My husband bough me this product last year when I had pain in my lower pack but I decide to go to the choropractor instead, got better and forgot about it.
I was having pain again after lifting a lot of weigth in a Soup Kitchen near by and was suffering for 4 days ,using heating pads,sports gel and ligth pain medication. Sleeping(lying) was terrible and sitting also and I getting ready to call my chiropractor again( I was trying to avoid the $$$ deductible)when I decide to use the 'system' my hubby got me last year.
First I was surprised buy the little 'shocks' but I'm used to them at the chiro, so I kep on doing and my pain is g-o-n-e... My friends could not beleive the diference in me. From the pain I had at 1:00pm and me at dinner. I just wish I had given it a try before, could have save a lot of agrivation. Thank you for whomever put this product in the market. I have had this tens belt for a couple of months and use it 2-3 times per week for relief of lower back stiffness and pain. Particularly after hi-intensity intervals on a Nordic Track machine, my back (3 herniated discs verified by MRI) tends to stiffen. When I use the tens I don't need to take ibuprofen and/or muscle relaxers. Quality is good and I am still on the first set of pads. If you have chronic lower back pain I'd recommend you swallow hard (on the price) and purchase this item. I rated 4 stars because I believe it should be priced in the $40-$50 range.'
