I have found that virtually all low voltage batteries seem to have a residual residue that can insulate contact surfaces and make you think the battery is dead or produce intermittent energy. These batteries behaved the same way. The cure is to buff all surfaces with a course towel or similar fabric. After buffing, they worked fine. These are the LR44/AG-13 batteries that are incredibly common in children's toys. I bought one sheet of these from SNOWVOICE for a total cost of about $7 and replaced the batteries in a dozen toys and books, and I've still got half of them left over. Replaces any battery marked LR44, AG13, Vinnic L1154, Energizer 357, etc.

I didn't have any problems using the batteries in some lavalier mics, but I was shocked to one day see what looked like black powder all over the desk at my office. Further investigation showed the black material had come from my bulk pack of batteries and inside the open package there were two batteries burst completely open.



My office mate said she had one day heard a loud bang, like a gunshot or the window cracking. Nope, just these batteries.



I threw out the entire batch as a result. Not worth the risk.

My son really, really enjoys the interactive books. The books go through these batteries very quickly. I ordered 2 packs of these and they work EXACTLY the same as the ones I was buying for well over a dollar each.

I really needed these for my kids' toys and I couldn't have found them at a better price! Work great, too!



Update- Only a few days after I wrote this review, I went to grab some of these batteries for a toy and found that most of the batteries in the pack had exploded! Won't buy again!

I purchased this pack hoping to save some money on the typically expensive button cell batteries but at least half of the batteries in the blister pack look like they are bulging. After 2 weeks some of them started to leak. Of the ones that are left, I'm hoping that they are somewhat useable but it's simply not worth my time to return them. DO NOT BUY this product unless you want to take a chance that 10 out of the 50 batteries are actually useable.

No name cheap batteries, I took a shot because they were so cheap. They showed up, half had already exploded, and the rest were already on there way to doing so, not filled correctly when manufactured, or not stored correctly. The few that were ok, lasted for about 2 hours. The only good thing was the price, they were soo cheap it wasn't worth my time to return them.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. [1] The arrival time is longer than other vendors as other orders I put in at the same time arrived sooner than this seller; [2] The package was loose and the batteries were scattered inside the wrap; [3] There are broken batteries in the package and the chemical powders are scattered inside the package and apparently these broken batteries are useless and I had to clean other unbroken batteries and many of them had de-shaped to "pregnant" looking instead of top-flat; [4] Many batteries look so dirty that I suspect they may be old or even used batteries and I have very low confidence on the quality of these batteries.

My children got two sets of the HexBug Nano sets this Christmas and we love them... but the batteries run out and you can't get them at Home Depot without spending and arm and a leg. I was so happy to find these AG13/LR44/A76 Alkaline button cell batteries on Amazon! Not only do they solve my "beetle-bug batteries are dead again!" problem, but they came so quickly that my son only needed to wait 1 day to replace his worn-out batteries. The package arrived damaged, and FedEx made a note about it, but the product was undamaged. This is a great value for the money but there are (IMO) some downsides. First, this pad is THICK! a quarter inch thick to be exact. Too thick for my liking but for 14 bucks I will live with it. Secondly, this is felt backed and if your desktop is smooth (most are, eh?) then this will easily slide on the desk. It needs to have a grippy backing, not felt.

I should have read the reviews. Received it damaged in a corner and the wood was broken. Otherwise it would have been a very nice pad. Packaging was no more than a tightly fit cardboard box, easily damaged by droping or placing heavy boxes on it. Box used has no foam padding or similar.

I have a very nice wood desk and my goal was to find a pad that would not only look nice but also not damage fine wood. This pad fits both requirements. However, the one negative is that it came "bowed" in the center so sits on the desk oddly. I am placing large books on it to see if it flattens. I don't think this was from the manufacturer, but probably a large item was placed on the center of the pad during shipping. I would recommend this item for those not wanting to spend a fortune but desire a very nice, quality item. I have never been disappointed in Rolodex products.

The first time this product came the corner had been bashed in and the pad was damaged. We sent it back and they quickly sent a new one but the box was half open when it came. Both times there was minimal protection around the pad. The second pad had a small amount of damage but not as noticable and we kept it. The pad is very good looking and well made.

The Mat is very nice looking, no doubt about that. But the board is a soft sort of vinal-leather material; when you write on it onto a single piece of paper using a ballpoint pen with any pressure at all it will slice through the paper, because your penpoint will sink into the board behind, tearing the paper(it will also cause a 'drag' factor on your natural writing style.) Signing checks: it will be tough. Any writing you do will need to be onto a few papers thick pad of paper. I am really suprised that this didn't occur to rolodex company when they designed it, I really am.(one thing they might do to correct this might be to cover the black, writing portion of the mat with a sheet of hard, clear plastic that maybe you could put photographs behind or something. It is a shame really because the mat is the best LOOKING one I have ever seen)

This is how I feel about this product anyway. But I do think it looks good. I will use it still, but I will always write on top of a few sheets thick of paper - Pad - Doug - Desk Pads'

Do you really need this kind of product just for analog-type connections? The answer is you do especiallly need this product for analog connections. 1. Dual-balanced conductors means your left and right connections are receiving equal audio signals. Is this important? Well if you want louder left or right signal reaching to your audio equipment due to faulty construction, then it may not be important. This may be an exaggeration, but if you care for sonic quality this product is for you.2. Protective shielding. Analog signals are very much susceptible to interference. This interference can and will enter the cables and onto your audio where it is amplified and introduced as distortion. Worse, poor cables will introduce audio loops where buzz and hum are heard. Any audio engineer will know never to cross audio cables with one another. Worse, no audio cables should be crossed with electrical plugs. Why? all these signals against one another produce electrical resistance and audio contamination in the analog signals. But no average Joe/Jane will know this.So what's important to know is that this product meets THX-certified guidelines, which means you won't have to worry so much about audio distortion and poor quality and performance when buying something like this. And at this price, compare it with other audio cables and they can even be more expensive with cheaper and thinner construction and NO THX-certification. For example you can compare this with Monster Cables iCable for the iPod, which is more than twice the price than this produce. I admit it has an even better construction and excellent build, but it isn't THX-certified. Well, I can bet that product does surpass THX-certifications but with half the price of the product you can be assured of excellent sonic quality. For your iPod, these cables will suite you more than fine.Another example is Sony's RK-N215PM, which is the same price as this Monster cable. It's very flimsy and the cables are very thin. If you're asking for electrical interference, then this is the product your looking for. Worse, at the same price this Sony isn't THX-certified. I had to buy three of these Sony cables because the Monster THX i-mini cables are so thick that my Logitech Z-680 THX speakers can't accommodate three of the connectors side by side. It's a shame I had to get non-THX cables for the THX speaker set.Believe me, this product is a steal. Get it while they still offer free shipping. Don't get me wrong, this is a good product, but it's too big to be of universal use.



It sounds great, and has very, very little distortion, but the RCA jacks are big and it can be hard to get them right next to each other on the back of your receiver. It's a very close fit for me. Also, the 1/4" mini connector is also bulky. It's nice (in many, but not all circumstances) to have it a right angle, but in some cases, because of how close it is to the product, it won't work if at all recessed (like an iPod in a rubber case).



So, I've got one of these, and I'm glad that I've got it, as it sounds great, but I can't use it everywhere I want to.

I have my iPod hooked up with this cable to a fairly high end stero. I carries the signal very well to the amplifier, and makes your iPod sound like a CD player.



Other cables abailable are either higher priced for the same quality, or lower quality for the same price.

These cables are very well built. There is only a problem. I purchased it to connect on my computer sound blaster, but they don't fit due to the large and wide connector. So, if you don't have much space between your connections, avoid these cables. Otherwise, they are very good.

I was surprised at the thickness of these wires. They are thick enough that my cats won't be able to chew through them, which they have done with cheaper, flimsier cables.



I plugged them in from my iPod to my receiver with no problems. Sound was very good. I had to turn up the volume a bit louder than I do for my CD player, but I think that is an issue of the ipod, rather than the wires. I didn't need this long of a cable, but now this will allow me to tuck the ipod safely away so it won't get damaged.



I don't usually buy into the Monster Cable hype, but these are priced very similarly to cables I have seen at Best Buy. I give a thumbs-up to this product.

I bought this cable to hook up my XM Radio home docking station to my reciever. The only problem is that the angled connection doesn't fit into the docking station with the other necessary cables plugged in. I guess I'll just have to wait to get an IPod and used this cable for it.

I bought this cable as a means to connect my M-Audio AV-40's to my pc. I made the error of not correctly measuring the length, which was my error. Of course, good ol' Amazon is taking them back.....The signal quality for this cable is great, but you would be better off using it for a tow-strap. I overlooked and or didn't pay close enough attention to other reviews describing this problem. If you have any other connections anywhere close to your speaker input connection, the 3.5mm head of this cable will interfere. The RCA heads are kind of HUGE also, baraly fitting into a standard set of sockets next to each other. I purchased the kit to replace a drill that was lost, and add the impact and grinder to my collection. The kit is great, and use the other tools more than I ever thought I would. The new tools are smaller and lighter than I would have expected but still as strong. I have used DeWalt tools now for about 6 years, and would recomend them to anyone. I purchased a similar XRP kit about a year ago through Amazon and it's given me generally good service. I'm a homeowner, so the amount of time I've put on the tools has been pretty light compared to a pro. Being a bit of a tool freak, I was willing to pay a premium for what I thought would be professional-grade performance and durability. So, I was a bit surprised when using the XRP drill a couple weeks ago to sink a few drywall screws that I detected a burning odor coming from the internals, followed immediately by the drill ceasing to function. A disappointing inconvenience for a year-old "heavy duty" drill that's received light use, I thought, but at least the unit is still covered by DeWalt's rock-solid 3-Year Warranty. Surprise! After sending the drill back to the DeWalt service center with a copy of my original receipt, etc. I was informed that the Warranty only covers replacement of parts, and that the labor charge for swapping out the defective switch on my unit will be a whopping $91. I tried to reason with them that this seemed a bit excessive given the premature nature of the failure and compared with the cost of buying an entirely new drill. Their attitude was that's-your-tough-luck-buddy-take-it-or-leave-it. I ended up paying, but feel like it got scammed. A sub-standard product with an effectively non-existent warranty. Be warned.

Delivery was prompt. No complaints. The product is nicely priced since you are buying the set. The product is well made, sturdy and powerful. My only small complaint is that this set comes with 3 drills. I am no construction worker so I can really say why there are 3 different types of drills but I supposed they each serve a very specific function. I still gave it a five, can't penalize a product because of my own ignorance.

This is a great tool set. Our original set was stolen and we borrowed a set while I searched for the best price. It was on Amazon through Tool King. Once I ordered the set it arrived quickly. Very happy customers! - Dewalt'

It's cheap for a reason, it's a cheap imitation of a phone charger. Looks cheap, feels flimsy and worst of all, it freaks out my phone. When on the charger, the phone keeps rebooting every time I try to use it. Car Charger (CLA) for LG Optimus S LS670

The moment i received this product I can tell that it was made of cheap material. The moment i plugged it into the cart lighter port the tip of the charger came off. Then re-srew what came off and replug it again and found out it did not work. This product is cheap and its not worth the effort of reshipping. Do not buy!!!!

The device did not work. The plug-in to the phone is loose and would not charge without literally holding it in place. The description says it is for the LG Optimus but clearly is some generic adapter that does not fit properly. After a few days, the charger unit's indicator light would not come on--it stopped working altogether.

The charger comes in handy since I drive a lot and need my phone recharged. It is convenient and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a car charger. I purchased it through Amazon.com for a much lower price than I would have had to pay in store.

Whenever I go to my local best buy it seems that the only chargers they ever have available are Rocketfish brand. I've bought two and they AWLAYS break and they are about 30 dollars. I was desperate not to buy that same brand, so I looked online. This was the first charger and found and was completely drawn in by the price. I was a little worried I might, as some say for, "get what I paid for", but I definitely got more than I paid for. The product does not look or feel cheap, and it works great. The connection in my cigarette lighter is very strong, as is the connection to the phone. It's a great product and would recommend it to anyone. This letter opener is similar to the one my father owns and once I received it in the mail I immediately set it on top of a blair clothes page that I ripped out of a mini Blair catalog and these are on top of a plastic single shelf unit. I have not as yet utilised it and I will eventually.
