Polar Bear - paw, slippers

I bought these because I work from home and sit at a desk facing a window on the north side of my home. These slippers keep my feet toasty warm all day long. The are extremely comfortable and my wife likes them so much she takes them from me on my days off leaving me to try to keep my feet warm with slipper socks so I just ordered a pair for her! Fuzzy Polar Bear Paw Slippers for Men and Women Large

I bought these fuzzy feet because they were essential to my cosplay costume. They matched very well with the fur suit I made, and all I had to do was add some color to the nails. They fit great and feel super comfy walking around, and in keeping my feet warm. I would definitely recommend these for costumes if you can't or don't want to try making the feet yourself. Even if I didn't need them for a costume, I would get them to walk around the house on cold days and to look cool.

i just got these today and i must say that they are very comfy. the outside fur is soft and the cushion on the inside makes walking on hardwood floors more comfortable. they are a little bit big for my size 7 1/2 feet but not too big. they are very cute and i plan on buying another pair in the future.

The slippers are addorable. (The chicks at my apartment complex seem to love them.) They also provide a little bit of extra warmth, and it's at least as much as I've noticed from any other slipper. They're comfy and provide a little bit of cushoning when walking on hard floors. My only complaint is that the other colors are harder to get a hold of and I'm less partial to white. (I've seen brown and Black too, but they always sell out before I can get them.)

Well there isn't too much one can say about slippers, so I'll keep this short and sweet. Got these for Christmas, they keep me warm, and they are extremely cute. I've always wanted bear feet and now my dream has come true. My only complaint is I wish the claws were black, it would make more sense but also they blend in too much with the feet sometimes so from small distance it doesn't look like I'm wearing bear feet but just furry white slippers, but oh well. They're still really cool. Highly recommended if you have cold, human feet and prefer bears. - Paw - Slippers - Polar Bear'

Metal Connector Nailer

THE PASLODE IS A GOOD GUN IF YOU USE THEIR NAILS. THEY ARE HARDENED SO THEY WILL PENETRATE IF YOU USE IT RIGHT. THE TIP MOVES TO ENGAGE THE MATERIAL YOU ARE PENETRATING. THE OTHER REVIEW TALKS ABOUT HOW DANGEROUS IT IS BUT WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT. THE KEY IS POSITIVE PLACEMENT AND NOT INDECISIVE PLACEMENT. ONE LAST THING IS TO MAKE SURE YOUR COMPRESSOR RATES OVER 105 POUNDS PRESSURE. Paslode F250S-PP Positive Placement Metal Hardware Framing Nailer #500855

the gun is heavy / big / huge diaphram head / and has ricocheted 8 nails so far, 3 of which has hit employees. we have shot about 350 nails with this gun and it is very finicky. it has a guide that is supposed to "move" and allow the nail to enter the hole but sometimes it just shoots the nail back at your face at a high rate of speed. It is dangerous and I am going to try to return it because it is dangerous.

Typical Paslode construction meant for the professional and will take a beating. Burly construction does make the nailer a bit heavier than your Bostitch, but your forearms can use a workout anyway, and it is built to last. Huge timesaver for joist hangers, or any other metal connector really. Works great, never a ricochet if used correctly-get familiar with it, don't go too fast, and as the other reviewer said make sure you put a little elbow grease in your placement. It definitely drives the nail where you place the head, so as long as you are in a hole and hold the nailer "decisively" you'll be fine. Magazine holds two full strips of nails. Very easy to reload. For anyone not familiar, you must use specific teco strips for this nailer meant for positive placement nailers. Definitely recommend the Paslode brand PPMC nails, they seem to work the best but plan ahead because they can be hard to find. Don't try using regular framing strips, they won't work.

Great tool. I wouldn't frame a house without it. You can connect a houseful of simpson hardware way faster than by hand. As for the ricochets, follow some rules: work at a reasonable speed, use the palm nailer in tight corners, use eye protection, and don't fire when other crew are right in the ricochet path. You'll still get the occasional ricochet, because it's too tempting to increase speed. The Paslode nails work better than the third-party nails - fewer jams. Can be tough to find the nails, though.

But hey, I've only owned one for about 8 years. Its not something that comes out of the trailer on a daily basis but when you get into a pile of Simpson hardware it beats the heck out of hand driving for hours on end. The only places it doesn't fit are tight, and thats what palm nailers are for. As to the finicky comment, I guess I've never thought that and don't agree with it now. I think that individual must just not have understood how the gun works. If you place the tip in the hole in the hardware and squeeze the trigger, thats where the nail is going.'

Needed to replace my years old, velcro closing, expandable nylon coupon file. Thought this one might be a better version but instead have found it to be inflexable (it's made out of a semi-hard plastic), it's bulky and way too oversized to fit into my handbag (which isn't the size of a small carry-on!). You simply have to carry this coupon file around in your hand or lay it down in the kids seat of the cart (assuming you don't have a toddler on board) since as stated, it is way too big for the average handbag PLUS it CANNOT be afixed to the shopping cart as can most velcro closing coupon files so there is NO ease in retrieving coupons as you shop. Very disappointed in this item. A&W Products Expanding File, Coupon Size, 13-Pocket, Assorted Colors (24160)

It's a good size for coupons which is why I purchased it. I wish that the tabs were categorized rather than alphabetized but that's okay. I gave it 4 stars because a few of the tabs were bent down permanently, it's a little cheaply made but I didn't pay much for it either. Works for the purpose.

I have two of these in a larger same style holder along for all my coupon needs. I use two of these to cover all the aisles in the supermarket and it works very well. Nothing moves out of place and there is enough space see what each coupon is for. - Coupon Organizer'

Yoga Workouts

I have to be frank. When I 1st used the Rosin it didn't seem to work so I just put it aside.(so explains the 3 stars) I decided to leave a message on the Aurorae Support line with my problem. I sweat a lot and was really hoping this would help and was a bit upset. No matter what mat I've bought I've always had slipping issues. Then to my surprise the owner himself (Dennis)called me himself within 20 minutes.

He was sincerely concerned and wanted to make sure I was using this new product correctly. I told him that all I was doing was wiping my hands with it as I perspired. He explained in detail how the rosin works and what I need to do to get best results. Dennis told me that I 1st need to take the rosin and hit it on the mat where my hands and feet go. This will also loosen up the rosin in the bag and create the powder needed to put on my hands and feet. He also told me to use a towel to make sure I wipe the sweat off my hands and feet before applying the rosin. This would give me best results. Sure enough I did what he said and WOW what a difference. The Rosin has no smell and is not sticky as he explained and I should not be afraid to use it since it was made from trees and stone. Natural products.

It also wipes right off when I clean my mat with the water and fresh lemon. I can't tell you how great it is now once I started using the rosin correctly. I can now hold my poses and I'm able to have a secure grip. Dennis also explained to me that the more I used my mat and the more I washed it, as per his yogi tips, the mat would break in and slip less and less with use.

What can I say it was a tough start but this kind of customer service doesn't seem to exist anymore and to have the owner of the company call and show show much concern all I can say is thanks you. Aurorae Yoga Slip Free Rosin Bag. Stop Slipping on your Yoga Mat, Odor Free and Non Sticky. Made in USA.

I am very impressed with not only the rosin bag itself, but also with the level of customer service I received from Aurorae. About 4 months ago I ordered a Manduka mat from Amazon. I was very excited about the mat, as I had heard great things and it has been my only big yoga-related purchase. When I got the mat, I was VERY disappointed. I couldn't believe how slippery it was. It was irritating and unpleasant to even try to practice on it! After viewing Amazon's return policy, I realized that I couldn't return the mat, and my only option was to try to find a solution to the slipping. I tried everything. And I do mean everything-- washing the mat, physically wearing in the mat, applying various solutions to the mat, special yoga socks/gloves, non-yoga related fitness socks/gloves, towels, prayer.... By the end of it, I was agitated and had far surpassed my budget for yoga supplies. And worst of all, my practice had suffered. I was stressed about my practice, which defeats the purpose!

Honestly, I stumbled upon the rosin bag. I couldn't be happier that I did! I read the reviews about the bag, so when I received it, I had very high expectations-- and I wasn't disappointed! It works. I don't know what else to say besides it really works. I bounced it around in my hands, slapped the bag on my feet, patted the solution around the areas where my hands/feet go, and I was back to focusing on my meditation and form instead of on how badly I was sliding around. Besides the fact that it works, the best part about the rosin bag is that it is a cheap solution to a problem with which so many people deal. I wish I had found the rosin bag before spending sooo much money on other supplies that didn't even work. The rosin bag is also small (about 3.5 x 2 inches)-- I set the bag at the top corner of my mat in case I needed to reapply, and it didn't get in the way at all. I reapplied once during my hour-long practice (just a little to my hands), but if you put plenty of the solution on your mat, you don't need to reapply at all (Note: I perspire on my hands, but I was not dripping sweat). For some wonderful reason, it adheres very well to my Manduka mat, so I was able to get a firm grip where I had applied the powder.

I'm too ecstatic that it works to be critical, but for the sake of other shoppers, I will say one thing: I have a black mat, and the solution is a white powder. The solution is visible on the mat, and on hands and feet. The powder, however, does not feel messy-- it is smooth on my hands and feet, like baby powder. I wore black leggings the other day, and when I did tree pose, it left a little bit of powder on my pants-- but, like baby powder, I was able to dust it right off. SMALL price to pay, and in my opinion, can also be seen as an advantage: because I can see the powder on my mat, I know where to place hands/feet to get a good grip.

With regard to the customer service: I was impressed by the other reviews I read about receiving calls and whatnot from the President of Aurorae. I also received a very helpful email after receiving my order. The email gave tips on using the product/not slipping in general. Very nice touch. IMO, the biggest benefit a company can offer is great customer service. The economy is not in the best place, and people have fewer reasons to buy. Customer service can make or break a company. In this case, Aurorae has acquired a new loyal customer. I will certainly try other Aurorae products, and with peace of mind, because I know I will be taken care of. Thanks, Aurorae!

Lastly, I know this review has been enthusiastic, but I've been very honest, so don't dismiss! I would like to know one thing: I practice almost every day; how long is the rosin bag supposed to last?

All new yoga mats have some slipping and it depends on your body chemistry, the oils in the mat as well as in your body. Sweating will create slipping. This is the only company that has ever done anything about helping out.

Just get the rosin and stop slipping.'

Straight Finish Nailer

This is my first experience with a nail gun and never again will I hand nail trim if I can help it. This product operates as claimed, easy to set up, takes any kind of 1 to 2 1/2 inch nails. Easy to adjust the nail depth by adjusting the pressure on the air tank, or manually on the gun itself. Freeman PFN64 16 Gauge 2-1/2-Inch Straight Finish Nailer

I have had this item for 2 weeks now. Using it to install some 1" oak trim. I had been using a Bostitch 18 gauge brad nailer previously and they just would not always penetrate and if I had to pull one out they always broke off. This gun puts the nails in all the way. I have not had a single misfire yet. Very happy with this purchase. It would have been nice if it came with a case but that is a minor complaint.

I was very happy with this nailer. Being the first nail gun that I was going to use I called the company for advice and they were very helpful. Did my project and it was all they said it would be. I would certainly buy another one of their products.

I'm pretty particular about buying tools and usually opt for high-end models. But when I need a tool for occasional use, I'm willing to lower my standards. I priced 16 gauge finish nailers at the big box stores and couldn't justify paying $200 - $300 for a pro model. Took a chance on this model and I'm thrilled.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Loaded a couple nail strips, hooked it up to my compressor and dialed in an air pressure (using the recommendations from the instructions) that gave me good depth results. A few minutes later, all of new trim pieces were securely nailed into place. The trim didn't move and I was able to keep excellent alignment even on my outside corner joints.

One of my best tooling purchases in recent memory. Based on the fit and finish, I expect to get my money's worth and then some.'

Video Games - board game, mac games

I paid $20 for this and wouldn't take it if it was free now that I've tried it. I doubt it would entertain a very young child for long.

Luckily I also purchased Hoyle Puzzle & Board Games which is entertaining and inexpensive. 2000 Games for Mac OSX

Save your money and play the same game for free on Facebook- with better graphics... and better names!

This game (all 2000 +) was LAME! If there was a NO STAR option... I would have selected it.

I am SO sad- and so are these games.

I did not like this product. When you click on a game, it appear on the screen small. It is nothing like the online games you can try. I would recommend buying your preferred games online. Although it is more expensive, at least you know what the game look like during the trial.

Quicken Deluxe 2010 - quicken, quicken deluxe

It was bad enough when Quicken simply littered your desktop with icons linking to Quicken Loans, Free Credit Reports (which are never free) and a sundry of other financial pay-to-play products. Now they've taken things to a whole new level with ads literally BUILT INTO the GUI (Graphic User Interface: the 'skin' with which you engage with the program). An example: in the new 'refinance calculator' there is a large banner ad for CHASE BANK. The refinance calculator itself is poor and majorly inferior to free ones available online, but more on that later. I don't expect to pay upwards of $50.00 for a piece of software that contains banner ads! That is simply unacceptable. In freeware, I understand it, but not in something I paid full retail for!

Adding insult to injury, INTUIT has actually removed one of the best features of previous Quicken releases, the CASH FLOW monthly chart. They've replaced it with a projected balances chart which is ugly, harder to read, and doesn't convey nearly as much information as the previous version. A line chart is inferior for the purpose, and INTUIT hasn't even managed to make the data points (low and high balance points along the chart) display the actual balance when you mouse over them. This is a miserably bad design--they've managed to take a very useful tool and turn it into garbage.

The supposed new features are junk. The refinance calculator is extremely simplistic compared to far better online versions (check out Equitrend Financial Calculators if you're looking for sophisticated, free calculators). It doesn't allow the user to enter current mortgage interest rate or PMI, and instead makes you enter the total payment and then the "impound / escrow amount." If you have your mortgage set-up to be tracked in Quicken, the tool cannot incorporate that data into your analysis. You must manually enter everything. The tool also does not take into account the tax implications of your refinance. Overall it is a tacked on, basic calculator that is nearly useless.

The obligatory re-skin of the program (which INTUIT trots out each year rather than making substantial or meaningful changes) is adequate, but unnecessary. Every year they tweak fonts, colors, and layout, and design elements. This year is no exception. None of the changes make the program more efficient for the end user. I don't have a problem with utilitarian designs, as long as the underlying software is substantial. INTUIT seems to leverage much of their development budget into GUI tweaks, while doing little to improve the software itself.

Another major issue is that INTUIT cannot manage to keep their data file consistent from year to year. 2011 is no exception and required me to convert my 2010 data file. Admittedly this was much more painless than the massive difficulty many experienced with upgrading from 2008 or 2009 to 2010. I wish that the developers at INTUIT would make a forwards compatible data file type and just stick with it.

SUMMARY:

PROS:

1) Potentially better GUI (depending on your preferences)

CONS:

1) Ads built into the GUI itself

2) Removal of a significant feature (cash flow and balance chart)

3) No substantial improvements to the underlying programs

4) Added 'features' are poor quality, even when compared with free alternatives

5) Requires yet another data-file conversion

6) Expensive! Especially considering the ads built into the program

FINAL THOUGHTS:

What am I getting for my money here? If you love this version of Quicken, can you kindly explain to me why it is worth upgrading? I have yet to find a single compelling reason. Am I missing something or did I just flush my money down the toilet? Quicken Deluxe 2011 - [Old Version]

I have been a loyal user of Quicken since 1994 and upgraded whenever each new version was released. This is the first time that I have returned the product. One of the features that I use every day is the Cash Flow center in the Planning tab. This has been removed. It is completely incomprehensible to me why they would remove this feature. At a glance, it completely encapsulated my cash flow for the month, both graphically and numerically. Their new "Projected Balances" feature is completely inferior. When I checked out the Quicken forums to find out where it had been hidden, my worst fears were confirmed about its removal. There was discussion about Quicken attempting to simply the product, but I don't understand why they have to remove features for the savvy user. My fear is that this feature is gone for good and I will be stuck with Quicken 2010 until they no longer support it!

Some things have improved with Quicken 2011, some things seem not to work as well as previous versions and things quicken can't couldn't do in the past it still can't do.

Negatives (after a couple of days):

1) If you trade options or anything but the most mundane investment products, forget about tracking them in Quicken. Prior versions couldn't do it and 2011 can't either. I dont' even bother to download invesmtent transactions anymore. It's easier to track them in excel. At least I can download option quotes in excel. Forget it in quicken.

2) Downloading credit card / bank transactions has become more cumbersome with each new version of quicken. It's almost to the point where it just isn't worth it anymore. A major issue for me is an almost complete inability of quicken to correctly match downloaded transactions. Even though I have no transactions that need to be matched, quicken just arbitrarily (seems that way anyway) picks old transactions to match newly downloaded transactions to. You can't turn off automatic transaction matching (this would be a big improvement in my opinion). You have to manually unmatch each downloaded transaction before you can accept it. Years ago this was one of the best features of quicken. Now it's one of the most frustrating.

You can't download transaction from some banks until after their monthly closing date. What use it that? If I only want to see transactions once a month I can just look at the monthly statement!

3) Copying old transactions from previous versions of quicken to the new version is a lot more cumbersome than it needs to be. You can do it if you know the secret codes to add to the exported data files for the account types quicken doesn't want you to be able to import, but why should that be necessary?

4) "Renaming rules" seem to use the same corrupt logic as the download matching. I can't imagine why anyone would want to abuse themselves by using this "capability". At least you can turn this worthless feature off. Wish I could turn off transaction matching as well.

Positives:

1) The annoying quicken starup chime doesn't seem to be as obnoxiously loud as the previous version.

2) 2011 seems snappier and more responsive than the previous version.

3) Wish there were more, but that's all I've got.

Kindle 3 Covers - kindle covers, kindle stand

I pre-ordered this case for my Kindle 3 because it looked like exactly what I wanted: leather, flip-style opening, easel stand. When I received the case, I had some initial concerns, which caused me to give it a lower rating at first. The longer I used the case, the greater my appreciation for it became and I have adjusted my rating appropriately. Here are some pros and cons:

PROS:

1 - My Kindle 3 fits perfectly in the case. It slides in, feels secure, and all the openings line up perfectly with the Kindle's buttons, access points, keyboard, etc.

2 - The leather looks and feels nice, though it did have an odor at first. Probably nothing unusual for a leather product.

3 - The magnetic closure is very nice. It does a fine job of keeping the cover closed (even when taking it in and out of my purse), and the same magnet also serves to hold the cover in place when it is folded back behind the Kindle.

4 - The stand on the back is magnetically secured to the back of the case when not in use, which is nice. Also, the easel design that this case has, where the front cover folds back around the bottom to become a base for the stand to fit into, is a sturdy design.

5 - The case covers (front and back) are stiff and lightly padded, providing comforting protection for the Kindle.

6 - I have the black one and the appearance of the case is very professional. The insert that supports the easel gives the front of the case a distinct, slightly high-tech look.

CONS:

1 - When you set the cover up like an easel, the part of the cover that comes in contact with the table (or whatever surface you have it on), is the same part of the cover that is toward the front of your Kindle when the case is closed. If the cover were to pick up crumbs, dust, or grit from the table surface and you don't clean it off before closing the case, those things could potentially come in contact with your Kindle screen. However, in actual use, nothing has yet stuck to the cover (which is smooth leather) and it's a simple matter to blow or wipe it off before closing the case.

2 - With the cover open and folded back, it feels a little slippery when holding the Kindle in your hand, if holding it upright and one-handed. However, most people don't hold their Kindle completely upright when reading, so it's not really a problem. I read a lot while laying in bed, which is when this is most noticeable (I have my own solution for that; see below).

Reading in bed: When reading in bed, I prefer to be in a more reclined position with two or three pillows supporting shoulders and head. I do not read in bed in a sitting-up position. I set the Kindle (which is inside the DuraGadget case) up easel-style on a pillow, on my chest. Reading is then hands-free, except to turn the pages. Depending on the angle, I sometimes have a steadying hand holding near the base of the Kindle, but that's only for balance. Reading in bed is why I wish the easel stand fit securely in the slots, rather than just resting in them. (Considering that most covers of this type don't even HAVE slots, I'm really nitpicking here.)

Neither a pro nor a con, just info: There are no cutouts for the speakers, but cutouts are *not necessary*. The speakers are perfectly clear at all volume levels without them. After looking at some other covers available here on Amazon, I realized that some of them had cutouts for the speakers but the DuraGadget didn't. I immediately tested the text-to-speech feature on the Kindle to find out if the sound was muffled. It's fine; no worries. Duragadget Leather Kindle Case with Adjustable Stand (Black)

When I first saw the pics for this product I started a discussion on it for several reasons; it seemed a bit hard to find within Amazon, the distinctive styling and a price that seemed to low to last beyond the pre-order stage.

Seeing some of the earlier reviews caused me concern that I had perhaps steered people toward a wreak of a product. I might have canceled if it hadn't been on the way and was prepared to give Duragadget what for.

Now comes the sigh of relief.

I won't with argue with anyone who didn't like the product but will say I see it very differently.

The cut and stitching seem very well done to me. Stitch lines are straight and uniform.

All cutouts line up perfectly. I moved the Kindle around within the cover and pulled it out and put it back. It is a tight fit and very secure. All edges of the cover extend a bit beyond the Kindle to offer protection. No part of the screen was blocked.

The flap that holds the case shut did seem to weak at first but with a bit of attention to it I found the right positioning easily obtained. The flap will not pull easily away if you pull the case apart gripping the front and back but using magnets in this application does make it easy to slide the clasp off and I could see that happening if its in a bag with other things moving against it. Not necessarily so but possible though the Kindle will still stay covered and seems unlikely to cause a problem.

If this was a problem to me I'd probably do one of two things; avoid any cases with magnetic closures as magnets can hold tight against pulling but still slide or get a small piece of self sticking velcro and add it. Easy, cheap and not a deal breaker for me at least.

Leather seems nice, thin and lightweight with some internal padding. I prefer this to heavier leather and the more common pebble finish.

Yes the stand part can wiggle as it is sewn to the leather back and you can wiggle it laterally but I fail to see that as any problem in actual use. Using the stand seems quite secure and very adjustable. The stand piece is secured to the back of the case with a magnet and is secure. Won't slide free because of its design. It is double sewn where it meets the case.

Cover folds over for one hand reading and the closure flap can be tucked in to secure it if you choose. Took me a couple of times to see how to get it back out easily.

Its brand new so I can only say I see no cracking or obvious potential failure in any straps. There were a few marks I first thought were imperfections in the leather but realized were tiny spots of glue which were easily removed with a bit of moisture and a careful fingernail.

In the stand position the leather internal front part (which doesn't seem to actually contact the screen) is, as one review stated, in contact with whatever its resting on as shown in the pictures. You could possibly pick up some sand or whatever but you could also just brush it off. Lay it down on someones spilled milkshake and you're on your own.

Lastly, the styling is distinctive and very well executed with the stand parts front and back giving it a look apart. - Kindle 3 Covers - Kindle Covers - E-book Cases - Kindle Stand'

Accessories

They came on time, plugged in the AC adapter charger, it did not charge my phone, only locked up the whole thing. Phone would not work at all. I just pray I did not do permanent damage. The return policy for this vendor is very strict and not customer friendly. Too many hoops to jump through. Stay away! SKQUE Rapid Home Travel Charger + Car Adapter + USB Data Cable For HTC T-Mobile Mytouch 4G

First let me say this is an awesome deal! The price is super cheap and great when everything works properly. Most of the items in this package are wonderful... so far. Having two was wonderful since I used one and my husband uses the other. Mine recently stopped charging. My husband's charger still works, but he doesn't use it as much as I do - which is every day. We've had them for about four months. Since I'm out of the 30 day period, BlueMall won't take it back. So it's a really good deal, as long as the products keep functioning after the 30 days. If not, you'll just have to keep replacing them. I'm going to buy another car charger from a different vendor with a better return policy. I guess you get what you pay for! Hopefully my second car charger will continue working until I can buy a replacement for mine.

I needed to purchase an AC adapter for use with the family (as they keep taking mine). I saw this 3 part combo and thought that it'd be a steal! Well, I guess it was too good to be true.

The car adapter is fine I guess. I haven't used it too much as I only charge my phone at home/work/school. So to me, this was a bonus item and unnecessary. The USB cable seems to have no problems, both in accessing data and charging.

The problem is the wall charger, which will charge the phone, but cause the screen to lock up. It's called a Rapid Travel Charger, and like another reviewer pointed out, I think that the charger puts out too much power to the phone. I didn't notice any significant changes in the time that the phone would charge, when compared to the one that the phone already comes with, so it only serves as an inconvenience for me as I am unable to use the phone while it is charging.

If you want a cheap way to get a mini-USB cable and car adapter combo, go for this. The AC adapter is unusable unless you're going to leave your phone charging overnight, and as such, I am not going to recommend this.

You get what you pay for but the customer service is actually really good, told them the charger was freezing my phone and they sent me a new one asap. The second charger still freezes my phone but only while it's charging, which is when I sleep so really no big deal. I already have a car charger and use bluetooth instead of USB tethering so haven't used the other items yet.

You must have this kit for the battery hungry MyTouch 4G. Keep one charger in your car, at the office, at your favorite spot, and at a different room in your house so you will have enough juice to run all your programs at its fullest and keep it working hot, physically hot!!!

these items have come in very handy and definitely a great deal compared to what you would pay from actual cell phone companies. the only reason i didn't give it a 5 is because i noticed that when i have my phone plugged in using the wall charger, it disables the touchscreen functions. so if you're one to play games or go on the web while your phone is charging, might as well forget about it. . . if you're one to talk on the phone while it's charging, just remember to disconnect it while dialing/hanging up (pretty minor issue, though). . . .

I ordered the wall charger, car charger, and USB cord for a great deal. The car charger did not work whe when I received my package. I contacted the seller and sent me a new one a week and a half later. The new car charger worked, however, the next day the USB cord couldn't connect to my phone.

I didn't bother contacting the seller again, so I just left it as is....you get what you pay for.'

Best Pencil Sharpener - sharpener, school supplies

This little sharpener is great!!! It really does the job well. I use it for my delicate color art pencils. The other sharpeners were chewing my expensive pencils up!!! A teacher suggested these and they are great!!! Easy to carry around and use.... Maped Classic 1-Hole Metal Pencil Sharpeners, Grey, 2-Pack (006602)

I thought it would be annoying and time-consuming to sharpen several pencils with just a handheld sharpener... but these Maped metal ones did the job quickly and easily. They have a nice weight to them and feel great to use.

I bought these pencil sharpers just to add to another shipment so I could get the free shipping, but I'm glad I did. I recently took up a hobby of drawing & thought of buying an electric pencil sharpener. I realize now that would have been a waste of money. These a perfect, they are nice & sharp & do a very good job.

I haven't used a regular pencil in years. My son just started school and we needed pencils and sharpeners. We went through a few poorly made plastic sharpeners. The cheap sharpeners kept breaking the pencil lead. The Maped sharpens perfectly. I have been using mechanical pencils for so long, I have forgotten how fun it is to sharpen a pencil.

The title says it all. These sharpeners work great. I bought these to replace my noisy electric sharpener...I am much happier with these. The point created from this sharpener is finer than anything else that I have ever used.

These are the best hand held sharpeners I have ever used.

Great point and does not splinter the wood where it meets the lead which would keep breaking the tip.

Very sharp and I thought it had more weight than any other hand held sharpener.

I bought these to do my initial sharpening of this set of colored pencils:

Sanford Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencil Set, 72/Tin with New Colors.

They bring the pencils to a perfect point every time. I love that it comes with two, and they are very inexpensive for the quality. They are also easy to hold, which is great when you're doing a couple hours worth of manual sharpening. It was the pencils that made my fingers tired, not the sharpener!

I did try the sharpener that came with the pencils, and another made by Prismacolor. I honestly preferred these to either of the others.

I learned the hard way that I didn't have a pencil sharpener. Not something you think you're going to need until you find yourself stuck with a dull pencil and a document that you can't write on in pen. Anyway, this gets the job done, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're an artist or something and will be sharpening pencils often. Might want something more heavy duty for that. - School Supplies - Sharpener - Best Pencil Sharpener'

Component Shelf - omnimount, glass tv component shelf

I needed a small component shelf to go into a tight space. This shelf met my needs very well. The product description indicates that it is intedned to be an extra shelf for Vantage Point's multishelf system, but it works great for a single shelf. The shelf was very easy to assemble and mount on the wall. I would definately recommend this product and this manufacturer. Vantage Point AXWG-01B Glass Component Shelf - Black for AXWG-03B

I have a Sony Blu ray player and Cable box sitting on this. Aside from looking great it is also very stable and secure. Installation time was very fast.

If you are looking for an attractive and stable glass shelf, look no further.

Great component shelf that fits 17" wide components perfectly. Very stylish with its powder black finish and tempered glass. The glass is secured to the rack so it's stable.

My only qualm. Comes with 1/4" x 2" lag bolts which have a Philips head. Even after drilling a 5/32" pilot hole, the lag bolts are extremely difficult to screw in to a stud. I rounded out the Philips screw and had to use an impact driver to loosen it. My advice? Replace the included Philips screws with some lag bolts with a hex head.

We ordered this shelf for our projector in our movie room. It is on the wall almost at the top of the ceiling but it is so clean looking. It was simple to install and very well made. I highly recommend.

This is one sturdy shelf, and the photo does this product no justice.

I tried to come up with numerous ideas to build a shelf under the wall mounted TV in my bedroom in order to run its sound through a Bose Wave System.

It's plenty large enough (but not overkill), was VERY easy to install, and as mentioned above, looks a heck of a lot more attractive than the demo pics provided with its advertising.

I always cringe at the thought of receiving a glass item being shipped to my home, but the product's packaging, along with the extra care of how the sender secured it in "their" box, gave me added piece of mind when it arrived at my home.

Basic component shelf that looks nice. The glass attached between 4 rubber stoppers very well and it feels strong. It comes with plastic dry-wall inserts for mounting without a stud, I would make sure you mount this on a stud! I actually put a 1"x2"x"12" board behind it in the wall to screw the mount to. The weight that the shelf pulls downward is distributed 6" above and below shelf (worked well!). I used these without anything extra (no track system, they are stand-alone on the wall).

This shelf is great! It was easy enough to install (for my boyfriend, not myself!), and looks very nice. It doesn't seem too sturdy, but so far I have a cable box and a blue ray player on it and it hasn't collapsed yet. Would def. recommend it! - Omnimount - Glass Tv Component Shelf - Audio-video Shelving - Home Theater Component Shelf'

Multisport - bicycle accessories, cycling

Love my Garmin 310xt right out of the box, but this adds tremendous ease for transitioning from the bike to the run. You can even pop your Garmin into your swim cap then right onto the watch band for the bike. Love it. The band is not quite as attractive as the original band but the practicality of it far makes up for its looks. Let's face it the whole watch itself is not gonna win any fashion awards, but way functional. Garmin Quick release kit

The first thing I wanted to know after purchasing this product was whether I could mount it on one of my aero bars instead of on the handlebar. Happily, the answer was yes.

I found the process of converting to the quick release strap was pretty easy, especially with the included tool for pulling the watch pins. I would comment, though that the strap band does not stay tucked into the retaining band very well it is frequently popping out and that is slightly annoying.

Product is exactly as described and functions perfectly for transferring the GPS from your wrist to the bike and back with ease. In my first race however, it was kicked early on the swim and became dislodged from the seated position. Had I not stopped to check it I would have lost the GPS unit. The rest of the swim I kept a close eye on it which was a distraction I didnt need. I think I'll just use the reg straps for racing from now on. I still like this for training since I like having the computer on the bike.

The band included in this kit is not very good. Some of my friends have gotten other kits that let you keep the original band which is great. Also, the fact that it just zip ties to the handlebars is not the best.

Product does what it says though.

Works as promised. Not at flush to wrist as original band. Does feel a little weighted due to this. Easy switching from wrist to bike. Bike mount is only secured with ties. Would have thought that they would provide something removable and having to be cut off. Overall happy!

This kit works as advertised. It took me only a few moments to swap out the band, install the clip and be ready for action. You simply twist the watch a quarter turn to remove or install it onto the watch band or the bike mount. This makes for fast transition times if you're a triathlete. Even if you're not, once installed onto your bike it instantly turns your Garmin device into a bike computer.

If they offered a higher quality soft band I would pay more for it but as is it simply works.

It is a bit difficult to get the pins into the watch back after adding the quick release piece. You have to put the hook end in first and then slide the tool in the small squares on the other end to try to get the pins in on that side. After that is over the thing works perfectly. Nice sturdy clipping action and the band is not as ugly as everyone says.

I ordered this at the same time as my Forerunner310. I never wore the original Forerunner bands since I immediately switched to the provided band with this kit. I have no regrets. The kit does what is suposed to without any trouble. Works great, holds the 310 securely, and has survived a few crashes on the bike without a hint of letting the unit go flying off into the distance. I actually just ordered a second one so I have a bike mount for my mtb and a spare band in case I need it, but so far I have no reason to suspect I will.

Great product that I highly recommend.

I was concerned when I bought this that it might be too loose, or flimsy for actual racing or training, but am happy to say that it works perfectly, and feels very secure on my bike and wrist when I'm training or racing. Definitely more flexible and usable than the ugly orange and silver strap that came with the watch. The profile does increase a little when wearing it on your arm, but that's a small price to pay. I whole heartedly recommend this for anyone with a Garmin 310XT. - Multisport - Cycling - Bicycle Accessories - Triathlon'
