Everybody who uses a portable grill on a regular basis needs this product not only are you not changing bottles frequently but a 20lb tank lasts for many cooking times, but most important after the purchase of the 20lb tank it's a money saver since it cost about half the price to fill the tank rather then buying 20- 1lb. bottles and who does,nt want to save money. Century 8-Foot Hose with Type 1 Coupling

The model of our Coleman Road Trip propane grill allow it to be connected via a coupling hose directly to the quick-release fitting on our motor home LP tank. The information provided in the online advertisement enabled me to order this with comfort that it was exactly what was needed. It works perfectly, and is made quite well. Good value for the money.

Why did it take so long for this type of thing to come on the market? It's so nice (and environmentally friendly) not to have to worry about all of those little cans of propane. We just came back from a week-long camping trip and it was the most useful piece of new equipment we bought.

I looked and looked for propane hose adaptor for my coleman grill. Everywhere I looked thr price was outrageous. So I decided to try [...]. I found exacty what I was looking for, it works perfectly and the price was very reanoable. Thank you very much!!!!

We used this hose on our Roadmate grill about 12 times over the past year. It worked just fine but then it just quit passing gas. Took it to a local gas shop and they say it is not fixable, must replace the end fittings due to corroded safety device or buy a new one. using it 12 times is not a good value..

Note of caution for other owners. Make sure to always bring along a portable tank so you will be able to continue cooking when the hose fails..

we purchased this hose for our ogrill. It worked great for 3 times. On the fourth try it would n;t work at all. We switched propane tanks to be sure it wasn't that. We then hooked up a portable tank directly to the Ogrill and it worked perfectly.

I got tired of using those small propane bottles for my Weber Go-Anywhere gas grill. They were expensive and didn't last as long. I had spare 20lb propane tanks that were just lying around so I bought this adapter. The fit and quality is really good and it just cost a dollar or two more than the Charbroil version. I'm a sucker for things made in the USA so this was an obvious choice. The one from Charbroil was cheap feeling, particularly the plastic knob. - Coleman - Portable Grill - Stove Accessories - Accessories'

Air Compressor - lightweight, inflator

I have owned this tool for almost a year now, and have used it regularly to maintain tires at proper pressure. Easy to use, reliable, light is useful when needed.

A tad noisy if I want to find a fault with it. Campbell Hausfeld RP3200 12-Volt Inflator and Worklight

This unit is very compact, and is also very powerful for its size. The

electrical plug-in is plenty long, and the air hose is also sufficient.

I would recommend this unit to be carried in your vehicle, car or truck,

or be left in your garage or workshop for use. I'm glad I purchased

this unit

The RP3200 inflates the tire, the automatic feature operates as advertised and the device is easy to operate.

At the same time, these observations should be noted:

The vibration that occurs when it is operating is such that the device must be held down or it will jump around.

The inflation valve goes on easily, but some force is required to remove it. In the process, some air escapes from the tire.

The inflation hose and the power cable must be folded carefully in order to store them in the compartment provided on the back of the RP3200.

I would recommend this product.

It is nearly impossible these days to find an air hose at a gas station. Especially a WORKING air hose! This cheap little gadget solves that problem. I've had it for a little over 2 years, and find it indispensable. It's super-simple to use, and I love how it shuts off when your desired air-pressure has been reached, so you don't have to disconnect the air hose, check pressure, reconnect the hose, and try again...and again.

As others have mentioned:

It is noisy [but have you ever heard a quiet air compressor??];

It jitters around a bit on the ground while it's working [but I don't see that as a problem -- after all, it can only go so far while the air hose is attached to your tire's valve stem];

The coupling seal is so secure that it's impossible to remove it from the valve without losing a little bit of air (so, you simply adjust for that by putting in an extra 2-5 PSI to begin with); and

You can only plug it into your car's 12V power outlets -- you can't plug it into an home AC outlet.

And yes, you do need a little bit of patience (about 60-90 seconds' worth) to coil the air hose and the power cord back into the little cubby area. Hint: Start with the air hose first, then coil the power cord, "nest-like," concentrically within the air hose coil.

It's not fancy, and it's clearly not built for heavy-duty, frequent use. But when you need it, it does the trick. Just last night, upon starting my car to drive home after a grueling work day, the warning came on the dash that 2 of my tires were low in pressure. It had started to snow, the wind was whipping, and it was bone-chillingly cold. The last thing I wanted to do was drive around in search of a working air hose. Thanks to this little gem, all I had to do was pull into the comfort of my own garage and hook it up (after letting my tires cool so the pressure readings would be accurate). Fifteen minutes later, all my tires were inflated to the correct pressure, and I was snug & warm inside my home.

This $26 gadget is a little life-saver (and sanity-saver); it's a gotta-have-it tool for your trunk or garage!

My car is parked at a location without AC power so I keep this small 12V pump in the trunk. It has a compartment that stores the power cord and air hose. The power cord is long enough to reach both tires on each side of the car. The pump is reasonably quick to inflate considering it is 12V. There is a built-in pressure gauge and flash light. I highly recommend it!

I bought this item to replace an old Interdynamics compressor that finally stopped working. The Campbell compressor inflates tires pretty quickly and is easy to use. However, a couple of warnings:

1. You will have to fiddle around to get the inflation cut-off point right. I had to set it to about 40 p.s.i. to get 32 p.s.i. to remain in the tires. The air chuck makes a very tight connection to the valve stem and you lose at least 5 p.s.i. while removing it.

2. The little compartment for the air hose and power cord is useless: You'll never get both back in there without a lot of work. I use it only for the air hose and just wrap the power cord around the unit.

3. The unit is noisy and vibrates quite a bit. It was dancing around my concrete garage floor so much that I just hold it in my hand while it's working.

My previous inflator, another brand, which I had for 10 years finally bit the bullet. I ordered this and love the way it shuts itself off when the proper tire pressure is reached. At first I thought it was broken but I had the dial set improperly, it works great. I would never travel without one of these. Makes it easy to keep your tire pressure set without hunting down a service station that has a working tire inflator.

This equipment met my expectations. It is worth the money you pay for it. The automatic shut off feature is simple to use and works fine. It inflates fairly quickly too. Faster than few inflators which I have used before. I recently used it to fully inflate a totally flat tire. It took only about 4 minutes. I recently bought another unit for my wife from amazon.

After 10 years, my basic Campbell Hausfeld Inflator gave up the ghost.

That unit fixed many bike tires, filled up numberous slow leaks in our Vehicle tires letting us get to a tire repair station and not have to put on the spare tire. The new unit RP3200 is the same basic model in that it plugs into the cigarette lighter. After all, how many times is BOTH your car battery and tire in need of service at the same. Cordless Tool Accessories

This battery charger is extremely efficient except for one thing.........if the battery to be charged is on its last legs, attempting to use a new charger on that battery will burn out the charger! No cautionary information accompanies the new charger! 18V BATTERY CHARGER (World Factory 60109004)

I got this charger for an 18V cordless drill that was given to me missing a charger. Since the drill itself was free, I didn't want to spend a bundle on a charger, and this unit fit the bill (pardon the pun).

I had to enlarge the photo to make sure it would fit the shape of my battery pack. It did. But at first the charger would not work. That is, the red light didn't come on and no charging was happening. This was probably due to this being a replacement charger, not the original. The negative connection on the charger was going to unused connection on the battery pack. This was an easy fix for a tech. I opened my battery pack and soldered a wire from its existing negative terminal, to where the charger's neg term was, and voila, charge on.

The charger and the battery battery both get warm / hot while charging. I recommend placing them both in the airstream of a desk fan... seems to keep things cool and happy.

It was a good fit. Right on the price. Unit works for me.

I received this -- opened-- so when I plugged it in-- I thought it would charge my battery. I returned after 8 hours only to find a dead battery. When I contacted Deerso (World Factory)--- the company for a return and replacement for another one that was NOT opened -- they said that I had to contact AMAZON for a replacement. I have been with Amazon for a while and this is the first I have encountered this

type of transaction. I would have so MUCH trepidation and hesitation to recommend this product and company before purchasing from it.

Another example of imported trash. This charger lasted less than a day. It overheated to the point you could hardly touch it and that was the only thing it did. Certainly didn't charge the battery. In My opinion, it's a fire hazard.

The charger for this tool set is the weak link. Ordered a (new in package) replacement after the original charger stopped working after very little use. Received the charger and monitored the charge as not to over charge. The 1st replacement charger worked for 3 and 1/2 hours before quitting. Contacted the shipper and they sent a new one right out. This time I placed a fan blowing toward the charger in case this was a over heating issue. The second replacement lasted 2 and 1/2 hours. Now I have a bag full of good tools that are worthless because the chargers will not work and cannot recharge the batteries. Very disappointing product!!!'

Congratulations - bath and body, birthday

My mother loved the collection of bath supplies, (bath confetti, shower gel, a scrubby, bubble bath, as well as tea, hot chocolate and cookies). It has everything you need for the perfect evening/day of relaxation. The basket arrived on time, wrapped beautifully, and she loved it. I'd definitely recommend this basket as a birthday, Valentine's or Mother's Day gift. It's lovely. Gemstone Earrings - gemstone necklace, gemstone earrings

These are small, delicate, flattering, lightweight, comfortable earrings for those times and places when you want a bit of sparkle, a bit of movement, but not too much. As others have said, the colors are pretty weak. This would be a spectacular set at twice the size, with more strongly colored stones. But at this price, they're well enough made, nicely designed and a fine choice for many reasons. Just don't expect conversation to stop when you enter the room. Closer up, friends will notice -- and probably comment favorably. Yellow Gold Plated Sterling Silver Multi-Gemstone Earrings

I bought these as a possible gift to give this coming Christmas, but when I received them, I fell in love with them! They will be a gift to myself! The stones are small but are completely visible and in my opinion they are the perfect size to draw the eye without being uncomfortably heavy. The length is also a comfortable fit. They are short enough to not hang in your clothes but long enough to catch the eye. There is more than enough sparkle factor. I am an older woman but these earrings could be worn by teens or adults easily.

These earrings are gorgeous. They are fairly small but well made and look much nicer in person. The purple amethyst in the picture looks almost like a fake stone. However in reality it's a paler more true to color amethyst. These earrings have two points of attachment so they dangle a little.

Very pretty at a great price point.

These are perfectly seviceable -- not dramatic because they are small, but pretty, with some nice sparkle, even if the colors are not as strong as the picture represents. Compared to the "matching" necklace these are stellar!

I can't believe I paid less than $20.00 (with the discount) for this beautiful earrings. I can't even tell its gold plated - totally looks expensive!

I also ordered the multi-gemstone necklace to match it! - Gemstone Earrings - Multi-gemstone - Gemstone Necklace'

Boxing Bag Gloves - boxing bag gloves, everlast

I use these wraps for boxing lessons. They're comfortable and protect my hands. It took me a little practice to wrap them correctly, but you can google for instructions. These feel just as good as the Everlast wraps they use at my gym, and yet they're much cheaper. 180" Elastic Cotton MMA Handwraps (Pair) - Black

These are far superior to Everlast wraps in every way. Easier to wrap, better thumb loop, better material, better elasticity, better shape retnetion wash after wash, thinner and more breathable, better hand protection since I can wrap tighter. That they are 1/2 the price of Everlast is a bonus. Longer, thinner and stretchier is a good thing. I hit the bag as hard as I possibly could today with these for 30 minutes and felt nothing in my hands. I have not experimented too many brands of wraps but with these I'm not tempted too. I'd be surprised if you didn't love them.

I ordered the blue and neon green and they came in three days. Perfect hand wraps for beginners as well as more advanced fighters. Great price. I was expecting cheap-o's but got a truly excellent product. They go the distance.

These wraps are great. At first I ordered two pairs to test them out. After I got them used them, washed and dried them, I got 8 more pairs! These wraps are great. The only difference between these wraps and Everlast wraps, these ones are a little bit thinner cloth material. Nonetheless, great wraps!!!! Great Price! They also shipped them same day, both times!

I bought 4 pairs for my wife to use. Comfort is as good as my more expensive Fairtex wraps, and better than Everlast wraps. Very high quality as well. No need to shop around, these are as good as anyone can ask for, at a great price.

These wraps are nice and durable, they worked perfectly for their purpose.

Just FYI, if you purchase any color different from white wash them with similar colors (if you'll be using a wash machine) because they loose a lot of the pigment. Not a problem at all if you handwash them ;)

I was skeptical when I purchased this product, as I have only bought Everlast wraps in the past. Much to my surprise these are actually very high quality. I would even say they are slightly better than the more expensive Everlast wraps. The only reason for that being these do not wrinkle up as quickly as the Everlast ones. That is a very minor advantage but actually makes a huge difference.

I received these handwraps very quickly and almost a month before the expected date. The product is very good and it's a joy to work out with them. If you are looking for some sort of handwraps, go with these, they are awesome! - Hand Wraps - Boxing Bag Gloves - Boxing Gloves - Everlast'

Cd Alarm Clock Radio - sony alarm clock radio, cd alarm clock radio

The old clock radio finally died and my husband and I thought it would be nice to have a CD player in the bedroom to listen to audio books in bed now and then (yes, I know, but it depends on the book!!). We've found the sound quality on such an inexpensive item to be extremely good, it's easy to tune the radio in and we like the huge time display - I can even see it without my glasses at night!! So far, it's awakened us at our ridiculously early get up time during the week without fail. No complaints - very happy with this clock/radio/CD player. Sony ICF-CD815 AM/FM Stereo CD Clock Radio with Dual Alarm

I read the positive reviews on this Sony so I thought I would buy it for my 18 year old daughter who is going off to college in about a month. While this Sony does sound good and has a decent alarm, CD player, and MP3 input, the radio is not only analog, but the dial is off to the side is very tiny. It also has no battery backup!!! If listening to the radio and tuning in stations is not important to you I say go ahead and buy this clock radio. I expected that the radio part of this clock radio would have been much easier to both see and use for the price.

This product has really been a great asset to my bedroom. The controls are easy to use and I can receive most of my favorite radio stations. This clock/radio/cd player allows you to select specific tracks and setting the alarm is very simple. You can wake up to your favorite track, radio station, or the buzzer. The only thing I may not like about this product is the fact that the buzzer has a low pitch sound, but it increases in intervals. Specifically, the alarm sounds in five seconds and then gradually goes to three, and finally every second. The product also allows you to adjust the brightness of the clock in three settings. Overall, I'm happy with this product.

The cd player skips at the least bump or vibration, it's much larger that it looks in the picture, much larger than it needs to be and the multifunction switches are trouble. And last but certainly not least, Sony has set a new low in alarm clock technology...where every other manufacturer in the world has a battery backup in case of a power outage...the Sony Dream Machine does not! I guess they figure if there is a blip in the power you should just go on "Dreaming". Oh and by the way, make sure you have the instruction manual handy, once the power goes back on you'll need it to go through the process of resetting everything. If you're looking for a really good and less expensive radio/cd player alarm, check out the RCA RP5600.

BEWARE!!!

This is a great looking clock radio, but if you've previously relied upon a clock radio with a battery back up, look elsewhere.

MORE WARNINGS!!!

The sound is good, and having a CD player is also nice, but if you want a specific station, this is also not a good radio for you. It has a dial at the right hand side with numbers etched into it, however it's not very accurate, and mine has bounced between stations 101.1 & 101.5 frequently (on its own of course).

I took mine back, but would have gladly paid $10 more for a similar product with a battery back up, and better ability to hold a station.

I'm simply looking to pass my misfortunes along to the community, in hopes of saving anyone else the same aggravation. Best of luck!

I have not purchased this unit, but studied it closely in a local store. It had all the features I liked except two which is why I am writing: (1) no headphone jack; (2) no battery back-up in case the power goes out. Other than that, I liked the size, price, features, and MP3 line in. Just wish it had two more features.

I bough this for my dad as a gift. The fact that it does not have a CD loading mechanism and uses a simple manually opened door is great. It's one less thing that can break and he doesn't have to wait for a slow opening loader. Clock numbers are very large and bright. Sound quality is decent and clear. It's not a full fledged stero system but I didn't expect it to be. It even features an input in the front for digital music players. It does its job competently and has a solid quality constructed feel.

The following statement, from the "Technical Details" section of the product description, is a deceptive claim:

"CD player with CD-R/RW MP3 playback and digital AM/FM tuner"

The CD player is NOT capable of MP3 playback, and the word "MP3" should be deleted from the statement. The next "Technical Details" statement:

"Audio line-in for MP3 players with included cable"

...completely describes the MP3 playback capability of this device. To include "MP3" in both statements implies CD-MP3 playback capability, AND audio line-in MP3 capability, which is deceptive.

This is not a deception by Sony, as nowhere on the product box is this claim made. The responsibility for the deceptive claim lies with the vendor.

This Sony CD player/alarm clock seems to be a great product so far. I got it for my 7 year old daughter and she has had no trouble operating the unit (I set the alarm for her). Again, the main drawback is the lack of battery back up but other than that I love it. I don't mind that the tuner is analog since digital tuners may skip over low signal stations. I love the Sony quality sound in such a multi purpose application! My main problem now is listening to her single Disney CD over and over and over.... I guess I will have to do more shopping!!

Purchased as a means of listening to MP-3 files on CD-R discs, and although it explicitly describes this capability in the product description, it has no such ability!! It sneered at the cds with mp3 files, and none of the box descriptions nor the scant "manual" mentions this facility. Since others have also reported in earlier reviews, it's disappointing that Amazon hasn't fixed the description yet.

By the way, the tuner wasn't very good at all, either. Sound, what you expect for $40. - Cd Alarm Clock Radio - Sony Alarm Clock Radio - Clock Radio - Alarm Clock Radio'

I was looking for a step for home - to create and practice choreography for classes. This one is smaller that a standard step, and not quite as stable. It works fine for my purposes, but if I want to do an all out step workout, it won't cut it.

Black Comedy - scams, black comedy

I'm not sure it is essential to have worked in an office to enjoy this film, but I'm certain it will hit home for those who have. The movie was a complete bust at the box office, which utterly mystifies me, because it is hysterically funny and reflects the experience of millions of people across the United States (and I assume elsewhere). In an age where companies are seeking to lay off workers at any possible opportunity, this film has perhaps even more relevance now than it did when it came out in 1999.The humor of the film works on multiple levels, but for me so much of it is funny with a twist of the knife, for much of the humor hints at a much more serious fact: modern work is genuinely dreadful and alienating. Perhaps many office workers love their job, but I hate mine, and I assume that I am merely one of millions. No one in this film has a meaningful job. Even Lumbergh, though the boss, has an absurd position. Peter Gibbons is at least able to be honest about the ridiculousness of his plight during the incredibly funny sequence in which he is hypnotized. The film is a collection of many, many wonderful moments. I started laughing from the second that Peter Gibbons gets trapped in the traffic jam and is passed by an old man on a walker, and didn't stop until the very end. The film is a parade of very funny bits, from Michael Bolton and his passion for gangsta rap to Joanna's boss urging her to wear more flair (played by director Mike Judge) to Peter's neighbor who would yell at him through the walls to Peter's bizarre fantasy in which Lumbergh is making love to Joanna holding a cup of coffee in one hand and her ankle in the other to virtually any conversation involving Lumbergh and Milton. Some of the humor is a bit too broad. For instance, although I defy anyone not to find Milton's sequences funny as heck, they don't fit in quite as neatly with the satire of the rest of the film. I wouldn't, however, want to trade them in for a tighter movie. In a way, this movie has made my life easier to live. I suspected my job was absurd before seeing this film. Now I know it is. But somehow knowing the truth makes it easier to get through the day. Office Space

This movie made an almost "psychic" connection with me... the first time I saw it, I had just come home from my nightmare job -- many of the same things depicted in the movie had happened to me that very day, including the printer jam with that exact message "Error - PC Load Letter", while trying to print a report that was already late (what the heck does that message mean, anyway?!). I related so well to this movie's honest, astute, and technically correct observations of office culture in the 90's, that the brilliantly original bits of commedy were almost incidental to me (I must have annoyed the heck out of my wife with outbursts like "Oh my GOD, that's so TRUE!" every two minutes). I caught some of the more subtle humor in subsequent viewings. I'll admit, the movie lost its hold on me about 2/3 in, when the main character (who had by this time become an icon to me with his new found "no fear of consequences" attitude) took a strange criminal direction, and his angst began to return. This seemed to break the consistancy. I wan't too thrilled with Jenifer Aniston's performance either, although I suppose that had more to do with her script. In any case, the second time I watched the move, none of this bothered me as much.I've since purchased the DVD, and have worn this disk out playing it for friends. I'll never get tired of this movie... even the sound track makes me laugh. It's a wonder that it didn't get better reviews, although I guess one really would have had to have experienced office politics in the 90's to fully relate (I wonder when was the last time in the 90's that Ebert heard, "Don't forget to fill in your timesheets!")Some reviewers gave it low ratings claiming that it was "lightweight"... okay, so it's no Citizen Kane, but it certainly doesn't claim to be either! Give it credit for what it is -- as a lighthearted observational commedy, it's brilliant. And that's not to say that it was a total no-brainer either... on an intelligence level, I'd rate it much higher than say... any movie ever made by the Fairley Brothers (and certainly much lower on the "obnoxious bathroom humor"-scale).It's a pretty sad testiment to the intelligence of the average North American that movies like "Me, Myself, and Irene" brought in more money than Office Space. I hope Mike Judge doesn't let this stop him from creating another gem.

If you've ever worked in a tiny cubicle, pushed papers, and fought a worthless fax machine in an attempt to earn a living, you will love this movie. OFFICE SPACE is a hilarious movie that deconstructs everything that makes an office worker's life so miserable: from morning traffic, to catch phrases (it looks like somone has the Moondays), to bosses that totally ignore their workers. This movie had a low budget, but Mike Judge is a brilliant filmmaker. He takes a relatively unknown cast and is able to milk hilarious, yet totally lifelike performances from each actor and unites everything together in a coherent conceptually comedy masterpiece (e.g. the fax-beating scene with the ganster music playing is just pure brilliance). Of course, the film says a lot about the actors as well, they don't seem to be just characters or caricatures: they seem like real people. There is no sex, relative little violence (well, there is a lot of violence toward inanimate objects), and relatively little cursing words (most of the foul language comes from the film's soundtrack). A movie that's destined to become a modern comedy classic.

If you have ever worked in a cubicle farm for a technology company, or ROFL after reading Dilbert cartoons, and know what ROFL means, you will love this movie. Mike Judge (creator of Beavis and Butthead) digs into and makes fun of the things that people hate most about their jobs, with such accuracy that he must have consulted Scott Adams himself while developing the screenplay. With company names like "Penetrode", this movie takes numerous humorous stabs at the idiocy foisted upon the modern working class by the "management class", those highly-compensated stuffed-shirts with no more qualifications than an MBA hanging on their wall. These are the people who abuse you every time you make a mistake, and try to convince you that they are really your buddy in a thinly veiled attempt to keep you submissive and cooperative. Office Space tears into the very heart of the manipulative phony friendship ploy that so many managers think of as their "brilliant" management technique. So if you're tired of being shocked every time you touch a door knob, and sick of having half a dozen different "bosses" giving you conflicting work assignments, then I highly recommend that you buy this movie and blow off some steam, before it's too late! This film is a lot of fun to watch, but if you're looking for an intellectually challenging work of art, this is not the film for you. The story is quite simple; it is a single-layer story that conveys the same information on subsequent viewing as it conveyed during the first viewing. The visual and audio elements are interesting and entertaining, but not artistic. This is a fun comedy that a lot of people can identify with, not deep social commentary. However, the social commentary that IS in the film couldn't be more timely. The DVD itself is mediocre. No extras to speak of, other than cast bios and one trailer. Transitions from one menu to another are slightly animated, and the way the DVD starts up is cute, but overall the power of the DVD medium is not utilized.Movie ------- Originality: B+ Creativity: B+ Complexity/Depth: C+ Relevance/Message: A+ Artistic Merit: C Overall Entertainment Value: ADVD ------ Transfer Quality: A Extras: C- Use of Medium: C+ - Scams - Milton - Office Space - Black Comedy'

Screen Protectors - screen protector, ipad accessory

As an iTouch owner, I had used a clear screen protector with generally good results, although there were a very few bubbles that weren't really a distraction once the device was in use.

I had pre-ordered an iPad on the first day that they became available to order and knew that with the much larger screen, I would definitely need a screen protector.

My iPad arrived today (April 3rd) and I immediately attempted to install one of the three "Premium Crystal Clear Screen Protectors" as son as I removed the iPad from its box.

The method of installation was basically the same as for the iTouch screen protector that I had previously used. First you peel off one side of the backing with a tab. You then place the screen onto the iPad screen, trying to do so without leaving a lot of bubbles. I tried as best I could to align the screen hole over the iPad button and then slowly applied the rest of the screen moving from bottom to top. Unfortunately after applying the screen and then removing the outside of the clear screen with the other tab, I was left with a LOT of bubbles.

Hoping to do better I repeated the process using the second of the supplied screens. My efforts the second time were a bit better in terms of a smaller amount of bubbles, but then I noticed a piece of yellow lint that had been left by the supplied yellow cleaning cloth that I had used to wipe the iPad screen. When I tried to remove the lint with the cloth and replaced the clear screen back onto the iPad screen, there was a noticeable smudge.

I was now down to the last of the three supplied screens and repeated the process again except this time I discovered that when applying the clear screen to the iPad screen DIAGONALLY starting from the bottom and moving toward the top, you can do so leaving almost no bubbles at all. You will also need to be make certain that the sides of the clear screen and the iPad screen are aligned exactly or you will be left with a long bubble down most of one side.

After going through all of this trial and error, I was finally able to have a clear screen in acceptable condition with only a few bubbles. I only hope that readers of this review will learn from my own initial difficulties and not have to use all three of the supplied screens before arriving at a satisfactory result. 3 Pack of Premium Crystal Clear Screen Protectors for Apple iPad

This product works great once you figure out how it works.

At first glance it looks like 2 pieces stuck together that you have to pull apart.

It then appears that you should apply the thin one to your iPad. wrong.

The thicker side still has an invisible piece stuck to it.

You apply the thicker piece smoothly over your ipad and then squeeze out the few bubbles you see.

rub the whole face now to get the invisible layer to stick.

You then Peel Off the thick piece and you will see that another layer is present on your iPad.

This would have been nice to include as instructions but no instructions came with the product.

I would say that is pretty rude considering you cannot even see the piece that will be used.

So I bought the pack of 3 and got my last one to work. I figured it out on #2, #3 was perfect.

I've read most of the reviews for this product and it seems like the complaints revolve around installation. I too went through two before setting the last one down perfectly with virtually no bubbles. Start at the top and make sure the paper tab lettering is facing the iPad. Pull slowly from underneath and you will see that it lays is self down virtually with no bubbles. I just purchased a second set so I have them ready for when I damage the one I just installed.

I've applied this type of screen protector in the past (on my iPod Touch, Nintendo DS / DSi, and my PSP). Using the tips below, I was able to apply this LCD screen protector 99% bubble free. I was actually pleasantly surprised I was able to do this since it was by far the largest screen protector I've ever applied.

The instructions that come with the package are not very helpful. Below are mine. Hope they help.

INSTRUCTIONS / TIPS

====================

1) CLEAN the surface of your iPad. Use a microfiber cloth and even use a compressed air can if you want to be sure. Position yourself or a light so that you would be able to see ANY specs. Any leftover specs will raise the screen protector and will give you a bubble that you CANNOT remove. Keep the iPad's screen OFF so you have a better chance of seeing any specks.

2) First remove the plastic envelope/pouch that directly contains the screen protector.

3) Without removing and of the backing, place the screen protector with the hole over the iPad's circle button. Now you know exactly how much leeway you will have.

Also make sure that the circle is popped out of the screen protector.

4) Find something flexible and semi-rigid to push away the air bubbles. You WILL be getting air bubbles as you apply the screen protector. The trick will be to remove them as you apply the screen protector. With smaller screen protectors, I've used credit cards. But in this case, the screen is bigger. I've found that the plastic Staples cards you get in the mail (the ones that the size of postcards) are very helpful for this task. Your second choice may be a credit card or the very thin, plastic window of a cheap picture frame. Whatever you use, make sure it has a sizable straight edge and no sharp corners (You don't want to puncture the screen protector).

6) Peel away a corner of the backing (The side labeled #1). Don't peel the whole backing off. You'll need to touch the backing in order to reposition the screen protector if necessary.

7) Continue to peel the backing but keep it minimal. You want just enough so that you can position the hole over the circle button. If you don't get it the 1st time, remove from the iPad's surface as little as possible and try again. Be careful to avoid getting any dust on the iPad's screen at this time. This is why it's good to keep as much backing on as possible.

8) After you have adequately centered the hole around the circle button, begin to slowly peel the Side 1 Backing while you use your flexible card to push away any air bubbles. Push the bubbles to the EDGE of the screen protector. If there are bubbles that are difficult to get rid of and if you're certain that's it just a bubble and not caused by specks, then you can gently remove as much backing as needed from the iPad's screen and try again. TAKE YOUR TIME.

9) Hopefully you've managed to attach the screen protector with minimal bubbles. Continue to push away as many bubbles as possible.

10) Now you need to peel of Side 2 Backing. But since the screen protector is already attached to your iPad screen, you will need to be VERY careful and slow. It's possible that the quick removal of Side 2 Backing can lift the screen protector off of the iPad screen and cause air bubbles. If there are air bubbles, use the flexible card to push away any air bubbles.

That's it, you're done. Sit back and treat yourself to a new app.

CONCLUSION

==========

I liked the fact that it includes 3 screen protectors. I was able to succeed with my first one but it's nice to know that there are backups.

I didn't like the minimal instructions with the package (and the Engrish spellings). This item is very cheap. If it were more expensive, I would expect to get a flexible plastic card for getting rid of the air bubbles.

The screen protector itself has a slightly oily residue. When your iPad is off, you can see it. The residue is not visible when the iPad is turned on. - Ipad Accessory - Screen Protectors - Screen Protector - Ipad'

S1 Racer

If you are old enough to remember the Wacky Races or Hanna Barbera cartoons (Muttley and his infectious giggle!), this game will give you nostalgic bliss. It is set up sort of like Diddy Kong Racing on N64, where you start out in a central area and have to drive to and open up new areas. The graphics are simply incredible, and the audio is good as well. The game uses the new cel shading techniques to make it look exactly like a cartoon, and it uses the Dreamcast's power well.It also controls well and is easy enough for anyone to pick up and play. Each car has some special functions that you get to select up to three of, and they cost "tokens" which you pick up around the track. For example, turbo boost is usually 1 or 2 but something more fancy would be 3 tokens. It adds a lot of strategy to the racing because the game is basically boiled down to a kart type racer in that you have to use your weapons/skills instead of pure driving skill. But that's what these types of games are about, fun!Even 2 player mode maintains a solid frame rate, which is very impressive indeed. I'd say if you enjoy cartoons and kart racers, this game is a must buy! Wacky Races

this game is great. using the fantastic graphic technique called cel-shading (surrounding a 3d polygon figure with thick black 2d outlines) this game truly looks like a cartoon. The characters' cars are amazingly detailed and brightly colored. The same goes for the jaw-dropping backgrounds. Wacky Races controls in 2 different ways; kart and advanced. Kart controls are similar to those found in other games such as Mario Kart for the N64 and Crash Team Racing for the Sony Playstation. Advanced controls are more similar to those found in Ridge Racer games with the ability to powerslide. There are up to 11 characters to play, straight from the 60s cartoon. Each character has their own car and player-specific power ups, such as speed burts, pumpkin mines, etc. This game sounds great too, with an announcer that correctly comments on what is happening in the race, hundreds of character sound bytes, and catchy and cartoony tunes. This game is a must have for kart racing fans.

I always loved this game, it was fun and funny. Great multiplayer racer, based on the Saturday morning cartoon of my childhood. When it was "current" it sold for $5.00 retail, nobody liked it. (I think they just never tried it, and saw it as a "kids" game) I used to buy copies of this and give them to friends who then loved the game. I gave my copy to a visiting friend, with the intention of just buying another, and suddenly couldn't find one anymore. Years later, I still wanted to play this, so I turned to Amazon, found it here, and am never letting it go again!

This is a fantastic racer. The environments and texture mapping are amazing. They've really captured the look and feel of the cartoon. The character models are also very well done. Gameplay is addicting as you attempt to come in first and progress in the game. Its a little shallow in the sound effects department but thats a pretty minor complaint. Some of the races can be TOUGH so don't be fooled into thinking this is just a kids game.'

Macbook Pro Bag - incase, backpacking

First of all, I purchased the stone gray colored bag. It should be noted that the color is not actually grey, but an odd green color. Keep this in mind as you choose a color.

Second, after four months of regular use this backpack was packed back up and shipped back to the manufacturer (at my own expense). The right strap pulled right out of the stitching. I am hoping Incase can solve this issue, and that the pack I received was a fluke.

Third, this newer redesign of the Incase backpack seems to be a step down in terms of craftsmanship. The straps don't have the same level of comfort and the pack itself doesn't hold its shape as well. Incase Nylon Backpack (Fir Green/Golden Rod)

I bought this bag to replace a previous Incase bag that I had for a few years and used heavily. I really liked my old one so sought out the same brand. The design changed a bit from the old one: A few less zippers. BUT, the big problem is that is simply feels cheaper. Lighter fabric, thinner padding, cheaper zipper pulls. This is not a cheap bag, but it feels cheap!! I feel guilty about returning it since i have used it for 2 weeks, but I for sure will not buy this brand again. Premium price but not premium product.

Purchased backpack from J&R middle of May for college. It has great looks, surprising capacity (due to its height), and an undeniable high quality feel.

I would suggest this backpack to everyone except for the fact that one of my shoulder straps has begun to disconnect from the base of the bag after only two months of use. The stitching has popped out and the interior foam is visible. The strap is still connected, but barely. The shoulder area of the strap is still intact. It won't be long until the base disconnects and the strap becomes non-functional, however.

I am looking to get a replacement bag from either J&R or Incase!

This backpack is great for a student looking to carry their laptop and a book or two around with them. It is not especially roomy, but I do not have any books that will not fit in it. All of the different pockets and such give you lots of versatility with arranging your stuff and the faux fur lined laptop section keeps my MacBook Pro from getting damaged. The laptop section also is vented on the sides so a hot laptop can cool down easier. This is a great backpack and Incase is a great brand in general.

Don't let the title of this product mislead you. Although it is designed to fit up to a 17" MacBook Pro, my 15" fits nicely. Then if you put the 15" in a neoprene sleeve, it provides and even more snug, secure fit. - Backpacking - Incase - Campus - Macbook Pro Bag'

Aurorae Yoga Mat - yoga accessories, mat

I own both a Manduka towel and the Yogitoes towel and here's what I wish I would have known: The Manduka feels softer than the Yogitoes, and certainly is more versatile, since it can be used as a regular towel or even a blanket. They both feel pretty stable (can't avoid all slipping of the hands in down dog) when wet, but the major difference is that the Maduka has a tendency to bunch up more than the Yogitoes on my yoga mat during practice. The nubs on the Yogitoes do help a lot to grip the towel on the yoga mat to prevent slippage while you're jumping up to the top of the mat or performing a lunge. Caveat: I have a Gaiam yoga mat, so I'm not certain if the Manduka towel works better with the Manduka yoga mats. I have the pink Manduka - it's quite lovely and I haven't experienced any bleeding in the wash (unlike my purple Yogitoes!). But the bunching issue is really annoying, and for this reason alone, if I need another yoga towel, I would go with another Yogitoes.

UPDATE: I've since purchased a Manduka yoga mat, and the Manduka towel is MUCH better paired with the Manduka mat. In fact, I can't use the Yogitoes towel with the Maduka mat because the nubs do not grip the smoother surface of a Manduka mat very well. So in deciding which towel to purchase, bottom line is it will depend on the surface of the yoga mat you have. Yogitoes towel for your "normal" yoga mats (typically $10-$30) made of soft rubber and has a slightly nubby surface area. Maduka towel for the Maduka mats, where the surface area appears much smoother because the rubber is denser. Manduka Long eQua Towel (Magic)

Everyone I know who has a mat towel has one made by Yogitoes. I agonized for months over whether I should buy a Yogitoes or this. Yogitoes has those little rubber bumps on this one side, but did they really make that much difference in terms of grippiness? I use a Manduka mat and love it so I decided to take a risk and go with the Manduka towel too. I'm pretty sure it paid off. This towel feels great, you can really tell it's high quality. It's a little slippy when it's completely dry but, once damp, it provides incredible grip. I've never used a yogitoes towel so I can't make a comparison but I'd certainly recommend this one to anyone looking.

I practice heated vinyasa, so this was great considering how much i move (a lot!) and sweat (I lose about a pound and a half if I don't drink!) throughout the class. It does wrinkle ever so slightly throughout class, but not enough to be a distraction. It's more or less slip proof, but you do have to spray it down pretty generously with water before you start. In fact, the towel dries out so rapidly in the heat I have to get it uncomfortably damp at the beginning of class--but just at the spots where I put my hands and feet in downdog. However, for the price, it was well worth it--you can get two of these for the price of one yogitoes towel, and use it as a regular towel. Plus, it's a little larger than the yogitoes standard and I do appreciate the extra room.

After slipping and sliding on towels during rigorous vinyasa classes and home practice on my Jade Harmony mat - to the point where I had to constantly reposition 4 mini hand towels to my hands and feet in downward dog, to no avail - I finally caved in and bought one of these towel dealies. I went back and forth between all the options on Amazon - the Gaiam, Kulae, Yogitoes, Manduka...and in the end, decided to go for the Manduka because of reviews (noted people mentioning "quick air-drying" and no color leaking during washes) and the fact that it is significantly cheaper on Amazon than any of the yoga stores I've visited.

If you've been debating getting a towel for your yoga practice - and you're a serious yogi who can sweat a ton in classes - put it off no longer. This towel is fantastic. I can't say enough great things about it - it stays put, it's big, covers the whole mat, soaks up your sweat so there's no puddles of wet on your mat (yech), and is indeed quickly air drying. It's comfy and adds an extra layer of cushion between you and the floor (although not too much cushion for those who like to "feel" the floor) It didn't slide once during an extremely sweaty class (seriously, everyone else without yoga towels had gross puddles of sweat streaming all over the floor and mat - ew). The color and feel is soothing and even luxurious. The only possible semi-negative thing is that this towel seems to emit heat when you are lying face down (ie preparing for salambasana or locust/bow pose); it seems to echo/radiate your body heat. This to me was a very teeny trade-off for the many pluses and benefits, since I'm hot anyway regardless of whether there's a towel or not.

It also doesn't seem to soak up smell, so a simple water rinse and squeeze gets it pretty dry for next class. However, I have not washed it several times so cannot comment on its durability or continued sweat-soak ability. Will post later as an update.

You can put this on your mat in the beginning or once you get sweaty - either way, it seems to stick. A wonderful buy at a really good price on Amazon. couldn't be happier with my manduka towel!

I was unsure whether to buy this towel or the one from Yogitoes (Yogitoes Skidless Premium Mat-Size Yoga Towel). I prefer this towel -- it covers the mat better and has a slightly better feel. The difference is fairly small.

I was initially intrigued by the nubs on the Yogitoes towel, but I think they are a little bumpy and don't provide that much extra. The size of the towel makes the difference between the two.

Both towels are better wet than dry, but I still use this even at the beginning of my practice.

After doing a lot of research & finding myself torn between the Yogitoes & the Manduka eQua towel for Birkiam yoga, I decided to buy 1 of each. The Yogitoes is a bit more expensive (about $48) & Manduka about $37. The Manduka is very thin like a chamois, which was described by others this way, but one thing people didn't mention, is that LIKE a chamois, where you touch it when wet it leaves a little dark mark before it evaporates. Well, in a hot yoga class when you are sweating up a storm, the least attractive thing is wet hand/foot marks on the towel (call me whatever you like, but c'mon no one thinks that's a 'nice' benefit of a yoga towel.) Also, I found this one slipped MUCH more than the Yogitoes with the nubs. The Manduka was downright slippery. Granted it did not bunch up like a beach/bath towel, but like a chamois, it has an almost suede-like feel and during a couple of back-laying posture, I actually could slide my back up & down the mat - in a bad way. Anyway, as much as I wanted to like it, I hate it. - Yoga - Yoga Accessories - Mat - Yoga Mat'
