Valentino Made In Italy - darya trading, darya

This suit is a classic piece. The quality of construction, the material and the fit make this suit an instant classic in my wardrobe rotation. It will be worn with great pride. I plan to purchase others of this style when you provide colors other than blue and black. I have them both and want more. The peak lapels are more narrow than most. A nice touch. Truly like this suit with the half canvas front. Keep them coming. 2009 Amazon Frustration-fre - cell phone, phone charger

I'm not sure what exactly happened; but I received a micro USB charger -- not a mini USB charger. There's a pretty significant difference, since they're not compatible with one another.

Either the name of this item on Amazon is incorrect, or the seller made a mistake and shipped me the wrong item. I'm in the process of getting in touch with the seller, and I'll revise this review appropriately after I have a chance to talk with them.

Update #1: I'm actually having a bit of difficulty figuring out who the seller is... this product page says the seller is AccessoryOne; however, my "recent orders" page says that I bought the item from webtreo. Go figure. Motorola Mini USB Car Charger [Bulk,Generic Packaging]

What more could I ask for? It works as advertised, charging my cell-phone via a mini-usb plug. The charger has a blue LED to indicate that it is powered when plugged in to the car accessory power plug (cigarette lighter).

The Charger is a good product and has a unique blue light that lets you know it is charging. The problem is thet it works with my tmobile "Dash" PDA but is does not work with the motorola V360 phone I bought it for. So, it works for a different manufacturer HTC, but not the motorola phone it is supposed to work for. I will call the shipper and find out is it designed for this phone or was it the wrong product shipped like the comment made earlier!! Other than this it is a good product and if will work for your particular phone I would refer it!!!

I bought this product because I was looking for a Mini USB Car Charger. I thought that's what I would be getting when I bought this product because it's titled as so... But, no, it's a regular USB car charger. The worst part about it is this companies return policy. I have to pay to ship it back which will most likely end up costing me what it was to buy the product in the first place. I am considering it money down the drain and would not recommend buying this product to anyone. I'm incredibly disappointed and will avoid purchasing from this company in the future.

Having bought retail at >$12, bought 4. I have all mini-usb handhelds (Motorola phones, hands-free bluetooth, and blackberries). One was DOA and returned for a quick replacement. The rest of three worked well w/ all my handheld devices. Great price.

This charger came up when I searched for Motorola Droid chargers, but when I got it it was the same fire-wire type charger that I used to use for my Razr. I wish there had been a better picture of the cable so I could tell before ordering.

My old TomTom One 3rd Edition power cord got kinks and apparently wires in it broke. This works, the coiled cord is much more convenient, and I like the light that indicates that power is present. Saved me from buying a new car GPS. - Phone Charger - Car Charger - Cell Phone - Mini Usb'

Rotary Tools - black and decker, rotary tools

I haven't used this on any projects yet, but it does seem promising. It has a rigid feel to it and the price is ideal. I haven't used a Dremel brand rotary tool so I can't really compare.

The only negative thing I have to say about this is that the collet nut is pretty hard to loosen once it's tightened. However, I found that putting the wrench against one of the fan blades made it easier to loosen. Probably not a good thing to do, but it does work.

Update 10/14/2008: I have used this on several projects now and it has held up very well. Cuts, grinds, and sands plastic and metal with no problems. The cut-off wheels included are not that great, but you can always get reinforced replacements. Also, make sure to let off on the material you are cutting, grinding, or sanding from time to time so that the cut-off wheels or sanding bands can cool off. Otherwise, the cut-off wheels are more prone to shatter or burn the material when it gets too hot from the friction. If you think you need a rotary tool to get a job done, this will do it and then some. In my initial review I stated that I had problems with the collet nut, but after using it I found it was my own fault. I did not have the locking safety mechanism engaged all the way so I had problems getting the collet nut off. Just make sure the safety is engaged all the way and tap the collet when it is loosened to get the attachment off and you will be golden. I am happy that I bought this for about half as much of a Dremel brand rotary tool. If I could change my rating, I would now give it 5 stars.

Amazon doesn't include a list of the accessories, but it's not their fault. It doesn't even say on the box itself. For those wondering what this comes with:

Rotary Tool - 1

Carrying Case - 1

Woodworking Clamps - 2

Wrench/Flathead Screwdriver - 1

1/8" Standard Mandrel - 1

Sanding Drum Mandrel - 1

Rubber Polishing Wheel (Coarse) (Brown) - 1

Aluminum Oxide Stone Bullet (Brick) (For Grinding) - 1

Diamond Point (For Engraving) - 1

Heavy Duty Cut-Off Discs - 20

Sanding Band (Coarse) - 3

Sanding Band (Fine) - 2 Black & Decker RTX-6 2 Amp 3-Speed Rotary Tool with 30 Accessories and 2 Spring Clamps

First off, I had a hard time getting this question answered when I was looking at rotary tools, so I'll say it right now: ALL DREMEL ACCESSORIES ARE USABLE BY THIS ROTARY TOOL. To someone who's used a rotary tool before I'm sure this is a logical statement, but to someone new to the devices (as I was), it can be confusing. I thought there might be some notch or something in Dremel accessories that made them only usable by Dremel rotary tools, but there isn't. They're all the same.

Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I just got my RTX a couple of weeks ago, and thus far I'm very impressed by it. It looks and feels substantial and sturdy, and fits very nicely in your hand as you work with it. Though I'd have preferred to see fully adjustable speed settings on this tool, the three speed settings seem to allow more than enough versatility in power to handle any project you throw at it. Mine came with a nice, simple case that's about the same size as a 2 cd tall cd book, which I greatly prefer to the extremely large plastic case that most Dremel tools come in.

My only complaints from this unit are that it doesn't come with a very impressive array of bits/accessories (I bought a 150 piece Dremel accessory kit to supplement it), and I've had some difficulty with the locking mechanism that allows for you to switch accessories getting stuck. It's always loosened up after a little persistent encouragement, but it's still a decent sized annoyance when it happens.

I've used a 300 series Dremel regularly in the past, so I feel that I can safely say that from what I have seen from this tool thus far, the Black and Decker RTX is just as capable a tool as the Dremel, perhaps more so (when you take into account the RTX's superior power). That said, it should probably be noted that the RTX hasn't been around for nearly as long as the Dremel brand, so it's durability over time has yet to be tested.

I've got to wonder why someone would pay 2 or 3 times the price of the RTX to get a Dremel... I suppose name recognition has a lot to do with it, after all people do refer to these things as "Dremel tools" not "Black and Decker tools", but that doesn't seem like a very wise way to make purchases. Puffs facial tissue works just as well as Kleenex, generic cotton swabs work just as well as Q-tips, and the RTX works just as well as a Dremel tool, so why pay the premium price?

If you're looking for the most bang for your rotary tool buck, this is the one you want to go with, hands down.

Bought one as the Dremel was selling for more $$ and I only needed a rotary tool for a very small home project. Having used a dremel brand before, I was cautious about not overheating the unit by having it bog down on tasks. Well that wasn't a problem with the RTX. Didn't realize that it had more motor juice than Dremel until using it. Lots more torque makes it easier to control. Good value.

Edit: Recently purchased the little jigsaw attachment sold by Dremel. I was told this unit really taxes the power out of a dremel unit due to its gearing system and application (i.e. dremel never designed for this type of task). Well the unit fit perfectly on the B&D and the power really shines with this attachement -- I can slice through wood like butter without any bogging down of the unit. Incredible.

I own a professional model shop, and although we occasionally use a Foredom (this is a motor with a cabled handpiece--very powerful, and with a foot pedal speed control, quite easy to use, except for the darn cable) we mainly use Dremel "rotary tools." I've gotten used to them lasting less than a year. They are not in constant use--a week may go by when none are used, but we have several because all of a sudden three people may need to drill tiny holes, or use small burrs, or?

One of my employees came in with this B&D and I was impressed. I ordered one for our shop, and now there are three. It's been less than 6 months, so I'm not sure about longevity, but the oldest still seems solid. There is no external brush replacement like there is on the better Dremels, but I don't know if this is an issue, as generally, the Dremels were dying before the brushes were worn down to replacement status. One of the problems with the Dremel design is the location of the cooling vents--it's hard to hold the Dremel comfortably and not block many of the vents, so the tool overheats.

The B&D is better in this regard, though still not perfect. Balance is good, certainly on par with the top Dremels. Power seems similar. The speed control may be a bit less specific (although there are intermediate settings between the three marked speeds, so this is actually better than expected. Quieter than the Dremels, seems to run a bit smoother. I like the lever lock for the collet change quite a bit too.

Overall, I am very please with these roto tools. Especally at about half the Dremel cost, they are a definite best buy. - Dremel - Corded - Black And Decker - Rotary Tools'

Love It

This really is the best of the best when it comes to loose powder. It has a super-fine texture and never looks cakey. It does a fantastic job at combatting shine and keeping your make up looking fresh. It does not clog pores at all and it really does extend the life of your makeup throughout the day.

I really like the translucent shade because, unlike most powders out there, it really is translucent. It doesn't give your face a whiter look . . . it really is virtually invisible.

The coolest part about this is that you get A LOT of powder for your money, so it's well worth it.

This powder gives your face a beautiful, natural finish. It lets your complexion shine through and keeps oils at bay.

A very excellent buy! Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder Translucent

i tried this product (the translucent shade) during my lunch hour- i was so impressed and went back to buy it after work. i am african and i must say this powder works great with my skin tone. i have seriously oily skin and by the time i get to work, i am 'shining' in an unappealing manner, so other than blotting my face with a napkin (i refuse to spend money on paper blotters- total rip-off), i needed real help.

this powder does the trick, its not cakey, greasy or dry...its truly fine and light. i use it over my m.a.c sheer powder. i'd give it 10 stars if i could...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have a normal to oily skin type and this setting powder works wonders for me. With this powder, make-up stays a little longer. The powder is really light and does not leave a caked on feeling on my face; also no fragrance. Not inexpensive but for me it is worth its price.

Because all the other reviews have described this powder beautifully, I will just say that you should definitely get the Velour Puff. I have always used a brush for my powder so it took some time to get use to using the puff. What I have learned from Laura Mercier products is that you MUST apply them as directed for the best result. Put some powder in the lid, dab the puff, then fold the puff and scrunch it a few times. Then dab with a rocking motion. It takes a bit more time but it really is amazing. If you get the foundation, always apply with a sponge; never use a brush or your fingers. The Laura Mercier sponges are also better than any that I have tried. They are egg shaped and they feel amazing. You can throw both the sponges and the puff in the wash machine so they can last forever! I am a new fan of Laura Mercier products and so far have not been disappointed. I also love the eye basic and wrote a review on that as well. I am going to try the foundation primer and the flawless fix pencil next.

I have tried them all and its official. This is the best powder out there. Why? First, it doesn't cake. At all. It is smooth on the skin and I don't know this for sure but it seems like even when I wash it off my skin looks better. I think its improving my skin. Also, it REALLY covers. I have some scarring but Laura's products hide it completely.

I used powder a great deal in my teens and early / mid twenties, to combat oiliness and help cover up skin problems. Once I hit my late twenties, I stopped using it. I found just about every product I tried to be either too powdery (too visible - even the colorless products I tried) or completely useless after wearing for more than 5 minutes.

This powder is drastically different and superior to any other I've tried. It melts into my skin, giving a perfectly matte (but not too matte) finish and leaving my skin feeling like silk. The Translucent shade is perfect for my pale skin - not adding any color but creating a nice finish.

I think I need to say skin again.

Skin.

I had heard a lot about Laura Mercier's products, especially her foundation and concealers. But since I am very happy using Stila's Oil Free Natural Finish foundation I decided to try her powder since I already needed some as the situation goes. I bought her translucent loose powder and I can say it feels so wonderful--and you want to know why it feels wonder? Because I can't feel it! It's improved the stay ability of my foundation, doesn't cake, and holds up against my seasonally oily skin and the heat of Atlanta. I am instantly a fan AND will be trying her other products in the near future. My only gripe is the loose powder only comes in two other shades which makes translucent my only option. However it is truly translucent and doesn't alter the color of my foundation whatsoever. For that reason I still give it 5 stars.

Personally, I don't care to spend too much on make-up, but there are a few products which I think are worth paying the extra few dollars for, such as Laura's, Setting Powder. I have yet to try a Laura Mercier product that doesn't satisfy my expectations. If you find loose powders to be messy or a hassle, then obviously, purchase a pressed powder rather than this product. If you like the light feeling of loose powders, you'll love this product. A little goes a long way, but not that long, so expect you'll need to buy some more in a couple of months and figure that into your beauty budget. :)'

Network Adapter - wireless n, network adapter

There isn't much to say about a wireless adapter except that it works or it doesn't. This one works well. It is fast and the board and antennae seem to be well constructed. I installed it on a system running 64-bit Windows. The Windows driver would not work with it at all and, in the beginning, neither would the ASUS driver. Device manager found the card but the network could not find it. After a bit of googling, I shut down my Kaspersky firewall and reinstalled the ASUS driver. It started and ran perfectly. I reactivated the firewall and it continued to work properly. I'm not a computer guru so I cannot explain why this would be. However, if you have trouble getting the card to work, try disabling your firewall software. ASUS PCE-N13 - Wireless PCI-Express Adapter - 802.11b/g/n - 2 External Antenna

I had high hopes for this cheap little wonder, and have read great reviews all around the Internet. At first I experienced great speeds, with little to no effort in installing this product. Despite this, a small minority of customers (including me) seem to experience lag while the internet is in use at the same time as a media file is playing (such as a mp3 on itunes or a video on a media player, or even a game). The computer experiences video lag and mouse lag every few seconds, making it extraordinarily annoying to do anything other than surf the net while wireless is enabled. In order to do anything else other than use a browser I have to disable my wireless connectivity to do so. I even moved the hardware further away from my gpu and experienced better performance (still with lagging just not as much).

Now I'm sure not everyone experiences this, but you have been warned.

What makes this little card so valuable is how compatible it is. ASUS is known for making motherboards and many HP's & Dell's use them for their motherboards. Normally when you buy a 3rd party hardware, you run the risk of it not working as well with your system. This is not the case with ASUS as chances are your motherboard is made by them or uses their chips.

It is worth noting that this is a STANDARD Wireless N Card (PCI Express). This means if you have a dual-band (double band) router it will still connect, but you will not get that extra "Boost". Most people use that boost for gaming and if do not see yourself using your PC for gaming, then this will not be a problem.

Although it is listed as N (Draft), which was the pre-release of the N standard... This card really is N standard. ASUS released it using the standard, about 2-3 months before it was officially labeled standard. So you really are getting a TRUE N Card on a budget.

I bought this after I couldn't connect directly to my router, and it gave me a better connection than the last card I tried, a Wireless-G PCI model from Linksys. I haven't tried the utility to make a hotspot, and I didn't even install drivers. Windows 7 found and installed what was necessary, and I'm connected again. I can play mostly lag-free video games, and streaming video from my server connected to the router works as well, even with higher-bitrate files.

Some tips: Avoid installing the driver from the provided disc, go to the website and get it there. Also try to avoid using any bundled utilities that take over from Windows Wireless Manager, as they are completely unnecessary, and you can run into problems. If you run into connectivity issues in your home, find out if any bulky objects are located between the connection points. Things like fireplaces, chimneys, concrete walls, and even appliances like microwave ovens and fridges can affect your signal strength.

I installed this on a new Dell Inspiron 570. It's has an AMD processor with Windows 7. Windows found and installed the adapter upon starting the computer. There was no need to load drivers from the included disk. It works perfectly.

I own 3 of these and they all work great. The connection speed is fast and the two adjustable antennas allow you to adjust them just right to get maximum signal strength. Two of them are used for home theater PCs so they need to be able to handle streaming Netflix. They also work quite well for streaming DVDs across the network from my other computers. Make sure to spend some time adjusting the position of each antenna to get the best possible signal strength. It does make a difference.

We have an HP computer with a pretty small tower. We had to move a few things around on the motherboard to open up a space for this guy, but it fit in the tight quarters just fine. We hooked it up a few rooms over from our router and voila! We get a nice download speed (I clocked 800 M) with no glitches or resets needed so far. I give this adapter 5 stars.

This card is simply okay at best. I bought it so I wouldn't have Ethernet wires running through my living room and kitchen. The signal is some what strong, average of 4 bar at about 20 feet away and through a couple of walls, though i thought it would be even better. This is my first pci wireless card so I can't really compare it with others but I can compare it with the wireless connectivity of other laptops. IMO laptop wireless card definitely outperform this one. My speeds are going always up and down for no apparent reason. And sometimes just browsing the web feels like it's taking much longer then it should be. I'm thinking of just leaving the wires because having a wired connection is 3x then when I'm connected through this card. Overall it's an okay card and does what it's suppose to, I would recommend it if you just Need something that gets the job done or if your looking for something cheap.

Pros: wireless, relatively cheap, small(pcix1), good signal

Cons: slow speeds compared to wired connection and laptops

I just recently assembled my own gaming computer. As right now a wired connection is out of the question, I ended up buying a wireless adapter. I'm not looking for something that will work incredible miracles. I just want a nice wifi adapter that gives me at least a decent connection as my laptop has given me.

(-2 stars for:) Unfortunately I'm going to have to look for another adapter as this one is absolutely dreadful. First I want to add that I purchased other ASUS products (including a motherboard and a monitor) and I was really impressed with the quality and prices. Nevertheless, this little guy really disappointed me. The fastest speed i've achieved with this little guy is 95 mbps (tested connection speed on speedtest dot net as well). It definitely beats my laptop's wifi adapter, which has only given me a max of 65 mbps. However, the asus wifi adapter is very erratic, switching between dramatically slow speeds to significantly faster speeds. One second it'll be at its max and then another second it'll drop down to 5mbps. This is something my laptop does not do. It took 3 minutes for this little guy to download 129 mbs at one point. I don't really mind that it didn't achieve faster speeds, but the fact that it slows down to extreme points really turned me off. I need a reliable adapter, not this.

(-1 star for:) Another issue I had with this card was with the installation. Despite the fact that I installed it to an asus motherboard, it did not fit perfectly into the pci express slot. The problem was that I could not plug this thin in without it jerking the plate inwards towards the desktop and therefore preventing me from screwing it to the desktop and securing it. This is not an issue with my case as every other pci adapter i installed fit perfectly. I had to remove the screws holding the card to the pci plate in order to secure it to the desktop case. - Wireless N - Pci Express - Network Adapter - Wireless'

Porous-point Pens

When I utilize my Pilot Razor Point pen, it's as if I am empowered with the ability to channel the force. Ideas sprout in my mind and as the ink glides across the paper I enter a deep trance of creative bliss. Sure you can bypass this passage to nirvana for a more "durable" pen such as the Staedtler Mars Professional Pen, but I ask you one question... what's the point of more ink if you have nothing brilliant to write with that ink? Pilot Razor Point Stick Pen, Extra Fine Point, Black, 12-Count (11001)

The pilot razor point pens are my favorite pens but I have such a hard time finding them. They write beautifully...smooth ink line that is not too thin not too fat. They also come in lots of fun colors. My hand also doesn't get tired using these pens. Try them!

These pens are okay but they don't last as long as a Staedtler Mars Professional Pen. That pen has more durablity than this pen. Pilot make good pens and I have used others such as the Pilot Knight Fountain Pen.

I have used the RAZOR point 1 and Razor point 2 pens for 15 years. They last a

resonable length of time and best of all;they do not smudge. The razor point 2 are good for very fine lines in your detailed illustrations. The razor point 1 is good for general fine lines and making notations on drawings. My career is dependant on these pens and I hope they never discontinue them.

All of the most powerful men I've ever known use this pen. It's pure magic. Ball points are for losers. Felt in the HOUSE!

I was hanging out with God the other day, and I'm like, "Yo God, what pen you use?" and he's like, "Pilot Razor, recognize ho".

then I was like "aw yeah son". Then we hugged.

if you like a little friction when you write, and you don't mind the ink showing up on the backside of thin paper, then this is one of the standards by which other such pens are measured. I've used this pen for over a decade and can't find anything better in its class for the money. the uni-ball micros are good, too. they don't bleed through as much but don't have as much friction when you write so you sacrifice some control.

My husband could probably get away with one pen every two to five years - he's always on a computer and even he has a hard time reading his own handwriting. I am "old school" - I keep to do lists on paper, write daily in my journal, sketch on actual paper and even write snail mail letters. I am a pen snob; he is not. And we both like this pen.

From my point of view, this pen is simply easy to use. You don't have to push hard to control your line, so although the body of the pen is light and thin, it doesn't tire your hand. The ink is dark, doesn't smudge easily, and resists fading. It isn't a waterproof ink, but I haven't had problems with an errant drop of water either. I am always on the lookout for truly fine point pens, and there aren't a lot of them out there. The Razor Point advertises as being 0.30 mm, and it feels fairly true to size, though the ink bleeds ever so slightly on most papers, giving me a line about as thick as the Pilot G-2's .38 mm line.

The Razor Point fits my husband's lifestyle just fine as well. So long as it is capped, the pen's ink stays liquid, and the cap itself fits tightly, so no problems with it popping off while hanging out at the bottom of a bag. It's also a cheap enough pen that it's not a big deal if someone walks off with it. Highly recommended.

I am an ink pen snob, and am extremely picky about what types of writing instruments I use. At times, I would easily take a cheap stick pen over a bulky expensive pen if the feel is right. A pen can write perfectly, but if the barrel is awkwardly shaped or isn't fit perfectly to the type and size of the point itself, it can feel off, and I will refuse to use it for any length of time. I have even been known to switch pens three and four times during an exam because they just didn't feel right. And yes, I do realize that I have some obsessive compulsive tendencies, but that is neither here nor there.

The Pilot Razor Point Pen in Extra Fine is near perfection for a pen connoisseur. It has everything that I love--a porous point that writes in an extremely fine line, while having an ease of ink flow that requires little to no pressure on the paper and, subsequently, enables longer writing times without hand cramping.

I absolutely recommend this pen to any and everyone. The price, averaging just over $1.08 each, is astounding. They are comparable to Sharpie pens (Sharpie Pen Fine Point Pen, 2 Black Pens (1742659)), but are fitted with a more ergonomic and comfortable barrel, and are considerably cheaper. Additionally, Sharpie pens do not come in extra fine, on amazon.com, at least, and so finding such an impressive specimen for less than $13 is truly remarkable.

Don't hesitate--buy these pens. You won't regret it.

This is such a great pen.

I've tried just about every pen out there in search of the perfect pen that won't smear and leaves a strong solid line.

I ordered up a box, as I could not do without this pen.'

Toro Snow Thrower - toro electric snow blower, toro 1800

Just bought this in Jan 2011 and used once. So far so good. Only complaint is the choke is rather flimsy, especially for a $400 item, and the key is in an awkward position. Pull start was easy. Haven't tried electric start yet. Toro Power Clear 180 (18") 87cc Single-Stage Snow Blower - 38272

One week after I purchase this machine, a blizzard hit us with 19" of snow and up to 4' drifts. It is not normal to get this volume of snow here. I have concerns whether the snow blower could handle the job. So I started the machine up, and started removing the snow layer at a time, running the blower for hours. After two tanks of gas the job was done. Of course if I had a bigger machine I would have finish sooner but I didn't. Great little machine that is willing to work!

The snow blower was fine for about 6 weeks. Then, I came into my garage and noticed a gas smell. There was a 2 inch round leak under the blower. I covered the leak with kitty litter to get rid of the vapors and jiggled the snow blower around to see if it leaked more. It seemed okay. I put a piece of cardboard underneath it and did not touch the snow blower for about three weeks because we had no snow. I went into my garage today and was hit with really bad gas vapors. This time it leaked about a 12 inch circle underneath it! This was bad. Especially since I hadn't even touched it at all.

t read a few online reviews that leaks were a problem with this model. I am returning it to the store where I bought it for a full refund. Good thing I wasn't on vacation or the leak could have spread and that, combined with my pilot light for my water heater, could have ended up with my house blowing up. Not a good product. I will by another brand next time. - Electric Snow Thrower - Snow Thrower - Toro Electric Snow Blower - Toro 1800'

Weight Loss - sweat, sauna suit

Make sure you drink a lot of water! It makes you sweat! This suit is useful if you are an athlete and need to weigh in for something. I wouldn't use it all the time because you lose water weight, and you need water to feed your muscles. It's not going to make fat disappear, just water. Valeo Sauna Suit, Large / X-large

received this suit yesterday and used today for first time. you do sweat but as one of the other reveiwers mentioned i took off the pants and they tore horizontally thru the crotch seam.. one wearing and kaput.

written to valeo will see what they reply

The suit will make you sweat if that's what you are looking to do. I had rivers running out of my sleeves and pant legs, but the pants tore within weeks on the inside seam. I was using the suit about 5 times a week with a vigorous treadmill routine. It will likely last longer and be fine for occasional recreational uses, but buy something more substantial for a serious workout. You truly do get what you pay for.

3 uses and this ripped out in the pant. The top will not last much longer. If you buy this, then you will be sorry. This thing is a joke. It is made by China as cheap as possible so someone else makes fast money and you loose fast money. P.S. Also the good reviews are paid reviews I bet or only they used it one time.

It did not cause me the money only, a great embarrassment as well.

When I first received it I was happy to take it with me to the gym, I got it on, and went fast walking on the treadmill. As I was working out, I could feel the cool air between my legs.

I had to walk to the shower room with ripped pants. I wonder whether everybody at the gym saw that.

I bought this item and used it for a week before the bottom of the suit got torn when I was taking it off. Material does not stand bending/heavy use and will tear easily. It is my 6th sauna suit. Five of them I bought from Amazon and 1 from Wal-Mart. Amazon's suits are all gone, they last no longer than a month. And I have the Wal-Mart brand for about 6 month and it is still usable (the only problem with it is the size - the smallest is M/L and I need Small). Do not buy this item, it's a waste of money. I would give it 0 stars if Amazon would have this option.

So, I read the reviews and I had used Valeo before with no issues. I dont know what they changed, but sure enough the suit ripped within 15 min. This product really sucks now and I could not possibly suggest this to anyone. TO those who have had it and it is fine, congrats. But honestly, why take the chance when there are others. - Weight Loss - Sweat - Fitness - Sauna Suit'

Sometimes a person just gets so sick of angst ridden books for teens that it's nice to see a novel that portrays teenage life for what it is. Not all teens life lives of quiet desperation. Some of us actually enjoy our lives. Seriously, as soon as I'd read the first sentence I was hooked for the night. Loved loved loved it!!!! How to Take the Ex Out of Ex-Boyfriend

This book was... good. I read it in less than a day, but I don't think I'd credit that to it being overly fantastic. I just think it was good. Nothing more than that, at least not in my opinion. It was kind of original, with the student body president election and everything, but it just seems like everything worked out too perfect for it to be taken realistically. I can understand a happy ending, but something about this just seemed too peachy for me. But in all honesty, the book kept me entertained. It was good for a light read. It was funny, and fun to read.

When Giovanna's twin brother, Dante, announces he's running for student body president against her boyfriend's friend and popular candidate, Wilson, things between Giovanna and her boyfriend, Jesse, get a little tense. Jesse's great, the best boyfriend a girl could ask for...Until he agrees to support Wilson over Dante, who is also a good friend of his. Both Jesse and Dante say Giovanna's too emotional, and she might agree after she impulsively breaks up with Jesse.

Even though she's campaigning for Dante, she sort of regrets dumping Jesse. Even if he is campaigning for the opposition. Okay, that's a lie--she completely regrets it, and she wants Jesse back, but Giovanna doesn't want to give up her pride or her brother's campaign, either. What's a girl to do?

HOW TO TAKE THE EX OUT OF EX-BOYFRIEND is a fantastic book! It's absorbing, entertaining, and moves quickly enough to be read in an afternoon. All of the characters are great, but Giovanna is an awesome and well-developed main character, with a great voice. She's someone I definitely wouldn't mind hearing more from! This is a book that is completely worth reading, and pretty hard to put down, too!

Reviewed by: Jocelyn Pearce

This book is entertaining and to my surprise actually has some funny moments.

Although the author tries to interject some "deep" moments - such as the twins dealing with life in different ways since the death of their mother - the overall tone of the book is light and airy. The main characters are cute and our heroine actually has a couple of laugh out loud funny episodes (and some of her thoughts are hilarious) - and the main storyline of Dante the male twin wanting to win a school election is harmless.

But what worked best in this story is definitely the love that the siblings have for each other and our main heroine's discovery of what is important to her - including her determination to stick to her principles.

The stepmother is the requisite 'ogre' and the father is barely mentioned here.

Having said all of this, I would not say that this book touched me or made me stop and think - rather its a delightful beach read and is cute and harmless.

How to Take the Ex Out of Ex-Boyfriend

We received an advance copy Janette Rallison's book, "How to Take the Ex Out of Ex-boyfriend," and LOVED IT!!!!! Couldn't put it down. Read it all in one sitting.

To tell you the truth we don't normally go for romance type reads so we actually started reading it at 11 p.m. with the idea that we would read a little and then put it down...well, thanks to Rallison's awesome writing it was 3 a.m. before we put the book down and only because we got to the last line, "I laughed and went inside." We've posted the review of this title to the ChildrenComeFirst.com website as well.

While this book was light, airy, and quite fun in the beginning, I could not find any of the characters besides Giovanna to be realistic, and the plot had absolutely no subplots.

OF COURSE, I only read until about page 80 or so..I just couldn't take anymore of Giovanna's flat and boring friends and their unbearable conversations. I needed some substance.

The author does not interject anything at all, does not shy away from anything but the class election for even a second. I found that to be quite annoying, as I the reader needed a break. Jesse and Giovanna breaking up can be considered a subplot, and I technically is, but the author did not really touch on it, not from what I read.

Over all, I would not recommend this book.

Giovanna Petrizzo is an average girl dating a very popular guy, Jesse. She and her twin brother Dante don't really mix with the gorgeous, wealthy students, but Jesse is good to them both, so he's their one connection to the upper echelons of high school society. That is, until Dante gets fed up with the snobby kids and announces that he's running for student counsel president against Wilson, the leading snob. Giovanna rushes to her brother's aid but is appalled when she learns that Jesse plans to support Wilson instead of Dante. Giovanna breaks up with Jesse, but she learns that getting over him isn't easy, and being her brother's campaign manager isn't all that glamorous of a job.

Oddly enough, this book seems more like a friendship-and-family story than a YA romance. A lot of focus is drawn to Giovanna's brother Dante, who is a pretty cool guy that fixes up old motorcycles and calls out the student council kids for being vapid (well, when all they're given to do is plan the prom and design homecoming floats, how could they be otherwise? But I digress...). Her loyalty to Dante is sweet, but it's misplaced or overzealous a lot of the time. Dante wants her support in the election, but not as much support as she actually gives, because he has a lackadaisical approach to the whole thing himself. He's an idea man, not a commander, and he wants to make a statement, not govern.

There are some great wacky things in How to Take--Giovanna is on probation for a frog cadaver incident that spiraled out of control until she had to do community service for it. And there's some funny parts with her English teacher who is an aspiring writer and reads her rejection slips out loud to the class, and some really bad blind dates that Giovanna gamely goes on to try to forget Jesse. It's light, cute comedy.

I suppose to me, the conflict feels very low-stakes. The rich kids that Dante's opposing aren't going to do anything bad, they're just going to not make a memorial for a student who died. I guess I want more of a threat and more of a reward in the whole election scenario--if Wilson wins, nothing happens, and if Dante wins, his friend gets a memorial. It's very honorable of Dante to pursue this in memory of his friend, but I don't feel the impact as a reader since that character wasn't actually introduced.

As far a romance goes, there's some of it, but not as much as the title indicates. Jesse is basically a pleasant but normal guy, though does get more interesting after the break-up; he's smart and level-headed, and just slightly jealous--enough to show that he cares but not enough to be obnoxious. Giovanna doesn't even do that much planning or scheming to get Jesse back, she just goes on a few un-fun dates with other people. Overall, it's a short, sweet story and though it's YA, it's suitable for Mid-Grade readers. - Teen - Ya Romantic Comedy - Humor - Screwball Comedy'

Training Gloves - gloves, fitness

I am almost too particular about the gloves I use, but these have been my favorite and since buying (almost a year and a half ago) I haven't switched out!

I still haven't had to replace them (and I am not the "hit the gym once in a while" type) The quality is top grade, I have had no issues with any

seams ripping or the edges of the fingers coming undone as many other do.

The palms are made of real padded leather, and haven't faded or ripped since my purchase. Regardless of the countless times I have thrown these in the washing machine, they come out still sized just right, and the palms soft and ready for wear.

The back of these gloves has a large easy open so they pull of easily of sweaty hands. Also they feature a stretchy back, but one whose fabric doesn't snag as many other brands do. This back offers great a breathable material and compromised comfort.

I bought a size small, and they fit me perfectly, I have really small hands though, so if you try to cram a normal small into these smalls, it may be uncomfortable, so try the next size up. Once you find the size that suits your hands, you won't be disappointed with the quality of these work out gloves. Valeo Women's Competition Lifting Gloves (Small)

They don't "give" very well, no flexibility, so with some exercises I just take them off entirely. I thought the leather gloves would be better and stronger but the leather rubs against the hand sometimes and causes blisters too. For the most part though, they will protect your hands while using weights and get the job reasonably done.

I bought a pair of these gloves about a year ago. I can't get any ladies gloves in England so I had these delivered to a friends relative in America and the friend brought them home for me. I am about to buy 2 more pairs (the friend is going to America again)just so I have a stock!! I think these are excellent value for money, the fit is great, I bought a medium but am usually a small when buying gloves, the size guide specified told me to get medium and they were right!! I've had no blisters, wear then constantly and they still look like new. - Gloves - Lifting - Womens Althetic Gloves - Fitness'

Babydoll - intimate, sexy lingerie

This lingerie looked so cute on the internet, but when I got it I was SO disappointed! It is really trashy looking and poor quality. I put it on to see if it would look cute on, and it is made so poorly that it doesn't even fit where the boobs are supposed to be! It is pretty trampy, and i would not recommend it to ANYONE! I didn't feel cute in it at all, I felt ugly and really wanted to throw it away. Escante Women's Polka Dot Baby Doll, Black/White, Small

This is very cute! The Only problem is minor and thats the breast area is padded and not made for Big breasted women. That said though a 44DD here and even though it is a little small there it still worked. Im a plus size women and this still looks very cute on me. Just order a size up. Husband liked it alot. Shipment was pretty fast as well. Only gave a 4 star bc of boob area otherwise it would be like a 6.

This was a Christmas present for my boyfriend. We browsed amazon together for what he would like, and picked this set. I wasn't thrilled with it, but as long as he thought it was great, I didn't mind.

When it arrived and I tried it on, the cups for the breasts did not fit as well as I hoped. I felt like my breasts were spilling out of them. The ruffles in the front didn't cover my tummy quite as well as I'd hoped, but then again I am my worst critic about my body size.

My boyfriend however loved it. I guess his enthusiasm made me feel better about wearing it. As long as he's happy with the gift, I'm happy!

This covers a girls stomach wonderfully and my boyfriend loved it. I don't care so much for the frills but I don't think I really knew what I was expecting. It is cute, and being a C cup, I barley fit the cups. Anyone bigger than that would never be able to fit into em. And my boyfriends only complaint was that he wish that panties were a thong or what not instead. But other than that he really loved it. It's a cute girly outfit.

I bought a 2X and it fits more like a Large. It's super cute and nothing like I have seen before but I have to squeeze my breasts in to this little bra thing. I know my husband will like it though ;)

I figured being for a 3x the room in the bra would be MUCH bigger, but it wasn't at all. I can barely wear it because of the bra. It's ridiculous trying to keep my breasts in. The outfit itself is very cute and comfy as long as you don't have anything over a C-cup [unlike me].

Well, I got this top today in the mail and was really excited to try it on. Unfortunately the boob part fits very oddly. Like they put the cups too close together and it looks kinda weird. One side of the pink ribbon was too long, so it just hung there all loose instead of lining the bottom of the cups. I safety pinned it though, and it looks fine now. I really like the polka dotted bottom part though, it's nice and flowy and soft. I still love the top, the boob area is just kinda awkward.

This babydoll is super cute!!! i am not a small girl in any way, and i would have liked to have ordered a size L or XL, but they only had M and 1XL, so i got the M. it fits real nice and looks cute! The only probleam is that the boob area is way to small!! i am only a 34-36 B/C cup and it looks way to small! so might be cute opn someone who has no boobs lol... but my boyfriend loved it! it is nice and comfortable! it hides ur stomach well (if u have one) i have had 2 kids one is 6 and the other 5 months, so its nice to hide the tummy!!! loved it!! great price, super fast shipping and is woth every cent!!! - Intimate - Sexy Lingerie - Babydoll'

Earrings

This is the first time I ordered jewelry online, and I was prepared to be disappointed, considering you are getting 5 pairs of earings for about $40. Although the earrings looked beautiful in the pictures, I was thinking, well, they may look horrible in real (as many things you buy from online are). But I was totally surprised by how nice and beautiful these earrings are when I received them today. They look exactly like in the picture, and the gems are not small at all ( I was also expecting them to be tiny tiny gems). I especially like the peridot and the amethyst ones. Very nice color and shape. The garnet ones are not as red as I would have liked, but again, considering the price, they are worthy enough. Sterling Silver Peridot, Garnet, Amethyst, Blue Topaz and Citrine Individually Boxed Stud Earring Set

I bought these for my 83 year old mom, she loves jewelry and helped me pick these out. We thought it would be a good deal for the price. She was happy with the look of the stones when they arrived, but as others have noted, these stones are mounted at the end of a rather deep mount (almost 1/4 inch) which makes them rather top heavy. Unless you have very thick and meaty ear lobes, these earrings are going to droop downwards, not sit pretty on your ear as you would expect. Needless to say, my moms ear lobes are very thin, as soon as she put them in her ears, they drooped downward at a 45 degree angle. She was very displeased with these and we sent them back for a refund.

Even the previous reviews don't do justice to these earrings. I believe this is truly the best "deal" I've ever gotten. The earrings are absolutely beautiful - well cut, well set. The colors are vibrant, and identical to the photo. One reviewer thought the garnet too dark, but it's really a beautiful garnet - deep red without being "black" like so many cheaper garnets. When you consider that you're paying less than $10/pair the quality is astounding. [...] Delivery was typical of any other Amazon purchase.

These earrings are just as beautiful as they look in the picture - in fact, better than they look in the picture. The stones are nicely colored, and are very clear and sparkly. I don't have a problem with the earrings drooping in my ears.

They came packed in good-looking satiny blue individual gift boxes inside a matching larger box. Each small box has a square of anti-tarnish paper in it, which is a nice touch. I am delighted with them - they look like expensive jewelry, but are quite reasonably priced. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase!

For people who are afraid these earring will fall forward - it is possible to buy very inexpensive acrylic disc earring stabilizer guards. The stabilizer discs keep heavy earrings flat to the ear. Earring stabilizer discs are available at craft stores.

People with small fragile earlobes might also want to take a look at the 3mm gemstone earring set instead:

10k Gold 3mm Garnet, Amethyst, Blue Topaz, Peridot and Citrine Stud Earring Set

The earrings are beautiful but way too large for my small earlobes. The earrings do sag, but this is easily solved by using the disk-like earring backs that come with other earrings. The posts bend easily and the earrings protrude quite far from the ear due to the setting. One thing I disliked was that when the head is turned slightly, all you can see is the side of the setting - the stone is best viewed directly from the front. The stones are very beautiful and having the different shaped cuts for each type was nice. The fancy silver setting is also nice. They are a great value for the quality product received. However, I have returned the earrings and will look for something a bit smaller.

These earrings were supposed to be gifts for family, but I sent them back as the backings were not very tight and since the gemstones are set so high and in such substantial settings, they would become loose in my earlobe and always looked odd, like they could fall out at any moment. Beautiful stones, lovely fancy silver work, but they stick out of the lobe too much for me and the backs can't really support the weight.

These were way better than I thought they would be. I really love every pair. In another review the person commented on the color of the garnet not being red enough but they really are as pictured. I was also worried that the earrings would be too heavy, but I forgot I even had them on until someone complemented me. Highly recommended.

I agree that these are a great bargain, and the stones are all beautiful. The only problem is that they flop over on the earlobe because they are so heavy. They also are set very high, so from the side you mainly see the silver setting. I bought these for my sister, and she didn't end up keeping them because they sagged downward on her ear lobe. I tried them on and they worked ok for me. I guess one just needs to have thick and short earlobes to make these heavy earrings sit properly on the ear.

This is such a nice set - I wear a different pair everyday. My only disappoint in them is the size - I was hoping to wear them in the top of my double pierced ears - but I can't because they are TOO BIG. I have gotten so many compliments on them. Yes, you can break them up and give them out as gifts. They would make GREAT gifts. But you will need to order 2 sets, because you will want to keep a set for yourself.

I tell everyone where I got them from!

I agree with the reviews that these are very nice stones. However, I should have paid heed to the review that discusses the three "dimensionalness" of these earrings. They do not sit well on the ear and you see the setting while the stone droops toward the ground. Wish now I hadn't bought them.'

Compact Camera With Hd Video - cybershot, dsc-w290

I originally bought a Sony DSC-S950, for around half the price of this camera, but I returned it the same day due to a faulty flash bulb. I decided to upgrade to the W290, because I wasn't very happy with the S950 - it felt cheap, and lacked features.

I've put together this list of pros and cons of this camera. Don't let the seemingly long list of cons scare you though, as they are all quite minor and not even important enough for me to rate this camera anything less than 5 stars. I just felt it was necessary to list everything I could think of. Sorry, I couldn't properly review the HD Video capability, because I don't have the HD cables (see below), and my computer seems to be too slow to properly play back HD video.

Pros:

-BRILLIANT colors! I am very very impressed with the colors in my shots, especially when shooting outdoor scenery shots (which is primarily what I purchased this camera for).

-Night-time shots using a tripod turn out very well also, giving as much detail as one could see with their naked eye.

-Smile shutter, as mentioned in previous reviews, works flawlessly. One thing that doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere, is that when it's in Smile Shutter mode, it will continue to snap photos automatically as long as it keeps detecting smiles, which is very cool. So if you are taking a group picture, and you're one of those people that likes taking 3 shots of the same thing "just in case", just keep on smiling and the camera will take care of that for you.

-there's a 3-shot burst mode, where it automatically takes 3 pictures when you click the button: one with your default EV, one at -1EV, and one at +1EV (or different intervals even, if you choose). That once-in-a-lifetime shot you take will have 3 different versions automatically, and you can choose the one you like the most and delete the rest later.

-The Intelligent Auto mode works fantastically, it takes a lot of the stress out of taken urgent pictures. The only time I ever don't use it is when I have plenty of time to plan for a shot.

-Startup time is great! I've seen other complaints from people that say this camera takes too long to startup and be ready to use, but those people must be the most impatient people ever, because this thing is faster than any other camera I've owned, digital or otherwise. When you click the power button, the lens fires out lightning fast and the screen immediately displays the picture and is ready for action. Probably takes about 0.5 seconds from pushing the button to being ready to use.

Cons:

-Plastic cover on LCD screen protrudes from the camera body, making it more easily scratched. I would recommend getting some screen protectors, as I'm about to do.

-the jack for the all-in-one cable is on the bottom of the camera, which will be great once a dock is available, but in the meantime it's a very inconvenient place to plug in the cable. It forces you to lay to camera on either the lens side, or the LCD side (which, as mentioned above, is designed in such a way that it could be scratched quite easily without a screen protector)

-Doesn't come with HD video cables, only the typical yellow/red/white RCA analogue cables. Seeing as how this camera records HD video, it would be nice to be able to play it back in HD on my tv without burning it to a DVD first. You can buy the HD cables from sony if you really need them, though.

-Comes with an NP-BG1 battery, which disables the camera's ability to show you the remaining minutes. You have to buy the optional NP-FG1 battery to see that. That's the only difference, both batteries have the same capacity. It was obviously designed that way to force us to buy a second battery... but that was fine with me, since I planned on buying one anyways.

I would definitely recommend this camera to anyone looking for a great quality point-and-shoot digital camera! Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W290 12 MP Digital Camera with 5x Optical Zoom and Super Steady Shot Image Stabilization (Dark Blue)

NOTE: IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT, SEE WARNING BELOW!

My wife and I are planning a long vacation trip and needed a compact, but versatile, alternative to a full blown DSLR. I've owned this little camera for just 20 hours, but can offer some first impressions. We bought a Canon SX110IS at Christmas for our daughter. Compared to the jewel-like Sony, the Canon's build quality seems substantially less. However, it has a 10X optical zoom compared to Sony's 5x, but 9 mega pixel resolution compared to 12.1 on the Sony. I doubt that the image quality difference will be notable, but I will update this when I can make a valid comparison.

One of the main reasons I picked the Sony over the Canon is that it is truly compact. While the Canon is small, the Sony is flat - less than 1" thick - and hardly shows in a pocket (although I have ordered a case). Comparatively speaking, its LCD screen is huge and bright (but does not swivel like some Canons). BTW, neither camera has a viewfinder, so I am not confident that either will be easy to see in bright sunlight.

This model does NOT employ a touch screen (which I did not value), but the controls (though small) are simple and generally intuitive once you learn Sony's ops language (different from Canon's). I will admit, if you happen to be a bit ham-fisted, you may not be willing to struggle with such tiny controls which are suited more to a child's hand than an adults. Also, because they are so small, the two adjustable dials are hard to read - not so handy when your eyes start to fail as are mine.

The special features (many on this camera) all seem like they may be useful, but the "smile" feature seems a bit useless to me. The facial recognition works great - even when I pointed it at a TV image. It takes longer than I am used to to auto focus (I normally shoot with a Canon full frame 5D that uses focus motors in the lenses - hardly a fair comparison).

Also, if you plan to use this camera to record full 12.1 mega pixel images, you will have to buy plenty of Memory Stick storage, although it will shoot at much lower resolutions, it has limited internal memory. I bought two 16GB Sony brand Pro Duo sticks on eBay for $21 each to be able to do so. BTW, that is much cheaper than Amazon, say. Also, since this camera shoots HD (720P) video in MPEG4 format - one of the features I plan to exploit - you'll want plenty of extra storage anyhow.

I'll have to reserve my opinions on picture quality until I can do a real world test, but the images I shot indoors with the built-in flash were crisp and noiseless at 12.1 mega pixels, less so, of course as I tried lower resolutions.

And did I mention that the Sony's "anodized" blue finish trimmed in "black chrome" is elegant and stunning?

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!

Shortly after writing this review, I decided to double-check my "cheap" memory purchase. What I found was disturbing. It is very likely that the Pro Duo memory sticks I bought on eBay are FAKES! I'm telling you this so you won't make the same mistake I probably did (my Memory Sticks have not yet been delivered). If you will check out this eBay link BEFORE you buy memory for your new camera (or other Sony device), you may be able to save yourself a lot of trouble (and $$$).

http://reviews.ebay.com/FAKE-Sony-Memory-Stick-Pro-Duo-MagicGate-Cards-Exposed_W0QQugidZ10000000001236041

Like they say, "If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is". I know better, and now, so do you. I will confirm the results after I have had a chance to try them out. Incidentally, just shot some outside images of our flowering crabapple blossoms. Pictures look great and I could see the LCD in "cloudy bright" afternoon sunlight.

4-28-09

As promised, an update. The Memory Sticks from Hong Kong did indeed turn out to be bogus. They look exactly like Sony products, including the very detailed packaging, but they simply didn't work. The Sandisk Ultra 4GB version I bought at Staples works great, even when recording "HD fine" video. Playback looks beautiful (considering the source) on the computer, but not nearly as sharp on an HDTV when using the composite cable that came with the camera. I now have no qualms about substituting this for my miniDV camcorder on the next trip, however.

The "smile" function actually works, but I could live without it. The camera makes it really difficult to mess up exposure. I've even tried fooling it with extremely harsh back lighting and it still exposed faces properly. 12.1GB images are not as sharp as I'd like when I carefully examine the detail, and there is some noise present. Keep in mind, however, that I typically shoot with a Canon full frame DSLR. I will, however, compare it to a Nikon Coolpix I used a couple of years ago. The Nikon was substantially sharper in similar situations. If the ultimate picture quality is high on your priority list, look at the comparably priced Nikons and Canons. For the features I wanted, this Sony remains the best choice for me. Finally, Sony make two affordable underwater housings for this camera. One for snorkeling and one for diving. - Compact Camera With Hd Video - Dsc-w290 - Cybershot - Digital Camera'
