Watch Batteries - battery, button batteries

I went to the local "Geek store" to get batteries for a Christmas ornament that went dead. They wanted close to $3 per battery, and the ornament needed 3 batteries. This set will keep the ornament going for many years and was a great price. My ornament is back in great working condition. Exactly as advertised and arrived very quickly. Cheap price does not mean cheap product! Maxell Watch Battery Button Cell LR1130 AG10 Pack of 10 Batteries

I bought these to put into a laser pointer I use to play with my cat and dog. I bought the laser point for a dollar off of ebay, so obviously that batteries that came with it lasted about a week.

I was hoping that these batteries would last a while in the laser pointed, but this wasn't the case. They probably last for about 2-3 weeks using the laser pointed for about ten minutes 4-5 days a week.

Again I'm not sure whether the poorly made laser pointer is the problem or the batteries, but I would think that these batteries should last longer. Guess I'll buy a pointer that uses triple A's from now on.

Shipper was prompt in shipping. Got exactly as described on the web site.

Wished that there was an expiration date on the package of the battery . Maybe thats common for multi pack sets. I am use to getting batteries from department store marked with an expiration date. I ratd it 3 star because I've only installed one of them as a backup a timer a few weeks ago but I really wouldn't know until I used it longer. At the same time, I wish there would be a seperate mark for shipping rating since the shipper was good at shipping on time.

The order came faster than I expected. I have only used one battery, but it is still working in my step meter (counts your steps when exercising) and the step meter doesn't turn off. The battery is still on and still working and its been for at least 3 weeks!

You can pay over $3.00 for two Energizers, or pay the same for 10 Maxells. Seems too good to be true, right? I feared they wouldn't last very long - certainly not as long as the Bunny, but I ordered them anyway. To my surprise, they lasted twice as long as the original (no name) batteries. Maybe the Bunny's batteries last longer, but 5 times longer? Not possible. I'm very happy with these - they are my choice from now on! - Maxell - Battery - Button Batteries - Watch Batteries'

Garmin Nuvi 265wt - garmin nuvi, gps carrying case

I don't understand all the glowing reviews for this case: based on the many four and five star ratings given by other owners, I figured it was a no-brainer and placed my order.

When it arrived, I was surprised to discover that the leather is coarse and thin and that there is no real padding for the Nuvi.

Basically, this is two pieces of hard plastic over which some low-grade leather has been stretched. The best thing I can say about it is that it fits the 650 snugly -- at least initially -- which is important, as one end of the case remains open (providing easy access to the headphone port and SD card slot, as well as a potential avenue for the carelessly handled Nuvi to slip out).

Do not look for a belt clip or carry strap option, either. This is simple protection of the most basic sort.

I do not expect this case to wear well; it just isn't constructed for regular daily use.

Given the price and quality of the Nuvi 600s, I expected better in a case.

BTW, shame on Garmin for not including even some flimsy basic protection like this in the box with the 650!

Unless it is important to you to get something with the Garmin name on it, I would advise shopping for a more durable and protective alternative to this case. Garmin 4.3-Inch Carrying Case

I bought this case from my Nuvi 760, I would buy it again.

Pros

+ reinfoced front and back makes for a sturdy case that protects the device from both scratches and impacts

+ very snug but easy to get in and out - hasn't ever slipped out

+ good size, it is about as small as it can be

+ soft interior to prevent scratches

+ small sleeve on the side

Cons

- It is snug enough to sometimes slide the power switch on the 760 as I take it in or out. I need to make sure it goes in with the switch down and locked so it doesn't come on when I put it in. Coming on on the way out isn't such a big deal since I usually want to use it.

Overall this is a great case, if you are careful you could call auto-power-on a feature!

First a comment on some previous reviews - This is not a high tech item, it's a protective case. Don't try to make more of it than that.

Now for my thoughts.

1) It fits my NUVI 750 like a glove.

2) The quality of construction is at least as good as any other case I've seen on the market. It also is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

3) It slips into my shirt pocket with ease.

4) I realize that is not a form of structural armor for my device and that I still must exercise a certain amount of care to keep my NUVI from harm. It's not waterproof, fireproof, bombproof etc. It does keep my screen clean, prevents case scratches, protects it from the usual hazards of being knocked about in the console of my vehicle where it resides when not in use.

To summarize. It does what it is designed to do at a reasonable price.

Therefore it rates the 5 stars in my book.

Garmin nüvi 750 Auto Navigation System

i just picked up one of these for a nuvi 750 as the case is listed as compatible on the garmin site. stylish looking case however, the 700 series is thinner then 600 series. if you hold the case upside down, the nuvi will fall out. be caareful.

The Nuvi 250w did not come with a case so I ordered this one. It fits perfectly. The whole 200w series is the same size so any of them will fit.

It's a little expensive but it's a lot cheaper then replacing a cracked screen.

I ordered this case for my Garmin 200W. It works great, nice case - quality construction. I would not recommend this case for any 'rugged' applications. A hard shell case would probably be much better. But this case will suit the needs of most average consumers. It is durable and can be put in a bag or purse. My only complaint is I wish it had a closure tab or strap to give it extra security for the GPS to not slip out but I've not had any problems. Nice basic protective case.

This case came with my Nuvi 660. It is well worth having the case for storage in a glove box so that other items do not scratch the screen. There is a soft liner on the inside of the case. It's also a great way to protect your Nuvi if it is dropped. This is also great for the lady that wants to put it in her purse to use show off photos of your kids and grandkids to her friends. - Garmin Case - Leather Case - Garmin Nuvi - Gps Carrying Case'

Strength - fitness, exercise

When I read the description of this product - "fast shipping, great quality, worth every penny!!!" followed. And I naturally thought the company (MiR) was trying too hard to hype their product. So I placed it on my Amazon wish list and decided to look around at my local Target/Big 5/Sports Authority stores. Everything I looked at in these stores were bulky or looked like a ski vest (in other words ugly). So I went back to Amazon and ordered the MiR F.A.I. weight vest. I admit, I bought it more for the aesthetics. I mean I'm just starting to get serious with my workouts, the last thing I need is to get laughed at or feel self conscious about my gear. When the product arrived just days after I ordered it and Labor Day weekend in between days (thats fast shipping), I scrutinized the vest but could not find a flaw. It is extremely well constructed. The vest can be adjusted to fit snug around the chest area without any discomfort. The pockets for the weight inserts feel very strong with double velcro closures and I like the fact that I can use the pockets to store my wallet, cell phone, ipod and car keys when I work out. No more jingling keys when I jog. There are four (horizontal) pockets in all, two front and two back pockets. Keep in mind that this vest does not come with any weights. I've managed to make do with rolls of quarters as weights. Although I'd probably buy actual weight inserts in the near future. In conclusion, MiR's description is spot on - fast shipping, great quality and worth every penny!!! Oh did I mention how cool this thing looks (aesthetics). (Weekly Special Sale - 50% Off/5 Days Only !) New! MIR - F.A.I. Weight Weighted Vest Can hold up to 50lbs+! Weights not included. Fast Shipping, Great Quality, Worth Every Penny!!!(For Both Men and Women.one Size Fits All.)

I bought this vest on doctor's orders to wear a weighted vest and walk wearing it 2-3 times a week to try and reverse my osteopenia. I'm 70, 5'41/2" and weigh 120. I read the reviews on the vest, looked at the picture and thought it would work beautifully, since it was smaller than other vests and would hold more than enough weight for my needs (5-10 lbs.) As other reviewers wrote, it is sturdy and well made. What I didn't take into account was the size of the model and myself. It looked small on him, but it was BIG on me! It interfered with arm movement because it extended over my chest and beyond. It is sturdy because it is made with stiff, heavy material so it isn't pliable. Worse part was the recommendation that a buddy help with fitting it, because the velcro fastener winds around to the back. I live alone and needed something I could just put on at the gym and walk the track for 3 miles. I decided to return it since it wouldn't fit my needs. When I called the company, they gave me clear instructions on returning it and I received prompt refund minus my shipping costs both ways. For the serious weight trainer this would be a great product but not for women! I ended up buying a Gold's Gym vest with 20 1-lb weights to insert in its 20 pockets. It has the added benefit of a pocket for my iPod. Needless to say I only have 4 lbs in it at the moment but hope to increase it in the future. The vest is much larger but it is adjustable, zips up the front and is pliable so that it molds to my body and doesn't interfere with arm movement. However I did have another gym member wryly comment that I looked like a suicide bomber! I subtracted one star simply because I think it should carry a recommendation regarding size and perhaps best for use by men.

Since I travel a lot and can't easily carry around my kettlebells, I've been doing a lot of bodyweight exercises. After working through a pullup routine, I wanted to increase the resistance in order to help build more strength. The MIR FAI weighted vest was the perfect solution.

MIR sells many different kinds of weighted vests in a variety of weights. The FAI vest, however, does not come with weights already inside it, but has strong velcro pockets in which you can put your own weights. You can use whatever weights will fit into the 11x5" pockets. I used two ankle weights and 20 small metal rods, but I've also got a sack of bb's I can use too. These pockets make the weight vest much more flexible and customizable, since I can vary the weights in it, increasing the weights as my strength levels change. You can also use the pockets to hold your wallet and car keys in case you want to go for a run while wearing your weight vest.

The weight is well distributed across my shoulders and the vest securely straps around my chest. In addition to using the vest for pullups, I've also used it for short sprints, pushups, and squats. I even sometimes use it when taking my dog for a walk, just to get a little workout from even a mundane activity.

So, I've been really happy with this vest.

First off, this is the second MIR weighted vest I've had experience with (first was my coworker's 20# vest). Both are made with great quality control, even if they're made in China. All MIR products also come with a limited warranty against defects.

Overall, this is a great product if you're on a budget and can't/don't want to spend $100+ on a weight vest. Although you can always buy the weights in the future, this allows you to start off light and can increase the weight over time. This is an ideal product for any home gym.

With the MIR F.A.I. vest, the pockets are actually closer to 4"x10" internal dimensions (versus the advertised 5"x11" dimensions). It is also very well comfortably padded, although non-machine washable. Vest itself weighs about 1.75lb and can easily fit my eight (8) 1.25lb standard weight plates for about 12lb total weight, or eight (8) MIR's 3lb cast iron weights for about 25lb total weight.

If you have some small metal weight blocks you could easily fit more weight (only got mine up to 25+ pounds). Washers, coins, stones, etc. also make good items to add weight.

The only cons are that the pockets have absolutely NO DEPTH. I would like to see if they release a new model that can actually expand a bit to add more space within the vest pockets.

Also 50lb sounds a little more than what to expect to fit in the vest. I could only get mine a little more than 25lb using eight (8) MIR 3lb cast metal weight blocks.

Also, if you need a strong weight vest storage hanger, look into "Innovative Scuba Concepts Girder BCD/Wetsuit Hanger". - Exercise - Weighted Vest - Fitness - Conditioning'

9 99 Boycott - california, imposter

I think the last non-fiction book that I literally couldn't put down was "THE LOST CITY OF Z." Now comes Mark Seal's true-life account of German born Christian K. Gerhartsreiter's metamorphosis through several identities until he adopted the lock-jaw, Boston Brahmin accented Clark Rockefeller. He dressed the preppie part and charmed people along the way with his wide knowledge and wit. He was clearly an eccentric but people longed to associate with a "Rockefeller" even if he was vague about the family connection.

I was kind of sympathetic to "Clark" because he was a self-made man who actually was able to get several prestigious jobs on Wall Street. He also got married to a high-powered business consultant and had a daughter.

Oh yes, he may have also killed two young people in San Marino and drove their truck to the East Coast where he tried to sell it. The book alludes to a third missing person.

If, after the bitter divorce (his wife finally had him investigated), he had not kidnapped his daughter and made international headlines, he may have been able to continue his serial impersonations.

Today he is being held on murder charges as well.

What amazes me is the incredible ability of "Clark" to make up stories people eagerly "bought." I wonder if he had chosen a fiction writer's life, would he have been as successful conjuring stories as say Steven King, who obviously has a compulsion to create artificial lives.

This is a terrific book. Seal has put together many missing pieces with over 200 interviews. There are many unanswered question that remain. Far beyond what a master of fiction might conjure, this incredible story will leave you slack-jawed.

We are indeed a wild and crazy species. The Man in the Rockefeller Suit: The Astonishing Rise and Spectacular Fall of a Serial Imposter

People can be so stupid.

And I don't mean politicians who don't know enough to use throwaway cell phones when communicating with women who aren't married to them.

I mean the citizens of Milford, Connecticut, who met a 17-year-old German exchange student named Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter in the fall of 1978 and believed him when he said his father was an industrialist who had something to do with Mercedes-Benz.

And I mean the citizens of San Marino, California, who believed that Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter ---- now Christopher Chichester --- was related to Lord Louis Mountbatten, cousin of the King of England.

And I mean the citizens of Greenwich, Connecticut, who believed that Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter --- now Christopher Crowe --- was the same Christopher Crowe who produced the Alfred Hitchcock television series.

And I mean Stan Phelps, who was once smart enough to have given the young Mike Milken his first job, and who now hired Crowe to trade bonds, never checking the Social Security number that Crowe provided, which actually belonged to David Berkowitz, the serial killer known as Son of Sam.

And I especially mean Sandra Boss, a 26-year-old in her final year of Harvard Business School, who met Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter --- now operating as Clark Rockefeller --- in 1993. She believed his parents had died in a car crash. That he started Yale at 14. That he lived, alone, in a townhouse on Sutton Place. That he settled a $50 million lawsuit, leaving him broke, so that she wouldn't be at financial risk if they got married. And that, on the eve of their wedding, he disinvited his distinguished family.

In fact, it wasn't until shortly before "Clark Rockefeller" assaulted a social worker and fled with their young daughter that Sandra Boss --- now a management consultant making a fortune as one of the youngest partners ever at McKinsey --- began to wonder who her husband was. Until then, she thought it was merely eccentric that her husband had no Social Security number and no checking account. Why, he was just about to be named to the board of the Federal Reserve Bank!

All this and more is presented in Mark Seal's exhaustively researched "The Man in the Rockefeller Suit: The Astonishing Rise and Spectacular Fall of a Serial Imposter." Seal did 200 interviews on two continents for this book, and it shows. He did not get to interview Sandra Boss and Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter, and it also shows. But still, the record is vast, the story a jaw-dropper --- this is a book that true-crime and high society buffs will devour like crab cakes at a yacht club cocktail party.

How did Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter fool Sandra Boss? Many say he was charming and brilliant, that he looked and dressed like the Real Thing. And Sandra Boss --- could she have been so bright at work and so blind in her marriage? Or did she put up with her husband's "eccentricities" because his name gave her a business advantage?

"The Man in the Rockefeller Suit" is a perplexing book. After the fact, "everyone" knew Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter was a fraud. Before he was unmasked, he fooled almost everyone. I'm sure I would have seen through him. And you're sure you would have. But if we're honest, we have to wonder if a con man using a fancy name might not have fooled us too. And then we have to ask ourselves.... why?

When Christian Karl Gerhartsreiter was a child, he dreamed of getting out of his small village. A poor immigrant, he wanted to be educated, classy and have a life of adventure. He knew that to pursue his dreams, he must go to America.

He lives with many host families but wears out his welcome in Boston. So, he changes his identity and enrolls in another college in Wisconsin. There, he secures a green card through a quickie marriage and divorce, which doesn't trigger anything with immigration. Quite odd and something I believe would be harder to pull off in our present day.

From there, he moves into the guesthouse of Ruth Sohus, but her son and his wife vanish after a few months. He, once again, changes names and identities, and manages to get a high-profile job on Wall Street - a job he wasn't qualified for.

When a detective arrives asking him questions about the Sohus', who are missing, he disappears once again. This time, he emerges in New York City as Clark Rockefeller, who has an extensive art collection. There he meets and marries Sandy Boss, a wealthy socialite. They remain married for years, even having a daughter. But when Sandy realizes that she has been married to an imposter, she asks for a divorce.

Clark decides to kidnapp his daughter and that seemed to be his undoing. When captured, a thorough investigation takes place, following his crime of deceit. Along his journey, he always made sure to join the church - from there, he could gain entrance to many social circles and clubs. From there, people didn't question his identity.

A man who would stop at nothing for identity and fame, and by the time he admitted it, he had people convinced he was Rockefeller. He was very intelligent and devious. Mark Seals has definitely done his homework, this novel is filled with many details, including pictures. A man who desired wealth and class, a man who desired the American Dream, is now serving a sentence for kidnapping and wanted for murder. A compelling and astonishing read. - Imposter - California'

Decorating - interior design

Stephen Saint Onge has always been one of my favorite designers. I have loved seeing his makeovers on various TV shows and in magazines. When I saw he had a book coming out I couldn' wait to get it. I preordered one for me and 3 others for gifts...The book is outstanding. So many great pictures and so many fantastic and REALISTIC ideas. Stephen is truly an inspiration letting people know you can make simple changes without going broke. My husband and I have already started looking around the house to see what changes we can make! Stephen and his book are the best! No Place Like Home: Tips & techniques for real family-friendly home design

From all the enthusiastic reviews, and the subtitle ("Tips & techniques") I expected more. Although I appreciate the author's style, and his skills as a photographer, and his down-to-earth values, I just didn't get much more than a pretty picture book with advice so broad as to be meaningless ("Lighting can really change the mood of a room. Pay attention to it."), or tips I've heard before ("Paint mis-matched thrift store furniture all white, to unify the separate pieces.") And what's with asking all the questions? "When selecting flooring, what do you like? Carpet? Tile? Hardwood?" I don't think this is helpful. The only section I really liked was the transformation of the bedroom with photos before, during, and after, with explanations of why certain furniture arrangements and decorating decisions did or didn't work. But that was just one 2-page spread.

So, few tips, no techniques. A disappointment

Stephen Saint-Onge is one of my favorite designers of all time. His designs are warm & inviting and I could picture myself living very comfortably in a home designed by Mr. Saint-Onge. I was thrilled when I read he was coming out with a book & was even happier after I received it. I literally own hundreds of decorating & design books but have read very few from cover to cover. Mostly I browse through the pictures and read only the text that peaks my interest. It is unusual for a decorating book to feel fresh to me - like it is offering something new in the decorating world. This book is one of the few. The photography is superb and the writing is engaging. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes mixing old & new in their decorating scheme, who is looking for classic but fresh ideas and who "lives" in their home.

This is a wonderful book, not only for design tips but also just the feel of it. it makes you feel like you are in a wonderful home and can't wait to be there. The look book is a wonderful idea and I can't wait til this book comes out!!!! Stephen has always been one of my favorite designers. Now he is one of my favorite authors

This book delivered way more than I'd anticipated: I am not familiar with the author's TV program, and was expecting little more than some pretty pictures. Instead, this book is full of detailed, practical, useable advice on how to enhance your own living space, how to analyze your rooms, and how to build attractive rooms based on your own style and interests. I especially like that, although all of the examples are lovely, they look like *real* homes - not necessarily sterile/expensive show-room or grand-house material. After reading this book cover-to-cover in a few sittings, I refer back to it often. The tips are truly valuable and I've found that they stay with me, even months after reading them. Highly recommended!

This has got to be the best decorating book I've ever seen--and I've seen many. Not only does he tell his story, making the book both personal and interesting, but he does it in a way that draws you in, and encourages your own thoughtful approach to decorating. Then, he goes on to give tips and suggestions for real life design. Do what works for your life, not what works for someone else's ideas of what your life should be. His photos are great---real people are included in the pictures making the spaces come alive, showing how it's supposed to look, not just a picture of so-called perfection. The one thing that put this book over the rest was his description of decorating styles. He perfectly described my preference in decorating (no quiz needed). I've never had a book do that before. I'd highly recommend this book for a good read, as well as very practical, beautiful ideas for living.

I have a pretty decent design book collection (at least 40) and subscribe to several shelter magazines...but this is the first publication I have read cover to cover, not daring to skip a page! Stephen Saint-Onge captures exactly the feel I want in my home, with tons of practical advice. He is a master at comfortable, family style! I now realize that I don't necessarily want the latest trend in magazines - I want the "feeling" Stephen describes...and what works best for my family. I have been scared to death to choose the "right" paint color, furniture and accessories. Immediately upon finishing this book, I rearranged furniture, set up a great place for my kids to do their homework, and painted my master bedroom a color that gave me a good gut feeling. I put up black and white family photos, dug through a few boxes to find my husband's old football trophy and the wooden train my mother painted for us 40 years ago. They are now displayed in our home, and we smile just to see them! Guess what? I love it all! Thank you Stephen Saint-Onge for giving readers wonderful, practical advice to use right now - and the courage to just do it! Loving the feel in my home, finally!!!

I love this book! It is a must have home design book. I am a big fan of Stephen Saint-Onge design. In fact I am always impressed, and somewhat amazed, when I see his before and afters in various magazines and home tv shows. His book is full of ideas and beautiful pictures which I love but this book really stands out among home design books. It provides perspective and a framework to help those of us without design genes think about, and hopefully implement, great design in our own homes. It is also refreshingly real. The rooms are beautiful but they are also real rooms lived in by people with kids and pets.

This book was so engaging I read it cover to cover and now it is on my coffee table so I can reference it frequently. It makes a great coffee table book but be careful because people keep wanting to take it home with them. - Interior Design'

Picnic Time

I love this basket. I purchased the basket for an outdoor concert. It kept the food warm, fruit cold and it was enough space to fit wine and everything. I also, liked how modern it is. I would definitely recommend this to others. Picnic Time Metro Basket (Moka)

The insulation in this basket is much better than I expected! It was toted around Manhattan on a melting summer's day, but four hours later the ice packs inside were still extremely solid. The cheese slices had not melted together and the drinks stayed cold. While the drawstring top will not insulate as long as a cooler, it retains the desired temperature far longer than you'd think.

Additionally, this basket is so roomy (thank you, expandable drawstring top). It easily fits a 2-liter bottle of soda with plenty of room to spare for ice packs and the actual meal. It is also easy and comfortable to carry despite its bulk.

The "collapsible" part of the advertisement is true, but the basket does not stay collapsed in storage unless it is wedged between two things or something heavy is placed on top of it. It came in the package collapsed, but after expanding and using it, I have not been able to make it stay that way on its own.

I used this basket for a picnic and I loved it. It is so lightweight, can fit a ton of stuff (even a large pot that I angled into the bottom). The only thing that I found was that...its not THAT collapsible. Because of the thick insulation, I haven't figured out how to collapse it and make it stay that way. But other than that, it works out great and doesn't take much space to stow away.

I got this for my wife for Mother's Day, and it was an instant hit. Lightweight and easy to carry, can be stuffed to the gils, and the soft top means you aren't restricted to fitting everything within a perfect square or rectangle. I looked at a lot of the other baskets that come with plates and cups and all that, but didn't like the idea of a basket that basically tells you there's only room for four at your picnic.

As a bonus, my wife loved it, too.

This is a very cute and functional basket/tote. It is better than a picnic basket in my opinion because it is collapsible and it is also tough and durable. The insulated lining is nice, though it is certainly not a cooler and won't hold ice for hours, but it helps a little. Very easy to clean and store. I take it to the farmer's market/fish market for shopping and also anytime we travel I use it to hold all our car snacks, etc.

Just beware that this is only the tote basket! It does not include the picnic items as pictured! I ordered this thinking it would have the plates, napkins, cutlery, and cups as shown in the photo but what arrived was just the basket. Just make sure you read the description carefully!

Going to use this on a cross country road trip - can't wait, it was just what I was looking forPicnic Time Metro Insulated Basket, Red. Seller was very quick and professional. Packaged very well. Received in excellent condition. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!'

Various Artists - traditional country, compilations

This is a terrific starter to Country/Pop Music. There's plenty to enjoy here, from beautifully moving ballads like "Alyssa Lies" by Jason Michael Carroll and Kenny Chesney's Number 1 smash "Don't Blink" to George Strait, The King of Country, and his career highlight, "I Saw God Today". Not to mention Trace Adkins' Number 1 "You're Gonna Miss This". There's more lighthearted fare to be had from blonde bombshells Julianne Hough ("That Song In My Head"), 18-year old Taylor Swift ("Should've Said No") and Country's current biggest superstar, Carrie Underwood ("All American Girl").

There is no real traditional material here, just Country/Pop (more pop than Shania Twain!) and a great listen throughout.

This is a CD not to be missed. It's Country Music as you've never heard it before. NOW Country

I bought this 3 days ago and have listened to it at least 5 times, It gets five stars because I can listen to all the songs without a fast forward button, some of the songs arent in my realm, I like old school country, but I could get through this one, it's the best of the radio hits , that darn Trace Atkins song was stuck in my head and "hear" it is, buy this cd, or "You're gonna miss this"

I don't care for the real "twangy" classic country as much as the contemporary kind. This is a great mix that I listen to in my car all the time. A few years ago, I never cared for country at all, but I'm slowly becoming a fan.

I agree with all the other positive reviews of this fine sampler cd. The songs range from funny to tragically sad. I found myself enjoying the cd more and more after repeated listenings, and I found that I liked certain artists enough to go ahead and purchase more cd's by those artists.

this music was better than I expected. It is a great selection of contemporary Country Music. The tunes and words are singable, and ery nice to listen to. I have the songs on my computer so I can listen to tem with a mix of my other songs, but I love to listen my CD when I'm driving. The seller got the shipment to me in a tmely manner, so I didn't have to wait forever for the product either. I was kept notified of my shipment process until it left the seller's hands, and then I never checked anything until I was surprised to see the album on my doorstop one afternoon. - Various Artists - Oldies - Compilations - Traditional Country'
