page protector - page protector

We purchased these knowing they were thin. However, we did not expect them to be "seconds." The white reinforcement strip was peeled up on some. Dozens of tags where the holes were punched were still attached. Some of the punched holes were puckered. Some were mis-struck or whatever the process is, so that there were folded-back areas that left holes in the sheet protectors along the binding edge. Sorry about the poor descriptions, but I'm not an engineer.

These work okay with full 8x10 or 8-1/2x11 items, but they are dreadful if you have smaller things (like, say, an index card. Unfortunately, about 60% of what we have to put in sheet protectors is 5x7 or smaller, so the sheet protectors just didn't have the "backbone" they would've gotten from a full-size item.

They also do not handle heavy pieces, such as documents that have multiple pages or thick pamphlets.

One thing we discovered is we had to "roll" the full-size pages into a U shape in order to get them in the sheet protectors because the corners would hang up in the crimped edges. It was easier to roll the paper, slide it in, then flatten it out once it was all the way in the sheet protector.

If you've got hundreds of pages of full-size material and need to conserve space in your binders, these will work. For other applications, look for a different product.

We found boxes of 200 heavy-weight Samsill brand sheet protectors at Sam's Club for $9.98. While we prefer to shop at Amazon, we've gotta go elsewhere when the price difference is this substantial. C-Line 62067 Top Loading Reduced Glare Economy Gauge Poly Sheet Protectors, 200/box

These top loading reduced glare sheet protectors are great for so many things. I was so unorganized with papers and recipes that I couldn't stand it anymore. I found these sheets, not expecting too much for the price of 200 sheets but I was pleasantly surprised how thin but sturdy they are. I put important papers in them and then in a binder so i can find them and I have organized all my recipes organized by catagory and in binders so they are easy to find. I even use them for pictures. Delivery was quick and in great shape when it got here. - Page Protector'

Table Saw Accessories - dado blade set, tablesaw

Dado insert was functional. It fit properly. To use a 13/16" dado stack with this insert on your saw you need to do this. (Per Bosch Tool customer service)

Thank you for writing Bosch Power Tools. When mounting dado blades on

the Bosch 4000 table saw, follow this procedure which was omitted from

the owners manual. This saw will handle up to a 13/16" wide dado blade.

Remove both blade washers from the arbor shaft. Install & use the Outer

washer as the Inner washer, than[sic] mount your dado blade set, than[sic]

install the lock nut. An outer washer is not needed for a dado set. This

procedure will provide proper spacing of your dado blade set. Changing

blades can be a bit tight, but if you insure the blade is elevated to it's

maximum height you shouldn't have any problem. The reason for this is

because the dust containment shroud is rather close to the blade to

contain saw dust from blowing all over the place. If you have any further

questions, please write back. Bosch TS1007 Dado Insert

Disappointed with the insert. Love the saw and the stand. The dado insert only allows a 1/2" cut. A 3/4" dado setup rubs against the insert. You'd need to take the stabilizer off to have the blades be centered. It's as if no one tried it after it was developed.

I've had my Bosch table saw for a little over 3 years and use it every week in my carpentry business. It has yet to disappoint me. Up until now I had not purchased the dado insert because of some of the poor reviews. I had made my own insert and have put up with the struggle of using it all this time (I had to screw it in each time and place washers underneath to make it flush). After my last frustrating effort with my homemade insert, I decided that at $13, Bosch's dado insert couldn't be any more frustrating than using my own homemade one. Boy had I been wrong (and the reviewers that I had listened to). It took almost nothing to snap it in and adjust it to level. Those are the ONLY instructions that come with it - in three languages. Woohoo! The hitch came when I needed to cut a wide dado. This is where the additional instructions would have been helpful (and would have kept some of the reviewers from giving it low marks). On a wider stack you will need to remove the inner arbor washer and replace it with the outer washer, then put on your stack of blades. I would rate this 5 stars if they would only give you this small, but important, bit of info with the package. Even the instruction book that comes with the saw when it mentions working with dado or molding heads doesn't tell you this. All it says is, "Instructions for operating the Dado and Molding Heads are contained in the booklet furnished with these accessories. ALWAYS USE APPROPRIATE TABLE INSERT LISTED UNDER ACCESSORIES." Hmmmm, neither set of instructions tells you anything about swapping out the arbor washers. Fortunately I was able to figure this on my own. I wish now I had been using this from the get go and had not been influenced by negative reviews for so long.

Well, the first one I received was bent -- laying it face down on the table top, it would rock considerably. If adjusted so the front and back edge were in line with the table, it was high in the center. I figured that would probably throw my cuts off, so I just shipped it back. Amazon had a flat replacement at my door a few hours after I managed to drop the old one in the mail. The replacement works great, and I'd probably rate it 4 stars if the first one hadn't been bent. Also, considering that the manual for the saw itself says very little about mounting a dado stack, it might be nice if the insert gave you some more info. I had to email Bosch tech support to get the secret for getting beyond 1/2".

This one little accessory is a must have for your Bosch 4000 table saw. It fits the table top securely and once installed allows Dado cuts up to 3/4".

The one thing you need to know in order to get the max. width cut when mounting your dado blades, you must use the outside washer on the inside. Then use the standard 23mm lock down nut on the outside without a washer, or in my case, I used one of the dado shims as a washer.

Just get this, it works.

This is a metal dado cutter insert to allow you to safely make dados using a Bosch Table Saw. It is bright red, making it easy to locate when you set it somewhere, and mine required no adjusting to make it flush with the saw table surface--it has four set screws to adjust the height. No one could beat Amazon's price of $9.74 and since I ordered it with the saw there were no taxes or shipping expenses. I ordered it on January 30, Amazon quoted a delivery by February 14, and I received it before February 10. This accessory works great and you really must have it if you are going to do any dado work with your Bosch saw.

I use it, it works. I'll soon make my own zero clearance dado inserts, instead of using this. I didn't have any problems with rubbing, as some claimed. I have it on the 4000 Bosch Table saw. The trick to getting larger stacks onto this saw is to, and this is from Bosch, remove the inner and outer washers on the arbor. Then use the outer, thinner one, as the inner washer. Use the inner, thicker tapered one, as needed. If you can't get the nut completely on the treads, remove the outer washer and just use the nut. Bosch states that this is not needed on dado stacks, but I have to admit it makes me a bit nervous. I do it all the time though without problems.

The finish on this insert was seemingly hand painted, as in brushed. Perhaps the metal was not finely sanded prior to painting, but it has a lesser quality apperance than the original insert. Mine is not flat, but isn't too bad if I press down firmly.

I would just make my own next time, and will soon replace this with home made inserts.

Happy wood working. - Dado Blade Set - Bosch - Tablesaw - Bosch Table Saw'

Alkaline Batteries - duracell, aaa

I'm pretty used to buying batteries online and finding they had been made long before I ordered them (had some CR123 with experations the next month from another vendor). In at least my case, my batteries from this vendor show a production date of 3/30/10...and I ordered them on April 18th. You can't get any younger batteries (exp is Mar2016). I'll be checking this distrbutor out for the rest of my battery needs. Duracell Coppertop AA Batteries, 28-Count

I got these about three weeks ago, and still haven't used them up yet. So many batteries. Awesome. So far, they've lasted about four times as long in my Canon digital point-and-shoot than my Energizer rechargeables. And they're on track to outperform the regular Energizers in my Xbox controllers. I think I'm a coppertop convert. The price is pretty good, too--probably not the absolute cheapest, but these are real Duracells (not knockoffs) that are far from their expiration date.

If you check out local stores, you will find these are at least a bit below retail sales price for these batteries. Batteries will always be around the same price, but a few dollars off is worth getting them through Amazon!

I purchased these batteries a couple months ago from Amazon.com and used them in a childs toy. They didn't work. My first thought was it must be the toy. I tried another toy and same thing happened. Then a third and fourth. Batteries seem drained. I have no idea what the problem is. Duracell is normally a good brand so maybe these are fake Duracell or very old? Just letting you know my experience with them. Judge for yourself.

Although I'm sure my local fire department will cringe if they read this, I buy these things for our backups for our fire alarms and they last over 4 years! Wow! Now if I buy a knockoff brand, or even Energizer, I can only get 18 months out of them before they start squealing to be replaced. Plus, this 8 battery pack makes it awfully simple to have them around when it comes time to change them, and it's the right number for my house. Love these Duracells! Highly, highly recommend!

Batteries came in two packages. I opened 1 pack and every single battery was completely dead! And no I did not put them in backwards...lol I actually looked! :) I put the old batteries back into the pop light that had gone dim and the light glowed, tried 4 more 'new' batteries and nothing. I tested the whole pack and not 1 worked. The exp date on the batteries still have a few years to go so you would think that they would have been okay. Sending back and will just buy more when I'm out shopping. I may be paying more, but at least they will work!

I tend to buy batteries based on two prime criteria. First, lithium for units that will have a long down time (since lithium holds its charge well over time, I hate to be surprised by an emergency flashlight that doesn't work); alkaline, for everyday appliances (it doesn't last as long, but the cost benefit ratio is beneficial). Second,I shop for a good price. Duracell alkalines are top of the line batteries that I prefer for all my everyday item, like remotes, clocks, mini-amps, etc. This particular offering is a great price, that I haven't matched anywhere.

Very highly recommended. - Aaa - Aa - Duracell - Battery'

Milwaukee 18v Lithium-ion - right-angle drills, cordless tools

People seem to be complaining about battery compatibility. Milwaukee clearly states that the M18 tools use the lithium M18 batteries. Some of the bigger tools only use the XC ones and milwaukee clearly states that as well. I have 9 of the M18 tools and they are all great at the what they're intended to be used for. You can find batteries for much less on amazon at different times than places like Home Depot. Milwaukee now has a buy one get one free on batteries or if you buy selected tools. You can definitely save some money that way as well. I highly recommend these tools. The batteries have 5 year/ 2000 charge warranty which nobody else offers. Milwaukee makes great tools bottom line. Milwaukee 2615-20 Cordless MK18 Right Angle Drill, Tool only

Good price, fast shipping,reliable seller.

I would buy again if I need to.

The tool is very dependable and the price was right.

I was looking for bare tool because I already had a band saw using the same battery and charger so I could share it.

This tool requires the new Milwaukee M18 battery. This tool will not accept your old Milwaukee 18 volt batteries such as the V18 lithium ion or the older 18 volt Ni-Cad batteies. Milwaukee recently changed the entire line of 18 volt cordless tools to a different battery design M18. Chargers are not interchangeable either for M18 or V18. So just be aware of this when you review the tool description. I decided to return the one I bought since I have no desire to invest in the newer design batteries or tools. All my Milwaukee 18 volt cordless tools use the older design V18 battery. BTW, tool is definitely made in China. Fashion Accessories - ipod dock, ihome clock radio

I needed to wake up to music and had specific criteria:

1. Alarm clock must work with iPod so I could set what song I woke up to

2. Clock must have bearable alarm sound just in case iPod is not available.

3. Clock must increase sound from silence incrementally so I'm not jarred out of sleep.

4. Clock must be small and portable so I can pick it up and walk with it while I get ready in the AM w/o waking hubby

5. Clock must work on batteries and wall plug that detaches

6. Clock must be white or silver

And with that said, this clock was so perfect it's like I imagined it! Not only that it's an travel clock so it's portable enough for trips. It does not have all the wiz bang of some of the other clocks but I really didn't need all of that. The unit is much smaller than it looks on the site and the speakers pack a serious punch (they are on the sides). I would buy this again and I've been recommending it to all my friends. Perfect! iHome iH16 Portable Speaker System for iPod (Gray)

I bought this in an electronics store at the mall where they had one out on display and I could pop in my iPhone 3GS to test it. I've got a fairly simple set of criteria that I'm getting pretty good at testing for:

1) Does it charge the 3GS? Yes. (my older clock radio did not)

2) Is it easy to make the device play music? Yes. (you'd be amazed at how many iPod speakers require significant fussing to get them to play the iPod)

3) Can I listen to Internet radio? Yes. (Some devices will only play the iPod)

4) Will it wake to muisc? Yes. (Again, not all of them do)

5) Is the sound quality respectable? Yes. For a device the size of a Toblerone bar, this thing is amazing. Not much bass and it won't make your ears bleed, but it's clean and accurate and makes you feel you're listening to decent stereo rather than an alarm clock.

This is the first device I've owned that made me want to pop my iPhone in, fire up a Genius playlist and listen. The button selection is as simple as it could be, I can kill the clock light at night with the Snooze bar, and it wakes to iPod perfectly in the morning with zero setup. The only negatives I can come up with are that it's so light that you end up moving it around the night stand when you undock it, and it has no built-in radio, which might bother some people but not me. My bottom line, this is a device that lives up to the elegance of the iPhone. They should sell tons of these.

I got this to do two things only: tell me the time (without me needing to put my glasses on) and read me a bedtime story (audiobooks ripped from CD). It is almost perfect for those purposes, but I'm surprised at all these glowing reviews, because the unit is not without real flaws. The only two that concern me are that the display, while large and clear, cannot be seen if you're lying down and your bedside table is at the same level as your head. From all other angles the display is perfectly clear, but to see the time without sitting up, I need to lean the unit towards me at a sharp angle.

The other niggle that bothers me is that the [Sleep] button is on the back (Why?) and is the middle of three identical buttons, so care is needed. Did the designers think that people would confuse [Snooze] with [Sleep]? If so, they could have come up with more unambiguous labels, like [It's too f*?#!+@ early!] and [Drift Off...]

Two other flaws that don't concern me but would probably matter to most people: In terms of volume, it doesn't exactly "go to eleven"; all it can manage is about four. The other one is that, though the sound quality is as excellent as reported in the other reviews, there is a serious lack of bass, leaving it sounding only like a set of five dollar computer speakers.

It does everything else just fine, is truly portable and lightweight, takes up very little space, and is constructed really well.

(I can't comment on the alarm function because I would never rely on anything this complex to wake me up: if I absolutely, positively have to be awake at a certain time, my yard-sale Westclox gets wound up, armed, and placed on the other side of the room. I then go to sleep, serenaded by its hellacious loud tick, secure in the knowledge that - come Hell or high water (or power outages) - I will be awake and standing at the right time next morning.)

I have not had my iHome clock radio for more than 24 hours and am excited to review it. First feature I like is the light to the clock can be turned completely off. And it had multiple setting for brightness. For such a small system the sound is AMAZING!! It also has cool features like the daylight savings time button. It took me a minute or two to set the clock right so I can implement the DST option. A favorite feature of mine on any time device is the ability to do military (24hour) time. I am still trying to work out the logistics of my iPod Nano's (4th Generation) alarm and the iHome's alarm. In the instructions for the alarm clock it says you can not use a skin or case while docking. I have a skin from DecalGirl.com on my Nano and it docks and works fine with the skin on. ALSO...this system will travel! Got to love a charging (not when powered by batteries)/playing/clock dock that is small enough to pack (comes with AC adapter cord)!

Great product and I highly recommend it if you want a small multifunctional dock/clock.

I want to start off by saying that I've bought hundreds of things on Amazon.com and I ALWAYS read reviews before buying. I'm a smart buyer who always does his research and gets the best deal. I've never even written one bad review here and I've been very successful in making good purchases.

Unfortunately, I was misled a bit on this product. It saw all the stars, read the reviews, but when I got this thing, unboxed and turned it on, it immediately struck me as a device not worth $40, much less its list price of $50. The main reasons for my complaint are the position and size of the speakers as well as the dock design. This device is listed as "iHome iH16 Portable Speaker System for iPod" whereas my impression of it now is "iHome iH16 Simple Alarm Clock for iPod."

If you're looking for a simple, relatively inexpensive alarm clock that allows you to plug your iPod into it, this is a good buy. However, if you're looking for a quality portable audio system for your iPod, you will be disappointed. This is a simple 2 speakers facing out on the side of the device. This makes true sound quality hard to attain because no matter where you are in relation to this thing, you will not have direct stereo sound because it's impossible for both speakers to be facing you at the same time. This was a big disappointment for me.

The dock also has room for improvement. When I pulled the iH16 out of it's package, I read the instructions and tried to put the dock together for an iPod Nano. You have to hook 2 pieces of plastic into the back of the dock to support the Nano, the second being a bit small and flimsy. Although I got the Nano docked, the support was lousy and left me wondering if I even did it right. When I had my Nano 3G plugged in, it was extremely uncomfortable to use the click wheel as the bottom of the wheel was almost flush against the surface of the dock. I overcame this by simply using a 3.5mm AUX cable, but then I lost the charging function.

However, on the plus side of things, it's a nice looking device that does what it says and does it good and with simplicity. The clock and alarm are extremely easy to set, it does have an AUX cable input, it does charge the iPod, and it does play music. The sound quality for the size and position of the speakers IS actually good. I won't be returning this, but I've definitely learned a valuable lesson from it.

I want to finish by saying that I am a guy who usually gets the best or close to it in audio. I don't ALWAYS get the most expensive stuff, but when it comes to my music, I usually go all-out. Music is very important to me and I have the ears of an audiophile. If you're simply looking for a little portable device to play your tunes or, as aforementioned, an alarm clock that supports the iPod, this product is fine for you. But if you're looking for a little more on the audio side of things, seek elsewhere. And even then, $40 still seems a bit steep for this. - Ipod Dock - Ihome Clock Radio - Ipod Accessories - Ipod Alarm Clock'

Miracle Blade Iii - miracle knives, as seen on tv

I got these knives as a gift. Ironically, the first thing to rust was the part of each knife stamped "Stainless Steel".

Let's be realistic. These knives are cheap. They're thin and they're not well weighted. However, they say stainless steel, and you figure that that's what you're getting. I hand-washed these knives and dried them immediately, but they still corroded.

Now comes the bad part. I wrote to their customer service department twice and didn't hear back. I finally got their address (from the post office) and sent them back the knives. It took three months of me emailing and calling them (with 15+ minute wait times for Each Call) to get them to send me a replacement set.

The replacement set rusted in about two weeks. That was in September. I just got off the phone with Miracle Blade, a call during which I was interrupted so many times that I actually had to say "I'm going to finish my sentence" so their rep would stop talking. They won't refund my money. In fact, they won't refund Anyone's money after 30 days. The lifetime warranty is for replacement only. They'll send me another set of soon-to-be-rusty knives, of course--if I pay the shipping and handling...Again. I asked the rep for his full name, for his ID#, and for a manager, and he refused all requests.

In summary, if you buy these knives, they will rust. You will want to get rid of them. Your only option will be the garbage can. Miracle Blade III 91M3RBXST2 Perfection Series 11-Piece Cutlery Set

I'm the husband- the recipient of the knives. They are certainly sharp. Our favorite knives are the steak knives and the rock n chop. My overall impression is they are cheap knives marketed to be better than they are (isn't that how all these seen on TV items work?). They are all super light weight, and for the exception of the rock n chop knife, the blades are all very flimsy. I have an old set of sysco cook's knives with the caterer's knife wrap, and although they don't hold a sharp edge very long anymore, they ARE weighted in just the right ways. Another gripe I have with the Miracle Blade knives is they don't appear to be fully tanged (probably the cause of the weight issue)- a fully tanged blade is one that extends through the handle, so the weight is balanced and the blade is stronger. I mentioned my favorite blades are the steak knives and the rock n chop. The steak knives are just about right for what they are. I would still like them to be a little weightier, but in general the blades are the right thickness and length, and they do a great job getting through cooked meat.

I bought the early version of these knives with the block in 2003. I like to cook. A lot. I am not easy on these knives. I was on a budget and decided to give these a shot. They're obviously not top quality and some of the knives are a bit off-balance, but they last. They're so cheap, I've used them to open packages and as tools, thinking that they've done me well this long, why not push them harder. I have been washing them in the dishwasher all these years, and guess what? They lost their logo. That's it. They're still sharp (the ones I can't sharpen) and still functional. My problem is, for the past 5 years, I've wanted to upgrade. I have nicer (much more expensive) knives that I have bought over the years, but I've been dying to upgrade and looking for a reason to do it. But I have a hard time doing that when these knives just won't die. The steak knives have gotten heavy (daily) usage over the years. I'll keep them when I upgrade, as they are still solid, sharp and the steel does not bend. The shears will continue on in my kitchen as well. They sharpen easily and have survived serious abuse.

I am not crazy about the filet knife because I find the blade unpredictable (a little TOO soft), but my husband loves to use it for everything but...

The bread knives have been very useful and have also stayed fairly sharp. But I've also used those for sawing wrapping paper rolls for crafts. If it weren't for cardboard use they'd probably be super-sharp.

The paring knife lost it's edge a bit and is difficult to maintain, but still peels hard fruit and pries things open without breaking.

The chop and scoop is actually quite useful for many things except harder things like semi-frozen meats. My husband's favorite, but a bit flimsy for me (not a complaint - the chop and scoop wasn't meant to work as hard as I tried to make it work) I usually just use a chef's knife for that job anyway. It's a matter of personal preference. If you do use it for harder work, bear in mind it can and will slip and/or buckle a bit because it lacks heaviness. So use it for things up to the density of onions, celery & garlic, possibly carrots, but nothing more substantial without getting used to it first.

If you want a set of cheap super-knives that I have not yet found kryptonite for, this is the set for you. Bear in mind you aren't getting the best balance, weight, steel, & build - you are getting knives that I have not beaten. I have literally tried to destroy them. Go ahead & try, and then please comment on my post to let me know how it works out for you. They are a great value. - Miracle Knives - As Seen On Tv - Cutlery - Cutlery Sets'

Power Plug Adapter

I can't claim to have personally tried every single outlet in Europe, but I can tell you that the majority of European plugs are recessed: that is, the actual socket into which the plug prongs go is set into a little round hole about half an inch deep. This adapter does not fit into that recess, and is therefore useless. I found this out the hard way in both Holland and the Czech Republic, and great was the wailing and lamentation on both occasions.

You can use this with an extender built for the purpose (see the Simran Plug Adapter on this site for an example), but if you're doing that, why not just get an adapter that fits in the first place? All-in-One Travel Power Plug Adapter for US, UK, EU, AU

I just got back from 10 days in France and Italy. Of the three of us on the trip, mine was the only adapter to work. It did a great job on plugs for the iPhone, hair dryer, flat iron, camera batteries and that was all we took with us.

What a lot of people don't realize is most of your modern stuff does not need a converter (plus this adapter). So we just used the adapter and all our stuff was rated for both US and EU use. Look on your equipment for 100 or 110V-240V, 50-60Hertz, if it says this it will work in the US and Europe.

I was visiting India and Europe. I had the choice of purchasing multiple batteries or this for my dSLR. Clearly, this was a wiser decision. The product feels a little flimsy, however, it works as described. I was able to charge my camera's batteries in India, Paris, Brussels and Venice. There were absolutely no issues. My brother borrowed it to run his laptop and reported no problems with it. It is also pretty cheap for its performance.

I have been living in Korea and needed a good adapter so that I could use my American electronics without using the bulky transformer boxes (almost all my gear has built in transformers, so I only needed an adapter). However, I found that when using the European setting, even the slightest nudge would cause it to lose connectivity. I even went as far as trying to tightly tape it into place, but it would still only hold for a few seconds.

in addition, when I first plugged it in and occasionally later on, it would make loud sparks. There are even scorch marks on it and the American surge protector I was trying to use with it. I've been reading more now, and realize that cheap adapters are very unwise in Korea and can cause fires.

my advice is to find a much more reliable adapter, especially if you're going to be using it in Korea.

I tried to use this all-in-one adapter on my recent trip to multiple cities in Europe. But, the coupling (connection) was loose in every socket, and hence I spent a lot of time trying to get this adapter to fit. Hence, I'd recommend against buying this adapter.

Luckily, I had also bought dedicated adapters for each country, and those worked extremely well. Here is the list for anyone who intends to travel to Europe.

x Lewis N. Clark Grounded Italy Adapter Plug - Italy only

x Power Bright PB-12 US to UK 3-Prong Travel Outlet Plug Adapter - UK only

x Grounded Adapter - CE Certified - USA to Europe - Heavy Duty Adapter - Most places in Europe

And, a power strip to connect multiple US style outlets

x Monster MP OTG400 BK Outlets To Go 4 Outlet Travel Power Strip (Black)

Ok, I should have believed the others who said it doesn't work. Here I sit in my UK hotel with three of these things and one of them occasionally works for a short time. In the 4 days I have been here, I have nearly gone nuts watching these adapters flash on and off. As an electrical engineer, I admire the concept, but I can see that there is some manufacturing problem or design defect so that the internal contact is fatally flawed. With the UK prongs popped out, and with it inserted into a UK plug strip, I can rock the body of the adapter very slightly and cause the internal connection within the adapter to make or break. Unfortunately getting an adapter to stay 'ON' or connected is nearly impossible. All three are the same. They snap open nicely, and plug in smoothly and then the LED on the adapter flashes for part of a second and then goes off. At that point, the body of the adapter is wobbly on the prongs, which are solidly pushed into the UK plug. So I try to rock the body to coax it into the ON mode and keep it there. If tape would hold it, i'd try that, but keeping it on is nearly impossible. If it were not for the 110 volt plugs in this hotel, I wouldn't be able to use the laptop to write this bad review. Whatever problems cause this - manufacturing defect, or design flaw, it doesn't matter. Of course, I will return these once I get back to the US, so that Amazon will know they should pull this product.'

I don'y own this particular unit, but I have to comment. Someone above me said they were pulling a deep well pump out of a hole with one. When it says that it can pull 2000 lbs, THAT'S A ROLLING LOAD on flat ground. You could theoretically pull a ton horizontally with no friction. Need to winch a garden tractor onto a trailer? Great. Need to lift an engine out of a car? DON'T DO IT. You'll hurt yourself with a cable or strap breaking, or break your wrist.

I have been pleased so far with this winch. It has done everything I have asked of it with no trouble. I also feel that there will not be any issue with leaving it outside through the Michigan winters.

Broke the retaining rod and strap where it connects to the rod on the first use. Not a chance it could ever hold 2K lbs. This was just holding my boat in a trailering postition, I cant imagine how bad it would have come apart if used to winch a boat up a trailer.

Its showing Its Not available at this time. I bought It for pulling a deep well Water pump It worked well at holding 50 foot of nylon rope and pulling the pump but looking at the metal gear I do Not think It will support 2000 pounds closer to 400 pounds but It works just fine.'

Rechargeable Batteries - rechargeable batteries, tenergy

i ordered the 2 tenergy 9.6v 4200mah hump back batteries for my rustler then also ordered this charger

it came early, works perfectly, pure brainless and it charges these packs in about three hours,i think...i let 1 pack

charge over night, not on purpose, just foregot.no worries though the charger will not over charge the batteries.

go ahead, don't be shy, proceed to the checkout!!! Tenergy Smart Universal Charger for NiMH / NiCd Battery pack 7.2V - 12V with charging current Selection/Temperature Sensor

The charger works flawless. Charged my dead 1500mah battery in a little over an hour on the .9amps setting. you can even charge the mini type batteries on the 1.8amp setting for an even faster charge! Yes thats about 1800 mah per hour thats about a 30 min charge. Even charged my brothers Ni-Cd R/C battery within a hour.

We bought this charger as a replacement for another charger that was really overheating out batteries. We run a Traxxis Rustler this charger is a great asset to our fun.

It comes with several adapters so all you have to do is plug and play. Charging seemed quick enough and the batter never once felt warm, or overheated, even when we forgot about it 6 hours later.

Do not hesitate on this purchase.

This Tenergy Smart/Speed charger is a life saver from a 5 hour charge to a 1 hour charge I love it. Also it will stop charging when the battery is full it has a temperature sensor so it will stop if the battery gets to hot. Plus the switch that changes the amperage an hour is extremely useful.

it works it does what it says it will do

nothing special

charges 7.2v 8.4v 9.6v 10.8 battery's

comes with a mini type connector and a large type connector

uses a temperature sensor as a fail safe if it over heats

ONLY CHARGE NiMH or NiCd battery's with this charger

it blows up LiPo's

charges battery's in about half an hour to an hour

The smart charger however is only good on the .9A. If you use the 1.8A setting it will over heat your battery even before the green light turns on. The 1.8A does give you a quick charge when you need it but I feel the battery dies twice as fast.

Like the tenergy 9.6 battery pack,

I was very satisfied with this.

I bought it for its worldwide use, because I live in Italy,

with a 220volt electric line.

In the package you can find many adapters ,

You can select two currents levels (0.9A and 1.8A),

The charger automatically detect battery pack's voltage (7.2V to 12V).

You can use it with NiMh or NiCd batteries.

Good charger at a bargain price.

Recommended. - Rechargeable Batteries - Charger - Tenergy - Airsoft'

Multifunction Printer - pixma ip4200, all in one printer

Exactly what I needed

I just needed this simple USB cable to connect my printer to my MAC. The local office stores were ridiculous in their pricing so I checked on Amazon.com. As usual I received GREAT PRICE, GREAT SERVICE, AND A GREAT PRODUCT. Thanks Amazon. For Canon Pixma USB 2.0 Printer Cable Cord A-B NEW 6'

We ordered this just in case the Canon Printer we bought did not work on the "wireless" system. The printer works fine on the wireless so we have not had to use this cable yet. I can only speak to the delivery of the item. Fast..just as described.

It was recommended by Amazon that I purchase this USB cable with the Canon PIXMA MP495 Wireless Inkjet Photo All-In-One printer. However, I'm not sure why I needed it, since one (about 3') already comes in the printer box. I'm sure that it works well, but I havent had cause to use it.

I priced this cable at Best Buy and it was $26.00. Frankly, the printer without cartridges isn't worth that. Someone suggested searching on-line. Went to Amazon and there it was at $0.75. yes, $0.75 PLUS shipping at $1.85-$2.60 and after 3 days shipping time I received my cable. New, perfect condition, no muss and fuss. What is it about bargains that is hard to comprehend? The vendor stayed in touch with me about shipping and everything about the experience and product was as reported. The reviews were helpful. I am still amazed...now I have a photo paper printer working after 13 months in a box.

This product came neatly packaged and looked completly brand new. I havn't had any problems at all. The cord seems to be a perfect length not too long and not too short. overall I have nothing bad to say about this product. - Pixma Ip4200 - Canon - Usb Cable - All In One Printer'
