I bought this for my dad so he would quit doing sketches on scrap pieces of graph paper and cocktail napkins. Very nice quality notebook, well designed. My father is a furniture builder and I think this will hold his sketches, dimensions, notes and plans well. I did think it would be a little more study, it is hard cover but not as sturdy as I expected. Also it is not very thick. But very attractive, useful, and unique in that it is dots instead of the traditional graph paper. I recommend it to anyone looking for a unique sketchbook.
