It's a basic tool roll-up. The one thing I don't find so good are the three end pockets. They just don't secure that well when you put stuff in them, and I fear that stuff will fall out. Would have been better if the pocket flaps were made out of elastic material with velcro across the whole width, thus allowing them to stretch and hold the stuff in better when the thing is rolled up.
Another thing I'd change/add would perhaps be velcro loops or tied downs down the center line. This way, when you have longer tools, you could secure them better. This is a missing feature of ALL the tool roll-ups out there, not just this product.
Overall, I'm happy I got it, and will continue to use it. It's fine value for the price. However, the industrial sewing machine is coming out and I'm modifying it a bit to be the way I want it. Arsenal 5870 Tool Roll-Up
I got this tool roll to help me organize tools for my work. I travel a lot and wanted a better way to organize various hand tools besides just throwing them in a tool bag. The roll has a good variety of pocket sizes. The narrowest pocket is just large enough for a sharpie marker.
I have found that you need to be careful about which tools are placed near the end of the roll section. If the fit is to loose the tool might fall out when you pick the bag up by the handle. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the materials and the construction and the buckles are very quick to use. Good deal for the price and it makes it very easy to see if any tools are missing when I pack up at the end of the job. Might be buying some more of these for use around the home.
This little pouch has all the room you'll ever need for small tools. I use it for piano tuning tools. It has many small pouches for rubber mutes, stick mutes, tuning forks, etc.
And it all rolls up in a small easy to carry package!!!
This is nice, although the sizes they chose to make the pockets seems a little arbitrary, but that depends on what you are trying to put in it. I filled it with screwdrivers and some small pliers. Build quality is high, and it rolls up well. Nothing falls out for me. I need a bigger toolbox to put this in though, since it is a bit bulky.
I've got two of these, one holds mostly hammer drill bits, the other a variety of tools. Although I also carry tool bags ~ one for rock shaping tools, one for everything else ~ these really help keep things neat and easily accessible.
The locking buckles are great, and the quality of the material and construction is excellent.
I didn't realize when I ordered this how many tools it would hold... A pleasant surprise! Well made, a great value, and a great way to keep tools together and organized. It should last most casual mechanics a lifetime.
i was looking for a tool roll to keep in my car for emergencies. after looking around i decided on this one. i'm very happy with it. i like that it has velcro pockets on the top to hold sockets. this was exactly what i was looking for. no its not going to hold a whole toolbox of tools, but for a quick set for a car/motorcycle i think its great. - Computer Repair - Pouch - Tools - Gunsmith'
