I've looked all over the place for a good set of snap ring pliers. These two items filled the bill. They are well made and the aluminum anodized tips are surprisingly strong. If you've looked like me you'll see how hard it is to find this type of tool for serious work. Most of the auto stores have a small set for 7 or 8 bucks which cannot compare to this set. I use them to take turbos apart and I need a set that will handle 3-4 inch snap rings and these fill the bill. The only down side is these are made with un-coated steel and will rust if not treated with WD-40 or something similar after use.
