Measuring Cups And Spoons

I love the color and the cause, but this set is slightly misrepresented here. I am glad to have this product, it is pretty and is good quality, but as someone mentioned in another review, the measuring cups do not come with a leveler as pictured and described. I went to the Kitchen Aid website and the same set on their website is not pictured or described with the leveler so the set pictured here must be an older version of this set. Also the set lists for $9.99 on the Kitchen Aid website and not $14.99 as stated here. Today I was in a well known chain store and the same Kitchen Aid measuring cups and spoons, exactly the same except for the color, sold for $6.98. I still would buy the pink for $3.00 more, but the pink set lists for $9.99 and not $14.99. Regardless of the leveler no longer being offered and the list price being inaccurate, it is still a good product and I am glad that I bought it. I love having pink measuring cups and spoons. Very good quality too. KitchenAid Cook For The Cure Measuring Tool Set, Pink

I like this set -- it's cute and convenient -- and I'm happy to buy products that support cancer research. The spoon set includes a 1.5 teaspoon, which I actually use a lot. The only complaint I have is that the name of each spoon (indicating the measured amount) have now all rubbed off, so it takes a moment to figure out which is which. I suppose I could marker them back on, but haven't yet.

I love pink and I love these. Really, how can you go wrong with measuring cups, though? But the ONLY thing is that it is pictured and advertised with a level to level off the tops for dry measuring, but you don't (or at least I didn't) get that. So that was annoying, but it could be worse.

Having bought EVERY pink item in the last several months. I was dismayed to discover that none of the money was going to CFTC just because I had bought them. Seems that in VERY small print on the hang tag, there is a disclaimer. You have to go online and register the product. Only then will KitchenAid fork over the Money...... Yes for something as small as a set of measuring cups or a knife, you have to register.

Of course I discovered this long after I had thrown away the hang tags. So I went to LOWES and wrote down the UPC from the items they still stocked there. They were out of several items I have and didn't know if they were getting any more. So now I am off to the mall kitchen store. Wish me luck. Oh and SAVE those hang tags.

I needed a set of measuring cups and spoons. Ok so they were pink but they were breast cancer pink. I am not a metrosexual. I am closer to Homer Simpson. It is sad.

Excellent quality and I recommend buying them while they are still floating around. Thank you.

The actual cup&spoon measuring set yo will get does not look at all as nice and smooth as the pictured one. Moreover, the measuring cups you will get are NOT connected by a removable leveler (there is no leveler attached at all), and the loop is flimsy (it does not have a cover to keep ends together).

If I knew, what I would get, I would definitely not bought it, I would just go to Marshall or Target store to get a better set. I'm quite disappointed with this buy.

There is nothing extra special about these. They are nice, pink measuring spoons and cups.

I am a college student. They fit well into my budget and the pink color makes sure that they stay together and do not get lost in a set with someones metal measuring spoons. I enjoy the color pink, and this is very appropriate color for the set. It is not overly obnoxious and does not shout "Hello I am a preppy girl! Preppy girl spoons!"

Anyone could have these in there kitchen. They also support breast cancer, which is excellent. It was not the deciding factor to purchasing this (that would be there price, they were on sale) but it did help me feel better about buying them.

They are good spoons, easy to clean. It is nice that they are easy to take apart too, because I often do that.

I've noticed some people complain that there is no leveler. Honestly I didn't even notice it in the picture. I had seen others with sets of this product in red, and they did not have levelers, so I didn't expect one.

If you can get past that, then these are good for the price. They are made out of a sturdy plastic. They don't feel like they will fall apart from use or from even putting them in the dish washer. I was mine by hand (easier, quicker) but either way they are sturdy.

Generally I am very satisfied with my purchase. It's not one of the more exciting things I've bought from Amazon, but I will not complain.'
