600 Denier - boat covers, 600 denier

I've been using these covers for years on my 20' Pathfinder center console. Because of the high center console grab rail, the cover drapes at a steep angle so water doesn't "puddle", except in the splash well. For use in the Mid-West, this is a good summer cover. Super lightweight and compact. Makes it a breeze to put on & off for one person. Won't take up the whole truck bed when it's not needed. It's definitely lightweight material, so I suppose it might not be the best choice as a rain cover for a low profile boat like a bass boat. You would really have to cinch it down really tight, and the strap fasteners would probably rip out prematurely. My Pathfinder has a beam of 8'6" and after draping over the high center console it just makes it to the rub rail. Everyplace else has plenty of coverage. They last me about 2 seasons. so for the money and convenience they are a great value.

Grant in Ohio Sportsman 300 Trailerable Boat Cover, A-SIZE

Bought this boat cover to replace one that was worn out from sun exposure. This one looked ideal and unexpectedly came with not only elastic sides but also nylon staps in three spots. Once installed on my 12ft boat it fit well but when I installed the straps and trying to find the right tension to pull it into position one of the plastic clasps broke. At first I thought I had pulled to hard but after looking at the clasps it was clear they were not of high quality to sustain much more than a snap together and light tension on the straps. Disappointing but the elastic helps and the cover material seems to be good. - 600 Denier - Boat Covers'

Sunglasses - eye protection, sunglasses

I paid $80/pair for a pair of clip-on sun galsses which were customised for my regular eye glasses. I broked two of them within a year. Finally I got these ones. They are cheap and good quality. I enjoy them. Polarized Clip on Flip up Plastic Sunglasses, Rectangle, 52mm Wide X 35mm High (117mm Wide), Polarized Brown Lenses

Love 'em! As mentioned by most other reviewers this "accoutrement" is just a tad shy of covering my (rectangular) lenses on either side. I just center center it atop the frame--and to the unsuspecting *other* eyes--it's not an issue or noticeable. My range of vision is protected when the Texas-Sun is its brightest. And when I'm at work they remove easily and quickly to store in the clear plastic case they arrived in. 5 stars!

These are exactly what I have been looking for! I have rimless glasses, which I must wear to drive, and the clip-on sunglasses currently available in stores clip onto the frames of glasses, so I am unable to use them. Plus, I don't like them because when you take them off, you have to put them away or hold them. These clip-on lenses simply flip up and out of the way, which makes it much easier when entering an indoor or shaded area. I was so happy when I searched and found that this type of clip-on is still available via the internet. Bravo!

very well made much better than i would ever thought with the low price, some times you get more than you pay for.

They fit well on my glasses. I have no complanits, I bought the brown color lenses.

if you need sunglasses these are great. - Eye Protection - Sunglasses - Cheap - Clip-ons'

Cycling

I bought this back a few years ago and it held most of my tools almost perfectly. I tried to load all of my tools and the zipper teeth went south on me and I am now shopping for a new one. The outside pockets were of dubious worth as my smaller componants would fall out of them. The blind reach test was also tricky, if you didn't have room to fold out the flaps and were in an enclosed space, the value was mitigated quite a bit. I would recommed this pouch for those who have less than 20 pounds of tool and room to lay it out Custom Leathercraft 1130 Backpack Tool Bag, 26-Pocket'

Freshman Year Of College

On my search a shower caddy, I've learned that there are all types. Different shapes, sizes, and colors....some with suction cups....and so on. Well, this looked like one that would actually serve its purpose and it did. Holds everything.....all my shampoos. shower brush, soap, and just about anything. It long and wide enough to get the job done. And then its flexible also which naturally gives you more room. Dorm Caddy Shower Tote

This is about as close to the perfect size for a shower tote that I've found. It's flexible and easy to carry around without tipping, it'll hold the tallest bottles you can find, it'll hold a lot of things and it folds down quickly if you need it to.

As for the drainage issue, the bottom of the tote is a very thin, tough nylon with one grommeted hole in the center. There is a very, very thin lip of the nylon that comes up around the edge of the tote and after that, it's all a very sturdy but wide mesh. A very slight tip of the caddy will drain everything easily, no problem.

This is a perfectly nice shower caddy, and for the price it's fairly large and seems like it will hold up fairly well. My only gripe is that it is only mentioned once, in small print at the very end of the product description that it is available in a variety of colors, and not mentioned anywhere else that you don't get to CHOOSE the color.

This kind of thing is normally a non-issue, especially when the colors are all fairly unisex. Personally, I was expecting to receive a gray one as in the photo, yet I am sitting here (a 20-year old male) staring down a lavender shower tote that I'm not sure I'll ever have the heart to use.

This is quite roomy and perfect for the gym; I'm sure it would be for a dorm room or group house. It's plenty deep to hold full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc., drainhole in the bottom, etc. - What's not to like?

This product is great and exactly as advertised. It collapses to very flat and fits easily into my gym bag.

When I pack it, I leave the shower items in it, collapse it and turn it on its side to go into the side pocket of my gym bag. When I do this, it looks like the items could fall out of the mouth of the bag. In my opinion, the product could therefore be improved by a velcro, snap or hook flap over the top to close the mouth.

I have the same experience as a previous reviewer. I purchased this item for my son as he heads off to college and received a pink one. That isn't going to work. The odd part is that I was given a choice when I placed my order and I chose black, but was still sent a pink one. As usual Amazon was wonderful and gave me a credit for this item, so I am now shopping on Amazon for another style shower caddy. Do not recommend this one unless you are color blind.

with the quality of this item. As the mother of two college bound children I wanted to find a caddy that was well priced and durable and this one fit the bill. I like that this caddy is sturdy and has room to hold full size product not just sample sizes. The handle makes it perfect to either hang from a hook or leave in the shower depending upon your bathroom configuation. Also the mesh allows it to drain well and dry fast so no worries about mold or mildew. All in all I would say this perfectly suits the need for college dorm living.

I'm very fond of my little green shower tote. I've had this tote for three years now and it still serves as my shower caddy, but here are the pros and cons.

Pros:

- Holds EVERYTHING. I have never had the issue of too little space.

- Folds up for when you don't need it (like moving day), which is really really really handy.

- Can hang it from something easily, though it sticks out a lot since it is slightly rigid.

- Very durable for something collapsible-- has never torn, ripped, or otherwise shown any real weaknesses in my usage.

- Very lightweight, which also helps on moving day.

Cons:

- After about 1.5 years (I think), my caddy started to rust. The little metal ring around the hole in the bottom has now rusted through and the lovely red-brown color is seeping through the fabric. No functionality has been lost yet, just aesthetics.

- The bottom is solid fabric with a tiny hole to drain. This is good for carrying things but REALLY bad for draining water. There have been times where I had to turn my caddy sideways and drain it after a shower.

- Because of its vertical shape, I sometimes have to dig for things.'

Fitness Furniture - balance ball, back relief

I purchased this Gaiam Balance Ball Chair in late December 2005.

It's an item you have to get used to if you've sat in regular office chairs for a long time (I've sat in padded-foam/plastic chairs for over 15 years, over 40 hours per week). I'm 6 feet tall, 155 lb., and practice Vinyasa Yoga every now-and-then, and I am no Yoga expert by any means.

1. The purpose of doing Yoga ball exercise is to align your body through training the core muscle in your torso--your abdominal muscle will help support your back. This practice, over time, will give you better posture. Also, "constant-centering" myself on the ball reminds me not to bend forward my shoulders or slouch.

2. My old office chair has a pneumatic height adjustment at 19"-20" This ball seat height (with the doughnut-shape base) is about 23" tall; sitting down on it, at my weight, brings it down to about 18"--of course, it will depend on your monitor/keyboard setup and on how much air you put in the ball. I raised the table height 3" higher and purchased an adjustable keyboard/mouse extension tray. I make the ball as firm as possible.

3. The back support is detachable (which I've done) and allows you to center yourself over it more. Don't lean on the back support for too long, or you may hurt your lower back.

4. You will experience some back pain for a few days, some shoulder pain if you're use to having an armrest, and neck pain if you had a headrest. Keeping my chest open and head up help my abs stay taut.

Minus half-star for the rolling wheels because they sometimes trip me over when I get up and stand. So, I spread my feet and use my leg muscles to stand upright. I recommend it still because it motivates me to get up and walk around. It's not healthy to allow the legs be pooled with blood (which causes veining) over two-three hours at a time. This item is at a decent price range, offered here on Amazon. Hope this helps! Gaiam Balance Ball Chair (Black)

The chair is surprisingly comfortable. I'm not sure how *much* it helps me with balance or toning, but I do actually feel like I'm using my muscles a little more than usual while sitting all day at the office, so I feel pretty good about it. And it looks really nice, too.

Overall I like the chair a lot, just one real complaint. There is no height adjustment. For me it's not much of an issue because my desk happens to be at around the right height. But this might be a problem for someone else. I suppose you could let some air out of the ball to make it a little lower, but that doesn't strike me as an ideal solution.

I do have one suggestion for anyone buying this chair. There are four wheels that you snap into the proper places onto the bottom of the chair when you're assembling it. Two of the four have locks you can flip down to prevent the wheels from rolling. I have found that with these two wheels attached on the front side of the chair, my feet keep accidentally hitting the locks and activating them so that it's difficult to roll the chair. I'd suggest putting these locks on the back side of the chair unless you plan to leave the locks activated most of the time.

I used one of these at my last job. This is a wonderful chair. The first time that I sat on it I fell off, but then once I learned how to sit on it, it was amazing. It kept my back straight, and kept me sitting upright, and I didn't feel so sleepy after 8 hours at the computer. I love this chair. It it worth the price.

I have been considering this purchase for a while, and decided to spring for it when the price dropped. I am a musician and am very conscious of body alignment -- I do yoga, Pilates and Alexander Technique to maintain my body for playing. My old desk chair was not allowing me to sit truly well, and this product does. Sitting on a ball is great by itself, but the wheeled base allows it to truly function as a desk chair -- for instance, to roll over a few inches towards the printer, or rotate around to the other part of my L-shaped desk. I don't miss the arms at all. I am usually typing or writing when sitting at my desk.

The chair is very comfortable and was very easy to assemble. You should know that the manufacturer cautions against leaning on the back rest, called the "support bar;" it is for "stability during the exercises." There is a booklet included that shows a series of exercises using the ball both on and off its roller base. There are locks on two of the casters for use in doing these exercises.

My caveat, which does not reflect on the quality of the product, is that the ball is too small for me to use off its base. I am 5'8", and use a 55 cm ball. I did not see the FitBall product, which uses the exact ball I like for exercise, and I probably would have purchased that if I had, so I could store my ball on the chair. I may yet; this chair is an acceptable height for my computer keyboard, but rather low for the other part of my desk.

I love my ball chair and sit on it continuously at work. It was easy to get used to and I can move around quickly and easily. My sitting posture has improved.

I do have one complaint. My pants were showing a lot of wear and tear in their bottoms. After sitting on a pillowcase on the ball for a while proved that the material the ball was made of was the source of the problem, My seamstress mother made a fabric cover for it and...no more problems!

I've been using just a plain gym ball as a chair instead. You don't really need or miss the back because the ball gets you to hold your spine in correct allignment. So I recommend just buying a ball (much cheaper) and using that alone.

After sitting on a true yoga ball for 3 years as my office chair the Balance Ball Chair sounded like a fancy upgrade for my new job, but I was disappointed. The quality of the product was fine, assembly was easy and it looked fine. But the base that the ball sits defeats the idea that you must use your abdominals to balance because it is completely stable. The rollers don't work very well on carpet and the wheels get locked very easy which makes motion even more awkward. I have returned the ball chair and am back to my yoga ball.

Also, if you are tall, I would not recommend the balance ball chair. It says that is good for people up to 6'-0" but I am 5'-10" and it is very short. The exercise book that comes along with the chair has exercises that are only possible if you are 5'-2" or shorter. - Ball Chair - Back Relief - Balance Ball - Office Chair'

Desk Organizer

I bought this to replace a clear plastic cup with swing out drawers that were always hanging open. I use this for my three kids to do their homework at the kitchen table. It holds everything they need, no excuses to get up looking for things. There are four pen compartments. You can fit probably a dozen Bic-sized pens in each. I use them for pencils, pens, markers, and crayons (and a pair of small scissors). The top has three open compartments that are great for erasers, paper clips, elastic bands, and a glue stick or two. The drawer is pretty big and can hold various items. We use it for sticky paper to mark pages or make quick notes. It is sturdy, I have no fears that it will fall apart. When homework is done or company is coming, I put it out of sight.

I liked it so much I got one for my desk and got rid of two or three random cups and holders. Also, being mesh, it is less likely to get dusty where it is hard to reach! I highly reccomend it! Rolodex Supplies Caddy (1746466)

This is a superbly designed, solidly constructed organizer. It compares very favorably to the near useless, shoddily-made ones I find at my local office supply stores at higher prices. The various sizes and shapes of the compartments are a good mix for holding most anything one would wish to tidily store on one's desk. The visibility that the mesh gives for small items like paper clips is also quite useful.

I'm a frequent user of an eighteen inch metal ruler that, annoyingly, doesn't fit in any handy drawer. This organizer is sufficiently heavy to do great job of storing the ruler without getting all tippy.

It's always a pleasure to find a well made item, thoughtfully designed, at a a reasonable price. I plan to get another one for some of my craft items.

This is a medium guage metal pen / pencil / desk organizer with a bin that can be removed, though it does take some fidgeting to get it out. I think the middle section of this unit could have been designed better, the bin takes up too much space and does not slide out well at all. This leaves less room for pens and pencils and the top sections are an odd size. If you need the big drawer then all is well, but I cannot think of anything but post-it notes to go in there and who needs that many?

The pen / pencil sections are too wide and too shallow so that pens and pencils just kind of flop around and this looks messy on a desk. I brought this to replace the age old mug solution and this has the same overall appearance of something put to uses other than what it was intended to do.

The separate sections of this are welded together and they are not very even joins so it rocks a bit and looks kind of sloppy up close. On the front right of the unit, there is a RoloDex logo and the one I have is very crooked. The logo is stamped into the metal screening so it cannot be fixed and it just makes the whole thing look a bit shabby. For the money I expected something a little more refined than this unit.

Nice Unit For Smaller Needs.

Was a bit smaller than I had hoped for but the measurements are there in the profile so my fault really. Works great and looks great doing it. Have my post-it notes in the small drawer and my magic markers in one holder and pens in another.

Sweet little holder to keep you organized and looks great doing it. No problems with quality at all and worth the money IMO.

But with confidence.

RagenRat

Here's the thing;

I put in an order, and I qualified for fee shipping. Went to my local Walmart to do grocery shopping and to my surprise I found this same exact caddy for $8.44 that's $6.68 less that what this seller is selling it for. I'm sorry but that's a rip off.

On the other hand, the caddy is pretty awesome. it keeps everything well organized. I love it. I strongly recommend to do more research before buying it from Amazon though... =]

I often have too much on my desk and this is the perfect size with the right amount of compartments for me. Its sturdy, yet lightweight without being tippy at all. I love it because now I have all the items I need on a regular basis in one area and there is no more searching in my desk drawers.

this is a nice large pen and other supplies holder .. i have a MILLION pens and i LOVE posit notes this fits everything in one nice space for me .. i got sooo tired of going back and forth to get this and that .. well no more .. my tape my letter opener all the pens anything i can think of is right there in front of me .. being 9 mo pregnant you have no idea how nice that it ... so yet im very happy with this .. it's simple it's not the cutest but it goes with what i have going on in my living room at this time

The Rolodex caddy is really a perfect desk organizer dreams because pen and pencils, posits and anything that can fit into this product make a job easier, time is always a factor so having whatever you need at your finger tips is always a big help. So I rate this product a five star and for its usage and cost and its appearance. 9 it looks good )

I used to have one of those round cup type organizers where you can place just pencils and pens. But you can't really separate them and have them look organized.

With the rolodex supplies caddy, I've organized my pens, pencils, box cutters, highlighters, paperclips, post-it notes, rubber bands, and scissors.

Talk about useful, THIS IS IT. Worth every penny.'

Blueproton - samsung, blu-ray

I needed to replace an aging Panasonic DMP-BD35K, which had decided to become selective as to which BD's it would play( typically newer titles wouldn't load, I'm not sure if it's a question of a lack in newer firmware, of which Panasonic hasn't released an update in about two years, or if it just isn't working any longer.).

I had researched extensively on the purchase of the Panasonic reading many reviews from several websites, but on this purchase I just decided to take a chance with Samsung. I do own a Samsung television which I really like and the reviews of Samsung's 2010 Blu-ray player were also good. Nearly as good as the 'King of the hill' Oppo( according to cnet video test scores. ). I was also aware of the many negative reviews of the 2010 BD-C6500 and I also noticed that they were mostly in regards to the web enabled apps, and not in regards to video playback. I have an Apple TV which I use for Netflix streaming( it does an excellent job of that, 720p only, but no biggy for me ), and I don't really have any use for the other apps.

So in comes the BD-D6500, I unpack it and connect it in about five minute. The set up is basic with many of the menu selections being 'Auto'. I'm still playing with the set up to see if anything looks better/more accurate. I pop in a disc( Avatar ) and wow, it just looked better. I start going through several BD's and they all look great. The blacks are darker without an over zealous increase in contrast. I run it at 24Hz and it appears to do that better as well( it was always so-so on the Panasonic. ). The Imax shots in The Dark Knight look awesome. And all the while as I am going through several BD's I notice how fast this player loads the discs. Really fast compared to the much older Panasonic.

I'm really impressed by this player. I also played some old DVDs to see how well it upscaled and it did a great job. Again it clearly out performed the Panasonic.

Now as far as the Smart TV apps are concerned I did try to watch a movie on Vudu as it gave me a free rental, and after I selected a movie( Machete ), the player locked up. Maybe it didn't like the movie I picked, but it still shouldn't have done that. I did notice that after I registered the player, the Vudu, along with all the other apps that I went through seemed to work. Perhaps I needed to register the player before I was able to use the apps? And there isn't any built in memory for BD-Live which is kind of lame. You need to use an external USB drive.

In the end I am very happy with this purchase and to be completely honest, a part of me was hoping that this player would have sucked just so I could justify the $500 purchase price of the Oppo BD-93. But it doesn't. It's just a really good Blu-ray player and that's what I wanted. So if your not too concerned with Smart TV apps( which are now working for me ), or too worried about playing files off of your PC( which I think it does, but I haven't a use for. ) then buy with confidence, as I am sure that once the different review sites get their hands on the this new BD-D6500, the results will be stellar. Samsung BD-D6500 3D Blu-ray Disc Player (Black)

I bought this after returning a sony google tv blu ray player. After opening the box, I had the basic set up finished within about 5 minutes. The set-up of the blu ray player took a little bit longer because I had to create new accounts for samsung smart tv, not a big deal just takes some time to finish. Once set-up, I loved it!

PROS:

1. GREAT content offered: Hulu plus, netflix, blockbuster, vudu, MLB network, local event listings, tv listings, and much more!

2. Easy to navigate user interface. Lots of graphic content, large print, items are grouped in a logical order so you can find them easily.

3. Good basic search feature

4. Picture quality on netflix and hulu plus is excellent

5. Price...compared to the sony google-tv, which has less content and a higher price, I was VERY happy with this price tag.

6. Sleek design, front-loading dvd player without a tray. Also, it is lightweight and does not take up much space in my entertainment center.

CONS:

1. No QWERTY keyboard - slows down your typing a little, not a big deal though

2. Response time in the user interface and for loading features like apps and netflix is a little slow, but again this is not a big deal.

3. The unit did freeze a couple of times on me, but a simple shutdown and reboot seems to solve this

4. The remote included can function as a basic universal remote, but the codes did not include my tv model so I had to go through all of them until one worked. Cumbersome to accomplish, but ultimately I found a working code...again, not a big deal.

5. Does not come with an HDMI cable. Depending on what you are connecting it to you will need at least one HDMI cable, or as many as three if you are like me: blu ray player, cable box (I am dropping cable service now that I have this), TV, and an AV receiver.

I know that is not the Porsche Boxter of internet blu ray players, but I feel VERY good about this purchase and the content offered.

I been using the Samsung BD-D6500 unit for a month now and found the picture and color rendition to be great. 3D viewing through my Samsung 3D ready HDTV and optional 3D glasses works well. The wired and wireless connection work but I found myself resetting the unit's network interface on occasion in order to get the unit to function. I strongly recommend using the wired connection for speed and reliability. The standard remote control works fine but the "EXIT", "RETURN", "INFO i" and "TOOLS" buttons are crammed too tightly around the navigation buttons causing inadvertent button depressions. Also, I would have preferred if the "EXIT" and "RETURN" buttons where interchanged. The "Smart Hub" Internet applications are fine when they work. I have found that the "Netflix" application interface is limited compared to the "Netflix" PC interface. If you plan to use the "Smart Hub" applications extensively you may want to consider purchasing the optional "QWERTY" remote control. The BD-Live feature was a challenge to setup and I have yet to get it to work reliably without hanging up the unit. Instructions on how to get the BD-Live feature to work are spares and unclear. However, it is a feature I can live without and of questionable use and value. You will need a thumb drive or external hard drive to get the BD-Live feature to work. Also, you need to let the unit know that you are using the external drive for this purpose. Try the "Digital Data Management" function on the on-screen menu for this.

Overall, if you own a Samsung 3D ready HDTV and 3D viewing is important to you consider this unit. The picture and color quality is great. Otherwise, if 3D viewing is not important consider other Blu-ray (BD) units that may do a better job of network applications. Note, this unit does not provide for direct 5.1 speaker connections.

Now for the tips!

As soon as you connect your unit out of the box and configure your network performed a "network" firmware update! Look in the manual for instructions or under the "Settings" then Support menu on-screen.

If you find yourself resetting the unit's network or having network problems try manually assigning a static IP network address above your router's DHCP addresses or range. To do this first perform a "Network Status" on your unit and note the submask, gateway and DNS server addresses. Now "login" to your router and find the range of the dynamically assigned DHCP addresses. For example, on a Linksys router it is usually 50 addresses starting from 192.68.1.0 to 192.68.1.49.

Pick any address above this range, say 192.168.1.160 for example. However, any address above the DHCP IP address range will do for your specific router. Next, return to BD-D6500 and press the following sequence of remote control buttons for a wired connection: "Menu", select Settings on the screen and "Enter", select Network and "Enter", select "Network Setting" select Wired and "Enter", select IP Mode then select Manual and "Enter".

Finally, enter the IP 192.168.160 and then enter the noted submask, gateway and DNS server addresses your recorded previously. Finally, press "RETURN" your done. Wireless connection is similar to the above press "Wireless" for "Wired" above. You should perform a "Network Status" to make sure all is well.

If you unit is hung after using the BD-Live feature or a "Smart Hub" application try the following:

1. Power off the unit. 2. Disconnect the Ethernet wire from the unit if using a wired connection. 3. Unplug the power cord of the unit. 4. Press the "Power" touch button on the front of the unit and hold in for 20 seconds. 5. Release and reconnect the Ethernet cable and then re-plug the power cord.

If you were using the "Netflix" Smart Hub application you may need to re-activate it after resetting the network on the unit.

Hope this help! If not, contact Samsung and alert them of problem you are experiencing with the unit. I've been able to reach Samsung support in several occasions without much delay. - Blu-ray Disc Players - Samsung - Blu-ray - Netflix Streaming'

Kung Fu Shoe

I'm an adult woman who's recently taken up Kung Fu. Everyone in my class wears these shoes, and most are fairly senior (brown or black belt). They all rave about them, and I agree. Especially for the price. Good stability on hard wood floor and good support. Also, very light weight (which especially helps after a long work out!).

The only caution I'd make is that these shoes are very wide. I'm a size 7.5 US womens, but didn't find a corresponding size -- so I purchased size 39 (which corresponds to 8.5 US). I wish I had purchased the 38 (which corresponds to 7.0 US). So if you're on a boarderline size, my recommendation is to go smaller.

But other than that, I'm extremely pleased! MAS Feiyue Wushu Kung Fu Shoes-BLACK

For Shaolin martial arts, there is no better shoe. The only thing that comes even close is the Adidas Samba Classic, which is just a more expensively made Feiyue in most respects. Low cut, lightweight, streamlined, simple.

This review is aimed at those who are considering this shoe for its minimalist qualities that imitate barefoot walking for better or for worse.

SIZING HELP: I am a 44 in Vibram KSO's. My foot is about 11 inches long and it's moderately wide. I have a high instep, but it's not problem with this shoe. I ordered the 45 in this shoe, but it was too small. The 46 fits much better.

THICKNESS OF SOLE: The sole is flexibel and you can bend it better than a converse shoe, but not as well as a VFF. The sole is about a centimeter thick, but this is not exact. It passes my "crack" test (If there's a decently sized crack on the ground, you can sort of feel it when you step on it with this shoe). There is no insole.

THE FIT: I wish the toebox was a little wider. The heel is a little loose, but I don't mind that. I can run short distances in them, but I would not use these as my primary running shoe, due to the more narrow toebox.

THE VERDICT: There are other minimalist shoes that mimic barefoot feel better than the Feiyue Wushu shoes, but for the price, you really can't go wrong. I bought them because I needed something that more presentable than VFF KSO and something I could wear socks with (it's getting cold here). They are a fine temporary measure while I'm considering the more expensive options, such as Soft Star, Feelmax, and Terra Plana.

I use these shoes only for practicing Tai Chi, and they're wonderful for that purpose. I used the conversion chart provided when ordering the shoes, and upon arrival they fit perfectly. The soles provide good traction and are flat enough that I can confidently practice foot movements without the distraction of a large, heavy sole. I wouldn't use these shoes for walking over rough terrain or jogging. There are many better shoes made for that. However, for the practicioner, give these a try. For the price, they can't br beat, and they were delivered well before the promised date.

I use them for taiji (Yang and Wu, 25 years now). They aren't *perfectly* flat... there's often a bit of roll down the center line of the sole. So, if you're beginner, find something perfectly flat -- but if you've learned your form and have begun the decades' long process of improvement, yeah, you want these.

They will stick a bit on wooden floors (which is great practice for your balance) but will take some getting used to if you're accustomed to cotton soled kungfu shoes.

Mine have been to Shanghai and back a few times now. One of the other reviewers rightly warned that you need to watch your sizing. My foot is somewhere between 12.5 and 13 in American sizing and I needed the 47.

Be well.

I got these for Tai Chi. I use them both inside and outside in the park. They feel just right, enough stability but flexible with good traction but also easy to make turns. they're the most comfortable shoe i've ever had for daily practice. I highly recommend them to Tai Chi players

This shoe is great, although it does come roughly packaged and smells of super strong chemicals, after i let it air out outside the house for a couple days they were all good. I am a U.S. shoe size 11, so, I ordered a size 11, but when they came in i thought they were a little too big at first, then i realized i wasn't wearing socks. As soon as i tried them on with socks, they became a perfect fit. These shoes are so light weight you feel like you're walking in socks. Plus, i think they're very stylish. I've used these shoes for about a month straight now, and have had not one problem with them.'

Board Dudes - car toy, board dudes

So in opening the package I tore the flimsy support that holds the dry erase pen (poorly made). Other than that little caveat they are perfect. I'm a homeschooling momma and they are great for teaching handwriting, to doing math and taking car trips. Perfect size for little laps. Board Dudes Double Sided Dry Erase Lapboard - 9 x 12 Inches (11060-6)

I purchased this dry erase board for our four year old. She loves practicing her letters on the lined side and doodling on the other side. We use the Board Dudes Double Sided Dry Erase Markers for variety. Dry paper towels work great for cleaning the board. The board is a good size for taking on road trips- imagine all the tic tac toe games possible!

I wanted a double sided board so that my kids could put magnets on them, as well as practice writing and drawing later on when they get older. I thought this was a magnetic dry erase board but beware it is not. I already opened it otherwise I would have considered returning it. However, it is pretty good for a child for writing/drawing, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Product arrived exactly as described. its a white board with two sides, one has lines and one is blank. it came with a marker. I hang it by a string from the loop that is supposed to hold the pen so i can just flip it back and forth. chores on one side and the months menu on the other.

I bought for the unlined side and its great. The lined side would be good for kids. Would be nice if there was a way to hang it, but I just clip a large magnet clip to the pen holder (without the pen)

I bought this board for the horse barn. We drilled two holes into the top of it and were able to hang it on the exterior of a stall door for one of the horses in the barn with no problems. The two sided aspect is very nice - regular feed & care instructions on one side and flipside for special instructions when medications or vet instructions etc are needed. LOVE that the pen is attached to the board with it's own little holder!

We bought 3 of these to lable forest inventory plot pictures. So far, we've taken over 150 pictures and the lapboards have worked flawlessly. The built-in lines keep our lables straight and true and the overall quality of the boards has allowed ours to stay good as new. Although we don't throw the boards around while in the forest, they still get hard use. I would expect them to do even better indoors. - Board Dudes - Dry Erase - Car Toy'

Dwayne Johnson - movie, action

This was a great modern exploitation movie. It had some decent acting, and contrary to some other reviews - The Rock hardly speaks in it, which is one of the things that makes it a great flick. He has tapped back into that imposing WWE persona, and brought it to the big screen again. His presence, his attitude and his demeanor is absolutely perfect for the role. There isn't an ounce of Tooth Fairy in this performance.

The overall story and how it plays out is very much influenced by the genre. There are so many great examples of this in the film, it really is a treat if you're into that. It's a really fine example of modern exploitation flimmaking. I don't know where CBS films is going to go, but hopefully they will not have given up on this type of movie.

Don't go into this movie thinking it's a highbrow heist film or savvy thriller - it's a visceral blow-em-up action flick that is probably best watched with your wife at the grocery store or at her sewing class. Crack open a beer, open up a bag of Little Smokies and sit on the couch for an hour and a half of blowing stuff up and sweet, sweet revenge - 80's style. Faster (2010)

I know this movie did not do that well money wise, but I thought it was the Rock at his finest. He was made for this role and performed it like a veteran actor. It is similiar to other movies involving revenge, but this movie takes it to a much higher and violent level. The action is very fast paced and actual bordered on brutal killings, which are great and crowd pleasing as you root for the protagonist to "Get Even". Billy Bob Thorton is good as always while playing a burned out detective.

I can not say too much more or it will spoil the different plot twists in the movie especially towards the end. You don't have to be a Dwyane Johnson fan to really love this movie. Johnson simply excels in his role due to his physicality in looking the part he is playing, and the bonus is the action and excitement. Great movie. If you saw "Walking Tall" and liked it, you will love this one all that much more as it is a much better movie.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has no real name in this movie, just his occupation: Driver. Similarly, Billy Bob Thornton is "Cop." That must have been difficult to come up with. A completely unnecessary third-wheel-subplot is present, showing off a millionaire software developer assassin who has mastered yoga (seriously) and gets to shag Maggie Grace - whose role as hot girlfriend is so pointless it should have been uncredited - is hardly worth mentioning.

After being released from prison, Driver jumps in the car set up by a P.I. acquaintance of his, drives to a local telemarketing office, and sprays some nerd's brain matter on the back of his cubicle. If there is a better way to get me on the side of a guy embarking on a cross-country, revenge-filled murdering spree - which is tracked by Cop and his partner Cop with Breasts (Carla Gugino) - then I don't know of it; because everyone hates telemarketers. Through flashbacks we learn that Driver's brother (and crew) were involved in a bank heist and later murdered for their score. Up next: Death Wish Johnson!

Flaws in character development abound, as very little is learned about Driver, but a ton of time is spent on Billy Bob's failed marriage, portly kid, and drug problem. Each of the characters is transparently established as flawed, and the certainty of their eventual revelation makes tomorrow's sunrise doubtful. The cinematography and limited special effects are both unremarkable. Acting-wise, this film has the gusto of a professional cast already reading their next script; it never reaches the crescendo of expected excitement. Evidently two decent car chases and a few head shots just wasn't enough to get the cast fully enthralled either. I will say, however, that Johnson definitely steps outside his comfort zone, displaying what appeared to be genuine vulnerability to pair with already mastered anger.

While disappointing, Faster is nonetheless in my beloved "Death Wish," screw with me and I'll kill everyone you know, category. So, for that, it gets extra points. Besides all that, I'm for any opportunity that keeps the Rock out of family films or a fairy costume.

Jason Elin

So I decided this evening that I was in the mood for some mindless action - not typically the genre I usually watch. But regardless, I decided to watch "Faster." I knew very early on that this was definitely a mindless action movie and not to have very high expectations. When the movie's main characters have names such as "Driver," "Cop," and "Killer," you don't really expect much. But about an hour into the movie, I was completely caught off guard.

The last thirty minutes or so of the movie are surprisingly and uncommonly powerful. I wouldn't nominate this film for any awards for its acting or its story, but for what the movie had me believing it was, the last third of the movie was quite emotional. I will admit that I was even a little choked up and almost teary during some scenes. But I have a tendency to really analyze those types of scenarios on a personal, and almost empathic level, so many of you may not have the same experience.

But regardless, it was a fairly decent revenge flick with plenty to keep you entertained.

The Rock appears in this action film about a man involved in a robbery, after which his brother was killed. When his prison sentence concludes, he seeks revenge on those responsible for his brother's death. During his pursuit of those whom he seeks, there is a hitman after him, the reasons for the hitman being hired being unknown to the audience until the film's conclusion. The men that are being pursued are primarily flawed criminals and the character portrayed by Dwayne Johnson has redeeming qualities, so the audience is not asked to invest any moral assessments, but the mystery of the hired assassin elevates this slightly above your standard revenge movie. - Dwayne Johnson - Action - Movie'

Sandwich Crust Cutters - cutter, sandwich

These cutters quickly turn the healthiest sandwiches into a fun treat with minimal waste. They are easy to use, cut very close to the crust, and press the bread together to seal the sandwich. I use them multi-grain wheat bread and all sorts of different 'fillers'. They work great no matter what type of sandwich is being made. Evriholder Set of 3 Sandwich Crust Cutters, DynoBytes/FlipperBytes/SweetBytes

These cutters cut very cute shape for my son's lunch. I have found the dinosaur one in our local grocery store, but have never seen the heart and dolphin one so that is why I ordered this set. I like that they are not sharp so I can keep them out in a bowl on the counter that I have all my lunch making accoutrement's in. They are the right size for bread so that you are not wasting bread. My son doesn't like the crusts, so these cut the crusts off but doesn't waste the bread.

I use these to make sandwiches for my daughter's bento boxes. I did however stumble across these today at Wal-mart in the cake mix and some other random grocery aisles. They hang on side with the items you usually ignore. I got the dinosaur and dolphin. They were only two dollars each!

My 6-year-old dino lover saw this (the green Dinosaur shaped one) at the grocery store and asked to have it. I was delighted that it actually works! We have found that larger square bread works best if you don't want any crust. It fits the thicker potato bread fine. I push it against a plate and sometimes need to flip it over and "seal" the cut by running my finger gently over the outlines. Doing so gives a clean cut and results in 2 very cute dinos that fit together in a lunch bag or sandwich box nicely. Very easy to use and easy to clean - we just put it in the top rack of the dishwasher. Sturdy plastic; I expect it will last indefinitely. Highly recommend by daughter and Mom!!

these are nice for making an ordinary pb&j a little more fun. All of the cutters are easy to use and clean. My only complaint would be that the heart cutter really requires very large slices of bread.

The sandwich cutters are awesome! They work great and don't smash the bread at all. My son loves the cute shapes that they make, and he eats the left-over crust too! I would definitely buy these again, and as a matter of fact, I need to look for more shapes!

These are adorable-- I bought them for my 4 year old and we ended up using them for her birthday party. The kids loved them and gobbled up all of the sandwiches because of the fun shapes. All the moms were asking where I got them. I use them all the time now for lunches, parties and just for fun. - Kitchen Utensils - Sandwich Crust Cutters - Cutter - Sandwich'

Relationships - relationships, ex

This book is charming. It is not well edited but thats some of the charm. It is a conversational cute tone which is not heavily sanitized by over-editing. It sounds like a friend is with you giving you all their sage wisdom on the phone. I think the best part of the book is that it just keeps going on and kind of gives you courage. I would recommend it to anyone contemplating a break up or in one or in the aftermath of one. The title is kind of horrible, but it gets your attention. It's kind of funny. I was reading it to a friend who is in a break up and we were having some good laughs at the common sense approach of the book and the title. It's a cute book. It is probably the best book on breaking up, just because it goes on and on and never stops with the common sense, which is what you need at a time like this.
