Halloween - teen

This book was great! I was never bored once, the characters were interesting, there were lots of shocking events and the ending was great! I had questions about who the killer was... I didn't think it was very obvious. I liked it alot and I reccomend it to any reader who enjoys a teen horror novel. I think it would make an awesome movie! Halloween Party (Fear Street, No. 8)

This was one of the best books I have ever read. It was scary and at the same time, it was full of mystery. It kept you guessing until the very end and as always, R.L. Stine did a great job making you feel what the characters were feeling. I read the entire thing in one day and I just couldn't put it down. I would reccoment this book to anyone who enjoys a good scare.

if you really like mystery or horror or just like getting scared.this is the book for you. i think it is quite a page turner a real edge of your seat thriller.this book will keep you right on guessing till the end even I was surprised to find out WHO the killer was. this book is the best i diffently recomend you to read this one first if your a first time fear street reader.

My book is about a group of nine people invited to a HalloweenParty, this is the title of the book. They were invited by a girlthat never payed much attention to them. The girl's name was Justine. She put invitations to the party in everyone's locker at school. The invitations showed a picture of a coffin that said "reserved for you!" on the inside. All the people that received the invitations were puzzled. They didn't know why they were the only ones invited. Everyone asked if they could bring their dates, but Justine said no. The nine people were scared because the party was at a haunted house on Fear Street. It was known as the Cameron Mansion. People have been known to have vanished from there and people were also murdered there. Two people that knew Justine, wanted to go to the party. She said no. They were furious. During the party, people were hurt, and maybe even killed. Some people noticed that there was a killer running loose in the house! People started panicking, but didn't want to tell anyone because no one knew who the killer was. I liked this book because it was a mystery until the end. Also, I enjoy scary stories. The best part was when the lights went out during the party. As I was reading the book, I felt like I was at the party. Also, I felt like I was in the room when the fire was lit. At the end, when the story got scary, I felt scared too. I've read a lot of books written by R.L. Stine. I think this was the scariest one too. I'm planning on reading more. Did I keep you in suspense? If I did, then you will want to read the book to find out what happens next.

Mr.Stine wrote a wonderful book every young adult should read this book this is not only a wonderful book it is also a thrilling book and just in time for halloween Mr.Stine has never written a better book and futhermore every fear street book is wonderfully writen and scares alot out of you The idea of plot in this book is brillant and the best I recommend Mr.Stine to any young adult or adult who would like to read an exiting book!

Synopsis: Justine Cameron, the new transfer student to Shadyside High, and the most beautiful girl in school, is throwing an All Night Halloween Costume Party at the Cameron Mansion. She has invited Terry Ryan, Niki Meyer, Murphy Carter, Trisha McCormick, Ricky Schorr, Angela Martiner, Les Whittle, David Sommer and Alex Beale. What is so strange about that? Almost all (if not all) the guests don't know Justine really well, and cannot imagine why she invited them. Murphy asks Justine why she invited either a jock or a wimp or someone's girlfriend to her party. David, Murphy and Alex (who are considered the jock team) start daring the wimps (Terry, Ricky, Les, Trish) to see if they can survive the party for the whole Halloween night at the Cameron Mansion.

What starts off as a fun game of pranks soon turns out to be really ugly because Niki, who is Terry's girlfriend, used to date Alex, so the pranks become more serious and personal. Both the teams come up with their own plans to how to scare the other team before Justine's party. Someone puts a plucked chicken head on Terry's tennis racket. Niki, who has a hearing problem and is somewhat deaf, gets a note saying "You will wish you were blind too".

On the night of Halloween, everyone shows up in their costumes at the Cameron Mansion. They meet Justine's uncle, Philip, who Justine is living with. The party starts off nicely, but turns into horror as one by one, the guests go missing, and are found dead. At first, everyone thinks it is just a trick that one team is playing to scare the other team, but they soon realize that their lives are really in danger.

Could it be:

- One of the teams that are trying to scare the other?

- Bobby McCory and Marty Danforth, two of the biggest bullies in Shadyside High who are angry that they didn't get invited, that they actually tried to crash the party?

Can Terry figure out what is happening to the guests and who is responsible for trying to kill them, before it is too late?

Review: I thought that this was a great Fear Street book to read because it was very different from the others. Some aspects of the book were really terrifying, especially towards the end when Terry figures out that people's lives are in danger. I also enjoyed the snarky comments between Terry and Alex as they fight over Niki, because it was written very realistically and made me feel for Terry's character. The truth behind who is responsible for all the events is also shocking, and even though I somewhat guessed that it was probably that person, the reasons for doing what they did was a shock to me, because even though I was scared of the character, I also felt sorry for that person.

My only suggestion on how this book could have been better was if Stine had put more horror into the book and spent less time focusing on Alex-Terry-Niki relationship, and more time on the actual Halloween Party.

Overall, I enjoyed reading this book and thought that this was a very well written from some of the other Fear Street books that Stine has written. - Teen'

Beginners Guide - photography book, scott kelby

In the usual Scott Kelby style he write these books as a collection of pointers to a friend photographer. Every page in all three books are written with one pointer or tip on each page. As Scott writes in the prelude:

"If you and I were out on a shoot, and you asked me, 'Hey, how do I get this flower to be in focus, but I want the background out of focus?' I wouldn't stand there and give you a lecture about aperture, exposure, and depth of field. In real life, I'd just say, 'Get out your telephoto lens, set your f/stop to f/2.8, focus on the flower, and fire away.' You would say, 'OK,' and you'd get the shot. That's what this book is all about. A book of you and I shooting, and I answer the questions, give you advice and share the secrets I've learned just like I would with a friend, without all the technical explanations and without all the techno-photo-speak."

This being said, this also means that he doesn't dwell deeply within each tip or pointer explaining _why_ everything works as it does. This is for the reader to find out researching the topic further in other reference books.

Surprisingly to me, this works very well! I thoroughly enjoyed reading these books and I would say that I have become a much better photographer reading through all the tips.

Book one is quite general in topic, spanning from how to create really sharp photos to a description of wedding photography. This book is, according to me, a must have in every digital photographers bookshelf. This book is also clearly aimed at beginner photographers.

Coming to book 2 and 3 they differ a bit, especially of how they are written. These books also have the 'pointer and tip' layout, but more detailed information can be found here. Book 2 for example describe thoroughly which gear to use when using flash and how to set up your mini-studio and book three goes even further on how to shoot specific subjects.

This box set offer any digital photographer a helicopter view of how to use your digital camera in the best way to get 'professional' photos. Primarily these books - as all Scott Kelby books - offer small insights of what to think about when shooting digital photos. Kelby also does this with a huge amount of humor, making all his books a joy to read. Scott Kelby's Digital Photography Boxed Set, Volumes 1, 2, and 3

This review is specific to the Kindle version of the box set. These are great books. So good, in fact that I bought the Kindle version for my iPad even though I already own a set of print edition. I intend to use this as a reference while traveling with my camera.

Despite my enthusiasm for the content, the Kindle edition set is very difficult to use. All three books are delivered as a single file, but the table of contents pulled up by the menu only refers to book one. To find the contents of book 2 & 3, one must search or manually scan the pages. This issue renders the Kindle book very difficult to use as a reference.

Updated: Amazon informs me that the only option is to contact the publisher or take a refund. With regret, I have accepted a refund and will continue to use the print edition. I cannot recommend that you buy the kindle edition of this set.

These books are aimed a novice DSLR users. If you've done much photography or read up on the subject, you won't find much real new material in here. Fortunately, Scott Kelby avoids the traps of getting bogged down in the operational specifics of the equipment he is discussing (this is not a rehash of the Owners Guide). The books are to the point, light hearted and fun (with lots of the usual Kelby humor).

These books are great for beginners who've usually invested in fancy camera gear and would now like to know - how does this damn thing work? And why don't my pics (weddings, babies, landscapes, flowers) look anything like the pros? Well, Kelby provides quick cook recipes for a host of usually occurring subjects and topics and enough info to get better than average shots. Enough to please you and your subject without getting into the tech details. And that's great for starters and for most people ...

Beware. You will receive a single eBook only. You will not receive all three copies of the book. If you want to get to volume 2 or 3 you must page through thousands of pages to find them. There is no table of contents for Volumes 2 & 3 at the front. My recommendation is to purchase the three individually as Amazon support was worthless and could not understand the problem. I returned this single edition and paid the extra $3 to get the books individually. Much nicer now as I can quickly access any chapter in all three books. Amazon really needs to figure this out or at least note this in the description. I am not sure if this goes for any book sold via Kindle as a multi-volume set. I know that I will never purchase a multi-volume set from Kindle again. As for Scott Kelby's Digital Photography book series I give it a 5 Star rating. I just want to save people from the hassle that I just had to go through.

There are so many photography books out there that it can be a daunting task to choose one. This set by Scott Kelby greatly exceeded my expectations. The content ranges from beginner to what I would call advanced/intermediate. I've been an DSLR user for almost 2 years, but was new to any photography terms/skills beyond point and shoot cameras. These books are set up to offer a variety of topics in small chunks. Each specific subject is on 1-2 page - Easy to read a little bit at a time. I always have one of these books with me to read at appointments or when waiting on kids in carpool lines. I can't emphasize enough that these books are both a valuable resource and a pleasure to read. My husband probably thinks I'm crazy when he sees me laughing out loud, holding a book on Digital Photography. Kelby's skill combined with a good dose of humor makes these books great. Hobbies like photography have so many technical aspects that, if taken too seriously, can be overwhelming to the kinds of people who actually need to read a photography book. I have learned a lot from this series. I would suggest reading them with page markers in hand to mark the pages you want to remember and reference later. My set has colored flags sticking up all over them. - Digital Slr - Beginners Guide - Scott Kelby - Photography Book'

Tape Dispenser - packaging tape, adhesives

As this nifty little product advertises on its box, it is frustration free. Having moved six times in ten years (as well as helping others!) I am all too familiar with brand name packing tape that turns into a nightmare. I am on my second roll, and I have not once had a problem finding the "start" of the tape, "split" pieces of tape, or any mangling of the tape of any kind. It also holds on the boxes well, and is easy to cut off with the perforated "cutter" mechanism provided on the side of the roll. Really great product - wish I had been using it all along. Henkel 7307 Duck 1.88-Inch-by-22.2-Yard EZ Start Carton Sealing Tape with Dispenser, Clear

I ran out of packaging tape and being a trader and seller online, I need it in the house. After reading other reviews (and prev. good experience with Duck brand) I decided on this.

It unrolls easier than the Scotch brand i was using. It's static-y though, so paper 'jumps' up to it, which can be bad if you need to NOT tape a specific area (eg barcodes for the USPS delivery confirmation). But between the price and my current experience, I'm very happy! - Tape - Adhesives - Packaging Tape - Adhesive Tape'

Herniated Discs - back pain, lumbar

After 20 years working in physical therapy, one thing I know about back pain is that what is helpful for one person may not be for others because of the multitude of causes. I decided to try the Back2Life because of the 30-day return offer. Although it didn't help me, the product is well made and I can see how it might be helpful for some people, especially for relaxing muscle spasm.

HOWEVER,...I found the company lacking in integrity when it came to returning the machine. After spending 45 minutes on 3 occasions trying to get through the "Return" line, I had to endure very high pressure to try it for "an additional 30 days". I relented and tried for the extended period without improvement and, since I was nearing the end of 60 days tried to return it. Turns out they give the 30 days extra from when you call to return it rather than adding an actual 30 days to your original time period. They were very stubborn about not taking it back even though I was only 2 days over "their" extension (but under 60 days).

Bottom line, possibly a decent machine, but the company is interested in getting your money by any means they can, rather than being satisfied to make their profit from satisfied customers. Be careful! (And if you need to return it, choose the "want to purchase" option on the phone rather than the "return" option--they will pick up right away rather than leaving you on hold forever.) Back2Life Continuous Motion Massager

I bought this item after a recommendation from a tennis pro who has chronic lower back pain after years of pounding on the hard courts. I was diagnosed with sciatica and periformis syndrome. I suspect that too much tennis caused these issues for me. I began to suffer from lower back spasms, point pain in my hips, and bursitis. After 2 months of physical therapy and chiropractic care, it actually got worse. I decided to try it just for the back spasms. After the first 5 minutes on the machine I was regretting buying it and not looking forward to the process of sending it back for a refund. But I gave it a chance. After 2 or 3 sessions, I began to feel the tenseness in my lower back releasing. I've been using it every day for about a month and I definitely feel the difference in my mobility and the spasms and sciatica are also greatly improved.

I didn't give it 5 stars because the sound is a little annoying.

I ordered the machine and it seemed to work relieving my back pain as advertised. However, it only worked for about 4 sessions then quit. I called Back-2-Life's "customer service" line and was told what has turned out to be a long series of lies. I was promised free return shipping and a replacement machine, I was then told they hadn't located the proof of purchase and would call me when they found it and arrange to pick up the defective machine. After a week, I called and was told that a supervisor would call back to discuss the lack of progress. After no call back, I called again and was told that a motor would be sent out (not the whole machine as I had been earlier promised) and I would receive it within a week. A week later and no motor, I am told that they have to check to see if they have the part and it will take 48 hours to find out if they have it. The bottom line is the machine does not function, and after 8 phone calls and 3 weeks I am still no closer to a remedy. The hassle with getting anything (including a straight answer) from Back-2-Life is NOT worth any benefit the machine may provide.

I have had back pain for years from an accident on a boat that caused a disc to slip out in my lower back. After years of pain and discomfort I finally had surgery that fixed my back problem. I still had some pain on some days but not like before. I was getting my yard ready for the growing season and I have a riding lawnmower that I was on and off a hundred times that day and the last time I felt my back starting to hurt. Couple of days passed and I was taking some medicine to help the pain and discomfort but no help. I went to the doctor and he gave me stronger medicine and a week went by with no results. I went back demanding a MRI to see what I did and he told me to hold out and it will get better. Another week went by and no results so I went back and he told me about Back2like. I went home and ordered it that day and within four days it arrived. I opened it that night and did two rounds. The next morning I told my wife that I just spent another $200.00 on a worthless piece of exercise equipment. I did another couple of sets that day and the next morning I woke up with no back pain. I tell all my friends about the back2life and how it helps me with my back pain.

I was horrified when I started to develop severe lower back pain that several of my family members and friends had described; where they had extensive back surgery and therapy.(with limited success). After about 8 weeks of this pain I was convinced that I needed to see a doctor. That night I saw the "Back to Life" machine advertisement. Out of shear desperation, I called and told the order taker that I knew that this was a gimmick but I was going to try it anyway. Boy was I ever thankful I did! This thing really worked and after 10 days my back pain was totally gone! I have worked this machine into my regular exercise routine, and find it very easy to use; and quite relaxing. I can see from other testimonials that it has not produced the same results for everyone; and that each situation is probably different. Apparently I was a perfect candidate for this thing and have highly recommended it to everyone that I hear complaining about their back pain. Don't waste your money on the pills the Back to Life people will try to sell you. They are very expensive, hard to get off your credit card, and in my opinion not necessary. The machine is the ticket; not the pills.

I tried one of these once and ordered my own immediately. It seems to work like the spinal decompression machines that chiropractors advertise and really relaxes your back, immediately. The people who's machine I used were raving about it and said it really helped their back pain. There are lots of videos on the YouTube that explain how it works, which someone might want to watch before ordering. (UPDATE): November 17, 2009 - Received my own back machine and am using it after doing 'Bootcamp' at the gym and having my back so tight and beat up that I thought I might have to stop going...it seems to relax the back to where you aren't tensing the muscles and you can stretch it out. If you go to Chiropractors I think this is what they call a 'release', where the tension goes away enough to where you can stretch your back and get it loosened up. Anyway, I've had really good luck with it. No matter what sort of back problems you have it seems like having something to relax your back would be helpful. The videos (on Youtube) indicate that its more for long term relief, but so far the short term relief seems good. UPDATE: July 24, 2010: Found what this is best for...I noticed that every time I'd use it (sometimes twice in a row) that I would sleep really well...I hadn't realized how a stiff neck keeps you awake. So now I use it regularly just to sleep more relaxed. After using this and being more able to do 'core exercises' in bootcamp, I'd reclassify myself as someone who doesn't have back problems, or at least 2 or 3 on a scale of 10. The 'Sarge' at Bootcamp has been convinced by some back surgeon that what he needs is to have his spine fused...I gave him the brochure for this and hoping he'll try it instead or at least get some chiropractic advice...me, I'm going with this! - Back Stretcher - Relief From Low Back Pain - Lumbar - Back Pain'

If they would beef up the clips a little more I would give them 5 stars. Some caps with thick bills will take the mounting clips to their limit. Be careful putting on and pulling off. The switch on the bottom is located much better than previous models with small switch on side. MasterVision 1001 5 LED Cap Light

I bought 3 of these. When I tried to put the batteries in the first one both clips that hold the batteries in broke. The second one I asked my husband to put the batteries in and once again the clips broke. The third one just doesn't work. Spend a little more and get something that works.

This thing fell apart as soon as I tried to put the batteries in. The chincy little contacts just snapped right off. It's hardly worth the time let alone aggravation or postage to attempt to return it. - Junk - Led - Headlamp - Great'

Michelle Monaghan

All the ingredients for a fine contemporary comedy are here, including a pertinent theme (the difficulty of finding love amid career obligations and easy sex) and an assortment of courageous young actors (Natalie Portman, Ashton Kutcher, Greta Gerwig, Olivia Thirlby). Unfortunately the director is Ivan Reitman, who's never made a more emotionally complex film than Meatballs (1979). Telling the story of a med student (Portman) and an aspiring TV writer (Kutcher) who try to navigate a "sex friendship" without falling in love, Reitman settles for easy laughs, and his off-color jokes about menstruation and drug use feel like greeting-card gags. The charismatic leads keep this watchable, but it's a waste of their talents. No Strings Attached

Comment: This review is written by an older guy from the "free love" Emerson Lake and Palmer, Black Sabbath, Yes, and Beatles generation. I don't usually watch "chick flicks", but i'm a movie collector, so some "get through". This film is a (hard core) formula movie for this genres (chick flick). I have to say that when this movie started I couldn't help but think how "prissy and "gay-like" (the new generation depicted by this movie...) was looking and acting. As the story started to go... it started to become entertaining. One thing that I just couldn't get past was the casual way people had sex with each other. I mean even back in my day of "free love" (despite what you may of heard or read) when you were "boning a girl" you liked, you didn't pass her around like a reefer (as some of the characters were doing). My "distilled" comment for this movie is that if you strip away all the "fluff" around the main story it is somewhat entertaining. Is it believable or true to life... not a chance in hell. Please don't "flame mail" me as some have done in the past. This is a "free and open" venue for us to express our opinions. Thank You.

I thought this would be a cheesy movie with a few good moments and I was completely wrong. Typically, the man is a womanizer, a workaholic, etc. In this movie, the rolls are reversed. Natalie plays a doctor that is a workaholic who has a serious commitment phobia. She creates an odd friends with benefits relationship with Ashton, that backfires on her. Ashton plays a romantic who wants more out of the relationship and decides he doesn't want to play games anymore. The movie had a great flow. There were some funny moments, some sad moments, etc. I thought a couple of the kissing scenes were a little awkward/rushed, but other than that, the acting was great. When the credits start rolling, keep watching. There is still a little more to the story.

Definitely a movie for adults. Lots of talk about guys' "d***s", sex, complicated relationships, one night stands, etc.

It is really sad when you get your expectations up with a new Ivan Reitman comedy only to be bitterly dissapointed by it. There is a hardly any chemistry between the two protaganists (Portman and Kutcher). All we get is a bawdy comedy with a slow moving story. Kevin Kline is simply wasted. Just oh dear, yawn.

Sex without love is an impossible task? Some ladies of the evening may disagree. This isn't a bad movie just a totally predictable one. For the first two-thirds of the film it seems like it's nothing but a bunch of self-absorbed yuppies yammering about their delusional opinions on love and sex. Ashton Kutcher's randy dad played by Kevin Kline was the only thing making the enterprise palatable. It's only in the last third that the film redeems itself when it reaches the inevitable conclusion that yes, love between two people is a possibility. They released this film over Valentine's Day Weekend and I guess it would be a servicable date movie though those offended by rough and frank language might look elsewhere. Otherwise, it's pretty forgettable. Natalie, you won an Oscar! What are you doing in ho-hum fare like this?

can it be done..a no-strings relationship?? absolutely but this shows the, perhaps, flexibility of both sides .... the film would have been better without the suddenly and usual today reversal of "typical" character-roles in no-strings relationships ... why was he so surprised at the no-strings attitude???

Ashton Kutcher was not, however, very believable .. a bit kitschy and Natalie Portman's performance was trying too hard to retain the distance ... A no-strings relationship is OK and the film was OK.

I consider myself to be a solid judge of a movie based on the previews, and this movie's previews definitely piqued my interest. As a single woman, begrudgingly falling into the stereotype, I'm always seeking a good love story that I can relate to. Unfortunately, I felt that this one fell flat. A decent overall movie to watch on a rainy day, but a uninspiring storyline.

I've had this for about 6 months and never watched it, finally watched it and it was so funny. I thought this might not be that good but it was really good, soo funny! What friends with benefits should be about, and what happens when it turns messy! I loved it!'

Klipsch S4 - headphones, audio

Recently my old Sony In ear headphones stopped working and so I decided it was time to move onto something higher end for use with my Zune. When it comes to sound, I have always preferred the best sound I can get for the money, as I have practiced when picking receivers and speakers for my home theater systems as well.

This is the first product from Klipsch I have bought but I knew of their quality before hand and that is what drew me to this pair. They definitely lived up to their name with these. I'll start out by saying that the headphones have absolutely amazing sound reproduction quality, though it doesn't have the huge bass "punch" in my head like my Sony's did, it is very balanced. Perhaps this is due to the fact I didn't put the headphones under a burn in period yet, so I will update once I have done that. The bass that currently there though is still very good and it compliments the very good mid and high ranges. In comparison, I have tried many other friend's headphones before and this is by far the best ones I have listened to thus far.

Second, the noise isolation is superb, I can barely hear anything when I have them in, so though this is very good in noisy environments, I wouldn't suggest taking strolls around with them in or running alone, otherwise you will not be able to hear anything around you.

Third, these headphones are extremely comfortable, even after prolonged use with them, you still only can tell they are in your ears because the music is playing haha!

Overall these headphones are amazing for the money, I would recommend these to anyone. 5 Stars.

UPDATE 3/9/11

After putting these headphones under a sufficient burn in period, I have noticed a good increase in bass "depth" and punch to my music, which makes these headphones all the better! I have let my friends use these over the past few months as well and they all tell me that they are absolutely blown away by the quality of these headphones. It gives a new meaning to just listening to music, its more like being surrounded by it, or as if you are in the studio while the artist was recording. Klipsch Image S3 Noise-Isolating Earphones with Patented Oval Ear-Tips (Graphite Grey)

Before I write something about the produce, a bit about my affiliation with sound. I am a guitarist, have performed on stage for small scale events in my country and hence I have done a lot of sound checks, adjustments on consoles etc. Additionally, I am fond of good quality music. But who isn't, right?

So I was trying to find a substitute to my over the head Sony MDR series phones, as they are too heavy to carry around in streets while walking and besides, in Chicago winter, your head is already covered beneath layer(s) of stuff.

I ordered these after researching for about a couple of months. When I received the package, I was excited. I opened the pack (which seemed at least 10 times bigger than what was required to pack them), and connected it to my Laptop right away.

First reaction: Shi! I waisted my money on this!. In audio terms, great mid, shrill type highs and totally third grade lows, and volume levels were lower than what I was expecting.

But I was still hopeful so I thought I should give some exercise to the Diaphragm of the phones and put them through the Burn-in process, which I did, by playing Bassy music for about an hour and a half (or less).

I tried them again...

Second reaction: Money well spent. The Lows were good, not too loud, but balanced. mids were, as usual, good, but I must confess, I think there is an extra bit of balancing required for the highs, which apparently are a bit more than required.

I am not sure about comfort as the plastic buds may fit different ears differently and one out of three sets should fit properly. Go ahead, take em out an experiment. I am sure you will find a comfortable size. Unless you have uniquely shaped ears.

Overall, I am enjoying my music (the one that I recorded with my acoustic guitar) and I would recommend this for anything less than USD 30.00

4 stars because obviously, there are better earphones out there with far more balanced sound and better quality and I personally don't have enough reasons and of course, money, to buy all of them.

Rest of the things seemed good and I like the pouch, although it doesn't have a lot of utility for me personally. At any given day I would choose better sounding earphones vs nice packaging and a pouch. Thankfully, didn't have to make a choice here. A good for money deal!

Just a personal thought : Try twisting'em inside your ear to know which position gets the best sound delivered. I personally like to place them in my ears in such a way that the wire goes over my ears. I think I can get more quality tone then.

The sound is fine, whatever. It's on par with the similarly priced Sonys. The main thing is that there's a lot of cord noise if you walk or run with it. The flumping will nearly drown out the speakers at normal volume. Not recommended for active use, but great for sitting quietly and not moving.

Overall, i think these headphones are great. they sound great, have good bass, and are very comfortable. one issue i have: the thin cables transmit a lot of noise, say, when they rub against your sweatshirt. My brother has the image S4s. no doubt, the S4s sound better, but he was really surprised for the value i got for half the price. For half the price i'd say i got at least 7/8 the sound. all that's missing is the clarity that the S4s offer. - Earphones - Earbuds - Headphones - Audio'
