Toddler Suit

I couldn't believe this was a high quality product, as the price was so low, but I took a chance as I needed something for a wedding. It arrived quickly and in perfect shape. It fits my son well, and is of good quality. No complaints! Gino Wedding Toddler Boy Formal Suit Black Size 3 / 3t (3T)'

Dvd Writer - external drive, acer

I bought 3 Acer Aspire One computers as Christmas presents this year and needed at least 1 external drive to share between them. 2 of the computers had Windows 7 Starter as the operating system ansd the other had Windows XP. The drive was basicly plug & play on the XP computer, but would not work on the Windows 7 computers at all. The disc that came with the drive had old drivers on it that didn't include Windows 7. The instruction sheet was of no use at all. There was no manufacturers name or model number on the drive, nothing I could reference any kind of a search with. I downloaded several different codec's but none would operate the drive. Fianally I called Acer for help and found out that they hadden't released any drivers for the Aspire One with Windows 7 Starter. The reason, "Windows 7 is too new, and to keep checking back with them."

The seller of the drive wasn't aware that it was not compatable with Windows 7. I gave it 3 stars overall rating because it did work fine with XP computer. I only gave it 1 star for ease of use and ease of installation because I had so much trouble with it trying to get it to work. I don't think the vender screened the product for compatibility with Windows 7. USB External CD DVD RW Burner Drive For Acer Aspire one

Ok, This is a great little CD-DVD player and burner. it does not required to install any CD it install by it self, true to the Plug and Play :D This DVD Player is able to play CD and DVD without any problems, You can view your DVD with free software like Windows Player or Real player, or with tons of freeware DVD players. It also can burn CD and DVD with free software like Windows, Itunes, Zune or any other free software. The Only bad thing is that this little monster will drain you laptop battery fast when burning a CD and DVD, it takes some power to do. Which its fine. Plus its really small and kinda hard so you can carry it with you.

I'm pleased with it, it's the best you're going to get out of USB 2.0, and it works as well as the drives twice the cost. It looks the same as the $100+ drives too.

It requires either a second USB port, or an external adapter (not included) so factor that in. It's not a criticism (it takes that much power to burn a DVD), it just may not be obvious beforehand. USB 1.x is acceptable for power, if you're using it on a machine that has both types or have a spare "charging" hub. Not surprisingly, it does not play nice with my unpowered hub -- it needs a full 500 mW to each port.

My drive was shipped with no software or drivers and it did NOT come with a DVD decoder. I installed it on an Acer Netbook with Windows XP Home Edition. Initially Windows did not recognize the drive, so I had to uninstall the device using Windows Device Manager and rebooted the computer.

Once I did that Windows successfully installed the drive and I was up and running. However I was not able to play DVDs and had to purchase a $[...] DVD decoder download to play DVDs with Windows Media Player. After that, the drive functioned normally and produced smooth video on my netbook screen. In order to burn CD's and DVD's I believe most computer users will want to buy third-party software which should be considered in the total cost. This bare-bones package includes no disks, no external power supply, no carrying case and scant documentation. More expensive drives include those extras.

To burn disks, the drive requires connections to two USB 2.0 ports to get enough power. Total travel weight of this drive with both cables is 11.6 ounces. The drive is just a fraction of an inch wider and deeper than a DVD or CD and is just thick enough for the drawer to accommodate a disk. If you're looking for one of the least expensive external DVD/CD reader/burners you can buy, this drive may be just the ticket. However if you need a complete package including movie-making software, DVD decoder, carrying case and external power supply you might want to buy a more expensive drive that includes them in a bundle. That would probably be cheaper than buying this drive and all of those other items separately.

I'm stuck using a little netbook while my desktop is in the shop. But, this little DVD reader/burner hardly makes me miss my desktop at all. It's been great for watching movies, and burning info to CDs and DVDs. It's small enough to take along for travel and road trips if need be. I have NO REGRETS at ALL with this purchase and highly recommend this product!!

I got it for my HP Mini that came with Windows 7. I plugged it in and in under a minute the pop-up said that my device was installed and ready for use.

I popped in a DVD and it wouldn't play. Yikes! one may think, but this is not the fault of the player though; I needed the codec that is easily downloaded from the internet.

The player itself gave me no issues and I would recommend it for the HP Mini w/Windows 7.

I have a netbook, so there is no optical drive. I needed to upload some software plus some music and this drive fit the bill perfectly. It worked as advertised, I plugged it on to the USB and started using it immediately.

In order to watch DVD's I did have to download a DVD decoder, it was Microsoft approved and cost $14.99. It downloaded easily and I was able to test out a few DVD's and they worked fine.

I can't comment on the burn ability, since I would use my desktop computer for that, but I found this a very inexpensive way to get software onto my netbook.

Yes, you save some bucks, some weight, and a lot of battery life by buying a Netbook over a conventional laptop or notebook. But you really need one of these drives. The good thing about getting one external burner like this is that you can bring it with you if you need it; and it can double for so many further uses. This one has no connectivity issues at all. Just plug it in, and you're working. - External Dvd Burner - External Drive - Acer - Netbook'

Shoulder Holster - leg holster, holsters

One word: CHEAP. The 'leather' is practically paper thin. Belt buckle is plastic that is painted silver so the paint will probably be chipping off by the time you get it. And let's not forget to mention, this will NOT comfortably fit a size large woman. You can buy a REAL set of holsters like this for almost the exact same price.. go with that and buy some toy guns to use with it. Mster Lock

I had this winch installed on my Kawasaki ATV along with a plow. I had to buy an additional switch control for the handle bar but it works fine.

Once I got the winch the instructions gave me a phone number to call and get the mounting bracket that matched my 4 wheeler. Simple process.

Nice product for a good price and strong brand, Master Lock. Master Lock 2955AT 1500lb Portable ATV Winch

I bought 2 and use them for opening/closing my shed doors (drawbridge-style). The good: Switch is substantial. The not-so-good: They are S-L-O-W! You'll also need a roller fairlead otherwise an off-center pull can jam the cable between the spool and body.

To make long story short I mounted this on a Suzuki Ozark 250. I was out on some NFD trails in Capital Forest west of Olympia WA. While on a ridge I went around a corner on some loose gravel and slid off the road. Luckily the ATV got hung up on some small trees or it certainly would have rolled down the ridge. I was able to pull the cable from the wench to a tree on the other side of the gravel road and slowly pull the ATV back onto the road. So am I impressed with this product? Words can not describe. If it weren't for that little wench I would have had no other way to get my ATV off the side of the ridge. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended.'

Hanging Straps - ab exercises, hanging straps

Excellent straps..sound , strong construction..the large grommets (feel a little light though) easily fit any chin up bar..very comfortable...Met my expectations and well worth the price. Definitely a Keeper.

A slight amendment to my review..after a month of using these I found that one of the straps had a tear along the side lining.Either the piece was defective or it couldn't take my weight (all of 200 lbs).A Bit disappointing because otherwise it seemed well constructed.I live in India so returning the product is not possible now.

Edited 03/17/08 I complained to Harbinger about the problem I had with the product and to my surprise they actually went to the trouble and expense of shipping a free replacement to me all the way to India . THat is truly awesome customer service and I hope the Ab Straps do give me years of service. Harbinger 371000 Deluxe Ab Straps

These are super-heavy duty, well-constructed. Tons of stitching, I think you could lift a horse in these. The clamps are large and strong, with a sliding lock. Best ones I've ever seen. Fantastic value. Just get 'em.

These are really a very good pair of Ab Straps. They are stong, comfortable and does the job. I recommend this product.

4 stars is because of the price. I bought a door way chinup bar for 30 bucks and these for 40.

I bought the straps with the door pullup bar and both was a good buy.The straps are strong enough and confortable enough to holdup my 200lb body with no problem.I recommend this straps if your thinking about purchasing a set of staps.

These ab straps are very durable and will last for a lifetime. The hooks are very large and will fit over any bar. I have been using mine for over 2 months and am very pleased. Harbinger makes very strong, durable products. I also have their dip belt, which I highly recommend.

These work great for their intended purpose. The strap is wide enough to give plenty of support. I give four stars because the hooks are a bit sloppy although I have no concern over them failing. The hooks are plenty large to fit over the pull up bar on my equipment. My weight is 155 lbs. so I'm not exactly stressing them. - Ab Workout - Ab Straps - Hanging Straps - Ab Exercises'

Camping Stoves - camp stoves, coleman

Coleman got it right this time. The carrying handle is substantial and stays cool. The handle also facilitates pressing the lighter button without bracing against hot metal. The curved, sealed design eliminates sharp edges, and makes cleaning easier. Spacious burners allowed us to use our 9" fry pan on a single burner, with the side wind shields up, and still have room around it (we could have used a slightly larger fry pan).

Water boiled reasonably quickly.

The piezoelectric igniter worked well. Just keep clicking it until you either see the flame (hard to do in bright light) or hear the flame.

This is our first experience with propane. PROs: Hot and clean. Unlike gasoline stoves, the propane will not dirty the bottom of your pots and pans. And you don't have the smell and mess of gasoline stoves. CONs: Invisible flame in bright light. I cannot tell if the flame is overshooting or undershooting the bottom of the pot or pan. The flame can actually be too hot. Boil water with a full flame (I think that the right burner is a little hotter than the left). But fry pancakes on the lowest flame possible, and keep an eye on it. A higher flame can be so hot that it can discolor the metal, or reduce oil to a baked-on gum.

This stove made our recent camping trip a real pleasure. Coleman PerfectFlow InstaStart 2-Burner Stove

My husband and I were in the habit of just using an open fire to cook when we camped. But this weekend, since we were camping with our two youngsters ,for the first time, and their Scout friends, we decided to splurge and get this Coleman propane stove. I am so glad we did.

It rained. I mean the first night it poured (fortunately after we got the tent and pavilion set up) and the Coleman really saved our trip. Because we had a means to cook, we weren't driven off like so many others. We just popped on our rain gear, huddled under the pavilion and popped open the Coleman and started cooking. First hot coffee and cocoa, because it was getting cold, and then dinner.

Now the best thing we did, besides buying this stove, was bringing our Lodge cast iron griddle/grill. Lodge Logic Pro 20-by-10-7/16-Inch Cast-Iron Grill/Griddle. This griddle fit the stove perfectly and gave us a huge surface to cook on. (Plus, once the griddle heated up, we all huddled around it warming our hands.)

Seriously, the combination is great. And the combo saved our weekend. The next day was beautiful. We cooked breakfast in no time and were off on a walk.

Talking Points:::

We thought the stove was great. I think it heated up the water for coffee and hot Tang faster than our electric stove at home.

Easy to use. I will note that one of the labels for the knobs was on incorrectly-- but no big deal.

Even if you love other means of cooking while camping, I'd suggest taking the stove along as a back up. Being cold and without food is no fun.

Pam T~

I buy gobbs on Amazon cuz I love the reviews and can tell you that I thought with all the rave ones I'd dismiss those who remarked about the difficult to adjust flame, thinking they must be just extra picky. Nope, they're not - on our first trip, I got so aggrevated over that I could have wrestled big foot out in those woods, and won! Could not get it to low to save my life, so thusly wound up having to turn the stinking thing off and relight just to keep things from burning, and even that was a futile effort. Arrgghhh!

I loved the fact that it has that nice-to-touch carrying handle, is compact yet good cooking area, and had the Instastart. However, after only a few uses the Instastart was Insta-I'm-not-starting-anything-anymore, leaving me to use matches anyway, so that part was a bust.

And yup, other reviewers were also right when they complained about the rigid copper tube that connects to the tank - makes positioning the tank a real pain, only place for it to work well at all is hanging precariously off the side of your table, placing weight bearing on that connection which to me is an obvious opportunity to cause a leak.

Nope, believe those reviewers - I wouldn't recommend this thing if it were 5 bucks, it's still not worth the headache of burning everything you cook. And now I have to go find another one...arrrghhh.

I am very pleased with the purchase and the performance of this stove. It takes the standard 16.4oz Coleman canisters. The setting it up and taking it down was easy and efficient. It cleans up easily. I used if for 2.5 days in heating water for coffee and cleaning, warming food and frying up burgers/hot dogs and still hadn't used up the original canister I hooked up to the stove.

The only negative comment I have is the InstaStarter. You have to fiddle with where to set the gas setting for the igniter to catch, when it worked. It would take multiple tries to get the spark to catch. It would work, but at times it was just as easy to grab a match and light it. (I want my coffee now.) I would suggest you make sure you have matches or additional flame source. Until you figure out the quirkyness of the InstaStart, the additional flame source will be handy.

This is the best brand for any camping equipment and this stove is great! One touch of a button and your burner is lit. No more windy days keeping you from lighting your burner! I give it an AAA+++. On top of everything else, the price was great. I had been pricing these for awhile and Amazon was $20 cheaper than anyone else with free shipping on top. Great deal!! My husband had picked out an off brand at a local sporting goods store that was only $9 less than this one. The choice was simple. Buy this one, it's worth it!

Purchased this stove in May and then took it on a 5-week road trip, of which we spent about two weeks' worth camping. The burners heat well and the stove is very convenient. The only issue we noticed is that sometimes the spark ignition doesn't work, so bring along a lighter in case. No big deal though. I also bought the adapter hose so we could connect it to a regular BBQ-size propane tank; worked beautifully. No need to keep buying little canisters or throw them away - such a waste! - Camping - Coleman - Camp Stoves - Great Camp Stove'

Striper Fishing - fishing, striper fishing

This otherwise fine book suffers from the lack of meaningful illustrations, particularly with respect to casting. Verbal descriptions of casting procedures are impossible to follow; Burnley's descriptions are no exceptions. This book is apparently not for the novice, in that there few pictures or descriptions of surf fish species (if there was a single picture of a blue, then I must have missed it). More and better illustrations of standard rigs would be helpful. And why did he include a 3-page, 8-step illustration of the Bimini twist knot, when he went on to explain that it is seldom used in actual fishing conditions? On the plus side, Burnley hits about all related topics, from lunch to tackle, from buckets to buggys, from Maine to Florida. It is very well written, obviously from his own significant experience. As either a guide or a fishing buddy, Eric Burnley is probably one heck of a good teacher. Surf Fishing the Atlantic Coast: 2nd Edition

I have been fishing since I was 12 years old and now I'm 32 but of all these years, I've never tried surf fishing. I found this book in my local Barnes and Nobel but am an avid user of Amazon so I had to come on here and give this book a stellar rating. I am heading off the Outer Banks of North Carolina this weekend and just purchased my first Surf Rod/ Real and tackle. I did not want to go into this spot blindly and come out disappointed. This book is LOADED with information and will bring the novice/beginner fisher up to date with terms, equipment, and techniques. Not only does it cover techniques, knots, hooks, rods, reels, but it also has a chapter on Fish and tells you all about the fish and best suggestion on how to land them on the beach. It also has a chapter about locations. It mentioned Duck North Carolina and that happened to be the exact location my trip is planned for so I am extremely pleased with book. I have not even cast my line out yet but I feel like I've been surf casting for 10 years now. If these is one thing I dislike, it's when you walk into a shop such as a tackle shop and you have no clue what your buying and then make faces and suggestions but who knows if your getting sound advice or not. Now I can walk the tackle shop in NC and say, I'd like to purchase a pencil popper lure for blue fish or do you happen to have any Hopkins style lures. The only con to this book is that it was published in 1989 so not sure if all the location information even applies anymore since Hurricane Floyd took care of NC in 1998. If you want to learn how to Surf Fish and feel like a pro and walk onto the beach with some confidence, read this book. You will not be sorry.

I recently moved from the midwest and bought a house near the Atlantic Ocean. A lifelong freshwater fisherman, I decided to take advantage of my proximity to the ocean and bought this book to get some background and info. Nothing will teach you about surf fishing like buying some gear and just going (perhaps with a few helpful tips from the people at the Sporting Goods store), but there is a great deal of information in this book that the neophyte may find interesting and/or useful. Topics in this book including bait, tackle, casting, and knots. There are two particularly useful sections in this book though. In one section, EB describes how understading various underwater features such as sand bars can be the difference between success and failure. He outlines where fish are likely to hover around such features and why, and how the surf angler can spot such features. Second, there is an extensive section that discusses the best surf fishing areas of each of the Atlantic states. This may be the most useful, even for veteran surf fisherman, if you are planning on travelling up or down the coast. I wouldn't put too much weight on some of the negative reviews about this book. Who would learn to cast from reading a book? As for Burnley being a jerk, that may well be true, but Robert Ruark was an abusive alcoholic who wrote some of the greatest outdoor literature ever penned. A useful reference for anyone surf fishing the Atlantic (particularly for a newbie), and a fine addition to any fisherman's library.

Some of us need an excuse - or at least an objective - in order to go out and face nature in its real, raw form. One of the purest forms of these endeavours is surf fishing. What the author describes here is a sport that can put you on a cold, wild beach in October, face to a raging surf, going manu a manu with a fish that may be as strong as you are. Recreating the ancestral challenges we all once faced to put food on the table doesn't get any more real than this. But there is no romance or deep reflection about the nature of things or why fly-fishing is like life in this book. It's nuts and bolts. And its about real surf fishing - not dropping a line while your at the beach. And its filled with the kind of information that - if you are really going to do it - you are really going to need. And remember - deflate those tires or they may never find you.

Not a bad book if you want to catch sharks and skates. I can tell you after moving to the NE coast from Australia, this book does not go into the best methods for surf fishing the atlantic coast, much of which can only be learnt through hours on the beach and pure chance events, such as pulling in an expert's rig by accident and seeing how it's set up!!

Good book with some good hints....but if you're looking for real advice on how to land some crocker for your pan or a flounder or two, well you won't find it in this book or any other for that matter. - Surf Or Beach Fishing - Fishing - Surfcasting - Striper Fishing'
