Iphone 3g - iphone, iphone 3g case

I'm about as happy as I could be with the Impact case. Carrying around a slippery, glass-fronted device, I was primarily looking for a case that would provide good energy dissipation in the inevitable event that I drop-kick it across a room when fumbling for keys. As such, an unyielding hardshell case just wasn't ideal. The fitment, bracing, and silicone material of the Impact are a well-thought-out means of limiting shock intensity (although I thankfully haven't tested it to any considerable extent).

The Impact fits the phone snugly, provides a good textured grip for the hand, and doesn't drown out the mic and earpiece like poorly-fitted units. All slides and buttons are easily accessible - perhaps even more so than without case since my hand isn't slipping all over the glossy shell. Relatedly, the Impact adds very little size to the phone and weighs next to nothing.

The included screen protector works great too - I'd heard of rainbow refractions and a slightly-milky appearance, but cleaning the surface well beforehand and working carefully resulted in a crystal-clear application. Can't tell it's even in place. No complaints on that front.

I could do without the circular port on the back of the case, but it does nothing to harm structural integrity and it displays my MS sticker effectively. ;) It will certainly do the same for the Apple logo, however! The thickness of the silicone protects it from most direct scratchin' contact.

My second option in terms of cases was the Otterbox Defender, but I felt the Impact would suffice for day-to-day protection, and thus far this has certainly proven to be true. OtterBox Impact Case for iPhone 3G, 3GS (White)

I work for the Fire Department and was looking for a rugged case that could stand up to the abuse I was expecting to put it through. After purchasing this product, I am confident my phone is fully protected from the elements. I will say, it does make the product a little bulky, I tend to put my phone in my pocket and not wear it on a belt clip. It's bulky but doable. It was a good purchase and I'm glad I bought it. One thing I will mention about it, is that it didn't come with instructions on how to put it in the case, and it literally took me about 15mins. to figure it out. Also, after market car charges and docking stations will not work with this case because the connection is too deep in the case. Knowing those two things, I would still buy it.

Case is light weight but gives a good hand grip. It's a real solid case. I dropped my phone from a subway platform to the track 5-ft below. When the maintenance worker retrieved it back for me, the phone didn't even have a single scratch and still works like normal. If you're looking for case to really protect your iPhone, this is it!

After about 3 months of fairly light usage this case stretched just enough to cover the proximity sensor of the iPhone. This prevents the phone from lighting up when you pull the phone away from your face after you are done talking, which means you don't see the "end call" button. We thought it was the phone dying at first until doing some research to find out the cheaper cases were doing this. Took the case off and phone works perfectly fine.

There are far better cases for an extra $5 like the iSkin. Or if you can go $30, the Defender (made by same company) has served me well other than the belt clip.

I got this case after another case I bought, from [...], turned out to be a complete dud. After extensive research I found this case to be the absolute best in terms of style and protection in its price point. I received the product and the packaging was really easy to open, no scissors required. This is really appreciated as one of the worst things in buying something new is trying to open sealed plastic boxes.

The package came with the silicone case as pictured and a clear screen protector. Putting on the screen protector was really easy but I think more written instructions would have been helpful (only pictured instruction were provided.) Although there are many YouTube videos demonstrating the correct procedure to accomplish this. After viewing a video on YouTube I knew exactly what to do. Without the video I would have been a bit confused since there are two outside layers sandwiching the clear case within. These two outside layers are there so you don't accidentally touch the actual screen protector until after it is laid on top of your iPhone's screen. If this sounds confusing, make sure you view a demonstration video prior to trying to put it on.

Anyways the actual case itself looks great, looks just as good in person as it does online. All the cut out holes fit the phone perfectly at first. Although, I started to have light sensor problems and problems with the camera hole being obstructed after a few months. Its easy to access or push all the buttons. It provides the perfect grip for holding the phone while talking. There is extra silicone in the corners as advertised to protect against a fall. The case is also very easy to put on and is easy to take off, no headaches there. I am very pleased with this product, minus the two failings previously mentioned. The one other thing to note is that if you are an aggressive scroller the side of the case may snag your finger and flap back into place. This doesn't damage the case and is very minor. This is something I knew about prior to buying the case but I have found it to not be a big deal at all.

Although I really loved this case after a few months the case has stretched a bit I suppose because the cutouts are no longer as precise as the used to be. The light sensor on the front can get obstructed which makes getting the screen to turn back on after a call a pain. Also the camera hole no longer perfectly fits the lens and photos are sometimes obstructed. This is a real shame because it is a really great case design minus these two flaws. I have since purchased the OtterBox Commuter TL Case for iPhone 3G, 3G S (White) as a replacement. I still went with Otterbox because despite the problems with this case I think they make quality products overall and I was impressed enough with the first case to stick with them. - Iphone 3g Case - Iphone 3g Accessories - Case - Iphone'

Weight Training - womens althetic gloves, harbinger

This is the worst pair of lifting gloves I've ever had. I'm trying to stick with them just to make sure that I get my money's worth, however there are two large problems I will share with you.

1) Use of the gloves leaves a black "stain" on your hands. You can wash it off, but the fact that this is still happening after about 25 uses of the product is just weird and inconvenient. Previous lifting gloves never did this.

2) Oddly, the gloves seem to create pain in my palm during some lifts - for reasons I don't fully understand. However near the end of my workout I'm doing tricep extensions, and the gloves seem to cut painfully into my palms at that point. Again, its a weird thing that never happened with any previous gloves.

Given these two factors I just can't recommend these gloves. Valeo Large Competition Lifting Gloves (Large)

I purchased these gloves to replace an older pair of another brand that had taken abuse in the weight room for almost a year before needing replacement. I liked the look of them, and the fact that they're made to go through the washer and drier suggested that these were made to last.

I quickly found out that this is not the case. After four uses, the stitching around the finger holes AND on the velcro flap is already falling out. If I were to keep using them, it looks like they'd be totally worthless and falling off my hands in another week.

I'm usually not one to deal with the hassle of returning inexpensive items, but the fact that I can get other brands that will hold up at around this same price has convinced me to ship these pathetic little things back for another brand. I'd highly recommend you save yourself the time and money. Look into another pair.

My primary reason for purchasing this glove was because they make it in 2XL. A few years ago, they used to make the Ocelot in 2XL and I liked that glove much better. The mesh on the side breaths a little easier on the Ocelot. That being said, this is a decent glove that will not dissapoint. - Harbinger - Gloves - Weight Lifting Gloves - Womens Althetic Gloves'

Tag Formula 1

I just purchased this watch through amazon.com. It was either this or the formula one alarm version at costco. The alarm feature on the other version isn't very useful so I decided against it. Packaging was nice, came in the tag box and case with manual. I like the look of chronograph watches and the additional feature to stopwatch anything is something i wanted to time rides, drives, runs etc...

Style is up to taste, but I find this a simple casual style watch you can wear with a t-shirt or be formal with a suit.

The two buttons on it are pretty easy to use, one to start/split and the other to stop/reset.

The watch has two main features, one is to tell time, and the other is the chronograph.

For telling time, the big red "second" hand doesn't move and hovers over the 12 o'clock mark. The dial on bottom serves as the second hand and moves continuously.

In Chronograph mode, the top right dial only moves after you stop the stopwatch or to do a split time. It will move to show the time in 1/10. The large red second hand will start to move once you are in chronograph mode and the left dial will move for minutes. I'm not sure, but I assume if you do something for over 30 minutes, then the dial will continually move and reset at 1minute.

Overall - I'm very happy with it. I believe Amazon has the lowest price on the web and they give a 2 year warranty which equals TAGs. Costco has a similar warranty deal as well. The prices are better than ebay, and those guys don't even offer a warranty period. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is it's reliability and service life. For something you pay $750+ for, you expect it to last nearly a lifetime, This will remain to be seen.

I've also noticed when I purchased, the price fluctuates between 729-749 day to day. So if you're patient, just keep on checking to save that extra $20.00 TAG Heuer Men's CAH1110.BA0850 Formula 1 Chronograph Watch

Bought watch at Longs Jewelers in Burlington MA. The stem (the part you wind up) has popped out three times. The first time, they fixed it under warranty. The second time, it was no longer under warranty, so Tag charged me $275. The watch came back and a week later the stem was gone again. I stuffed it in a drawer for a few months (angry) and when I finally got around to going back to the jeweler, Tag said me it would be another $275 as the warranty had expired. Shame on me for not bringing it back quicker but frankly I am sick of these guys. The jeweler (Long's Jeweler in Burlington Mass, useless and unhelpful) said warranty decisions from Tag are final.

I only wore this watch to work (desk job) a few times. It was in no way used "incorrectly" nor abused nor hit on anything nor even worn during any type of strenuous activity. The third time the stem came out, I had never even would or unwound it. Maybe I just got a lemon.

But my first Tag also had problems. It's a now discontinued model with a problem where the watch would fall off because the metal band was designed in such a way that the pins would come loose. I still have it, works fine, just sometimes the band splits open and it falls off your wrist. So I can't really use it.

If Tag would fix the problem I would be satisfied. But to charge me $275 twice for the same problem is just wrong. Never buying a Tag again.

I was bit nervous about ordering a fine watch over the internet, but my fears were baseless. I love this watch. It is exactly what was advertised. The only downside is that since Amazon is not an official Tag Heuer retailer you don't get an official warranty card. However Amazon does provide a comparable 2 year warranty. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase.

This was my first Tag Heuer. It's one of the most beautiful watches I own... my other two watches are a Movado Luno and a Kenneth Cole dress watch. Everything works as its supposed to, with incredibly accurate time keeping. If you're worried about how genuine this product it, like I was, do not fret. It's Grade A 100% authentic. The boxes themselves are beautiful.

Don't hesitate to buy this!

Like the other reviewer, I had the crown, pop-off after the year warranty. I was running and didn't notice that it fell off. It was screwed before I lost it.

I went to Tourneau and they said it'd cost $300 just to stick that nub on. On a $800+ Tag-Heuer, a watch that is supposed to last, I find it a ridiculous price.

I didn't get around to paying up twice like the other customer on this did. I just thought $300 was a ridiculous price for that type of repair, and after breaking in such a short time. At the time I was afraid that as per the other customer, I'd have to pay almost the same price as the entire watch to fix that little crown, and it could still keep breaking?

If I'm paying for a Tag-Heuer, I expect this to last at least 2 years without a hitch, or fix the problem for $100 tops. I'm never going to buy a Tag. I'd rather get something that lasts.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing an expensive watch due to the fact there are so many knock offs out there and you never know the quality you get. However, I decided to do it and I was very pleased with the watch and with Amazon. It is an authentic TAG watch at such a great price. Shipping from Amazon was great. I received my watch a couple of days early from the expected arrival date and I had no issues with packaging. The watch is awesome and I have no fears of purchasing anything from Amazon regardless of the price.

Great watch that is very accurate. The price on these seems to fluctuate from day to day here on Amazon. I was not in a rush to buy, so I just added it to the wish list and bought it when it was low. By doing this I saved $100.00. I had the band adjusted at my local Tag Heuer dealer and the battery changed. I went ahead and had the battery changed as I did not know how long the current one had been in place and running. I love the watch and can say that it is the real deal and a wonderful addition to my collection.'

Dance Dance Revolution - low rise, sexy

I ordered a one-piece camisole dance outfit via Amazon.com and was absolutely satisfied with the service I received. The item shipped immediately, and arrived as described. My wife, who has been hinting about receiving this very piece of dancewear for about two years, was so surprised when she opened it. She's been a fan of KD Dance apparel throughout her 16 year long carreer as a ballerina and loves the warmth of the clothing, the fact that it holds up to rigorous use and still retains its attractiveness, and all of the many dance-specific options. As for the one-piece, she used it for a rehearsal the following day and reported back that it was exceptional: the fit was perfect and allowed unencumbered movement, and the suppleness of the acrylic provided needed warmth in the cold season. All in all, I am thoroughly happy with my purchase and I know she's even happier with her new present that will last year many, many more seasons to come. Thanks, KD Dance!

Drill Bit Set

Product is either poorly made or just defective in design. The smallest pin-vise chuck warps when tightened and can't hold a bit straight. Also doesn't even accept some bits within the claimed size range (none of the chucks would work with a 1.5mm bit at all - it seems to fall right in between two of the chuck sizes). I also use #71 bits frequently, and it is impossible to get it to align in the chuck and not have it slip through into the handle. Can't speak to the bits, but this pin vise is nothing but frustration. SE Drill, Miniwire 61-80 in Metal Box w/Pin Vise'

Fein Multimaster Blades - multimaster accessories, fein

I have purchased almost all of the Fein blades available and this one , like all the others has certain capabilities that no other tool, Fein brand or otherwise can offer. Unfortunately, Fein has an exclusive on this product and since there is no competition they can charge whatever the market will bear. Sometimes you have to spend money to make money.

You do not want to use this blade if there is any chance of hitting a nail or screw because it will be ruined. I use the HSS blades where I might hit metal. However it is easy to snap the brittle and equally expensive HSS blades and there are many applications where the flexibility of this blade works for you. I am confident that this is the finest blade currently available to saw through paint stuck tracks in old style double hung windows. I do a lot of this type of work and nothing else available works as well. The HSS blades will snap if you get even a little careless trying to do this operation. I have been able to unstick more than 25 window units per blade and I estimate that it takes about a third of the time that it takes to do this operation in the old way. Furthermore, you will be able to dismantle the unit without breaking the stops, the parting beads, the sash or the glass. This blade has increased my production by a factor of 3 or more in old window repair and restoration. That typically amounts to twelve units a day rather than four.

This blade is also super for cutting calking or paint along joints when dismantling wood trim that has to be reinstalled. Run it along the calked wallboard or plaster to wood joint and you can pull the trim piece off without tearing the paint or wallpaper on the adjacent wall. I used to use a razor knife for this; I also used to make a lot of slash marks on the walls and trim.

I prefer the e-blades for occasional undercutting of door jambs. They have a greater depth of cut. It is worth mentioning that although I have used a multimaster for undercutting door jambs and even door bottoms, I only did this in emergency situations when I didn't have a jamb cutting saw on the job. A power driven jamb cutting saw is way faster, much easier and the replacement blades are cheap. I feel that Fein is wrong to promote the multimaster as a professional level tool for this purpose because its rate of cut is not comparable to circular jamb saws. Fein 63502113019 3-5/16-Inch Flush Cut Wood Blade

Almost $40, including shipping, for a little bitty blade. That is about the same as for a 10" 40 tooth carbide tipped table saw blade. The Fein flush cut blade is a lifesaver for certain tasks, like undercutting door jambs when installing laminate flooring, but being severely price-gouged sure takes the fun out of a great tool. Hopefully someone will clone these and sell them for $10, and still make a decent profit.

THIS BLADE IS VERY HANDY FOR FLUSH CUTTING IN SOFT TO SEMISOFT WOOD. DON'T EXPECT BLADE TO LAST VERY LONG. WILL CUT HARD WOOD, BUT WEARS OUT VERY FAST. NO LONGER THAN BLADE LAST WITH USE IT'S VERY PRICY.

This blade cuts through wood like a hot knife through butter, but it is extremely fragile. I actually shattered mine when changing blades, not in actual use. The spring loaded mounting system snapped shut on the blade and it broke into several fragments. I own a lot of expensive tools and I take care not to abuse them, so I don't think this was a case of gross operator error. Disappointing for such an expensive blade.

I love my Fein Multimaster. I hate being ripped off for blades. I have used almost all of the blades for my Fein, love how they work. I hate the rip-off prices for the blades. I'm hoping someone will get some aftermarket blades of all types available soon.

Interesting application--I repaired old brick foundation that had very thin, rotten mortar. I used a worn out wood blade between the bricks, the old mortar just fell out. Totally ruined the blade, but I sailed through the mortar like butter and most of the debris fell out, so clean up was a couple of quick blasts of air and I was ready to tuckpoint.

I would recomend the tool a lot quicker if the blades were reasonable, but tool not a good choice because of operating cost.

I purchased the Fein saw about a year ago. I have found that the tool is very useful in everyday home remodeling. Although as mentioned in alot of other reviews, the Fein blades are very expensive for the amount of use you get out of them. I recently discovered that Sears makes a simular tool and Sears blade will work on my Fein tool at half the price of Feins asking price. I have used the sears blade and they last about as long as the Fein blade. I know where I buy my blades from! Maybe Fein will get the message and become more competive in their prices/

If you have the specific need for this blade, it works great. They do wear out pretty quick, but like most Multi Master tools, they are built for specific tasks and get the job done when conventional methods & tools don't work. - Multimaster Accessories - Fein Multimaster Blades - Flush Cut - Fein'

Blackberry Bold 9780 Unlocked

Finally I got my new device and I can tell that it was all that I was expecting. I bought it from Amazon.com store (not another seller) and when the box arrived the first thing that I checked was the model number and it is RCM72UW, which works with 3G bands 850/1900/2100, so this is AT&T, Rogers, Telus model...not T-Mobile model, so this is good news for me 'cause I use Movistar-Venezuela service. Well, to be honest I can not assure that Amazon.com will always be sending this particular model because they don't make any difference about the 3G compatibility and believe me 'cause I expend a lot of mails to customers service and they couldn't give me this detailed info. I took the risks and bought it anyway. Another info displayed on the box: Blackberry Bold 9780 Smartphone, 1256- Americas (Spanish) QWERTY-Black. Model RCM72UW, Made in Mexico. It comes with OS 6.0.0 Bundle 863. NOTE: Surprisingly it came with a 2GB microSD card already installed even when it wasn't published in the product details. Other info found checking in the options: active 3G bands 1, 2, 5 y 6. Searching in the internet I found that this means that it works with 3G bands 2100/1900/850/800. The box content is: 9780 device with plastic label protection on screen, battery cover, upper front (where it's printed "Blackberry"), camera lens and flash, leather pouch (the simple plane one, without belt clip, the leather looks like artificial type), earphones, battery, 5 feet USB cable (longer than the old one I had), standard wall charger with multiple international adapters (I was expecting ipod-like wall charger with female USB input, but it came with the usual one), Desktop software CD, user manual and some quick guides.

BlackBerry BOLD 9780 Unlocked Cell Phone with Full QWERTY Keyboard, 5 MP Camera, Wi-Fi, 3G, Music/Video Playback, Bluetooth v2.1, and GPS (Black)

The phone was advertised as brand new when i bought it in early January 2011. To my surprise, I switched it on to find a thread of love text messages from some guy back in Oct 2010 which obviously means it had been used. The phone does look brand new and currently works without any problems. It better stay that way considering how much $$$$ is splashed out for the device!!!!

This cell phone turned off automatically when I was installing it, after that, the red light flashes for a while. Then, it has been dead.

I searched internet and found a lot of 9780 buyer faced this problem. So I contacted the address the seller promised to give support.

When I contact the customer service, They replied two days after I emailed them and the content of their reply was Blackberry's phone numberC nothing else.

Then I called blackberry and it didn't worker, they told me to go to the seller. I went to T-Mobile and they told me this is not their responsibility even if there is a T-Mobile logo on the phone.

Once again I wrote to the seller, describing my situation, and guess what, Surprise!!!Blackberry's phone number!!again!!!

Now I can't text my friend and family because I give my old phone to one of my friends when I get the 9780. I totally disappointed about this whole thing and will never ever by things from this seller again. They sucks!!
