Face Treatments - chemical peel, scars

This acne treatment really works. If you feel like you've got a pimple rising, put some of this on the spot overnight and it will be much smaller in the morning, if not entirely gone. I think this has the best scent of all the acne gels I've tried. Also, pimples suck! Get rid of 'em :) Clean & Clear Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment, 0.75-Ounce Tube

I've used this product for years. Whenever I see a pimple rearing its ugly head, I apply the gel on it. It usually gradually shrinks the pimple then makes it disappear (in 2 or 3 days), sometimes it just shrinks it.. and sometimes it doesn't do anything at all. After getting a couple of pimples that simply REFUSED to disappear after 5-7 days of applying the product, I decided to try out another product (Neutrogena on the spot treatment), I have yet to see if it will work. All in all, this thing definitely works most of the time. Though its transparent, people can see a "shine" coming from where it is applied. Be warned that it always leaves skin flaky where you applied it.

This stuff does an okay job of clearing up your skin but it takes a few days. It's not a one-time-use miracle cream. (see: Benzoyl Peroxide) and it smells AWFUL. I get self conscious whenever I wear the stuff because I'm afraid someone might be able to smell it on me, that's how bad it is.

I'd say this is good for if you're skin is starting to flare up and you're going to be spending the day at home and want to treat it. - Blemish Control - Acne Treatments - Scars - Chemical Peel'

Dewalt Nailer - nail gun, brad

I bought a DeWalt nail gun near the end of last year. Since then I've driven several boxes of nails with it, mostly without any hitches. I've used it nearly every day for building cabinets and installing mouldings. This is my third brad nailer. My first one was a Senco SLP20, a fabulous gun. I never had any problems with the Senco other than the safty being on the front side of the driver... that made it difficult to shoot nails at a bit of an angle if needed. My only other complaint about the Senco was its limited capacity in length of nails, 1 5/8". After the Senco was stolen out of the back of my truck I bought a Hatachi brad nailer... the DeWalt was not yet on the market. Overall, the Hatachi was a nice quality gun and had the 2" nail depth capacity I really needed for my work. However, it would often double fire on me because the safty was so sensitive. This problem occurred so much I finally gave it to my son (a weekend warrior) after the DeWalt came on the market. I was real excited about the new DeWalt brad nailer because of the nice features, particularly the design which put the safty behind the driver. It worked flawlessly right out of the box and I almost never looked back. At the time I was looking at the DeWalt gun I was also considering the new Senco gun that shot 2" nails. Now after about six months I'm beginning to think I made a mistake buying the DeWalt. A recent problem has occurred that's quite troubling: The gun stopped firing and recycling properly. I thought maybe at first it was due to a blown O-ring or something like that. The only way I could get the cylendar to return was to uncouple the air hose. Then, I could shoot one nail before having to uncouple the hose again. Needless to say this was a pain in the rear. Another son, who is also in construction, told me he encountered the same propblem with his DeWalt brad nailer... which was even newer than mine. He was finally able to get his to work by adding oil to the driver and guide after opening up the quick release mechanism. I tried this, but used a super thin lubricant instead of the oil that came with the gun. It didn't work. Later I went back and it fired fine for about 10 shots and then stopped again. I've let it set for a couple of days now and just tried it again. It seems to work fine now, but obviously I'm concerned because I don't feel I can rely on it when doing a job on site... and that could really cost me time and money. So, I'm once again thinking hard about buying yet another brad nailer, the newly designed Senco 2" gun. I've really liked the DeWalt, but am concerned about it's relyability. I'm also put off because it may be necessary to buy a third nail gun in less than two years... this is getting expensive. DEWALT D51238K 5/8-Inch to 2-Inch 18-Gauge Brad Nailer

Boy I like this nailer. I have owned it for almost 2 years and have no complaints. I've never had a misfire. It drives 2 inch nails with ease. Best of all it's light. I used it for window and door molding and cabinet work. This gun is easy to load, and easy to change the depth of the shot.

Some nice features are:

1. As the nails run low, an indicator appears to show that you have 6 nails left. Then it moves to show a countdown to show when you are empty. It's nice not to have to open the magazine to see how many nails you have. And of course the indicator that appears is yellow.

2. You can direct the exhaust airflow anywhere you want.

3. If the nail jams, which has only happend when I hit something below, the head easily opens so you can extract the bent nail.

I also have the 15 ga. nailer and would highly recommend both of these. I've also recommended this nailer to 2 friends and they have also had excellent results. Way to go DeWALT!!

Update: add another year of use, still working strong. No problems at all.

I just bought this nailer at Home Depot several months ago for our trim crew. We specifically use 18G bradders for shoe and other small moldings. This unit is the best we've ever come in contact with. The guys tried the Porter Cab tools and they don't seem to have the power to set nails and they don't feel nearly as durable as the Dewalt. The depth setting mechanism on this tool is tops as well

I recently purchased this 18 gauge Brad Nailer and a Porter Cable Pancake Compressor for Christmas. I waited to write a review until I had time to test it properly and I am still not certain that I am giving the Nailer a proper review. To start with I thought that all of the fittings for connecting to a compressor would come with the Nail Gun but these items were not included. I purchased the necessary fittings, which were very inexpensive, set it up and started testing it. Since I have never used a Nail Gun before, I changed the trigger to the sequential trigger provided in the kit to prevent accidentially shooting too many nails in one place. I am happy with the way the Gun feels, with the depth it shoots brads, how easy it is to change the depth, eveything EXCEPT that sometimes it dry fires for no reason. I have tried doing the things the instructions suggest to prevent this but I was still able to dry fire once about every 15 shots. Other than this the gun is really nice and I hope that I can talk to someone at Dewalt to resolve this problem. As of Jan. 2 I can not get through to anyone at Dewalt for assistance. I will write again as soon as I get assistance and the problem is resolved or if the problem remains I will down grade my review.

I received this nail gun as a free gift from DeWalt for purchasing a certain amount of products from them. I had previously used only Spot Nails and Omer nail guns, available only through a supplier, but as soon as I tried the DeWalt, I could tell it was superior even to my Spot Nails gun. I've used it for two years now in the cabinet and molding industry, and as my shop has grown, I will be getting a few more of these nail gun for my guys to use. I have recommended this gun to all of my friends in the industry. I do not blindly endorse DeWalt products, but this nail gun really is a good product. - Nail Gun - Nailer - Brad - Dewalt Nailer'

Cordless Drills - cordless drill, cordless drills

Skil 2260-01 18-Volt 3/8-Inch Drill/Driver Kit

so powerfull it can drive a 6"x1/2 screw in

6" wood like nothing,i was very surprised,

usually done with 1/2" electric drill.

i would recommend that drill anytime.

but be carefull with charger Skil 2260-01 18-Volt 3/8-Inch Drill/Driver Kit

Product is good and does what it says. Had to move to a new one due to the cost of battery replacement ($50+) on my previous Skil 18v drill. This comes in a soft case and has no additional battery where the previous version had a hard case and extra battery. Good value overall.

My local hardware store had this drill on a special purchase for only 29.99, (drill only without a carry case) so I couldn't resist giving it a try. I have been very pleased with the performance and it seems to have ample power for any around the home project. This drill comes with a Ni-Cad battery, so you need to drain it completely each time to avoid the memory problems Ni-Cads are known for. The battery charges in 3-5 hours and my first charge reaped about one week of moderate use. The variable speed is nice, but I wish they had built in a trigger on lock as well. For the price I paid though, this is a great value.

Love my new Skil Drill Driver. It is great and easy to use. It has great features and quality

It's well balanced, and has the power that I need.

The only negative comment is that the Driver does not have an extra power pack.

My mistake, but one that I can live with.

I was looking for a good cordless drill and bought this one. It works ok for diy projects. Lo recomiendo tiene buena potencia no es muy pesado buena duración de la batería en resumen estoy satisfecho con la compra. - Cordless Tools - Cordless Drill - Cordless Drills - Drill'

Bostitch - finish nailer, finish nailers

So glad I decided to give this gun a go! I've been using Paslode finishers for a while now and needed a new one. This bostitch was cheaper, which made me have my doubts. They were quickly put to rest when the gun turned up. So light, well designed, small batteries, so much quieter than the paslodes. I thought maybe because the gun is physically smaller as well (only by a small amount) that it would lack the power to drive nails all day. Once again I was mistaken. Bostitch have a very good reputation over here in Australia which is why I got it and it has far exceeded anything I expected. The nails are easy to find also as they are a common size. Well done Bostitch, I'll be sticking with it from now on. Bostitch GFN1564K 15-Guage Cordless Angled FN Finish Nailer - Cordless Nailer - Finish Nailer - Finish Nailers'

Nautica Sexy Classic - aquatic scent, nautica

This product was advertised as an after-shave lotion. A lotion to me, means sort of a creamy and moisturizing product. This is NOT a lotion, but rather a regular old splash-on aftershave.

Product is fine if that's what you want, but I was looking for a creamy type after shave lotion/balm.

Many times Amazon lacks the detailed descriptions of products, so when ordering you are playing a guessing game.

I ordered this watch as a gift for my godfather. It's an excellent looking watch, except for the fact that it was delivered with a non working battery. When I took it my personal jeweler, she told me the battery was the problem. Once a new battery was installed, it worked great. Other than that little problem, it's a beautiful watch. Cable Labels - cable buddy, cord organizer

Easy to use and effective. With the time and frustration that they save me, I would say that they're worth every penny! I do a lot of traveling with my equipment for work, and I've tried many different solutions out there... including Velcro, wraps, ties, clamps, clips, and turtles. So far, this is one of the most simple, effective and versatile cable management solutions I've found.

What I like about this product:

First, it adjusts to attach securely onto many different types of cables and wraps/unwraps bundles even more easily, and faster than Velcro! (and I love Velcro).

Secondly, the robust labeling system works great! It helps me quickly identify the cables I'm looking for and speeds up equipment set-up time. I still use the cheaper twist ties and Velcro for some things, for example, like for tying up certain cables behind my TV that I hardly ever touch. But for cables that I use and unplug often, Cable Buddy works the best, hands down. I even have them on many of my power tools. Very happy with this product! Cable Buddy® 5-pack, Black - Cable Organizer Ties with Color ID Labels

Oh my gosh - how could these have passed me by all these years? Where have they been? Since I received these I have been a mad woman running around folding up cords, labelling, and color coding devices with little dots. It has been quite the challenge the last few years with a growing abundance of adaptors, devices, cables & all the whatnots that come with devices nowadays. My biggest challenge has been when travelling & I can't remember if I can use one adaptor for multiple devices. Now all I have to do is check the color dot on the device with the color label on the cord and I'm quickly off to more packing. An excellent system!

I have been a recording engineer and musician for 20 years. I hate cables! They tangle into impossible puzzles. I have used velcro in the past to tie my cables together but its never been a good solution for me. Velcro catches lint and looks sloppy. I did a search on the web for a better way-- and found Cable Buddy. I will never look back. I use cable buddy for my microphone, guitar and computer cables. I have even given cable buddy to my clients as gifts. My clients usually come into my studio with laptops and tangled up power supplies. Cable Buddy helps de-clutter the entire studio. I highly recommend them.

My work space was a mess in cords... until a friend recommended Cable Buddy to me! Now, my work area is neat, tidy and more spacious. Cable Buddy is an inexpensive way to neaten any work area. I highly recommend it!

We use a LOT of cables in our office for PC's, networking, copiers, printers, etc. The Cable Buddy is by FAR the easiest & quickest to use. I just threw out a bunch of Velcro cable ties that I had because they collect & attract too much dirt & "fuzz" on the floor plus the Velcro wears out over time. I like that I can color code & tag the cables too. Cool product and highly recommended.

Funny how you sometimes think to yourself,"I wish they made..." and then you stumble across it! I am setting up my HDTV/Wii/DirecTV/DVD/Etc and I am getting frustrated with the ridiculous bundle of cords behind my TV, and then I discover these Cable Buddies. They are perfect for the medium to thicker cords that come with a typical satellite TV set-up as they stretch to wrap around and they secure snuggly. Moreover, if you want to get precise, they have a nice labelling system. Bottom line, if you are sick of the "black pasta bowl" of cables/cords behind your gear these are worthy of your hard-earned coin!

These things work well as advertised. My complaint with some of the Velcro ties I had is that they were not long enough to wrap around some of the thicker-gauge microphone cable I had -- these things can wrap around some larger bundles with no problem. I'll be getting more of them for me and my band.

The Cable Buddy is great! I wish I had found this years ago. It is easy to keep computer cords under control and labeled, so you know which is which when you are dealing with that big mess of wires. I like them so much I am ordering some more! (I used 10 already)! Anyone into technology definitely could use these.

Cable bubby you are now my best buddy! I have a lot of electronic devices in my home from TV's, to video game systems to computers. I had cords running everywhere and the extra ones I had were just jumbled in a drawer. Once I ordered cable buddy though all that went away. I now have a clearner looking area behind my tv and computer and I know what cord goes to what. That messy drawer of mine can now fit other things in it besides power cords as well. Easy to use and very durable, if you don't have any cable buddys in your home you are missing out. - Cord Organizer - Cable Label - Cable Buddy - Cable Ties'

Keyless Deadbolt Lock

We have ordered these locks, beautiful but everyone of them was missing parts. Returned and replaced 3X. The last time the Co. we ordered from had us deal directly w/Lockstate and when they shipped a replacement the key didn't even fit the lock! and it was missing parts once again.

Out of 4 we have ordered/replaced we had one that worked for approx. 3 mos. before the handle broke off one day when opening the door.

There has to be something better out there for the price. LockState LS-DBS-SC Digital Keyless IR Remote Control Deadbolt Lock

Earphones - earbuds, ear buds

The sound quality is great and I love the design of the plug end, but these are not the most comfortable. They need to go a little bit further into your ear than other buds to get the full sound. And if they are moved even slightly out of position you lose almost all sound. I ordered these to replace some damaged Creative EP-850s, and have decided to order another set of the Creatives and keep these for reserve. Klipsch Image X1 Premium Earbud Headphones

This has to be one of the best brands I've ever come across. I travel a lot for my job and as a result I'm on airplanes a lot with screaming kids, and I love these headphones, the sound quality is fantastic and it cancels out all the unwanted noise from the cabin as well as the plane itself.

For $40, these are a steal. They're comfortable, sound great and seem to be very well made. They're not as good as my Etymotic 6i Isolator Earphones but they're not $100+ per pair, either.

Flooring Stapler - flooring stapler, floor nailer

I am a flooring contractor and after using $480 flooring nailers for the past 7 years, I can say this is well worth it. My previous nailer bit the dust in the middle of a job and I rented one from "rip off Depot" and after spending $70 on a day and a half rental I figured I would order this one to at least get me past this flooring job and then cross my fingers for the next. I can honestly say that this is as good or better than both of my Bostich staple nailer and cleat nailer (each over $450!!!). Also, keep this in mind, all these nailers are made in China, none are made in the USA anymore. Bostich or aka Stanley used to make their nailers in the USA and it was worth the price but they have since fired all they american laborers and have not lowered their prices dispite the 1/4 cost of building the nailer since being built in China, now they are made in China for about 1/4 the cost and the rest is now in the wallets of CEO's of Stanley/Bostich so it really doesn't matter anymore( damn shame to). Stanley /Bostich is simply riding on their name. All the brands are pretty much the same now a-days unfortunetly. The 7 year warranty caught my eye and is key. This is definetly a no brainer. Here are a few obvious perks ...

Freeman Nailer ($190) 7 year warranty - Bostich - ($470 +) 7 year warranty

Freeman Nailer T, L & Staples ($190) Bostich - Staples only! want L cleats? Spend another $470 ($960+)

Freeman Made in China Bostich - Made in China

Freeman Decent durable plastic Carrying Case Bostich - Cardboard Box & some used tape

Freeman Parts - Aluminum Bostitch Parts - "aircraft grade aluminum" i.e. ...um, Aluminum!

Freeman Rubber Mallet, Oil, wrenches Bostich - Rubber Mallet

The bottom line is this: If this Freeman nailer gets me past 5 years of service then It did the job and I made an Excellent investment. If it gets me past 2 years than I still made out. Not to mention they also have a seven year warranty and I did call their support before hand and tell them I had a broken one and they said they would send me a new one with shipping sticker to send old one back ( I always do this with expensive tools), so they seem to be standing behind their warranty. Also, this nailer shoots three different type of nails! So save your $280 for something else nad buy the Freeman. Only thing they need to do now is make the damn thing in the USA then I would REALLY be impressed and give the 5 stars! Also, "Aircraft grade Aluminum" is like saying my t- shirt is made of "aircraft grade cotton" ... there are 15 grade types of Aircraft aluminum and guess what- even Harbor Frieght tools are technically "aircraft grade Aluminum". Once again Bostich/Stanley is trying to screw with our heads, banking on hte name and robbing you blind. Freeman PFL618BR 3-in-1 Pneumatic Flooring Nailer

Great price, beats renting that's why i got it obviously.

Did about 1,200sqf on the first job with a few jams (probably not oiling enough) but that wasn't a problem.

Very nice finish on the gun, handles great.

On the second job the piston or whatever is inside just wouldn't return the actuator and is audibly leaking air. I think i was just hitting this thing to hard and it couldn't take the abuse. Not sure what broke down. The website says 7 years limited warranty.

I would love a replacement but now i have to ship it to the company (not Amazon, which sucks) so not sure if it is worth the time and the fees involved. It already cost me time to drive around and rent a replacement, then drive to return it. Probably spent double already with all the stoppages.

If you are doing a small project (a room or two) then this is definitely your tool.

If another job comes about i will be probably considering something more heavy duty. Still undecided if I will go through with the repair process.

Reliability is more important then an eye catching price. That applies to all products, doesn't matter if it was made in China or say Ohio.

-- update

Very, very, very good customer service. Got the tool replaced in 3 days no hassle whatsoever.

Invested about 1/3 the price of a name brand pneumatic flooring nailer and installed about 3500 square feet of hardwood flooring without a hitch. No miss fires, jams and worked to perfection. Light weight, easy to load and built solid. Would recommend with no problem

I purchased 900 sq. feet of hardwood flooring to replace some worn carpeting in our house and decided to try installing it myself. Since I was doing the job over several weeks, renting a flooring nailer at $30/day was not practical so I decided to purchase one. I purchased the Freeman based on the reviews, reasonable cost, warranty and availability of replacement parts. The gun arrived in a nice case with a sturdy hammer and an easy to understand manual. I never had a nail jam and the gun worked great but about halfway through the first room the driver blade failed to retract after firing a nail. This happened a few times despite making sure the tool was oiled before operation. It could sometimes be remedied by pulling back on the magazine spring, but I did have to remove the drive guide a couple of times to correct it.

I called Freeman's 800 number and spoke with a very helpful person who suggested I try a test involving my compressor and call back with the results. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. When I called back again I was told that they were very sorry I experienced problems with their product and they would replace the nailer and send me a return shipping label for the defective tool. I was expecting to get the label in the mail, return the defective tool and then get the replacement as that is how most companies operate. I was very surprised to have a brand new nailer arrive a few days later with the return shipping label enclosed. This is clearly a company that stands behind their products with outstanding customer service. The other reviewers of this nailer reported trouble free operation but problems can occur with any tool, even the most expensive. I can recommend buying any Freeman tool with confidence because of the 7 year warranty and a company that truly backs it up with great customer support. I gave the tool 5 starts despite the glitch because of my positive experience with customer service. I also purchased a Freeman PFN64 Finish Nailer for my project that has performed flawlessly. - Floor Nailer - Hardwood Floor Nailer - Hardwood Flooring Nailer - Flooring Stapler'

This is a case that will protect your valuable hard drive when toting it around. Well constructed and much better than cases sometimes supplied with hard drive purchases. The price is very reasonable too. The inside of the case has a non- abrasive lining and has a storage area for a usb cable. If you carry your portable hard drive around much, especially through airports, this is excellent protection that won't let you down. CaseCrown Hard Case (Black) for 2.5" Hard Disk Case

I bought this case together with a Seagate 1TB portable driver together with this , as suggested by Amazon during checkout. I absolutely love the case. It is sturdy, hard outer case with soft padding inside, fits my drive perfectly, and provides good protection against impact and dirt. One compartment straps the hard drive, while the other has enough room for the usb cable as well as other small items. I also love the design of the product. It was worth the price I paid for. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice hard drive case.

Bought it as a protection for my backup disk because I'm traveling a lot. So far it does a good job and I don't have to worry about my drive get broken by my stuff. Highly recommended for those who want to protect their portable hard disks.

I bought this case specifically for my - Western Digital My Passport Essential SE 1 TB USB 3.0/2.0 Ultra Portable External Hard Drive, but I imagine it would fit all 2.5" external HDD.

The case's outer shell feels like a ballistic/nylon blend and I would feel very confident with school books or my laptop smashing it.

Solid construction w/ double zippers.

I spent 3 days scouring amazon's hard cases and for the price/prime/quality shipping, it couldn't be beat.

I brought this to carry my Macally Hi-Speed FireWire/USB 2.0 Storage Enclosure for 2.5-Inch SATA Hard Disk PHR-S250UAB (Silver) external drive. The case seems to be well made with good quality materials and a sturdy zipper. The drive enclosure fits perfect on one side of the case with two elastic straps to hold it in. On the other side of the centre partition is a small elasticised netting to hold the cables. With the Firewie 800 and two USB cables (data and power) that come with the drive in the case it is a bit of a tight fit but ok. The issue would be fixed with a shorter Firewire cable or if you only wanted to carry Firewire or USB not both. I like the fact that the case is more of a "hard" case, which just makes me a bit more comfortable as I travel a lot and want my drive well protected.

I got the red version of this case and was sold by the flap in the middle between the 2 sides. I have a WD Elements 320 drive. I wanted a hard case because I travel a lot, and this sucker would probably just be banged around in my backpack. This case is bulkier than the WD hard case, but I felt the WD case was just a bit too slim. If this case were slightly thinner and slimmer, it would be perfect! - 640gb - Case - Great Design - Element'

Tools - backpack rod, tools

Bought this rod an reel combo for my brother's birthday he loved it easy to leave in his suv and not take up room. When extended lock's into place nicely when done fold's down easily good action on the rod. Do Wish the handle on the reel is left or right adjustable but other then that Great Buy. Trailworthy Telescopic Rod and Reel Set

You'd be better off spending $10 more on a better product. Very cheaply made...line is cheap, old, and kinky. Rod is OK but reel is poor quality. I bought 3 and one reel was faulty. I didn't bother going through the hassle and expense of shipping it back. Don't buy this, really.

I purchased this item thinking it was good enough for the price, but it broke length-wise on the first cast. To try this item out, I took it to the pier and cast a 2oz and reeled it back. After which I noticed pain in my hand and tiny splinters embedded in my skin that cannot be removed without medical attention. On further inspection, I noticed that the shaft connection between the main and second shaft was loose and that the main shaft had splint length-wise creating tiny strand of glass along the length of the split. Mind you, this was the first cast and there was no stress on this pole aside from the reeling in of a 2oz weight. Considering this is a recreational item, the seller's 7 day return policy is laughable as it is an item people prep. I thought I was buying a cheap utility pole, but it turned out to be a cheap piece of worthless turd. This item is a danger hazard considering the way it break and especially not fit for use by children who may try to fix or continue working with the glass splinters exposed as not to ruin their first day of fishing. To summarize: will crack in an unsafe manner exposing strands and splinters of glass. Unsafe for use by children.

Well my title says it all. I like having this rod, but the reel would be much better if it could be changed from left to right. Anyway, you can throw and reel on the rod so it it still nice to have in the trunk.

This is a decent fishing rod. The benefits: very light weight, collapsible, and easy to disassemble. The downside: you can tell it's not a very high quality rod. For me it will work, but it may not be for everyone.

I am glad I found this! Shipping was fast and I received in time for my nephew's birthday. It is perfect size and portable; as pictured and described. Would definately purchase again! I will be buying one for my husband.

This item is part of my camping and also my survival gear. It's small size belies

it's capabilities. I've used it many times while camping. Haven't had any survival situations yet,

but I believe this item will work quite well. - Backpack Rod - Tools'
