This bumper is just plain rubber, cheaply made. It looks nothing like the picture above, in fact I am attaching photos of the one I got so that everyone can see for themselves. Thank god it was only $1.90 (which, by the way, makes it completely insane to try to return it -- I wonder if that's actually the business model here...) when u place ur phone on the table it is not that elevated from the table, not so much protection. but it looks really nice on your phone, its fashionable.
when i ordered this case from tapp collection the volume buttons came off but i just glued them back on and now they're okay.
i was a bit upset because right when i opened the package gently the buttons came off. ); but like what i said, the glue fixed it.
hopefully when u order you wont have problems like me.

Received this yesterday and the produt is not as advertised at all. There are no chrome buttons, the color is not the same and it is made out of a cheap rubber material. These are things that I expect for spending $1.90, but they should advertise the product as it is instead of this ridiculously false misrepresentation of their product.
This is a knockoff version of the OEM bumper. You can tell that it is manufactured from cheap materials and the hole for the vibrate switch does not match up with the actual location of the switch. The packaging appears identical to the Apple packaging but upon closer inspection you can tell it is a forgery. Would have rated it higher if the holes matched up to the phone buttons.
I bought this mainly to have some protection, that differed from the many cases and covers on the market. I have some of those and they do what they are supposed to do. This bumper is a little fussy in putting on or taking off, but apart from that does a great job of offering some peripheral protection to the phone, and in the case of the color I chose to get, it does so in an eye-catching way. Mine came in an Apple bag and seems to be the real deal product. For those times when I want to change up the appearance or am in a low-light situation, the bright color does the trick while still offering a bit of protection and probably a little better reception. - Accessories - Bumper - Case - Iphone 4'
