Good staple gun, great price. Pressure is adjustable so you can back it off on thin wood so it doesn't apply too much power on thin wood, but you can crank it up for thicker, harder surfaces. Just be aware this is not a heavy-duty staple gun. I would classify it as "medium duty." I have had no problem putting a variety of staples into plywood and 2x4s, though I had some trouble with some harder, waferboard-type material.
