Mp3 Player Accessories - car charger, sony mp3

The sony s-series players have a huge shortcoming in terms of the scratches the screen takes even when one touches it, making it necessary to buy a screen protector. This product not only helps in addressing that issue but also supplies many other accessories (like the soft gel cover, USB wall and car charger) making the mp3 player complete in many aspects. Its worth the money one pays for it! 8 Items Accessory Combo Kit for Sony Walkman S Series Video MP3 Player (NWZ S540, NWZ S544 and NWZ S545): Includes (Smoke) Soft Gel Thermoplastic Polyurethane TPU Skin Case Cover, LCD Screen Protector, Belt Clip, USB Wall Charger, USB Car Charger, 2in1 USB Cable, 3.5mm Auxillary Cable and Light Blue Fishbone Style Keychain

I lost my USB cable and this was a good way to replace it. Car and wall power connectors are nice since I always had to charge it via my computer. Best surprise is the screen protector and case since the screen scratches just looking at it and added protection will prolong the life of the MP3player.

Recommended purchase as long as you know the chargers are flimsyish, lol.

The product is excellent and the shipping was even faster. It was supposed to arrive the 8th of march but I recieved it Feb 18th and i Work half way accros the world from Cali. Whoever rates the quality as poor needs to realize that not everything in the world is made of platinum or gold so stop complaining and just like it.

The silicone case fit perfectly, and I love it.. The other accessories were handy as well.. THe only downfall was the scratch resistant paper that goes on the screen.. It fit perfectly, but the sticky tabs didnt come off real well and it left a residue on the top of it. After a few weeks of constantly rubbing it, it finally came off. I probably could of gotten it off with a cleaner but didnt want to chance ruining my sony walkman at all..

Eight items, you say? For less than forty dollars? Good wow! I couldn't even find a case for my Walkman mp3 player at Best Buy or Walmart. None of the leading retailers had one. So I was forced to come to Amazon. The only problem I have with Amazon is that I can't have the product right now! I love ordering things and being surprised by them, but I hate having to wait - even if it's only until the next day. But boy was I sure excited to get all this great stuff in the mail!

The case fits perfectly and has a neat pattern design on it. Quite handsome. It also fits well and doesn't sag around the bottom like those soft rubber cases you see. Extra sync/charge cable, audio cable, wall and car charger? Good grief, what a great deal!

I did install the screen protector because my screen had the tiniest little scratch on it. I wish I would have ordered this earlier. It is a little difficult to apply, but if you take your time and follow the directions, you shouldn't have any trouble. It does fit the screen of your Walkman perfectly, too. I was afraid it would be a generic square that I had to size cut out. I also have gotten several compliments on the fishbone key chain, which I attached to my laptop backpack. I don't like big key ring things on my keys, but I do like a decoration for my bag!

Overall, I think this is one of the greatest investments I've made to protect an electronic device. And I couldn't be happier.

i have used all but the USB car charger and think that they are all a great deal for the price.

the screen protector is a must and the skin case is great protection for this unit. the belt holder is a little flimsy and it will probably break on me but i like the fact that it allows me accesss to the player without having to pull it out of my pocket all the time. the keychain is suppose to be a headphone cable manager, i tried it a couple of times but it was more a pain than it was worth. i had read a review that said that the car and wall charger were cheaply made but i have no problem with these items or their build quality. I'm sure i will get a chance to use the car charger in the future but for now i have'nt.

Sony Walkman NWZS545RED 16 GB Video MP3 Player (Red)

This is an outstanding value. The protective case & screen cover alone costs $20 at Best Buy, but comes along with this product package for a lot cheaper and fits like a glove. I'm impressed with the 3.5 Auxiliary Cable which allows me to jam to my MP3 tunes through my Surround Sound System at home. I was very impressed.

This package contains everything you need to enjoy your Walkman at a price less than Sony wants for just the skin. one down side thing is the car charger is not filtered for engine electrical noise and the walkman is noisy if listened to when charging. It is still a very good value - Car Charger - Sony Mp3 - Screen Protector - Walkman'

Blank Dvd Media - dvd-r discs, dvd-r

I ran out of DVD labels one day and had to run to Office Max to finish my project. $28 for 40 labels (their brand) was the lowest price available. I needed them, so I bought them, came home and finished my project, then browsed Amazon to compare cost.

$9 for 100 of these labels ??!! ($3 for labels, $6 for shipping) Are you kidding?

They arrived quickly and look, feel and seem exactly the same as the ones from Office Max.

My projects consist of burning DVDs and CDs for light, occasional use so the quality of these labels are just fine for me.

I have read articles suggesting that paper labels do not hold up over time on DVDs because DVDs are subject to high heat while being played (CDs are okay). I have not encountered this problem, however I am not using the same DVDs over and over and over again.

Weather or not to use a label at all is another complete discussion, but if you're looking to purchase labels, why pay more than necessary? CD/DVD Laser/Inkjet Label

I was looking for a DVD label to use that was inexpensive, but good quality. I found the Elite Image CD, DVD Laser, Inkjet Label listed on the Amazon website. Right price, and the quality looks good. Received the item via UPS before date expected. Cardboard letter packaging was torn on the seam 3/4 of one side--would have possibly torn all the way had the package traveled much further, but product inside was well protected in a sealed plastic bag. I would definitely look at products from this company again. - Blank Media - Dvd-r Discs - Dvd - Dvd-r'

Windshield Wipers - wiper blades, wipers

Already have issues with these wipers after 2 months of use. I only purchased these since there was a rebate at the time - will NOT purchase these again. They are loud since first use. And now there are streaks - doesnt wipe away all water from windshield. I use rainx frenquently. Anco 31 Series 3122 Wiper Blade - 22"

Anco 31 Series 3122 Wiper Blade - 22"

I used this for my Kia Optima 2004 model and its great. The earlier wipers made noises like nails on a chalkboard. But this is totally streak free, very quiet and is easy to install. Actually, its more like push it into place, rather than install! And what's more I got two wipers for about [...]. Highly recommended by someone who has had a hard time with bad wipers! Thanks...

Update 07/02/2010

These wiper blades are finished. I am ordering a replacement. They are very short lived! Not recommended!

I will never buy this product from amazon again. The blades I received had already been opened (and amazon indicated they were new in the box) and the 22" blade is bent, meaning it does not wipe the whole surface area as intended. I already had thrown out the box or would have returned the item.

These wipers are garbage! The very next day after putting them on, the driver's side literally fell apart.

I know these are economy wipers, but I expected to get a bit more out of them than 24 hours!

They are made of cheap plastic pieces that are linked together haphazardly.

My advice is spend a few more dollars and get the Rainx brand wipers, they are metal... EVEN the cheapo wipers at my local auto part store are metal and better made!

For the price, these wipers cannot be beat. They offer a clean wipe and install easily. I have had a pair on my wife's car for 10 months, including the winter, and they still work well. Occasionally they have been a little noisy, but wiping them off with glass cleaner every so often seems to prolong their life.

I purchased these wipers based on the positive reviews... WOW! What a mistake!! I put them on my wife's 2004 Toyota Camry and my 2004 Toyota Echo, and they seem to have apparently "dried out" while exposed to sunlight, for every time you turn on the wipers, they "skid" along the windshield and make a lot of noise. My wife complained to me about them... more than once... saying they were EXTREMELY noisy. They worked OK for a VERY short time, but it didn't take them very long to become "dried out" and start "skipping along" on the windshield, making much noise, and no longer cleaning the windshield as they were meant to do. Apparently, Anco uses VERY low quality rubber for these... hence the low price. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have. I am 64 years of age and have had many different windshield wiper blade replacements in my life, but never with such poor results. Don't waste your money on these!!!!

I bought this wiper and a Ford Motorcraft wiper at the same time for a comparison on my two cars. The Anco wipers are not worth the cheap price they charge you, they are very poor out of the box . The old wipers I replaced did a better job and they were separating. These wipers streak the windshield and are noisy as soon as you put them on. Not worth the time it takes to swap them and maybe you might do better with used wipers. The Motorcraft wipers I bought as a comparison are smooth like butter with a very clean windshield as a result. Not sure what consumers reports was evaluating but this wiper was poor for both the passenger and the drivers side. Not sure I have ever bought a wiper that was worse.

I never received my pants from Dress Code Clothing. When I contacted the company they told me the U.S. post office showed they were delivered, and nothing more. I have only had a problem with not receiving items once before when ordering from Amazon.com. The independent company was very quick to fix the problem and apologetic. This is not the case with this company, Dress Code Clothing. They got my money and could seem to care less if I got my pants. I would never order from them again based on their lack of customer service. I also intend to log a complaint with Amazon. Shower Organization - oxo, shower organization

We've had this Good Grips caddy for about three years now, and I just came here on Amazon to replace it since it has rusted and the rust has gotten a bit bad at this point. If I have to replace it every three years, though, I'm still a happy customer; I've tried many brands of shower caddies over the years, and even the "non-rusting" ones still end up rusting.

What is great about this caddy is that it is large enough to hold those Costco-sized bottles of shampoos, plus all the various scented shower gels that I like to keep in the shower. (I like to keep two or three different scents in the shower, and this caddy is large enough that my husband doesn't complain about me taking up all the space on the caddy. ;-) ) Additionally, it has a nice open try for a bar of soap, a handy place to keep my razor, and a small hooked area for my loofah.

Overall, this has a great amount of storage space and it hangs securely (doesn't feel wobbly or pull on the shower head at all). As I have been with all of the Good Grips products I've purchased, I am satisfied customer! OXO Good Grips 3-Tier Shower Caddy

Purchased this product 2 years ago. I love all of the storage space it provides for a variety of bath/shower essentials. It is easy to hook over the shower arm and stays in place. My one big problem is that it is now rusting (started after about one year). I am now looking for a new shower caddy that won't rust and is made in the USA (I would settle for made in Germany). This caddy is made in China and that also makes it less attractive in my opinion.

Update: 4/13/2011

I finally decided to try a different shower caddy and so far have been satisfied...purchased the Simplehuman Adjustable Stainless Steel Shower Caddy on August 23, 2010 from Amazon.com...lots of room for all my stuff and not a hint of rust so far...keeping my fingers crossed that this shower caddy will end my search for a long-lasting, roomy, and decent-looking shower caddy.

Got this caddy about a month ago and got it set up right away. We put in our shampoo bottles and other stuff and it worked great. One day I noticed that the middle shelf looked a bit uneven, but didn't think too much about it. Next day, I see the shelf had broken off. I didn't have many products on that shelf, so I was surprised.

I've emailed Oxo on the issue, so I'll see how they respond. This may be an isolated issue, but I thought I'd mention it.

This is a tremendous step up from our previous shower caddy. I knew it was time for a new one when our old one a) Couldn't hold more than 3 items and b) Came crashing down after the suction cups failed in the middle of the night.

When searching around for a replacement, I had a goal in mind to find something durable and spacious. Having a stand-up shower leaves little room for existing storage, and it's a pain to line bottles up around the bottom edges. The OXO Good Grips 3-Tier Caddy initially struck me by how large it was in terms of capacity for bottles and bath products. I was concerned at first about the so-called "Good Grip" that just clamps around the neck of the shower head. I have a shower head that has a hose attachment and handle, so an additional concern was the hose getting in the way of the functionality of the caddy, and vice versa.

However, when it arrived, I quickly realized that my worries were squelched as I fit the caddy to the shower neck and placed every single bottle we have in the caddy's 3 tiers with room to spare! The grip on the shower neck seems very stable and doesn't appear to have any slipping problems, and the suction cup plate in the bottom rear of the caddy provides added support. Since the top of the caddy is so close to the shower head handle, I store smaller bottles on the top tier, our large shampoos/conditioner on the 2nd tier, and two bars of soap on the bottom. I'm pleased that I finally have a place to hang my loofa to dry (something the original caddy lacked)! All in all, I'm thrilled with the caddy and think it's a fair price for so much space. Would it be worth replacing in the future should rust become a problem? I haven't gotten there yet as I've only owned it for a few days now, but I'd still say so.

I just moved into my new house and the shower head on my shower sloped downward. My regular shower caddy would not stay on and kept sliding down. i tried 2 that did not stay on and found this one and it stays on perfectly. It grips the pipe and suctions to the wall and does not move unless you want it to. Perfect for me and I looked at many.

I purchased this item at the end of September. It is now 3 months later and it has completely rusted. I squeegee the shower walls after every shower and I live in a area with hardly any humidity.

It worked fine and fit well but the rust makes it not worth the money. Buy something cheaper, it will last just as long.

I admit it's more money than I've ever spent on a shower caddy - but this one is ridiculously amazing! Not only does it hold everything and in perfect order - it also has all these neat little extras that I didn't even expect. Being able to place shampoo & conditioner bottles upside down through the little holes to get the last drops out is brilliant. I also like the fact that the suction cups on the bottom are little ones and there are about 12 or so. This means that no matter what type of grout you have the suction cups will stick. I also like that the suction cups at the bottom are the only ones on the caddy. No more annoying slippage of suction to throw off the balance. It has this really neat OXO hook at the top that keeps the thing stationary - and the little suction cups do their part on the bottom. The folks at OXO obviously did their research on this one. I would give this one 6 stars if I could. My friend Katie thinks I'm crazy because she was over the night I put it up and kept trying to get her to come to the bathroom to see it. It's THAT good - you want to show it off. KUDOS!!!! - Shower Organization - Shower Storage - Oxo - Bath Shower Caddy'

Extended Warranty - kindle, ebook

This warranty extends the default warranty coverage to 2 years. Translation: if the Kindle came with a one year warranty, buying it will give you TWO years of total warranty coverage, NOT three.

IF, after paying for coverage and reading the terms you don't agree, you have 60 DAYS to cancel and get your money back. This is a good thing.

As far as warranties go, this one is okay. Very much in line with what most electronics warranties provide these days. After (a long) while, you receive the actual contract in the mail and it's all spell out on one page, on the back of the 'certificate of coverage'. Going through the legalese, this is what gets covered and how.

- The amount of coverage is limited to the amount you paid to purchase the product (minus shipping and taxes)

- You are covered for operational and accidental damage but not covered if you abuse your Kindle.

- They will fix and replace your broken Kindle and your replacement may be a refurbished model or a newer model or you may receive 'your money back' if they can't do either.

- If your Kindle breaks three times you get a replacement and coverage ends at that time.

- There can be only ONE replacement under the plan (see above).

In addition, you will not be covered if:

- your dog (animals) or insects damaged your product

- it was stolen

- it mysteriously disappeared

- you were in a war zone

- you were outside the US

- you used your Kindle in ways not intended or your modified it

The plan does not cover scratches, cracks or any other cosmetic issues for as long as your Kindle keeps working.

As far as service is concerned. Once you contact the provider, they will ship you a replacement Kindle if yours stopped working without waiting for you to send them the damaged item. They will take your credit card number and ship you the replacement and a prepaid postage label you to use with the return. For as long as you send the broken Kindle within 30 days, they will not charge your credit card. If you don't, you WILL be charged for the replacement.

My only issue, as other reviewers noted was their slowness to actually acknowledge the transaction after I purchased the warranty through Amazon. Eventually, I received an email assuring me that the warranty was in effect and a few days later the paper contract arrived in the mail so all is okay now.

I would rate this plan as 'good' because it's backed by Amazon, they will ship a replacement without waiting for your broken Kindle and because they clearly spell out the warranty terms on a one-page contract. It's fair to note that this plan, adding about 1/3 to the initial purchase price, is not 'cheap'. When deciding to go for it I decided for myself that the expense was worth the extra year of 'peace of mind'.

It's 4 stars, mainly for the initial hassle. 2-Year Extended Warranty for Kindle (6" Display, Wi-Fi, Latest Generation), U.S. customers only

Why would you pay almost $40 for a one year extension? Amazon should think about using the same approach as Home Depot. Their extended warranties do not kick in until AFTER the manufactures warrenty expires. That gives the buyer a great bargin with a full 3 years of warrenty coverage!

Had the warranty for the 1st gen kindle - was told that they didn't cover it anymore because it was 'obsolete'. At the rate they're changing them, 2 years from now they'll have 3 other versions.

The 3rd gen will be obsolete. Why bother?

My own warranty is: "take care of my Kindle" and "stash away 40 bucks". Amazon gives a one year warranty which is plenty of time in case something goes technically wrong. After that, if it goes out from manufacture defects and not my own fault (not likely), I would take the 40 bucks I would have spent on the warranty and add another 100 and get the latest edition, because there WILL be an updated version in no less than 2 years, guaranteed. This is history talking. Its been 3 years, and there have been 3 editions released. And they only get better. But if you want to stick with your outdated edition, it will be WAY cheaper on Amazon, eBay or a retailer. I do not recommend paying for this.

Hope this helped..

The warranty is two years from essentially date of purchase. Since the product comes with a default one year manufacturer warranty, really this covers just ONE additonal year. For 40 bucks, I am willing to take the chance in the 2nd year. By then, the cost of the KINDLE may decrease, thus making it worthwhile just to re-purchase it.

It is misleading. It offers protection for only 1 year after Amazon's initial guarantee of 1 year. There are also restrictions on what is covered and there is no way to see what these were before buying the warranty. I had to cancel my purchase.

Just received my thrid Kindle in less than 6 weeks. I will wait a year before I decide if the Amazon engineers produce a Kindle that will work properly with the expensive cover that seems to damage the Kindle causing it to freeze and repeatedly reboot before I would even consider purchasing a this warranty. The one year warranty included with your new Kindle includes accidental dropping, I was asked repeatedly if I had dropped it. I hadn't. I bought the expensive cover...

The Kindle isn't the expensive factor- it's all the books purchased. In very little time the Kindle owner will have purchased books that far exceed the price of the Kindle. Amazon knows this and will want to you to have a Kindle that works so they can keep selling books, magazines and newspapers. - Extended Warranty - Ebook - Kindle 3 - Kindle'

Dell Inspiron 1545 Ac Adapter - charger, dell

Just as described. It is about the same length as the one it was replacing. Maybe about 5-6 ft total in length, not overly short or long (but would prefer a longer one). Has the octagonal plug that goes to your computer.

The old one that came with the dell had wore through to the metal on the plug end that goes to the computer from too much "flexing" and at times the old one would just not charge the computer for no reason but if you messed with it by unpluging both cables and trying different outlets it would eventually charge. So it was time for a new one.

Have not had a single problem with this one. Its not a "dell" carger but it's equal in quality, possibly better. Seems like the casing is a little more stiff and doesn't bend as easy, which is a good thing. Laptop AC Adapter/Power Supply/Charger+US Power Cord for Dell Inspiron 1318 1545 pp25l

The AC adapter for my girlfriend's Inspiron 1545 went out while we were at her mom's for Christmas. Money was tight with it being the holidays and all, so I decided to take the risk of a low-priced replacement; I figured that even if it wasn't great, it would get us through until we could find something better. Got the replacement within 3 business days, plugged it in, and was amazed at how it recharged her dead battery faster than the Dell adapter did. Anytime I can get better results from something that cost under $10 AFTER shipping, I'm more than happy with the product.

Only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that the adapter we received doesn't look like the one in the picture; the picture shows an adapter with a 3-prong plug and the "Mickey Mouse" interface used by the original Dell adapter. The one we received has a 2-prong plug and a standard 2-hole interface. I'm not upset by this (see my comment about about "better results + low price"), but part of the reason that I picked this particular adapter was so that I could use the "Mickey Mouse" cord to see whether the problem with the Dell adapter was in the adapter itself or in its cord.

Terrible Product. Bought this for the Dell 1545. Plugged it in, and it quit working after 6 Hours. Would not charge laptops, and light right on the product would not light up. FAULTY PRODUCT. Very Dissatisfied. :(

i ordered an adapter for my dell inspiron laptop which worked for about 1 week, but as of 30 minutes ago, it's a dud. nothing...zip...nada. it was only $8, so i got what i paid for. time to spend more $$$ for better quality.

I plugged this charger into my Dell Inspiron 1545 and it started charging right away. After 10 minutes the charger was getting worryingly hot. 5 minutes later it had stopped working completely. Avoid this item.... it is absolute garbage.

I ordered this adapter/charger/power cord as a replacement for the original cord that came with my Dell Inspiron 1545. After less than 2 years, the original cord just stopped working. To replace the cord would have cost $90 at several different websites and stores, so I decided I would try Amazon. I was initially skeptical of this cord because it was so cheap. I reasoned that because I had $5 gift card, if the cord did not work, I would only be out of about $7.

After a month, I am still extremely satisfied with this cord. It works perfectly, even better than the original! After it charges my battery, the AC adapter actually provides the power to the laptop. It seems to protect the battery from burning out. I hope that it lasts longer than the original, but if necessary, I will not hesitate to purchase another adapter/charger/power cord from this vendor. - Dell - Charger - Electronics - Power Adapter'

Salt And Pepper Shakers - pepper, salt and pepper shakers

Though this salt and pepper set carries the Corelle brand name, it is only old-fashioned ceramic, NOT Corelle. The design is as pictured, and these are a good size for the table or next to the stove, but they do not have the durability I had expected. As a sometimes clumsy cook, I had specifically ordered these to have the added durability I have experienced with Corelle. I'd like to add the sugar and creamer but now I am not sure I can believe any of the product descriptions for these add on pieces. Corelle Coordinates Enhancements Salt and Pepper Shaker Set

I purchased this set as an addition to the rest of my Corelle. They are a bit large, but well made. I guess their size will make it where I don't have to fill them as often. I hope that they will be a hit on my dinner table! Overall, I am not dissatisfied with my purchase.

As other reviewers have commented, these are rather large. The description indicates 3", which is height, but they don't tell you that the width is 2.5" which makes for a pretty sizeable s/p shakers. More importantly the holes are pretty large. So these are good for young kids as they'll over-season very easily. I use these by my stove top for seasoning main dishes, roasts, soups, etc. I find them perfect for that as they won't need to be refilled too often due to their size. It's too bad they don't make a size smaller with smaller holes which would be more appropriate for the dinner table.

Even though they aren't made out of the corelle glassware, they resemble it quite a bit, have a nice look and are easy to clean.

The salt and pepper shakers were OK, but the holes at the top were "Drilled Off Center", so I am thinking they were factory rejects and then sold cheap to...me. Now I am just going to give them away...Thanks,

Signed,

Disgruntled Shaker!

The salt and pepper shakers are very nice looking, however they are wider than they appear and are difficult to handle. They often slip out of my hands. The salt and pepper holes however are great. They are large and work very well.

I bought this salt & pepper set to go with my new Corelle white dishes. These are really great! The number and size of the holes in each one is just right - you get just enough salt or pepper, not too much. Flow control is so easy, and they fit well in the hand.

They have been kidnapped by my husband for use in the kitchen for cooking. You have to love a man who will cook, but it says something about this salt & pepper set that he swiped them from the table when he has 2 other salt & pepper sets in the kitchen.

Bottom line: Probably the best salt & pepper shakers I've ever had, and I'll probably order another set for the table.

I purchased these to go with my daughter and her finace's choice of "Simple Lines" dish pattern. Though they have swirls on them, both were happy with them, they matched pretty well with their black and white theme. Nice quality and would purchase from AMAZON again.

These do match the Enhancement pattern design but they are stoneware and not Corelleware. I knew that before I purchased them but wish that Corning had made them with the actual Corelle material. They are a comfortable size for handling and not tipsy like some salt and pepper shakers.

I didn't realise they were quite this big, but it doesn't detract at all from the actual product. They are sturdy and very simple, but would go with anything. I have the Correlle white dish set so I wanted something plain. It was extremely hard for me to find plain white salt and pepper shakers. The price is decent and the quality is pretty nice, so I would definitely recommend them. - Coordinates - Salt - Pepper - Salt And Pepper Shakers'

Up-converting - hdmi, panasonic

Warning! The description for the DVD-s58 model seems to be pasted from the DVD-s54 model (discontinued), which despite the lower model number is actually a notch or two above this one. I bought the s58 with the understanding it would play AVI (Divx) encoded discs... it DOES NOT support Divx.

For what it is--a basic upconverting DVD player--the Panasonic DVD-s58 performs well, but did not suit my original purpose in purchasing it. Panasonic DVD-S58 1080p Up-Converting DVD Player, Black

All in all I am very pleased with this unit. The main reason I got this one was because I had ordered a previous model Panasonic DVD player which has been superb, but is discontinued now. This one seemed like a logical successor and really, for DVD playback it's great. The upscaling looks nice (HDMI output too) and it fast to load and play and has given me no problems. My only disappointment is that it does not support DIVX (or any other VCD/Computer video formats that I can tell). I really wanted to be able to playback videos from my computer, home movies, stuff from friends, whatever. The first Panasonic unit I got plays pretty much anything I throw in it while this one is focused on factory DVDs. So, if you need a good, solid, long lasting DVD/Audio CD/MP3 player, this is the unit for you, especially for the price. If you are looking for something that supports a wide range of other codecs and formats, you will want to keep looking. Panasonic makes some that do that wonderfully, just not this one.

Being a strong electronics geek I must say that I really like this player. And honestly I do not understand the other reviews so far for it. When this upconverts it looks every bit as good as my Sony S 370 blu ray player and i can not tell any difference between regular dvds at 1080p and and blu ray at 1080p. How ever the sound on blu ray is a tad better but if your not picky or are budget minded this is a great player. The great thing about this one is that it is $70 less than a blu ray player. If you have a tv set that is 720p this is a wonder player you wont see any difference picture wise in my opinion.Great picture good sound good features wise my only other advice is if you want something with internet this does not have it.The remote is wonderful I am one of those that loves the open/close button on the remote which this has for $42 for a basic upconverison player it is a very good buy!!

The Panasonic S58 can have an very smooth, crisp picture--perhaps especially in component mode. In HDMI-upscaled mode, it is variable among units, sometimes rather cloudy and washed-out despite a lot of adjustments. Additionally, the engineering is full of little oddities.

[1] It doesn't hold its place even on a disc in the machine if you switch it off for a second; it will start from the beginning.

[2] The default for JPEGs is a fast slide show, each photo unfurling annoyingly (like Philips) rather than just appearing; keeping a photo from changing is possible but the instructions are very vague, so one has to experiment and remember how. If there happen to be mp3s on the disc, the S58 will randomly play them during the photos; there seems no way to stop it.

[3] The remote does not control any other device (not Viera compatible either, despite the PR); the buttons are tiny and closely spaced, making it hard to read or operate. It doesn't play formats like DivX, etc., despite being advertised.

[4] Hooking up both an interlaced source (e.g., HDMI 1080i) and a progressive one (e.g., 480p) results in the black level always reverting to "lighter," and dropouts in the sound. I can't figure out what these things have to do with each other, as it doesn't trouble other players. Hooking it up through both component and HDMI results is a slight vertical picture stretching in component mode, losing a bit on top and bottom. Sonys can be attached through both without change.

[5] The subtitles are engineered poorly (and I tried three players). They do not follow the instructions in the disc's encoding. In the set-up menu, you can turn them on or off, and it applies across the board, including subtitles for the hearing impaired. The remote must be used to defeat either choice on a disc by disc, or even track by track, basis.

All this is frustrating because the picture can be good--on the right unit. The player does play PAL discs, and can be made region-free without much trouble (though you need two Panasonic remotes).

I should mention that there's a firmware update--that doesn't correct any of the above issues, but other ones--that must be downloaded and installed from the Panasonic.com site.

Not recommended.

My Toshiba DVD/VCR combo finally crapped out after 5 years of solid use. Decided to buy an up-converting player since I finally bought a 1080p HDTV. Didn't want to go for Blu-Ray because I have a HUGE DVD collection. The up-converting feature with the use of an HDMI cable works BEAUTIFULLY on my TV. Films made in the 80s and 90s lose a lot of their "fuzzy" quality, which makes me really happy. My only complaint is the remote - some of the buttons are absolutely TINY. In the dark you easily press the wrong ones. Overall though, player works wonderfully, and for the price it's a STEAL! - Panasonic - Dvd Player - Hdmi - 1080p Dvd Player'

Office - office, hanging folders

Received 3 boxes of these and they are of good quality and will work well. I would normall give them 4 stars, but was pretty disappointed that they only came in 3 colors in the box. The picture above makes it look like they will come in several colors, so I could easily color code things, but all 3 boxes, had the same 3 colors, no more. The picture is VERY misleading in terms of the product appearance. Pendaflex Essentials Hanging Folder, 1/5 Cut, Letter, Assorted (81612)

I bought the assorted and as noted, there were three colors -- blue, yellow and red. I have used these hanging folders for years and yes, eventually, the metal rod will come out, but not for years -- if you don't overload them. A neat and easy way to organize all of those pieces of paper that we can't seem to live without.

You need normal hanging letter sized folders? these are them, but pretty colors. Buy American wooo hoooo! Well maybe this is made in America, at least it's not a generic brand, pay a little extra for the brand name, but hopefully the profit is for an American company. - Office - Hanging Folders'

Multifunction Printer - canon, laser printer

Overall, this is a good all-in-one laser printer for its price in consumer class printers. Here are some detailed comments.

1. The automatic paper feeder is well designed - the situation that multiple pages go-through at once never happens (in HP 3050, this happens a lot).

2. Canon provided a well designed user interface - functions are easy to follow and operate, including scan / printer / copy.

3. The automatic duplex print is excellent and make the printer worth what you paid for. But when using automatic double sided printing - the print speed turns to be less than a third (instead a half) because the mechanical parts need a lot of time to flip the paper.

4. As some of you may have concerned, the latest firmware (02/09/2009) makes scan function smooth on a Mac - all you need is to press the scan button. This is tested on a Leopard Mac Mini.

5. In case some of you want know the compatibility with printer servers, this printer is full compatible with Netgear PS121 printer server under windows vista (including automatic duplex) x86 and x64. It is NOT compatible with Netgear PS121 under Mac Leopard (no idea why - installation smooth and prints went through - nothing comes out of printer). This printer is NOT compatible with Maxtor Central Axis printer server function.

To summary, this is a good printer for its price. However, concerning its powerful function, you may want spend some extra money for the 4370n to enable every function on network - if you are working in a networked environment. Canon ImageCLASS MF4350d Laser All-in-One Printer

I purchased this machine on Amazon in November. Overall, I've been happy with it. Duplexing was an important feature to me, and Canon appears to offer that on less expensive printers than other companies.

I don't have a lot of experience to base my judgments on, but I think the print quality is very good, with a couple exceptions. First, the printing is sometimes crooked on the paper, especially on the back side when duplexing. However, the Canon rep I complained to said that a variance within 2mm is considered acceptable, so I measured and this printer is within that tolerance. It's visible, though, especially on forms, such as printer checks. (Actually, my cheapest of Dell inkjets printed straighter.)

The other problem also appears when duplexing: on the back side there's a strip of blurred printing from top to bottom where the toner didn't bond. This only appears on the first sheet after the printer has sat idle awhile. The Canon rep had no answer, had not heard of this before.

Yes, you can scan from the machine if you download the firmware update.

I think I'd buy it if I had it to do over. It's quick and has really crisp printing. If you want to compare, some similar Canons I looked at are the MF4150, MF4370dn and MF4270.

I am a bit disappointed after I've played with this copier ImageCLASS MF4350d. Note that Canon calls this a copier, not a printer. Thus, when you call Canon or search its site for help/technical support, make sure you select the "Copier" category.

This ImageCLASS MF4350d has been in the market for a while but no one reports this problem: up to this moment of writing this review, the machine cannot scan a document by using its own START button. Everything must be scanned via the software "Toolbox" from the computer.

I bought it a few days ago. I called Canon 1-800 for help but it was useless. Then I went back to the store and tried their demo machine; it has the same problem. Whenever I push the START button on the machine for scanning, there is always a beeping sound as a return but the LCD doesn't show any error - it always indicates "Scanning Mode." So I called Canon again to go over the story. Finally they admitted the problem and said that they are aware of this issue; their engineers are working on the new firmware to fix this. However it won't be soon. The new firmware may be possibly released next month but could be later. I also wrote an email to Canon support to confirm this information one more time, besides their verbal confirmation over the phone.

In addition, the scanning has no detection senor. Thus, the scanned document (scanned from the computer) will go as large as the paper size, which is usually the Letter/A4 size depending on your settings. The scanned document will NOT be resized automatically according to the actual object(s). It is different from its ink jet printers, which usually detect the size of the document or photo and then resize automatically.

If scanning a document directly from the machine's START button is important to you, you should wait to buy until the new firmware comes. If resizing the document or photo automatically is important to you, this copier or printer is not for you; you may consider others or Canon ink jet type printer. After all, this all-in-on laser printer is classified a copier internally by Canon. - Laser Printer - Multifunction - Canon - All-in-one'

Verizon Iphone Cover

The color is true to the picture and it fits the phone perfectly! Interestingly, it's a hard plastic material, yet it has a bit of grip. Not too much though because I can still slide it in and out of my pocket, YET it doesn't slide all over the console in my car. It does not have a lip that goes over the screen, so don't buy it if that's what you want. Overall, I'm very happy with this cover! elago S4 Slim Fit Case for AT&T and Verizon iPhone 4 (Soft Feeling) - SF Pastel Blue + Logo Protection Film included

I've had this case about a week and the color is really nice and it fits the phone perfectly. The only problem is the color is so light and it is kind of matted material that it gets dirty very quickly. I leave it on my desk at work and I guess with the paperwork I have with ink or just keeping it in my black purse, the back is already dirty and blackish. I will probably have to order a different darker color cover soon.

I originally purchased the snow white case and I love it so I bought this one as well. The cases hug my Verizon iPhone very well and it doesn't make it look bulky. Cut outs for all controls. Great product at an awesome price!

You get what you pay for. Of course, I paid around $10 for it and expect to have that similar quality but it felt more of a $5 case. VERY flimsy and has more of a plasticy feel than satin. The case only adds on to the look of the phone instead of protecting.

This product is exactly as described, and although I'm not crazy-excited about it, I had no reason to give it less than 4 stars, other than my warning below. It fits my Verizon iPhone 4 (I say Verizon because I heard a rumor that At&t and Verizon's iPhone 4s have different button/camera placements, but I'm not sure) like a glove and is thin enough to fit into other docking devices. Definitely not the most glamorous case, but I have had compliments purely for the slim factor, which is what I was going for.

The only thing I would warn against, is I'm not so sure of the protection factor. I'm not sure the case would protect the face at all if dropped wrong, and I don't want to be the one to test it!

First, I would like to say that I got this case MUCH sooner than expected. I was expecting it sometime next week and I got it today. Second, I love this case. The color is exactly as pictured. The case is flush with the face of the phone, so if you are looking for a case with a lip, then this is not the phone for you. However, if you are like me and would rather not sacrifice the functionality and slim design for added protection, then this is definitely a case worth considering. The case's texture is smooth and has enough grip to it that it feels more secure than the iphone bare, but is still easy to slide in and out of purses and pants pockets. It barely adds any width or weight to the phone. All of the ports and buttons are easily accessible and the camera is unaffected by the case as well. All in all, love this case.

Very similar to the SGP case. I thought they were the same thing at first, and then had a false belief that elago was better than SGP. Obviously, I was wrong. Elago doesn't protect the face of my iPhone and it's not shiny like my SGP. But, still not totally bad. It's still pretty. Oh well, you get what you pay for.

Within an hour of putting this case on my phone it looked like crap. The bright blue is now dingy grey. It picks up every piece of dust and dirt and none of it comes out. It also didn't come with the screen protecter, probably my bad for not checking. Don't go cheap and buy this, pay a little more and get a case thats sturdy, well made, will remain clean, and comes with the necessities.

This is the CHEAPEST case I have ever paid for. I have paid a penny before on cases from Amazon, and they were of higher quality. Do NOT waste your money. It is flimsy... and by "soft" they mean to the touch. This is a flimsy piece of plastic. And the cover that goes over the apple symbol is pathetic. Before you can even get it on your phone there are fingerprints all over the protector. I can not stress how upset I am for paying $12 for this case when i could have paid ten more from the Verizon store, and at least gotten a quality product. I am outraged. Buy with caution. If you choose to buy this case, then you might as well walk to your toilet and throw twelve dollars in and flush.'
