This is a really cute hat that we got for our little 4 year old friend. The lights flash realy bright blue and green, cool for night time, but really bright. Overall its cute and fun. Inside the hat are thin covered wires that attach to the lights...in the long run these will probably be pulled out by a 4 year old, but fun in the mean time. Interesting mix of princess and cowgirl. This is very cute. It's made for kids but fit me. Probably would work for most adults with small heads. I wore it as part of a costume and it was a big hit. The blinking lights really made it stand out!
This is a cute idea but it's cheaply made. The edging began coming off as soon as we took it out of the box. I don't recommend this for small children because of the lighting unit under the hat. We put duct tape over it so that our 3 yr old wouldn't mess with the wires. - Costume - Girls - Hats - Cowgirl'
