These were plenty long to wrap both my hands and wrists. After switching to these I no longer had wrist pain after my Muay Thai / Kickboxing class. I think the reduction or rather elimination is due to the thickness and length of the wraps. I would highly advise anyone that hits pads or trains to buy these!
