Charlotte

My 2 yr old daughter got this toy for christmas from an aunt. She's kind of into animals now so she's played with it a bit. But its a bit frustrating to her that the deer "mask" doesn't fit on well and keeps falling off. The "coats" are tied on or buttoned on, and it's a bit advanced for her so she ends up asking me to do it for her everytime. And she kind of looses interest after handing it to me. Probably good when she starts to learn to button and tie. For now it's good for reinforcing her learning her animals. My 4 yr old son likes to play with it, good for imaginary play. Though he gets frustrated with the "mask" not fitting right as well, and the antlers don't stand up like in the picture, it keeps falling forward because it has to be folded forward to flip the mask for the other animal. Got these for my 4yo daughter for christmas and she loves them. She does struggle with the button a bit and asks me to tie the tie part, but I think they will be good motivators to get her learning these skills. She loves changing their "skins" and then uses them for imaginary play. I think they are absolutely adorable, unique (great "dress-up toy" for kids who aren't into dolls) and well-made.'
