Lifting Gloves - valeo, weight lifting gloves

I found Valeo's sizing chart through Google, it says my palm which is 8-9 inch should fit a Medium but it was too tight, especially at the knuckles, my knuckles hurts as it was stretching the stitching when I clenched my fists. Large was better for me. Valeo Ocelot Lifting Gloves (Large)

These are the most comfortable gloves I own. Period. For anything. I own snow gloves, driving gloves, biking gloves, etc. I am used to rough, mesh gloves, and these are a total relief. They wick sweat well, they look awesome, and they are super comfortable. The padding isn't overbearing, but if you need a lot, it's there! I'll never buy another brand.

I bought 2 pair of the Valero gloves based on the sales description. I think they are a good deal for the price. They are well made and quite comfortable. I would compare them to any simiular lifting glove costing twice as much. Like many pair I have used, they are a bit snug, even the X-large!

First of all I love the gloves. Good combination and use of leather and stretchy material. On Valeo's website it says that if my palm measures 9 inches around, I would need an extra large. But it turns out that the 2XL size fits my hand snugly. Good thing I went with my gut and got the larger size instead. The extra large would never have fit my hand.

Wanted to say these are by far the best weight training gloves I've used. All my other gloves were cut at 1/2 finger length, the 3/4 finger length is really the way to go. They are also way more cushioned and much softer leather than the Harbinger 143.

My hands measure almost 8 inches in circumference and the large fits me PERFECT, snug but not too tight, and not at all loose. (This is two sizes "too big" according to the Valeo sizing chart, which says I should be a small-- trust me a small would be way too tight and cut circulation, a mistake I made with the Harbingers).

One last note- the image on these gloves is way off, here is what they really look like: [...] (with a few exceptions: there aren't any ventilation holes along the fingers, and the logo is black instead of red).

Happy lifting.

I've had these gloves for about a year; use 'em twice a week on average.

Fairly quickly, the fabric holding the velcro straps began separating. And more recently, the seam on one of the thumbs has separated the whole length of the thumb. (For the record, I've only washed them once, in cold water on gentle, precisely to keep 'em in good shape for as long as possible.) And finally, the padding [which it turns out I prefer not having in the first place] on the right glove has always been a little bunched at the base of the thumb / palm, and has always hurt a bit during press exercises.

I've still got a $10 pair of Harbinger gloves in my gym bag that I used constantly for about five years; they were always more comfortable than the Ocelots, and held up way better.

I have used these Valeo ocelot gloves for 8 or 9 years now and have always found them to be of excellent quality. They have sufficient padding in the palm and fingers and what I especially like is the 3/4 length fingers that extend beyond the middle of your fingers. When you are lifting 200-300 lbs. of weights and more, the long fingers keep the bars and levers from cutting into the knuckles on your fingers when you lift. For me,this is a great feature. One caution is that these gloves run SMALL. Normally I wear a size Large glove but even the XL size of these Valeo gloves fits me very snug.Order at least one size up.I highly recommend this product.

Very comfortable. Velcro works great. Plenty of padding on the "business" side but not too much; you can still get a good grip. Leather is very soft and comfortable but seems thick enough to last. A couple of friends of mine have used theirs for a couple of years and they are still in good condition. I like having the fingers go 1/2 out the finger to the knuckle.

I've been using Valeo gloves for years with no complaints and thankfully this is still the case! Per usual they are well made with lots of cushion and grip which makes lifting far more enjoyable and less dangerous. This is, however, the first time that I've used ocelot instead of leather but so far I'm very pleased. At first they felt a little stiffer than leather but they are softening with each use. One more thing: when ordering them, definitely choose a larger size than you would normally. I have relatively small hands and the medium size fits great. I definitely recommend these gloves and would order them again in the future! - Weight Lifting Gloves - Valeo - Lifting Gloves'

Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants - relationships, young adult fiction girls

If you are not familiar with the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, this is the last book in the series where four real close friends travel far away from each other but share one thing in common. They can all fit into these pants that look wonderful on each of them. This last book takes place after their first year of college and all of them face the fact that they are changing and what used to be home can no longer be called home.

The scenario of this book goes like this:

Bridget (the beautiful blonde, athletic type) goes to Turkey kind of randomly particpates in this dig. She finds that she loves to dig but also realizes that she makes the same mistake over and over. See she has this really great boyfriend Eric who also made plans for the entire summer. She was upset that they wouldn't be seeing each other and started to forget about him thinking she didn't love him anymore. What will Bridget learn about love in the end? Will she learn the hard way or the easy way?

Carmen (confident latina girl) has not been herself for a whole year, she has become invisible. Carmen somehow lost who she was and has been hiding behind Julia this popular actress who is a bad friend if you ask me. Carmen excludes herself from her friends and follows Julia to a drama camp, she isn't into acting but want to be with Julia and build sets. Carmen learns that friends are not supposed be happy when you are sad.

Tibby (timid and fragile) is invovled with a great guy named Brian. Because they love each other so much they took the relationship to the next level. Tibby freaks out because she might be pregnant. She becomes resentful towards Brian and pushes him away thinking that she never really loved him. What is the fate of Tibby and Brian? What does Tibby learn? Is she pregnant?

Lena (artistic and romantic) takes summer classes and intends to focus on art work all summer. However, she becomes very curious about a classmate of her's and feels like she is over Kostos. Is Lena capable of loving someone else though? She certainly is trying, what about Kostsos, he does appear in this book!

The friends all come together at the end because something has happened to the pants! The story ends but when you read it you can predict what will happen for each girl in the future, the author did a great job with this final book. I am sad the series has to end, but I felt it ended in a good way. Just Perfect.

I would reccommend this book for any girl or young woman who has great friends or who wants great friends! Forever in Blue: The Fourth Summer of the Sisterhood (The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants)

If you've read the other three books in this series, you're going to love this installment. If you haven't, read those first three books and then check this out.

Forever in Blue has the four girls fresh out of their first year of college, and a lot has changed. Carmen hasn't found her niche in life yet and feels like she doesn't belong to anything, so she's doing her best to avoid the other three seemingly successful girls and instead goes to a theater camp with a college friend, to work on sets instead of act. Tibby is taking a summer class at her college and is still in love with Brian... until a pregnancy scare makes her hide. Lena is in an art class, lusting after the first guy she's been interested in since Kostos. And Bee is in Turkey, doing an archaeological dig and becoming closer and closer friends with a young professor there (nevermind that she has a boyfriend and he's married!).

While this book deals with more mature and adult themes than the first three, it is no less charming. The author writes beautifully and manages to include numerous thought-provoking statements that are easy to relate to. You will feel yourself being pulled into the novel, unable to stop reading.

The ending of this novel is more satisfying than those in the past have been, likely because this is the last one and readers want to know what happens in the future. Most loose ends are tied up nicely, and the few that aren't are hinted at so you are able to draw your own conclusion. I highly recommend this book for those of you who have ever spent time reading about Tibby, Bee, Lena, and Carmen - you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to reread it myself.

I am a big fan of the first three books in the series. I think Ann Brashares is a wonderful writer and really has a sense of all the emotions, ideas, and worries that go through the minds of 16, 17, 18, and 19-year old girls. I was 17 when I read the first two books, 18 when I read the thrid one, and am 19 now (and just finished the last book), so I could really appreciate Brashares's ability to get into a teenage girl's head and heart. Every worry or thought these 4 girls have ever expressed in these pages I have thought too, and it was refreshing to hear Brashares express these feelings through Lena, Tibby, Carmen, and Bridget.

When the fourth book came out, I was very eager to read it. I was the at my local bookstore at 9AM pestering the customer service to put the book on the shelves. I hurried home and began reading it immediately. I have to say, I was somewhat confused by what I read.

Without giving too much away to those who have not read the book yet...

Carmen: Since when is Carmen the kind to take that level of abuse and neglect from a person? She is such an assertive and indepentdent character, and one year of college destroyed that?

Tibby: While I understand the confusion Tibby must have felt about the situtation (those that have read know what I am referring to), I don't know if Tibby would have completely alienated Brian and let things get so bad.

Bridget: Although Bridget's storyline seemed entirely random (Turkey? Where did that come from?), hers was the only one I felt remained true to the character's essence. My favorite story from Bridget is still the one from the second book.

Lena: Okay this is my main problem... what is going on here? Her entire storyline is completely and utterly out of character. Sorry, but *SPOILER* come on- Leo? What?!? Since when is Lena an exhibitionist who sleeps with artists? And then Kostos just randomly appears and the whole hotel sequence? Then it turns out his wife was faking a pregnancy and yay for everyone now they can be together? WHAT?!?! Personally I am very disappointed that Brashares did not pursue the Lena-Paul storyline she mildly started in book 3. At the end of the book, it was insinuated that Paul and Lena had a mild attraction that could grow into something. That would have been great! Paul seemed like he would have been such an interesting character that the readers could have gotten to know better through Lena. In my opinion he is much better option than Kostos, but Paul is not even mentioned in book 4.

In conclusion, while I did enjoy reading the last book, I felt the storyline and characters were slightly lost. The last section of the book seemed to come completely out of left field, and the last chapter in particular where bridget puts everything to a close seemed very anti-climatic and abrupt. I liked the series overall, but the last book is definetly not my favorite one. - Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pant - Young Adult Fiction Girls - Relationships - Girls'

Picnic

Collapsible Picnic Cooler-Navy

Just received this cooler and was really impressed by the quality. Nice details, made really well. Took it on a picnic last week, perfect size, easy to pack and carry. Lining was easy to clean. Folds really flat to store. My order was handled efficiently. Overall happy happy happy. Picnic at Ascot Collapsible Basket Cooler in Navy

The picture does not do this little basket justice. It is much nicer than pictured and quality is excellent. I used it to pack other Christmas gifts in rather than using a basket that might not get used again and it was a big hit. Ample space and easily collapses to a more space saver size. Excellent for taking potluck foods or transporting groceries.

I keep it in the car for when I go food shopping during the work day. I fill it with my ice blocks in the morning and they are still frozen at the end of the day. It folds up almost flat and takes up little to no room in my car. It's very roomy and holds three bags of ice from the grocery store.'

Cardiac Health - running, hrm

I have used this with my Garmin Forerunner 305, Forerunner 50, and Forerunner 405cx. Just wet it with saliva or water before you start, and it accurately and easily tracks your heart rate. The strap that attaches it to your chest is easily adjustable and easily removable. Unlike other products, my heart rate does not "jump around" 10 or 20 beats. The battery lasts a good amount of time and is easily replaceable. This is the best heart rate monitor that I have used, and I prefer it to Polar. Garmin Heart Rate Monitor

Works as advertised, no problems. This is a replacement of my first one that the seal (o-ring type) in the battery compartment failed, causing the battery to corrode due to moisture leaking. Then it never worked again. Be careful changing batteries not to damage the seal.

I got the Forerunner 405 as a gift, but without the HRM. I got this as an add on, but it worked seemlessly. I put it on and it synched immediately without having to really do anything on the device. Still figuring out all of the features, but the combo is highly recommended (I run and cycle).

I was very excited when I saw the ad for the Garmin Forerunner 405 and couldn't wait to get one. Unfortunately, when I went to make my purchase, the store only had the Forerunner 405 without the heart monitor in stock. To get the full benefits of my new Forerunner 405, I knew this was something I wanted to try.

When my Garmin Heart Rate Monitor came in, I immediately paired it with the Forerunner 405. Pairing was a breeze. I then put it on and wore it for a few minutes to check its accuracy (I wanted to be certain of its accuracy before I adjusted my run workouts based on the results). Suffice it to say, I was more than pleased with the results! It has become a constant companion to me along my runs.

The HRM is simple and easy to use. It picks up my heart rate everytime - quickly. I use it to send info to the Garmin Forerunner 405. When I put on the HRM, the 405 announces the connection in no time.

I bought this to pair with a new Garmin Edge 500 for cycling use. This was much cheaper than buying the Edge Bundle as I did not also want cadence. The strap works great with the Edge but installation was a little tricky. The Edge has to be "paired" with the HR strap but I was able to figure it out.

This is a great HR monitor and it paired easily (didn't have to do anything) with my Edge 500. It seems accurate and doesn't have any of the wild spikes I saw with my much older Polar HR monitor.

Most importantly, it is comfortable and doesnt leave any marks once adjusted correctly.

I reduced by one star because the strap is fairly short. I am not overweight (size 40 jacket) and I had to make the strap within 2" of its max for this to fit comfortably. Larger folks might have an issue.

Although the strap is very elastic, if it is stretched too tight it will leave marks and hurt.

I just turned on my 405 (held the "training" button) and it was recognized before it located satellites... It takes a bit getting used to wearing the strap around your chest, but it provides very good info... It is encouraging to see I can do the same run at a faster pace, with a lower average heart rate!

My bicycle Garmin 305 came with a cadence monitor... I really like this GPS device for my road bike and only recently did I become interested in adding the HRM strap. It comes ready to use, just be sure to set up your Garmin to work with the Heart Rate Monitor... it's a few menus into the device, but once I set the function and changed my displays to show - speed, elapsed time, altitude, heart rate on my main screen, it was all good to go.

Reasonable price, replaceable battery included, works with my Bicycle Garmin 305. - Hrm - Garmin - Running - Exercise'

Fleece - hats, winter

Many years ago my parents brought me a hat like this from China. It was trimmed in animal fur which I just can't wear. So I was happy to find this one and able to get it in a L/XL size which fits perfectly as I normally wear a 7 1/8 in a fedora.

The colors in the photo are not accurately rendered on my Mac laptop, where the hat and fur look greenish-gray. The outer shell is a pleasant olive colored nylon taffeta, and the fake fur (which is very soft and warm) is medium brown. The hat is lined with quilted black nylon. The flaps are held up (or secured under your chin) by a plastic quick release (like on a backpack) on an adjustable strap. There are actual grommeted ear holes. The ear hole flaps are practical...you can button them up or down. It doesn't look like it will be very water resistant but I have not yet put it to the test.

The overall weight is rather light and suitable for casual use. The quality is decent, and the stitching is accurate and strong at stress points.

The vendor shipped the correct hat in the correct size, and it arrived in five days. New VOL Winter Bomber Hat , L/XL

I bought 2 of these for my 2 boys and I liked them so much I ordered 2 more for myself and my wife. They are great for sled riding or just being out in the cold in general. They really keep your ears, chin, and neck warm. My boys ages 11 and 7 took them to school and everyone wanted to know where they got them so they could buy them.

This was on my husband's Christmas list. He wanted it for when he shovels the driveway and walks. With the 2 recent snows we've had and the colder than usual winter it's been worn quite frequently. He really likes it because it stays in place and is really warm.

My husband got this for the cold Nashville months. I have to say, he loves it, but looks pretty dorky. It really emphasizes his nose...what can I say hard to meaure if the price of warmth is worth the aesthetics.

This is the first time I have been able to go through cold weather being comfortable. Because of the hat I don't have to wear a heavy coat, just a light winter jacket and light gloves for short trips in the cold. Light and warm, not expensive . - Winter - Hats - Fleece'

I've had this for a time and have used it also. This is a high quality, well built piece of fishing equipment and I would recommend again without hesitating. It is small enough to remain practical, and large enough to allow for several hundred yards of line. The mechanisms work flawlessly. External Hard Drive - external hard drive, hard drive

I recently went from having several computer workstations, to a single laptop. I did not want to backup everything on disc (I already have things backed up on external drives) and I didn't really want to just sell my drives with my work on them (I have loads of pictures, video, and 3d renders stored over 2-3 TB of space).

I was at circuit city, and seen this case. It is from Antec, a company I trust and like, and it works with internal sata drives. As long as they didn't screw things up, this was going to be a good thing (they did not, and it is).

Assembly is so easy, a caveman can do it (darn you geiko!). You take your sata drive out of your computer, open up the antec case, insert your harddrive, screw in the 4 screws (they fit easily with my Western Digital 500gb drives) then insert the drive (and backing) into the case and plug in the power cord. Once that is closed, you screw in 2 black screws. Very easy, and it looks great too.

I have 5 of these right now, in use, and they all run perfectly, look fantastic, are slim, make no noise, do not have glaring lights, and work the way you would want.

These look great, and work great. Transfers are fast, and the unit does what you want it too.

If I have a complaint, it is the stupid power supply, The thing is slanted sideways, and takes up 2-3 ports on your power supply. Why they can't use standard power supplies, or supplies connected to a power brick is beyond me.

If you are going to be setting these up and keeping them on your best bet is to buy the Surge Protecter known as PowerSquid (it is here on amazon) that way you can keep them running at the same time, without messing up anything.

Also while I am at it, if you want a USB hub that matches these drives perfectly, then I highly recommend the low priced, and highly functional Cables To Go 7 Port USB 2.0 Hub that is also available here on amazon. It matches the design of the enclosure perfectly.

All in all, a perfect product, it does what you want, with no frills.

Note this model only has USB 2.0 function, which is fine. If you need high speed transfer for video, I would recommend a firewire 2 setup, or nas, and this will cost money. Antec MX-100 3.5-Inch USB Aluminum Enclosure for SATA Hard Drive

This is the second Antec enclosure I purchased and is a overall a good product. The only problem is that the 4 screws for mounting the HDD to the PCB are too long and do not secure the HDD properly. Am going to have to find some washers at the local hardware store.

pros:

-really small enclosure for a 3.5" (no fan)

-easy to install and good instructions

-good price

cons:

-the wrong screws

If Bruce Wayne were to own an enclosure, it would seem like he would own this one; the enclosure is a black brush metal, but most of all, the LED on the front is shaped like a bat. Seriously. It lights up in only white (which is a good thing - who needs flashy rainbow colors?) and flickers when it is reading/writing.

This is a good basic enclosure if you just want to hook up your SATA drive via USB 2. It is very simple to install and sticks in easily (no annoying ribbons like on some IDE enclosure). For beginners, it includes an instruction sheet on how to install in all black & white picture drawings - not a single word on it - so this is good for visual learners.

With this enclosure, when you SAFELY REMOVE THE DEVICE, it will automatically shutdown the hard drive for you (from the sound of my hard drive, it seems to shut it off abruptly). Most enclosures I've used will still have the hard drive running even when you safely remove the device from the computer). If you reconnect the USB, the hard drive will power back on (that is if you have the power switch kept to ON).

The power supply doesn't use one of those "power bricks", but instead, the thickness (horizontally) is on the plug itself so it may block some areas on the power outlet.

The reason I gave this a three star is, while the enclosure works, the black brush metal started to fade and turned orange because I had it near the window - avoid from sunlight! It also will show signs of finger prints as well.

The design is really similar with Vantec's NexStar 3 Enclsoure, but I definitely prefer Vantec's glossy sleek finish (and it feels nicer too). If you want people to drool over your enclosure, then go with the Vantec. If you want more of a casual, plain look then go with this Antec.

I purchased a 500G SATA drive thinking I could install it into my Dell Inspriron 531 (with 500G already). After quite some time and some really good service over the phone with Dell, they told me my computer has a maximum internal drive capacity, of which, I was already at. They suggested using an enclosure and making my recent purchase a USB drive.

I found it on Amazon and ordered the enclosure. When it came it had simple but clear instructions, which I didn't really need. I assembed the drive into the enclosure. The only problem I had was that there is a power connecting wire that when I first tried to open the assembly so I could put my drive in, the wire seemed to be stuck. It took me a while to relize that they had put a small ammount of adhesive to hold it in place and that I had to free this up so I could slide the assembly out and install my drive. Once I figured that out it was a breeze.

After assembly it worked fine right off the bat, took a while to format the 500G dive, but now I can use it and have a terabyte of memory for my video editing.

I bought two of these to house drives to backup my HP EX475 MediaSmart Home Server (AMD Live, Windows Home Server, 1 TB Hard Drive). I'm still giving them 5 stars, but I'll share a couple of tips for using them. There is a power wire running from one end cap to the other. It took me a moment when I opened the first one to figure out I needed to disconnect it to remove the end cap for my drive installation. After the drive was attached, reconnecting the wire took a minute, but it wasn't hard. The wire has a 3 pin connector that was easy enough to connect and disconnect.

The bright white Bat Light drive use indicator is OK for me too, and the unit is quiet with a 1TB WD drive in it. One other thing - one of the enclosures didn't ship with a USB cable. I had plenty at home so except for the fact that I spent 10 minutes looking for the cable, it wasn't a problem but the company should do a better job of QA.

I still give the enclosure a five start review, because it's doing exactly what I need it to do.

One more tip. I put my drive in the enclosure, and while I saw it get added as a USB device, it didn't show up as a new drive. It took me a little bit to realize that the OEM drive I bought didn't have a partition on it, so I had to create the partition and do a quick format. I've done this in the past, but it took me awhile to remember that the drive probably was truly bare. - External Hard Drive - Sata - Hard Drive - Enclosure'

great graphics and many different modes of play. but the controls are so difficult and the AI is very slow that it is sometimes so frustrating to play. the controls are almost too realistic that it misses the point of being a video game. for example you would have to aim exactly accurately to pass the ball to a teammate, instead of in the older versions where you can simple push pass at a general directio and it will make it to the teammate. dribbling is also almost impossibly difficult. PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER PES 2011 PC

I have been playing PES for at least 10 years. Every year they make a new one with improvement but they still haven't spend the effort on working on the AI system.

The good:

Their graphics really stepped up a lot and the movement of players are much more realistic. The new one touch system in setting team tactics and formation is somewhat easier to use. Your teamates can also make better gestures on how they want the ball to be passed to them. Their new passing system (which uses a power guage like shooting) is also really great once you get used to it. More things are customizable in the master league and thats also a big plus.

The bad:

The runs players make are horrible. In fact, many of them don't really move around to create space when they do not have the ball, regardless of how you set the team strategy. So even with the new passing system it is still pretty hopeless when you're trying to pass a ball. This is frustrating when you're in the become a legend mode as well as normal game. When you have the ball and are looking for teamates to pass the ball, you will always find them try to run two steps and then stop at precisely the moment before they are clear for passing then hide behind an opposition player.

The referee tends to "mark" one of your players. The new system makes the referee actually something that can knock your player out of balance, so with him playing as a moving road block (or 12th person of the opposite team) is annoying.

Defence positioning is still problematic. Especially your side backs tend to be way too overly aggressive and you'll find time they are in the opponent's box are more than in your defence area. They also tend to run out of position so your center backs have to come out wide for cover.

Shooting at close range is still not making any sense.

Overall:

Something playable, can be fun at times, but frustrating most of the time. - Android - Fire - Amazon Kindle Fire - Ebook Reader'

Interior Folders - folder accessories, office supplies

I needed to buy 15 boxes of legal hanging file folders, 25 per box. Therefore, I searched all the major office supply online vendors, including Amazon, and this was the best price. I got my 15 boxes.

These are great hanging file folders. I prefer the recycled green ones for several reasons. I like the way they look - all business, they use recycled paper and they're less expensive.

The large tabs are very good. One can write a longer title for the tab or even leave space and reuse the same tab by crossing out what was written and using the remaining space. I write on these tabs rather than use a label maker because I'd rather save time and go with my own legible printing, but that's a personal choice.

Pendaflex is a big name in hanging file folders. You can't go wrong because there's nothing wrong that I can see with these. They're just as strong as all the green file folders you've ever used. That's why price matters. I recommend this product. Pendaflex Essentials Hanging Folders, 25 Per Box, 1/3 Cut, Legal, Green (81621)

What's to say? Pendaflex has been around a long long time, and knows how to make a quality product. Believe it or not, there is a difference; others I bought have plastic top bars, which bend and break with anything other than very thin file folders. These have metal, and really hold up, and the price was very competitive. - Office Supplies - File Folders - Folder Accessories - Pendaflex'

I got this due to my original plug having got lodged in the door of my truck smashing connector that conneects to the GPS. I have a Garmin Nuvi 260W and the plug works great. I believe it is slightly shorter than the original it's not too noticeable. If you need a replacement, this one works as intended.

My original adapter broke apart, so I called to purchase a replacement from the place where I originally bought the GPS. Their replacement prices were outrageous, so a friend suggested I check Amazon. Not only was this the best price I saw, the product was more sturdy than the original. Very pleased! - Charger - Garmin Nuvi 260w - Garmin Nuvi 265wt - Car Charger'

Garmin Nuvi 650 - garmin case, garmin nuvi 650

I don't understand all the glowing reviews for this case: based on the many four and five star ratings given by other owners, I figured it was a no-brainer and placed my order.

When it arrived, I was surprised to discover that the leather is coarse and thin and that there is no real padding for the Nuvi.

Basically, this is two pieces of hard plastic over which some low-grade leather has been stretched. The best thing I can say about it is that it fits the 650 snugly -- at least initially -- which is important, as one end of the case remains open (providing easy access to the headphone port and SD card slot, as well as a potential avenue for the carelessly handled Nuvi to slip out).

Do not look for a belt clip or carry strap option, either. This is simple protection of the most basic sort.

I do not expect this case to wear well; it just isn't constructed for regular daily use.

Given the price and quality of the Nuvi 600s, I expected better in a case.

BTW, shame on Garmin for not including even some flimsy basic protection like this in the box with the 650!

Unless it is important to you to get something with the Garmin name on it, I would advise shopping for a more durable and protective alternative to this case. Garmin 4.3-Inch Carrying Case

I bought this case from my Nuvi 760, I would buy it again.

Pros

+ reinfoced front and back makes for a sturdy case that protects the device from both scratches and impacts

+ very snug but easy to get in and out - hasn't ever slipped out

+ good size, it is about as small as it can be

+ soft interior to prevent scratches

+ small sleeve on the side

Cons

- It is snug enough to sometimes slide the power switch on the 760 as I take it in or out. I need to make sure it goes in with the switch down and locked so it doesn't come on when I put it in. Coming on on the way out isn't such a big deal since I usually want to use it.

Overall this is a great case, if you are careful you could call auto-power-on a feature!

First a comment on some previous reviews - This is not a high tech item, it's a protective case. Don't try to make more of it than that.

Now for my thoughts.

1) It fits my NUVI 750 like a glove.

2) The quality of construction is at least as good as any other case I've seen on the market. It also is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

3) It slips into my shirt pocket with ease.

4) I realize that is not a form of structural armor for my device and that I still must exercise a certain amount of care to keep my NUVI from harm. It's not waterproof, fireproof, bombproof etc. It does keep my screen clean, prevents case scratches, protects it from the usual hazards of being knocked about in the console of my vehicle where it resides when not in use.

To summarize. It does what it is designed to do at a reasonable price.

Therefore it rates the 5 stars in my book.

Garmin nüvi 750 Auto Navigation System

i just picked up one of these for a nuvi 750 as the case is listed as compatible on the garmin site. stylish looking case however, the 700 series is thinner then 600 series. if you hold the case upside down, the nuvi will fall out. be caareful.

The Nuvi 250w did not come with a case so I ordered this one. It fits perfectly. The whole 200w series is the same size so any of them will fit.

It's a little expensive but it's a lot cheaper then replacing a cracked screen.

I ordered this case for my Garmin 200W. It works great, nice case - quality construction. I would not recommend this case for any 'rugged' applications. A hard shell case would probably be much better. But this case will suit the needs of most average consumers. It is durable and can be put in a bag or purse. My only complaint is I wish it had a closure tab or strap to give it extra security for the GPS to not slip out but I've not had any problems. Nice basic protective case.

This case came with my Nuvi 660. It is well worth having the case for storage in a glove box so that other items do not scratch the screen. There is a soft liner on the inside of the case. It's also a great way to protect your Nuvi if it is dropped. This is also great for the lady that wants to put it in her purse to use show off photos of your kids and grandkids to her friends. - Leather Case - Garmin Nuvi 650 - Garmin Nuvi - Garmin Case'

Guylaine Rivest (from Canada) Hknb Heidi Klum for New Balance Women's Long T-shirt Dress, Black, Medium

Not having a model's body I wasn't sure how this would look on me. Being a big fan of Project Runway, I HAD TO BUY it & see for myself for the price. Well, I definitely have more of a "Soprano's" body than a Runway model's body, yet the draping was so exquisite that I looked & felt like a million. The fabric is sheer & light weight. Don't hesitate. It is a very special dress.'

Toddler Travel - toddler travel, travel tray

It's inexpensive and compact. It folds flat when not in use so it's out of the way. It's sturdy enough to hold the food in place... really designed to offer convenience for people on the go. I loved this item that I bought more for me and gave some as gifts to family and friends. For me it's the perfect food tray for the car. As for the seller, order was shipped as soon and I received the item in a very good condition. Pleasant business. I'm happy about everyhting with this purchase. TRAVEL FOOD HOLDER AND TRAY / REAR SEAT

I sit in the back with our baby/now toddler and load it up just like that picture when we are on trips. There are no cup holders in our back seat (Impala), so it's fantastic to have a place to put my drink. It doesn't attach as well as I'd like, so it leans forward a bit and rattles just enough to annoy my husband sometimes, but I like it and use it and it does what it said it would do for a reasonable price. It folds away flat when I don't need it.

this tray works great for my 6 year old, i had smaller one but wanted something bigger for her now. folds up great also, nice and flat. it is a little hard for her to open by herself but that is minor detail. so far doing exactly what i had wanted it to do. food, drinks, and place to put some of her traveling toys, or color ect..... would recommend.

I have installed this trays on the rear seats of our Rodeo. Frankly I love them, not only are they easy to use and blends well to the upholstery but having two cup holders is quite nice. I give it 4 stars for it does have a slight weak support if using this tray to cut food with a knife other than that it holds food fairly well!! It closes really flat and out of the way plus its installs/uninstall easily. - Toddler Travel - Travel Tray'
