This is a reasonably priced product that produces very good photos. I am happy with it, and it's a lot less expensive than buying smaller packs. I found that Canon photo papers work best with Canon printers, so I don't buy other brands anymore. Canon Photo Paper Glossy, 8.5 x 11 Inches, 100 Sheets (0775B024)

The mat paper prints extremely nicely, this glossy paper doesn't print quite as well and it's really thin (not much thicker than standard 20# paper, but glossy). I prefer a sturdier paper as this creases too easily when handling it (to trim photos). I think it's worth spending a little more and getting a paper that is more like commercial processed photos.

I had been using a cheaper photo paper to print photographs, so when I ran out of it, I bought this Canon paper from Amazon at a great price. Then I was pleasantly surprised at the HUGE improvement in the quality of my print with Canon. I would definitely buy this paper again.

I print and frame photos for myself and family, so this works great. you have to frame it almost right away, because it is thin and will bend easy. Also have to be careful loading it into the printer to not crease it. However 100 sheets for this price, you cant bitch. Photos come out great, like thicker paper Ive used before, just handle with care.

I've used Canon printers for years, and do a lot of photo 8.5" x 11" prints. My paper of choice has been Canon's matte photo paper (Canon Matte Photo Paper, 8.5 x 11 Inches, 50 Sheets (7981A004)), because it is fairly economical, and produces good results. The matte paper does seem to absorb a lot of ink, so I decided to try Canon's glossy photo paper, which seemed to be getting rave reviews here at Amazon.



The results using my year old Canon iP4600 printer, and non-Canon ink cartridges are outstanding. Colors look accurate, and are not too saturated, with the glossy finish being comparable to a real photograph. The paper is thicker and stiffer than I expected it to be, which is a good thing as you don't have to be super careful, to avoid bending the print. And the glossy surface of the print is not prone to picking up fingerprints, like a real photograph.



At somewhere in the 18 to 22 cent per print range, this paper is very affordable for those that make a lot of prints. My impression is that ink consumption is something less, than for a similar print using matte paper. If this is true, then that is another benefit. How long the prints will last, is an important question I can't answer at this time. Assuming prints are not exposed to direct sunlight or harsh lighting, hopefully they will not degrade or discolor for several years.



As an avid photographer who does fair amount of printing, I highly recommend this photo paper. Canon's matte paper is great as well, and roughly the same cost. Matte or glossy, Canon has my needs covered.

I'm using this paper with a Canon iP4700 printer. Granted, the paper is thinner than other brands, but I find this means easier, cleaner cuts. Even more, as I like to make colleagues, (putting a tacky spray on the back of the photos to allow for a smooth, ripple-free mounting,) this thin paper makes for excellent, seam-free, nearly invisible joinings. So, people doing photo crafts might wish to consider the handling benefits of this paper over thicker brands?



What impressed me more is the color! Yes, I'm using Canon inks as well! To appreciate the color difference, understand that I enjoy playing with light and shadow. I'd printed a number of photos on different paper (using this same printer and inks) but the shadow was so overwhelming that it actually muted entire features into darkness. To manipulate the brightness to bring these hidden features forth, would mean that the rest of the face would look washed out. I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place.



Reprinting those same photos on Canon glossy paper captured the features in shadow without lessening the warm flesh tones that are in the light. Who knew? I was impressed!



Now, I'm not a professional photographer - this is just a hobby to me. And, I'm sure $2.00 to $3.00 a sheet paper will certainly produce far better quality than this paper. But, for the money, I like the results.



Oh, and another feature I didn't factor in originally, but have since learned, "Hey, it happens!" Misprints - we all make mistakes. They won't hurt as much if it's this economical paper you're wasting.



I'm giving Canon glossy paper five stars simply because it hasn't disappointed me in any way.

papers I have tried in my printer. The area that particularly shines is the skin tones. They come through

This product is great and is highly effective. I have worked in pharmacy for 3 years and have seen people spend a lot of money on prescription acne treatments that basically do the same thing but only cost more, especially if you dont have insurance. This strength of Benzoyl Peroxide used to be RX only, but now is over the counter. It is rather strong and I do suggest that you follow the instructions on the package, especially if you have sensitive skin, to "ease into it", even if you are tempted to put it on 2-3 times a day at the very beginning. It may cause your skin to become very dry and flaky, somewhat ruining the benefits. Overtime though, many people's skin gets used to it and then you can increase the application as neeed.

As other people have mentioned this product does say that it is a gel, but in fact is a white cream and does leave some residue on the skin. The good news is that Clean & Clear has just come out with the same product as this in a clear gel!! I saw it the other day at a Walgreens!

One thing I do have to say though, is that someone previous to me, mentioned that this product is the same as the RX product ClidaGel, which is not true. ClindaGel contain benzoyl Peroxide, but it alos contains clindamycin which is another acne fighting engredient. I just thought that I should mention that in case anyone reading this uses ClindaGel.

If you need to get rid of a zit fast, then this is the best out there, in my experience.



I put this on any zit (or blackhead trying to become a zit) that I spy before bed, and it knocks that sucker out. It does make my skin peel a tad, and it will probably do the same to you, so be careful not to overuse. Also, make sure you use a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer as well if your skin is really sensitive.



EDIT: Something else that's great: This product caused old acne scars on my chin to fade very quickly. Acne scars are the worst because even if the zit goes away it looks like you still have it! So this product is great for that as well.



SECOND EDIT: I wrote this review several years ago. I'm now 29 and this product doesn't work the same for me as it used to. So your experience with it may vary depending on how old you are. When I was younger, it was the best! Now that I'm older, I find products with tea tree oil work better for me. Also: beware, this product will bleach any fabric it comes in contact with.

I have thin, oily skin and used to have pimples ravaging my nose and cheeks. This product has cured my acne without aggravating my skin. I've tried every (pricey) spot treatment under the sun, from Neutrogena to Clarins to DDF, and this product is one of the better ones.



Unfortunately, this product is **NOT A GEL** as advertised! It is a white cream that can leave splotches as it dries. I usually apply this after moisturizing so I don't get splotches anyway, but this is something that buyers should know: the packaging is truly misleading.

This stuff is amazing! I think I've tried almost every product out there, including prescriptions, and Persagel gave me clear skin in only a few weeks, and has kept it clear for months! I find the best routine is to clean your skin with a mild soap at night and apply a thin layer all over (it really helps prevent). In the morning, clean it off and apply moisturizer, something with SPF is best, as this medication will make your skin extremely sensitive to the sun. Do watch for bleaching though, I've ruined quite a few towels with this stuff!

This product works great. I've been using benzoyl peroxide - based over - the - counter acne treatments for at least 30 years and I'm ordering some more right now. But there is a caution that I should remember, but I recently forgot. Benzoyl peroxide is a bleach (they even use it in Asia to bleach flour, just check the label on your Ramen package). It can bleach literally anything. Recently I ruined a new set of expensive sheets and pillow cases, and left a bleached spot on my new comforter. So now I bought a nice set of white sheets and am trying to find a more color fast duvet cover.



I've also figured out what the small white spots in the carpet are. I've bleached out places in the carpet where I figure the residual on my fingers touched it. (I tend to put the benzoyl on as a final thing after the evening shower while at the bath room sink and in the past I generally haven't washed off the residual on my fingers.) I've determined I was picking something off the carpet or I sat down, using my hand to brace me. Poly/cotton blends seem to be more resistant to benzoyl peroxide than 100% cotton. Although completely man - made blends in the carpet have been bleached. So I'm not sure there is a hard and fast rule.



This would be good for parents to know and to enforce a 'hand washing' rule after use. Or just keep in mind when you find that really nice set of colorful sheets at Overstock.

I rarely review products, but just had to throw out my kudos to this product. I am a 29 female and have suffered with acne for 15+ years. It never seemed to get any better, despite expensive prescriptions. Most of my breakouts were around my jawline and hairline, although no part of my face could really escape it! For the last two years I have been trying to combat my acne with an expensive combination of antibiotics + birth control + salicylic face wash + aczone ($$!) and retin-a. Nothing cleared my breakouts.



Thank goodness for my love of amazon and everyone who has used this product and written their reviews! I decided to give persa-gel a shot and with a $5 price tag, I had nothing to lose.



The results are nothing short of AMAZING!! Persa-gel IMMEDIATELY cleared my breakouts, and has prevented new acne. The first day or two my skin was a little flakey in some spots, but after that no problems. I have been using this for about 2-3 weeks and have had ZERO new breakouts. I can run my hands along my face and my face feels smooth (and I can't feel ANY small bumps or clogged pores under the surface!!). I even used this on a small/picked at sore near my hairline that didn't seem to improve after a week or two. I used persa-gel on it and it IMMEDIATELY began to dry up and heal. REMARKABLE! As someone who picks at their skin too much (guilty), I love that this product almost seemed to HEAL my skin. I love that this product dries out acne, but doesn't make my skin flakey. Plus it rubs right in clear and very little product is needed.



I am so impressed with this product and recommend it to anyone to try. I am throwing out all my expensive prescriptions since I have found a new SOLUTION:



Morning:

Wash with Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask with Clarisonic Brush

Use Neutrogena Clear Pore Toner applied with cotton pad

Moisturize with Olay Total Effects moisturizer

Only on occasionally I use persa-gel as a spot treatment on any existing breakouts before makeup (Bare Minerals)



Night:

Wash with Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask with Clarisonic Brush

Use Neutrogena Clear Pore Toner applied with cotton pad

Moisturize with Olay Total Effects Night Firming cream (allow to absorb for 5-15 minutes)

Apply small amount of persa-gel to entire face, concentrating on breakout areas (rub in a small drop on problem areas)



Also taking Zinc (50 mg) + Copper (2.5 mg) nightly



*If you use moisturizer in conjunction with persa-gel, I advise using moisturizer PRIOR to persa-gel and allowing it to absorb for 5-15 minutes first. The skirt was even pinker than I expected. When they say "Hot Pink" they mean it. The picture doesn't do the color justice. It's beautiful. The coins provide just the right amount of jingle too. It's a little smaller than I was expecting, but I'll make it work as long as I don't gain any weight in my hips :) I'm really REALLY satisfied with the quality and workmanship in this product. We were very pleased with the skirts! It came just in time and the bright red and black with gold coins were excellent! I highly recommend this skirt to anyone who is wanting to buy it but don't want to spend a ton.

I bought this skirt for Halloween and I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality. There were a lot more coins on the skirt than I expected. The material is a little flimsy, but I expected that since it was so inexpensive. I received nothing but compliments from friends and complete strangers. Shipping was quick and customer service was great.

This is a great, light and attractive skirt. I saw one similar in an Indian shop for $35. It has 3 layers of coins and coins at the tie ends. It has a thinner nylon material than the purple, handmade skirt but it is lighter in weight. The red color is bright but not ugly. I have not washed the skirt as yet so I cannot comment on fading or wear and tear. I gave this item 4 stars because of the shipping costs! Designed by Cooper Union engineering students who proved it was the most efficient way to chill beverages, the Cooper Cooler never fails to fascinate those guests who turn up at your barbecue with warm beer, wine, or soda. Happily, it also never fails to chill your potables to the core. Be warned, however, that you will consume a lot of ice in the process. (Since this device does not actually perform any refrigeration, you provide a mixture of water and ice which it cascades over the spinning container. The ice melts completely after only a few chilled cans, or one bottle of wine.)



Another caveat, which may not have mattered to those in the engineering lab, is that this thing is hell on paper labels, what with the constant water, and the traction from the rubber wheels. You may then choose not to spin the bottle, but it will take approximately twice as long to chill your beverage.

Good news: It worked as advertised. OK, maybe we left a can of soda in there a bit longer than instructed to get it really, really cold.



Bad news: When I went to demonstrate this gift to my mother -- the birthday gift recipient -- I brought with me a bottle of the white wine we were going to serve at my upcoming wedding. When I put the bottle in, it would not rotate because it sort of wedged into the device. I.e. the Cooper Cooler will not accomodate all wine bottles.



I am no wine drinker, but, as far as I know, there was nothing unusual about that bottle of white. It, like many other wine bottles I see on the shelves, was of the slightly more "stout" design. Is there a standard wine bottle size diameter-wise?



So here's the rub. If you know which bottles are the "standard" ones and those are the ones you want to chill, this will work. If you want to chill wines that come in bottles (only slightly) wider than that standard, they will probably not fit.



And forget chilling Champagne. They make no claim that you can chill Champagne and rightly so.



Other observations: This does use up ice. If you're chilling a bottle or two for dinner guests, don't worry about it. It's not overwhelming.



But if you think you're going to chill a case of beer during poker night, get a bag or two of ice cubes. Of course, if you're going to the liquor store for ice, why not just buy a cold case of beer while you're there instead?!



It takes up a bit of space on the counter, so you will have to store it somewhere when it's not in use.



It's not seriously noisy, but it is pumping water and spraying that water on a bottle that it is spinning. It is not a silent process.



You'll probably get some water on the counter, but not because it leaks. It's just that you're handling ice, water and a wet bottle. It's actually pretty splash-proof if you do it correctly.



I returned it, but not because it didn't work. We just found that it was kind of useless if my mother had to pick her wine based on the bottle size or otherwise own a chiller that MAY accommodate the evening's white wine choice.

I live in a college house with three other people and friends coming in and out. Our refrigerator is a sort of no-mans-land. Anytime you put any sort of beverage, Coke, Water, and especially Beer in it, you expect it to be drunk before you get back to it.



I was skeptical of this device. But low and behold, it works EXACTLY as advertised. We have an icemaker in the freezer so the concerns for ice are not a problem at all. It literally makes a warm beer cold in 1 minute and will get it frosty in 1 1/2 minutes.



Finally - a 'cold microwave.' I highly recommend this bad boy.

After a year of using this wine chiller, it still amazes me how wonderful it is. It's a must have for anybody who has wine drinking friends that just drop by. The motionless option is great for drinkers of fine unfiltered beers, who don't want to stir up the sediment.



The only downside to this machine is when in operation, it has a tendancy to splash water out of the front. This isn't anythig that a dish towel drapped over the front can't take care of, just a minor inconvenience.

I love this item solely for the fact that if I have a warm drink of nearly any kind I can chill it in a matter of minutes. That having been said its drawbacks have just caused me to start keeping more things in the fridge.



Problems:

It's loud, generally from the noise of the bottle or can spinning but even the pump and water when used in the "no-spin" mode can be a bit annoying.



You have to fill it with ice, for how much the thing costs I don't want to fill it with ice! I just want to plug it in and go! That may not seem annoying but do it a few times and don't forget to empty the water and you'll see.



Overall if you need to chill things quickly (and I mean quickly) this will do the trick but don't expect it to be quiet or very convenient.

This machine works well. I am not sure if user malfunction did not lead to others complaints of bottles not fitting because I have never had a problem. The majority of bottles we chill are champagne and they have a very large base and the machine has always accommodated them. Also it chills them perfectly in a few minutes. We also use it to chill bottle of water before we go to the gym. I have no complaints about this product and would highly suggest it.

i think is very convinient and comes in handy when people just drop by, you can serve wine very quick. its a little messy

when it start chilling wine bottles but once it goes don't worry about it.

suggest put a towel under it just for the start up.

This turned out to be a really great bottle (and can) chiller. Often times, with my large family, something runs out, or something isn't cold when it needs to be and we found this item does exactly the job! It works as advertised, and well worth the expense. We told all our friends and family about it. It's a little messy with water when chilling a large bottle (wine for example, if the spin is on) and the label get destroyed in the process - but those are items that don't matter to us. If you find a frequent need to chill any item down fast, this does it. No one in our family believed it, and everyone had to try it (to prove it) and sure enough, it does exactly that, and quickly. We love our little Cooper Cooler!'

I received this bike for a Christmas present. I had asked for it specifically after reading favorable reviews. (and, of course, based on the price!) It was pleasantly easy for my husband and I to put together and I jumped on it right away. The bike is quiet, the seat adjusts from very high to very low, even lower than what I need (I am 5'2"), and it feels sturdy. The battery powered screen has a place for your pulse, calories burned, time, miles, and speed. This bike is quiet enough to sit and watch tv while riding and you can hear your show just fine. My butt did get a little sore from the seat, but I got used to it. The bike is easy to move around with the wheels, however it does stay in place once you put it down. I recommend to anyone looking for an affordable exercise bike. Stamina 5325 Magnetic Resistance Upright Exercise Bike

First - all these consumer bikes are made by the same company in China and branded. I've had 7 in the past 10 years from different companies. Reebok, Stamina, Sports Authority house brand, Target... it doesn't matter. They're all the same basic construction, come with the same little shrink wrapped tools, the front and back supports go on the same; I can put these together in my sleep. You can even interchange the parts. The only difference are the computers.



They will all die in 1-2 years if you use them every day.



I use mine 20 miles a day - it doesn't matter if it's a $150 model or a $700 model, they die in under two years. Pulse monitor? Rusts out or breaks in ~4 months. Straps on the pedals? Break in 3-9 months. Plastic drive belt? Minor damage in 6-9 months, fatal damage in 12-24 months that requires replacement, since you can't fix them. These things even come with a warning that if you actually try to use them seriously you could suffer 'severe injury or fatality.' They're cheap consumer crap and they expect you to stop using it and turn it into a clothes rack.



So you might as well get a cheap one with good features and expect to replace it. This one works well enough and is quite quiet, but is lacking several features you'd expect for a $200 model (and I should have checked for first):

* Worst of all, no pedal straps. If your foot ever slips, the pedal goes upside down and you need to come to a halt and resync. After one night of this I just took the pedals I saved off my old ones and used them instead.

* You can't see your speed and distance at the same time.

* The timeout before the computer resets everything if you don't pedal is quite short compared to other models. Need to rush to the kitchen or computer or phone? Better hurry, or at least remember how far you'd gone.

* No drink holder. A little thing, but you'll need something else for your water bottle.

* The base is on the narrow side (there seem to be two common sizes), so if you get serious it rocks from side to side a bit compared to the wider ones.

* If you're 6'(I am) or over, the seat adjusts fine, but the handlebars are then very low. The configuration pictured is for a midget or child.



So this will work for a year till it breaks, but I've had a $150 model from Sports Authority that was much better, and next time I'll remember again what to look for.

I needed a stationary bike after a total knee replacement surgery. Decided on this item due to v.good reviews it received on amazon.com. Received the bike in beginning of Dec.'09 and I love it. It works for me well. It's well designed and built. Manual is clearly written and there shouldn't be any problem(s) with assembling this bike.

I purchased this bike cause I needed a heady duty one (handles up to 300lb body weight) and one that just plain works well with a basic electronic console. The instructions are easy to understand, the console has 6 programs, calorie counter, heart rate monitor, speed and distance and elapsed time. There are 8 resistance levels as well. The bike is solid and built very well and I am impressed since it is a $200 bike but seems built like a $400 one.



I recommend this bike to anyone who wants a well constructed, very very quiet and basic bike that works as it should.

After opening the box, the number of bolts, washers and screws were less than described in the manual. I called customer service and they responded that some assembly is already done and that's why there aren't as many as shown in the manual. So I put the bike together and it was fairly simple. Only one washer didn't match (regular washer versus curved) ... that didn't really matter, it worked.



The performance of the bike is everything I expected it to be. Very quiet which I love! The resistance levels provide a good workout. Note the programs that come with it are more geared toward how fast you are pedaling and it does not control the resistance. You control the resistance with the knob. This is a good product for the price.

I purchased this bike based on price range and reviews. The other reviews were dead on and I'm very grateful for their input. The bike was easy to put together and is very quiet. It's nice and sturdy for both me and my husband. I'm very happy with my purchase. It was exactly as advertised.

The Stamina 5325 does what any exercise/stationary bike should do. I am 6'/255lbs and while I feel this bike holds/supports me no problem, it is a bit wobbly if I ride at a faster pace. Nothing that I worry about, but does concern me for the length of the life of the bike. My wife is much smaller and has no issues. We both agree the seat is fine, but not overly comfortable. Height adjustment is excellent.



My other minor gripes, you have to put it together(which I knew), but it was about 30 minutes of work. It was not necessarily difficult, but there were some steps that were "tricky"(getting the resistance adjuster cord to connect). The peddles are slightly small, and at higher rates tend to flip on you, and they are not double sided, nor do they have straps or a place to attach straps. Also, I was comparing to less expensive bikes, and I am not sure how you can get much cheaper and still feel like you got a quality product. I bought this bike wanting something to give me a good work out, and I feel it does that, but some of the assembly did not make me feel like it was the strongest construction. You are paying a little more for the heart rate monitor, which does seem to work, but I don't use all that much. With that being said, at the $200 price point, I WOULD buy this bike again. I know if sounds like I am complaining a lot, but I am just providing information that I did not see people mention in previous reviews.



If you have a little more money to spend, I would see what an extra 50-100 can get you in features and quality, but I feel that this bike is what you paid for... This is a very nicely built television.



Plenty of hookups, which were easy to reach.



The Anyconnect (which allows one device to control another like Sony's Bravia, but for Samsung) works well. It's nothing super, but it works.



You can save favorite channels, easily and quickly switch to other inputs, play mp3s and jpgs via USB, ... ya know, all that stuff that you expect from a very nice TV. It's not going to surprise you much. The video didn't need any adjustment for me, out of the box, but there were a lot of options for tweaking it.



Audio was average, not impressive, but I'm used to a nice surround system (which I promptly hooked up). One reason Anyconnect is nice is that I can have the TV output over the surround sound (an Anyconnect system) very easily.



Oh, and the dang stand swivels. It's a heavy-ish stand, too. Another commenter had a problem 'drilling' the stand, but I found this wasn't an issue. I found the build quality to be the best I've ever seen on a TV.



The picture, though, of course, is what matters most. And this TV has an amazing picture. Clear and beautiful. The colors stand out, the contrast is strong, the blacks look black.



The statistic that is weak on this TV is its slow refresh rate (the 60hz). I actually prefer this TV over ones that have a higher refresh rate. Movies look more like the cinema this way. In fact, many movies are shown in theater at merely 24 hz. Have you ever noticed that a movie or TV show looks subtly like a camcorder, behind the scenes tape, or a Soup Opera? This effect is often the result of a high refresh rate, and it reduces the mental blur from frame to frame. I suspect newer TVs actually let you reduce the refresh rate, because many find a high refresh to be less appealing. But this way I get a cheaper TV that I think actually looks much better. Before you spend hundreds more on a 2D set with extremely high refresh rate, test it out and see what you like better. Make sure the media actually supports the high refresh rate. You may find this cheaper set is as good, or perhaps better if you're like me.

Oh my, this is a beautiful TV. This TV is the first LCD HD TV I've ever bought. I've been watching a 10 yr old JVC CRT set that has served me well. However, it's only 30" and I wanted a larger screen.



I was hesitant to buy an LCD TV since my old CRT is still putting out the sharpest picture around. But after getting the Samsung 46" and hooking it to my cable HD box I can say that I don't regret the purchase. I'm blown away at the quality of the picture.



I also bought a Samsung Blu-Ray player and the quality of movies are unbelievable. I'm sorry I waited until now to go HD.



I highly recommend this TV.



One month update: I was a bit concerned with this TV being only 60Hz since I watch a lot of sports but I have not had any problems at all. Just recently watched almost every match of the World Cup and had no problems whatsoever with blurring or anything. NASCAR is beautiful on this set.

I've had this TV for a month.



I have a PS2, PS3, PC and DirecTV connected to it.



The audio isn't great, but just slightly below average for a TV. The speakers facing downward make for a very clean look, but sound is just a bit spacey, but very clear. I have a home theater setup and didn't expect much out of the built in speakers. I was looking for a high quality 46 inch LCD monitor and that is what I got.



As far as gaming lag, nonexistent.



The picture quality is excellent. If you use Eco mode, brightness has to be adjusted up to make up the difference, otherwise the picture is just a bit too dark.



With the backlight set to 8, the brightness set to 42 colors pop and blacks are black. It is a tad bright when watching at night with all the lights off, but Eco mode takes care of this. In Eco mode, brightness set to 10 is comparable to 8 without Eco mode.



I did turn off the digital noise remover and edge enhancement, the MP4 noise filter is still enabled. With everything set default the picture was a little too smooth.



We've watched HD movies and played a lot of games at 1920x1080, perfect performance and picture.



I've recommended this TV to my friends. Thoroughly enjoyed this purchase.

The black Friday price point ($700.00) is what pulled me in. Great TV in this price range. The only issue I have with it is the motion strobe. This is my second HD LCD purchase. My first was a 40 inch Sony Bravia (also 60hz). My experience with that TV was the motion blur was barely noticeable, so when I bought the Samsung, I expected a similar experience. This is not the case. The blue is REALLY noticeable and can be quite distracting depending on the program or source. Blu-rays and DVD's don't give me the problem to the same degree as watching Direct TV. That said, at the end of the day, the screen size/image quality at this price point balances everything out and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

For $784 you can't do any better then this TV. Free shipping, no interest financing and no tax. Picture wise; in comparison to my previous Samsung TV (Plasma) for which I paid $1,200 3 years ago it's slightly better. In comparison to other cheaper LCDs such as the Insignia from Best Buy this wins hands down. Blacks are actually black unlike on other cheaper LCDs where they appear to be gray. The automatic "real time" brightness adjustment helps out too when the light changes. I have this TV hooked up to my PS3 for Blu-Ray playback as well as gaming. Furthermore, I used the PC input to hook up my computer; I am extremely happy that, unlike my previous TV it maintains the 16:9 aspect ratio without stretching the screen (before I had to use DVI to HDMI to maintain the aspect ratio using up one of the HDMIs where now I can use the analog [VGA] and it works flawlessly). - Lcd Hdtv - 46 Inch - 1080p - Samsung'

The surface of the Finis swim diaper is 100% polyester and supposedly chlorine-resistant. The 100% nylon lining does a good job keeping urine in, but we don't know yet whether a BM will be contained well. Hopefully that'll never happen, though.



Here are the different sizes and corresponding age and weight ranges (taken from the packaging):



Small: 3-6 mos, 9-15 lbs.

Medium: 6-12 mos, 12-22 lbs.

Large: 12-18 mos, 22-28 lbs.

XLarge: 18-24 mos, 28-33 lbs.

XXLarge: 24-30 mos, 33-38 lbs.

3T: 36 mos, 34-41 lbs.

4T: 48 mos, 38-45 lbs.

I did order 1 weight category more than my sons current weight because he was right on the edge the diaper fit him great when we got it. as many ppl have already said it is not meant to be absorbent nor is it supposed to hold poo in for long periods while in the water. I put the diaper on my son at the pool right before we enter the water and then change him back to a regular diaper before leaving the pool. My son has not yet pooed in the diaper and hopefully never will but it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a second diaper so you can immediately change the diaper after you have a poop one because like it or not the water will start to break the poop down and it will eventually leak.(that will happen with any swim diaper cloth or disposable). I gave this diaper a 4out of 5 instead of a 5 beacuse it would be nice to have detachable side for easier changes. but the price, fit, and functionality are all great.

In an effort to create less trash, I decided to buy reusable swim diapers. I used these most of the summer and loved them. I knew a poop in one of these would be bad, but I had no idea. I avoided it at all costs by using a disposable swim diaper before my son "did his business" and these reusable ones after. Sadly, this system failed me miserably and I was left with the MOST disgusting poop-mess known to all. And yes, I've seen a lot of poop. You cannot detach the sides (as you can with a disposable swim diaper), therefore your only course of action is to pull it, along with all of the poop, down your child's legs. I went through my entire container of wipes along with my friend's trying to clean the poop off myself and my child. This diaper went promptly into the trash. I've switched back to disposable swim-diapers and I'm never going back (unless I find a reusable swim-diaper that detaches on both sides of the leg). BEWARE!

These fit and look nice. I ordered a size bigger than needed thinking that they may run small but they don't. They also wash well. Definately worth the price...and so much cuter than the disposable swim diapers!

We had previously used a swim diaper from Walmart - got them at the beginning of the summer and since my son has grown and they are too tight on his thighs. Got this a few weeks ago. Ordered a Large - he is 2 and weighs 25 lbs. He's on the thinner side and the large fits perfectly. For the first time ever he pooped last week. These held it all in perfectly! We didn't even know til we took off his trunks and saw the discoloration in the swim diaper. Did what it was supposed to do and we are pleased. Good price too. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because as many reviewers have said and as I experienced, it isn't really true to size, you have to just go by your kids weight instead of age.

We have had one of these for a month now and our son loves wearing it, which is half the battle. He hasn't pooped in it, so I can't vouch for it's worthiness, but it seems like it would do the job. He is pretty well potty trained, but we don't want to take any chances.



We had to return our first purchase because it was too small. Our son is 3, but he is only 26 pounds and quite slim. The XL did not fit at all; it was much too small and uncomfortable for him. The XXL is doing the job well. We are buying another for his brother.

We've used this swim diaper in XL (rated 28-33 lbs on the packaging) on my 17m old son daily for the last couple of weeks.



The Function: As another reviewer noted, swim diapers are purchased by weight range, not by age. Thought I'd also note for anyone buying a swim diaper for the first time (that was me, last year) that swim diapers, cloth or disposable, aren't meant to be absorbent in the normal diaper sense: They are meant to a liner with a semi-plasticized outer which fit quite tight on the legs and waist so that any released BM is contained. The caretaker is supposed to get the child out of the water pretty quickly at that point for a quick change. As a note, this diaper does dry quickly, even when the relative humidity is quite high.



The Fit: My son is tall and slim: 35" tall, weighs 27lbs. I'm happy with the fit of the XL (rated 28-33 lbs on the packaging, 26-33lbs on the tag inside the diaper), and for once, he may be able to use it for the entire summer swim season. The legs and waist are still fairly snug but I'm not sure how much they would "contain" if a loose BM was deposited in them but he, of course, is slightly under the recommended weight range, according to the packaging. Interestingly enough, the tag inside the diaper itself says 26-33lbs, but I would say a 28lb start weight range is more accurate, and would following the packaging. Similar to other swim diapers we've used, I would expect that this diaper will be tighter and tighter on the legs and waist as the child goes up towards the end of the weight range. So in short, my assessment is that the XL fits true to size, and I'm suggesting that the 30-33lb child might find this diaper fits tightly enough for containment, and the lighter end of the weight range child might not have the most protection.... In any case, we don't expect to experience this diaper under actual `battle conditions', my son is kinda particular about where he goes, and we're using it under a toddler wetsuit, so we have a second layer of containment. I'll update once we've been using the diaper for another little while.



We have the "Blue Octopus" design and it is very cute. My son seems to enjoy wearing it (well, he doesn't object, and based on his response seems to know he's going swimming shortly). I didn't notice any chafing or irritation with it, and he would wear it for about 1.5 hours a day (we think he might be part fish). We're okay with it not having a side opening mechanism (although I would expect that a side opening would definitely be a desirable feature if the diaper were soiled....). Diaper peels off of him ok once wet. We've even put it on him damp, and it wasn't that difficult to pull onto his legs. In short, we're happy with it even though he's slightly under the weight range, and I'm considering getting him another one for the summer swim season.'
