Casual Watch
When I got my watch in the mail I was so disappointed! It looks like something you would buy from the dollar store. The band is a hard cheap plastic that feels like it would easily break. Don't pay $80 for this watch. Flud Watches The BPM Watch in Red & Black,Watches for Unisex, One Size,Red'

I purchased the Eye Camera seperate from the Eye of Judgement game becasue I really don't play card games. The reason I purchased the camera was so that I could use it with my 5 yr. old who has recently taken an interest in animation. With the free download available on the PSN, you are able to leverage this clever device to do all sorts of fun and unique things. But first, I'll address the camera from a hardware perspective:
It's well built, and sturdy looking. The camera pivots from left to right on it's base, but cannot be adjusted to look up or down. The camera auto-focuses, and seems to do a nice job of it. The lens does twist to provide a "zoom" view of the subject as well. Perhaps the thing I was most impressed with is the sound quality it is able to capture. I recorded a few demo videos to test the functionality, and found that you can easily sit 10 feet from the camera and talk in very normal tones and the camera picks it all up beautifully. The sound is rich and full. I have not had the chance to video chat with it yet, but from what I have seen, it will be nice and easy. The 360 offers a similar product, but the image quality and frame rates are not quite as good, and you are required to wear a headset to transmit voice and pick up sound. Overall, I am pleased with it from a hardware aspect, with he only real downsides being the fact that you cannot pivot the lens up or down.
No software comes with the camera. Instead, you must grab it from the Playstation Store on the PSN. It is a free download, and takes up very little space. The software itself is easy, but does have a small learning curve due to the fact that it does not come with much in the way of detailed instructions. However, anyone with any technological saavy will be up and running in no time. Capturing video is easy and fun. If you are expecting fancy editing software, you'll be dissapointed here, but that isn't the point. The ability to save your videos to the PS3 HD is great, and the fact that they can be transferred to a PC (via a USB storage device) is really cool--especially considering that you can then turn around and email them to family/friends or post them on YouTube. The software offers several effects including various colors filters and distortion modes, as well as the ability to do stop motion and time lapse. The latter two effects are the main reasons I purchased the camera, and I could not be more pleased with how they work. For time lapse, you can set the cam to snap a photo every 5, 10, or 30 seconds, and simply leave the camera untouched for hours on end, simply to return and view the results later. I have left the camera on--pointing out a window--overnight to watch the sunrise. What a neat option! The stop-motion animation function is unbelievably simple. You snap several photos in succession, and then the software combines them into a single video file. You can fit up to 100 frames into each scene, and then the various scenes can be combined to form one long stop-motion movie. For adults out there that are maybe having trouble finding fun things to do with their kids and are intimidated by today's complex video games, I can tell you firsthand that this is a breath of fresh air, and a great way to to intereact with the young ones.
The overall image quality is pretty good. One thing I do not like about the software, is that if you tweak it for specific lighting array, you aren't able to save those settings, which means you need to change them each time you begin using the camera again. There really isn't any excuse for this, but know that changing these settings probably takes less than 30 seconds.
Great product overall. Mind you, this isn't a hi-def camera, but it gives you the tools to do things on a console that have never been done before. In the very near future, there will be additional software released for the camera via the PSN Store. One that intrigues me is an aquarium simulator that looks eerily realistic. The fish react to movement on the camera, which sounds like a great thing to have on the background if you are having people over. All in all, I am pleased with this product and I hightly reccomend it. PlayStation Eye
I can't get the name Eye Toy out of my head. The familiar camera for the PS2 now has a very new and classy look on the PS3. Say hello to the mature Playstation Eye. If you had a Playstation Eye for the Playstation 2 you are probably aware of the interactivity that was available. Now with the newest edition Eye that is taken up one level to a whole new dimension.
Getting my hands on this has been a few weeks in coming. Deciding on whether I wanted to purchase it with a game is what kept me. In reality I didn't need a card game so I purchased this for the measely sum of $40 and now I have this beautiful contraption. Once you open the package there is not much to it. Connect the 6 foot usb cord to the PS3 and go to device settings and make sure your PS3 is aware it has a camera. No installation here which makes life that much easier.
If you have access to the Playstation Network you can download the Eye Create software for free. A rather small and unassuming file packed with punch. I really didn't expect much from a free program but I was in for a big surprise. The program is actually an editing program and a very simple but very good one at that. The program allows for capturing video, sound, and pics. You can then edit your masterpiece to create a decent home movie. I am still unaware as to whether I can upload the videos onto Youtube or mail them to others on my friend list. This is a great little bonus program to owning the Eye.
As of now there are a couple mini games available at a low price on the PSN. And of course they are interactive with the Eye. The first game is actually an aquarium. I don't know as much for a game as an interactive screen saver that would be nice when your entertaining. The camera captures movement and gives your slight reflection as if looking into aquarium glass. You can move your arms around to spook the fish and then you can act like your dropping your hand in the water to see the slight ripple. Pretty cool little trick.
The other game is kind of silly but the kids will love it. The object is to save these little mindless creatures. By using your hands to move them to safety. The game starts off rather easy and gets more complex. Most adults may get bored but I can see how a child would have a lot of fun with the interaction.
Of course this is just the beginning of numerous interactive games that will be available for many months on the PSN. No word as to whether they will offer these games in a collection on the disc. The first major game to utilize the Eye will be Sing Star. It will allow you to show off your singing skills to others.
Now I have just mentioned a few of the advantages of the Eye and of course there is the Eye of Judgement game many people have raved about. But I enjoy this camera for the ability to have video chats. I had a video chat and the picture looked great. Very clear and able to handle low light. What was also impressive was it moved at normal speed thanks to the cameras ability to move 120 frames per second. Having a conversation with someone looks normal and not like they are moving in slow motion. The microphone picks up sound extremely well and the voice conversation comes out great. The PS3 allows for video confrencing with 4 people. For the quality it is one of the best and cheapest video confrencing programs available.
I would have to say the Playstation Eye is a shining feature on the PS3. If you are looking for something that will continue to reward you over the coming months with new games and the ability to actually see the people you talk to the Playstation Eye is where it's at. Great for kids or adults it's a great value. - Playstation Eye - Webcam - Ps3 Eye - Photography'

Cordless String Trimmer - weed whacker, lithium-ion
I wanted to replace my Homelite 14" dual-line string trimmer as I finally had enough of the noise, pollution, starting issues, mixing/storing of gas & oil, engine maintenance, and the constant need (and effort) to replace the pre-cut line strips.
Cordless is the way to go. However, given the current limitations of battery technology, I was concerned about finding a string trimmer that had the necessary balance of power, run time, weight, and charge time. I also wanted a reliable unit that would give me years of trouble-free service.
I did my usual due-diligence, and spent hours reading reviews and handling a few units at the local hardware stores. I work in the computer/electronics field, so I am very familiar with battery technology and the other parts of a string trimmer. I know I wanted Lithium Ion batteries with >30 minutes run time. I was also more interested in the highest AH (Amp Hour) rating than Volts (e.g., 18V, 20V, 36V, etc). Marketing is pushing the voltage rating (largely because the lower-cost Ni-cad batteries have a lower Amp-Hour rating in comparison to Lithium Ion batteries of the same weight). However, voltage is a poor indicator of how powerful and long the trimmer will run. For example; both a tiny hearing-aid battery and D-size flashlight battery have the same voltage rating (1.5V), however the D-size battery has a much higher Amp-Hour rating. If you replaced the D cell in a flash light with the tiny hearing-aid battery, the light would barely be visible and would drain the battery in less than a minute. Whereas the D cell would light the lamp at full brightness for over 30 minutes. Same basic principle applies to a trimmer. Choices as of now (2010) for Li-Ion batteries range from 1.3 Ah to 6.0 Ah. 6 Ah is a huge amount of capacity! 1.3 Ah is small, and given the amount of current (Amps) required each minute to spin a string-trimmer motor powerful enough to cut grass, is only suitable for a postage-stamp sized yards.
For comparison; as of 2011, a hi-capacity laptop Li-Ion battery is ~ 4.5 Ah.
In addition, Li-Ion batteries do not have the memory effect that NiCad batteries do, so I do not have to totally discharge the battery before recharging. That is a major weakness for Ni-Cads because you always end up charging the battery for the full 12+ hours before each use. Furthermore, Li-Ion batteries hold their charge over a much longer period of time than a Ni-Cad. I can fully charge a Li-Ion battery and, a week or so later, top it off with a quick charge (say 90 minutes) as required over the season.
Unfortunately high Amp-Hour Li-Ion string-trimmer choices are very limited at this time. The Greenworks 21602 and Troy-Bilt TB57 are really the only choices; the TB57 being the cheaper of the two. They are basically the same unit. They both use the identical Li-Ion 6AH battery and 4 ½ hr. charger. The only real difference (other than color) is the shaft, throttle switch, and the swivel hinge for edging on the Greenworks. BTW: you could buy the TB57 and use the battery on the Greenworks leaf blower. I handled the TB57 at Lowes, and I agree with the negative reviews about the short shaft and force required to hold the safety switch in.
In the end, I ordered the Greenworks mainly because I am 6' tall and the TB57 was just a little short (even with the telescopic shaft at maximum) and I know my finger would get numb from holding the power switch down.
I really struggled with the decision to buy this particular brand of string trimmer. I was hesitant to buy an unknown brand; especially since the Greenworks web site did not list any near-by service locations to drop the unit off for warranty repair (only option is mail in), and reading two reviews on Amazon where the warranty hot line was non-existent or unresponsive. That makes Greenwork's four-year warranty worthless. I am also concerned about the longevity of the electric motor. Will it last +5 years? I noticed two people already experienced early-life motor failures (one Greenworks and one Troy Bilt). I plan on giving the Greenworks a good workout and return it to Amazon if I find anything I don't like during the first 30 days.
Well I got the Greenworks four days after ordering it (selected the free shipping option) from Amazon (exceeding my expectation and one of the main reasons why I buy from Amazon).
Assembly was very easy (needed a Philips screw driver for the one screw). Build quality seems good. I do agree with one reviewer that the plastic handle feels a little cheap as it flexes a bit. However, that flex does make the unit even more comfortable. The shaft is long enough for me. The balance and weight are very good.
Regarding cutting power; this is not a commercial grade trimmer that you use for a landscaping business. The power is sufficient to cut through dense grass; however I have to move a little slower than I did with my gas trimmer. This trimmer is suited for yards that have been maintained well in the past. I would not recommend it for a yard that is, or often becomes, overgrown (i.e., grass or weeds over 12" tall).
The automatic line feed works very well. Each time I start the unit it feeds ¼" of new line. The only drawback is that I go through a lot of line when I move from tree to tree; stopping the unit each time to save battery power. The four hour charge time is adequate as it does keep me from missing a scheduled grass cutting if I forget to charge the battery the day before (can't do that with a 12 hr. Ni-cad charger). Like any battery powered trimmer, the noise level is very low. I am now able to trim the yard in the early morning (before I start using the lawn mower) without getting my neighbors upset. So far I am satisfied with this purchase.
However, I did notice the motor slow down to about 1/3 the speed while using it. The speed returned to normal when I released the throttle and pressed it in again. This happened three times already. I am not sure if the motor has a built in thermal power reduction (which is good as it would prevent the motor from burning up). If it starts to happen more often, I will return the trimmer to Amazon.
Update week 1:
Battery life is excellent. I have used this trimmer over a five day period on the original charge. After +30 minutes of use, I still have three of four battery status lights on.
I have noticed that the motor air vents clog with grass clippings after a few minutes of use. This may contribute to the motor overheating/failure problems some are experiencing. I now make it a practice to clean the air vents (wipe off the external grass and blow out the grass inside the motor) every few minutes. I think Greenworks should design a thick foam ring that fits over the motor to trap the clippings. Then all I would need to do is periodically rinse the foam ring in soapy water.
Update week 3:
After 3 weeks of use, I am very pleased with this trimmer. It took awhile to get use to the fact that it is always ready to go with just a push of a button; no need to charge before each use, no worries bout prepping the motor and trying to start it, etc. I now find myself pulling out the trimmer when I come from work and spot a few weeds while walking along the driveway or sidewalk. The battery status bar finally dropped down to 2 of 4 lights; so I charged it up to give the battery charger one more test before the 30 day exchange period with Amazon ends.
I have not experienced any more slow downs. I suspect that was caused by clogged air vents.
I used the edger for the first time last week; just pushed the big button on the shaft near the motor and the shaft pivots 90 degrees. The wheel rolled smoothly and the angle of the shaft was perfect as it gave me a good view of the cut. It was much easier than I thought and produced consistent results; far better than the free-hand edging method I have been using for years.
I have already used all the string on the one spool and inserted the free second spool (BTW - easy to change). I went to Home Depot and purchased a 300' re-fill package of the .65 blue line to re-fill the spools as needed. For ~ $7, I have enough line for years.
However, the real shining star is not the trimmer, but the 6AH Lithium-Ion battery. The capacity is perfect for all but mega-size yards.
I received the Greenworks 24602 blower for Father's Day; it uses the 20V/6AH Li-Ion battery from the trimmer. Now I can trim the yard and use the blower to clear off the grass clippings from the driveway and sidewalks. The blower with this battery makes it very convenient to use and makes it more versatile. For example, I used it to blow dry my car after I washed it (beats ringing out drying clothes). I also opened the car doors and blew out some dog hair and dust from inside the car.
I would buy the Greenworks chainsaw (also uses the same battery) to cut up the many small limbs that blow down after a storm. Unfortunately, the current $69 10-inch chainsaw is too expensive and large for what I need. A 6-8 inch model (with a lower cost) would be ideal to cut up limbs and small tree shoots into small enough pieces to toss them in a trash can.
Bottom line: "It's the battery stupid" (I think that's a Bill Clinton quote); the fully capable string trimmers (either the Greenworks or Troy-Bilt) and leaf blower only exist because of it. Corded Rotary Tools - rotary tool, corded rotary tools
This tool works as expected, flawlessly. I picked up two high speed cutters for use on a custom air filter backplate. Speed variability seems like it would fit anyone's needs. The cord on it was around 3-4' long. The bits with it are nice, but if you are looking for something in particular you can probably find a more suitable one. Only complaint is that it doesn't always seem to turn on at the lowest setting. This isn't really a problem since you can turn it on higher and slow it down. I am not sure if I got one with a finicky switch or not. Regardless I would buy again.
Got it from a local dealer because I didn't want to wait for shipment, however amazon was cheaper. Dremel 300-1/24 300 Series Variable-Speed Rotary Tool Kit
I have bought 3 Dremel tools over the years, and none has stood up to moderate use. Usually the speed control goes: either the tool will only run at top speed, or, in the current 300-series models, it quits altogether. Also, the ball bearings Dremel boasts about are not sealed, so they fail due to the dust from whatever you're cutting or grinding getting into them.
No other power tool is so fragile or short-lived: you can get a decent 3/8" electric drill or an angle grinder for about the same amount of money, and they'll last forever. If drills failed so easily, the customers would riot and nobody would buy the company's product. To be fair, I've had the same experience with a Ryobi rotary tool I bought about ten years ago. But it was cheap -- only about $20 -- so I didn't feel quite so shafted when it stopped working.
With the Dremel, you pay a high price for a shoddy product. If you could replace the parts that go bad, that might be bearable. It used to be that you could buy replacement parts. Of course, you couldn't just replace the ball bearings with decent sealed ones -- because you couldn't get them off the armature. You had to buy a whole new armature.
But now, you don't even have that option. Dremel has stopped making replacement parts available!
So now, when the machine packs up, that's it: your expensive Dremel is now a piece of useless disposable junk. Your investment is down the toilet. Dremel talks a big game about quality, etc., but they treat their customers with utter contempt.
As for me, I guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet and shell out hundreds for a Foredom or something equivalent. They're even more expensive, and they're not as easy to use for my purposes, but they have a reputation for holding up. We'll see.
This is the first "dremel" tool I've ever owned. I've had it for less than a year, and I've already used it to do a variety of jobs around the house -- mostly involving cutting openings in drywall. It is very durable and comes with basically one of each bit. Replacements are sold separately, like at Lowes. I've used it for lawn mower sharpening, cutting copper pipe, old-job box installs, etc.
My only issue with this tool, and it may be true for all "dremel" tools across the board, is that there is no dead-man-switch. There is absolutely no safety on this device what so ever. Imagine if your corded/cordless electric drill had a top-mounted On-switch instead of a trigger. Or your circular saw just kept whirling away if you released your hand. Now, imagine what would happen if you just happened to drop it while using it. Yeah! That's this tool! The bit spins so fast! This thing would easily go through flesh without even thinking about it. It could easily scratch and mark metal, wood, stone, plastic, anything! If you dropped it, it could easily mean the start of a very bad day!
The first time I turned it on, the bit shot out across the room because I failed to tighten it. That was my error - I admit that. My pregnant wife was in the room at the time. No one was hurt, but that could have been a very different story. I've since taken very specific actions to use gloves, glasses, muffs, and make sure anyone not needed is well out of the way. All the safety equipment and forethought aside, you could still drop it accidentally. Slips a little, you instinctually react and reach for it. The device is rather small; your hand's rather big. Boohoo for you.
I'm not saying that you shouldn't get it. I'm not saying all triggered power tools are toys by comparison. I'm just saying that this device isn't exactly Little Timmy's woodworking hobby. Be aware and take it seriously.
Overall, I give it four stars. I would give it six stars if it had a trigger interface though.
I have an old Dremel 395, and I recently purchase a 4000 and most recently this 300 series kit. These are all being put to use in an electronics station I've built for different purposes. By far, my old 395 is a far, far better built and more precise tool. You can even tell by the weight of the old 395 that it is a tougher tool. The 4000 is a decent tool, but the feel of it is just light, and cheap, but at least the shaft seems to be centered and true. This 300 I just bought has a very noticeable wobble and bind to the shaft, and I called Dremel about this issue. I was surprised by their attitude and the response of "Dremels are not precision tools". Basically, the conversation ended with "if you don't like it, return it to the store" and was left with a feeling they have tossed quality out the window to save money on production, and it doesn't concern them. I was going to use the 300 in the Dremel workstation's drill press I bought for use with very small drill bit work on circuit cards, but the wobble is so bad I know it will snap the bits. Instead, the 4000 I bought will be used on the drill press, and I have decided to use this 300 instead with the flex shaft I bought since it doesn't seem to impede it's operation any, so that will be it's job from now on. Very, very disappointed with you Dremel. You were always better than this. Also... I would like to note that many of their grinding bits are poorly centered now and off balance. If Dremel doesn't get their act together, they'll gain a reputation of poor quality, and that's hard to shake. I'll be looking elsewhere on the internet for old 395's from now. - Hobby Tool - Corded Rotary Tools - Rotary Tool - Multitool'

Would not fit on my new 40" Samsung LED or even my old 47" Samsung LCD. No directions, just a bunch of odd screws and bolts. Even if it could fit on my old LCD (still about an inch short) the holes don't line up to attach this thing and even if the holes did line up, the screws wouldn't even fit.
Returned this and got my $40 back and came up with an ingenious solution.
Buy the PS3 Eye Camera Mounting Clip for $9.99, (stay me with me), and buy Scotch(R) Heavy-Duty Fasteners, 2 Sets of 1 x 3 Inches, Strips ,Black (RFD7091). Cut to fit and cover top of PS3 eye mount and bottom of Kinect camera. Stick them together and presto, good looking TV mount under $15. Fits perfectly on my Samsung 47" LCD and looks as if they were made for each other. Better than this overpriced piece of garbage that doesn't even work. Its that or wait until a better solution comes along.(LED owners will have no choice but to wall mount)
But do not buy this thing. They are unfortunately (for the time being), the only top mounting TV mount for the Kinect and are capitalizing on it by ripping people off for a flimsy piece of plastic and a bunch screws and bolts for $40. Do not buy! Xbox 360 Kinect TV Mount
For the most part the reviews for this item have been rants about the lack of quality or compatibility of this product.
1. Price: Yes, I agree that $40+ is too much for a plastic mount. That's why i gave this item 4 Stars instead of 5.
2. Compatibility: I have a Samsung 47" that seems to be the target of this items main complaint. But after taking the mount out of the box and figuring out how it would fit my television the mount was a perfect sturdy fit.
3. Quality: It seems to be made of the same high gloss plastic that the Kinect is made from. The legs are plastic but sturdy enough to hold a sensor that is less than 5lbs.
I realize that lots of item reviews tend to be rants from customers that feel they've been scammed, but aside from the flat screens that are too skinny to accommodate the top of the mount, this item fits my TV perfectly. I had even read the "bad" reviews before getting the item and expected a flimsy disappointment. I'm glad to say it wasn't, and by mounting my Kinect on top of my TV i gained an extra foot of play space in my tiny-ish living room.
My kinect would have a much better angle of view if it were on top of the TV rather than on the base, but I've got a 3 year old 50" plasma and like others, this product won't fit the mounting holes on the back of the TV. It won't expand wide enough to reach the top holes (unless I want to mount it 6" above the TV, which doesn't seem too safe), and is too short to meet the bottom ones. Telescoping legs or an additional extension would have solved the problem. There aren't that many mount standards out there so its pretty pathetic that the designers didn't go through the trouble to see if it fits them--and even more pathetic that MSFT approved it anyway. No other option out there, so I'm going to try to jury rig it, but don't bother buying this if you have a large screen that requires a heavy duty wall bracket.
FYI, I bought this then returned this. It is made for a regualr style HDTV. I have a thin LED TV and it sits almost 3 inches past the TV, it's supposed to sit back and flush. It is made to TV's that are around 3 to 8 inches thick(guesstimate can't find real data). I also had problems getting it to mount. It says to use screws in back. I have 2 sets, 1 high, 1 low. Hooked to low it won't reach top of TV. Hooked to top the extensions are to long and I had to put one screw thru the hole in the arm and the other thru the extension as close to the arm as I could cause when I tried to line it up the holes where behind the end/tips of the arms where there was no holes. By the way that made it tip about 15 degrees cause of how I had to try and mount it. Thats when I found out the actual mount that hooks to the arms that holds the Kinect sat to far forward on my TV. I ended up just taking it back. I'll have to figure something else out instead.
FYI I have a Samsung 46" LED HDTV. I would figure Samsungs 46" design is same on all of the 46"cases only the insides would be different but I can't say for sure. If you have a 46" Samsung you can try but if it is a thin TV, less than 3" or so thick, I can tell you already it won't work cause it sits to far forward. You can leave it but when it comes to a moving $150 remote head on top or my $2000 TV, I'm personally not taking a chance of it moving to much or just not enough support.
My husband and I just bought a new 47" Vizio LED Razor TV. So it's about 1.85 inches deep. We've also had the Kinect for our kids. We use our TV on its' stand in a kiddie corner setup. I had looked at all sorts of mounts for placing the Kinect on top of the TV and I must say after reading all of these reviews I was totally against wasting our money on this product. That is until I went and looked at it in a store. We did end up buying the mount and I must say it works great. Yes it is plastic, where you actually screw the unit to your TV is the only metal. The directions were terrible I can agree on that, but my 12 yr old was able to figure it out so its' still fairly easy to put together even without looking at the directions. We had no problem lining up the holes with our top holes on the back of our TV. I had read many complaints about using this on thin LED panels, and if you leave the mount unmodified it will hang over the TV a few inches. Our solution, we used velcro, we attached the front lip of the mount to the front of our TV. What you end up with is a smooth looking front, you cannot see the velcro at all, and the mount looks exactly as it should if it was on a deeper TV, with the kinect and mount flush with the front of our TV. (Note: this does push the back of the mount out behind the TV two inches, but if it's on a stand your stand probably sticks out 5 inches.) I will admit this approach will not work if you have your TV mounted on the wall, but if you do a better solution exists, just buy the wall mount.
Overall, the product works as advertised. I am confident the Kinect will never fall, it is secure. Even when the Kinect moves to scan the room there is no shaking. Overall, yes it is pricey. But compared to the other $20 hodge podge solutions people are coming up with, I am happy we spent twice as much and got a solution that actually works, and secures our Kinect. I can post pictures if needed. Time of setup and install was approximately 5 minutes.
Anyone who is nervous about using velcro on their TV note, the glue is not needed to be strong on the velcro, we used ordinary light duty velcro and it worked, we did do a test on the back of our TV to see any residue left from removing the velcro, there was minimal which we were able to completely clean using Goo Gone. - Tv Mount - 360 - Xbox Kinect - Bracket'

Highly Recommended - recumbent bike, exercise bike
This bike does what it says in the description. It was relatively easy to assemble, but did arrive with some shipping damage. The plastic legs were crushed but Stamina did send a replacement within a week. Regarding performance, it is quiet and stable with enough resistance for most people. The adjustment for the seat distance is not the easiest so I would not recommend if you are not limber enough to hold the base in place with your legs while you try to slide the adjustment forward or backward. The electronics is very simple but not very important to me in terms of different programs. I only use the timer. The main criteria for my purchase of this bike was: Low console to not block view of TV; step through design; and price. This bike fits the bill. If you want a bike that looks & feels expensive then this is not for you. It's just a clean simple bike. Stamina 4825 Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike
Contrary to some other reviews, my package arrived in great condition. Everything was well-packaged and intact. The instructions were relatively easy, but took a lot of concentration (as I'm not so wonderful at these types of things). As others experienced, 4 screws were already screwed into the bottom of the seat and 4 more into the back of the seat. These had to be unscrewed first, then re-screwed in to attach the parts to their various mounts and brackets.
Although the tools provided are adequate, I switched to my own tools halfway through assembly to lessen my frustration.
I chose free shipping to save myself $50. I just couldn't justify spending that kind of money to get the machine sooner. I was glad I did. It arrived in 7 days and was worth the wait.
I really love that this machine has no arms - the recumbent bikes at the gym all have arms that go back and forth as you pedal and I don't like them. This machine is low to the ground, too, which makes it less obtrusive in the space it's in. I also really love the low computer console - makes for unobstructed viewing of the TV while I work out.
And this things makes no sound whatsoever! I was astonished at how quiet it was.
I should also note that I'm not a small person. This machine has a weight limit of 300lbs and it's quite sturdy. It's not as beefy as one you'd find in a gym, but it's totally adequate for a home gym. I broke my leg a few years back and every physical therapist I saw had me ride one of these bikes during my recovery. If you have ankle flexibility issues like me, it helps a ton.
All in all, this machine greatly exceeded my expectations, given the amount paid for it. I recommend it highly.
The shipping box looked pretty bad upon arrival, but the contents were in perfect shape due to excellent interior protection. Screws I thought might be missing were already in place in the seat and seat back. Put it together in less than 1 hour working alone with my own tools. Tools provided are like survival kit. Would work but would take much longer. Perfect fit & finish on all parts. Very high quality for this price. Very sturdy and stable ride as evidenced by 300 Lb. rating. Large easy to read computer display. Easy to move wheels. Easy seat adjust and tension knob.
I've had this bike for 3 weeks now and I really like it.
Packaging was good; all parts were accounted for and none were broken.
Putting the bike together wasn't difficult for one person. I didn't even break a nail! It would have been nice to have someone there to hold the pieces together while I was attaching them but I managed. I am grateful to another reviewer for mentioning that the screws for attaching the seat pieces were already in the seats. That was extremely helpful.
Since I'm a couch potato and a plus size woman exercising is not something I enjoy. I find it tedious and boring. My main reason for buying this particular bike was that the control console was low and wouldn't block the TV. It is also very quiet. I can watch shows or play video games on my Wii while working out which greatly increases the chance of me actually getting regular exercise. It is also easy to move around my apartment.
The floors of my apartment are somewhat warped. If the bike is not level it makes a clicking noise when in use. It's not loud and moving the bike to a less warped area of the room stops the noise so it's not a big deal but it might be annoying for some.
I was surprised by how well the resistance works. I've owned stationary bikes before and I've always had trouble changing the tension. And sometimes the tension was a joke. But this bike really provides a workout.
I'm glad that I got this bike.
I've lost fifty pounds just through diet, but I have a good way to go yet. I like the recumbent bike because it takes the pressure off my back and keeps me from hurting myself with my own body weight. There's a recumbent bike in the exercise room of my apartment complex, but it is always in use, so I priced gym memberships--they seem to be pricey in my neighborhood. For the cost of four of five months at the gym, I bought a set of resistance bands and this exercise bike.
When it came, I was surprised how small the box was, but it was almost too heavy for me to maneuver into the room where I set it up. Definitely use your own tools if you can (an adjustable wrench and a screwdriver); the wrench is pitiful. By the time I had the bike assembled (which took me about an hour, being careful), the wrench was mostly stripped, and the nuts were getting stripped. Fortunately all seemed pretty stable and fit together properly. The bike was surprisingly compact. I think the low monitor position really helps it not take over the room.
I expected the bike to move or shift as I pedaled, but it held up sturdily. The movement was quiet and smooth. The seat wasn't the most comfortable ever, but it was fine for a 30-minute session. Even though I am not used to exercising, I found a resistance of 5 (on a scale of 1-7) to be comfortable but challenging at the speed I pedaled. The monitor is not difficult to learn, and the two weight-loss programs I tried were reasonable. Everything worked well. I wasn't used to having my pulse checked on a bike, but it worked well too, and seemed accurate.
No complaints here! So far this is a promising machine. I like using it, so I hope it holds up for daily sessions for a good while. - Stationary Indoor Bike - Highly Recommended - Exercise Bike - Recumbent Bike'

Pull Down Kitchen Faucet
Very happy with the product. Well built and works great. The pull of the hose has just the right resistance. The head locks back into using a magnet to keep it tight. There's a switch right on the nozzle to go between spray and stream. My wife's comment was "why didn't we do this sooner?". Install was pretty simple. Faucet is tall so make sure you have room. Delta Leland 9178-SS-DST Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet, Stainless
I was surprised how heavy and well made this faucet was when I first received it from Amazon. Even the plumber I used to install it commented as to what a nice faucet this was. He did not have any problems installing it except he did have trouble threading the flexible hose through the faucet. But with a little patience it finally went through.
Some one that is handy could probably install this without a plumber. I was going to do it myself but I was having other plumbing work done, so while the plumber was here I let him do the faucet also. Yes!! Looks like I am getting a bit lazy in my old age, but so be it.
Everything on the faucet works nice and smooth. The handle is comfortable and easy to adjust the water flow from high to low and from hot to cold. The pull out wand works well when you pull it out or push it back in, plus magnetically locks into place when it is in. The button on the wand to select full flow or sprinkle works well also.
This looks like a good price for this on Amazon, I checked around. Plus with the free shipping and no tax how can you go wrong for this quality faucet.
Check my photos under customer images on the product page, Thanx

We paid $180 for this faucet from Amazon. At Home Depot it would have cost us $240. We have been purchasing Delta for all of our remodeling (6 bathrooms in total, 2 kitchens now) and are impressed with Delta quality. This is a beautiful faucet, we got it in brushed nickel (stainless steel). You won't be disappointed.
We just installed this Delta faucet as part of a kitchen remodel. On full-spray it does splash some water onto the counter, but we've found that we rarely need it on full pressure - the spray at mid-power is just fine for most things. The toggle for switching to and from spray to regular stream is very easy to use. It looks beautiful and we love the magna-tite head. There is a weight on the hose (under the sink) and it takes some getting used to ....you have to use more strength to pull the hose out. Overall, a great faucet for a good price and shipped in a timely manner.
We just had this installed last week and it has helped to make our kitchen look nicer. We have black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and this faucet matches well.
The neck is higher than it looks in the picture which makes it look a litte more formal. The hose attachment snaps back easily into place. Overall, happy with the purchase.
Ordered this from Amazon; great price and fast shipping. Received it a few days after ordering. As per other reviews, it took longer to take out the old faucet than it did to install the new.
Read the instructions before hand just to familiarize myself with the steps. The only problem was threading the hose for the faucet head down through the body or base. Called Delta and the gentleman who answered told me to push the little plastic button on the back side of the arching tube, remove the tube, push the hose through the arch first, than through the base and connect the arching tube back to the base; end of problem. I wish the instructions had said that! Other than that, hook up of the pex tubes went smoothly. Just don't overtighten the connections but be sure to check for leaks.
Per one other reviewer, the faucet does seem to get water stained but it's not noticeable when the faucet is dry. It looks good and we hope to have many years of trouble free service!
This was very easy to install. Looks great, I thought it might be too big, but its not. The pull-down sprayer is kind of a pain. It pulls down easily, but if you want to spray something really tall, you have to pull it way down to be able to bring the spray head up. Fortunately, we don't need to do this often. The faucet is tall on its own, so most pans and dishes fit underneath without having to play with the sprayer. Also. like you may have read, the sprayer has a magnetic catch, so no fooling around there.
Highly recommended.
I love this faucet, it was simple to install and works wonderfully. I was afraid that I would get water splash back because it is so tall, but not at all. The sprayer retracts well and it is a great design. I've received many compliments on it.
I replaced an old Delta (non-pull down type) with this one. I love this faucet! I've always chosen Delta for all of our finish plumbing hardware and this pull down did not disappoint. There's more room to handle big pots and cookie sheets. The layout keeps water from getting into the internal faucet parts which keeps the hard water deposits from ever forming. My old Delta ended up getting encrusted and it was really unsightly. Problem solved.
Installation was a snap and took maybe two hours. I did encounter one problem. I had to make a trip to the hardware store as the old faucet used 1/2 connectors and this uses 7/16 (don't hold me to the 7/16 size since I can't remember). Not Delta's fault that I didn't check this before installation.
I just installed this faucet yesterday, as a replacement for an old faucet (different brand/style) that had gone bad. The installation went fairly easy, really the only problem I had was that the supplied plastic socket they give you wouldn't go up over the nut, as there wasn't much room with all the tubes coming down out of the faucet - but I did eventually get it on. One of the selling points about this faucet (to me anyway) was the Magnet locking feature, and that is what slightly disappoints me. The literature says that the magnets will engage when the faucet head is in the proximity of the faucet - well, they don't seem strong enough! The faucet head sits in a cockeyed position (looks cheesy, or broken) until I monkey with it...the front of the faucet head engages the magnet, whereas the back side of it does not? I found it to be the tension on the hose that the weight applies. If I go under the sink and lightly push up on the hose, the head fully engages into the faucet stem. I hope that maybe with time and use, the hose will loosen up and the magnets will fully engage - making it look like the beautiful faucet that it is!Delta Leland 9178-SS-DST Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet, Stainless'

Mens Boxer Briefs
My mother-in-law doesn't know why both her boys abandoned the "tighty-whities" but this is why. Husband chose these before we met. It's my job to keep him in them in perpetuity, and hope that the colors in the combo packs work. He did get a red pair about a year ago that he tried to wear to work his first day. I said no way the EMT's were going to catch him in "Santa pants" if he gets into an accident on his way to his first day of work! Now they're more muted in black, navy and evergreen. Much better. They keep their shape and survive lots of laundering, so thanks for the new batch! Hanes Mens Dyed Boxer Brief (Pack of 4) Assorted Colors, Large
I found these boxer briefs very comfortable they fit well. I used to wear boxers exclusively, but I picked these up for use at the gym. They made me a convert and I started wearing them all the time. The reason they only get 4 stars is that I've since discovered the Hanes ComfortSoft Boxer Briefs and moved on to those as the waistband on the ComfortSofts earns the 5th star.
Got tired of the "bunching up" issues with boxers. Utterly despide regular underwear so I figured I'd spend the $13 bucks on 4 pairs of these and see how it goes. I absolutely love em. Just as long as my boxers but no bunching up. They aren't too tight either.
Order was $13 bucks total. Thats including shipping. I'm buying more!!
I used to buy the Hanes boxer briefs about every few months. The reason is because they're great for the first couple months but after that, having gone through several washings and dryings they begin to thin out and develop holes in the crotch area. I found the solution and will share it with you. Go to Target, find some Merona brand boxer briefs and buy them. I've had these things forever and they're just as good and comfortable as the Hanes or Fruit of the Loom brand (which incidentally do the same crotch thinning thing) only the Merona brand never thins out or deveolps holes in the crotch area like those do.
Not a huge fan. I just don't find them very comfortable, and they fit rather large I think. Someone suggested Merona, I think Champion is also a great brand. Hanes makes terrific shirts, don't care much for these though.
The elastic waistband rumples, the threads fray, and they generally fall apart. I love the Hanes premium ones--and I guess their idea is to get you to waste your money on the cheap ones and then upgrade. Well, it worked...but hopefully this review saves you from the waste-money part.'

Ipod Touch Armband - armband, armbands
I have to say, this is a great armband. I just used it today for the first time for 11.5 miles, and it held up great. It stayed in the same position I strapped it on before I started without needing to have it on tight enough to cut off circulation to my arm. I'm only 16, so I don't have huge arms, but they aren't tiny either. I had a lot of give either way, because it was about at the midpoint of the strap, so I'm not sure how much room I could have had. It dispersed sweat really well. It absorbed it, but not all the way to my iPod. It stayed dry the whole time. And the plastic over the screen was really nice. It was extremely protective, but I could still use the touch screen without using any more pressure. Overall, this is a GREAT case and I HIGHLY recommend it. Belkin Lillian Dual-Fit Armband Case for iPod touch 2G, 3G (Black)
I purchased this to use with my Motorola Droid. I did a size comparison, and the Droid and iPhone are practically the same size. It's a bit snug, but fits well. Snug = secure. The entire screen is visible and the phone doesn't hang out like other armbands supposedly "made" for the Droid. It also has a nice slot for your key.
Even though this Belkin case was primarily designed for iPod & iTouch, I bought it hoping it would fit my HTC Droid Incredible.
Guess what? It fits perfectly! The band stays on your biceps well and it isn't too heavy. It seems like the quality may not be the usual Belkin quality but I have only had it for a week so I'll have to update this review in a few months.
I use it mostly for running and mountain biking. It rocks back and forth a bit when Mountain Biking, but which armband doesn't? It's great for running too. I love it!
This particular Belkin product looks like a good product on first inspection. It has a good material (moisture wicking and stretchable). It has a key slot! It looks like it is built for runners, until an attempt to place it on an arm. Now I don't have the largest arm in the world (16-17") but this barely fits it and after any movement the hook and loop closure simply won't hold. I would say measure your arm first, if you are under 15" around, then this should work for you. The hook and loop closure feels weak, and I think the slot to insert the ipod touch could have been tighter. I don't think it is built for vigorous activity!
I got this for my new iPod touch 4g (which is slightly smaller than the 3G). I have the lux crystal case on it (see attached) and a Zagg invisible sheild screen protector. The touch screen works perfectly with this case as well. Very happy with it!
Premium Rubberized Hard Crystal Case Cover for Apple iPod Touch 4G, 4th Generation, 4th Gen - Black, Seamless Rear Case Only
I received this not too long ago as a gift. I use it, on average, once a week. When I do use it, I have no complaints. It holds my iPod Touch comfortably and securely against my arm, it doesn't slide down when I'm jumping rope or something similar, and it keeps everything from getting sweaty and gross. However, this morning I used it, then went to get my iPod out and found that the strap that is glued to the velcro fastener was pulling away. As a result, I probably have to re-glue it or the hole thing will be useless. This is the second Belkin product I've gone through this year. The other was a clip for my Nano that completely broke.
Normal wear and tear is one thing, but this is definitely a case of poor quality. Buyer beware!
I picked up this armband when I started hiking this year to use with my 3GS iPhone. I have used it for walking, hiking, and jogging now and I really like it a lot. It has a snug fit around my phone so I'm not worried at all about it dropping. The band has good adjustment range and stays in place on my arm. I have been using the little pocket to hold my key, which is large enough that it fits tightly and I'm not concerned about losing it. This armband has worked so well that I bought two more for family members who use them for the same purpose.
I hhave a Droid 2 and it fits great (without the skin), and the touch screen works great.
The only problem is I have 17 inch arms and it wont strap ;( Luckily my wife has the same phone so I gave it to her. If you lift weights it probably will not fit.
Who makes a workout armband and limits the strap length?
I got this desipite the numerous reviews that said it would be small for big arms. I myself have decent sized arms and am a fitness enthusiast. It fit great. A little tight at first but the material stretches. I perform Olympic lifts and I haven't had any problems. Great product, great price and great value...
I bought this armband to use with my Droid Incredible, and it does in fact work pretty well. My only complaint would be that adjusting volume is a pain (since the side volume controls are not exposed), and sometimes I end up adjusting it accidentally. One (perhaps obvious) tip would be to put in the Incredible right-side up like you would an iPod Touch; I initially tried to put it in upside-down to use the hole for the iPod Touch headphone jack, but then realized that this makes no sense since there are no buttons on the bottom of the Incredible that need to be exposed. - Ipod Armband - Accessories - Armbands - Armband'
