After following the break in period instructions, I was ready for business. When I started it up for use, everytime the pressure reached 40lbs, the release valve popped and the pressure dropped. I unplugged it, examined the release vlave and noticed that the ring on the valve was jammed and not allowing the valve to completely close. So I unjammed it and the pressure went up without issue in about 10 minutes. The other problem was with the operating instruction. It tells you to turn the knob counter-clockwise when staring up. It doesn't tell you that once the presuure is up you need to turn the right knob clockwise in order to power you're equipment. I bought it to power an upholstery stapler and it worked great!
