Diaper Changing Kits - skip hop, diaper changing kits

Pass on this & look elsewhere. It may be cute because it has Julius' face on it, but it's cheaply made & definitely NOT worth the eight dollars. Just buy a big box of Huggies wipes (which you'll need anyways) & you'll get a nicer case for FREE inside.

Trust me. Paul Frank Wipe Case, Blue

Well, I'd love to review this product for the usability aspect of it, but it broke when I opened it for the first time! The cheap thin plastic cracked by the hinges of the case. I was going to ship it back to the seller, but for the cost of shipping and time it would take vs. the cost of the product it wasn't worth it for me. Went straight from the packaging to the trash. I'm a Paul Frank fan, and have my daughters nursery and gear all decorated in Paul Frank, but don't waste your money on this product!

I love Paul Frank so I sort of splurged on this unnecessary purchase. I am very disappointed with the quality of this item. It is not air tight and therefore the wipes dry out. Furthermore, you cannot fit as many wipes as a traditional portable wipes case, so it sort of defeats the entire purpose. For the price this item costs, I say pass! You can seriously find a better wipes case at Target for a dollar. This one is poor quality and not worth the money. - Wipes - Jj Cole - Skip Hop - Diaper Changing Kits'

Security - security system, security

I read the ad and purchased the system through Costco since they have a rep for an excellent price/value relationship.

Rating the unit-

Set-up = A. easy to read and follow instructions

Components = D.

a).Transmitters are physically large in relation to their function/operation. They are easy to spot by intuders.

b). base station. Alarm signal is loud enough to be a

nuisance. Perhaps it was designed to incapacitate intruders through laughter.

c). Sensitivity = F

I placed the 2 sensors in logical locations and "broke into" my own house with the system armed. I assumed that the intruder would come during the day. Any intruder with half a brain would see the sensors - they have a big red LED on the front.

Sadly, I was able to get by the sensors and gain access to all of the house by using very slow deliberate movements. It bears mentioning that I am 6'5" 250 lbs and that I moved within 5' of the front of one of the sensors without setting off the alarm.

Once I had decided to return the unit, I started moving more naturally to see what the threshold was for me to be detected.

I was not impressed, to say the least.

It is true that it would be hard to leave the house carrying

a TV or a sofa but intruders easily could have walked off with small valuables /jewelry/cash. In fact, without installation of a third sensor they could have opened the garage door and carried 1/2 of the first floor.

Unless your prospective intruders are remarkably clumsy, or ride (remarkably clumsy) elephants, there is no way this system would detect them.

MAR LaserShield BSK-0013101 Home Security System

Laser Shield Security System is not recommended. We have had this product for two years. It has created problems with our telephone line, sometimes "answering " our phone, despite numerous attempts to fix. Last fix was a new monitoring station that not only answered the phone line on the first ring but also left the phone line disconnected until the monitoring station was cut off. Customer service is bad--long waits (20-30 minutes.)

Alarm was triggered once and computer called neighbor, who didn't imput code fast enough. They came to our house to await police and explain what happened. Turns out the system never contacted the police.

Customer service offered a three month service charge credit, then billed my credit card for three months.

Company I bought this from no longer sells these units. You can figure out why.

I've read the reviews for LaserShield and noted that many are skeptical of some of the reviewers, writing that they have been "planted" or paid by LaserShield. Some say the positive reviews are from people who don't even have one, and that the reviews are from persons who never made a review on Amazon.com before. I can assure you, I DO own one, and I have for years. You can also check my other reviews by clicking on the link ("See all my reviews") on this review and you will see that I have reviewed numerous products over the year. Now on to my review . . .

I live in Hawaii. We have jalouise windows. These are extremely common in Hawaii. They consist of horizontal slats, with each slot about four inches wide. They can be removed very easily. Traditional alarm systems would not be effective with these type windows. But, a motion activated alarm is PERFECT!

Some reviewers noted that the sensors are large and easily observable, so if a person moves in front of the sensor VERY SLOWLY, it will activate the alarm. That is true . . . I've tried it . . . but the key words are "VERY SLOWLY"! It is necessary to move at a true snail's pace to not activate the alarm. A burglar wouldn't want to measure their movements so carefully.

The alarm is quite loud at 105 decibels. It provides a grace period of about ten seconds of just beeping before the real alarm starts. It should easily be heard by your neighbor unless you live on a farm in the country. That alarms would certainly scare the vast majority of burglars and "encourage" a quick exit.

What happens if they pull the electrical plug? Nothing! Both the base unit and remote sensors have battery back-up.

Customer service is responsive.

The emergency response monitoring is not too expensive.

I really like my LaserShield. It give me piece of mind.

I AM AMAZED AFTER READING THE FIRST SEVERAL REVIEWS. I HAVE HAD THE LASER SHIELD FOR SEVERAL YEARS.

I LIVE IN A SMALL TOWN IN WYOMING. WE HAVE A PART TIME POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT

MAY OR MAY NOT BE IN THE AREA AS THE COUNTY IS OVER 120 MILES LONG AND 100 MILES WIDE. THE SYSTEM IS

VERY EASY TO SET UP. I HAVE PLACED THE UNIT ON (TEST) AND ACTIVATED THE ALARM. I HAVE NEVER GONE OVER

A MINUTE WITH OUT GETTING A CALL FROM RAPID RESPONSE. I HAVE ONE UNIT SETTING ON TOP OF MY TV ALONG

WITH THE BASE STATION. IT COVERS MY ENTIRE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. BEING IN LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR OVER 20 YEARS

AND A LOCKSMITH FOR OVER 18 YEARS I FEEL I HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE. THE SECOND UNIT SETS IN MY BEDROOM

AND FACES SO THAT IT GOES DOWN THE HALL WAY IN THE OTHER END OF MY HOUSE. I HAVE NEVER TRIED TO

HIDE THE UNITS. YOU WANT TO COVER AS MUCH AREA AS YOU CAN WITH THE MONITORS. THE BASIC IDEA IS TO

SET THE UNIT OFF WHEN SOME ONE ENTERS THE GIVEN AREA. I HAVE INSTALLED ALARM SYSTEMS FOR YEARS AND

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS UNIT IS GREAT. IT SETS UP EASILY, WORKS LIKE IT SAYS AND THE MONITORING IS

EXCEPTIONAL.I HAVE NEVER TIRED MOVING SLOWLY PAST THE UNITS. I TREAT A ENTRY JUST LIKE A BURGLAR WOULD

HE IS GOING TO MOVE AS FAST AS HE CAN TO FIND AND TAKE AS MUCH AS HE CAN IN AS SHORT OF TIME AS

POSSIBLE. THE UNITS GO OFF EVERY TIME. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE LASER SHIELD PRODUCTS. - Alarms - Security - Wireless - Security System'

External Hard Drive - usb, external

I work for Computing support at Arizona State University, and I have enough technical knowledge to be certified as a TECH JUNKIE :).

I am a photographer too, so I have tons of Photos (about 160GB), Videos, Software, Movies and Documentaries. I was looking for a simple external hard drive without any backup software included, I am smart enough to do manual incremental backups with file tree structure intact (I use GOODSYNC to backup, its very simple and easy to use and free).

I have looked at many many external HDDs and narrowed down to two models "Samsung Story 1TB - very good one too" and this one (I wanted it to be cheap too - got this for $85 on [...]). I did not go with other WD models because of their annoying Backup Software.

Coming to the WD Elements 1TB: Its much smaller than I expected. It is dead silent, I had to touch it to convince myself that it was running, when I first turned it on. Its not too heavy either. The indicator light is placed at the rear, which is a very good thing (I find these LED's annoying, especially at night).

After I did the first setup, I copied 383GB of data (931GB was total space). It took about 4hr 47min, speed varied between 20MBps to 37MBps. This is pretty good speed for USB 2.0. It was just a bit warm (my old segate hard drive would be very very hot for this amount of data transfer).

I would recommend it to beginners or pros alike. I am very happy with this purchase!

UPDATE:

After about three months of heavy usage, it never gave up on me. Its still dead silent and works flawlessly. It never got even warm!!

Follow these steps to get GOODSYNC for FREE:

In the beginning GOODSYNC was free, later they made a paid version as it gained popularity..

but there is a way to get PRO version for free...

1. go to good sync website

2. signup for a trial offer and you get PRO serial for free (I signed up for eMusic trial)

3. Once you get the serial, end the subscription before the trial expires...

NOTE: The above mentioned procedure may not work anymore :(

UPDATE: 07-28-2010

I sold my WD Elements 1TB and got a 2TB one a couple of months ago(as my data is on rise all the time), couldn't be happier :)

I bought it from TigerDirect for [ ... ] and got [ ... ] cashback via [ ... ] ...awesome!! Western Digital WD Elements 1.5 TB USB 2.0 Desktop External Hard Drive

I bought this on sale at Fry's for $99, way below the amazon price. I wanted something simple as most hard drives these days come with their annoying built in software which cannot be deleted (like WD Essential Edition). This is a hassle free drive and is not bundled with any of the extra software which is exactly what I wanted. You simply plug it in and it works. It can easily be formatted to work with macs as well. I've been using WD hard drives for years and I own several models of the "essential" and "passport" editions. They are very reliable.

This elements hard drive has a sleek and sexy, minimalist design. It is well built overall and constructed of durable plastic. There is a slot for the USB cable, a slot for the power adapter and a tiny circular white light which blinks when it is in use (the light is not overwhelming as some hard drives can be). All three of these features are on one side/face of the hard drive (as shown in the picture), so if you have this plugged in and it is facing away from you, you won't see the light at all. This doesn't bother me but it may be a turn off for some people.

When in operation, it is very smooth and quiet compared to other WD hard drives I own. This may be due to the fact that it is closed entirely and there are no holes for ventilation as in other WD models. But this doesn't bother me because I just use this as a backup and don't need it on all of the time. This could (emphasis on "could") be an issue if you are constantly using your hard drive because it may become hot. I haven't experienced this at all, just speculating. If you are just backing up files and, say, watching a movie on your computer which is stored on the hard drive, I think you'll be fine and there won't be any heating issues.

More info here on WD's website: [...]

I purchased the 1tb Elements (WDBAAU0010HBK-NESN) for use with a Dish DVR 622.

Installation was was truly "plug and play". I simply took it out of the box, plugged it in, and it was immediately recognized by the DVR. I have since transferred about 200gb of content to/from it, and have watched content directly from the drive. So far, it is working perfectly. It automatically spins down after a few minutes of non-use, as well as when the DVR is powered off. It also spins back up automatically (less than 10 seconds) when the DVR accesses it.

One thing some people might not like: The case is designed to sit flat (as pictured), not on its side. There are four small non-skid pads on the bottom corners, but none on either side. There is no indication on the box, in the documentation, or on Western Digital's web site as to whether the drive will work properly on edge. As a general rule, WD drives are designed to operate sideways or even upside down (any X,Y,Z orientation), so this one probably will too -- but you'll need to provide your own non-skid pads.

Several similar Western Digital drives, such as the late model "My Book" series, now include a firmware-based CD-partition that is difficult to remove, and can cause compatibility issues with some devices. That partition contains backup software and utilities that are of questionable value in any case, and of absolutely no value when using the drive with a non-computer device (like the Dish DVR). The Elements -- at least at time of this review -- doesn't include any of that junk. (Note: WD does have a downloadable utility to remove the partition from the other drives, but if you don't want that junk then save yourself the time/trouble and just buy the Elements drive.) - Western Digital - Usb - Backup - External'

In-dash Dvd - dvd, ipod

This unit is garbage. This unit worked pretty good for about 3 weeks, until one day I tried to change the song using my touch screen, and the screen went blank. The audio continued to play, but i couldn't see anything. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is so true. I knew buying an inferior brand such as "Boss" would be a gamble. The odds weren't in my favor. Hopefully others will have better luck. I shipped the defective head unit back to Amazon and got a full refund. Thank God it broke before the refund deadline date. I recently ordered a Pioneer unit to replace it. Boss BV9555 7-Inch Double-DIN Motorized In-Dash Widescreen Touchscreen TFT Monitor/DVD/MP3/CD Combo Receiver

I purchased this unit recently, thinking it might be a good opportunity to have a great radio in my car and turned out to be a total disappointment. The first unit has a blue line in the center of the screen at just one day to install it on my Mazda.

I made the complaint to Amazon and they sent me a second unit, I was very happy that I received it and thought I could finally enjoy a good music after so long, but to my surprise when I was listening to MP3 files from USB memory the screen began to flash and got blank, although you could hear the music but the screen was not working.

Immediately I turn off the radio and turn it back seconds later to see if it already had passed the "dizziness" that gave him while playing MP3. Then I put a video DVD, when I am enjoying a good show in my new radio the "dizziness" returned with more force and this time it came out of the DVD menu and put in radio mode.

I have many comments on the management functions of this radio:

1. The controls are difficult to understand and do not last long on the screen to program anything, example Bass, Trebble, etc..

2. The sensitivity of the touch screen is very poor.

3. The sound controls are very basic.

In general the quality of this team is very doubtful, because it does not possess a good software to manage it.Boss BV9555 7-Inch Double-DIN Motorized In-Dash Widescreen Touchscreen TFT Monitor/DVD/MP3/CD Combo Receiver

I'm satisfied with Amazon customer service but not with this BOSS.

great gift the audio is terrific and picture is great as well...is everything i wanted. the item is easy to work provides you with great instructions to use it. the only flaw i have about the item is that the screen isnt removable or detachable...other than that it is perfect.

I recieved this product in a timely fashion. However, i took it to Best Buy to be installed and wahlaa...no sound! The technition said that it was a faulty product and that Boss was a horrible brand and If it were him he would not have purchased it at all. Keep in mind these are the words of a professional...DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT...ITS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!

Boss BV9555 7-Inch Double-DIN Motorized In-Dash Widescreen Touchscreen TFT Monitor/DVD/MP3/CD Combo Receiver

this indash receiver is great for the price. you get a dvd,am/fm radio, cd-rw mp3,sd card, and usb multi-decoding plus it plays videos via usb or sd storage. this model has only three functioning modes wich are radio,cd,sd/usb.....it does not include gps, tv, bluetooth,or cd changer option. but that does not matter it has alot of options for each of the sources, it features separate bass and treble and balance and loud boost.the touch screen feature is also very responsive just know that you will not be making any adjustments while driving, the main menu lets you adjust the screen brightnes and contrast, when playing a dvd movie it has another brightnes and contrast level, it is just very well put except for the gui its a bit crappy. the output level is okay it does not produce distorted sound, it is very well balanced, i recomend this receiver because it has a low price and has enough features to claim its own braging rights.

I've had this unit for almost a year now and it works great. I love the SD card and USB plugin function because I do not own an IPOD. With these features I dont need one. I simply take the songs off my computer and copy them to the SD card or my USB flash drive. If your looking for a good unit thats not going to cost you an arm and a leg then this is the unit for you. The extra pre-amp outputs make this a dream for my audio system. I have 2 Alpine MRP-M1000(Mono)amps pushing 2 Alpine SWR-1242D(4-ohm DVC Subwoofers). I have a rear view back up camera installed as well. This unit gives you a lot of flexibility with your audio.

My advice, get this unit. Unless you just want to spend $800 on a different unit that does the same thing and comes from a more popular vendor.

Also, make sure you let an authorized dealer install this unit. If you 'Jerry Rig' it or dont install it right it will not last long!

We bought this for our son for his 18th birthday, He has yet to get it to work. He has it all wired properly, but the screen will not turn on. We spent a lot on this product, and we would like for it to work. Any feedback is appreciated. - Ipod - Touchscreen - Dvd - In-dash Dvd'

Programmable Remote - programmable remote, universal remote

Several users remark that this remote is challenging to setup. Ignore the manual that accoompanies the remote; instead, turn on your tv and the DirecTV receiver. Move the device selector switch at the top of the remote to the DirecTV receiver position. Then, press the Menu switch and toggle down to "Parental, Fav's & Setup" and press "Select". In the next menu select "System Setup" and on the next menu select "Remote". Change the "IR/RF Setup" to "RF" and continue following the menu instructions. The receiver will lead you to quickly and easily set up your new RF remote. You'll be able to change channels through walls, doors and ceilings. Use to control a receiver in a closet or cabinet.

If you want to control more than one receiver with radio frequencies, you'll need to purchase an RF remote for each receiver. But at about $25 each, this is much less expensive than running miles of wires all over your house. And you won't have to see the unsightly receivers and their accompanying wires. One For All RC64RBK IRF/RF DIRECTV Backlit Universal Remote Control One For All RC64RBK IRF/RF DIRECTV Backlit Universal Remote Control

The Directv RC64RB remote works pretty well. Once in a while you may have hit a button twice or maybe it requires a little more pressure to activate the buttons than the regular old IR remote it replaced.

To activate the remote you will have to locate the reciever ID on the back or bottom of your reciever and enter the last 6 digits in following the instructions on page 12 of the manual. Also as a previous reviewer stated you will need to change the mode in the receiver from IR to RF. Keep in mind once you have changed it to RF the old IR remote will not control the reciever anyomore unless you go back to IR mode. I give the remote 5 stars, However I have one problem with this system. I can only program 1 remote to the receiver. I attempted to program a second one but was unable to do it. Maybe it can be done and I just haven't found out about how to do it.

My reason for the RF remote is on a few nights we wanted to be able to record 3 shows that came on at the same time in our livingroom, but the receiver will only record 2. We have another DVR in our Kitchen. So I ran the Coax out of the Kitchen receiver to the livingroom TV and programed the KITCHEN receiver for RF. We can now watch the shows on the Kitchen DVR in the kitchen or in the livingroom. Or in other words we now have the capability to record up to 4 shows at once and view them from the living room from either receiver (2 in the Kitchen and 2 in the Livingroom). The remote controls the Kitchen Receiver from the livingroom through 3 walls!! It has one other benefit if you get behind watching your favorite shows you now have 2 DVR's doubling your capacity. We catch up in the off season. Yeah we probably watch to much TV. lol. But this is where the problem shows up if you take the RF remote to the kitchen you have to remember to bring it to the livingroom! That is why I want to be able to program a second remote.

I would also check to see if your model receiver will work with this remote. Another reviewer said it did not work for them not sure why.

Other than that enjoy.

By the way the remote does have a nice back light. But it is not on unless you touch a button then it remains for a few seconds. If you are in the dark you probably don't want to hit the wrong button to activate it again after it turns off. Directv was nice enough to put a little light button on the right side the the remote. Not on top actually around on the right hand side. A little hard to activate which is good. You don't want it coming on to easily.

Description says "works with all DIRECTV receivers." After much research (and wasted time) I discoverd that it does not effect RF control over all DIRECTV receivers. I have a D11 standard receiver which IS NOT RF CAPABLE. DIRECTV tech says that none of their their standard def recievers (e.g., D10, D11, D12, etc.) are RF capable. The description for this item is incorrect and therefore deceptive, it should be changed. Let's get on it AMAZON. I will be returning the item.

this remote does everything it says it will. It goes through multiple walls and gets rid of all those other pyramid receivers and transmitters. These are great and allow you to wire your house to add a guest bedroom using the box in your living room to give them all the channels without having to pay for an extra hookup. A nice way to treat your guests. Or...you can do the same for your own bedroom and keep the extra remote in the bedroom and save having an extra box for your dish or direct tv.

I've used this remote with almost all HD versions of the DirecTV receivers including the newest H24 and HR24. I really like how it is backlit and is RF capable. Also, the newest H24 remotes that ship with the H24 are not RF capable so this is a nice little upgrade. - Universal Remote - Directv - Remote Control Extender - Programmable Remote'

College Students - earmuffs, ear protection

Put these on and turn on your shop vac and you will be amazed how much noise reduction these earmuffs provides. In addition, the ear pieces are very soft and extremely comfortable. Wear them to be near any machinery or mowing your lawn and your ears will thank you. Peltor H10A Optime 105 Over-the-Head Earmuff

Peltor Earmuffs # H10A

I own several brands of earmuff hearing protectors, since I use so many loud tools. The Peltor's are the best in every category, which is why I own several. The soft ear pieces are the most comfortable, they are light, they are high quality, they block almost all sound, and they are adjustable for head size. Wearing glasses is not an issue with these, as they contour themselves over the temples.

I wear them when breaking a pool rack (e.g., eight ball), because with wooden floors, that's really LOUD. I use them in the yard when running lawn equipment and put them on every time I use a loud shop tool such as a table saw. The real test is using a palm nailer in a confined space, which is a so loud, that your hearing could be damaged without protection.

Unquestionably a 5-star product!

The Peltor H10A Hearing Protector ear muffs really do the job! I ordered them to help eliminate the annoying whine of my computer tower. You know the kind of sound...very slight, but so high-pitched it goes straight to your ear drums and drills a hole till you can't STAND it anymore!! Why am I SHOUTING!? Well, you can see how I had to do something to preserve my sanity.

I received the Peltor set and man, oh man, does it eliminate sound!! What pc whine? What pc! This headset completely elimates those little sounds that drive you crazy. I recommend it for those who have noisy neighbors or roommates, barking dogs, drippy faucets, etc. It is amazing. Loud noises can still be heard, so the headset does not interfere with normal life and is not a safety hazard. They are comfortable on the ears, are fairly lightweight, and fit very(!) snugly.

If you can't concentrate due to small, annoying noises, you would probably benefit from using this headset. The price is very reasonable, considering the benefits.

I won't reiterate what others have said, but just make a couple pertinent points:

You're likely comparing (and if not, you should) this Peltor headset along with the top=of-the-line Bilsom: the Bilsom Thunder T3 is the best constructed headphone/ear protection I own. A have several by Peltor, and the one most comparable to the T3 is the Peltor H10A. The Peltor is not as well made; the over-head piece on the T3 is much better--it actually clicks into place and does not move. The Peltors are all wire, and move easily. I would say, if many people are going to use same headset (such as different shifts at a worksite), Peltor might be better as it's easily adjusted by just sliding on the wire. The T3 are better at a single set for your head size and it does not move.

The Peltor H10A might actually be a tad more comfortable for my head hat size at 7 3/4. The T3 is tight, and cannot be adjusted out for looseness. I'd rather wear the Peltor H10A for a protracted period of time than the Bilsom T3. If my head were smaller, I think the T3 would be fine.

The Bilsom T3 blocks sound better than any Peltor I have owned (I have owned about three models of Peltors). It's as simple as that.

Both have, because of the larger ear cup size (compared to lower profile, usually less protective for hearing, models) the ability to keep your head straight when dozing on an airplane. You know how people use the cervical neck pillow U-shaped things so they won't kink their neck to one side when they sleep on a plane? Well, you won't need that with a high-profile larger cup size sound protection like these---they stick out from your head enough that you will sleep with head straight ahead regardless. This is a "plus". And no need the lousy "noise cancellation" headsets for six times the price, plus batteries to charge, etc. These are great for air flight.

The Bilsom T3 is slightly wider on each ear cup than the Peltor H10A. Both, however, are not good to wear around your neck when not in use. The ear cups are too large and they will hit your chin. If you plan to wear and remove to "dangle" around your neck, like a rifleman might, you;d better stick with the lower-profile "shooter" type headsets...these are too wide. They will hit your chin, unless you have a super long neck.

The weight of each is about the same. I'd give the nod to the Bilsom for sound protection capability and quality of build (the wire overhead piece on Peltors can get stretched or bent--no chance with Bilsom) over the Peltor high-end models, having owned both. But, with my head size at 7 3/4, and certainly if your noggin is larger than mine, you'd better stick with Peltor. The wire can be bent to accomodate the jumbo cranium better than Bilsom. Thanks. Hope this helps you. - Ear Protection - Peltor Earmuffs - Earmuffs - Noise Canceling'

Laptop - audio, laptop

I bought this to use with my MacBook Pro 15.2" (April 2010) so I didn't have to keep plugging and unplugging my speakers into the audio port on my Mac. I have a USB hub that I plug into my Mac and the USB Audio adapter is plugged into the USB hub. I'm happy to say it works perfectly. I didn't install anything. I just plugged it in, selected USB speakers output in my Audio System Preferences and it worked. The volume controls on the USB Audio adapter duplicate the audio controls on my Mac. Adjusting either one of them also adjusts the other, it's like having 2 different methods of controlling the audio output on my Mac. The audio also comes out perfectly synced with what I am doing on my Mac. If I watch a movie the audio is perfectly timed with the movie, no delay, the sound matches the movement of the actor's lips. I couldn't find a complete description of how this device works with a Mac before I bought it so I knew it might not be everything I hoped. Much to my surprise it works flawlessly and does everything I hoped it would. Syba USB2.0 7.1CH Sound Adapter Add Stereo Output Mono Input Led

Plug and play on my laptop.

It's not Bose, but it's not bad either.

I had problems with the computer in/out jacks.

This allowed me to use the USB instead.

I tried several of this type this is the best one.

Only drawback is a tight fit since it is a bit thick.

My computer at work had a mean hiss in the audio output line. It was a really annoying problem, but it certainly wasn't something I was going to spend any serious money on. Enter the Syba USB2.0 Adapter. Will it fall apart someday? Maybe! But it was built well enough to survive shipping to my house, removal from the packaging, and insertion into the back of my work computer- where it will stay forever. So that means it's built well enough. And the sound? Better than constant hissing. In fact, I have 0 complaints about the sound. This is probably the same circuitry that is inside of every cheapo mp3 player and netbook you've ever owned, and if you had no complaints there then you'll be equally apathetic about this usb adapter. I'd recommend it, and man, what a cheap cost of entry. At worst, it's good enough. At best, it's a world better than what you have now! - External Sound Card - Usb Audio Interface - Laptop - Audio'
