Running Barefoot Minimalist - slipper, watershoes

These arrived quickly and are super roomy with a high instep. My daughter went for a year wearing such "water" shoes for everyday and I can't wait to give these to my nephew's son to run, climb, play, go to school and use as a great, basic, everyday shoe. Also, they can be thrown in the laundry and washed on super hot, stain cycle, whatever it takes to get them really clean. Something that can't be said about many other everyday shoes. 99 Cents Kindle - 99 cents kindle, brain teaser

'Brain Teasers' are those cerebral puzzles and problems that take mental acuity and concentration to resolve and solve. They are also a great source of entertainment (and occasional frustration!). In "The Little Black Book Of Brain Games", author Suzanne Beilerson has collected an impressive variety of these little 'mental games' that include word-play, math-play, and logic-play challenges. Of special note is that she has also included the answers and solutions in the back of this little pocket sized compendium of pure fun that can be taken anywhere, anytime. "The Little Black Book Of Brain Games" is especially recommended for those who enjoy a challenge and see problem solving as a form of personal entertainment and an excellent way to pass the time. The Little Black Book of Brain Games (Brain Teasers)

I am not happy with my purchase as it does not tell how to write in the words for these games. For example in the first word for the glue game the answer is toe. I tried to type it in the blank space between mistle and hold and it won't let me. It gives no help options for this.

Too confusing on my Kindle. I would have rather purchased the book, I'd be able to write in it and skip through the pages easier. Not really what I was expecting. Taught me to do more research before I buy.

I just returned this Kindle purchase. I first saw the person who gave this 5 stars and thought it would be a fun way to keep my brain active! But you can't type in the answers on the Kindle...I guess you would have to carry a pad of paper and write the answers on paper...but then why have it on your Kindle! I will continue to look for more game books...but this one isn't one I would suggest purchasing for your Kindle.

I was so excited about this puzzle book. I would no longer have to carry around my notebook and pen. WRONG! About 7 puzzles into the book I was given a puzzle which had a bunch of boxes in a triangular shape. Well I couldn't put the letters in the boxes. So it was useless to me. It's ok if you don't need a notebook and pencil to solve them. Good luck. - Brain Teasers - 99 Cents Kindle - Brain Teaser - Brain Game'

Case - mytouch 4g, htc

First of all, this is not a "gel skin case". It is a plastic case with a satin finish. In fact, it is identical to the product below:

"Black Rubberized Protector Case for T-Mobile myTouch 4G (Mybat)"

I ordered both and they are 100% identical, they even come in the same packaging.

Spend a little extra on something less terrible.

'Gel' in this case means nothing more than a satin finish (like on a Thinkpad). This case offers ZERO protection from anything but scratches. I dropped my phone from waist height and the case fell off, the battery cover fell off, and the battery fell out. Also, the digitizer screen cracked.

Functionally, this case is challenged as well. Although it falls right off when dropped, it's nigh impossible to get it to come off without damaging it, and you'll need to do that to swap batteries or change SIM or memory cards.

The only good thing is that the satin finish feels nice in your hand. HTC myTouch 4G Gel Skin Case - Black

This gel skin fits neatly around my HTC/T-Mobile myTouch 4G device lining up with all the buttons and the camera for easy use. The skin appears to be made of durable material; at least so far there has been no sign of defects or premature wear.

This case is great. Its you basic gel/rubber case that would probably run you 14-15 dollars at a retail store. It protects very well, thats why i bought it. The only drawback is the cut for the charger. I use a older car charger for my mytouch and the plug is wider and it pinches between the case and phone, so its a bit of chore to get it in. Other than that. It does its job.

Couldn't ask for more from a skin. It's a good fit, not much static. Adds extra traction so the phone doesnt slip off tables, etc. Also there's enough room to squeeze an ID or credit card behind the phone.

The gel case fits well and gives a great grip to the phone. The only issue is that the space for the charging port is not big enough for the connector to fit so have some issues during charging, else a great product at this price. - Htc - Mytouch 4g'

Bostitch - nailers, floor nailer

I have just finished installing a little over 200 sq.ft. of 3/4" walnut flooring and so far the stapler has worked without any problems. At the pace I am going it has saved me a lot of money vs. renting. I have about another 300 sq.ft. to go and will update this review went it is completed. NuMax SFL618BR 3-in-1 Flooring Stapler/Nailer with White Rubber Mallet

Excellent!!! Installing approxiamately 1500sq ft of tigerwood bamboo flooring and the NuMax SFL618BR 3-in-1 Flooring Stapler/Nailer with White Rubber Mallet has been flawless thus far... We are about half way done and no problems... Excellent product...

I bought this to install a 3/4" x 3 1/4" solid maple floor in about 1,000sq ft of space. Aside from it jamming once, I did not have any problems with it at all. The only time it did not sink the 2" staples was when I got tired and didn't hit it hard enough. I set the compressor to 95psi and it worked great. The mallet worked great and I just turned it around to tap the wood planks in with the angled hammer side of it. I would think this is ideal for a DIY'er.

I bought this to do 400+ sqft of flooring and did not want to rent a tool. At this price it was an easy choice to buy vs. rent. The tool has worked very well. I used the oil it came with in the air intake as you normally would to oil an air tool. Even so I did experience a couple of jams early and quickly realized that plunger shaft was not popping back up as easily as it should because there was paint oversprayed onto the shaft. I squirted some oil onto the plunger shaft and never had another jamb.

If you buy this tool I suggest you drop a bit of oil on the outside of the plunger shaft before using it and you will be very very happy.

Great product! My husband and I ordered this nailer for LESS than we paid to rent one twice.

We decided to put hardwood floors in most of the 1st floor of our new house, and being new at flooring, we figured we'd have it all done in a couple of weekends. Wrong!! We then borrowed a friend's manual stapler/nailer, but it took a lot of effort to use.

The NuMax is reliable and very easy to use. In addition, it uses several types of nails and staples, so we were able to not only use the huge box of nails we purchased at the rental store but also the smaller box of nails we bought for the manual nailer.

Just started using it this weekend; about 500 perfect nail shots and no failures or jams.

Hearing protection is a must. This thing is very loud. But well worth it for the labor savings of having the air drive the nail to an exact depth every time.

The NuMax Flooring Stapler was well worth the purchase. I couldn't be happier. The nailer performed well and it was a much better than renting one. The floor looks beautiful and now I have a tool for future projects. I highly recommend this product. I used bostitch 2" L cleats to install my floor and the tool never miss fired. There were a couple of times that I didn't hit the striker head hard enough and the cleat didn't set, but that was totally my fault. Don't know how other brands work, but this one was worth every penny.

Just received my NuMax and installed the first 150 feet of 3/4" prefinished oak flooring. Not a single mis-fire or marred piece of flooring (and this was the first time I have used a flooring nailer). I have about 1,500 feet to go.

I set my compressor at 110 psi and every nail was set perfectly. The handle on the mallet got a little loose near the end, but a wedge fixed that. A good product for the price and definitely better than paying high rent on a worn out nailer from a rental place.

I do high end carpentry and always seemed to borrow a flooring gun for the odd and end times i had to lay flooring. Lately I've ended up with flooring jobs over 10k sq ft and finally decided to buy one. For a $150 bucks I figured I'd try it 3000 ft in not a single jam, had to wedge mallet head (came loose) But that's it. Cool toy that seems tough!

This is an awesome nailer! I hammered 2 inch staples through my hard maple flooring with ease. I didn't want to buy the expensive Bostitch nailer as I am just a do-it-yourselfer. Anyway, I would highly recommend this nailer if you need a reliable piece of equipment at half the cost. Ironically, my neighbor bought a nailer for his flooring and it is falling apart already. You don't need expensive brand names, just something that works. - Nailers - Hardwood Flooring Nailer - Floor Nailer - Hardwood Floor Nailer'

Holster - case, holster

This holster arrived and as soon as I opened the package I could tell I was going to be disappointed. The "leather" feels very thin and fake. The magnet does not come close to holding the case shut, and even when the two sides of the magnet are an inch apart, the magnets are not strong enough to pull the two sides together! The inside of the flap was already cracking and the portion of the holster that covers the phone has the thickness of newspaper. It also seems to be more paddle shaped than I remember my original case.

I immediately went down to a nearby Staples and bought an "OEM" BlackBerry case. While I paid $35 for the "real" case, it was well worth it. This case isn't worth the $10 I paid for it...Thats what I get for trying to save a few bucks!!! Just trying to save the next user from buying this junk! I cant believe that BlackBerry even makes something of such low quality!!! Is it really a BlackBerry product??? BlackBerry Leather Holster for BlackBerry Bold 9000

This case is useless. My phone will not fit in without a lot of pressure and I can't get it out again without pressing buttons I don't want to press. The magnet is not positioned correctly to activate to turnoff feature so that the phone remains active while in the case until it times out.

Some of the reviews state that this is just too small for the Bold 9000. At first, I thought this, too. But quickly realized why. And why I was wrong.

The holster that came with the phone had you slip your phone in with the screen facing away from you. This one, however, has you flip the phone around, having the screen face toward you. The case is form-fitting, so if you try to put it in the original way, it's not going to go in properly. Flip the phone around and it slips in and comes out quite smoothly.

I actually like this better because not only is the screen now completely protected (before it was slightly exposed on either side of the flap), but now when I need to answer a call, I just pull the phone out of the holster and to my ear. Before, you had to pull the phone out, flip it around and then answer. This provides a much more fluid movement.

Great product!

This is NOT a case for a BlackBerry 9000. Although labeled as a case for a 9000, there is a sticker under that label that says it is for a 9500. It is too snug for a 9000. I can squeeze a 9000 into the case, but not without pushing lots of keys on the way in and out. It also does not put the BB into sleep mode, which would mean the battery drains faster than necessary. magnets is not working. - 9000 - Case - Holster - Bold'

Arabic Music - bellydance, turkey

I did not know about tribal fusion dance until recently, when I took up an interest in traditional belly dance music, such as doumbec. What I discovered was this rich sub-culture with incredible music. These dancers are truly creative, and the music they picked for this CD is obviously their favorites. Thank you all, this rocks! Evolution: Tribal Fusion Belly Dance Music

This CD is by far the best compilation of ATS/fusion music!!!! Every song is great!!!! I am a ATS belly dance teacher in a small town in Colorado, and I don't have access to new music that I can listen to. So I really rely on who's on the front and who's reviewed it. Whoever rated this CD before me was very accurate. Very usable for classes and choreography. Thanks to all who contributed. - Belly Dance - Turkey - Bellydance - Middle East'

Home Theater System

I did a lot of research before buying this unit to replace an older JVC home theater system. I wanted "wireless" surround speakers, but didn't want to sacrifice sound quality. We've had the system for about a month and we're totally satisfied with it. The sound is superb and the picture quality is great, plus I have the capability of upgrading to a 3D television w/o having to buy a new DVD player (I'll have to work on the wife to get that done, lol). For those unfamiliar with "wireless surround speakers", they are not totally wireless. The system has a remote receiver that plugs into an electrical outlet and the rear speaker wires plug into it. It does eliminate having to run speaker wires across the room from the main unit, but you still have wires between the remote receiver and the speakers. I would highly recommend this system. Samsung Electronics HT-D6500W Home Theater System

The Samsung Electronics HT-D6500W Home Theater System is an excellent Home Theater In A Box. I compared it to the Sony BDV-E580 Blu-Ray Disc Player Home Entertainment System (Black) Both spent a week at my house before returning them BOTH for various reasons. First, I want to preface that the reason I returned the item is because it had a faulty Auto Sound Calibration (ASC) unit. The Samsung has quite a few positives against the Sony model. Here we go:

PROS:

+ 2D to 3D conversion included

+ Extra tweeter in speakers (Truly makes a difference over Sony)

+ Well thought remote

+ Much better quality sound

+ Can play MKV and several other formats, either from a USB Stick or DLNA device like a home server (Good if you don't already stream through a game console or HTPC)

+ Wireless rear speakers (not true wireless, but you needn't string wires from the TV to the back of your couch)

+ Fully customizable and preset sound options (Big deal over Sony)

+ Menu Layout is WAY BETTER than Sony

CONS:

- Sony has much better 3D Support, current and future.

- Customer Service is lacking, not very helpful.

- The Sub woofer is the weakest part of the system. It's not very powerful, and it's not a down-firing sub either, unlike Sony.

- The wires are MUCH shorter than Sony, you will likely need RCA AH1650SN 50 Ft. 16-Gauge Speaker Wire

- No power saving options, unlike Sony

Overall, the Samsung is truly superior. The biggest strengths is that it has 2D to 3D conversion, and the sound quality is far superior. However, Sony does have a much better/louder Sub woofer.

We purchased this system 15 days ago. It was easy to set up and it works fantastically. The sound quality is very good. From adventure movies, to war movies, to the sound of the rain in Out of Africa....we are very very pleased with this system.

Needed a new home theater system, my 6 year old Bose Lifestyle (mabe a little older) had a broken CD player, and the remote chronically ate batteries like candy. In retrospect, the length of cables provided by Bose created a mess in my room. Since I have a Samsung LCD, I went with Samsung. Components are all physically much lighter than Bose; don't let that fool you. Excellent sound, played a movie with bombs, moving cars, guns:better than the Bose. Can't say the installation was flawless, since HDMI cable from cable box to TV had to be removed so another could be inserted, AND, since the LCD only has 2 HDMI inputs, I had to disconnect Apple TV (which I use infrequently anyway). Note well: a button on the remote changes the speaker use from just the two front to all of them, with all the sound options!!! Don't forget to push this. If you don't you may think only your front speakers work when they all do. Buy two HDMI cables at Radioshack, they take returns. Amazon was out (weird). IPOD dock work perfectly. I am getting some delay when switching sound from CD to TV. Don't know what that's about. Oh, the ugly triangular bottom slides off the front speakers if you don't like it; I took mine off. All speakers connect to the wall if you want. Rear speakers have no problem connecting "wirelessly;" they are connected to a small reciver, but have no other connections, i.e. almost wirelessly. Why spend almost $3,000. when you can get this for $500.

First off I will start by saying this is my first home theater system.... so of course I'm going to think its WAYYY better than my TV speakers alone. Also I will make the disclaimer that I'm a 23 year old female who is not extremely tech savvy. After making those disclaimers I believe this system was fairly easy to set up. Really all you have to do is plug the wires into the speakers and then into the receiver, it's all color coded so it's pretty simple. The rear wireless speakers are just as easy to set up.

Now my reason for four stars.... after getting it all set up I discovered I was getting a picture from the cable box but no sound, I was getting sound from the Blue Ray player, the radio and the apps so I figured it wasn't a problem with the speakers. I contacted Samsung and they ran me through several different sequences of unplugging HDMI cables and plugging them back in, and switching their ports, and finally resetting the entire system, after all of this they determined the HDMI ports on the receiver were faulty.... I called Amazon and told them what Samsung had told me... the friendly representative told me she would speak with her manager to get the approval to replace my system... I really didn't want to send it all back and she said that sending me just the receiver was not an option. So while I was on hold I did my own trouble shooting and plugged my old Blue Ray player into the HDMI cable that the Cable Box had been plugged into ( Samsung technical support had not even suggested this) and WAHLAA, I had sound. So once the Amazon representative came back I apologized and told her that I believed the problem was actually with the cable box. I called by cable company and they were able to reset the box and everything worked fine! It's not really four stars for the product itself, more for Samsung customer service.

All in all the system is a good system for a first time Home Theater user. I decided on this one after extensive research, since I didn't know anything about home theater systems at first. I had some options that I knew I wanted, and could live without others (such as XM radio receiver built in.)'

Carpet Protector Protection Runner Vinyl... - carpet protection - seller unrel, runner rug

Talked to the company in length for description. I was sure this was going to be the runner I needed over my carpeted stairs. I have small inside dogs and wanted something that would clean eaisly, but being in my entrance way, it would also have to look nice. This is a cheap piece of very, very, very, thin foam. The only thing I could use this for is a backing under an area rug. It is just too ugly to describe and it does not lay completely flat on stairs. There is always a place not sticking or wrinkled. Pretty expensive for just a days use for movers too. I suggest you run, not walk, away from this one. $50 down the drain. Carpet Saver-Floor Protector-Beige-15' x 30" (Beige) (15'L x 30"W)

I've owned CarpetSaver for 2.5 years and my experience has been different than the reviewer who gave it 5 stars.

CarpetSaver can prevent DIRT from getting onto the underlying Carpet as long as you are careful to vacuum it and wash it frequently enough. I've been vacuuming CarpetSaver once a week and washing it once every couple of months. (I live here alone and remove my shoes when entering the house.)

Here's the problem: I've found that CarpetSaver has NOT prevented the underlying carpet from GETTING WORN. After all, the carpet is still under pressure from stepping on it, with or without CarpetSaver. As a matter of fact, I actually suspect CarpetSaver's continual presence on the carpet has accellerated the flattening out and tangling of underlying carpet fibers. Yes, I do realize that CarpetSaver is very light, but its presence does seem to have accellerated the flattening out of the underlying carpet. I initially bought CarpetSaver, and installed it on the stairs, because I was mainly looking to protect the carpet on the noses of the steps, but it seems to have accellerated the wear of the carpet on the flat parts of steps.

To those reporting better results: could this be due to your removing CarpetSaver more frequently and vacuuming the underlying carpet more frequently? Maybe vacuuming the underlying carpet more frequently would prevent CarpetSaver from causing the underlying carpet fibers to flatten out? (But I'd hate to have to remove CarpetSaver once a week to vacuum the underlying carpet in addition to vacuuming CarpetSaver itself once a week)

Perhaps those with better results have a different carpet type than mine. Are you SURE you haven't experienced any accellerated flattening out and tangling of the underlying carpet as the result of using CarpetSaver?

UPDATE: I feel I should also point out that you MUST regularly vacuum CarpetSaver and you MUST wash it at the first sign of any ground in dirt. Don't be lulled into thinking that dirt can't potentially pass through CarpetSaver and get through to the underlying carpet, because dirt CAN potentially pass through CarpetSaver. Granted this is unlikely to happen if you vacuum it at least once a week and wash it at the first sign of any visible ground in dirt.

This is my third winter with the carpet saver which I purchased for my stairway. I design wedding bouquets and visit with brides in my basement during the winter months and was concerned about the wet shoes on my "frezia" carpeted stairs. The first couple of years drove me nuts with trying to keep the carpet saver in place on the steps. It would bunch up and get wrinkles and look horrid. I finally resorted to taping it in place (with packing tape) on each end of every step. That still did not work very well, as it would still get unslightly wrinkling. Finally, this year I got smart and cut it apart making just a flat surface to cover each and every step, without wrapping it all the way down the front of the steps. I still have to tape each one in place on each end and across the front where I just wrap it around the bull nose of the step, but I note that I never see carpet fibers adhering to the tape so I feel confident that the tape does not harm my carpet. Now, I only occasionally have to "pull them in place" by loosening one of the taped ends from the carpet and stretching the width of the step again and pressing the tape back in place. Each Spring I remove the tape from the carpet saver and toss it (in this case "them") into the wash. My opinion is, if you can manage to keep it in place on the steps it does a nice job of saving the carpet from soiling. I admit that it doesn't look very pretty, but then again not really that bad if you can keep the wrinkling out. To me the hassle has been worth it because when I remove it and the end of the messy weather my carpet looks fresh and clean! I gave it just 3 stars because of the pain in the butt it is to keep it in place. I even called the maker that first year of use and suggested that they come up with some sort of pen or clip that would attach it to the carpet, so far, I have found no such thing. In any event, I will continue to use these strips on my steps because I don't know of anything better without having to spend alot of money!

The product was not in its original condition. While the ad clearly stated the size, the picture misrepresented it, in that it was the manufacturers picture showing it in full size. It was also listed as "new," which it wasn't since it had been cut in half. Would not buy from the seller again.

I have been using the same carpet saver for 5 years. I bought this product primary to prevent stains/dirt on my carpeted stairs, as my stairs were taking a beating between a family of four and two dogs, a german shepherd and pomeranian. My carpet would look so dirty, if it wasn't for the carpet saver. You can definitely see the trapped dirt on the carpet saver when it is removed to be washed. The only down side....the carpet that is not covered by the carpet saver is dirty and dingy. I bought the 30" carpet saver in beige color. It holds up well and rarely moves around, unless of course the kids are "sliding and playing" directly on the stairs. I wash it in cold water and spin it to remove excess water. I don't place it in the dryer: I place it directly on my carpeted stairs and it dries quickly. It am considering buying a new batch of the carpet saver. As I mentioned, I have been using the exact carpet saver for 5 years and the nap is starting to wear thin in some areas. I would prefer to have wood on my stairs, but at this time, it is not financially feasible. - Carpet Protection - Seller Unrel - Runner Rug - Carpet Protector - Carpet Runner'

Camera Accessory - battery grip, camera accessories

I purchased this wrist strap for my Nikon D300. It is very high quality and works great, giving me a lot more control over my camera and adds security as well. I use this wrist strap in addition to the shoulder strap that came with my camera--the shoulder strap attaches to the wrist strap on one end and the unused eyelet on the camera on the other end. I couldn't be more pleased with this item! Hand Strap for Cameras or Camcorders

After switching to a hand strap I have no desire to go back to a neck strap. It's great having it there to give you that little extra security to just holding the camera. I'm not convinced however that this is the best hand strap to buy. I can't seem to get it tight enough to feel %100 percent about it without cramping my fingers and making it a chore to push the shutter button. I thought that the extra padding that goes down the back of the hand would help to make it more secure but it actually does nothing, most of the time it is only snug where the strap is and the rest of the pad isn't even touching my skin. This thing will do until I find one that's better

This does not work well with my Canon XSi. The strap works well only for the resting position. Don't even attempt to take shot with your hand in this thing. You'll end up cramping your fingers unless you keep your index finger outside of it and shoot with your middle finger. Then, and only then do you retain full access to all buttons, eg the ISO button.

I'm not sure if other SLRs have the same issue w/ this strap.

I was disappointed with this hand strap for two reasons, firstly, I'm a petite woman...5'2, 115 lbs so my hands aren't very big and this strap felt useless...it was never secure and secondly, even if it had fit on my hand, there's no way to easily go from the hand strap to the neck strap...seems logical looking back but at the time I ordered it, I assumed there would be a way to have both on there so I could carry my camera around my neck in between shootings

That said, it does fit well on a Nikon D200 so if you have man hands and don't mind not having a neck strap, it's not too bad

I received the hand strap for my digital camera today. The packaging was intact and secure. Product was not damaged in any way. It is easy to install, but having never used one before, I wish they had instructions; there were none. The inside padding and edge of the starp are soft, thus, ensuring no irritation during usage of the camera. I am very satisfied with my hand strap, product-wise and cost-wise. eForcecity is a vendor I will visit again and tell anyone I hear talking "camera", that I recommend them for their quality and value merchandise. Hooah.

I put the item on my camera as as it arrived. The item is simple to put on and it works great as far as helping hold the camera steady and is easy to use as well as keeping things compact. I like not having the bulk of the neck strap and it saves room.

The strap worked as expected and looks good. Good craftsmanship and feel. The strap is a bit floppy but easily on and off the hand with some maneuvering to place my index finger on the shutter button. But I did not expect the strap for ease of photo taking as for securing the camera while moving or walking. For that it works great and is comfortable.

On the downside, the attachment plate seems to bow a bit when over tightened and has a little separation. It sits securely if not completely screwed down so I didn't think of it as a big issue.

Overall I liked the look and feel of the product and would recommend for the price.

I added this to my nikon d90 along with my existing strap. I can throw the strap across my neck and shoulder when i'm not shooting and get a secure one hand grip while i'm shooting. Ever had that fear on a hot day of your hand sweating causing your to drop your camera? Get one of these and have more peace of mind. I will be ordering one for my d60 and d80 soon.

I purchased this product just looking to try something other than than the big, professional next strap I've been using for years. I installed this product on my camera (Canon SX30IS) as soon a sit arrived, and as unbelievable as this may sound, I found the installation process to be a bit troublesome. The theory of the installation is pretty straight forward (one end to camera's strap ring, the other screws into the tripod mount). The troublesome part comes when trying to adjust the strap so the padded part hits your hand just right, so you can access the buttons on your camera. Well, with my shooting style, and the shape/size of my hands didn't allow for a good fit of this strap for me. It felt in the way, and most of the time I had to double-handle my camera, pulling my hand out of the strap just to access the function buttons. I ended up getting frustrated with it, and took it off my camera & haven't re-installed it as of yet. I'm better off without it. The design, and materials of this product seem pretty sturdy, so I have nothing to bad to say about the product itself. It just didn't suit my needs, and therefor I rated as I did. - Camera Accessory - Battery Grip - Camera Strap - Camera Accessories'

Kids Luggage - sunny, kids luggage

I love this concept, and there are lots of good reviews so i purchased this Trunki for a recent trip. My 3yo son was thrilled. And, admittedly, it was fun and easy getting him through the airport - when the closure mechanism wasn't failing. For such a great overall product, how the closure mechanism could be so crappy is beyond me. The closure mechanism (the 'nose' in the picture) is a flimsy piece of plastic barely able to cover the lid plastic, and even if you do get it closed (a trick), if it is tapped the wrong way - poof, your suitcase is open. Huge product design failure. By the time they fix it, my son will be too big to ride on one, but I will keep an eye on them because without this flaw it would be Fantastic and a great gift for a traveling 2-4 year old. Melissa & Doug Trunki Sunny (Orange)

I brought the Trunki for my 4 year old and was skeptical about it after looking at all the reviews about the trunk popping open. I pulled the trigger and bought it anyway thinking if it didn't last the trip I would return it. When it came in the mail I looked over the instructions and was scared to see special instructions on replacing the latch after it pops off. Taking a closer look at them I found that there is a few steps that you need to take to ensure the case wouldn't open. I made sure both clips slid down and locked them before letting my 4 year old on. I also didn't over stuff it with toys and stuffed animals. It worked great I didn't have any problems with the case opening. (I should mention I did have the saddle on it, however I tested it with and with out the saddle and it didn't matter the case stayed shut. I would recommend using the saddle if you think it will pop open because it would be extra security)

That being said, she loved it. She used it as a seat when eating, played on it while we waited at the gate, and rode it while I pulled her through the airport. The case fits under the seat and the over head compartment easily. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that it doesn't turn easily. My daughter would use her legs to help me turn it and working together it went smooth. You have to slid the front wheels little by little to get it turning. It sounds like a pain in the butt but I was walking around the airport at a fast speed not thinking about it and I was able to weave in and out of people with minimum effort. The Trunki rolls over all the bumps we cam in contact with at the airport. My daughter only fell off twice, one time she dropped her stuff animal and thought she could get it by leaning down and scooping it up and the other was my mistake taking a corner to fast and not paying attention.

All and all I give this product 5 stars, great for kids. I am expecting it to last until my 1 year old is old enough. For the price you can't expect to much but I would say it is worth every penny or maybe worth a little more.

This is an excellent suitcase. My 4 year old was very impressed that we had bought him a ride on toy and his older sister and brother were very jealous. I imagined it was just a funky looking suitcase and the wheels wouldn't be up to much but I was pleasantly surprised at the great build quality and the very rolly wheels. It makes an excellent yet practical present as children see it as toy while adults see it as a great suitcase which is a handy airline hand luggage size.

The catches, thickness of the plastic, handles and carry strap are all great. There is a locking mechanism at both ends which is turned by a plastic key so Trunki isn't going to fall open by accident. My four year old can easily move it by himself and absolutely loves it.

Highly recommended.

After reading the other reviews, my husband and I weren't sure if we should buy a Trunki or not. We were preparing for a trip to India and looking for items to help make it an easier trip for our 2-year old. We had our reservations after reading the reviews, but we went ahead and purchased it and I'm so glad we did.

Granted, I wouldn't try to check it in at an airport, and it isn't a super high end piece of luggage (it's only $30 after all!). The only thing I could think to improve it would be to change how it opens. In a way i twould be nice if the top opens up, instead of it fully opening. We ended up packing clothes in it for the flights home because it was easier to open other bags to get toys out. But all in all, the advantages far outweighed any negatives:

- Our son rode it, pushed it, and pulled it at the airport

- Provided fun time, as well as a great way to use up some of his energy during layovers

- Turned into a good toy while overseas, as well as a great way to store the toys we took for him

Overall, I would definitely recommend purchasing a Trunki for anyone that travels a lot with an active toddler!

This product is not durable... it falls apart easily... It was more of a hassle to have it because i ended up carrying it most of the time because my daughter of 3 didn't want to pull it anymore. It can easily break too... i don't know why don't they make them stronger since kids are using them.

Oh this was soooo disappointing! We had the original Trunki and used it for years and LOVED it! It worked great on our 5th trip using it just last week. We added a new Trunki to our collection for our youngest son and it was a mess. The handles are awful and very hard to use. They fall off and, yes, I can put them back on, but the original hinges worked so great... why did they change them?

And in the airport, one of the wheels popped off and would not go back on! This was such a disappointment and I've emailed the company. I was so surprised because Melissa and Doug is usually such a great company. WHY oh WHY did they change something that worked so great? :( I want my money back for sure...

Flooring Stapler

I installed 800+ feet of 3/8 engineered oak hardwood flooring using over 8000 staples, and the stapler worked perfectly. There were no miss-fires, and the stapler would not shoot a staple if I didn't have it lined up correctly - which is a huge plus, because I've used others in the past that would put a staple in the surface of the floor if you didn't have it placed on the tongue properly. Even if you're only going to install a few hundred square feet of flooring, this is worth buying because it costs about the same as renting a unit for 3 days, and it's brand new and not abused like most rental units are.

Also a HUGE plus with this stapler is that it uses 1/4" staples instead of the 3/16" staples that Bostich and the cheaper Bynford stapler use - and that will save you the cost of the unit on a larger project. I got 5,000 1/4" staples from amazon.com for $8.50 per box with no tax and free shipping. The local H**e D*p*t wanted $25.00 for 5,000 for the 3/16" staples. I used 3 boxes and that saved me over $50.00 alone.

Another PLUS is the ability to use multiple size staples, and not just 1" staples... and of course it can also be used as a brad nailer to install the shoe molding after you're done with the flooring... yet another cost savings... I haven't used it as a brad nailer yet since I already own a Bostich brad nailer.

This stapler has already made me much more money than I paid for it and the quality seems good, especially for the price. The only con I can think of is the instruction manual is very poor, and if your not very mechanically inclined, of haven't used a flooring stapler before, it's not real clear how to adjust the stapler for the flooring size. Once I got the stapler adjusted for my particular floor thickness - it worked perfect and lined up great and I was able to shoot staples as fast as I could move along the floor board.

Last thing - Bob at Woodworker Specialties was great in replying to my emails and questions. I would definitely purchase from them again even if they're price were higher (which they are not - they're lower). And fulfillment by amazon was another plus for me since I'm an amazon.com Prime member and got free 2 day shipping.

Buy this item with confidence - any issues will be resolved by amazon.com and Woodworker Specialties with just one email - so it's a no brainer in my mind BYNFORD HARDWOOD FLOORING STAPLER NAILER (Uses standard narrow crown staples such as Senco "L" etc)

Bynford Air Stapler made my job of installing Engineered Hard Wood Flooring in my home so much easier, did it in half the time compare to a regular Air Stapler. I tried using a regular Air Staple to save $$ prior to purchasing the Bynford Stapler, what a mistake that was. I would recommend this stapler to anyone installing Engineered Hard Wood Flooring. Great saving on the Bynford Brand agaist others.

I purchased 5/16" hardwood flooring and a manual "banger" nailer ($200, used) that was supposed to work even for this thin wood. It nailed the face, not the edge. I wish I bought this stapler first. Works great, easy to use, and when converted to the face nailer its works great as a woodwork nailer. At this price, even with a compressor it was much cheaper than any manual floor nailer. Only 2 shortcomings: 1) it's rated to take up to 1 1/2 inch nails, but the clip won't close with longer ones. And 2) changing from the 45 degree floor stapler to the straight brad nailer is too cumbersome to regularly switch back and forth. Overall I love the tool. I thought I'd sell the compressor and this after the floor project was done but it's a keeper.

I am almost done with 700 sq ft of 1/2" engineered flooring using 1 1/4" crown staples. It get's the job done, with my pancake compressor set at 90 psi. It is a little hard getting the staples into the gun, but have not had too many problems. Good for 1 or 2 jobs, but not a tool for regular use.

I purchased this stapler for one-time use to install oak manufactured hardwood flooring in a 12' x 20' family room. It performed perfectly and never misfired or jammed while stapling 3" wide flooring every 4 inches (around 3000 Senco staples.) The included tack head worked fine for the last 2 rows. It's not clear, long term, what oil to use; The instructions say 30 weight, the included oil was much lighter - I used the included oil.

FYI: When changing heads the instructions say to remove an "O-ring". The "O-ring" is tiny (perhaps 1/8 inch in diameter) and is used to secure a pin where you would expect to find a nut.

Overall, the instructions are sketchy, but it did the job.

I have to confirm the other reviews here. My son and I just installed 360 S.F. of 3/8" engineered wood with this stapler, without a single jam or misfire. I set up the base plate and penetration according to the manual, and my first two test staples were perfect using my 2 Gal. portable compressor. I also bought the 1" Senco staples 5000 pack, which was the right choice, since my local stores only seem to have Bostich staples, which are not recommended for this tool.

I can not say enough nice things about this product. The value is off the charts and beyond that it truly is a quality product. I used it to install 500 square feet of 3/8 thick Brazillian Walnut from Lumber Liquidators. It is not engineered ,but literally solid hardwood. This is the product you want for install.

I ordered the Bynford hardwood floor stapler to use for installing a bamboo floor up stairs. The directions needed a little more information but once you hook it to the air compressor and play with it a bit, you figure it out. It is light weight and easy to use. My husband and I loved using this product. It made the project much quicker. It saved us alot of money because we did not have to rent one. We could install the floor as quickly or slowly as we wanted without worring about a huge rental fee.'
