be the killer. In fact, everyone Flowers encounters has a motive or a reason to be a killer. Sandford fans will love this book. It is fast pace and full of twists. Flowers' wit always keeps you entertained as well.

With a new Davenport book due in the spring, fans of the author won't have long to wait for another great book. Hopefully, Sandford can continue to write novels featuring Flowers as well. Dark of the Moon (A Virgil Flowers Novel)

First, this is not another installment in the "Prey" series that features Lucas Davenport, one of the most fully developed characters in modern fiction. Second, this may be only partially the product of John Sandford. The Acknowledgment states the novel "was written in cooperation wsith my friend Larry Millett . . ." Sounds like Sandford got more than just an idea or advance reading from Sandford. If indeed Sandford has taken on a co-author, he should have the decency to tell us so forthrightly.

Virgil Flowers, a secondary character in recent Prey novels goes solo in this one. He still works for the Minnesota BCA and Lucas Davenport is his boss. But we read very litle of Lucas here and the interchange between the characters is practically non-existent.

So Flowers, the perpetual I'll-do-it-my-way guy is in Bluestem Minnesota helping out his old buddy, Sheriff Jim Stryker, find a murderer who has burned an old man to death and killed another elderly couple, shooting out the eyes of the husband.

Everyone is a suspect. The son of the old man, who happens to be the area's most hated multi-millionaire; the local newspaper editor; the Sheriff's sister (whom Flowers beds without adding to the story); the illegitimate daughter of the dead millionaire who suddenly proclaims her presence and entitlement to a chunk of the expected inheritance; a born-again Christian who used to be a criminal and maybe still is; a father-son brace of deputies who might be murderers and few others. In all, there are about a dozen primary characters, each of whom may be the murderer. Flowers, working almost alone, has to figure out who the bad guy (or gal) is.

In all, it's a good, kind of old-fashioned "whodunit". It's definitely a change from the "Prey" series. The writing is excellent, but different than what I've come to expect from Sandford. The editing, on the other hand, sucks. A couple of times, you have to reread to figure out which character is speaking. In one instance, a couple is referred to as having children - a supposed fact that is contradicted later in the book.

As a character, Flowers lacks the believability of Lucas Davenport. But it took at least a couple of "Prey" novels before Davenport started shaping up and Flowers is definitely off to a good start.

The ending is a bit of a disppointment and because I don't like "spoilers", I'm not going to tell you why. It isn't much of a disappointment, but the close reader will see what I am talking about.

On the whole, this is a good mystery, different in many subtle ways from the "Prey" series. But if you had never read a "Prey" novel, you wouldn't know the differences. Virgil Flowers is off to a good start as a character and I hope the we'll see more of him as a solo character in the future. By the same token, if Sandford has taken to using a co-author, I hope he has the decency to tell us so and to give the co-author proper credit. And I hope as well that we'll continue to see Lucas Davenport in more "Prey" novels. Davenport is still, by far, the more interesting character.

Jerry

Virgil Flowers who is working for the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is sent to Bluestem for some investigative work. Virgil's boss, Lucas Davenport the protagonist of Sandford's PREY series only gives Virgil "the hard stuff". Bluestem has some "hard stuff" going on. There's more than one secret, more than one scam, more than one strange character, and maybe more than one killer in the small town. It's hard to know who to trust when every one knows everyone's business.

The first third of the book was very compelling. I was instantly drawn into the story. I loved the character of Virgil Flowers. The storyline was suspenseful. I would give that part of the book 5 stars. After the storyline is set up and the characters are introduced the book runs into problems. The story just started dragging. There were not only too many subplots and tangents, there were way too many characters. A big problem for me, though I liked Flowers a lot, I absolutely did not care about any of the secondary characters. There was so little time in developing them how could you really care. By the last quarter of the book, I couldn't wait for it to end. It was a major disappointment. I do hope Sandford uses Virgil Flowers again as a main character, but next time I hope he tightens up the storyline, make a bit more plausible, use less characters, and make us care about more than one of them. - Kindle - Book Recommendations - Thriller - Suspense'

Bluetooth Speaker - outdoor wireless speakers, bluetooth speaker

Very easy setup and they sound great! I mainly use them in the back yard while entertaining and having BBQ's. I have them plugged into a power source, but I love having the option to take them to the park or beach and use them with batteries also. Plus, the free apps that allow me to use my Android phone and iPod are an awesome perk. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a set of weatherproof outdoor speakers. Grace Digital GDI-AQBLT300 Indoor/Outdoor Water Resistant Wireless Speakers with Dual Powered Transmitter

This wireless speaker system works as I hoped. There have been times where a cordless phone caused interference but for the most part, this has been a solid purchase. The base unit can be inside and we can take a speaker to a detached garage or outside... great range. It's also fun to hook them up to gaming systems for extra sound and excitement.

I've hesitated to purchase wireless outdoor speakers for quite some time now because I've grown rather accustomed to the performance that my Bose System yields, and did not expect to get much better without Spending an arm and a leg for it. However, dragging the Bose components outside every time we wanted to have company on the patio was becoming a quite arduous task. I decided to go with a more fixed solution while maintaining mobility if my needs change. After ordering the Grace Digital Mini Bullets, they were promptly delivered to my home. I was immediately impressed with the styling and sturdiness of the product, and even more so after installing the batteries and powering it up! I found that playing outdoors, the difference in sound with these vs. the Bose speakers was not worth the extra fuss involved. Another Plus was that my Bose system never had a light show in the evening, the lights in the speakers really add quite a lot of ambience to out BBQ parties! Thanks Grace!

I purchased these cute little speakers with big hopes. I placed them in my family room and connected my iPod touch using the included cable that plugs into the headphone jack. You can power the speakers with batteries or plug the speakers into an outlet which is the way I use it and have no problems. One of my friends had these, and they worked so nicely, I decided to by a pair for myself. In my house I have a 5.8 ghz Uniden wireless phone system and G wireless router which does not interfere with the signal. If you have a 900 mhz phone or baby monitor nearby it could interfere as with any wireless device operating in the 900 mhz spectrum. The speakers are water resistant, so should be great for outside as well. They sound like computer speakers, don't think you're getting Bose quality speakers. They are good computer quality speakers that give you wireless capabilities. Can't wait for the weather to get nicer to take them outside!

Unfortunately, the Grace Digital GDI-AQBLT300 wireless speaker system does not perform at all as describe by the manufactures.

Simply put, do not waste your time or money on this product, upon receiving it I followed the setup instructions, I placed the speakers approximately 25 ft away from the transmitter inside my house without any obstacles. The transmission was horrible, and the sound was broken up and constantly fazing in and out. I sent it back for a full refund, better of purchasing a Brook stone wireless speaker, or at the high end a Sound cast Outcast Jr... [...]

Bought these speakers after purchasing a new tv with internet apps. Since I love Pandora internet music, I decided I wanted the speakers to broadcast it over my whole house while cleaning. Works great! Have not tried them outside yet, but I plan too as soon as it warms up.

Having made the move to internet radio, I bought these to spread the benefits to other rooms. I'd been impressed by the radio itself Grace Digital GDI-IRA500 Wireless Internet Radio Adapter Featuring Pandora, NPR and SIRIUS, and I'm now impressed by the speakers. I originally had a problem with digital noise when running the transmitter from the AC adaptor, but that was because I was not feeding it much of a signal - give it a healthy audio level and it's fine. The speakers themselves are solidly built and easy to move (we have one running on AC in the kitchen, one running on battery as a "roving" unit).

Once again, Grace Digital delivered good quality at a nice price. - Usb Speakers - Portable Speakers - Bluetooth Speaker - Outdoor Wireless Speakers'

Mac Power Adapter - apple, mac power adapter

First of all, this AC adapter is a knockoff--it isn't a real Mac adapter, the cord is only several feet long, and there is no light to let you know whether it is charging. However, at $20, none of that seems like a big deal.

Here's the real problem: This AC adapter broke (i.e. began sparking at the plug, breaking apart, and failing to power my computer) within two weeks of normal use. I had several computer-technician friends take a look at it, and all pronounced it to be a scam item. Basically, it's made so poorly that it only works for a short time before malfunctioning. This charger looks like it's a deal--but it is literally a waste of $20. AC Adapter Power Supply Charger for Apple MAC PowerBook iBook G4 A1021 65W (Replacement Laptop AC Adapter)

This item became SO HOT within 5 minutes of use, I called the vendor who pushed me to Amazon, Amazon pontificated & babbled on..

Finally I was able to Return the Item & eventually get a Refund..Took far to long..

This was the second item that I had to return with issues within the last month - previously a Wireless Router advertised as New was either a refurb or a RMA..Stopped working in about 5 days...Sadly I will not use Amazon Again.......

This charger states that it is a 65 watt charger, which it is not. It only delivers 45 watts, which is enough to run the computer but not enough to charge the battery. When I tried to contact the seller I got no reply whatsoever.

I would not buy this charger, the price is too good to be true.

So i purchased this charger from amazon about 3 weeks ago first day when i received the charger looked like a nice piece . Took it out the package connected it and it seemed to charge but took quite a while to charge my lap top . By the end of the night i went to connect the charger again when my battery went low seen a flash with in the charger and that was it . After that night the same day i received it the charger did not work . Returned last week hope to have a refund . You get what you pay for .

I am undecided about the quality of the product. I ordered it as a replacement for my 8 year old daughter's Macbook. She had it less than a month, and it is (the pin broke off) already broken. Since I bought it for an 8 year old use, I am not sure if it was the user, or the product that caused it to break so soon. The shipping turn around was really quick, so I will order one more time before I rule this vendor out.

It arrived on time. It took 20 days to get here, but it still made it on time. When I opened the package it was not the pictured item, but a generic version of it. It works like crap, and the power cable stated to break after 5 days of use. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

The quality of the materials and construction of this power cord reflect the inexpensive price. However it is functional and that's what I needed! For me it's been working great, does what I need it to do. Definitely looks and feels a lot cheaper than the Mac version, but it gets the job done just as well. I'm happy with it. - Apple - Power Adapter - Apple Adapter - Mac Power Adapter'

Gig Bag - gig bag, bags

It would be difficult to beat this violin case for the price - or even close to the price. VERY lightweight and perfect for transporting a student/rental violin. Much lighter than the standard rental case. As another reviewer mentioned, space is tight (allowing for the small size). You might not be able to fit your shoulder rest in this case.

This is a "value" case, and fills that niche nicely. I would recommend it to anyone for that purpose. It can't be compared to a $600 bobelock case (which I also own, for a different violin), but that's not the target audience for this item. Protec MAX STUDENT 4/4 VIOLIN CASE

This case is lightweight and compact, is nice to look at, and seems well made. The violin and bow fit very snugly, but there is no extra room for maneuvering either item. Most important, there is no room inside the case for a shoulder rest (which is what I had expected) and will have to go in the outside pocket, which is not designed for the bulge of a shoulder rest. Had the case been a little roomier, I would have given it a higher rating...of course, how it holds up to regular use is another matter.

I was impressed with this product when I received it. It contained the violin and accessories very well. However, in two months of use (not very frequent that too), the sew stich on the zipper came out. I am not happy at all. This should not have happened in such short of a time. It is clearly a manufacturing defect and a poor quality product, and I hope I get a replacement!

Unfortunately this case was too small for my daughter's violin. She was so excited to receive it as a birthday gift. The fit was very snug, and when she pulled the violin back out it broke off the tail end of the violin. Needless to say we have returned the case and now need to repair the violin.

Case is nice with room for the shoulder rest. Lightweight -- much lighter than a standard hard case. Very nice fabric and construction for the price. We have a case for a viola of the same type and it has held up very well this year for my daughter. She carries it back and forth to school each day and it still looks great. The weight of the case was a factor in that purchase as well.

I bought this violin case to replace a very old case for a very old violin. Everything fit perfectly. I love the extra pocket on the outside to hold my shoulder rest and other items. Now my old violin has a luxurious new home!

Bought this case for my 10 years old daughter, her violin is from her great grandfather, so we are talking a Violin that have over 50 years of story, Case is light weight, space for books, rosin, everything she needs to bring to her weekly practice.

Good looking and excellent material. My husband was amaze for the low price we pay for this great, great Case. Definitely recommend this one. - Gig Bag - Violin Case - Avoid - Bags'

Israel Kamakawiwoole

It's not often that I review individual songs, but this song is so immaculately performed by Judy Garland that I can scarcely imagine anyone ever doing it better! "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" has such universal appeal because so many people have dreams that they wish would come true. People listen to this song and identify with the little girl named Dorothy (Judy Garland) who wanted to be more understood and respected by people, especially members of her family and the people working for her family whom she knows.

Judy hits every note so well that it's obvious to anyone that after this performance in "The Wizard of Oz" she was destined for superstardom--and she did become a superstar practically overnight when audiences all across the country heard her sing this song in "The Wizard of Oz." Judy possessed a singularly beautiful genius that enabled her to deliver a ballad with so much poignancy you could either cry with deep sorrow or laugh with uninhibited joy as you heard each song she sang.

I recommend this song to just about anyone who wants the perfect example of an evergreen ballad performed at the very highest order. Indeed, this single song alone makes the perfect introduction to the unmatched talent of Judy Garland--so don't be surprised if you want to download many more Judy songs after you hear this--or, better yet, get her CDs and enjoy them over and over again!

Thank you, Judy! Somewhere Over The Rainbow'

Nightlight - butterfly, gift idea

I purchased this item in early February to decorate our nursery since is a butterfly theme. I started using it in May once our daughter came home from the hospital. It stopped working in June so I figured it could have just had a misconnection someplace. Tonight my husband took it apart and tested the circuts and they are not producing enough energy to light the three LED lights that light up the butterfly. It is a beautiful and unique nightlight when it works but I was very dissapointed that it was broken in a month. I would not recommend this item if you are looking for a nightlight that lasts. Color Changing Fiber Optic Butterfly Nightlight; Pink Glowing LED Butter Fly Night Light Makes A Great Gift Idea

I love everything butterflies so when i saw this and read the reviews it looked like just the thing for me. When i recieved it I was mortified, straight out the box it is hideous, nothing special to look at during the day. But once i turned it on it was worth every penny i spent and so much more. This butterfly adds so much to whatever room you put it in. I just sit and look at it. I highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the butterfly... a lot larger than I expected and it's SO pretty when lit. Perfect nightlight! I just hope the lights last. Remember this is NOT a toy, it's very delicate and should not be handled by children.

The light is very pretty. My daughter loves it. However, it is very fragile and the butterfly was broken off when I received the product. I had to glue it and but it is fine now. It would be better if the plug could rotate to fit any plug position.

this is such a wonderful nightlight. the light is not too bright and changes slowly enough to be pretty soothing. my kids love it...they love the butterfly itself. it's really well-made and somes well-protected in shipping.

I bought this nightlight for my daughter last year and am back to buy a second for her little sister. Like another reviewer wrote, I recall being so disappointed when we first received this - hideous! But once plugged in, this nightlight is gorgeous and throws beautiful colors. Bought it in April 2010 and never had a problem with it.

I purchased this for a birthday gift. It is so pretty on at night she says it changes colors just like the castle at Disney. She loves it and I do too. I'll let you know how it holds up as she takes very good care of her things. Very very pleased. Little girls especially will love it! - Girls - Led - Butterfly - Gift Idea'

Screen Cleaning - cleaner, monitor cleaner

I use this on my Dell 2209WA monitor, and my Panasonic HDTV. It works great for both.

The HDTV is in the living room, and my roommate smokes. After awhile, this leaves a sticky brown residue on the HDTV's screen.

The Phillips screen cleaner takes it right off, and leaves no streaks on either my HDTV or my monitor.

I was wary about spraying the cleaner directly on the screen (as advised in the instructions) because some cleaners will run down the screen and into the monitor's housing, possibly getting on to the electronics inside the monitor.

The Phillips cleaner sprays a very fine mist that stays where you spray it, and doesn't run down the screen (as long as you don't soak the screen with it).

The cleaner is clear, by the way. The bottle is green.

The soft microfiber cloth that comes with the cleaner is 10"x10",and is fairly thick and durable. I've washed it twice now, and it's holding up fine.

It should easily outlast the supply of cleaner.

It's a standard polyester/nylon microfiber cloth, so if you ever lose it, you can easily find a replacement here at Amazon.

All in all this is a perfect solution for keeping your LCD screens clean. Philips SVC1116G/27 Screen Clean for LCD/ LED/ Plasma Screens

I used this on my laptop screen. Thought that I had ruined it cleaning it with water only earlier. I'm a smoker and the screen had smudges all over it from previous attempts to clean. Could not get the smudges out. Philips Screen Clean got them all out. Laptop screen looks better than when the computer was new. Love this product! Highly recommend it! This product works!

Peter.

This product cleans computers very well, not just the screens. It easily and quickly cleans screens, without leaving streaks. It even cleans my Kindle screen nicely (& the back where all my fingerprints end up). LOVE IT!

I am unconvinced it is any better than rubbing alcohol, diluted with distilled water, for LCD displays. But it is excellent for cleaning hand-held devices with keyboards, such as cell phones, calculators, instrument panels, etc. Makes them look brand new. Better than water-based cleaners for electronics. Electronics cannot tolerate water.

Save your Money use a regular window cleaner from your local supermarket, I got this thing from a local store and instead of clean my screen made it blurred so bad that I have to use the one Windex to clean my TV. and now this thing is the garbabe and so long to my US$5.00. - Cleaner - Monitor Cleaner - Lcd Cleaner - Lcd'

Blueproton - internet radio, radio

I love my Muzee. I received it last Christmas. I previously had my XM-PCR on my computer. Because I knew I was getting a Muzee, I canceled my subscription with XM. When I had XM on my computer, I was paying $14.95 per month. Now since I have my Muzee, it's just the opposite.

Here's the straight dope between XM and Sirius and the Muzee. With Sirius and XM, you need to pay for the equipment and subscribe to the service. Another thing about Sirius and XM is you need to use an antenna for the incoming satellite feed.

On the other hand, the Muzee is, for the most part, FREE. All you need to do is purchase the Muzee dongle and plug it into a USB port on your computer or laptop. Of course you need an active internet connection for the Muzee. Beyond the purchase of the dongle, the service and content is totally FREE. No additional software or hardware is necessary.

Another thing I'd like to mention is the fact that XM and Sirius are just limited to the channels on the satellite fed receiver. I remember the channels numbered just about 200 or so. Whereas the Muzee, since it operates from the internet, gives you access to tons more content than XM and Sirius provide. Consider this, XM and Sirius give you about 200 channels. The Muzee gives you roughly 13,000 stations worldwide. These include AM stations, FM stations, and many high-definition stations. Since no external antenna is needed, the radio signals come through clear as a bell.

I know that the XM-PCR was discontinued due to piracy. I used to use Wave Studio to record from my PCR. The Muzee has recording capabilities built into the software. You can record anything off the Muzee in WMA format. Hence, you can play it back on Windows Media Player, or convert it to AAC format in iTunes.

If you want the best radio you can find, forget the other radios you know. In fact, sell or just get rid of them, and get your hands on a Muzee. You will be glad you did. Muzee USB Internet Player & Recorder Radio, over 20,000 Internet Radio Stations

I am a low-tech girl. I don't have Sirius, or XM, or even an iPod. I have used Yahoo's Launchcast for a long time, but since they changed their formats and canned the "My Station" feature, I don't like it. I bought Muzee for myself on a whim to broaden my music listening options, and I just love it. It's simple to use and there are so many stations - you can hunt up stations by genre, region, or enter a specific search word.

If you're up on all the latest and greatest music tools and personal gadgets, maybe Muzee is not going to be a nifty thing for you. But for a simple living, technically stunted woman like me, it's really cool.

I cannot rave more about how awesome this product is and must be tried out to believe. There is so many music stations to choose from to listen to. Regardless of what music style you like or from whatever country it is sure to be here and the best part you can save to your hard drive in WMA (Windows Media) format and then transfer/convert however you like. Beats paying $15 a month for XM or Sirius and with more options and portability! There are no fees after you buy this product. That means no activation fees and no monthly fees. Virtually a plug and play product extremely easy to learn, within a few very simple steps you will be up and running. Take it wherever you go, laptop or desktop. It fits on a keychain!

Review - short version for the busy generation: Yes, having thousands of free internet radio stations is cool! But no, you do not need to pay a single penny for it!

And here is the long version:

Ok, I completely agree: 13,000 radio channels for free, everywhere, anywhere - and even a possibility to download radio contents to your computer - that cannot be bad, or? And no, it is not bad. BUT: What would you say if you could have all of that COMPLETELY FREE, not even paying the twenty bucks for this USB stick?

Well, the good news are: you can have exactly that! Just go to one of the websites like [...], download the software for free and listen to thousands of radio channels. And if you absolutely, inevitably need this internet radio on a stick to take it with you, you will still save many bucks by just buying a small USB flash drive and taking the software with you on that.

SO WHY ON EARTH SHOULD ANYBODY BUY THIS PRODUCT?

Let me tell you why: Somewhere out there somebody is making a fortune from people that have not been aware that internet radio is already free and can already be accessed centrally without any extra computer gadget. And if you still press the "Buy now" button in a second, you make those people that simply steal your money, even richer.

It's not indicated in the product description that the Muzee does not work with the Mac operating system. I bought it anyway and hoped. It took some troubleshooting, but I now have it running in a virtual machine on my Mac, and it is working beautifully. I'm posting this to share the solution.

I have iMac with an Intel processor, running Snow Leopard, and Windows 7 running in a virtual machine created by Parallels. Under Windows it was as simple as plug & play, but there was a problem. The sound broke up annoyingly. I emailed Muzee support and received a prompt, personal reply addressing my problem specifically. The suggestion offered did solve the problem. I reported that and received another prompt, personal email with another suggestion. That didn't work either.

When I bought the Muzee I also bought one for my son, who is an IT guy with far more knowledge of Windows than I have. He also has a Mac, and he had gotten his Muzee to work well in a virtual machine running Windows 7 created by the free Virtualbox program. Virtualbox does not install sound drivers, so he downloaded the free Realtek ac'97 audio drivers from the Realtek website [...], and installed them in the Windows 7 virtual machine. He solved my problem by installing the Realtek ac'97 audio drivers in my computer's virtual machine. I assume that the audio drivers installed by Parallels were the source of the problem.

One more thing: The product package says "Instant access through your PC to over 13,000 radio stations worldwide!" Thinking that the Muzee works as a portal to the stations that is maintained by Muzee, I asked about this and was told that regarding the number of stations "it was labeled when the product is delivered. As time goes by, the number of collected stations increases too. And you can always have the most up-to-date stations no matter when you bought it." The Muzee website [...] now says that 20,000 thousand stations can be accessed! I received this from Muzee product support: "Currently it's announced that we have 20,000 radio stations. Some of them could be duplicates, or a station could have many different bitrate channels."

I am delighted with the Muzee. Great selection and sound, and price. One reviewer questioned why anyone would want to buy this device when you can access the same streams from the stations' individual websites. To compile links for even a fraction of those available on the Muzee could be very time consuming, not to mention finding content you want and overcoming limitations with languages. Example, one of my favorites is a classical station from China. I've gone to their website and have no clue what link streams the station. As I write this the Muzee lists over 400 classical stations. It is so easy to explore and compile a favorites list.

UPDATE: I've installed two updates of Parallels and that program's Tools. Audio performance with the Muzee was still not up to par, so I simply reinstalled the Realtek ac'97 audio drivers. - Usb Radio - Radio - Internet Radio - Muzee'
