Fitness - cheap, weight loss

I bought this sauna suit about 2 weeks ago. i admit i have lost 10 pounds walking 1/4 mile a day every day. Well today the whole botom ripped open no not a hole the whole thing. so now all i have left is the top. i am ordering another from another company. But i do recommend if you get this suit and you are a XL then get a XXL.

Nic Sunny Health & Fitness Sauna Suit

I tried exercising in it and tore. I have had several similar suits and it happens tro all of them. If you are going to exercise it it you will be better off spending a bit more money and getting a nylon based suit. - Weight Loss - Cheap - Sauna The Pounds Off - Sweat'

Emergency Room - mens grooming, beard color

I wish I had googled to check out product first. I stupidly thought I would be okay since I never reacted to this product before but many people have been badly irritated by this newer formula according to reviews at one website. It can burn and irritated the skin badly. PLEASE do the skin test if you have not tried the new formula. I was led to try it since it came in a lighter shade, but as it turns out this was the darkest dye job I have ever had after leaving it on for the designated five minutes. LIGHT brown it is not, coal black maybe. And now I'm spending the day alternately washing and putting soothing lotion on skin. Just for Men Brush-In Color Gel, Mustache and Beard, Light Brown M-25, 1 kit, (Pack of 3)

I used this product for years just like so many others. When the formula changed "New and Improved" I grabbed at it thinking it would last longer? Again, just like so many others, my skin burned, itched and I got sores. The itching would wake me up at night. I had to discontinue use and after about a week my skin felt normal again. No more! I want to know when this company is getting it's kick in the a** for realeasing something so harsh.

I used this product for years on my beard. No problems through January 2008 when I shaved my beard. In December 2008, I used it again on my sideburns... we're talking a 1 inch square area on each sideburn. Within minutes, I was suffering from a severe chemical burn. There was a huge blister on the skin under each sideburn that itched, burned, and oozed for several days. Aloe helped a little, but time was the only thing that solved the problem. It's been 3 days and I still itch. A note: as per their instructions, I did do a small test area before applying it. No problems with an area about a centimeter square. If you've got 1 hair to dye, I guess it's ok. Please check out other online reviews. This is dangerous!

Definitely, test this before use to see if you ARE SENSITIVE. Also, it may be possible to get a batch that is formulated badly, so you might want to test each box.

My beard started turning grey when I was 22, so I use this product sometimes.

Suggestions for successful use :

(1) I use it weekly on saturday mornings.

(2) NO TILE. NO WALL. NO PORCELIN. NO TOILET SEAT.

(3) Use only near formica and glass.

(4) trim beard as short as possible to expose as much grey as possible.

(5) for my short (1/3") beard, I use about a 1-inch line of gel.

(6) brush thoroughly everywhere.

(7) use wet paper towel or dedicated sponge, clean gel from skin areas.

(8) I hold a plastic baggie against my face, to keep whiskers immersed.

(9) start timer, and hold bag for 5 mins against skin.

(10) after 3 mins, check and clean now-dark gel away from skin areas.

(11) after 5 mins, sit in shower-tub. turn on shower.

(12) wash thoroughly with soap and shampoo.

(13) stay low so that gel does not get onto walls.

Using these techniques, I get about 6-8 weeks of successful use from a package, using a light-brown color. the plastic baggie ensures excellent dying at the roots.

when i use it there is often a slight itchiness, but i have never had a reaction.

this stuff is very messy and cannot be cleaned from towels, painted areas, shirts, or the porcelin of our faucet handles. If you wear pajamas make sure to use buttoned one. So BE CAREFUL. Do NOT do anything that would cause it to spatter !! Check the bathroom and clean away spatters 1 hour after use. Small specks of dye sometimes are not visible until it darkens in 30-60 mins.

I used Just for Men beard and moustache dye for the past three years with no problem. Last week I dyed my beard and moustache and the next morning I had scarlet skin, oozing blisters that don't heal without seeing a dermatologist (even after a week). I work in the pharmaceutical industry and can't believe the FDA has approved this. I am send Just for Men a bill for my doctor's visits and prescriptions. II contacted them and they said nothing had changed and to do a skin test. I told them I had been using the product weekly for the past 2 years and now my skins explodes for no reason???? They are liars and they need to remove the product from the market before they physically scar someone. Somewhere there has to be a class action suit against them. Find it and sign up. WARNING- even if you have been using this product with no problem like me. It can happen to you. AND IT WON'T HEAL WITHOUT A DOCTORS HELP.

I have used JFM for over five years without any problems at all. Last week I applied it and within minutes my face began to burn. When I awoke in the morning my skin was not only burned red, but blisters oozing puss appeared on the area where it was applied. It was so severe it required medical attention. After the blisters finally disappeared, I then noticed that it also removed the pigmentation from my skin! What a nightmare! I found a web site where over 80 other men described the exact same reaction to their 'New Formula'.

http://www.folica.com/Just_For_Men_Sh_r1235_1.html

When I called the JFM help line, they shrugged it off and suggested I get tested for allergies prior to every application! This product should be removed from the market!

I have an infection on my chin that does not seem to go away. Its embarrassing and the symptoms are similar to others. Was healing and now its back. This product is dangerous and does more harm than good.

They need to be sued.

I used this product for year with great satisfaction. Then with the purchase of a new box I suffered the acid burns others are reporting. I wrote to the company and linked these posts. They denied that there is a "new formula" and simply said to do the skin tests and if necessary, discontinue use. I tried another brand and was very dissapointed with the result. Why does JFM not switch back to what worked (and didn't injured it's customers?) And if there really isn't a new formula, how do they explain that this had no adverse reactions before and suddenly - OH Mama! I'm on fire!! - Dangerous - Mens Grooming - Beard Color - Hair Dye'

Iphone Case - iphone case, iphone armband

I ordered this Tuneband for my iPhone4 directly from Grantwood Technology. I contacted them before ordering with concern that the armband would be too large for my arm. They sent me a smaller size arm band at no additional charge. I am very happy with how my phone fits in the silicone case and how well the arm band fits my arm. My phone feels very secure in the case. I have been on a 4 mile run with it on my arm and it doesn't move at all. In my opinion, this is a very reasonable price for such a great product. I also applied the front and back screen protectors with ease. They look excellent on the phone and are providing excellent protection. I am now ordering another Tuneband for my husband's iPhone 4 in black. Tuneband for iPhone 4, Grantwood Technology's Armband, Silicone Skin, and Front and Back Screen Protector, Pink

I've used this armband several times and really like it. I would use it more but I don't like my headphone cord on my side (vs. in front of me, I tend to stick it in my running pack). I have used this armband for marathon distance and had no problems with chaffing or not staying in place. I like that the armband is Velcro and you get the exact fit you need. I highly recommend if you're looking for a good armband.

This product is amazing! The rubber case for the phone can be used with or without the armband and offers great protection for the screen. The armband stays in place during exercise and is easily adjustable.

I bought this for my wife, and she has some trouble with getting the band tight enough to stay put. It is easy to use and fits the iPhone 4 great. She really likes it. Now that the weather is getting cold, it works better for her with her coat on. Good item at a good price.

I had a I phone 3G and could never find the perfect case for running. It did not fit and some had a plastic cover so it was hard to slide in and out. This case for the 4g is AWESOME!!! It fits like a glove and it's easy to put on and take off. The band will fit all sizes as well. By far this is my favorite. It does not move when I run and it wears nice. It's a must have for the 4g runners out there.

The case is rubber, the pink is really vibrant and the band is comfortable. The case is just not a perfect fit for my iPhone 3GS, but this is great for the price! I use it when I ride my motorcycle and working out, does great on both counts. - Iphone Case - Iphone Armband'

Mediabridge - ethernet, networking

One of the wires propriety is to get tangle and mangle... Well it didn't happen with this 50 feet roll. This is sooooo cheap and works so good I wonder if I didn't rip-off the provider. I couldn't find this wire for much less than 40$ locally (best-buy, Comp-USA) now I got it in 2 days, its working perfectly and perfectly boxed... Just get-it, it's good, fast and cheap... What can you want more? Mediabridge - Blue RJ45 Computer Networking Cat5e Ethernet Patch Cable - (50 Feet)

High speed, long length, great connectors, low price and quick delivery - what's not to like?

Would buy again - in fact, probably will.

5e will handle ANY A/V related bandwidth to well over 160 feet, so spending any more on Cat6 would be silly.

If you need to get AV signals farther than 160 feet, your house is too big. Cut back and simplify a little.

Standard good quality Ethernet cable. I'm no networking specialist, so I can't tell you how great "such-and-such" feature would be. I have other Mediabridge cables and thrust their products quality and longevity. One non-techie feature I like; the cable attaches itself securely to the device and doesn't let go easily. This has turned out to be a big plus for our video game console as we move it in and out of the entertainment unit.

The reviews for this cable were so good, I felt I couldn't let it pass on. It arrived today and guess what, the cable doesn't work. I tried it as ethernet cable several times and I never got a connection. This one is going back for sure :(

Cheap, and does the trick! Use this long cable to connect the router to our new blu-ray player to watch Netflix. Has been playing Netflix videos for many months perfectly! It was much more affordable than buying a wifi blu-ray player with an adapter built in. - Ethernet Cables - Cat5 - Ethernet - Networking'

Fountain Pen Ink

For more than 50 years, beginning before reporters carried tape recorders, I've used the same Parker fountain pen during hundreds of newspaper interviews. I without paralysis of thumb and index finger because fountain pens skim across the surface of notepaper like an Olympic ice skater. My venerable Parker has recorded the words of John F. Kennedy, Billy Graham, a couple of popes and other headline-prone folks. It becomes harder and harder to buy a bottle of fountain pen ink. When I couldn't find any close to home I tried Amazon, and had my ink within 48 hours. It is great ink, and the service is worth writing home about. Parker Super Quink Permanent Ink for Parker Pens, 2-oz. Bottle, Black (3001100)

The bottle is nice, which is about all I can say for Parker's Quink. Perhaps back in the day it was an excellent ink but suffice to say the ink is not permanent. I've had the bottle for about a week now and I've used it to fill my fountain pen twice so far.

Firstly, the flow is not quite what I expected. It seems to stream out which didn't happen with my old ink, and it spreads across the page. I've never had this problem with other brand inks before.

Secondly, the ink is not permanent, not at all. I'm a physics major and I take a lot of notes in class. I had some notes on a large pad and it was raining the other day, when I opened my door to get everything out a few drops of rain landed on the pad, immediately the ink around the drops smeared and blotted. The notes are still legible but only because a very small portion of the notepad was rained on.

Overall I'm not particularly satisfied with the product. If you want a cheap ink for writing unimportant notes, this is it. If you're looking for a nice, dark, well-flowing permanent ink to take long-term notes with than I recommend Lamy inks.

I have two fountain pens I recently bought and needed some ink, obviously. I purchased this bottle of ink and its writes great. The ink drys quickly and it is very black. The only problem that I find is when this bottle gets low, I can't get my pen's cartridge in the bottle far enough to refill the ink without getting my hands covered in black ink, that is a nightmare to get off. I'd take that into consideration when looking for a bottle of ink.

Good ink. Writes smooth and flow is good. Great for use in taking notes or writing temporary messages.

If you are filling out important documents, signing contracts, writing checks, or anything that needs archival quality ink (won't fade with time and weather), you will need to use "Noodler's Bulletproof Black."

Parker Quink Ink is NOT permanent - not for important writing. The ink does wash away and is easily removed with a little effort.

Great for:

- Notes

- Handwritting Practice

- Temporary messages

Bad for:

- Checks

- Contracts

- Legal papers

- Archival papers (journals and records)

- Wet environments

- Mailing envelops

I have seven good fountain pens. This ink is in all of them. It doesn't bleed through the paper and washes off my hands when I get some on them. I've used these pens on many occasions when I wanted to write something down. This is the only ink that goes in them. I haven't seen any loss of quality in the pages I have written on during the past several months. I have ordered a bottle of blue ink just for variety. As far as I am concerned this is a high quality ink.

On a certain level ink is ink - how much more can you say about it? There certainly are questions of durability, strength, permanence (also known as washability), and the tendency to bleed through a typical sheet of paper. On those counts Parker's Quink is very strong in terms of durability and strength; sometimes a little too strong however. Bottled Quink can all too often bleed through less thick paper and even onto the sheet behind it, less than ideal under most circumstances. Quink works fine on heavier stock paper but anything less and you're likely to get a sloppy mess. I'd used Quink for ages, but after trying Sheaffer's Skrip I've made the switch on bottled ink. Yet the weird thing is I've never had this particular problem with the Quink in Parker's cartridges; they just don't demonstrate that tendency. Quink also used to be available in a broader array of colors, but now it's limited to a handful, which again isn't the case with Sheaffer's Skrip. Parker works fine in virtually every fountain pen out there so it really comes down to a matter of preference.'

Dell Inspiron Adapter - dell inspiron adapter, laptop

I purchased this to replace a ~2yr old power adapter that I finally killed after using it as my sole adapter for the entire time. It's thin, light, and I love that it has the extension for if I need longer than a 6" adapter cord.

For what it's worth, I have a Latitude D430 not a more powerful system that needs more juice. Genuine Dell PA-12 Slim Family Travel Pack Kit Includes: 65-Watt AC/DC Adapter, Power Cord, Car Lighter Adapter, Cable Extender, Airplane Adapter, Carrying Case, User's Guide For the following Laptops: Inspiron 300M, 500M, 505M, 510M, 600M, 630M, 640M, 6400, 8500, 8600, 9100, 9400, E1405, E1505, E1705, 1420, 1501, 1520, 1521, 1525, 1526, 1720, 1721, 1150 Latitude D420, D430, D505, D520, D530, D531, D620, D630, D630 XFR, D631, D820, D830, 131L, E4200, E4300, E5400, E5500, E6400, E6500, XT Vostro 1000, 1310, 1400, 1500, 1510, 1700, 1710 Precision / XPS M2300, M2400, M4300, M65 Studio 15, 1535 Compatible Part Numbers: DK138, JK904, MK911, F7970, U7088, N2765, TX718, UX823, HT513, 5U092, 1X917, 310-2860, 310-3149, 450-10484, 310-4408, 310-8814, PA-12 Model Number: DA65NS3-00

I love this accessory travel pack. This is my 2nd time replacing my laptop's adapter and a friend recommended I look on Amazon. I am so happy I did, I was able to get the entire pack for less than half the price of an adapter alone at Dell retailers. I am so happy with this purchase. Thank you very much.

We use many Dell laptop computers where I work. Recently we had one of the power supplies go out. I looked on Amazon and ordered a replacement Dell PA-12 Slim Power Supply Travel Pack. This is an exact, manufacturers replacement power supply and accessories. We like the PA-12 because you can use it in the car and on the airplane, as well as with normal electrical outlet (US).

This power supply is the best thing Dell has come up with. For one, since it is 2-prong instead of grounded 3-prong, I can carry my three-port house-hold extension cord and I only need one outlet in the airport or meeting room and can power my laptop, cell phone, and Blackberry for those long meetings and layovers. The shorty cords and extended cords with the kit give you the ultimate flexibility. And the size is great. The standard Power Supply is a heavy brick, but this adds almost no weight to your computer bag. Doorbell - wireless doorbell

This was the only 2-chimes doorbell that I could find. (Yes, we have an upper and lower floor!) It works great... and is loud enough to be heard when you are not next to it. Instructions for choosing chimes sequence are a bit lame, but usable. This is a good deal...and the price is right. Wireless Doorbell Chime - 36 Sounds

Overall a great product, but ours did not work out of the box. Before sending it back, though, my husband tinkered with it and found that battery terminals were set back too far and didn't make proper contact with the batteries. After identifying this problem, he was able to adjust them, and everything works fine now and we're very happy with it.

One out of the two chime units did not work out of the box. So I had to throw that out. But the other one is working great. The range for the switch to receiver seems bit poor; about 4-6 feet. I had to practically keep the receiver within this range behind the door to make it work with the switch which is mounted on the outside of the main door. Pretty decent for this price range and it works with just batteries, no external power required.

My roommate and I bought these spur of the moment. The price was right and the shipping was speedy, even through campus mail. The two ringers are useful to put in two separate rooms. The selection of ringtones is very good. Our current setting is "joyful joyful". The ringtones are loud so right now we have them in a drawer and they can be heard perfectly. Overall, a wonderful purchase.

The two receivers have easily solved our problem of not hearing the doorbell in our walkout lower level entertainment center. Instructions for tune selection were sketchy, but it was not had to stumble upon their logic.

We are well satisfied with the product.

THIS IS THE CUTEST DOOR CHIME. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT IT IS HOW THE DOORBELL CHIMES IT ALSO FLASHES UP AND DOWN THE STRIP. WHICH WILL CATCH YOUR ATTENTION, AND YOU HAVE CHIMES AND SONGS TO PICK FROM.IT ALSO HAVE TWO DOORBELL CHIMERS A PINK AND BLUE ONE, SO YOU CAN

PLACE THEM ALL OVER THE HOUSE. LAST BUT NOT LEAST THEY ARE EXTREMLY LOUD. THEREFORE YOU CAN HEAR THEM WHERE Wireless Doorbell Chime - 36 Sounds EVER YOU PLACE THEM.

STEPHANIE

The Doorbell worked for 1 whole day, now, if you want to use it

you must BANG on it or it just doesnt work.

The 2nd doorbell (blue) has never worked.

Not at all happy about this product.

I am in the process of finding

something better in a Wireless

Doorbell.

Sorry!

I love this unit, but only one of the two remotes works. The other one was DOA. I still like the unit, tho. Loud chimes can be heard above TV, etc., big choice of tunes, and long range...Sometimes ya need to catch UPS or the PO while you're in the back yard.

Well, the price was great and they aren't horrible looking. However they are extremely cheaply made (similar to meritline.com merchandise.) When I received them, I installed the batteries, put one receiver on each floor and the push button outside. Within a week, both of the chimes had stopped working. I opened the battery compartment on one to see why, and the cheap little part that holds the battery in had broken completely off. Then I opened up the other one and saw that the battery had just fallen out of place inside due to poor quality. Overall still not a bad price for a doorbell with one working receiver but I wouldn't buy it again since that's not very functional in our four-level home. - Wireless Doorbell'

Playstation 3 - usb hub, 7-port usb hub

The job of a hub is to connect your devices together transparently. Which leads to only two questions: Does it work, and does it look good on my desk?

As for looks, it's not bad. 5 plugs on the side (2 & 3), and two under the top cover. The middle strip contains LEDs which light up blue for each active port, and one red LED at the top. A "plugs in the back" model might be slightly prettier, but I've got one of those for another machine and they up being very wide. I like the smaller footprint of this one.

I plugged in the hub, plugged in the power supply (a more than ample 3A, which is excellent), and connected mouse, keyboard, webcam, phone headset and cable for a USB pedometer. I then promptly forgot about the hub. Soon I realize I was making a telephone call over USB while uploading the weekend's walk data, and everything was humming along nicely. No issues, no driver hassles. Just what I was from a hub. It's there, and besides now having 7 more USB ports, my computer is the same as before. That's what an excellent hub should do Plugable 7 Port High Speed USB 2.0 Hub with 3A Power Adapter

Plugable 7-Port High Performance USB HUB:

Packaging: This unit comes in an EASY-TO-OPEN package. It is not one of those clam-shells that require scissors or a knife to open. Goes from the Amazon box to package open and ready to use in less than 30 seconds. This is a bonus in my book because I dislike having to open a clam-shell with a knife or scissors, it is frustrating.

Power Supply and USB cable: The power supply is a HEFTY 3A output. It will power all 7 ports at 428mA each or 6 at 500mA each. (500mA is the max any one USB device may draw.) This is important as I have blown out 5 USB hubs since January due to a lack of power to the hubs. On lesser hubs, if you hook up too many power-hungry devices it will actually destroy the controller inside and that renders the hub useless after that. If you have ever done that, you know how infuriating it can be.

Power cable is 54" long. USB cable included is 38" long and is standard male USB on one end that plugs into your computer and male USB mini on the end the plugs into the HUB. Power adapter block is 3"x 1-5/8" and requires two or three outlets as it sits longways instead of sideways like so many power adapters. Presumably to have that much power output it needs to have the larger adapter. You can get a "Power Strip Liberator" 5 POWER STRIP ADAPTERS LIBERATORS from Amazon to free up the outlets on your power strip.

USB HUB Unit: Unit is HIGH-GLOSS black, quite attractive. It has a clear, sliding cover that hides two USB ports. Under the clear, plastic cover is also a strip of lights. One red LED indicates power is on. Seven (7) blue LED's indicate which ports are in use. The lights are attractive to me, but you could put black tape over them if they bother you at all. There are three USB ports on the left side, as you face the unit, and two on the right side. Also on the right side is the power supply jack and the USB IN from computer jack.

Unit Weighs: 97.4g; Measures: 3" wide by 4.5" tall by 1" thick.

Device has 4 teeny, tiny, rubber feet on the bottom. They don't really do a lot to keep it from sliding around. However, I ALWAYS mount my USB hubs on the side of my desk using Scotch Heavy Duty Clear Mounting Tape. 3M Scotch 4010 Heavy Duty Clear Mounting Tape That takes care of any sliding around or items falling off the desk due to an unrestrained HUB. I highly recommend mounting all equipment, but mounting any USB HUB is a necessity, in my book.

Now for testing the power. I plugged in the following power-hungry devices in an attempt to blow this unit out.

Two (2) 2.5" USB External Hard Disk Drives, which get their power from the hub.

I also attached a Canon CanoScan scanner, which also gets its power from the hub.

In addition, I attached my iPhone charger/data cable and charged my phone.

I charged a portable media player at the same time as transferring data.

As well, I added some low power items to fill up all of the 7 ports.

No problems whatsoever. The same equipment plugged into lesser hubs caused the internal controller to fail and rendered those hubs a tiny brick suitable for throwing against a wall. This Plugable 7 Port High Speed USB 2.0 Hub with 3A Power Adapter handled everything I could throw at it. Everything that caused other hubs to fail was no problem for this Plugable 7-port unit.

This hub has everything it takes to power 7 devices. If you are looking for a HIGH-PERFORMANCE HUB that will power 7 of your power-hungry devices, look no further. If all you are looking for is a dependable hub with which to use a flash drive or two, this HUB will not let you down. If you have ever killed a USB hub before, you know how frustrating it can be. I can say without reservation that this unit will not be killed by too many power-hungry devices. Power-Users will really appreciate the extra power the 3A power adapter brings to this unit. The side ports are well-arranged and the two ports on the front with the sliding cover are a great place to plug in your flash drives while leaving the other 5 ports attached to your equipment.

I would highly recommend this USB HUB to anyone. Power-users will rejoice in the extra power. Average users will enjoy the design, functionality and good looks of this hub. Everyone will enjoy using it. I could not get it to even hiccup with all I plugged into it. I know this unit is more money than CHEAP, USELESS hubs. I know you can get a 7 port hub for $4.99. The old adage, "You get what you pay for." holds true for USB HUBS.

You know it is good when all I can say that is remotely negative is that the rubber feet on the bottom are not substantial. But the way they are placed, you can easily stick silicone feet on it if you are not going to mount it using the double-sticky tape I recommended. You may find rubber, stick-on feet here: 20pc Small Stick-on Clear Silicon Non-Skid Pads Self-Adhesive

If you are on the fence about this one and any other... find out what power capacity the other unit has. I would wager it won't stand up to this piece of equipment in functionality, looks, fit and finish, and power supplied to each port.

This product will be in the stockings of everyone I buy gifts for this year. I'm certain everyone who receives it will find it quite useful. As well, I don't have to worry about them blowing it up the day after Christmas with all those new devices they got as gifts. - 7-port Usb Hub - Usb Hub - Mac - 7 Port Usb Hub'

Cocktail Accessories - cocktail accessories, fun cubes

I got a couple of these recently and I have to say... they are almost excellent. They do their job and make ice. And beyond that, they make really cool looking ice! The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that they're kind of a pain to fill and put in the freezer without spilling, due to their lengthwise flexibility. there's no rim around the edge like in traditional ice trays to keep the overflow off your floor, pants, and cat.(I got a small 99 cent plastic tray that holds two of them and I just bring it to the sink, fill them, and put the whole kit in the freezer) But really... that's a small price to pay for really freakin' cool ice cubes. If your guests are as spooky as mine, they will be impressed. Fred Bone Chillers Ice Cube Tray

At first, I couldn't get the ice out and thought they were a pain, but if you just run warm water over the back for second or two, the ice comes right out without fail! They are adorable, and are easy to see what they are even in drinks! I love these.

I didn't buy this product for making ice cubes; I bought it for molding plastic resin for making jewelery/magnets/etc.

As far as that goes, they work great! Once the resin has fully cured they pop out easily and nicely from these well-made silicone molds. I can only guess that they would work great for making ice cubes as well if they can handle the torture test of using liquid plastic in them.

I bought many molds to try out and these were definitely my favourites, by far! The skulls are adorable and the cross-bones are a very nice addition. Both have considerable detail and the mold itself is very well made!

I bought this, the teeth, guitar, and jewel ice trays. I read the reviews and was aware of the difficulty some people had in popping the cubes out. Personally I didn't think it was that bad. Perhaps my expectation was worse than the actual outcome. They definitely didn't pop out like normal harder plastic trays, but it doesn't take that long to pop them out and it wasn't really a big deal. The detail is great and the size of the cubes are nice. Volume wise they tend to be about the same if not more than regular cubes. Yes, you have to either freeze in advance, or order numerous trays if you are trying to amass a large quantity. Knowing that the tray is made of cooking-grade silicon, I expected the tray to be flexible and not rigid like standard ice cube trays. As stated in other reviews this does make it difficult to get from sink to freezer without spillage. However, I can deal with this knowing the outcome is supercool looking ice. I simply used a measuring cup to fill the trays once they were already placed in the freezer. One thing that is kind of a bummer is that depending on what you're drinking you can't see the ice. I've taken to freezing other liquids than water and that helps with being able to see the great detail. It also helps with adding flavor. When I use my lemon or lime jewels, I don't even need a fruit wedge. Grape and cranberry juice look fantastic in the teeth. I can't wait for Halloween! I will definitely buy Fred Flare products again!!!!!!

I loved having this tray, and yes the ice cubes were a bit hard to get out but I found that if I ran the bottom of the tray under hot water for a few seconds the ice cubes came out with no problem.

My only complaint is that after having used it for months I came home from college in the summer and my mother stuck it in the dishwasher. Though it says dishwasher safe it warped and is pretty much useless now. As long as you don't put it in the dishwasher and store it flat it should be fine.

These ice cube trays are fantastic and are fun for just about anyone.

A couple of things you need to know about them.

One. They are somewhat of a pain to fill with water and put into the freezer because the silicone flexes.

Two. Trying to get the ice out can also be a pain because of the shape of the ice cubes. Sometimes they just don't want to come out.

Three. The first few ice cubes made will have a slight silicone taste to them.

Out of all of the Fred ice cube trays these are the ones I like the most and are pretty much the same size as regular ice cubes.

Pros:

Somewhat cute skulls and crossbones, great for pirate and/or all year round Halloween lovers.

Retains the shape of the skulls/crossbones for quite a while in most drinks.

Pretty cheap.

Cons:

If using for a party, will require multiple trays to get a fair amount of ice made.

Wobbly silicone makes it hard to fill up and place in the freezer, might consider getting a small cookie tray to place them on to make things easier.

The Fred Bone chillers ice tray makes very cool looking ice "cubes" in skull and crossbones shapes. However, the skulls, and to a lesser extent the crossbones, tend to stick to the tray, making it a bit of a struggle to enjoy a properly piratical drink. This issue occurs due to the eye sockets and other details in the ice shapes, so it is a trade-off between the attractiveness of the ice and the convenience of using them. Fortunately. the tray is made of a rubbery material, and to get the pieces out, you need only push to the molds inside-out. Your best bet will be to make a tray-full and dump all the pieces into an ice bucket instead of trying to pluck a few pieces out at a time. Making ice with this tray is a bit labor intensive (for an ice tray), but the pieces do look quite nice in the right kind of cocktail.

My only complaint is that it is NOT dishwasher safe...at least it wasn't in my dishwasher. After the cycle it turned out all warped like it tried to shrink, and it no longer sits flat. It's kind of useless to me now. Good thing they're cheap!

The concept is cute, but the ice cubes are hard to get out of the tray. The tray is very flexible which helps, but to get the ice cubes out of the tray without "breaking the ice", sort-of-speak, one must either let the ice cubes sit for a few minutes or just run water over them which loosens the cubes and therefore they become easier to remove without breaking a few skulls. - Fun Cubes - Cocktail Accessories - Ice Mold - Crossbones'

Automatic Movement

I am very impressed with Invicta style and quality. They offer well-made watches at a very competitive price. I own seven Invicta watches and love each of them. They have the look and feel of a much more expensive watch.

This particular model looks almost identical to a Rolex Submariner. It is an automatic watch (if you don't wear it for around 24 hours or move around enough, the time must be reset) with 21 jewel Japanese movement and has a see through back that lets you view the automatic movement. The watch has a large 43mm face and it has Mercedes style hands and Tritnite luminescence markings with a magnified date marker. It is water resistant to 200 meters (just in case any of you will go down that far).

The one pictured above has an oyster-like bezel (Omega style). The older (Series 1 or S1) model of the 8926 have a coin edge bezel like the Rolex Submariner. The bezel rotates. Invicta makes really attractive bands that have a nice weight. The stainless steel silver band and black face combination is very sharp and will never go out of style. I have an 8.5" wrist and the watch accommodates my wrist with room to spare. They come in the trademark yellow Invicta box with an Invicta pillow.

The 9937 is an upgraded model of this watch that offers 25 jewel Swiss movement instead of the Japanese 21 jewel movement, a sapphire crystal, an improved stainless steel band (even though the one on the 8926 is great), solid end pieces, a better magnifier over the date, a flip lock safety clasp and a large rosewood box instead of the yellow box that comes with this 8926. Invicta Men's 8926 Pro Diver Collection Automatic Watch

Invicta's 8926 is the dive watch that started it all - the watch that kept Invicta from going out of business - like other Swiss watch making firms did as Oriental made quartz watches flooded the shelves of retailers worldwide in the 1980's! For an overall look rivaling the Rolex Submariner at 1/15 the cost, Invicta provides a $100 automatic diver with stainless steel bracelet unrivaled in quality and performance. Let's take a tour of this diving watch and note the value and style of the timepiece:

Movement

The Citizen Miyota 21 jewel movement rivals Swiss automatic movements for a fraction of the price. If it has any weakness - it is in the small power reserve - losing it's mainspring energy with less than one day off the wrist. IF not worn everyday- it should be put on a programmable watch winder or manually wound. The second hand will not "hack" with this movement. A date (complication) window shows at the 3 o'clock position. It must be manually adjusted every February and other 30 day months.

Case

The 43mm (with crown) 316L brushed stainless steel case wears comfortably on the wrist. The case lugs are modestly curved to accomodate wrists of all sizes. The new model (larger screw down crown)l ooks elegent as it gracefully projects from the case with a scuplted crown protector.

The black dive bezel - unidirectional 120 clicks around - is scalloped like the Omega Seamaster and is a departure from older model 8926's which flaunted a Rolex like "coin edge" bezel. Under pressure from Rolex it was changed by Invicta two years ago. The black enamel bezel is very scratch resistant - the numbers clear and bold.

The Mineral Glass crystal is scratch resistant - but not nearly as much as a more desirable sapphire watch face (imprinted only by diamond) which could triple the cost of the watch. Mineral glass is less prone to chipping or shattering than a sapphire crystal. The display watchback is also mineral glass - displaying the undecorated Miyota automatic movement. Mineral glass backs are less likely to cause skin irritation than a stainless steel backed case.

A date magnifier (Cyclops) at the 3 o'clock position carries on the Submariner theme. The watch hands contrast wonderfully with the Invicta black dial. The LUME off the watch hands and number positions is modest - both in brightness and longevity as compared to more expensive dive watches. A "winged" Invicta symbol decorates the counter - balanced side of the second hand. An elegent "INVICTA" product name is embossed on the left side of the case. The watch is rated as a Professional Diver 200M (660 feet) water resistant.

Bracelet

The comfortable stainess steel pinned link bracelet is worth the price of the watch. Solid end links, rounded flexible brushed steel wrist links set off the polished stainless steel center links - all made to look like the Rolex Oyster bracelet. The bracelet's center links are the only part of the watch prone to scratching. The foldover adjustable double safety clasp uses pins as well. There is no wetsuit deployment clasp as found in more expensive watches.

CONCLUSION

Rated 5 Stars because of value and features, the Invicta 89XX series of Professional Dive Watches has kept the company in the forefront of automatic movement watch manufacturers. No one can touch Invicta in the $100 area Pro-diver price range. Fit, finish, design, value and quality cannot be beat. This IS the leader in its class. Those desiring a Swiss made watch with Sapphire crystal and heftier bracelet should first look at the Invicta 9937 for about threetimes the price.

[...]

The Invicta 8926 is typically considered an entry level watch, or a "beater" alternative to other more expensive watches in your collection to be worn for everyday tasks. It typically ranks as one of the best selling watches, and provides a nice foray into automatic watches. [...]

First Impression:

When the box arrived from Amazon, I was pleasantly greeted by Invicta's signature cheese-yellow box. The watch was delicately wrapped, and packed well in the case. Invicta's instruction manual was thorough, and read like it was written by someone that speaks English as a first language. The included warranty card and polishing cloth were also nice touched. I have a small wrist, so when I first put it on, it hung very loose off of my arm. The weight was also unexpected for a watch at this price point. It felt very substantial. After a few minutes, I headed out to the local jeweler to have things sized for daily wear.

Cost:

Typically found below [...] is an excellent value. there are not many other watches that have an automatic movement and look like a watch that costs 10 times as much. Total shipped, sized, and on my wrist was just over $105. That's unreal! At that price point, if it takes a hit while washing the car or doing yard work, I won't shed any tears.

Case:

At 43mm, the 8926 is not a small watch. It's an excellent compromise between a HUGE diver, and a smaller dress quartz. I've worn it to the office, business meetings, and around town, and it's been comfortable in all situations. The size of the face in comparison to the bezel is pleasing, and of a fair proportion. One of my objections to the watch is the large engraved "Invicta" on the left side of the case. I'm proud to wear an Invicta, but the size and placement of the branding is a bit overwhelming, and breaks up the elegance of the case.

Bezel:

The unidirectional rotating bezel was quite a surprise. While not as smooth as the Seiko or other high end watches, for $100 the bezel gets the job done. The black silhouettes the face perfectly, and the white marks are easy to read. It turns well, and locks into every number well, while being aligned perfectly with 12 o'clock. I've found myself using the bezel to time everyday tasks, like waiting for food at a restaurant, and sitting on a conference call. Why not right?

Bracelet:

The standard Invicta bracelet is just amazing on this watch. The weight is so substantial, and it fits extremely well. The diver buckle is fairly easy to operate, though I imagine if you were actually diving with this watch, it may be a bit of a challenge. The inner link on the watch is highly polished, and immediately started to show sign of desk wear. I imagine that over the lifetime of the watch, the links would start to show some serious wear. The watch was also easy to re size. Due to my poor dexterity, I prefer to have a jeweler re size my watches. He had everything completed in less than 2 minutes, and also complimented the watch.

Movement:

Sporting the Miyota 21 jewel automatic workhorse, I've been impressed with the accuracy of the watch. I tested the power reserve at 36 hours, and it was still going strong. In terms of accuracy, it's tough to gage without "hacking" while setting the time. Over the last month, it's ran about a minute fast, which is not surprising given my daily wear, and my impatience in letting the movement settle. Only time will tell (mwahaha) if accuracy is a problem in the long run.

The trinite hands glow fairly well for about 2-3 hours, then become hard to read. I hit the face with my Maglite before going to sleep, and about 7 hours later, the glow was faint but adequately visible to read if necessary. It would most likely pass the theatre test, but it's a far cry from a high end watch. The hands are quite beautiful, and easy to read against the black face. the addition of the Mercedes style hand was also a nice touch. The cyclops is good, but not great, and is certainly not a Rolex. It's adequate to read the date, but nothing that will make people stop and say "WOW". Finally, the mineral crystal is also great for this pricepoint, but only adequate for the look and feel of this watch. Mine has yet to show any scratches, and I've been polishing ti regularly to try and reveal a hidden one. That being said, I plan on wearing this as my "beater" watch, so a scratch is not really a concern. In fact, the last sapphire crystal face I had cracked from a tough hit, so I'd rather have a few small scratches over a broken face.

Conclusion:

I would be shocked to find a better watch for under $100. Say what you will about Invicta, but for the money, the 8926 is one of the best values ever in terms of an automatic watch. I receive daily compliments on this piece, something I cannot say about my higher end pieces. To the untrained eye, most people thing you are wearing a $1,000 + watch. Despite the flaws with the 8926 (which are well documented), I'm still terrifically impressed with this watch. It's a great entry into a "real" automatic watch from a department store quartz, and is a good introduction into the beauty of a living timepiece.'

Fishing Equipment

I have two of these and they work great for channel catfish. I have not used them for large blues or caught a flathead on one, but for large channels they hold up nicely. The bait alarm seems gimicky but properly adjusted it has alerted to me to many fish when my back is turned, I'm snelling a hook and not watching, or down the bank putting a fish on the stringer. To make the spincast bait alarm work correctly you have to point the rod tip toward the water so the rod holder needs to be the right kind, not a verticle one. Bass Pro sells a nice bank rod holder that works well with these combos. In 3 years I have had to replace the batteries once on one of the reels (very easy to do), and of course the line should be changed out at least once a year. This is a good combo for beginners and serious fishermen alike, it should not let you down. Zebco HAWG SEEKER/702MH WithBITE ALERT SC Fishing Rod and Reel Combo

got this last week and wow, i was impressed! its hard to judge on the net, but i dont have a local bass pro near me, so i chanced it and im glad i did! the only thing is the batteries were dead in it on arrival, but its only a few bucks to replace it. also the end piece (the half not shown) is yellow. like bright fluorescent yellow lol it was a shock when i opened it, it didnt bother me but i thought it should be mentioned.

Just bought this item and used it over the weekend, works well. If you are contineously casting probably better to turn the alert off could get annoying. The rod is heavier than expected, might not be good for kids or begginers.

This was my first fishing rod. I've already gone on a few trips with it, and it feels great. The spincast is easy to get used to. The length is perfect for what I was looking for. The yellow/green other half not shown in picture is appealing. Comes prespooled with that nice looking red line as well. Downsides are the reel has jammed twice already, and to fix it you have to undo the cover and work on it from the inside. I find the BITE ALERT to be annoying, so I've shut that off as well (take the batteries out while you're at it because if you tap the switch accidentally the sound will still go off.) Still, great rod for a beginner like myself.

Just bought a Zebco rod WithBITE HAWG ALERT SEEKER/702MH SC Fishing Rod and Reel Combo was disappointed by the cane, the salesman told me that the cane was in prefect condition and actually was in very poor condition, apart was not the exact model was very similar, the thread was tangled almost impossible to release at the end I could not use the cane because l mechanism was bad. I recommend not buying from this seller'

Sexy Lingerie - sexy lingerie

This product is really nice; would probably look better on women with bigger chests, but overall, very romantic indeed. it's stretchy so the g-string won't break unlike others that i have purchased from the same brand--and it's very comfy! Sexy Adult Women Romantic Lace Open Front Baby Doll By Leg Avenue, Black, One Size

For the price, its great.I wanted something sexy, but not trashy, if that makes sense. This fits the bill. Being stretchy, it should work for most women. I am very tall , 140 lb. with small chest, and it works just fine. Probably would look even better on someone, who has cleavage.Get it, for this price its a no brainer!

I ordered this product for my boyfriend and I for a romantic night. It says one size fits most...and I guess i'm no most. i am a 34 b/c and it didn't fit my breast at all. It doesn't look nearly as "exotic" as the picture. the price is cheap...so i guess you get what you pay for.

I ordered this item in 3 different colors. When the delivery was made, I received three items of the same color (black). I tried to return the item but was informed that lingerie could not be returned (even unopened). After filing a complaint, the vendor responded and was extremely helpful in telling me how the item(s) could be returned and following up to make sure I understood the process. I am quite satisfied with the service received. - Sexy Lingerie'

INITIAL IMPRESSIONS

The A20 is the replacement for the Active Series 20 and Amazon has now corrected their product description to show the correct information for the A20. I haven't seen the Active Series 20 so I can't really draw a comparison and trying to get comparison info (I was trying to decide which one to buy) from the sales staff at Schwinn was impossible since the person I talked to hadn't even seen an actual working model of the A20 (let alone sat on one) and his information was limited to that which was presented on the website. I decided on the A20 since it did appear that they tried to make some improvements plus there's the issue of being able to get parts if needed in the future.

I received the A20 yesterday and both my wife and I have used it once. I will update in the future.

SET UP: There are very few parts to deal with plus all necessary tools were included and this was a pleasant surprise. I laid them out and checked then against the list given in the assembly instructions before starting assembly. Everything was present. I was able to put it together by myself but having two people would be a nice option. It took about an hour to put it together and the instructions were easy to follow with words and diagrams.

FIRST TIME USE; The seat adjustment was easy which was nice since I share the use of it with my wife (I'm 5'9" and she is 5') Both of us had an easy time using it so height wasn't an issue. Some of the new items included with this new model were the water bottle holder (which I don't use) and a book platform which is now part of the lcd platform (doubtful I will use it but if you do, you'll need a way to keep the book open as it rests on a fairly shallow lip). It also has an added built in fan and I agree with the previous reviewer that it's totally useless unless you stick your face within a couple of inches of it (what were those engineers thinking???)but at least you can turn it off. The lcd panel still doesn't have back lighting which was a complaint with the Active Series 20. I'm not sure if the newer one differs in size but it's okay to read with at least some light (window, lamp, etc). The lettering isn't very bold on the lcd which makes it a little more difficult in low light. A fairly easy solution would be to attach a book light to the lip of the book holder. The operation during use is very quiet and with solid stability. The seat and back are padded and was fine during my initial use. The resistance levels were very easy to adjust as were the different courses. The monitor takes 4 D size batteries(not included) but there is an optional power adapter (9v,500ma) you can get from Schwinn for about $25 (including shipping) Might be worth looking into this or some generic adapter and saving batteries and bucks.

This was my first time on a recumbent exercise bike and I loved it. It did exactly what I was looking for in an exercise bike. I think it's a great exercise bike and the price is very reasonable. One reason I bought this bike was because of the Schwinn name (I think Nautilus owns Schwinn and Bowflex)and so far I'm not disappointed.

4 stars because of the lcd (lack of bold lettering and back light)and useless fan. These are very minor complaints which don't affect performance.

UPDATE 5-20-2011 - I've now been using this machine for a few months and without problems. There was a brief time when it made a small weird clicking noise coming from the pedal assembly but this stopped after awhile and hasn't been heard in weeks. Still a real mystery. Much of my previous review still holds. My biggest praise is for the ease of use and seat adjustment along with with the overall durability of the unit. Mechanically is does what it's supposed to do and very quietly (excluding that brief period previously noted). My biggest gripe is the display panel. It's often difficult to see in low light because primarily of the small lettering (although some back light might also be helpful). Hopefully Schwinn will address this issue in later models and thus make this model truly worthy of 5 stars. Schwinn A20 Recumbent Bike

The bike was easy to setup the first time I put it together excepting that it didn't work. The bike did not respond to the control panel. The exercise-programs didn't work at all. It took about 80 minutes with Nautilus Tech Support on the phone to take apart the central part of the bike- the middle factory-assembled piece with the pedals, flywheel, and magnet-positioning motor. The technician concluded that the positioning-motor or the cable to it was bad. I was sent another motor. It was sent 3-day Fedex. I installed the motor. It didn't work. I called back. The new technician thought it was the control panel (called the console) and she sent that 3 day Fedex. I was worried that the bike would never work, so I chatted with Amazon and they told me that I would be given extra time to return the bike because I was working with the vendor. As mentioned in some of the other feedback, the replacement console solved the problem. (By the way connect the motor to the console and be sure it all works before re-installing.) Luckily I took photos of the bike as I took it apart. Because I had replaced the motor I had to re-adjust three different nuts to bring the bike into alignment. Whew! It all works great now. Maybe I should have just told the technician "I can't take the factory assembled piece apart," do you want me to send that piece back? But even that would have been a lot of trouble. Maybe it just doesn't make any sense to buy big things over the Internet.

I ride it every night. It is very sturdy and dependable and it also does not take up too much space. Sitting in this position riding for 30 minutes is a pleasure. It is quiet so I can ride it at night with out aggravating my wife. The levels work perfectly.

All the important stuff works great but you can forget the fan and the heart rate indicator. The fan can only be felt 1 inch from the surface. The heart rate indicator was way off in my opinion. For example, I am riding it now as I type with over 20 minutes on the timer at a decent pace. According to the monitor presently my heart rate is 78, just not possible.

Also, the laptop/book holder is okay for my small laptop. Typing is difficult right now but I am usually playing chess while I ride so that is not bad. Continuous typing would be painful this way. Additionally, I am 5'4" and could never use this for reading. it is too far away and at the wrong angle. I do highly recommend and feel like it will last a long time. - Exercise Bike - Recumbent Bike - Schwinn 240 - Stationary Indoor Bike'
