Water Cooling - water cooling, cpu coolers

Pros:

Water, quiet with Asus Q-fan, de-clutters case, it's from Corsair and a 2 year warranty (pump goes, they'll replace the unit).

Cons:

Price, bought this on Amazon, and it was still $100+ and tax, but it's that expensive plus some everywhere.

Maybe the size, but the air coolers that beat it are insanely huge and heavy and leave all that hot air in your case.

Kind of vague instructions but I did read/ watch many reviews which helped with installation.

This keeps my system and CPU really cool, I installed it to exhaust air as I have 2 GTX 260s in SLI and they really warm up the case (Antec P-160). With this installed my case temps dropped by over 20 F. My 1055T is right above ambient at idle even with OC and never gets over 120 F with SETI, Rosetta and Folding@home. I have Asus Q control set to performance and you can't really hear this even when running at 1900 rpm. Despite what the other posts say, this is quiet compared to all the other noise makers in my case. Between the SLI video cards and my front 120mm, side 170mm, the hard drives and the fan in my room, you can't hear it even at 1900 rpm. Not to mention you should be listening to music, gaming or something anyway. This also gives me so much more room in the case. If your going for a silent PC, this isn't for you.

The room this freed up is great and the case airflow is significantly improved. No more reaching under a monster air cooler to add ram or hook up fan leads, this occupies the back of the case leaving the middle and front clear.

If you can't read the specs from Corsair's site take a 120mm fan, put it 4" from the back of the case and see if anything is in the way and you'll know if it will fit. Install the radiator before you install the pump, you won't have to find a safe spot for all of that weight while tightening down the pump/heatsink. This is easier than people make it sound, put the 1st fan on the radiator with supplied screws then mount the 2nd to the case loosely with a few screws, line it up and get one started and then do the other 3.

Install it in exhaust mode, all of the reviews and my personal experience say that it cools much more effectively that way, hot air OUT, it's simple.

Read the specs! Read site reviews! Use a tape measure to make sure it will fit, I have a mid tower, no problems with clearance, but I checked first! Corsair Hydro Series H70 High Performance CPU Cooler CWCH70

I received and installed this H70 a couple days ago. I live in the tropics, with no air conditioning, so environmental temperature is usually around 30 C. When my comp was working hard with some games, it easily hit 60 and even 70C. So obviously I needed a good cooling solution.

Pros:

Modular design that will fit all major Intel/AMD socket types with ease.

Fairly simple installation.

Clear installation instructions.

Cons:

****The H70 might be too big for your current case****

Tubing to and from the radiator is not very flexible, limiting your possible configurations.

Difficulty installing the heavy radiator in between two fans then mounting on the case, all with one screw.

Firstly you MUST make sure that your case is big enough for this device. The 12 cm fan is too big for smaller tower cases, as I found out too late. Fortunately I had an older spare case lying around.

Secondly, you must be confident enough to take apart a computer and put it back together again, since you will need to mount a bracket UNDERNEATH the motherboard. While Corsair sells a case with an access hatch for this, usually a "standard" cheap computer case will not. Therefore you will have to disconnect the power supply, drives, and memory, unscrew the motherboard from the case and take it out, remove the standard CPU fan without damaging the CPU, mount a bracket (supplied) underneath, clean the old thermal paste, reinstall and reconnect the motherboard, power supply, memory and drives.

If you don't know how to do this, or are afraid to do this, get someone who knows what they are doing to help you. If you regularly build your own systems, this should be a breeze.

Unfortunately the radiator unit is "heavy" - which is to be expected because it's filled with water. However this made me really nervous since the length of the cooling pipes is rather short and the pipes are rather stiff. So at some point you end up with the radiator in one hand while you're trying to fit the water pump/cooling unit on top of the CPU one-handed without breaking anything. Or if you do it the other way and fix the radiator to the chassis first you are struggling with stiff pipes and very little room. This is an observation - I would rather have stiff, leak-proof pipes than flexible leaky pipes! I still rate this device 5/5 but installation is tricky.

Another observation - the heavy, thick radiator is sandwiched between two fans, and screwed to the back side of the case. For some reason you have to use one set of screws that go from outside the case, through holes in one fan, and into the radiator. While this is not impossible it's a pain in the ....., especially when you "forget" to plug in one of the motherboard's power cables (that happens to be just under the radiator, and thus inaccessible). Mounting/dismounting/re-mounting is a pain under this set up. Surely it can't be that hard to engineer a "snap on" method for mounting the fans to the radiator? Then you'd just need one set of screws, and not two.

That said - despite its size and the need to absolutely make sure you have the right case, this cooling system delivers. My computer runs 30 whole degrees cooler under full load. Overclocking for me used to be out of the question - now I get 58C under load. At regular speed (which is where I run), I am at a cool 38C with no load ( just fractionally above room temp.), and 42C under load. Finally I don't have to panic and think that my chip will soon fry due to thermal damage.

Well worth the price for your serious cooling needs!!! - Cooling - Water Cooling - Cpu Cooler - Cpu Coolers'

Mechanical Pencil - pencil, mechanical pencil

Of all of the mechanical pencils I have used, these are simply the best. They maintain the "lead grip" well, so that the point does not slide back into the pencil with repeated use, and the eraser is firm and effective, and lasts as long as the pencil lead.

I've found that working with these disposable pencils is a much better option than using a single permanent mechanical pencil with refills. Don't bother refilling these pencils- the eraser only lasts as long as a single set of lead points.

The lead that comes in the pencil is strong and firm, and is actually quite a bit longer than the graphite in refill packs.

One warning: Do not purchase a similar Bic pencil type that has a grey barrel- while the superficial structure of the pencil is similar, the quality of the plastic is lower, and so I've had problems with the lead slipping back into the pencil when I press down on the tip. Stick with the black barrels only. BIC Mechanical Pencil, Medium Point (0.7 mm), 10 Pencils

I'm not really sure what all to say about these. They are good, functional mechinical pencils. Each has a good eraser, with spare refills stored underneath. And available at a good price.

If you need mechnical pencils, this is the product you're looking for.

I bought a bunch of these last semester, thinking mechanical pencils would be the way to go for college. These are HORRIBLE though. The erasers are waxy for one, which is annoying, but the lead in the pencil breaks just about everytime I try and write with it. I am not pushing out a lot of lead either, just enough to be able to hold the pencil like a normal pencil and write with it. SO frustrating while I am trying to take notes from a teacher who talks fast. I would NOT reccomend these to anyone who wants something useful and convenient. Buy a portable pencil sharpener, you'll be better off with real pencils.

Have used these plastic mechanical pencils for over two years, and have found them to be both functional and reliable. Several benefits of a mechanical pencil are: no change in overall length when fresh lead ( graphite ) is needed; no sharpener is necessary; the point is renewed with a simple click; and there is no change in line thickness as one wears down the point, with each word and letter being uniform in breadth and density thoughout the sentence and paragraph. For drafting and math, they are invaluble, two arts in which no pen can compete.

With respect to the pencil's eraser, it is seldom used, as a large trapezoidal desk eraser ( the type used in grammar school when we were kids ) takes its place and does probably a better job. Indeed, I found myself reloading these pencils with-out using the eraser on the top at all.

Finally, for their price and function, they can not be beat. If someone takes one or if it is lost, no big deal. Just take another out of the pack and continue on with what you were doing, with no loss or change in quality and density of letter.

Overall, these rate a '10' or 5 stars.

Honestly, why would anyone want to own or even use a pencil in these modern times? Everything is done digitally. Kids take notes in school on their laptops, not in their spiral notebooks (also outdated technology) and what with the vicious texting circles you hear about in the news these days kids don't even need pencils to write mean notes about their classmates, draw pictures of their teachers or send out those "Do you have a crush on Jeff Sterling?" notes. It's all done digitally now.

Maybe a crossword fan would use this but if you can't do it in pen you aren't that smart anyway and maybe should stick to the Sponge Bob* activity book, which utilizes crayons.

They're bad for the environment anyhow. All that lead?! Maybe in China that's acceptable but here in the US we have standards! Plus when I was a kid our number one fear was of getting lead poisoning from chewing on pencils. "Don't chew on that pencil you cretin" our parents would shout," or you'll end up in the hospital with lead poisoning just like the Johnson boy. AND HE NEVER CAME BACK!!!" Our second greatest fear, of course, was getting kidnapped and made into burgers by the Ronald McDonald, which is why our mom never let us go to McDonald's. The Trix Rabbit looked pretty shady and that Coco Puffs bird was pretty unstable looking too.

SO in closing don't buy pencils. They are bad for the environment, encourage kidnapping and could send you to the hospital with the Johnson boy, AND HE NEVER CAME BACK!!!! - Mechanical Pencil - Pencil - Bic - Bic Mechanical Pencils'

Helicopters

I have a small squadron of mini helicopters and this one is by far the best so far. I read great reviews of the Syma S107. I was quite pleased with it compared to some of the older Syma models. Then I saw the positive reviews for this and thought I would give it a go. It flies incredibly well! Quiter than the other seven helicopters I have and so stable, smooth, and responsive. It is a little slow with forward and reverse momentum, but not bad. Slow is easier to control...maybe that was intentional. We fly these every day in the office and this hands down outperforms everthing else.

For those comparing models, here you go:

Syma S109 Apache- Excellent

Syma S105G (Sport Helicopter) Very Good -Fastest, stable, but somewhat loud, durable metal frame

Syma S107G- (Sport Helicopter) Very good- nearly identical to S105 but a little slower, different scheme, older?

Syma S026 Chinook- Looks cool, flies ok, but hard to control. Too much power for its weight; 'Cieling magnet'

Syma S013 Black Hawk- Horrible! Very light, spins uncontrollably, fragile

Syma S013 Apache- See S013 Black Hawk review. (friend purchased this one to join the fun: nothing but regrets)

Heard the S108G Cobra is good too but haven't tried it. My deployment to Iraq is almost over, so I probably won't be buying any more toys. Syma S109G Apache AH-64 3-Channels Mini Indoor Helicopter

What a difference a gyro makes! Incredible...I tried one of the 1st gen micro R/C copters (no gyro on those) not long after they came out, and found them to be extremely difficult to control and not much fun because of it.

This generation with the gyro is just amazing though...SO stable, SO easy - but not boring. There is still a learning curve for complete R/C noobies that will make this a great first R/C copter, but I look at it almost like a challenge...trying to master this little beast is FUN!

This also actually looks like a real helicopter, compared to the ones I bought previously, which looked like....well like R/C copters - completely unrealistic.

The LED lights are awesome so you can fly at night (my kids LOVE that - the dog...not so much), and the thing even seems to behave like a real helicopter, with ground effect and having to reduce speed (thrust?) to tilt forward (I am no pilot or physicist, but I do know that the previous models I tried did not give me any kind of sense of "this thing FEELS like I am flying a real helicopter!")

Gonna stop now because I sound like I work for the company (not even sure who the company is actually, but whoever it is, they sorely need an English native to write the English part of the instruction manual!)

Can't recommend this enough. Easy easy 5 stars.

FYI if you are interested in modding your Syma (specifically, the cheap, easy and awesome tail rotor mod that makes it faster and more agile), you should buy the model that looks like the R/C copter (107G I believe). Found this out the hard way, but I still prefer this one for the looks. Video of the mod results: [...]

I own two other indoor helicopters that I purchased for three to four times as much money at the mall. This is the helicopter that has the best control out of all of them. I can land this thing on a soda can and fly circles around my wives head (my favorite part, especially when she is watching stupid tv shows like the Kardashians). This is the absolute best gift for any male you know. My 8 year old can fly it. Cant say enough about what you get for the price. I also love the silly Engwish warnings printed on the props.

Got two of these RC helicopters, the other being the "Military Gyro Mini Indoor Helicopter Viefly V268". This one is by far the easier to control. I'm actually going to return the latter... it's impossible to stabalize, when it connects with the controller at all.

It was my younger one's 5th birthday gift, but figured he and his 6-year old brother would fight over them, and questioned the durability in the hands of 5/6 year olds, so got two. We did fly them outside -- there wasn't much wind -- and after 10 minutes or so they actually got pretty good at hovering and basic controls. They did bang them into several things inside and not too much damage to the blades.

Very big hit for a gift, seems like excellent value for $20, especially when you can get two for basically the price of one at Walmart.

This is a smooth operating helicopter. I am a beginner and I was flying this copter like a pro the very first time, it is just that easy to control. Before buying I did the research read the reviews and it turned out to be a very good choice. I bought the Gyro Star S107, and the S108G Cobra the same time that I bought the S109G Apache and I like them all. You cannot go wrong with this copter.

The Syma S109G Apache I received shipped quick and was very easy to fly. It flies better than the S107 Syma that I have and it's also a lot quieter. I would recommend this model to anyone looking for a great entry level RC helicopter.

Great little indoor Heelo. Fun, reliable, sturdy. Crashed it dozens of times with no ill affects. Beware laptop charging! If your laptop is set to sleep after non-use, the Heelo may not charge. Seems like several people are having this issue without knowing it. I use a dedicated USB charger plugged in to the wall. Works GR8...

This toy is one of the funnest and most durable RC helicopters I've ever owned and had a chance to experience. I didn't have to make any adjustments to the trim. This helicopter is very stable and way better than the RC helicopters I've previously owned from other companies. This is a really fun and durable toy!

This is my 3rd Syma Heli, and another example of a perfectly-flying micro coaxial heli that works flawlessly out of the box. Hovers like it's hanging from a string, very steady, nice forward and reverse flight. I can't say that for most other inexpensive micro heli's out there, but this thing is as good as, if not better than, a $100 Blade MCx micro heli. Great Apache scale looks, a nice gift for any RC helicopter enthusiast. Quite durable, can smack it into walls and ceilings without breaking it.

A great buy, perfect gift for anyone into RC heli's or planes. Excellent for indoor flight, can easily maneuver through small rooms. Best heli in this price range, by a long shot, I'd say that it's better than most coaxial heli's at 3-4x the cost.

One of the best features of the S019G is the horrible Chinese-English Warning translation on the blades: "If blade damage, don't be fly. otherwise it will create the human body or blame damage". Classic.'

Aver Glue Stics

Not all glue sticks are created equal. This one is more equal than the others. It's superior to Elmer's white glue, because it sticks quickly and easily without wrinkling the paper and the drying time is much faster. Great for children's crafts. Adults will love it, too.

Compared to other glue sticks, this one will actually stick. Hard to believe, but there are cheapo brands out there that don't stick at all. The cheapo brands also dry out, even with the lid on. As long as I keep the lid on these Avery sticks, the glue keeps gluing and gluing.

It is a permanent glue that is acid-free and photo-safe. I'm sure the scrapbookers out there have already discovered this glue stick.

Awesome quality product. I highly recommend it for all paper crafting needs.

UPDATE: 0.26 ounce sticks is what I usually buy. They're large enough to last and small enough they don't dry out before the kids are done using them. Avery Permanent Glue Stic, Regular size, .26 oz, 18 Pack (98001)'

Cleanser - makeup remover

I liked this product when I first used it. It smells pretty nice and my face felt really clean and tight after and not overly dry. After the first day, my skin would sting while I used it. I used it for one week, and it stung almost every time. Since using this product, I've had one pimple, which is not a big deal because I break out occasionally no matter what product I use, but the thing that's more concerning is that I started to get some red spots on my face. I don't have overly sensitive skin. I live in New York and my skin has always been fine under city conditions. Clearly not the stuff for me! Neutrogena Naturals Fresh Cleansing + Makeup Remover, 6-Ounces (Pack of 2)

I am typically very weary about picking a new cleanser. I ran out of my last one and decided to buy a different one because the one I had been using was too drying for use in colder weather. I saw this in a flashy display, bought it on a whim, and I am so glad I did. It is supposed to "gently" cleanse for "fresh, clear skin," and that is exactly what it does. My skin feels very smooth and it didn't strip the moisture from my skin. It foams very nicely without feeling like a soap, has a very pleasant scent and rinses away without leaving a residue. The best thing about it is the simple ingredient list; the back of the bottle says it is 90% natural, which is more than I can say about previous cleansers I have used. I will definitely purchase it again and perhaps try other products in this line as well.

I have an oily T-Zone and the sides of my face and nose are always super dry, so it's hard to find a good cleanser that doesn't dry out or over moisturize. This one is PERFECT! It gets off all makeup, and passes the after-cleansing test. I can swipe my skin with a cotton ball and toner and the cotton ball is CLEAN! I love this stuff! It also leaves my dry areas smooth and soft. LOVE<3 buy it if you have combination skin!

What girl out there doesn't love the option of removing makeup and cleansing at the same time?

This does it all, without the unnecessary step of removing makeup before cleansing.

I have combination skin with breakouts every now and again, and this is by far the best makeup remover / cleanser ever.

It cleanses without stripping the skin, moisturizes without leaving behind a film or oil that most removers seem to do.

I've been using it for a week so far and haven't had any reactions to it like I normally would with other products.

It completely removes eye makeup and mascara. So for $7 at your local drug store, this is such a great item to have without spending twice the price for makeup remover and cleanser.

I was SO HAPPY when I discovered this in the isles of Walmart. A natural face cleanser with the Neutrogena name? Brilliant. I checked out the ingredient list of course, and then impulsively purchased it. All the ingredients are plant-derived except for one (I think. I don't have the bottle with me). It has a liquid (more on the gel side than the water-y side) consistency and a weird smell - not bad, but definitely shouldn't be made into a perfume anytime soon. Some days, I would dilute it a bit with water and some days, I wouldn't but I always got the same results in the shower: stinging and after the shower: not that great.

It wasn't a horrible cleanser (my face did feel clean), but it didn't give me results that I wanted. It made my combination skin quite flaky and greasy...not oily, but greasy and while it cleared some whiteheads on the sides of my face, it gave me acne on my neck...It was weird. I don't like it, but I will have to try the other products before I can completely discard this one as I really liked that the packaging was "green" (the ink was printed onto the bottle and not paper on top of the bottle). And if I remember right, the ink was made of soy. But I could be wrong. Overall, it was just a weird experience.

Having spent the better part of my life between ages 12 and 23 (now) with first adolescent, then adult, acne, I have tried literally hundreds of different treatments, from OTC to medication to changes in diet, all to varying degrees of success. I bought this bar along with the Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Facial Cleanser and the Fresh Cleansing + Makeup Remover. Used the last two every day until they ran out, about 6 weeks. Skin showed some improvement, but my adult acne was still active.

After they ran out, I was too lazy to buy more, so I just started using this bar soap. Freaking. Amazing. I noticed after about 2 weeks that I hadn't really had any breakouts. "Huh," I thought, "that's pretty cool, wonder why?". A month later, I have maybe 1 completely manageable overgrown whitehead per week, which spackling on Adult Acnomel 8% sulfur overnight quickly dries out. I use it morning and night with my Clarisonic Plus (shower) or Clarisonic Mia (sink), followed by Yon-Ka Creme 83, Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller (day) or Clinique All About Eyes (night), and Laura Mercier Oil-Free Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 (some days).

I can FINALLY focus on taking care of the red spots and discoloration that years of acne has left behind (but no major scarring, thank God).

It might not work for you. But at this price, it's not only the cheapest solution I've ever tried, but also the most unexpected godsend. Long live Neutrogena Naturals!

I have adult acne (I know, join the club). I've tried other Neutrogena products made specifically for acne, as well as some products made by other companies. A lot of them tended to make me break out more, or didn't prevent break out episodes. I saw some ads about the new Neutrogen naturals line. Although not advertised specifically as an acne treatment, the product description mentions that it is suitable for those with acne. I've been using the purifying facial cleanser for about 6 weeks now, and found that this is the best product I've found for me and my adult acne. I like the fragrance, and do not find that this dries my face out. After using it regularly, I have had almost no breakouts. I've dealt with the two or three small pimples during this time period by using the Neutrogena spot treatment. I plan on sticking with Neutrogena Naturals.

Unfortunately, I've also learned that everyone has to try these types of products for themselves. Many other products I've tried that did not work for me had lots of good reviews. All I can say is give this one a try if you're on your search for a good facial cleanser. - Makeup Remover'

High Definition - david morse, mystery

What a pleasant surprise! I'm the world's biggest Hitchcock fan, and well past my adolescent years, so I wasn't expecting a lot from a new flick that every critic in America said was "REAR WINDOW with teens." But this film actually works on its own merits, and the chief merit is Shia LaBeouf. I haven't been this impressed with a new talent since I saw Keisha Castle-Hughes in WHALE RIDER, or when I saw 15-year-old Matthew Broderick in the Broadway play, BRIGHTON BEACH MEMOIRS, some 25 years ago. This Shia guy is the real deal, and I have a feeling DISTURBIA will go down in the books as the film that really broke him out to a long, high-profile career.

Older folks, take note: This is not your average "teen thriller," nor is it a simple ripoff of Hitchcock. It is a clever, exciting new entity, expertly directed by D. J. Caruso. And the young lead is a perfect combination of Jimmy Stewart in REAR WINDOW (in the first 75 minutes) and Jodie Foster in SILENCE OF THE LAMBS (in the final 30 minutes), and every bit as good as both of them. Give DISTURBIA a try--I think you'll like it. Disturbia [Blu-ray]

It's always exciting to see a new star on the rise. I don't know what IT is, but Shia LaBeouf has IT is spades. I'm a fan of 'Rearview' and think this is a good modern take on the classic. Though I do have to agree that the last third of the film begins to loose major points just in the sheer illogical motives of the killer. If you are going to be a psycho killer-why on earth would you live in the suburbs? Everyone knows everyone's business there...and you mean to tell me that one one would know this man was digging to China in the garage? Given how close all the houses were-no one else heard women screaming from his place? C'mon. If you can force logic to take a vacation during the movie's durance, you can actually have a pretty good time. Overall: worth watching.

"Disturbia" isn't original. It isn't too scary or gory either. What it is, though, is a fun popcorn yarn about a teen named Kale (Shia LeBeouf) who's placed under house arrest for taking out a little internal anguish on a Spanish teacher. His mother (Carrie-Anne Moss) takes away his television, his music and his X-box. What's a bored teen living in suburbia to do to pass the time? Spy on the neighbors, of course. It helps that his newest neighbor, Ashley (Sarah Roemer), is a knockout and takes regularly scheduled swims and rooftop reading breaks. Once he has all of his neighbors' daily lives timed perfectly, he introduces his friend, Ronnie (Aaron Yoo), to his voyeuristic world. The duo gets caught spying on Ashley but she ends up befriending them when they tell her that they believe one particular neighbor, Mr. Turner (the underused David Morse), might be a serial killer from Texas who was never captured.

This sets the film into motion. The three friends try to uncover the truth about their very private neighbor. The only problem is that with each clue they find that might lead to the truth, Turner seems to be one step ahead of them. Things get even crazier when the police think that Kale is crying wolf over everything.

What I really enjoyed about this film is that it's very funny. I'm not talking about it being funny in a sophomoric, slasher movie way, there's some very smart humor here. Director D.J. Caruso keeps the humor spread just thin enough to keep the suspense at an acceptable level. The cast is very likeable. LeBeouf has an ever-present goofiness about him, but when he needs to be afraid or angry, he pulls it off perfectly. Morse is sneaky and sinister at the same time. Whether he's a murderer or not, the guy will creep you out. Moss is solid, but has a very small role to fill. LeBeouf's pals do a good job as well.

The DVD doesn't have much to offer outside of the film that's worth more than one look. There's the standard "Making Of" featurette, outtakes, a forgettable music video, deleted scenes, and a photo gallery. The digital transfer is good, and the audio is nice as well.

Overall, "Disturbia" is a very fun suspense flick. It's not Hitchcock-caliber, but then again, so few films are. If you want Hitchcock, don't watch "Disturbia." If you want a good film to watch for a quiet evening at home, this film's the one for you.

With a starring role in the new Transformers film and a significant role in the upcoming Indiana Jones installment, Shia LaBeouf is being groomed as the next big thing. He made Disturbia just before these blockbusters and this little thriller was a surprise success at the box office as audiences gravitated to what critics rightly labeled Rear Window for the new Millennium.

It's hard to assess LaBeouf's ability as an actor as he's not given much to work with. The script is merely serviceable with thinly-sketched characters and clichéd dialogue. Veteran actor David Morse does the best job with the material as he oozes genial, soft-spoken menace in every scene. He wisely adheres to the less-is-more school of acting. Carrie-Anne Moss gets the thankless role of the mother who has to show her delinquent son some tough love while making friends with the next-door neighbour psycho. Her bland character makes one long for her sexy freedom fighter in The Matrix films.

Like David Lynch's Blue Velvet, Disturbia explores the dark underbelly that exists under the sunny facade of contemporary suburbia with LaBeouf as the amateur detective/voyeur, Morse as the evil psychopath and Sarah Roemer as the wholesome but not too wholesome girl-next-door. This film also evokes Brian De Palma's Body Double, a thriller about voyeurism and murder but unlike both of these films; it doesn't have the content or the style to separate itself from your average thriller.

Director D.J. Caruso tries to keep things interesting visually but he's kept in check by a PG-13 rating, essentially making Rear Window for teens. It's a change from his usual adult fare (Taking Lives and Two for the Money) but not in a good way. Disturbia falls back on tired clichés that we've seen a million times before, like the bad guy who feels the need to explain himself instead of killing off the hero thereby buying just enough time for the protagonist to regain the advantage. That's just sloppy, lazy screenwriting, folks.

There is an audio commentary by director D.J. Caruso and actors Shia LaBeouf and Sarah Roemer. Caruso answers a call from his wife early on to take an order of stuff to pick up afterwards which kinda sets the tone for this track. I mean, c'mon! At least have the forethought to turn off your phone beforehand. It is this lack of commitment which, in turn, makes you not really care about what's being said...which ain't much in all truthfulness. Avoid at all costs.

Also included are four deleted scenes that flesh out Kale's relationship with his mother and builds on the tension that exists between them. The other scene features a bit between Kale and his best friend that was rightly cut.

"The Making of Disturbia" is your pretty standard featurette as the cast and crew gush about one another. Caruso says that he wanted to make a John Cusack romantic comedy mixed with a thriller (?!). He also wanted to explore the nature of voyeurism with the advent of contemporary technology.

"Serial Pursuit Trivia Pop-Up Quiz" allows you to watch the film with a subtitled trivia track which is a nice added feature that helps distract you from what's happening in the film.

There is brief "Outtakes" reel that features some goofy improvisation in the scene where Kale and his dad go fly fishing.

There is a music video for "Don't Make Me Wait" by This World Fair that mixes footage of the band playing with clips from the movie.

Also included is a "Photo Gallery" with promotional stills and behind-the-scenes photographs.

Finally, there is a theatrical trailer. - David Morse - High Definition - Suspense - Mystery'

Excellent A+++ service from amazon dealer - ordered Monday received Wednesday - very appreciated! Material seems sturdy. However, disappointed it doesn't fit snug or cover the sides completely as shown in advertised photo; no elastic and way too long for 25' pontoon. Had to use extra tiedowns & bungees to secure and modify for proper use. Could buy plastic tarps for a lot less and do the same thing. Pressed for time to get boat securely covered before leaving town so couldn't hassle with returning it. DuraShield's fault for not making product practical for the range of boat lengths it's made for. Knowing these things, wouldn't purchase this product again. DuraShield 25' to 28' Pontoon Boat Cover with Heavy Duty 600d Marine Grade Poly 2X

This is not an easy product to buy on the internet. The quality of this product is excellent, and well made. I was nervous about buying this product, but I took a chance. I highly recommend this product.

This cover fit over my playcraft 26 foot pontoon boat just fine including the bimimi top when it was folded down. The front of my boat is kind of V shaped and the cover is straight on the end like a rectangle shape but it still worked. The tie downs hold the cover down well when the boat is on the trailor but I don't think it can be used with the boat on the water without a lot of hassel. I looked at custom covers with price over $1000 and plenty of others of the shelf in the 300-500 range so this cover is pretty good for the price ($150 with shipping)'
