Garmin Leather Case - garmin accessories, accessories

I bought this case for my Garmin Nuvi 770 GPS.

It's an excellent case. It fits the widescreen Nuvi snugly, but it's easy to get the GPS out of the case when I want to.

The case is lined with something resembling velvet and includes a wrist strap. The flap is held closed with Velcro and there are two belt loops on the back, as well as a spring clip for your cars visor.

The leather is good quality and sturdy. I'm sure I could drop my GPS and it wouldn't be harmed.

There is also a precut plastic screen protector that's held in place by static. That item is included by MiniSuit at no charge and it's a good idea to protect the touchscreen display on the GPS.

In every possible way this is a great case and a teriffic bargain for the price. You won't find anything as good anywhere near the price.

Buy it without hesitation! Leather Case for Garmin Nuvi GPS 265W 855 260W 1350T 205W 1350LMT 1390LMT 295W 465T 1300 1300LM 1390T 255W 1370T 765T 885T 250W 755T 660 650 750+LCD Guard

I shopped and shopped and no one can come close to this deal. The case is exactly as described. This is perfect for using your GPS in pedestrian or bicycle mode.

Included is a lanyard for fastenning to the built in loop stitched into the case. Also included is a protective screen guard and lint free cloth for cleaning those nasty finger prints and smudges off your GPS.

The inside of the case is as soft as a baby's bottom, and there is easy access to the headphone jack with the top closed and secured, if your GPS has built in .mp3 player.

The velcro cover stays securely closed and promptly opens with just the right amount of force.

I am so happy I bought this case and would do so again, in a heartbeat!

Case arrived as advertised. I find it a good solid case for my Nuvi 765t. The fit is nice and snug and the build quality is good. I like the flap over the top with the velcro to keep it tight when closed.

This case has the look and feel of real leather, but it is not real leather as Amazon's ad heading states. It's made of vinyl (simulated leather) and is really hard to tell it from real leather, but the vinyl smell and higher friction gave it away. The fact that it's vinyl doesn't make it less functional. It can be worn by the belt clip, or belt loops, or around the neck with the lanyard, or held in the hand by the lanyard, or held in the hand without the lanyard. The velcro closure is very convenient. The earphone jack is still accessible when flap is closed. Anyway you use it, it's functional and the price is very reasonable.

This case is not as flat as some other cases, but the functionality makes up for slight bulkiness. The flap and the belt clip take up some space, but it has one advantage over the slim slip on cases: it's not prone to accidentally turn on the GPS when inserting it into the case.

Mine came with a GPS screen protector as a gift. It's totally useless, but it's free. I ended up removing it.

If I like it so much, why only two stars? It's because of phony/incorrect advertising about real leather. Maybe it was an innocent mistake by the retail seller and the real culprit was the manufacturer who listed the phony description on purpose. Regardless, even if it was an innocent mistake, I still hold the seller responsible because it has the duty to examine what it sells and make sure its descriptions are accurate. Amazon's site doesn't have a link for buyers to report this type of deceptive/incorrect advertising problem. Amazon just accepts whatever description these independent 3-party sellers write.

I really like this case--it provides simple protection for the GPS without unnecessary bulk. But it only accommodates the GPS, nothing more. That said, I'm very pleased with the quality and would buy again.Think this will be a great case for when I use the GPS's pedestrian mapping function.

Just like another reviewer mentioned I was disappointed with the description that this is made of 'Leather' though satisfied with the product functionality. As a matter of fact this is made of 'pseudo leather' which is mentioned no where. I believe when you buy an item online you should be given all the facts so one could make an informed decision as to the value of a product especially when you cannot actually see or touch the exact product. I've been generally very satisfied with Amazon and their policies except in this case where either they have been unaware or have allowed this to continue. - Accessories - Garmin Case - Garmin Accessories - Garmin Leather Case'

Thickness Planer - dewalt, thickness planer

This is the first planer I have ever owned or used so I don't have anything for comparison but I like it so far. Out of the box you attach the hand crank and the dust attachment and you are ready to go. There are two dust attachments one to attach a 4" hose and another (diffuser maybe?) for no hose attachment. The directions are pretty well written and easy to follow. All the adjustments and work on the unit can be done with the one included tool that drops into a holder on the top. All the controls work great and are easy to operate.First let me say again this is the first time I have ever used a planer so a lot (okay, probably all :) of the snipe I got was user error. The more boards I put through the less snipe I got. It took a little playing around with and reading to learn the correct technique for moving stock through so I did get snipe on the first bunch of passes on stock, more frequently on the end of the boards then on the front. Most of what I put through was between 3 and 6 inches wide and 2-5 feet long. I did put a couple wider ones in just to see how it handled it. On a 14in long 11in wide hard maple glue up I took off 1/16th per pass and got no snipe or tearout. Then I put through a 10in wide 4ft long oak board and did get snipe on the end but not the start. I still think it's technique because it didn't do it on every pass and when taking off 1/32 I didn't get it at all. The folding tables aren't out yet, but they will probably help even more. I'm pretty convinced once I get the proper technique down I won't get snipe anymore. I'm getting more and more snipe free boards.I can't say anything bad about the surfaces. I have had zero tearout and ultra smooth surfaces on everything I have put in no matter what I do. The most I have taken off is an 1/8in while only taking 1/32in on the longer boards. Most of the time I had it set to 1/16in. Probably 50% at 1/16, 30% at 1/8, and 20% at 1/32. I put through a pretty good mix of pine, red oak, hard maple, and ash with most of it being red oak.The crank turns easily and each turn is 1/16in. The depth stop is easy to set and is for 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1, and 1 1/4. The removal scale is pretty nice as well, you put the end of the board just under the edge and turn the crank. A little pointer moves on a scale to tell you how much will be taken off. It has a little chart built in showing the max that can taken off based on board width, which is nice for me because I didn't know. The thickness scale is pretty big, easy to read, and easy to set. I only ran it with my dust collector hooked up to the 4" port, but it grabbed everything. After running all the wood through, probably about 4 hours total use, there where 3 little wood chips beside the bed and that's all - the dust collector had the rest. The thing I don't like about it is the dust attachment is right in the center above the outfeed so unless you angle the hose away to the side with an elbow or suspend it somehow it gets in the way of the stock coming out. But so far that is my only gripe. This thing is really loud but I expected that, it's the loudest tool I have. All the scales and settings where dead on right out of the box. I do wish the folding tables came bundled. Overall I'm one happy camper.Okay, I finally got the folding tables. They are very easy to assemble and align. Each corner of each table can be adjusted for height. The attachment points are spring loaded so they are also easy to take off and put back on. They do help in supporting the work and seem very solid. The front table folds up out of the way and stays there. The rear table however is another story. Because the main table and the back of the moter/blade assembly are pretty much even and the pin to hold the table is set back the rear table will never fold up and stay. When the depth of cut is set around an inch and the cord is wrapped around the cord holder the rear table won't flip up more then around 20 degrees. In my opinion this is a major design flaw, the main table needs to stick out at the rear by at least an inch or two to allow the table to fold up. DEWALT DW735 13-Inch Three Knife Two Speed Thickness Planer

Being a part-time tool designer for woodturning, and a former machinist, I appreciate good tools & designs. I've used the 735 with a friend making various woodworking projects. The DeWalt 735 looked like a great design, with innovative vacuum-assist using the planer knives for an impeller-like suction. But shortly into the project, the knives quickly showed wear and the planer made much more noise than it did when the blades were untouched by the softwood we were planing. I've done a lot of planing, and have owned other brands of machines & knew there were serious problems with these blades. When I inspected the blades, I immediately noticed they were very thin with too much backrake in the edge, which probably caused premature breakage due to unsupported steel at the cutting edge. There is the probability of setting up vibrations in the thin metal further causing additional stresses on the steel, and may be a reason the machine is much louder than other brands of planers (try taking a razor blade and hack away at hardwood and see what happens.). Shortly after that, the sproket in the drive system broke. Another closer inspection revealed a very weak, low density casting with poor mechanical design & strength, especially where the keyway was broached into the already weak metal. A second replacement sproket broke in the same place, relative to the first one, further indicating a design flaw, and another set of knives went dull prematurely ( I was hoping that the first set of knives had a metallurgical flaw, were embrittled, or some other fluke). I measured the depth of cut on the 6" wide softwood board, and it was only .050" ---less than 1/16"!! There is no easy way to re-machine the knife holder to accept better knives, say from a Makita or other brand of machine. Maybe DeWalt subbed part of this machine out to a company named "Rejects "R" Us" but this machine is past it's warranty and will be sold "as is" which is an "as is" piece of junk. But if you want a noisy dust collector booster, this machine will work well, just don't plane anything harder than fresh marshmallows on it. It's truly sad that with all the other great features on this machine, and DeWalt's great reputation with the predecessor to the 735, a lack of attention to the two most important functions of the machine (cutting wood, and feeding the wood through the planer) were neglected. The local customer service was poor, at best. Get this planer a better knife design, forged steel sproket, acoustic damping (it's really loud) and this DeWalt will be as good as the Hitachi or Makita. - Thickness Planer - Dewalt - Benchtop Planers - Planer'

Ipad Accessories - ipad case, apple

The case itself is a work of art. It truly looks like a well worn high quality leather-bound book. The leather quality is top of the line and it smells great too! However the high quality is marred by a weak design of the straps to hold the ipad in place. The bottom two straps are leather and work great. The top strap is simply an elastic band that looks cheap, covers a tiny bit of the top of the screen and doesn't hold the ipad firmly in place. They should redesign the top strapping and look at the ways other IPAD cases are made. Overall, I still like this case and would give it 5 stars if they improved the top strap. Twelve South BookBook for iPad and iPad2 in Red

TwelveSouth's $70 BookBook is an iPad case designed to look like an antique book, right down to the faux-battered spine. If you happen to own a revolving bookcase that covers up the entrance to your secret lair, and want to store your iPad in said bookcase, this is the iPad case for you.

For iPad users who aren't pirates or supervillains, though, it's a bit of a gimmick. The outside of the BookBook looks and feels great, but the rest of the case doesn't really measure up. It's a zipper case, and the leather appointments on the zipper pulls flap around and get in the way. Of course, there's a set of zipper teeth going all around the case, too.

On the inside you'll find a soft lining and a somewhat awkward holder for the iPad (two leather straps at the bottom and an elastic band at the top, though no ports or buttons are covered), as well as a leather tassel and a stitched-in button. You can use the BookBook as a viewing stand by setting the case in an inverted "V" shape and then wrapping the tassel around the button to secure the case at that position. It's not elegant, but it does work.

The BookBook seems sturdy enough to provide solid iPad protection, but otherwise it feels like a case that can't decide what it wants to be. Without a zipper and with an upgraded restraint system, it would be an interesting competitor to my favorite iPad case, the book-like Dodocase. And it's undeniably a pretty cool-looking storage case, though I didn't like keeping my iPad strapped in the BookBook when I was using the tablet.

If you can't resist the idea of an iPad case that looks like an antique book, and you don't mind an iPad case that opens and closes by means of zippers--and adds a bit of heft--don't let my skepticism dissuade you. But from where I sit, the BookBook is long on style and short on practicality.

I bought this with some of the money I received for Christmas. At first, I didn't like it. The way my iPad sat in it, the top of the iPad rested on the zipper teeth at the upper edge, and I felt that closing the zipper was likely to scratch the top edge of the iPad. It was like my iPad just didn't fit far enough down into the leather "corners" that held it in. However, I really liked the design of the product -- it really looks like an antique leather-bound book, very appealing to a literature graduate student like me. So I debated for a couple of days. Then I had the idea of blowing up the product photos on Twelve South's website and seeing if maybe the "corners" in mine were sewn in a bit too high, because they certainly seemed like they should've been sewn lower. And lo and behold, the corners in mine appeared to be sewn in about 1/4" inch higher than the ones in the product photo (I determined this by looking at how the bottom corner seam matched up with the bottom zipper seam). So I decided to exchange it with Amazon.

Amazon's exchange policy is fabulous by the way. All I had to do was print out a label, box the thing back up in the original box and send it off. They shipped the replacement overnight for free, so I had the replacement a day after the return one was picked up by the letter carrier. I'm very impressed with their exchange service.

Now that I have the new one, the corners are definitely sewn in lower, and my iPad fits properly in the case. So, if you feel the iPad has a poor fit, check it! It may be just a defective case.

Now on to other aspects of the case. It seems pretty protective -- the front and back covers are reinforced with something that makes them rigid. The case is lined by a suede/microfiber type fabric, which is nice, and won't scratch the iPad. There is a long leather cord that comes out of the side the iPad sits in. This is to wrap around the leather button on the other side of the case, so you can use it as a stand also. While this is nice, there isn't really anyplace to put the string while you aren't using it. Your options are to either thread it back under the iPad and wrap the excess around the button (like it came shipped), or to leave it out hanging free, which is kind of annoying. I ended up compromising by wrapping it around the edge of my iPad, which keeps it mostly contained, even if it isn't the most attractive solution.

I definitely would've wished for a better containment system for the iPad, also. The leather "corners" are all that holds it at the bottom, while across the top there is an elastic band, which I'm sure will eventually stretch out and become less secure. I would've felt a lot better had it been made like the Apple case, with a rim of fabric all the way around the iPad that you slide it into, and then a flap to fold under to secure. I also would do away with the zipper closure, and just have a strap to hold the case closed, which I feel would be more attractive (and also eliminate a lot of the around-the-edges bulk). Depending on how they designed it, this could also solve the necessity for a free-hanging string inside also.

It does give the iPad a bit more bulk than the Apple case, which is very slim and lightweight. However, the slight added size and weight is not enough to deter me from using it. It's not excessive.

And the thing is gorgeous. It appears very carefully distressed, to give it that well-worn look. I got the red version, which has not only red on the spine, but red corners on the covers, which are decorated with gold flourishes. The Twelve South logo is embossed unassumingly on the back -- not distracting at all. And the zipper pulls look like bookmarks, which is great. It also is made from either leather, or a decent imitation of it, so I don't anticipate there being major cleaning issues like there were with the Apple case. So, this case gets full marks for style. I feel it's a bit pricy, though, for the way they chose to hold the iPad in, and the inelegant loose string, so that's why I give it four stars overall. - Ipad Cover - Apple - Ipad Case - Accessories'

Battery Chargers - charger, tenergy

Pros: Almost Idiot-Proof, Does It's Job, Not Expensive, Easy to Use

Cons: Instruction Sheet

This product works as advertised, I love that it's practically idiot-proof and there's not much else to say. I got this charger in the mail yesterday, it took about a little over an hour to charge a completely dead 8.4V 1100mAh airsoft battery. It did NOT burn-down my house, the battery is working fine and the LEDs (red while charging, green when done) work too. I have absolutely no complaints with THE PRODUCT so far, the instruction sheet on the other hand is practically worthless. It's not a big deal because five seconds worth of googling will lead you to a real manual. As a side-note, the manual says the following about charging batteries:

ONLY use this charger for batteries between 7.2V and 12V

< 1100 mAh: DO NOT USE THIS CHARGER

1100-2100 mAh: use the 0.9A setting on the switch on the top of the charger

over 2100 mAh: use the 1.8A setting on the switch on the top of the charger TSD Universal Smart Charger 7.2-12V for NiCad & NiMH batteries

I bought this charger before my vacation because I didn't want to waste half of the time waiting for my batteries to charge. This charger delivered. Instead of the usual 6.5 hours it would normally take to charge my batteries, it only took about 1 - 1.5 hours!

It was really nice to have all of that extra time actually using my batteries on vacation rather than waiting for them to finish charging. The charger was easy to use. Just make sure you read through the instructions first.

For the most part, this charger is simple, plug and play. You may need to flip the switch for lower or higher MaH ratings. Make sure to pay attention to that setting! Other than that, you just plug in your battery and the charger does the rest.

The instructions are not great. They are poorly translated, but I still recommend reading them thoroughly. Overall, this was a great time-saving investment.

This is a no-brainer purchase if your looking for a great quality charger. The battery charger is very reliable and is a relatively quick charge.

Power Chord was not in my package, but when talking with amazon customer service. They shipped a new one to me with overnight shipping at no extra cost. Thats why you should always order with Amazon!

I bought this for use in recharging my Airsoft batteries, I actually plugged one of my supposed dead ones into it, and it brought it back to life! Guess I had a bad charger all along.

A must get for those who play with RC vehicles or who play airsoft! You'd be better off with it, rather than overcharging your batteries with standard cheap chargers.

I Have this charger, although I didn't buy it through Amazon. It is a great product and it charges my battery fast( I use it for airsoft). It has two different types of tamiya connectors and "gator" clamps. It also has a temperature sensor, which would automatically turn the charger off if your battery overheats during the charging process. Just when you buy it make sure you order this charger for the right type of battery (Ni vs. Li)

This Smartcharger is great! For my 7.2 volt nicad battery it takes abount on average only 1 hour to charge and thats if you use all the battery up. I played for 5 hours strait and it only took 15 minutes to fully charge. Another good thing about this charger is it wont overheat your battery. You dont have to worry about your battery overheating because once its fully charged it stops charging

it's a smart charger that charges your NiMH or NiCad batteries, what more? The LED light easily tells you if your battery is fully charged or not, and if it doesn't go on at all, your battery is probably dead like mine... Comes with many different connectors for all types of battery. Universal indeed. - Tenergy - Battery Chargers - Charger - Rc Car'

Tablet Accessory - xoom case, xoom cases

I ordered mine sometine in April and 2 days later i got an email that it has been shipped. I ordered a lot of stuff online and i was a little bit worried when it did not come in on my alloted time. I checked Amazon again and found out that there has been some issues with the shipping(being late due to Japan's recent disaster). I emailed amazon last week about it and i got a reply from the seller that it should be shipped within a week, and to show good faith, the seller reimbursed my shipping charges.

The product came in today finally,(4 weeks from date ordered)

My impression with the product is Okay. the material used is of good quality, considering the price, the workmanship and the design has some flaws but i can tolerate it considering the price. It doesn't have that SNUG fit that i expected, but im pretty sure its way better than what Verizon have for $39 bucks.

It's up to you guys...for me, it will protect the Xoom in ways that you use it. I'm sticking with it, maybe there are some other product out there, but im not going to invest another dollar since this one will do the job just fine. Navitech Black Genuine Premium Leather Flip Carry Case With Adjustable Stand For The Motorola Xoom Google Android 3.0 Honeycomb , 10.1 inch tablet (March 2011 Release ) 3G & 4G WI-FI 16 GB 32 GB 64 GB

Took a month from date of order to actually get the product

Product is NOT worth the price or the wait. And not willing to wait another month to get a refund

Latch to close the case doesn't work -

Waste of good leather - sorry, can't recommend on any level.

First off, there is no truth in advertising anymore. After researching what "genuine leather" means in the advertising world of deceit, I found that the product only has to contain "some" genuine leather to qualify for this claim. This product is no exception, but then again, did I really expect "100 percent" leather? Well, yes I did, but I'm old and I'm easily fooled by catch phrases. While most of the product is actually "Pleather", it's still a good product for the price. I just wished that producers of goods would just be more honest. Also, the "stand" is not adjustable, unless you consider flipped out for use, or collapsed for none use as adjustable. Again, truth in advertising. And, again, this is a good product, for the money, but don't be fooled by all the hype.

What I'm saying is; you get what you pay for, so if the price for all the hype sounds too good to be true, then you should trust your gut feeling. Would I suggest this to others, yes, but with a warning, as I have written here.

I will start with my disappointment in the delivery of the Xoom case, but after some back and forth - the company made good on their promise of a refund and a free case, so I will give them a lot of credit. Since I am reviewing the product itself, I won't give or take away stars for the company delivery itself.

The case itself is a simple design, with cutouts for the rear speakers and rear camera that work very well. However, I am disappointed in the top front cutout which covers up the front camera. You can pull it back so it will work, but that should be made better - if I used the front facing camera I wouldn't be too happy. It stands a bit awkwardly when charging - but that is a Motorola design flaw, not Navitech's.

The closure magnet is not strong - but always seems to keep it closed. The stand adjusts at different levels which is very convenient.

One suggestion would be to add a small pocket for paperwork, but that is a personal preference and something I knew about going into it.

Overall, for the price, I think this is a good deal.

Like others said, I ordered and waited but nothing came. I contacted them and got it three days later. They were very nice about it.

It seems well built, nice stitching. The strap along the bottom doesn't lay flat and is starting to get in the way. I'm a bit disappointed that I have to leave it open to plug into the charger. The stand gives it a pretty extream angle, it would be nice if it were adjustable.

It does have a good feel and stops the Xoom from slipping out of my hands and help keep it clean. I'm happy I got this and will recommend it to my three Xoom owning friends.

update; may 6 - after using for a week I thought I'd offer an update. Poor fitting case, my xoom slips out all day long I'm having to shove xoom in tight. Started using xoom upside down so it would stop slipping so much. The extream angle of the stand makes the stand useless. Lea the strap will not lay flat, always having to reach under to press buttons near edge. It's. Not defective or anything, just very poorly designed. I'm not sure if I can return this but I'm going to try. I ordered another case from another company an hour ago.

I placed my order on 3/31 and had a delivery estimate of 4/20 - 4/22. I received it today 5/2. It is a good case and the best option out there. The fit is not perfect but it is good. It looks great and is well worth the twenty dollars (price plus shipping) that I paid.

I finally received my case today, May 02. I ordered the case late on March 28, received the confirmation e-mail March 29. Shipment date was estimated to be April 6-12, and receipt by me April 11-19. I waited until April 25 to send a query via Amazon. Navitech responded April 27 with an apology for the delay, informing me that they shipped another unit and refunded my shipping (confirmed by an email from Amazon), also asking that I please return the second unit (at their expense) if the first ever shows up. Looking at the UK customs shipper declaration label, it was signed and dated (i.e. shipped) on March 29, and obviously the first case.

Now for the sanity check. This is a beautiful case. Genuine leather, excellent fit (Motorola Xoom), expensive look and feel for $14.99! I paid double that for my smaller, simpler Kindle leather cover. Now, everyone should have seen the disclaimers that this item was coming from the UK. Exactly what speed did you expect for $4.49? I have a lot of experience with international shipping and at first thought it must be a typo. When I saw it "ring up", I concluded that it was coming via slowest means and knew the estimated arrival date was wildly optimistic. However, it is a case for a tablet computer, not a transplant organ. I really didn't care when it arrived because it was the only case I found that appealed to me, so I was resigned to the wait. I don't know how they do it for only $4.49, but perhaps Navitech should offer more antsy customers the option of international express shipping. Then they can pay more for shipping than the product itself.

Bottom line: I got a beautifully made genuine leather imported case, with exactly the features I was looking for, for under $20.00US total. And, since this is a PRODUCT review (SELLER reviews appear elsewhere) that is about as five-star as you can get. - Xoom Cases - Xoom - Xoom Accessory - Xoom Case'

Ipad 2 Accessories - ipad 2 smart cover, ipad 2 smart cover enhancer

Just got my GreatShield snap on case today. It snapped right on securely, and unlike some of the other cases where people mention having to "modify" the case to work with the Apple SmartCover, it seems to work perfectly so far. It adds no noticeable bulk or weight - which with the lighter, thinner iPad 2, was a major selling point.

My only concern (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that I believe the material will scratch fairly easily - it will certainly protect the iPad, which is my main concern, but I imagine in a short time the case itself will look bad and I will have to replace it with something else.

All in all, it is just what I wanted. GreatShield Smart Cover Buddy Snap On Slim-Fit Case for Apple iPad 2 - Transparent Smoke

I purchased this case despite the warnings about scratches by another reviewer. This case actually looks pretty good and fits my iPad really well. Unfortunately, before I even took it out of the box, you could see that there were scratches and marks all over the case. My first thought was, "is this used?!?". Oddly enough, there was a sticker on the packaging that said "NEW". Why you would need this type of label on a packaged material is beyond me, but I have my doubts as to whether or not this label was actually true.

The case is also slightly different from the picture, but in a good way. I was concerned that the top of the iPad (near the mic, earphone jack, and power button) would be exposed, but the case I got actually wraps around all of these features.

If not for the scratches, I would be very happy with the case. Even if these scratches are not from being a used item, I don't really think it's worth it to waste money on a case that will look terrible quickly after use. Unfortunately, this one's going back to Amazon...

There isn't much to say about this product -- it is a thin piece of clear plastic shaped to fit the back of the iPad 2. :)

It looks and works as advertised. Snapping it in place took about 2 seconds and the fit seems perfect. The Apple smart cover still functions properly, and it is wonderful to be able to toss my iPad around and not have to worry about the back getting dinged and scratched!

I'm giving it four stars because mine already seemed to have some scuffs and scratches on it when it came out of the box. But honestly, this thing is designed to take the scratches so that your iPad *doesn't*, so I'm not going to get too worked up about some minor damage that probably occurred during shipping, especially since the price is reasonable.

Skin Genesis - face, cleansers

While I love everything in the Skin Genesis line, this is the only product I didn't care for. First of all, the cloths are very thin and tear easily unlike my beloved Dove cleansing cloths. The cloths are well packaged and preserve the wetness well, but I have to use a few cloths to completely get all my makeup off which is wasteful. I am in love with every other product in this new line, but I would not repurchase these for the reasons stated above. Dove's are much larger and stronger and they give some exfoliating benefits that these do not. Loreal Skin Genesis Micro-Smooth Wet Cleansing Towelette 25's

I love this product. I have stopped using MAC facial wipes. This is an excellent product for me. I am a 33 year old black woman whose skin was experiencing adult acne and greasiness. This product, although not an acne treatment, has brought balance to my skin. It is very soft and supple and I have not had any break outs (other then when it that time of month) or extreme grease episodes. It's great!

i use these to take off my makeup at the end of the day. i don't wear too much makeup so it totally does the trick for me. i actually cut the towelettes in half and that is enough for me to clean my whole face. the texture of these towelettes is a little rough so i think that's why it works so well. it smells really good and the packaging keeps the towels moist.

Have you ever seen a gorgeous person like Eva Longoria WITHOUT make-up? She is a normal person like me...just 30 years younger. I didn't wear eye make-up because I couldn't get it off until I found L'Oreal's Skin Genesis make-up remover cloths. Other products left a greasy, oily feel to my face and eyelashes, not Skin Genesis. So now I wear eye make-up and feel so much better about my appearance. I never leave the house without "putting on my face".

I love these and keep some in my car, and my purse if flying. I like to use them to reapply after a long day - good if I have an evening meeting and need a clean slate before reapplying evening makeup.

I'm not sure about how well these wash your face, but they smell AMAZING! After washing my face with one, I've actually had compliment(S!) about how good I smelled!

I usually wash my face with my normal cleanser and then wipe it with one of these wipes just because I enjoy the scent so much!

After using these for one day, I told my hubby that at the age of 54, I had gotten my 1st cold sore and showed him. W/I 2 more days, my whole face was getting these sores and I ended up no longer being able to use them. I replaced them with 'Aveeno Daily Cleansing Pads'. I gave my poor sore face a wk. off with using no products on it to give it a chance to heal. After using the 'Aveeno' pads for only 2 wks., my face started feeling wonderful and smooth. What a huge difference!!! In all of my yrs., I'd never had problems with being sensitive to any facial products but I guess there's always the 1st time. - Cleansers - Towelettes - Cloths - Face'

Ipod Touch 4th Generation - ipod touch armband, bundle

I just received mine and my 4th generation Ipod Touch does not fit in this armband although the description says it is for my model. If you go on the Belkin website, it says that this model is for the 2ND GENERATION IPOD TOUCH. Stay away from this if you are looking for a 4th generation Ipod Touch armband!

The 5 star review (or anything above 1) is probably a phony review because this product is obviously incompatible. Belkin iPod Touch Dual Fit Armband-Black

This armband is very durable and looks great. My Ipod fit perfectly in it and the touch screen can still be used through the protective clear front of the armband. The armband looks very stylish and much more expensive than it is. I think it protects and keeps the Ipod in place very well. The Ipod will only fit in it without any other gel cases around it. I would definitely recommend this.

Highly Recommended - highly recommended

These are NOT Sony batteries and will NOT display the time left. You are better off getting the NP-FD1 - it's cheaper and displays the charge time left on the LCD.

They are a little tight going into my DSC-T200, probably because of the extra stickers. Li-Ion Battery for Sony NP-BD1 / NP-FD1

As others have noted, this is not the Sony battery as pictured, it is a slightly different size with different wrap and generic lettering on it. It won't fit in your device as well as the Sony batteries (they are too tall for my t200), but it's not a bad/impossible fit either.

Oddly, the Sony battery often doesn't give me a battery timer, these do. I bought 2 batteries and both say 123 minutes when fully charged. I don't know how accurate that is yet.

Pros:

Decent battery life. They run approximately 123 minutes on t200 camera.

They're cheaper than the (in my opinion) overpriced Sony brand

Cons:

-Chinese li-ion batteries might have more safety issues. They are unknown quality. Li-ions need to be built with safety measures. It's safe to say Sony batteries are better.

-Did NOT come with a battery case, this makes it easy to short them by accident when not being used or stored. It's something I would be especially concerned about with cheap batteries like these. Saving a few dollars on a battery isn't worth burning your home down.

-shipping makes these much more expensive, especially if you have to pay per item. It can almost double the price.

-not a perfect fit

This battery fit into my camera and the recharger easily. The the price it is a great back up battery if you are taking a trip with your Sony digital camera. Some people commented that the battery didn't fit the camera- but I didn't find that to be a problem. - Highly Recommended'

Highly Recommended - four channel, headphone amplifier

I've been looking for something that splits the sound from a computer sound card to multiple sound devices, such as various headphones, powered speakers, amplifier, etc. When I began looking for something to split the sound between devices, I wasn't sure what to search for, and I couldn't find anything that would work. I knew nothing about headphone amplifiers, but that is exactly what I needed, and finally happened upon it. I looked at purchasing the Rolls HA43 Amp, but I liked the style and layout of this unit better. All the connections are in the back and the control knobs are in the front. The unit looks good, feels very sturdy and is well made. The sound is easily adjustable for each device and sounds great. I was worried about hiss/hum noises before purchasing this, but I don't hear any at all. I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend it. ART HeadAmp4 Four Channel Headphone Amplifier

This is an extremely reasonably priced basic headphone amp. Like another reviewer said, the only thing I'd like that it doesn't have is an on-off switch. You just plug it in and it's on. But it's really just fine the way it is. The unit is surprisingly sturdy feeling, and the knobs move pleasingly smoothly - no sudden shifts in volume. I like that each output has both a 1/4" and an 1/8" option. I haven't used this unit for critical listening yet (I use it mainly for monitoring during recording, not mixing), but I am quite happy with the purchase.

This is a great product and does what it's supposed to but I have three complaints about it.

First, as others have said there is no ON/OFF switch. If you want to turn it off you must unplug it from the back of the set-top box as I've been doing. Also, that green light in the center of the box is really, really bright and quite annoying and distracts from when your watching a movie on TV. I usually turn the box to it's side to resolve this or cover it with a dark colored paper. The other problem I have is that the inputs and outputs where you plug in your headsets are in the rear when they make much more sense to put them in the front. By having them plugged in the back the wires have to be bent/curved 180 degrees since you're facing the front of the box -- rather than straight if they would have been in the front. As a result, not only are you losing some wire slack (for example instead of 10 ft of wire length you only get 9.4ft) but as a result of the wire bending (in some cases more than one if you attach multiple headsets) the box tends to move out of it's place.

Also, because of the size and shape of the AC Power Adapter (see image at top of this product page) when plugged into a power strip/surge protector you end up take up or covering 2 or 3 outlets, which really sucks!

looks good.

works perfect.

ideal for my computer which seems to have very low vol, specially when i plug my earphones in.

Also tried it with a zune and a few headphones at the same time. cant complain, they sure amplified.

only bad thing: it doesn't include the audio cable required to connect the audio device to the amp.

i bought the iSimple ISVE913 3.5mm Mini Male to 3.5mm Jack for that porpoise.

The problem is, the resulting sound will sure depend on the cable, if you get a bad cable, you'll end with interferences. this is why i think they should include a suitable cable.

But if you are looking for an amp with 4 outputs (3.5 mm and four 6.5 mm), the HeadAmp4 works like a charm.

This product is really a great deal, sounds good, no distortion or buzzing or anything i could detect, even when you crank it up. Its very solidly built (metal case); the design is nice too. I've been using it nearly everyday since I got it, it's been holding up great.

*Just a note: this is an amp only...so that means it is only good for volume increase and more appropriately powering outputs than the originally source might.

I bought this primarily as an amp for my new headphones, which needed a little more juice than my computer alone could provide.

My only complaints are small:

-all the jacks are in the back (can kink cables if they are ultimately fed forward; can be a good thing if you don't want a mess of cables showing on your desk)

-no power switch (I don't really care though, I just leave it on for the most part)

-the knobs are little too close to each other

-power supply is chunky, can block other outlets

Not much else to say, if you are looking for a solid headphone amp on the cheap side, go for this.

I was considering this one and the behringer HA400. Decided on this one based on some other review on other sites. Its a solid unit and seems well made. I have it connected to the output of a x-fi titanium and there is no background noise unless you turn the volume on the amp to greater than 3/4 power which would blow you ear drums out if you played music. The main reason i purchased these were the front audio connector on my computer has static noise so i wanted something to connect directly to the back of the soundcard that gives multiple outputs. That being said the sound is a bit fuller coming from the amp but i could only tell the difference with a high end set of headphones. Sounds great with the ATH-A700 from Audio Technics. At last the only thing missing would be an on-off switch but since i havent found any of these microamps to have a switch i didnt deduct a star.

I'll start with the conclusion that this product does exactly what it is designed to and claims to, and that is the reason that I gave the product 5 stars. This product will work as a signal multiplexer and headphone amplifier whether you are in a home studio or a professional studio, or just need your signal amplified.

This device is extremely flexible because it has both size sockets on the input and outputs. The volume controls have a sturdy feel and are very fluid when adjusting. The sound is clean providing that the correct level of input is used. The rest is elementary.

This is a very well made study box with a rugged feel. It is nicely stylized and has a convenient compact form factor.

This was an impulse buy for me, but I would highly recommend this product to anyone that would like to either amplify their existing headphone signal, or amplify and use up to four headphones at the same time.

In addition to the product, I am ecstatic about the service that I received from SameDayMusic. They performed well beyond my expectations in promptness. - Four Channel - Headphone Amplifier - Amp - Audio'

564xl Cartridge - inkjet printer ink, 4inkjets

I imagine it is the same for every consumer, when you order off brand things you get very nervous about the quality of what you are getting. Well this ink arrived in decent packaging and the quality of the prints seem to be dead on to the original. When installing the ink the photo black cartridge leaked a bit on my desk, otherwise I may have given it a 5. LD © Hewlett Packard Bulk Set of 11 (HP 564XL High Yield) Compatible Ink Cartridges Only $5.99 Each! 3 Black + 2 Each Photo Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow

I looked over and over the ad for the ink I purchased, I did not see that they were refilled ink tanks. I also purchased the 564xl so I would have more ink. I have only had these for a week and the ink is all ready fading and not bright at all. I am very disapointed in the quality of these ink tanks and I have 11 total and spent $65.on them. I print very little color, mostly black.

I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing this product; I'll never make that mistake again.

First, this are either low-grade knockoffs or "recycled" cartridges. Or maybe both.

Two of the five leaked when I opened them. They didn't click properly into place without a bit of work. Once installed, my printer can't run the "Align" function, is constantly making me verify that I know I'm using off-brand products, refuses to recognize that all the ink tanks are now full, and prints with very spotty, inconsistent color.

This was absolutely NOT worth the few bucks I saved, and I will never buy anything but HP cartridges again.

I was little skeptical of the ink cartridges since it's was an off brand, and the reviews of the product were not so great. Since it was such a great price I figured I would give it a gamble.(I literally was going to order One XL Black Hp Ink cartridge and the color pack combo for the same price before I saw this bulk package. Well I got the ink cartridges today and installed the extra large black cartridge. It DID NOT leak all over the place nor did it drip all over my desk like past reviews. You just have to be careful tearing of the orange safety tabs. Even though it printed fine my printer did read it as low ink for some reason hence why it got four stars not five. Overall I would def recommended this product!!!

I bought this set of ink cartridges due to the quantity of ink for the price. I just printed some photos for the first time with this ink and it appears to print OK. No major complaints on the printing. However, be extremely cautious opening the ink cartridges and installing them. The cartridges leaked upon removing the seal/tabs and I got ink all over the place. Make sure to have and old towel or some paper towels around.

I bought a set of these and when unpacking them, had high hopes. The packaging is very nice and of high quality. But I had a couple of them overflow when removing the vent tape as instructed during installation. My hands were very colorful for a day or two. Then I had a black smearing all the print until I replaced it with another cartridge from the same order...that one worked fine. Lastly, I have a yellow that is still full but will not come out so the greens are coming out blue and so I've swapped that one around. Hopefully, I can get reimbursed for the defective cartridges. I don't think I'll get anything for the time and trouble though.

Initially looked like a bargain. I bought the whole package, cyan, magenta, yellow, all XL, and black XLx2, black photo XL x2. Each cartridge lasted only 1/3rd of the regular real HP product. Also the first black cartledge I inserted was not recognized my printer, and I had to have it exchanged. As other reviewers indicated, black cartledge leaked everytime I took the protective plastic shield, and my hand got totally black stained together with carpet. This is not a bargain. I would strongly recommend not to buy it.

My first need for the ink cartridges was for the main black and photo black cartridges. The photo black cartridge leaked immediately all over my hands and my desk. Having read this is a common problem, I managed to soak up the excess ink and installed the cartridge anyway. I then installed the main black cartridge with no apparent problems. I then printed a few test pages. There were black ink drops on the printouts, black smudges, and the black lettering was noticeably blurry. I quickly headed to Officemax to buy HP brand cartridges, installed them, and everything worked fine. Needless to say, I returned the LD cartridges. While others are reporting success with the LD brand cartridges (at least, to some degree), I would not recommend this product to anyone. - 564xl Cartridge - 4inkjets - 564xl - Inkjet Printer Ink'

Sensor Pouch - shoe pouch, ipod accessories

This Tune belt case is just what i needed, I didn't want Nike + Shoes, but I wanted to safely stow away the Nike + sensor. This does an excellent job of securing the sensor, and the instructions are impressively comprehensive considering they give you diagrams on the slip of paper and subtitles to them. Easy to use, can be used with every shoe. Keeps your sensor out of dirt and water, I ran with it in rain today and it's still working fine. I'd recommend this over other plastic holders due to its durability. Tune Belt Sensor Pouch for Nike+iPod Sport Kit Sensor

I don't own the Nike shoes, so this is a perfect way to adapt any pair of tennis shoes with your Nike Plus. I went running in the rain and it protected the sensor from getting muddy and gross. Don't know if that even affects the sensor, but I'm happy with it.

I've previously purchased two (2) "Tune Belt Sensor Pouches" for both my wife and daughter. They liked it so much that I recently decided to buy one for myself for use in Wisconsin winter running.

It's an excellent product as it snugly stores your Nike+ iPod sensor in a soft fabric pouch, enveloping it in a sturdy, classy-looking leather skin, and then securely locks it down with heavy-duty velcro (easy-to-follow directions are included). And rest assured, there's no problems with communication between your iPod and the Nike+ iPod sensor in your "Tune Belt Sensor Pouch."

All-in-all, the "Tune Belt Sensor Pouch" is stylish, rugged, and does exactly what it was built to do.

This a great product, especially for the price. I was even able to put them on my leather flip-flop like shoes!

By the way, make sure you don't put the sensor in upside-down like I first did, or the reading will be wildly off.

I got this after reading the other positive feedback on this item. It works as described and saved me alot of money. Nike+ shoes are so expensive. This allowed me to use my other shoes that fit better and achieve the same results.

Had bought a pouch that laced into my shoes previously - bad move!! It made changing shoes impossible! This little guy solved all problems. Works great, low profile, no jiggly, and easy to change shoes for the conditions. THANK YOU! - Shoe Pouch - Nike Plus - Ipod Accessories - Running'
