Portable Dvd Player Case - dvd, dvd player

I recently purchased a Philips - 9" Widescreen Portable DVD Player with Dual Screens. I was concerned that this case wouldn't fit the 9" screens because all other reviews mentioned the 7" screens. This case fit the two screens perfectly! Another nice thing is that it is still roomy enough to fit a couple headsets and all the cords that go with the DVD player. I'm very happy with the product! Case Logic PDVD-9 7-9-Inch Dual Screen DVD Player, Black

After much searching and reading the reviews I thought I found my replacement case, however its just too small. I have a 7-inch portable DVD player with an extra screen that has served us very well. While the case holds the screens nicely, it becomes very difficult to get all the cords into the extra pocket. I got it in, but then another problem came when I tried to install the unit into the car. The case leaves no room to accommodate the cords to be plugged in...the car power cord and the cord that connects the two units. The case that came with my players had slits for the cords to plug in. I didn't expect this, but I thought there would be ample room for the cords to plug into the sides of the player, especially considering it is made to hold players up to 9-inches.

Something to consider before buying this case.

We purchased the case to hold our twin RCA 8" screens and they fit perfectly. Each screen has it's own pocket and are well protected with padding. The case includes a pocket to store 4 DVDs (without cover)but we just tote the DVDs in the cases separately and use this pocket to store all the adapters, headphones, remotes, etc. Once the case is full, it's still fairly compact and fits nicely in the back seat in between passengers.

I was looking for a case for my Audiovox dual-screen setup (purchased at Target), I think they are 7" screens. The fit was pretty snug - I had to struggle to zip it closed. But it holds them well and there are plenty of pockets. If you have a large DC charger/power supply, I don't think you'll be able to fit it in here.

I purchased this carrying case for my husband, who is an OTR driver with slip setting. He was constantly misplacing the cords to his 9" portable tv/dvd player. Since I gave this case to him I haven't heard a single word from him wondering were his cords are. Great organizer.

I've only used this case for the purpose of transporting both units plus the DVDs, but it does open ( flap down, like the dinner tray on the planes)to see your DVDs. I really like it, it protects both cases very well, and there is enough space for the wires and earbuds. I can also squeeze in about 3 VD cases, not to mention that there are some slotted areas for you to directly place the disk. I purchased these for use with the Philips 7" dual DVDs that I purchased on Amazon. I am very happy with the purchase and the price. I have other smaller CaseLogic items, and they have all been well made and durable. Hope this helps!

I bought this product for my philips 9" dual screen portable dvd players. They fit just fine. I put one in the main pocket and one in the back pocket. Of course mine mount to the headrest with a single strap so I won't use the actual case for viewing. However the case works perfectly for me to transport both screens mounting stuffs and a pair of toddler headphones. - Dvd - Netbook Case - Dvd Player Case - Dvd Player'

Pendaflex - pendaflex, hanging folders

The product is very good and handles those "fat files" in your filing cabinet. I was hesitant to purchase the product because the "Technical Details" was the result of sloppy work by the person who writes those technical details. In the "technical details" section, it goes on to say that the folders were for "legal size" which contradicted the Amazon part description. I had to go to the Pendaflex website and look up the part number to make sure that I was ordering the non-legal-sized folder, which was what I had wanted.

I am unsure if this was an Amazon editor's error or a Pendaflex editor's error. But it was misinformation at best and the worst case situation of "cut and paste". Amazon almost lost a sale. Pendaflex 4152X2 Extra Capacity 1/5-Tab Hanging Folders with Box Bottoms, Standard Green (25-Pack)

I ordered this item because I definitely wanted the Infopocket. I use this to store smaller items within the customer file and not lose them at the bottom of the file folder. THREE times Amazon.com has sent the folders NOT containing the Infopocket. The Pendflex website does decribe them with the infopocket so I am assuming they are still manufactured. I am getting tired of sending back these incorrect items. - Pendaflex - Hanging Folders'

I am really satisfied with my purchase of these leg warmers. I was afraid they would be sliding down my legs but they really hold up! The colors are true to their pictures and the fabric seems quite sturdy, I got just what I wanted! Charcoal 16 Inch Leg Warmers by KD dance, Double as Arm Warmers, Text, Type, Cell Phone Glove, Ribbed Stretch Knit, Ruffled Top, Fashionable, No Itch, Soft, Cozy High End Leg Warmers, Made In New York City USA USA

Got these for our daughter, who is a freshman at very cold/snowy Oswego State (I was drawn to them by my memories of my own leg warmers from the late 70's/early 80's)! She loves the retro look, plus they do help keep her warm as she trudges from class to class! Only downside was we had to get her new "skinny leg" jeans to complement the look! Good quality; great color, hold their elasticity well, and very prompt delivery. No dancing genes in this family, but we would definitely consider doing business with KD dance again...

The leg warmers are classic and great quality. I love the little natural "ruffle" around the (ankle) cuff on mine. I really love them as arm warmers, just over my knuckles - looks so theatrical and a really popular look right now. To make things even better, the customer service is the best I've ever had! I plan to buy lots more goodies from these folks. Thank you!!!

These are so comfy, was worried they would be scratchy but they are not at all. I use them on my arms to convert a lighter short sleeve shirt to a warmer long sleeve shirt for around. Use them on my legs as well, they work great both ways. Use Them bunched up at the wrist on a cooler day when its just cold enough but to warm for gloves. These are perfect size for lower arm and lower leg, better length to bunch down toward ankle. Great for the price.

Bought these for my wife for Christmas because she couldn't find any that she liked locally. She is extremely picky and returns about 1/3 of the stuff SHE buys. She uses these just to keep her legs from cramping at night (she has poor circulation). I just asked her if she likes them (again). She loves them. She said they wash up great and have not stretched out of shape. If she's happy, I'm REALLY happy!

I couldn't be happier with these leg warmers. I got the gray ones, and I love them. As stated in the project description, they are not scratchy at all - just warm and soft. And for the price, you can NOT go wrong. I have zero complaints or suggestions to improve them. Also, they arrived quickly and the sellers have been so nice to deal with. Will definitely be going back for more! :)

I have purchased several pairs of these 16" leg warmers, and I am more pleased than I could have imagined! They are a perfect weight and length, and they are soft and warm. I have poor circulation and also use them in place of compression stockings! Leg cramps are gone!

Great product with a fantastic selection of colors!

I was a skeptic at first, but then I figured, what would it hurt trying a pair? After my initial purchase, I ordered another three pairs in different colors to go with other skirts that I wear in the winter. These leg warmers truly keep your legs toasty in the frigid winter air; yet are not that heavy for indoor use. The are very fashionable to be worn with dresses and skirts.

The product is exactly as it is described and pictured. I ordered these because I had been looking at hand and arm warmers only. They were all very expensive and then I found this wonderful product by KD Dance that can serve as either leg or arm warmers and since they can be worn clear down to your fingers while you are doing things and completely over your fingers when you are not they are perfect for hands also. I have them on now as I type this review. They are very reasonably priced and made in the U.S.A. The product is so fancy and beautiful looking I all most feel like a dancer myself when I have them on. I got the color Cyclodelic Glitter Metallic & New York Black. And as I said they are beautiful! I just had to update this review because since I wrote it I purchased another pair to go with the first pair I ordered. Since I wore the 1st pair as arm warmers I got the 2nd pair to use as leg warmers. And since I love them so much I got two more so I would have two sets of arm/leg warmers. I got the pair to match the ones I already had and since I was so taken by their beauty I got the 2nd Set in the same color. I feel positively glamorous in this product and I can assure you I'm actually a very average looking woman! - Dance Workout - Kd Dance - Ballet And Dance - Low Rise'

I have used SquareTrade for a few years and have had 2 items quite working. One was an HP LaserJet 1020 and the other, a Samsung DVD/VCR Recorder Combo unit. They refunded my full purchase price with no questions asked. Great company that stands behind their promise. SquareTrade 3-Year Electronics Warranty ($175-200 Items)

Wow. All I can say is wow. I bought a Playstation 3 on ebay 3 months ago. I was worried that it would break so I purchased a warranty from SquareTrade. After I reported it broken they sent me some possible fixes. When those didn't work they had me send it in(they paid for shipping). They sent it to their repair team. After a week of them recieving it. I had the money in my paypal account. I even got reimbursed for the 2 games I got with the playstation and I didn't send those to them. They gave me a full refund of the purchase price. I couldn't be happier. Thanks SquareTrade.

It was a great purchase at a great price. I have had to return 2 items, an ipod & a Navigon GPS. My problem may have been unique with the Navigon warranty which they didn't have a record of but they took the time to research it & eventually I did get my refund. Easy return system & helpful staff.

I'm not sure what I can say about a warranty before I have to use it, and since the product that the warranty is associated with is brand-new, I cannot comment on the quality of the Square Trade warranty.

However, after I got the warranty, I found out that Square Trade offers blanket warranty service for any electronic thing that you purchase. In other words, if you are a person who prefers to get warrantees for the things that you purchase, there is no need to purchase in-store warranties for your electronics. They claim that you can save a lot of money by going with Square Trade for your warranties, though I cannot comment on that. You can put the warrantees for all your electronics online with Square Trade, and keep track of them on your account page.

I bought a refurbished XBOX360 off ebay and thought it would be a good idea to get it insured. As luck would have it, within a year of usage the Ring of Death showed up.

However, the claim was hassle-free and the service, both over email and over the phone was very prompt and helpful.

Will always get this warranty for used and refurbished items off ebay in the future.

I purchased this warranty for an IPOD and 13 months later the IPOD crashed. I submitted my claim, had almost immediate response, and within 1 week the full purchase price of my IPOD was paid via deposit to Paypal. Can't beat the price for an extended warranty and service was great!

I purchased an under counter TV/DVD player for a gift for my wife @ Christmas along with an extended warranty from SquareTrade. 130 days later (manufacturer's warranty was 90 days), the DVD tray stopped working and I called SquareTrade. They sent me a prepaid UPS label to return the unit for inspection. 5 calendar days later I got an email saying that SquareTrade was crediting my account with the full purchase price of $250. Outstanding! I purchased a replacement TV and bought another extended warranty from SquareTrade!

I don't always purchase extended warranties-it depends on the manufacturer's warranty period. When an electronics warranty is for 90 days parts and labour, then it seems worthwhile to buy additional coverage.

The Square Trade offering seems like a good value for the money. From what I gather they're quite highly regarded. I haven't had any reason to use it to date but it does offer a certain level of security should something go wrong.

Registration with Square Trade was a snap. I faxed them a copy of my Amazon receipt and within minutes received comfirmation that they had received it. If you send them a copy of your receipt they keep the information on file which can speedup the claim process should your product need service. - Cameras - Extended Warranty - Computer - Printers'

You are not spending a fortune here. What do you expect? What you are getting is a bargain priced player, with minimal features. If you have a simple DVD, it will play. I have also played "burned" DVD's without a problem. Don't buy a $20 player, and hook it up to a $5000 television, and expect theater quality. As far as I'm concerned, once it turns on & plays, I've already gotten my money's worth. I don't expect to own this unit for the next 25 years (like some of us who still have an 80's vintage VCR).

This player is also capable of being "hacked" for "all region" use. That means that I can get movies still playing in the theaters, usually from Chinatown or eBay, that are in region code 3 (Asia), and watch them on this unit. Some movies are only available in other markets, not in region code 1 (North America). Here is the "hack" process:

Power ON

Open Tray

Enter Cod : 9879 and 0 For All Region Free (On screen display will show the region set to 0)

Close Tay

Power OFF

Power ON Toshiba SD4300 Progresive Scan DVD Player (Black)

So far i had purchased two toshiba dvd players for two different rooms. It's been a few months now, and they are working just fine. They are more expensive dvd players out there that would do exactly what this one does. This is a great buy.

I almost went for this product because HDMI was plastered all over the site, but digging a little deeper to the manufacturers website, the datasheet indicates that there is no HDMI terminal. In this case, Amazon is greatly misleading of this product. I also could not find information on the maximum resolution indicating that this is NOT an upconverting DVD player. It uses only a component connection which limits the screen resolution to well below 1080p (and perhaps even lower than 720p). Just beware of what you are getting with this product.

I haven't owned this long so I can't comment on the longevity (although if it does begin to fail in an unreasonably short period of time I'll update this review).

What I do want to say is that I did the region-free hack from videohelp.com which is very easy to do, and I can confirm that it has been successfully reading Region 1 and Region 2 discs.

The included SE-R0301 remote control has small buttons spaced out only 9 mm (less than 3/8 inch) horizontally and 8 mm (5/16 inch) vertically - good for children, but quite difficult for pressing with fingers even of man's average thickness in Europe or USA. Not as bad as the one of Samsung DVD-P190/P191, but much worse than the SE-R0313 remote control of Toshiba SD7300. After pressing the Stop button, the player memorizes, where the disc stopped, but only for approx. 20 min., after which the disk has to be watched from the beginning - quite annoying. Bookmarks are not avaiable. Leaving the disk for watching later by pressing either the Step or Play/Pause button wears off the player. No screen saver is engaged, and the motor and the laser are working forever while the disc is rotating. Otherwise the player is good. It offers richness of functions (including the very useful zoom and slow), intelligent menus (big and easy to see and navigate through), and a legible display unlike any other player in its class. it is not surprising considering that Toshiba invented the DVD. Though the front panel display has only 4 digits to show only chapter number unlike a 8-digit display in Toshiba SD3950 showing the time of already seen or remaining part. Also, it is lacking the corresponding FL SELECT function to switch between displaying said time and chapter number. However, such lack is compensated since the time of already seen or remaining part can be continuously displayed, as a little distraction, on-screen and also switched to the chapter number.

This is a good DVD player if you plan to occasionally play DVDs. If you plan to play DVDs on a more regular basis, I recommend you purchase a higher quality DVD player.

For the cost of this DVD player, I have no complaints. I guess I should mention that it is a bit louder than my older (and more expensive) DVD player. I guess I should also mention that the loading tray is flimsier than my older (and more expensive) DVD player.

This DVD player only comes with composite video jacks (CVBS) cables. If you want to use the higher quality component video jacks (Y,Pb,Pr), you will have to purchase component cables separately. I recommend Belkin component video and audio cables. Belkin 6' Component RCA Audio & Video Cable Kit

The owner's manual is well written and it is easy to understand. The type size, however, is a bit small.

The remote control is about what you would expect with a low cost DVD player. It uses AAA batteries (included).

Overall, I do recommend this low cost DVD player.

Don't hesitate to purchase this unit for the value alone. I had one Toshiba DVD player already and wanted another one for another room. I've had a good experience with it's predecessor and thought.....why mess with a good thing. So, if you're looking for a DVD Player, don't miss this outstanding value. I personally hate shopping and went looking for one and gave up and went to Amazon.................the best thing I did. I found what I wanted and for a better price than I could have found locally; all without having to do what I hate....go out and shop! I love this player and I love Amazon!! - Multi-region - Toshiba - Dvd - Hdmi'

Audio Cables - cable, adaptors

This cable can be used to connect an rca input to a 3.5mm aux port. I have a pair of computer speakers with a 3.5mm aux port that accepts external audio inputs. I connected the rca input from my Playstation 2 to the 3.5mm port on the speakers, and it plays my Playstation audio just fine. RiteAV - 3.5mm to RCA Stereo Female Cable - 6 inch

The 3.5mm jack is pretty fat and durable looking, as are the cables and RCA connectors. Pretty simple and useful thing, it converts 3.5mm stereo sound into RCA and it does just that. The price is great; something like this would cost much more at a store.

Audio quality on this thing is great. What else is there to say? Great job.

I should say that I bought this thing after buying one of those EasyCap A/V-to-USB video capture cards and noticed that the audio was miserable. A perfect fix with Audacity running alongside the video without any lag.

I have to assume that Eforcity runs a monopoly on these things, seeing as how he is undercutting like every store in Dayton Ohio! The cable got here FAST..really fast actually. It works perfectly with my Sabrent TV Tuner card..So yeah cheap, and easy!

I used this cable on my 360 paired with the VGA adapter and connected it to my monitor, the audio quality is more than good enough to play with, works exactly as described.

TIP: pair this cable with male/male RCA cables and you can connect your mp3 player/ipod to the 3.5mm jack and the other side to your reciever or other audio device.

Fast shipping 3 days which was not expected.

This pigtail will come in handy to have and is cheap enough to have an extra when needed.

I bought this for my TV which doesn't demand much volume.

The gauge wire appears to be 18 Gauge, which is fine for short runs. For good stereo the gauge should be at least 16 to 14 gauge (The lower the number, the better for current draw, also the more

volume is demanded, the greater the current draw, so for TV it will do just fine, but if your stereo is 10 to 20 feet away, I would seriously consider a heaver gauge wire; your speakers will thank you.

This cable length is 6" and because it is only six inches the size wire is not of great concern, as long as the longer cable you attach to it is at least 14 to 16 gauge (even 12 stranded), or you may weaken your stereo components. Warning: Do Not use this pigtail on a woofer base driver.

This cable is sold at a great price for lower volume devices and such, you can't beat the shipping service, the cost and the usage for which it is intended. - Cable - Audio - Adaptors - Adapters'

Electronic Music

I loaned my iPod to my kid and he broke it. This understandably bummed me out, since I really enjoy taking long walks on the beach while listening to some tune-age. I'm kinda low on funds, so buying a replacement iPod wasn't an option for me. I was very fortunate to discover the Yodeling Pickle. I have been super pleased with the results. First of all, as luck would have it, the Yodeling Pickle just happens to yodel all of my favorite tunes that were stored on my iPod. Hits like "Bobbejaan Schoepen yodels the collected works of Black Sabbath" and of course Slim Whitman's edgy yodeling rendition of "Baby Got Back."

I have withheld one star from my review however, giving the Yodeling Pickle just four of five possible stars. There isn't a headphone jack, which is only a problem if the folks around me don't appreciate yodeling, (which almost NEVER happens). Also, I was accustomed to carrying the iPod strapped to my arm with the elastic armband accessory. Nothing like this is available for the pickle. On my beach walks, I've found that the pickle can be carried around by conveniently tucking it down into the front of my Speedo. I've met tons of nice ladies on the beach since scoring the pickle. I can only assume they dig yodeling as much as I do.

It's a great portable music solution for yodeling fans. Cheaper than an iPod and the chicks seem to dig it. Accoutrements Yodelling Pickle

I've been searching high and low for a quality Electronic Yodelling Pickle for over 20 years now, and this one is by far the greatest one of them all. You won't find a better Electronic Yodelling Pickle on the market! I'm Roger Barr and I approved of this message.

After hearing the music of Nickelback and being highly disappointed, I began a quest to find something better. This item fits the bill perfectly. The yodeling pickle shows much more talent, creativity, and potential than Nichelback ever has, or will, show. SALUTE THE PICKLE!

When it comes to purchasing an electronic yodeling pickle, I have requirements: the device has to be pickle shaped, it should be electronic in nature, and it needs -- NEEDS -- to goddamn yodel. Further, I prefer the design be realistic, but not *overly* realistic, lest the item be accidentally ingested or placed in a clear bottle of garlic brine. This product meets all such specifications, so I've rated it highly. One caveat: although the cartoon yodeling pickle on the packaging has limbs, wears Lederhosen and holds a stein of Germanic ale, the *actual* yodeling pickle does not. Not a deal breaker for me, but might be for someone else.

I know what you're thinking: why on Earth would you ever need a Yodelling Pickle Toy? And if you think that, I have a question for you: why WOULDN'T you need one? I often find myself alone at night, sad about the choices I've made that have brought me to this place, and I wonder, is this all there is? I mean, I get up, I go to my job at the Tuscan Whole Milk Dairy, I spend my 8 hours squeezing sweet nourishing whole milk out of the closest available Tuscan Whole Milk Cow. I go home and stare at the wall. Why am I here? What have I done? I ponder ending my life, but I worry no one will replace me at the Dairy. All of this changed recently when I discovered the Yodelling Pickle Toy. I could say it cures cancer, that is solves the economic problems around the world, it stops global warning. But it doesn't do those things. It yodels. That's basically it. But if you listen closely, it yodels thoughts to you. I'm now turning my life around thanks to the advice it gives. I'm a little worried about some of the things it tells me to do, but what the Yodelling Pickle Toy tells me to do, I have to do. I don't make the rules. It does.

Anyway, if you are looking for a fun toy for the kids, or a silly gag gift at the office, or a new overlord who will guide you through its plans to dominate the world and shed it of the "unclean", well, this item is for you.

It is the ingongruity of of a realistic looking pickle and the strong yodelling voice that comes out when you press the button that makes this toy so funny. When someone in the family deserves a thumbs-up, we often reward them with a yodel from the pickle. Good to have some silliness in the house.

My mother-in-law is a champion yodeler. She yodels every minute of the day when she is happy, nervous or even sad. She said it is great for the heart. I can't forget the most touching moment when she was at hospital hall yodeling to the tune of Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" when my wife was in labor.

Unfortunately, she decided to go home after a household dispute about food. I don't miss her, but I miss her yodeling. Anyway, I named my Yodeling Pickle, MIL; in honor of my mother-in-law.

I purchased this product and it disappeared within a week. No one seems to know what happened to it. As far as everyone is concerned, it ran off on its own. My kids do not lie, so I'm inclined to believe that the product did not properly advertise that this product is self-propelled.

Down-side: If you don't read this review before you purchase, your yodelling pickle will disappear.

Up-side: It's very educational to other inanimate objects. In the short while before it disappeared, it seems to have taught several clothing items to yodel. Every time my daughter walks by, I hear yodelling from her pants. Phenomenal. Couldn't rate it a 1 after that

This pickle paid for itself in almost no time. It was a great improvement over the old "Mach 2" model. The Mach 2 was a family heirloom and greatly prized in our neighborhood but failed to realistically produce a good yodel. Sure, the pickle effect was realistic, but the yodel voice sounded more oriental than eastern Alpine European. This model has a good yodeling voice, though with only one song it can get a little tedious. The appearance of this model gets lots of comments as well - it greatly resembles a thumb, though green in color. The thumb jokes that it inspire seem to be endless. So too are the references to "playing with my pickle". For the single set, it is a wonder! Nobody can resist the opening line: "Would you like to hear my pickle yodel"? The perfect thing to pull out at your next holiday party. My aunt used it to defuse a difficult situation in a Biker bar in Akron, and still gets Christmas cards from the Hell's Angels each year. I do hope that next year brings the PRO Version that has been promised for so long. A pickle with a selection of yodels and a "record your own yodel" option has been on my wish list for 2 years now, and hopefully the dawn of the Mach 4 or "UBER YODELING PICKLE" is at hand.'

Coleman Portable Grill - barbecue, camping

We purchased this Road Trip after having a horrible experience with a grill from Cabelas. That grill had the lava rocks that moved every time you moved the grill and besides that the legs fell off. We were looking for something that would have fold under legs and no rocks. The Road Trip saved our camping days. We purchased a bag for it, keep it stored in the belly of the camper and with putting water in the tray below the burners, it is very very easy to clean up. You can place this on the picnic table to cook on or use the fold down legs. We have also discovered that this is the best way to cook grilled onions and potatoes or pork chops or chicken, etc on the griddle. Very very convenient and easy clean up. We both rate this a 5 stars. Great job, Coleman. Signed happy camper, Janet Becker Coleman 9941-768 Road Trip Grill (Blue)

This truly is the perfect grill for the RV. Before buying, I researched everything from the Weber Q (good, not perfect), to the Themos Grill2Go (not really a grill).

Before it came, I was thinking that my high expectations from all these glowing reviews would cause me to not like it as much, but it's even better than some of these reviews! It's very portable, and folds up to a small size. And cooking on it is very easy, as well as just as important, clean up. If you get one, I recommend you also order a second grill grate to replace the griddle sometimes. (It comes with 1 of each). Griddle is great for eggs, grilling onions, etc., but it's nice to have the maximum space to grill hamburgers and hotdogs for the parties.

Finally, this blue model is the best of the three Coleman Road Trip Grills, too. Even though there are some with additional letters, this one has heavier duty grates than the other two, and a better stand system (in my opinion).

This grill replaced our old gas grill at home. In four years I've went through 4 grills to rust that occurs naturally here, just by a metal object being outside. I wanted a solution to finally eliminate that problem. This fits the bill with the fold up capability, and the storage bag to keep it fresh. You're still cooking over an open flame with the grill plate. It comes with a griddle and a grill, each covering half of the cooking area, and I've obtained a 20-lb tank attachment, and an extra grill, for the big jobs. Try this feature out: the grill, griddle, and drip trays are washable in the dishwasher.... I can't say that about my old grills.

Used it first on a camping trip. Then, after we got back, cooked breakfast outdoors on a cold Wisconsin morning. This baby did what it's supposed to, and I couldn't be happier. I got an extra griddle surface and two stove grates, so keep that in mind. I don't think the grill is complete as sold, you do need the extra surfaces. At least, I did.Best performance was a full breakfast on a cold Wisconsin morning, near freezing, wind blowing. I cooked bacon, hashbrowns, and scrambled a dozen eggs in a large skillet. Then I kept the pancakes coming while we started eating. Griddles were being exchanged for stove grates, and back again. Under tough, heat-stealing conditions everything cooked fast. I did up about 20 strips of bacon, 9 hash brown patties, and the dozen eggs with ease. Then the pancakes came off quickly and smoothly as an added breakfast bonus. You try scrambling a dozen eggs at once, temperature near freezing, wind blowing, huge skillet, on any other camp stove. If you can, let me know.

I cannot say enough about this product. It is absolutely great for tailgating or any other activity where you want a grill on the go. During this past football season, we on average cooked 50-75 bratwursts and hotdogs. The grill holds about 30 at one time, so in no time you can make sure to get everyone fed. The grill is reliable, easy to set-up and breakdown, and heats up immediately. The electric start is also a huge bonus, especially in windy situations.Couple of notes: The grill comes standard with a grill and a griddle, but if you are into serious grilling then I recommend you can purchase a separate grill to replace the griddle for more grilling area. Second, Coleman sells a carrying/rolling case which is a must have for tailgating/camping. The case lets you pack everything into a small compact set and keeps your car clean when transporting. Finally, if you are seriously into grilling on the go purchase a one-gallon gas tank, the grill is highly efficient and you will get a significant amount of use out of the smaller tank.

I bought the Coleman RoadTrip Grill last summer to replace my 20-year old portable CharBroil gas grill. I spent quite a bit of time researching both the Coleman grill and the CharBroil/Thermos Grill2Go. I chose the Coleman because of it's versatility. I purchased the optional carrying case, stove grate, and additional grill section to go along with the grill section and griddle section that came with the unit. It's easy to light and stays lit on windy days. Cleanup is a breeze since almost every surface is porcelain enamel or non-stick coated. I use it almost exclusively for tailgating and get lots of questions about it at the stadium. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

I had seen the road trip grill once at a campground and knew I wanted one. I like it because it has burners like your home stove instead of one large traditional BBQ grill. Plus, the little stand works is great, I don't need an extra table anymore.

We picked this one up used, but it was like new. This grill has been the best grill I've had. We used to use those portable little grills that would only cook about 6 burgers. The burner would burn out after one camping season.

It works great. Putting water in the tray can be a bit of a pain, but cleaning it is a snap that way. I purchased a stove grate so I can use frying pans or boil water. I've replaced both my BBQ grill and cook stove in my motorhome with this one grill. Really! I also recently purchased another griddle so I can cook a whole pancake and bacon breakfast for 5 people at once. (bacon one side and pancakes on the other)

I'm really impressed with this grill. Its portable, cooks well and saves my space. (I don't carry a stove or extra table anymore) If your looking for a new grill, this is the one. You can use it at home too! - Coleman Grill - Camping - Barbecue - Grill'

Single-handle Faucets - kitchen sink faucets, kitchen faucet sink

I bought and installed this faucet a few weeks ago after considering the name brand options for a lot more and so far I must say I am very impressed. I completely disassembled the faucet to check it out before installation and was very pleased with the overall construction. This faucet is solid and heavy, no cheap plastic parts, and very easy to install, only install issue was the 1/2 flex hoses that come with the unit and I had a 3/8 shut off valve under the sink, this was easily resolved with 1/2 connectors and 1/2 to 3/8 flex hoses from my local Home Depot. The water pressure is very strong, much stronger than my old faucet with the valves fully opened and even though I have a 10" deep sink I will have to close the valves a bit to avoid getting the floor wet other than that very pleased. Bottom line is if you are in the market for or like this style faucet this is a great choice. Single Handle Pull Down Pre-rinse Spring Kitchen Faucet with Two Swivel Spouts, Chrome

This is an off-brand faucet, as evidenced by it's lack of illustrated packaging and reviews on the web, but I bought it because it was gorgeous and affordable. It arrived very well packed in a plain but sturdy cardboard box. And it is as gorgeous as the pictures imply.

The directions, however, are clearly written by someone who's first language is something other than English. It comes with only one sheet of paper and an obscure drawing on it. Perhaps a plumber would understand the drawing, but I don't. The directions also keep referring to the faucet as "the mixer". It would just be best if I quote the most important passage to illustrate for you the ridiculousness:

"(3) attentions:

Before proceeding the installation of the mixer it is necessary to clean the piping in way to eliminate eventual silts, moreover it is suggested to put the stop cocks with filter.

For keeping the beauty of the surface of the mixer for long time, p;ease don't use acid or abrasive detergents or abrasive, because they could damage definitively the surfaces.

For take away dirty please use water and soap or natural detergent, rise with water and dry with a soft cloth."

I have no idea what stop cocks are, or whether they are suggesting I clean the piping in my home or the piping that comes with the mixer, errr, um, faucet.

I will be installing it this weekend, so I'm hoping it will go smoothly, but I'm guessing it will not.

I did not expect much when I purchased this product because I have never heard of this brand before and it is at a discount price. When it arrived, I was so impressed with the build quality that even my plumber said it is a awesome product. The installation was quick and painless. My wife were so pleased because now we can have one sink with a fixed faucet and one with a flexible spray. The sprayer is effectively controlled by the lever and I feel I can save water by using this sprayer. No more wasteful running water. I need it to run, I squeeze the lever. I saw another reviewer point out about the instruction. I find it interesting because, the product is pretty self explanatory with a clear diagram of all parts. I could have just installed it myself but my plumber lives down the street and he has all the right tools.

Highly recommend it for a kitchen upgrade. - Kitchen Sink Faucets - Pull Down Faucets - Kitchen Faucet Sink - Pull Down Kitchen Faucet'

Garmin Accessories - garmin ac charger, gps system accessories

I ordered this along with my Garmin nuvi 765t and it never worked.

Thankfully, Amazon did it's usual superb job of replacing it with just a few mouse clicks.

When the replacement arrived it was of a much simpler design and worked just fine.

Detail:

The original version I got had a slot in the back of the plug-in unit into which various plugs could be inserted to adapt it for the appropriate country/voltage/etc. My guess is that the connection between the adapter and the unit were not good and so it just didn't work.

The replacement unit which I received was made with the North American prongs already built in and no adapter was necessary for use here. The unit was packaged with adapters for UK and European use if needed. The just plug onto the NA prongs.

If you order this, see if you can determine which type will be sent to you or if you get the older-style version try to exchange it. Garmin AC Charger with International Adapters for nüvi

I was happy with this product, the shipping time was quick and the price was great! When I searched for this product in several different stores, it was never available and if I wanted any of the stores to order it in for me, the price was much higher than what I paid for it on Amazon.

The back of the packaging lists: StreetPilot i5, i3, i2, nuvi 680, 670, 610, 370, 360, 310, 270, 260, 250, 200, 250W, 200W. Only by checking the Garmin website for the nuvi 750, and in particular the item number 10-10723-00, was I sure that the AC charger I received was in fact for the nuvi 750. It was a little confusing.

The charger is convenient since I use my Nuvi 650 most frequently as a pedestrian. Who wants to have to get it in and out of the car or keep the computer on for charging? So it is worth the price for me. Product quality is excellent - what can go wrong with a charger? It should have been included with the original purchase along with a carry strap and case since Garmin promotes the Nuvi for handheld use.

Very happy with this product. I charge my Garmin 260w at home and pretty much use it all day without having to hook up the auto power cable.Garmin A/C Power Cable for nüvi Portable GPS Navigators (010-10723-00)

Works fine, allow my Nuvi 760 to be used while charging, instead of going into USB mode.

One thing I have learned by chance is that when you use a standard USB cable to connect to a computer, you can get it to go into non-USB mode like the charger, but it's not always straightforward. I've done it by disconnecting, then reconnecting the cable after a few seconds - I guess it gets confused. - Garmin Nuvi - Garmin Ac Charger - Garmin Accessories - Gps System Accessories'

Electric Lawn Mower - push mowers, black and decker

I've had this mower since the previous Spring, and every time I'm out mowing, I'm thinking about the review that I planned to write here about it. So needless to say, I've thought a lot about this. Here are 6 reasons to get this lawnmower:

1. It's cheap, about half the price that an equivalent gas mower would set you back. It's probably also a little bit cheaper to keep running, too.

2. It's light. A lot of gas mowers are self-propelled because they're so heavy to push around, but at 36 pounds, this mower doesn't need to be self-propelled. You can move it back and forth with relative ease, much like a heavy vacuum cleaner.

3. It's easy to start. No yanking the cord to get it going; just turn it on and start. Of course, you can get self-starting gas mowers these days as well, but they will set you back even more money.

4. It's quiet. Well, okay, it's not THAT quiet. But it's quieter than most.

5. It doesn't smell. The lawn doesn't smell like gas fumes after you're all done.

6. It's better for the environment. Gas lawnmower engines expel 10 times the amount of pollution per gallon of gas than your automobile does.

Sounds great so far, right? Well, before you click that "Add to Shopping Cart" button, let me give you two thoughts that might have you think otherwise:

1. The cord. Yep, there's no battery here, so you're attached to your house's electricity the entire time. In practice, I haven't found this too difficult to deal with; by starting near the outlet and snaking back and forth away from it, it's easy to manage. But, when I have to mow around my trees, it gets to be a bit of a chore. If I had a lot of tricky landscaping, or a particularly large yard, this would be enough to kill the deal.

(You can get electrical mowers with batteries, but they tend to be even more expensive than the gas mowers, and if you're choosing electric for environmental reasons, the lead in that battery is going to steer you even further away from that option.)

2. The optional mulching bag is small. If I'm collecting my grass clippings, I'll often need to empty the bag 8-10 times during a typical run. It gets to be pretty annoying. As a result, I usually just let the clippings return to the lawn, which is better for the lawn anyway, even if it doesn't look as pretty.

And there you have it. Six reasons to buy it, and two not to. You'll have to make your own decision. As for myself, I've been very happy with my purchase thus far, and will probably make my next mower a Black and Decker electric model as well. Black & Decker LM175 18-Inch 6-1/2 amp Electric Mower

Yes, you look like you're vacuuming your lawn with this thing. You also make about that much noise, by the way. Enjoy getting up at the crack of dawn, driving to the local gas station and filling up a gas can with fuel for your mower at $2.50+ a gallon? Of course you do, but you'll learn to adjust.

Your neighbors might make fun of you because you and your wife mow the grass together now - one of you pushes and the other one wrangles the extension cord. They'll ridicule you endlessly for being able to have an actual conversation with her over the low drone of this plastic (gasp) mower. Wave at them and know you are simply a being of superior intelligence who has no time for their guffaws.

Are you a total weakling, intimidated by the overwhelming task of lifting a lawnmower up a flight of steps or onto the bed of a truck (I know I am)? Fear not, for this electrical wonder weighs only slightly more than the extensive metal orthodontic gear you wore about your face and mouth until you were 16.

Be smart. Be beautiful. Own an electric lawn mower.

This very basic electric is easy to use and plenty powerful enough for my small lawn. Cord is no problem since my lawn is so small, but if you are doing a lot of back-and-forth you may have to watch out for the cord. No problem to start, which is the major reason why I dumped my gas-powered mower. Appears solid enough for the price. Good Mower!!

Seriously, I recently purchased my first home with a kind of small front, side, and back lawn and I'm very happy with this mower. It was as easy as vacuuming! No kidding!I purchased this mower because I really don't want the hassle of gas powered tools, the smell, the noise. The price was reasonable as well. My lawn isn't one nice big rectangle either. I have trees and other landscaping features to mow around. It was easy to maneuver and didn't get caught on anything.Although the cord is not the most fun to deal with, I was able to push the mower with one hand and guide the cord with the other. It really wasn't bothersome at all.Another great feature is the SO EASY on and off lever. It doubles as a good safety feature as well. If your hand isn't on the mower lever, it turns off. And to turn it on, there's no pull cord or anything like that. You just easily pull a lever! The height adjustment is also a one hand lever that moves with ease. And it turns around easily as well.I highly recommend this mower!

I bought this mower 4 years ago, and have used electrics my whole life. I'm a big electric mower fan. I was happy with this one until it just plain-out and died last year. Could not be fixed. I was disappointed that it had only lasted 3-4 years. My lawn is about 1/2 acre of short weeds and some grass (nothing manicured or mono-culture here!). I mowed often, and mowed high if the grass was long. Did everything right...and it still didn't last.I plan on getting the $200 model this year and hope it will have a longer life-time than the this one.

I bought this little lawnmower to replace my manual rotarymower while recovering from a broken wrist. You can use thislawnmower quite successfully with one hand. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver and cuts great. - Black And Decker - Electric Mower - Push Mowers - Lawn Mower'

Sabertooth - sabertooth, sli

Features:

The Sabertooth P67 board is a combination of great visual BIOS and high quality hardware components(military grade). It's fantastic to work with both in the physical installation of the components as well as the BIOS management and overclock settings. The board is well endowed with SATA3 inputs of both the 3GBs variety and the faster 6GBs type. The construction feels sturdy without being so rigid as to cause fear when locking in the CPU cooling systems.

Thermal Armor-

Hype to sell units or truly effective cooling advantage? That is the question I had. I decided to update my review and add this information because it's frankly a pain to test yourself. I checked the cooling with and without the thermal armor sleeve on the motherboard. I was shocked to see that with the "armor" on it was about 3-6C cooler in some areas, even without the optional motherboard fan in place. My original hypothesis was that the sleeve was actually going to trap hot air inside and increase the temps. Glad to see I was wrong. I do recommend adding the optional motherboard fan (most are pretty quiet), as this will help bring even lower temps to the board.

The Included Software-

I am thrilled with the software included with the Sabertooth motherboard. Normally I am the kind of guy that throws the disks that come with new hardware out the window yet in the case, I find that I use some element of the software on an almost daily basis. The Thermal Radar allows you to see the temperatures at the 12 monitored sites on the board, while making fan speed adjustments as you deem fit. Very cool. The AI charger will allow you to charge your USB devices faster than ever; while the DIGI VRM program allows you to make overclock and voltage adjustments on the fly within your operating system.

Conclusion:

This is a really great board. There are many benchmarks indicating this board is a fantastic cornerstone for your Sandy Bridge PC system. The "TUF armor" looks nice and gives the board a slightly austere and sleek appearance. If you order this board you may want to look into picking up an optional fan to cool the tough armor. In order to accomplish this you want to search for a 50mm fan- which will attach to the motherboard for additional cooling.

PRO:

-Performs as well as some boards that are way more expensive (Bench marks test indicate its on par with Maximus Extreme etc) .

-Great looking motherboard (if you are into that)

-B3 revision with fixed Cougar Point chipset

-Fantastic BIOS utility

-Nice feature set for price point

-Included software tools are useful

-Plenty of I/O ports

-Front and Rear USB 3.0 configuration

CON:

-50 mm fan to aid in heat dissipation is not included

Fast and Stable!

The BIOS allows for some extremely detailed tweaking but also has an "idiot proof" mode for the more casual tweaker. The automatic memory clocking fail safe is a nice feature.

At first I thought the "thermal armor" was a gimmick but it has actually helped quite a bit for controlling airflow and keeping the board cool.

Five year warranty is a plus!

For me, it was a tossup between this and the P8P67 DELUXE but, in the end, the cheaper price point and odd aesthetics won me over. Currently running my 2500K at 4.33Ghz stable and cool on air (Zalman CNPS9900A) with only very minor tweaks.

One thing to note - things are very cramped on the edge of the board farthest from the CPU - a double-wide video card in this slot may brush against the USB cables. With an open fan, this could be an issue, especially if your case is small.

A motherboard to rule them all, I can't find anything wrong with this one, absolutely nothing.. From the moment I fired my new build up it performed flawlessly, I had no issues with it whatsoever. Sure there are more expensive options out there for the 1155 build but honestly the differences aren't immense to compensate for the price.

The motherboard performes checks at startup to make sure everything is plugged in appropriately. There is a red LED indicator by the PCI 1 Express slot, by the Memory, by the CPU, and by the SATA connections for the boot drive. It cycles through these checks and if anything wasn't plugged in all the way or there is a compatibility issue it lights up. The only thing that lit up for me was the Boot device LED which is normal on a new build since there is no info on the HD and booting is automatically set for HD.

As far as temperatures are concerned and the thermal armor, the mobo manages well. Even before I put in the 50mm assist fan. All temps were arount the 30-45C range throught the board and after installing the fan I saw a 5-10C drop most components under the thermal armor. My current setup is in a Thermaltake Armor A60 which manages temperatures well itself.

The ASUS AI Suite you get with it is excellent as well, aside from the mouse interfaced BIOS system that's amazing on its own, the AI Suite allows you to monitor Temps, Fan speeds, Voltage and tweak settings of the board while in the OS.

Bottle Drying Rack - britax, car seat

I recently bought this seat in solid black (rather than the Paul Frank version), for $[...]. I must say I am very impressed by this brand new seat (I think it was released in late 2008). Can be used in a variety of configurations: full back mode (33-100lbs, height 38-57in, at least 3yrs old; backless mode: 40-100lbs, height 40-57in, at least 4yrs. Comes in various colors (pink, brown, black, plus the scurvy and colorful stripy one). Conforms to Federal Motor Standards. Not certified for airline use (because airplane seats don't have shoulder belts).

Here is a list of features you will not find in the Graco popular booster seat:

1. To my mind, the biggest and most important (though not necessarily obvious to parents looking to upgrade from a convertible seat) advantage of all Clek seats: LATCH. Meaning that this seat, along with your child on it, is securely planted on the back seat and cannot move around. I remain unconvinced by seats held in place only by the seat belt and the weight of a child. Both the backless Clek booster and this one with the back (Oobr) have LATCH. Oobr in particular features an ingenious extendable LATCH that will pull out to firmly grab the deepest and most inaccessible LATCH bars.

2. Magnesium back frame to better protect the torso during a side impact and vehicle intrusion; enough said!

3. Back seat is not only removable (the lower part of the seat can be used independently, like a regular Clek seat), it also *reclines* up to 12o. Perfect for snoozing!

4. Structural headrest with deep side wings that support the head during naps, and yet do not obscure side views. The headrest connects to the magnesium frame of the back using steel rods to reduce twisting movements and improve head protection in a collision. The headrest is also height-adjustable: it has a button and several adjustment spots and can be pulled up a good 20 cm, meaning it will grow with your child. This is so well designed it looks like a regular car seat headdress in a high end vehicle.

5. Energy-absorbing foam layer to absorb energy of a side impact.

6. Nicely designed and easy to use belt guides facilitating a snug fit of the seat belt on the child's shoulders

7. Nicely padded bottom and back that doesn't cut circulation, especially e.g. under legs.

8. Performance 'Crypton' fabric: stain, moisture and bacteria- resistant. Easy to clean.

9. Plastic parts, including cup holder, are high quality. In fact, 100% North American derived content! No flimsy or suspect materials here.

10. Feels lightweight despite the sturdiness.

Other pros:

1. Ease of use- took me 3 mins to install the seat, another 1 min to buckle my son in.

2. All black version looks great, with its red contrasting parts (not too sure about the Paul Frank designs, seem overstylized to me; who wants to be driving this stripy crazy thing around for the next 5 years?).

3. Comes with a detailed instructions booklet that can be stored in a special place under the seat.

Cons:

-Price: but safety features and excellent design justify the sacrifice.

-Side contour in conjunction with armrest position reported to be somewhat restricting by my son. But maybe that's the point (to keep the child from moving around).

Overall would highly recommend! Clek Oobr Booster Car Seat, Paul Frank Zoom Julius

I purchased this booster seat for my 3 yr old daughter, she loves it.. she seems more comfortable in it than in her old car seat. It was so easy to install and it's easy to take out and put in our other vehicles. I defintely would recommend this car seat to anyone, it is pricey, but it is well worth the money.

The seat I give a 5 STAR rating. It fits perfectly in my car, the metal frame is rigid & gives me peace of mind, and my son is very comfortable in it. It doesn't hurt that he thinks the Paul Frank design is cool, too. However, this item that I purchased in March '11, was actually manufactured in December '09. I contacted Clek, and they state that the seat should only be used for 7 years. It is upsetting that already it's expectancy is cut short by a year and a half. Amazon has offered to refund or exchange, but the box is already gone & I'm not sure if the hassle is worth it. When thinking about purchasing this item (which I can recommend), keep in mind that you might not get the most current model from Amazon.

LOVE this booster. Very cute style for our preschool boy, seems ultra-sturdy, newly styled LATCH attachments are great, and a lot easier than our old ones. Only small flaw is that the shoulder belt is a pain in the butt to pull out (in order to put it on), when fed through the should belt guide. Honestly, it is more work to put him in this than it was to get him in his five-point carseat. BUT, as I said, all-in-all, we still love this booster.

I honestly thought this was too pricey for a booster but the soft cloth, the bright pattern and thoughtfully designed latch system make it completely worthwhile. My daughter immediately sat in it and was sitting much taller than the cheaper booster we had gotten for her and I know the seat belt positioning provides for the appropriate safety while she is still growing. The cup holder "drink-thingy" has a very nice form, size and style.

This booster will definitely last for years with its sturdy construction and removable seat and cushion for easy cleanup. The vibrant colors really create an aesthetic appeal that completes the package. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? YES. - Toddler Car Seat - Drying Rack - Britax - Car Seat'
