Iphone 4 Cases - accessories, iphone 4

This bumper is just plain rubber, cheaply made. It looks nothing like the picture above, in fact I am attaching photos of the one I got so that everyone can see for themselves. Thank god it was only $1.90 (which, by the way, makes it completely insane to try to return it -- I wonder if that's actually the business model here...) Bumper Case for Apple iPhone4 - Bumper with chrome buttons for volume and power - Green

when u place ur phone on the table it is not that elevated from the table, not so much protection. but it looks really nice on your phone, its fashionable.

when i ordered this case from tapp collection the volume buttons came off but i just glued them back on and now they're okay.

i was a bit upset because right when i opened the package gently the buttons came off. ); but like what i said, the glue fixed it.

hopefully when u order you wont have problems like me.

i actually got a pink and blue one.

once again,

THEY ARENT THE ORIGINAL IPHONE 4 BUMPERS THAT YOU BUY AT THE APPLE STORE.

Received this yesterday and the produt is not as advertised at all. There are no chrome buttons, the color is not the same and it is made out of a cheap rubber material. These are things that I expect for spending $1.90, but they should advertise the product as it is instead of this ridiculously false misrepresentation of their product.

This is a knockoff version of the OEM bumper. You can tell that it is manufactured from cheap materials and the hole for the vibrate switch does not match up with the actual location of the switch. The packaging appears identical to the Apple packaging but upon closer inspection you can tell it is a forgery. Would have rated it higher if the holes matched up to the phone buttons.

I bought this mainly to have some protection, that differed from the many cases and covers on the market. I have some of those and they do what they are supposed to do. This bumper is a little fussy in putting on or taking off, but apart from that does a great job of offering some peripheral protection to the phone, and in the case of the color I chose to get, it does so in an eye-catching way. Mine came in an Apple bag and seems to be the real deal product. For those times when I want to change up the appearance or am in a low-light situation, the bright color does the trick while still offering a bit of protection and probably a little better reception. - Accessories - Bumper - Case - Iphone 4'

Canon Digital Camera - blueproton, digital camera case

I was looking for good case for my Canon SX130 camera.. I found this case bought together with the camera which made me go and buy it w/o worry about it might not fit the camera..

It can hardly fit the camera but will never close if you tried to place the very basic accessories: couple of AA batteries and memory card.

Unfortunately, I have opened it otherwise, I'd return it and get bigger one that fits my camera, batteries and memory card. Case Logic DCB-302 Compact Camera Case (Black)

This review is for owners of the ZS-7 looking for a camera case -

Case fits ZS-7 like a glove - perfect. Anything smaller will not work.

Case is well made, smart looking with red accents (black case).

The pouch in front will easily an extra battery or two (imp if you use the ZS7). Also has a pocket stitched in for holding memory cards (very convenient). The front pocket will not fit both the camera and its charger at the same time (it will fit the charger if there is no camera).

Other cameras with dimensions similar to the ZS-7 should do fine too.

I hope this review finds you with ease if you're an owner of a Nikon S8100. You wouldn't believe (or maybe you would, if you experienced what I did) the extremely difficult task of finding a case to fit my Nikon S8100 on Amazon. First off, most the suggestions for "Nikon S8100 Cases" in the search box are bogus. THEY DON'T FIT (per other user reviews for the cases, contradicting the title/headline of the items completely). This case fits PERFECTLY and has room in front compartment for an extra battery or two and memory cards.

Outside of the fit, the case is very durable and does not look or feel cheap at all. All in all, in my opinion, a great investment.

Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I truly hope this was very helpful to you.

I bought this case for a friend for her new Canon SX130IS. The case came up with the camera description as an "also bought" and if you search camera cases for Canon SX130IS, it also comes up. I loved the choice of colors and the compartment in the front. It has a nice strap and a belt strap on the back (which, by the way, must have the belt threaded through it; there is no Velcro to allow looping over the belt so you would need to undo your belt to take the case off the belt.) So all in all, a pretty good case. However, the case does not fit the camera for which it was purchased and advertised to fit. My friend could not fit the camera in the case and zip it up. Forget about putting batteries in the front compartment too with the camera (and you will need extra batteries with the SX130IS because it goes through them quickly). Now I am stuck with the case because she ripped off the hand tag, the only way to fit the camera in the case. You must have the hang tag on in order to return it. Bottom line, if purchasing a case for this Canon camera, look elsewhere. (I'm sure it's great for the right sized camera.)

I bought this camera pouch for Canon PowerShot SX130 IS but it is very small to accommodate my new camera. I have selected this bag because this pouch was recommended for this camera. So don't trust any recommendation provided by the site.

Planning to give it to my friend. - Digital Camera Case - Blueproton - Canon Digital Camera - Camera Cases'

Memory Card Adapters - micro sdhc, micro sd

This 8 GB micro SD card is excellent. Not much else you can say. I paid for the item, it shipped and I got it. It works on my Sansa Fuze 8 GB MP3 Player and now I have 16 GB total. It comes with a standard SD-Card adapter so you can plug it into a camera or laptop, etc.

The price was right but the shipping was insane to Canada for an item that weighs less than 1 lb with packing material . That is my only complaint and that is on the side of the seller.

Thank you! SanDisk microSDHC 8GB Card with SD Adapter (SDSDQ-8192)

At first it didn't work in my Blackberry 8320 but after a little research I realized that I just needed to update the software to the newer version which supports cards up to 32Gb.

I wanted the card to hold music and photo's and it has done a prefect job. For $21 delivered you cannot go wrong.

I read a lot of reviews about items that come listed as "Bulk Package" and I have to say that so far I have no complaints.

First of all, the brand is SanDisk which is very well known. It's not something that's never been heard of. It's 8GB and has an adapter. How can you really go wrong? This item is so versatile.

I'm using mine in my Blackberry and even though it reads it as only a 4GB, I haven't had any problems. I have been told that this happens a lot in phones. They see it only as a certain amount that the company has 'maxed' on the device (probably because an 8GB didn't exist when it was manufactured), but I've loaded all kinds of photos and music onto it and have had no problems. If all else fails, I know that I can load the micro card into the adapter and use it in my camera. So, really...it's a win-win situation no matter what.

Definitely a good buy.

Gotta love how technology doubles every couple of years. These things just keep getting smaller, faster, higher capcity. Not to mention the cost has come down a lot on all this flash memory stuff. Why get a gig card when you can have eight?! It's cheap! Go ahead, you know you want to.

this was the best deal ive got in awhile! my phone company (starts with A and ends with T) wanted $54.00 for this card and adapter! it is the same brand and same model number. shame on them and good for amazon for charging reasonable rates. card works great in my samsung impression, and adapter works with my dell and hp computers.

I recently purchased this card for my Samsung Behold. It has worked really well and I have had no problems so far. The 8gb has been enough space for my music, photos, and videos. And the adapter was a nice bonus making it easy to swap files between my phone and laptop.

It's a great deal and works well in my Sansa Fuze. Holds like 80 hours of music at high quality. The adpator is handy too.

Might not be the fastest (speed rating is 2) but for my need it's fine and was one of the cheapest I could find. It arrived in 4 days

The card I received was a pretty blatant fake. Even if I didn't have a real sandisk 4gb microsd card to compare it to the bad ink job on the face of the card (some numbers/letters are incomplete) and the incorrect labeling of the size are pretty good indicators. For what it's worth, the card I received was actually 8 gb, but it reads so slowly I can barely get things to recognize it half the time, even after formatting it. If you just need a card to hold data for storage and don't care at all about potential read speed problems, this is probably a decent deal for you, otherwise I'd recommend you steer clear.

The product was shipped quickly and I received it promptly too but it wasn't the same as advertised. Instead of a sandisk micro sd card I got a hitachi card. The add on adapter was of very cheap quality too. - Micro Sd - 8gb Sdhc - Micro Sdhc - Cell Phone Memory'

Iphone Cable - iphone, ipod cable

I purchased this longer cable so I could talk on iPhone while keeping it charging but the cable doesn't work. I plug it in and I receive NO response from my iPhone. I tested cable with 2 other iPhones as well and it doesn't work! I tried AC adapter and 3 different PCs (USB ports). The cable is physically undamaged yet doesn't work. 6 Foot Long USB Data Sync Cable For iPod, iPhone 2G 3G 3GS, iPad, iPhone 4, All Models Compatible

When my shipment first arrived I was upset to find that I had received the 3 foot cables instead of the 6 foot. After an initial difficulty contacting CablesOnline, they were very forthcoming and very easy to deal with. Within a week, they sent the correct cables at no extra cost and gave me the first set of cables for free. I recommend both the product and the seller.

This cable arrived on my doorsteps faster than I promised, and I was excited. When I opened it, it was as long as promised, and looked to be exactly what I needed. I plugged in my ipod, and everything seemed fine. A few hours later, I noticed it was not charging. I unpluged it, and was still at half battery. It look a lot of wiggling for the cable to charge my ipod again. I tried a buddys iphone, with the same problem. Now, after about 2 days of ownership, no amount of wiggling seems to make it work.

I agonized over which, if any, of these cables to purchase. There are so many negative reviews and comments on the 6 foot USB iPhone connector cables. But I decided to take a chance and I'm happy to report they all work just fine.

I ordered from the seller Shivser, but when I checked out, the seller name displayed as Tavas. The return address on the box also said Tavas. Because of all the negative product reviews, I wanted to order with a seller whose orders were fulfilled by Amazon.com so if the cables did turn out to be defective, the Amazon.com return policy would apply. I also decided to order four cables, just in case some were defective, I would have a better chance of getting one that works.

All four cables are new, 6 feet long, white (all what I ordered), and they sync AND charge just fine as far as I can tell. I tested all four cables on both an iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS.

All four cables were just a little tighter connecting to the iPhone data port than I'm used to, but as far as I'm concerned, that's a positive, not negative. It seems my phone is always falling off my nightstand and getting disconnected. Hopefully with a tighter connection, it will not get unplugged as easily.

It remains to be seen how long it takes to fully charge the phone from a nearly empty battery. Some reviews claim the phone appears to charge, but doesn't really, or charges sloooooowly. We shall see and I'll keep everyone posted.

And finally, I ordered using the Free SuperSaver Shipping and placed my order on Tuesday, March 8 at 10pm. By the next morning, my order had already shipped. The estimated delivery date was March 14-18, which would have been 6-10 calendar days. Much to my surprise, it arrived just 3 days later on March 11th! This has not been my experience with all Free SuperSaver Shipping offers, so I'm very happy to have received the cables so quickly.

Love this cable! I've had it about a month and its definately worth its weight in gold! I travel alot with my job and unfortunately there is rarely an outlet close to the bed. My phone is also my alarm, so it is imperative that its close to me through the night. Problem solved with this cable. Of course it's great at the house too. I bought one for my overnight bag and one for my house. It works great for syncing too. My computer recognizes my iPhone 3GS quickly, transfers quickly. No complaints really. Also surprising is the build quaity. Nice, thick, and sturdy! Definately would recommend to anyone.

I just ordered and received 2 of these cables. Delivery was quick. One cable works and it's so convenient to have the longer cable. The other one fell apart and doesn't work. Quality control seems to be an issue judging by other comments. You're taking a chance on what you will be sent. I guess actually paid ~$12 for one cable-not terrible for the benefit of a longer cable....just not the quality I hoped for or the bargain I thought I was getting.

Ordered 4 of these cables and 1 of the 4 was defective. I saw some other reviews saying they received defective cables, so looks like a lottery and I am out 6 bucks. Yes Amazon will refund me, but is it worth the drive to UPS? Not for the price of gas.. If you want a dependable cable, I wouldn't purchase this one. - Ipod Cable - Iphone - Cable - Ipad'

Face Treatments - exfoliating, blemish control

My skin and I haven't been on speaking terms for years. Horrible, brutal, stubborn, disfiguring cystic acne, so viciously tenacious that I had to go through...yes, count 'em...not one, but TWO rounds of Accutane to rid my self of it, and I STILL get a nice cyst on my back or chest every once in a while. I had pockmarks on top of pockmarks...forehead, cheeks, temples, chin, bridge of my nose even. I hate my skin, I really do. I've gone through 2 deep dermabrasions (through a plastic surgeon, not the micro kind), plus about 30 DEEP chemical peels. My scarring improved a lot.

But professional options get expensive, and taking weeks at a time off while my skin healed wasn't feasible. So I tried other methods to get rid of the rest of the scarring.

Over-the-counter products like Mederma didn't help. Then as I aged, I got grayish, blotchy, dull, oily-here-wrinkly-there skin to add to my scars.

Lovely.

I've used salicylic acid, makes my skin red and papery. I've used Mederma, nothing.

Sorry for the big lead in, but I wanted to give y'all a good idea of what I was already "facing" (sorry for the bad pun).

I saw this Skin Laboratories 35% Glycolic Acid peel advertised, decided it certainly couldn't hurt.

Bought it, received it very quickly, followed the easy-to-follow directions, love it. The lifeless, grayish appearance of my skin is gone. My smaller scars and pores are much diminished, after only 5 weeks of use, so much so that I can actually COUNT the number of scars I have left. (There were so many before, it was useless to count).

I will admit, I modified the instructions to fit my needs. I leave it on ten minutes at a time. Remember, I am a veteran of strong deep (EXPENSIVE) professional chemical peels, so my skin is quite tolerant to acid. I don't get a visible see-your-skin-flake-off "peel" from this product either (something a few of you have complained about), but that's so much the better! I don't have to miss work for a week at a time to let my skin heal, like with the strong chemical peels. But believe me, the skin cells ARE sloughing off and being replaced. You know how that 10 pounds just snuck up on you after the holidays, and you didn't notice? The skin rejuvenation you will get using this product is the same way: you don't notice it until it's done it's work.

I use this product once a week. After next week (my 6th), I'll wait a month before I go through the cycle again.

I'm also going to start using this product on my chest, which of course, is also scarred and weather-beaten.

Skin Laboratories, I Bow Before You. This is a superior product. Glycolic Acid 35% Gel Peel, 30ml (Professional)

I always tend to stay away from chemical peels because of the horror stories I hear and because I have fair, oily, acne prone skin.

I purchased the 35% peel just to try it; to see if I'm missing anything. I'm sorry I didn't have the guts to try it sooner. :o)

It is absolutely fantastic. I had a couple of breakouts I could not, for the life of me, get rid of. I put this on with a cotton ball, and I did wait the full 4 minutes; it tingled, but did not burn in any way. I washed it off and thought "okay, no miracles here". My face did feel smoother but that's about it.

The next two days I noticed quite the improvement. My chin cleared up and my face was, again, smoother, and more even and most importantly, no breakouts. I did not need to even put on powder (which I did not live without).

You do have to use a moisturizer after the peel. I did the first time, but because my face is oily, I didn't use one the second time. BIG mistake! My face was red and it still tingled 20 minutes after I rinsed off the peel.

As soon as I put moisturizer on, my face felt better and the redness went away.

This peel works wonders for me. I will keep on using it. It's definitely worth the money.

Have been using Natura Bisse Glycopeel for years and decided to give this a try. Definitely not as gentle as the Natura Bisse product, but equally effective if you don't mind a little faster peel and the accompanying redness (which goes away in a day or so). And, what a value compared to Department store product prices!! Will purchase again.

I started off using a 10% GA wash the last couple of years. After the trouble w/ my skin started to escalate, I searched for something new. I tried the 70% Lactic Acid Peel w/ horrible results, possibly due to my inexperience w/ that type of acid. Then I tried 35% GA, and was very pleased. Since I am accustom to GA I have used the peel every other day, never exceeding 5 mins. My recent face explosion and marks, formed before starting GA peels, are quickly fading, but of course not fast enough. Since I saw this working I decided to add the 50% to my routine once a week.

If you are use to 35% GA, you should be okay w/ the next step up. I actually felt less tingling w/ the 50% than the 35%. The consistency was a little more liquidity than the 35% as well. This definitely boosted skin turnover and healing for me. I need to also note that this company produces their peels w/ a lower PH level than recommended. I am unsure how this affects my skin overall, but I have not had any negative results w/ it in any case.

I have only seen my skin get better, since using these products. However, I suggest resisting the compulsion to overuse them. The ill effects of sensitivity & skin thinning will ensue if you misuse them. Also, be careful not to over exfoliate the forehead, since it already has the least amount of padding on the face. - Peels - Exfoliating - Blemish Control - Age Spots'

Weight Training - weight training, fitness

"Lift like a man, look like a Goddess" says the book. But is it true? I believe it is, and this book is right on the money. It is cleanly divided into three parts.

The first part discusses the similarities between men's and women's bodies as it pertains to weight lifting- and why they should train the same. I agree with the book on this point entirely. While women's muscles won't get as big as a man's from lifting weights, the stimulus to make a woman's muscle bigger and stronger is identical to that of a man's- overload the muscle with progressively heavier weights.

Part two, "You aren't what you don't eat", is the eating/diet section of the book. A lot of wisdom is also packed in here as the book gives the reader a lot of basic nutrition info, such as calorie needs, protein intake, etc. The reader is also introduced to the four "Ironclad Rules" which include: you must eat breakfast, you must eat a total of 5 meals and snacks a day, you must have a post-workout recovery shake on the days you lift, and you must have more calories on workout days than the other days. Meal plans are nicely laid out for the reader in this section as well.

Lastly comes part three, "Resistance is vital." Of course this is the section that discusses the workout routines and the exercises. Without going into details, you work out 2-3 times a week, and the workouts are divided in 7 stages (each with a certain goal) which roughly give you 6 months worth of workouts- which I might add, are all highly detailed in the book. Pictures of warm-up exercises and the resistance exercises are included and very easy to follow. Weight lifting exercises are nothing crazy, with a lot of them being sensible, basic exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and various presses.

As a trainer, I found this to be a very sensible weight lifting book for women. Yes it does invovlve some work, but then again that is the only way to make a muscle stronger, whether you're a man or a woman- which is the whole point of the book. Based on a lot of sound science, I give it two thumbs up for a very helpful, effective, and "doable" book. Also recommend Treat Your Own Rotator Cuff for readers who have a shoulder problem that interferes with their training. The New Rules of Lifting for Women: Lift Like a Man, Look Like a Goddess

New Rules of Lifting for Men was quite interesting, but I didn't do anything with it as it was so targeted at men. But I eagerly bought this new women's version, which is similar in some ways but overall is quite different and definitely targeted for women. I enjoyed Lou Schuler's witty writing style and offbeat humor, which made the information easier to digest and less dry. I read this entire book carefully front to back (important to do!!) and decided to implement co-writer Alwyn Cosgrove's workouts exactly as written and stick with it. One caveat: I think this book and its workouts is NOT for total beginners. In a way, you have to "arrive" at this book and the ideas it presents. I think if you were a newcomer to weight training you'd need some help with the exercises and proper form (particularly the squats and deadlifts, which must be done correctly to avoid injury). As a newcomer you would not have the frame of reference to appreciate the total brilliance of the workouts.

I've worked out and tried many different programs in the last 10 years. I admit to having a tendency to "over-do" my workouts, my approach was always "more must be better", and consequently I always burned out on the programs and the 2-hour workouts I'd end up doing. Despite my hard work, I never got the results I wanted. Coming into this book, I knew a lot of weight routines and was familiar with proper weightlifting form. At first glance I thought the routines didn't look hard or detailed enough, that there were too few exercises! But I was WRONG! Despite the apparent simplicity of the workouts, they are not easy or fluffy. Rather, they are quite substantial because they are not isolation exercises. Every exercise works multiple muscles at one time. Fewer exercises but more muscles worked in a natural way. (Think of tripceps kickbacks with dumbbells: This is not a movement you'd ever do in real life. Plus, it's not great for your elbows!!).

This book argues that to build muscle, gain strength and lose fat, you need to concentrate on multi-joint type exercises (i.e. squats, deadlifts, pushups, step-ups etc.) and not waste time with a multitude of individual isolation type exercises (i.e. bicep curls, tricep kickbacks and pushdowns, etc.), Alwyn Cosgrove's exercises are designed for practicality in real life utility. Having the strength to lift heavy things is a reality....hence the value of squats. On the other hand, laying back at an angle on a leg press machine and pressing weights outwards and upwards is not something we would do in real life. He stresses fewer reps with increasingly heavier weights. Strength over endurance. The reasoning behind each exercise is explained, and you need to be willing to do the background reading in this book so you can absorb the logic of the workouts and their design and sequencing. Coming into this book with my previous weightlifting experience, faulty though it was, this program immediately made a whole lot of sense as a truly different approach. I knew all my previous efforts hadn't paid off to my satisfaction, so I was finally ready to try this new approach: Stick mostly to big muscle exercises, no isolation exercises at all, fewer reps, lifting progressively heavier (no "Barbie weights!!"), and LIMITED exercises per workout (usually just 5 exercises), and short but high intensity interval cardio if any at all. (Cardio is not emphasized here). Each workout takes about 30 minutes, ideally done 3 days a week (although two workouts can suffice, but 3 is ideal) requiring at least a day between weight workouts (I generally did Mon-Wed-Fri). I have resisted my previous tendency to "do more", so I've done the workouts strictly as written and haven't added anything additional. I wanted to see what results I would get with the program "as written." And surprise....I've got better, more defined biceps doing pushups, squats and deadlifts (but not a single bicep curl), my quads, glutes and hamstrings are rock hard and strong without any of the hamstring curls, leg extensions, etc. The squats, deadlifts, step-ups, pushups and a few other things have worked wonders in just 4 weeks. In this short time I'm stronger and more defined than I've ever been. I'm really quite amazed.

The program is divided into a number of levels (varying weeks of length per level), with each level having 2 alternating workouts (so you never do the same workout twice in a row--important to prevent plateaus). If you do all the levels and workouts, the whole thing would take about 6 months to finish. --> This is NOT a quick fix, it's steady strength development done realistically over a reasonable time. It requires commitment and a solid determination to follow the program as presented (if you "tweak" it, you're not doing the program). After finishing the program you could then repeat it to hold on to your progress level.

I decided to wait until I was adequately into the program to review it. Now after about 4 weeks, here's my initial opinion: I can already tell this is the BEST program I've ever embarked upon and I'm seeing results already on a level which I never reached previously.....not even after 12 weeks of Body for Life! I've got stronger, more defined biceps than ever before without doing a single bicep curl! Back of the arm flab is gone! Quads are firm without a single leg extension! Squats and Deadlifts are amazing, and those two alone target an incredible number of muscles all at once. My mid section fat is rapidly diminishing, despite a pretty modest amount of ab work (so far in Level 1, only modest reps (2 sets of 15 reps on two stability ball exercises divided between two different workouts: jackknives in one workout, and ball crunches in the other workout, that's it for Level 1). No endless ab work here! After all, most of the OTHER exercises are also working your abs!

I'm incredibly impressed with this program. I can say it is working better for me than the multitiude of other programs I've previously tried in the last 10 years. And I work out far less, usually 3 weight workouts a week (occasionally only 2), with 20 to 30 minute interval cardio (elliptical) usually done after weight workouts or sometimes an interval aerobic workout on days I don't do weights. The max I go to the gym in any week is 4 times. The structure of the program has allowed me to stay very positive and enthusiastic about the program. I really like the full body nature of the workouts (I previously had done upper vs. lower body days), It's nice to have alternating workouts.....not so boring. I like the challenge of gradually increasing the weight on the various exercises. (Note: on this program it's important to keep a record of all workouts). This a program you can sustain forever because it doesn't burn you out mentally or physically--importantly, you are not overexercising to get results. The program can actually be fit into your life quite nicely. I look forward to the workouts! I feel great afterwards!

The book has what appears to be a good nutrition section, although I don't follow it because I have certain dietary restrictions (no gluten grains, for example) that don't fit with the recipes and recommendations. But it looks very solid for most people. I don't consider the nutrition section to be the most important part of the book since at this point in time I've got a very careful nutrition plan that works for me. The nutrition part would be good for someone who has a relatively controlled diet already. It would probably be hard for someone who is a junk food junkie to transition to what is presented here.

Final thoughts about fat loss: This is probably not the book for someone looking to lose 50-100 or more pounds. It's for someone who is probably 30 lbs. or less from goal and who has worked out before, who has a certain level of current fitness, and who is comfortable in the weight room. You need a certain level of independence and self motivation. Having these prerequisites, this book is a wonderful blueprint for getting to your goal, and you will lose that last fat in the process.

The only negative was a tiny bit of vagueness in figuring out the exercise routines. A blank workout sheet is in the book, or you can go to a website and print off a workout sheet, but I didn't like the setup of either of them so I used a spreadsheet program to create my own workout sheets. It took me a bit of time to figure out the Levels/workouts and precisely how they worked (a fully filled out sample would have been nice and would have cleared up this confusion). It's important to record every workout, the weights used, etc. as this is your record of progress. Since you are alternating between two workouts I think it would be difficult to remember what you did/what weights you used previously if you weren't writing it all down. The idea is to consistently challenge yourself with more and more weight (slowly, of course). At the end, it will be nice to see a record of how you got there!

If you are a relative newbie to exercise and are someone who needs to get your diet under control, doing Body for Life would be a very good way to get your diet under control and learn weightlifting basics. After that you might be ready for this program. - Weight Training - Fitness - Womens Fitness - Women'

Samsung Lcd - 32 inch lcd, samsung lcd

Picture Quality Performance: With 480i images we noted some jerky motion artifacts in the background of some scenes. However, I did not see much offensive negatives in the foreground and was very pleased with the detail offered in 480i. The processors did a very nice job. Color rendition was not oversaturated, if not sometimes a little muted.

With our Blu Ray set to 720p resolution to match the TVs resolution we were very impressed at the bright sharp images and intense color offered. The TV really has a lot of pop with HD material. We also did not note the negative background judder with HD material and this proved out with our HD HQV processor testing as well. Black levels were deep and occasionally oversaturated but not often enough to really be a strike against. Dark shadow detail was totally acceptable for a TV of this size and price range.

Off center viewing was average on this LCD TV with the contrast and black levels fading at around 35 degrees off angle - again not bad for this price range.

Calibration: Calibration through the menu was easy and the C350 did a nice job calibrating to near D6500K. There are advanced white balance controls included on this TV which is unusual for this price point. There are also many more advanced settings than I would have thought such as Black Tone, Dynamic Contrast, a Gamma setting, and a nifty Flesh Tone setting that will take the onscreen flesh tones from a yellowish to a pinkish appearance at your whim without changing the overall color appearance of the picture much.

As far as aesthetic considerations go, the LN32C350 has straightforward design and better than the other 32" models on the market except the LG's. You almost cant believe how light the TV is upon lifting it, a scant 15.7 pounds. The TV is 3.25" in depth and 8" with the stand. The included table stand is very light and inexpensive and the TV must be turned on its head and the table stand screwed on upside down to accomplish the assembly. It would be more convenient if Samsung would just include the stand already assembled on the TV, same as some other manufacturers. The table top stand does not swivel side to side. The 2" bezel framing of the TV is gloss black and non-spectacular but does contain a sloped design element at the bottom.

Audio Output: The two inbuilt 5 watt speakers barely get the job done. From 10 feet the user will need to keep the volume control at 75% of total capacity. The volume quality also is lacking with a tinny character and no base - but that's about all you can expect from 5 watt speakers.

It's rare that i'm so pleased with a purchase so I just had to write a review. After a very... very extensive search and looking at a lot of TV me and my GF just got this TV, it was our first big purchase together after moving in together. Simply put this tv has amazing picture quality for the price we paid. Also alot of people are complaining about the amount of inputs this TV has... but it's an HDTV, samsung isn't expecting you to connect your stuff to it with composite cables... what a waste! I bought an HDMI cable for our cable box and one for our xbox360 and now we can hook up both and enjoying amazing HD quality picture.

The one weakness of this TV is the sound is so weak! But all the TVs we looked at in this size/price range had weak sound so i guess that's just the way it is now as most manufactures expect it to be used with a home theater system. honestly tho, compared to the other TVs this sound quality sounds really good... it's not at all loud, but at least it sounds good.

I upgraded my bedroom tv to this Samsung HDTV. The picture and quality of a Samsung HDTV is outstanding. I had another brand of HDTV in there first, but with the new HD Receiver I purchased, I couldn't get a picture on it. I moved it to another room and with the Samsung I had no problem at all. I now have 3 Samsung LCD HDTV sets in my house, Living Room 52", bedroom 32" and 23" in dressing room. I couldn't be happier with my purchases of Samsung HDTV TV Sets.

I have had several people tell me that they have never seen a better picture on a HDTV than the ones I have.

This is my second 32inch Samsung purchase. My first was 6yrs ago and I paid $1450.00 for a 32" that has less features than this one at $329.00. So when the wife and I decided to get rid of the old CRT TV upstairs we jumped on this deal.

I was a little worried about the sound quality because of the reviews but the sound quality is excellent! It has 2 10watt speakers and a 5 band equalizer that comes with 5 presets and will allow you to set it up however you like. I honestly have no idea what people are talking about unless the volume coming out of their cable box is really low. I turn my volume output of the cable box all the way up, then turn on the TRU Surround sound and set the EQ to the movie preset. You wont need to turn the TV volume past 15.

The picture quality is fantastic and you have lots of adjustments you can make if needed. Mine was perfect right out of the box.

The USB port will allow you to view pictures & listen to mp3's and is controlled with the TV's remote.

It is super lightweight and takes only a few minutes to set up. I recommend you get an HDTV BOX with am HDMI output from your cable/satellite company. Comcast even included an HDMI cable at no charge.

Bottom Line: If your looking for a basic model HDTV that has a great picture & sound look no further. I know its only 720p but honestly the human eye cannot tell the difference between 1080p & 720p on sets that are less than 42inch's. My parents have a 32 inch 720p Samsung in their bedroom and a 52 inch 1080p Sony Bravia in the rec room and both of them agree that the Samsung has a better picture. In my opinion Samsung TV's have the best picture out there and amazon.com has worry free customer service. So what are you waiting for? - 1080p - 720p - 32 Inch Lcd - Samsung Lcd'
