After searching for the best price and looking at the reviews I finally chose this water filter. I noticed that it had a few bad reviews but you will see that with most items. Sometimes people get a badly manufactured item or maybe they don't know how to use what they have purchased. I must say this item worked just as well as the manufacturers filter. Water is clean, clear and tastes great. It took several gallons of water for the air and cloudy water to clear up but after that it has been perfect. I would recommend and will buy again!!! This product does not even warrant 1 star but had to so I could save the review. Chocked my water flow off to a trickle, water was cloudy and tasted nasty. Can not use it at all. Will buy genuine Amana filter from now on. Save your money spring for the real thing. - Refrigerator Parts'
