4 bucks?? I love it!! This case is great, very durable, gets the job done. Stylish as well, red baby! And the screen protector is so nice as well. Why spend $20-$30 on a case for an iPod Touch when this one is just fine, and it comes with a screen protector! It may not be as slick as the more mainstream brands, but does the job just as well. Similar to buying a $10 HDMI cable or spending $70 or more on Monster cables.
If you want something rubberized and thin - this is a good choice for the price. The sides are a bit flimsy, so they need readjusting to get them back over the screen some times, but if you are looking for a smaller yet rubberized cover, this is a good choice. The screen protector that came with it fit PERFECTLY and went on PERFECTLY and has stayed on PERFECTLY for the entire 2 months we've had it - despite use by an 8 and 10 year old (they each have one). Make sure you do a moist cleansing on the screen to get rid of the statis before you put the screen protector on though, or you'll attract dust and make it unusable.
Items were very inexpensive, but I ended up throwing the $2 away. The silicon case keeps popping off and the screen protector is already peeling off after only being on a few days because of the silicon case.
I've installed quite a few screen protectors in my day and you could barely tell it was on my iPod when I was done. After I put the case on the next day, the corners kept peeling up. If I remove the case and leave it off the screen protector stays on fine. Two items do not work well together and I am now in the market for something better. I've already ordered a hard case to replace the silicon one. The silicon case is a huge dust/crumb magnet as well.
I might also mention that the screen protector came with no instructions, so first time installers beware.
This is a very flimsy case - be very careful when pulling the charger plug from the bottom of your Touch, or you will tear the silicone. It's way too thin and stretchy, way too expensive, and the screen protector is terrible. This is probably one item best not purchased on line - go to a real store and feel it first.
Bought this for my son for his new iPod and he really likes it. The color is bright and real red which is his favorite color. We haven't had any problems with the screen protector peeling off but we've only had it on for a couple of days. I say it's worth the price!

Without a cover, my son dropped and smashed the screen of his iPod Touch. When we replaced it (thankfully to the spill/drop coverage), we ordered this to protect it.
