Roadtrip Grill - propane grill, roadtrip grill
I bought my grill on (Saturday) 7 Aug 10, and I was so proud to get the grill on sale (I thought they were all sold out, because this was a limited production model). I brought it home and assembled the grill the same day. I hooked up the Coleman gas and checked it for leeks. None were found, so while the grill was heating up, I went indoors to get some hot dogs to cook on it. I went back outside the grill and heard a popping sound like popcorn popping. I opened up the grill and the exterior coating was flaking off. I was really disappointed that I could not even cook anything on a brand new grill. I called Coleman Company on Monday morning, and the grates are on back order, so I have no idea when I can use the grill. It was funny the operator never asked me what model I had, and she already knew it was the Paul Jr. Design model. I wanted this product, because it does have better quality parts (pull out side plates, chrome nobs, chrome hooks, better wheels, and a nice temperature gauge). I still think this will be a decent product, and at least I did get good customer service, without any type of a hassle about getting new grades. I've had a good experience in the past with Coleman customer service, so this was another reason why I purchased this grill.
I just got the new grades in from Coleman today (16 Aug 10), and they have a much thicker coating to the grates, almost a powder coating to the cast iron. I will start using the new grill grates this weekend, and update my review. Paul Jr. Designs Coleman RoadTrip Grill
This grill is AWESOME! I can even look past the defective grills that come with it. It folds out and folds up perfectly, better than any other portable grill I've seen. It has more cooking power and cooking surface than any portable grill I've seen, and it actually folds out to regular grilling height without purchasing expensive extra accessories or stands. And it does all this in one piece without other pieces to lose or forget at home.
Perfect for tailgating, car/tent camping, picnics, etc.! And this model specifically is a better look with the black and chrome. Other campers will seriously envy you.
I even use this outside the garage of my apartment, it's that easy to set up and take down.
I'll be adding the full size griddle grate, and grill cover. I've already added the high-pressure adapter hose for use with a regular propane tank. I'd highly suggest this if you'll be using it at home also.
IMPORTANT: As soon as you buy this grill, contact customer support and report the defective grills to get better replacement grills in the mail under warranty. The original grill grates are defective and the enamel will flake off instantly with heat. Even worse if you use the instructions to "condition" the grill like it says to do first.
I'd read a lot of the reviews and some of the issues with the grill that people had experienced. I went ahead and bought it given all of the concerns. Set up is a snap. As far as the concern over the grill material popping when you're "conditioning" the grill per the instructions.... I did it a little differently than they mentioned. I lit both burners, set on high, closed the top and watched the temp gauge. When it got to 200, I opened the top for a few seconds and let it cool down. Closed the lid and let it heat up to 300 and opened it again. Repeated this at 100 degree increments until it got up to 500 degrees and then shut it off, letting it cool with the top closed. I don't know if I would have had problems otherwise, but it worked perfectly and everything has been fine. The latch issue is a VERY simple $2 fix. I agree that the closing latch is cheesy. They really should have done something different with it. That said, I went to Ace Hdwe, picked up a spring that was about 2 inches long, very fine wire, quarter inch diameter with the hook style ends. Very light pressure....just enough to keep the latch in the closed position. Drill a hole 1/8" or less in the lifting handle, just across from the latch (to the right, at the same level as the latch). Put one end of the spring around the latch and wind it around so it stays on, stretch the other end into the hole that you drilled (just far enough away to keep a very slight amount of pressure on the latch and the spring). It stays in place perfectly and no more worries about the top coming open during transport, etc. It literally took me 5 minutes and now I just pull the latch over every time I open and close the lid. This was so easy that I'm a little surprised that Coleman didn't design it in. Wish I could post a picture so give a visual on it for clarity (a picture would be worth WAY more than all those words above!). The grill cooks like a champ and I think it cleans up easily too. In all this is a great grill and for the price it's really great.
The product arrived within a reasonably quick time and the assembly was easy. The one glaring and frustrating design flaw is the flimsy, useless latch for the top for transporting. As soon as I lifted the unit to roll it into storage the top came open and the grates slid out. The latch actually slides open when you lift the unit. I tried to figure a way to have it latch better but to no avail. A bungee cord is now holding it closed, but the latch is a colossal design failure, especially since this is touted as a "portable" grill. This flaw should have been detected and rectified early on in the production of these units. As an engineer, I see the need for a much heftier, "snapping" or locking closure to give this unit a feeling of quality and durability. Actually, it's a "no-brainer," and you don't have to be en engineer to figure this out. Coleman and Paul Jr. dropped the ball on this one.
Sept. 7, 2011 follow-up. We used the grill as a portable and at home this summer and it worked very well. Buy an adapter hose for a large tank for economical home use and you have a very nice product. The bungee cord is still necessary for transport - a minor inconvenience. I hope Coleman has changed the latch design.
Amazon continues to be the first site I go to when looking for something on the Internet. - Roadtrip Grill - Propane Grill - Coleman Grill - Grill'

Cell Phone Charger - ac-dc converter, car charger
We needed an adapter for our portable DVD (kids broke the cord). None of the "universal" adapters fit our ports, so we began to look at this kind. Many are very low output and do not provide enough continuous output to run a device, only charge it. Very happy with this product. Great continuous output for our needs. Gets a little warm after 4 hours of use (but so does every other device, including the player). Have not tried using the USB port at the same time yet. Takes a little getting used to the bulk of it when plugging in, but green indicator light lets you know when you've got good contact.
Would recommend in a heartbeat! DBTech® 175 Watt Portable Micro Power Inverter With USB Port --- 12v AC to 110v DC Car Plug Converter For Your iPod, iPad, iPhone, Droid, DVD Players, Laptops, Netbooks, And cellphones
Be cautious to consider buying this product. The device is loud, in that it has a fan inside and this fan runs all the time.
The product gets hot within a few minutes and remains hot while in use.
So hot in fact that one may worry that it is overheating. In addition, the net battery recharge gain to a regular Dell laptop in terms of recharging a battery while driving is nominal.
One thirty minute drive/charge yielded less than thirty minutes of renewed battery.
Obivously, in an emergency or to convert a cars dc to ac for use while driving; this device works.
It is not a very successful converter. Sorry to have to be unsupportive, but hopefully the manufacturer will upgrade the product.
Replaces a much more cumbersome unit. At some point I may wish it had more power, but it will charge my computer or portable speakers while on travelling and camping, which was the main purpose for this purchase.
Bought this 3-21-11 and have used it once briefly to verify it works.
The first time I plugged the inverter into the cigarette lighter I already had my laptop charger plugged into the inverter and the other end of the charger plugged into the laptop before doing this. That blew the 20 amp fuse in my cigarette lighter. So after putting in another fuse I decided to plug just the inverter in first, then the laptop charger, then the laptop. That worked fine and I tried that several times and it worked fine each time (Dell D600 laptop and charger and laptop which probably draws no more than 90Watts on average)
Possible order matters as the laptop charger appears to have a big capacitor in it and possibly trying to charge that up and power the laptop plugged into the charger draws to much current all at once initially.
Also verified the inverter would drive a 60watt light bulb as well.
Will report back after our vacations this year as to how well it has worked over time.
Greg
Great product, works great to charge anything and everything on long car trips. The only knock I have against it is the connection between the devise and the car isn't snug enough so I had to rig up a holding wire so it won't fall out.
This is the smallest 175 watt inverter that I have been able to find. I use it on planes when I need to plug in my laptop or charge items with USB (which is everything theses days). I also keep one in my car for emergencies. Works great.
when i bought this product with the price that it had on it, I didn't think it was going to be worth my money. When i got it I put it right to the test with a cross country trip. I was in the car for over 100hr in a few weeks. I always had my laptop (MacBook Pro 13") Plugged in charging. After a little bit you could start to hear the fan that was in it. But if you have music on even at a low level you cant even hear it. Best product i have ever used for charging my laptop in the car.
I just got mine today from Amazon.com. Upon opening the sealed package, I noticed a rattle inside the inverter.
Turns out that there was a loose screw in the inside. Other than that, the 175w easily powers my Dremel_100 (145watt) for emergency lock cutting and on the road emergencies. Connected fine to my portable booster battery's
cigarette lighter. A portable dremel comes in handy for that once in a year situation.
The plastic looks really cheap. I won't rely on this quality for daily use. Given the cheap plastic, I just hope this thing is fire safe. Nevertheless, the price is right. - Car Charger - Car Adapter - Power Inverter - Ac-dc Converter'

Bohemian - leather bracelet
This bracelet was bought as a gift for my boyfriend's sister and it's absolutely perfect. She is a bit bohemian but doesn't like anything too outrageous and this bracelet is simple but stunning. The colors remind me of a sunset over the plains of Arizona and the leather makes it a great bracelet to wear everyday. Overall a great buy! Leather Zen Bracelet, Color Beads, Bali-style Silver Beads, Adjustable 6 to 9 Inches, for Men, Women, Teens. Gift Box.
A great and beautiful bracelet. Seems to be well made. I would especially recommend this for the teenager in your life. (Either male or female.) As for as the size and how it fits, well read the description, it answers that question.
I don't normally wear bracelets, but when I ran across this...I knew I had to have it. I absolutely love it!! I get compliments on it all the time from coworkers, or strangers at the store. It looks great no matter what I'm wearing. - Leather Bracelet'

Carbon Monoxide Detector - kidde, home safety
Purchased five of these for use in our personal home with the intent to buy more for rentals if they performed well. Really liked the idea of having a voice warning that tells what the problem is and was thrilled at how easy the installation was...for about 48 hours.
About two days after initially installation, started getting a "beep" but no voice indication of low battery/other. We always keep spare batteries in stock so decided to replace the batteries with fresh ones and problem seemed to go away. Temporarily.
A few days later the alert goes off again which of course, signals ALL of them to go off as they are interconnected. This time it indicates a dead battery. Odd since we replaced them but figured our batteries may have been older than we realized. Went to the store and bought all new batteries - replaced in all five units.
A few nights later - about 2 in the morning - we get a full fledged alert with the 'WARNING -FIRE!" screeching through the house. After peeling ourselves off the ceiling, we took down the one main culprit and figured that one may be a lemon. Since we have five in the house, we still felt it may be an isolated problem...EXCEPT
The Next night we get yet another screeching alert...."WARNING - Carbon Monoxide". It should be worth mentioning to note that we had NO fireplace burning and do NOT cook or heat with anything other than electricity. In fact, nothing was running whatsoever.
At this point, we're exhausted from several nights of interrupted sleep and all of these are going back. The good news is the interconnected portion works. The bad news is the constant false alarms will leave you likely to take them down in order to get a full nights sleep.
In all our years of smoke alarms these have given more false alerts in just a couple weeks than the past 20 years combined. SKIP~! Kidde KN-COSM-IB Hardwire Combination Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Alarm with Battery Backup and Voice Warning, Interconnectable
Replaced a 10 year old BRK Smoke Detector...This Kidde is Great! Hookup took less than 5 minutes, just replaced old pigtail connector, with the included Kidde connectors. The Kidde base feels more sturdy and the sure-lock twist design guaranteed a perfect fit. The Kids love the "voice" warnings (test mode) for Fire & Carbon Monoxide...I also love the visible 120v power indication (green light). Did I mention that Amazon.com has the best price on this unit...yeah, pick one up!
The product is a great idea to combine both detectors in one. The voice portion that sounds is quite clear as to whether it is smoke or carbon monoxide. In addition the installation was quite easy for the do it yourselfer. Lastly, it was delivered with a battery installed...what a novel idea!!
For those concerned about previous mfr date issues with reviews, my units were manufactured within 45 days of my purchase date -- which is actually extremely reasonable. I'm guessing that wherever these are manufactured, they are taking a boat trip at least once before hitting a warehouse to wait for me to purchase.
I recently replaced my 10 year old BRK detectors around my entire house. I installed the Kidde PI2000 dual sensor detector in each beadroom and a Kidde KN-COSM-IB smoke and carbon dioxide detector in the hallways in the basement, first and second floor hallways.
I researched first alert, brk, and kidde, mostly because I could see them at my local big box hardware store. I chose Kidde becuase it had more features for the wired-in detectors than both first alert and brk. First alert appears to have focused their current lines on battery only units and wireless communications. Brk also had limited options in dual sensors or combo CO detectors in a wired setting. Since neither first alert or brk could supply both a photo sensor/ion wired unit AND a dual CO and smoke wired detector that communicated together, I chose kidde detectors. I wanted them all to communicate and mixing and matching product vendors makes communications between the units impossible.
There are no pretty dual detectors that exist on the market. These are nice and boring and don't draw attention. They have a working hush button. That's a new feature that I appreciate. I haven't ripped one of these off the ceiling once yet to get them to stop their alarms.
I've never done a smoke or CO test. I'll let the experts run those tests. My only tests are using the test button. But it works as identified and is loud. The voice alarms in the COSM unit is good for the hallways and will supplement the normal alarm well. Children are reported to respond faster to "Fire!, Fire!". I've been know to sleep through my daughter's baby monitor on one of her bad nights... There's no way I'm not going to hear both the voice and the piercing alarms
DIY info:
Since I was replacing an existing AC wired solution, I wanted to continue to have the security of both AC power and battery backup. The best feature by far of this wired in solution is that all detectors are wired to communicate together. If my basement CO detector goes off, then the other two CO detectors also sound with an alarm and a voice indicator. When any of the smoke detectors trip, all detectors sound, and the hallway units voice alert "Fire!, Fire!". This connection between detectors will ensure that I know in the middle of the night if I have a fire in the basement... My house is well soundproofed between floors.
In replacing the existing brk wired in units with the Kidde detectors, I had to remove the existing collars and wired in "tails" since the existing ones were not compatible with the Kiddes. You can buy an adapter to convert from the BRK style of tail to the Kidde, but I considered that a waste of money. In my house, all of the smoke detectors are on the same electrical circuit and rewiring the tails and installing the detectors was a matter of ensuring the circuit was off, removeing 3 wire nuts, removing the existing tail, then twisting the new tail into the existing leads and putting the wire nuts back on. less than 3 minutes of work.
THe collar was easy to replace. A cordless screwdriver to loosen (not remove) the 2 J-box screws, twist and pull the brk collar off, add the Kidde collar, then tighten the screws.
All in all less than 5 minutes per detector... replaceing 7 detectors took less than an hour of work and I made sure to test each one for communications with the other units.
For the single detector that I have close to the peak of a cathedral ceiling I replaced the nice alkaline 9v that shipped with the PI2000 with an Ultralife Lithium 9v... they are made specifically for smoke detectors and are claimed to at least double the lifespan of a alkaline up to 10 years.... I'll let you know in ten years if its true. In any case I don't expect to have to change that high detector's battery for years now.
Remember that smoke detectors have to be replaced every 10 years.. units that detect CO will have to be replaced after 5yrs... its a chemical based sensor. - Smoke Detector - Home Safety - Combination Smoke - Kidde'

Glass Tv Component Shelf - wall mount, component rack
I was really hoping that I could work with the covers to hide the cables. I'd read the reviews that said the covers were a challenge, but I really thought I'd be able to work with them.
I was so wrong.
First, there truly is just not enough room behind the covers. Due to the design, I simply couldn't run the cables I need - and I only have a TiVo and a DVD/receiver! (I ended up putting my Wii on it, also, but at that point there were so many cables hanging out it really didn't make a difference.)
In addition to that, the plastic from which the covers were made was far too hard for this application. The covers can't be bent enough to allow you to easily push and pull cables as you need to. A softer plastic would have been more appropriate.
And, as others have mentioned, getting the covers on and keeping them on is a serious challenge. I literally had bruises on my hands and arms where I was pulling, shoving, and pounding. I ended up using a towel to insulate the covers from the impact of the hammer I had to use to get them in place.
Other than the cable covers, though, the unit is solid and well designed. The fact that you can place the shelves at any level you like is very shiny. It really is a pretty set of shelves.
Not so pretty with all the cables hanging out, though. Since that's the reason I bought them, I can't give it more than 2 stars.
I'm now looking for something large to set next to the shelves so no one can see all the cables hanging everywhere. :( More money spent - I should have just bought more expensive shelves.
*sigh* And the marketing pics made it look so nice...
Oh, and one suggestion: measure your components. These shelves are actually ~17" wide and you have about 13-14" of depth, at most. I made the mistake of trusting the dimensions listed on the description. (I think that's the packaging's size.) My DVD/receiver unit is constantly sliding off because the feet hang over the front. I'm going to have to find some rubber pads to put under it to hold it in place. OmniMount TRIA Adjustable 3-Shelf Wall Component System with Cable Management
I needed something to get my electronics out of the reach of my toddler. This unit mounted easily to the wall next to my TV. Mounts right to a stud so holds very securely. Shelves have a gloss side and a matte side and everything seems to be designed and constructed very well. As others have said, wire covers are a bit tricky. Enough room for my wires but hard to get them tucked in and then snap the covers on.
My only compaint is that two products that OmniMount sells that are designed to be used together...don't match! Since the wires don't magically go away after you tuck them in, some hang out the bottom, I needed something too hide those wires too. Specifically the HDMI cable that goes to my TV and ALL of the power cords. OmniMount has a separate "Wall Cable Management Kit - Model CMK" that matches the wire cover pieces of this shelf system except for one little thing...it's a different color!! The TRIA is mostly charcoal grey with a bit of silver sparkle. The CMK only comes in white with a rough texture designed to be paintable. I even went to Sherwin-Williams to see if they could match it but no luck. I ended up painting the bottom section of the TRIA's cable covers and all of the CMK pieces black and it all looks good. The CMK has a 90º elbow and three straight sections. This allowed me to turn at the bottom of the TRIA and run the rest of the wires out of sight behind my TV.
Installation was fairly easy. However, installation instructions were not very clear. Had to figure out a couple steps, as the example images were either not clearly demonstrated or missing.
The unit looks nice. You have a choice of where to mount the shelves on the unit, which is nice. The configuration that I decided on was good for my setup, but you can clearly see the seperation of the cable management covers. Looks a bit on the cheap side because of this.
The functionality and easy of use of the cable management system is poor. This was clearly lacking in good design. I suggest that you tightly tie two channels of wire before attempting to place the covers. I did not do this during the initial installation. Then, I had to run an additional wire a couple weeks later. Taking the covers off was a careful operation, and more difficult than expected. And, the process ended up stripping a power cord from removing a cover. Not happy about that. That's when I devised a better plan to tightly tie two channels before re-attaching the covers the second time around.
UPDATE: 1/3/2009
I've had this unit for quite a while, but am using it in my office now. It looks great in the office. It now holds my phone and headset, network switch and internet router, and a couple other miscelaneous items. Since cable management was my biggest complaint with this item, I'm changing from 3 stars to 4 stars, because everything else is very functional and looks great.
As everyone else rated this item; the instructional manual needs work, but the mount is definitely stylish in appearance.
It should be only mounted on the wall studs or concrete walls (which was my challenge to mount it on exterior wall of a Florida home).
I didn't have any problems with running the cables in the channel provided; just be patient/careful not to nick your thicker expensive cables when you slid them in.
The biggest problem with this product is that it can only be used with light equipments as illustrated in the catalog (light speaker, small VCR, Cable box). With anything above 10-15 lbs the shelves start sagging as it happened with my Receiver surround amplifier of 20 lbs.
The second problem is with the insufficient depth of the shelves; they are shallow and cannot accommodate for the wiring on the back of many equipments. My Dish Network satellite receiver and the amplifier are sticking out so far over the glass shelves that they seem they're going to fall off any minute.
Bottom line; Buy it only if you want to set it up just the way the catalogs has shown (shallow, light-weight equipments) - Home Theater Wall Mount - Wall Mount - Home Theater Component Shelf - Component Rack'

Cordless Hedge Trimmer - black and decker, 2009 amazon frustration-fre
The hedge trimmer works superbly and it is so light you don't even get tired cutting 300 feet of a six foot hedge. The major downside is the battery. I read many reviews of this product that pointed out problems with battery function and so I was extra careful following the instructions and even keeping it in the house rather than the garage so it wouldn't catch a cold. After ten charges it died anyway. Good product but let's get a better battery! If you don't mind paying about $40 bucks a year to replace the battery in return for a well functioning, convenient, light trimmer, I give it a five. Black & Decker NHT518 18-Volt 22-Inch Cordless Electric Hedge Trimmer
This is my first powered hedge trimmer so I have nothing to compare it to, but I was surprised by how well this battery powered hedge trimmer did the job on it's first use. It trimmed about 30 large bushes on one battery charge and did it almost effortlessly. The blades work well, the product is light-weight and the vibration is minimal. I must admit, it was a gift...I would not have bought it, but after using it I am impressed and would recommend it for any weekend landscaper. One more extra battery is all I would recommend. Good product from Black & Decker!
This trimmer is awesome. I have a 200' long area of juniper that must be trimmed twice yearly. This trimmer will go through almost the entire 200' edge without changing batteries. The trimmer is very light and sharp - trims as well as my gas trimmers and is a heck of a lot easier to handle. I also have the Black & Decker 18V string trimmer and leaf blower. The leaf blower eats batteries; the string trimmer is not too bad. But this hedge trimmer goes forever on a single charge.
Excellent product. The battery charge lasts plenty long to do several bushes. Cuts well. Not having a cord to deal with is wonderful. Just pick it off the shelf, cut, and put back on the shelf. I recommend buying the better charger and not using the basic charger that comes with the unit. The better one allows you to leave the battery in the charger without overcharging and hence damaging it.
This is a great hedge trimmer made by Black and Decker. The trimmer is quiet and because it is electric, it starts and stops instantly. The handle is sort of thick so squeezing the trigger and cutting for more than 5 minutes at a time might make your hand cramp (that's what happens to me and I am 200 pounds). It states it can cut branches 3/4 inch, and it is true. With enough tenacity, you can cut up to 1 inch branches. When branches are too thick and get cut in the trimmer, it automatically shuts off. You then have to unjam it to restart it.
Battery life is somewhat decent. I got about 30 minutes of use out of one battery with a few minutes break in-between. Highly suggested to have a spare battery charged and ready to go while you are using this. There is no option to connect a cord to it, only battery.
The batteries are interchangeable with other 18 volt B&D tools, which is a huge plus. I have the complete set of blower, weed whacker and this trimmer. If you need a complete set, check out the Lawn Care set. That comes with a 3 battery charger (3 batteries) and hanging kit to organize the tools.
The charger that is supplied with it is a "dummy" charger. It does not know when the battery is full and you have to keep an eye on how long you have had it plugged in. Recommendations are to not have it charged for more than 8 hours. I normally charge my battery in the morning and then use it in the afternoon.
All in all, this is a great trimmer. It is silent and powerful. You can get a lot of work done without worrying about disturbing your neighbors because it makes very little sound.
I highly recommend this tool.
I'm extremely glad I purchased this cordless hedge trimmer. For years I used an electric trimmer with cord until it finally wore out. I replaced it with a larger, longer electric trimmer. I think because the blade was longer, I kept cutting the electrical cord. How discouraging and dangerous, not to mention how much that slowed the yard work down. So, even tho I owned the new electric trimmer less than a year, I decided to pony up and spend the money to purchase a cordless trimmer.
I debated whether to get the Worx brand but went with the Black & Decker because of better reviews. Have used this trimmer for two months now and love the freedom it provides!!! No more lugging out the 75 foot extension cord and hauling it all around the front and back yard, plugging it in here, there & everywhere. Trimming trees & hedges is SO much less of a chore now that I've gone cordless. I have about 10 smaller pine trees, numerous low shrubs, several long rows of hedges and a few other assorted plants in the yard that I like to keep trimmed. Because I can whip this baby out whenever the urge hits to shape things up, I might do a few shrubs one day, and maybe the hedges the following week and nothing gets overgrown or out of control. Plenty of power to get the job done and because it's cordless, it is much easier, and safer (!) to maneuver up, down and all around any of the greenery.
I would like to add that I'm a woman in my early 50s & slightly over 5 feet tall, and find this tool to be the perfect size. It isn't too heavy, bulky or cumbersome. Overall, this is one of the smarter purchases I've made.
This trimmer does a good job at cutting through brush and sculpting bushes but it has a serious flaw. The safety that must be engaged first is extremely sensitive. With gloves on, the safety takes excessive force from the thumb and hand to allow the trigger to operate. After that, the safety and trigger combination routinely disengage for me without using a very strong grip. This will tire your hand and forearm quickly. Gloves make gripping the safety and trigger even more difficult.
The battery life for this model is good. This unit uses the same battery as the string trimmer. I can get about one use out of the string trimmer but the same batter in the hedger keeps going and going.
The Good: Trimmer is sharp and cuts right through
The Bad: Trigger/safety combination is too difficult to operate - 2009 Amazon Frustration-fre - Black And Decker - Cordless Trimmer - Cordless Lawn Tools'

Facial Cleansing
My review is based on buying 3 packages from Costco. About one package every two months.
The package has 2 small travel packs with resealable flips and 4 bigger packs with hard plastic lids. It is soft, smells good, and doesn't scratch your skin. However, it really doesn't remove all your make up or even oil and impurities from your skin. How do I know? Because after cleaning my skin with them, if I use another towel, it gets dirty again.
I use these towelettes when I am out of town, camping, outdoor activities or whenever I have limited access to water. I use two or 3 towelettes to make sure its as clean as possible.
Honestly, I don't recommend using them to remove your make up. This can push the make up into your skin pores instead of removing it. I barely have make up on my face and I just use it for cleaning purposes; removing dust, oil, impurities, you know! I have almost sensitive skin, normal to dry.
One thing that made me stop buying these from Costco is I ended up returning two packages because there were basically DRY towelettes instead of moistened!! First time I bought a package, I found a dry pack and thought it is just this one and its no biggie ... but all other packages that I bought had at least one pack with absolutely dry towelettes. I returned two packages and am not sure how many packs were dry there, I just opened one of the small packs.
All in all, it is a good product when you are travelling or can't wash your face for whatever reason. Kirkland Signature Pre-Moistened Daily Facial Cleansing Towelettes with Camomile, Triple Tea Complex & Vitamin E, 150-Count
I used to despise taking off my make-up because it seemed like no matter how many times I washed my face and scrubbed, there was always a little makeup left behind. I have just started using these wipes as a recommendation from my sister. I was very skeptical at first since I have never found anything that actually works. I was delighted when I tried these wipes! They actually work, and most importantly, they work great! I no longer dread taking my make-up off. I do it right after I get home and it takes less than a minute, even with black eyeliner and tough mascara. These wipes are wonderful! I would recommend these affordable, convenient wipes to anyone who wears even the slightest bit of make-up.
I used this to take off my makeup a couple weeks ago and within minutes I was getting and itchy feeling on my face and neck. By the next morning I had rashes all over. It was terrible hot and itchy for over a week. Even though the package says it hypo-allergenic I still reacted badly. If you have sensitive skin avoid this product.
I wanted flushable wipes for personal use. The price was good for a bulk item. The sheets are too small and having to use more didn't make the transaction as economical as I thought it would. The wipes themselves are OK.
Do not purchase these if you have sensitive skin. These cloths caused me to break out and caused my skin to peel and become so sensitive I could not stand it. My local Costo stopped carrying the Oil of Olay cleansing cloths, so I decided to give these a try. They are convienent, but they tore my face up!!
I have been using these wipes for over two months now and I Love them! I was always skipping washing my face before bed because it seemed like such a pain but these wipes make it easy and I love the way my skin feels when I go bed. They leave you feeling clean and cool. Sometimes I use a second wipe just to be sure I have gotten all the makeup off. I have had NO negative skin reaction and I feel good about leaving the green tea extract on my face due to the antioxident qualities. I will continue to buy them and share them with my friends.
This would have been a five if the product didn't leave lint on my face. I like the pre-moistend towelettes. I really liked the camomile, triple tea and vitamin E. I liked that they did not leave my skin dry. I did not like lint over my nose, eyes etc.'

Ipod Touch 4th Generation - ipod touch 4th generation, ipod touch clearscreen
The Belkin iPod Touch Screen Overlay can be difficult to install, but it does offer great protection for the iPod once you install it. The Belkin iPod Touch Screen Overlay is a thick piece of plastic which adheres to the screen of the iPod without needing the use of liquids. There are cutouts in the overlay for the button at the bottom of the iPod and for the camera.
The application of the Belkin overlay is straightforward. First you clean the screen of the iPod with a microfiber cloth (there is one provided, but it is a bit rough). I also used a dust blower like the one that you would use to clean a camera lens such as the Giottos AA1900 Rocket Air Blaster Large (Black) to ensure that all of the lint on the screen was removed. The use of a dust blower seems to be a critical step during the application to ensure that you don't get air bubbles under the underlay. The overlay is shipped with plastic film on each side which is removed by pulling on a tab to expose the overlay. About 1/2 inch of the plastic film on one side of the overlay is removed and you line up the overlay with the screen of the iPod. The rest of the plastic film is then removed as you push the overlay onto the screen. Next, air bubbles are pressed out from under the overlay and finally the plastic film on the other side of the overlay is removed.
In practice, the removal of all of the air bubbles can take time and a single piece of lint under the overlay can cause problems, so it is important to make certain that the screen is clean by using a dust blower. I was able to remove all of the air bubbles with the exception of the area around the camera. The overlay is pulling up from the screen in a small area around the camera which is unfortunate since it does not look great, but at least the screen is protected.
I started the application at the bottom of the iPod screen to ensure that I lined up the overlay with the button at the bottom of the iPod, but still had to start over to ensure that the cutouts fit the button and camera correctly. Unfortunately, the Belkin overlay is very unforgiving if you make a mistake. Because I had to pull the overlay back up to refit it to the screen, I touched a corner of the underside of the overlay with my fingers. What I should have done was to use the supplied plastic film to grasp the corner of the overlay because now the corner of the overlay that I touched will not adhere to the iPod screen. Fortunately, there are three overlays in the package and I can try to apply a new overlay.
One downside to the Belkin cover is that it feels like plastic when you are sliding your finger over the iPod screen. This is not as nice as the feel of the glass screen, but it is a small price to pay for protecting the iPod screen. Another downside is that the Belkin cover attracts smudges. Again, this is a small price to pay for protecting the screen, but it is unfortunate.
In order to protect the corners and back of the iPod, I used a iPod Touch 4 4th Gen TPU skin case MiniSuit case for iPod Touch 4th Generation, 4th Gen + MiniSuit Microfiber Key Chain - Smoke which I highly recommend. The MimiSuit case fit snugly over the Belkin overlay and will prevent it from lifting up from the edges of the iPod screen.
In summary, the Belkin iPod Touch Screen Overlay offers great protection for the iPod. With the exception of the area around the camera, the overlay looks great on the iPod. Most importantly, the Belkin overlay does not interfere with the clarity or crispness of the images on the iPod screen. I recommend the Belkin iPod Touch Screen Overlay to protect the iPod screen. Belkin Screen Overlay 3-pack for iPod touch 4G (Clear)
After attempting to apply the Zagg invisibleSHIELD and Incipio screen overlay / protectors I ended up with Belkins' and couldn't be happier. The Zagg invisibleSHIELD required liquids and turned out to be a mess and quite frankly was not safe for electronics considering all the open inputs on the iPod Touch. If that wasn't enough, the holes for the home button and camera are not fully cut out so you have to poke them out, and with such a tedious job, I would rather not have to do that with risk of messing up the overlay. Incipio, ended up with quite a few bubbles and did not line up properly. As for Belkin, at first attempt applied perfectly. No bubbles , clear screen, you get 3 of them which is great, an added screen cloth, and a cheap price! Thank you Belkin for a great product. 5 stars!
These screen protectors are easy to apply and nearly unnoticeable once on! Definitely needed to keep the iPod screen free from scratches. A simple and inexpensive solution to protecting from scratches.
Firstly, it's easy to apply. The bubbles take a bit to get out, but you can get them all out. However, the card they send to help get rid of the bubbles leave little marks on the screen protector. They aren't noticeable unless you look for them, but it bugs me. Then, there are the sticker tabs. The first one came off easily. The second was more difficult and left a sticky residue on the screen protector! I had to use goo gone on the screen protector to get it off. That was a bit irritating.
Now that I have it on, it is doing it's job fine. It fits great and it doesn't distort the picture at all and the touch screen works fine with it on as well.
If it wasn't for the first two flaws, it would be an excellent product!
This product actually works pretty well compared to some other screen protectors I have tried. I have noticed though, if the protector is not placed completely perfect when you put a case on it tends to bubble in one corner but I can live with that!
Takes some care to apply properly. Once applied properly, You won't realize it's there. Doesn't use any adhesives, which is good. It is moderately resistant to scratches. If it does get scratched up, there are two more overlays to replace it with. Works great for me. Recommended. - Ipod Touch Clearscreen - Ipod Touch 4th Generation'

Pacific Northwest Coast Art - pacific northwest coast art, wood carving
Very detailed diagrams and helpful pictures. Steps to produce results were not overly detailed yet specific enough to leave out guess work. The intro to each project gives a significant background of the history of the carvings. MAJOR COMPLAINT:Purchasing this book based on the title was found to be very dispointing since very little information or projects were on Totem poles. Pendant Necklace - pendant necklace, heart necklace
The Silver Crystal Double Heart Pendant Necklace is very elegant. The crystals shine and dress up whatever you are wearing. It was given as a gift. The person that received it loves the look of it against her sweaters or peeking out of an open collar. The chain length is just perfect. Amazon is doing good carrying PammyJ Jewelry. Silver Crystal Double Heart Charm Pendant Necklace
When the necklace came, I was surprised on how nice it was...my 8 and 6 year old daughters loved them. I purchased the one with the pink in it and the one plane necklace with just the silver as well...so worth the money....
Necklace is beautiful and simple ...but when i got the package one crystal stone was missing from the pendant and it ruined the whole surprise bcoz i bought it as a gift. And now after using it for months the chain has lost its luster.I would say its not worth the money. If you can get it for 10$ then ok but not more than that.
It was a pretty necklace, but less than a month of wear has caused it to lose it's plating and reveal copper underneath. The last necklace I gave my fiance has lasted over a year and barely has any tarnish.
It's smaller than the picture describe... but it's still a cute product. My girlfriend likes it really much or she just like any gifts I get her in general because I rarely gift her stuff >.< I bought it for around $15 I believe and I think it's worth its price when it's a little cheaper. Get this gift for your girlfriends guys! - Heart Necklace - Pendant Necklace'

Unlocked Blackberry - iphone, unlocked blackberry storm
I ordered this phone and got it very quickly which was a pleasure. The phone came in perfect condition and is unlocked as advertised. However, the description states in bold that the phone comes with a 16gb micro SD card and original accessories. Up to now I cannot find this 16gb memory card. I have e-mailed the seller and am awaiting a response. I was very disappointed to see that I did not get this piece as I considered it a good part of the deal! Blackberry Storm2 9550 Unlocked World Phone
Unfortunately I can not says good things, I have complain about that Item...
When i opened the case and checked the mobile, I saw 2G function is not working, only the 3G functions is working.
Then I inform the Amazon about that incident. They send to my complain to the supplier, Supplier doesn't want to change or take back the mobile...
For that reason I am not happy to use that mobile without 2G function. So when you buy some electronic Items directly check and if some problem send back to the suppliers within one month.
Regards,
I'm not exactly a BB person, but due to conveniences with my friends and family I decided to migrate to it. I looked at the options available and came to the conclusion that the Storm 2 was the best option. The phone is just great! the touchscreen works very smoothly and overall the applications are what I was expecting. The only issue was that I couldn't make the EDGE connection work with my carrier. The phone is fully unlocked for calls but you need to verify first if the data connection will work with your carrier. Out of the 4 carriers in my area, the phone only worked with 1 (All carriers are GSM/3G). Also, the phone didn't come with the 16GB microSD card. However, this was easily fixed by calling Amazon. They were extremely helpful and willing to give me a solution so I could get this card.
This phone is really great. The capacitive touch screen is perfect. Once you fool around with it for a few days, you can figure it out. It is business friendly and looks very good as well. You have documents to go to view and edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. It is Quad-band unlocked GSM phone which you can use all over the world.
So, why did I give it only 3 stars?
What they don't tell you is that it is unlocked for voice but not for data. In other words the only way that you can get BIS (Blackberry Internet service) on it, is to have a company like Verizon which operates on CDMA technology. You can not get BIS for it in Europe or many parts of Asia. I am stationed in Kuwait in support of the US Military. My Kuwaiti sim card works in storm2 as far as voice and making calls are concerned but you can not get BIS for it.
If you live in America or do not care to have BIS, go for it. It is a great touch screen phone with outstanding capabilities.
I placed an order for this new phone from Amazon, The seller was JTOWLE... when I received the phone I observed that the phone had some glue stains smudges & scratches!!!!! It appears that I was sold a refurbished phone instead of a new phone which I ordered from JTOWLE.... I emailed both JTOWLE & Amazon & to date I haven't gotten any reply from either of them.... People be awear of the phones they claim are new phones when infact they are selling you refurbished old phones!!!!!!
Given the usability and power of the Blackberries I have used so far, I was having high expectations when I bought this Phone. But it lasted only until I got the phone. Setting up the phone was not so straight forward. Not because of the UI or anything, but RIM's much touted implementation of touch screen. While every other touch screen implementation is a "touch screen", RIM's implementation is a combination of touch and click. So if you want to click a button, the touch will select the button and pressing again to click will trigger a real press on the button. While in theory this can save the user from unwanted clicks, the main issue with this is that the click doesn't work really well in every part of the screen. Especially when you have a button on top left corner, clicking that will take all the energy you have. I almost felt like I will break the screen. The clicks on the center of the screen as smooth enough so its not a big deal for most buttons. Except when you use keyboard. I really dont know how a company like RIM is allowing such a product to be released to the market when such a big usability issue exists.
the next big problem with the phone is with the network service. While it supports data via Wifi and 2g/3g networks, I dont see an option to force the phone to use only the Wifi network for data. ( Or at least this is not so intuitive if such an option exist).
Installing and using apps also was not so simple. I downloaded and installed Google Talk, and on trying to login, it keeps giving me a message that The service is not enabled for this phone. I am not sure what this means at all. For comparison, I have done this on an Andriod phone and that was pretty straight forward. No issues at all..
In short, If you are a techie who wants some adventure ( really?? There are so many better ways to get the thrill than setting up and using a phone). Stay away from this.
Or if you need enterprise email etc and have an IT department to help you setup this for you, then you may consider this. Or else never even think of it. Android is way better for the common man. - Storm2 - Unlocked Blackberry Storm - Iphone - Blackberry Storm'
