Ipod Speakers - ipod, docking stations

Don't buy this player.

Like some other reviews have pointed out this unit can fail suddenly. About about a month of use the speakers suddenly stopped working, no sound would come from a docked iPod or from the aux input port.

A quick search on the net informed me this is a common defect of this unit and customer service is no help.

Customer service (the manufactures, iLive) has not responded to emails. iLive IS208B Stereo Speaker System with iPod Dock (Black)

I bought this for myself to use at work, for my iPod, and was very pleased with the size and how it sounded. I especially liked the style, it's rather cute. Not sure about the EQ button, but the remote is a blast to use. My supervisor even wanted one. It comes with brackets to fit different sizes of iPods. I was quite impressed. It's worth the money.

I bought one of my adult children an expensive Altec Lansing speaker system for his iPod a few months ago and he loves it. I purchased this item for myself thinking I'd be settling for an inferior product because I wasn't willing to spend big bucks on a more sophisticated speaker system. Well, I was WRONG! This little iLive System/Dock packs one heck of a great sound and performs nearly as well as my son's $300+ system. The music is surprisingly crisp and clear and voices bellow from the speakers. You can't go wrong here...don't let the price fool you!

This speaker set is a great value for the price. It can fit really nicely on a bedside table or shelf. It comes with a lot of trays so it can fit almost any iPod, except for the Shuffle and the iPhone, I believe. The back light on the clock is kind of bright, but it dims when not in use. You can also just cover the back of it (where the LEDs show- the brightest part) if it bothers you. In case of a power outage there is a back up battery compartment so the clock doesn't lose the time- but the speakers will not work on batteries. The remote it comes with is quite small and a bit finicky- you have to press a certain part of the button or else it won't work, and it doesn't respond right away, so scrolling through many artists is a bit of a hassle.

This is a great set of speakers for the price, making it a great value.

EDIT -10/31/2010-

As I said above, the speaker system worked great- until now at least. Lately, the volume seems to spontaneously fluctuate (the numerical value of the volume isn't changing, just the volume itself). Furthermore, some of the higher notes in many songs just refuse to play at all. It seems to be certain pitches only, though.

So, for longevity's sake I took off a star, but 2 years life isn't that bad for speakers, I suppose.

Someone else's review said "You get what you pay for," and that is the truth. The player worked great for the first 4 months. After that, I got a low tone buzz out of the speakers and now they hardly work at all. The speakers were never dropped or moved since I first plugged the unit in. Keep your receipt because the warranty is only for 90 days. I will not be buying anything else from this company. I am very disappointed and would not recommend anyone buy anything from this company.

My old iPod dock I used outside in the summer died. I spent quite a bit of time looking for a not to expensive replacement with a remote. Needless to say, they are hard to find.

When I saw this had good ratings and a remote, I bought one right away. I got it today and played it for over two hours straight now and LOVE IT!

Pros:

1. Great price (my old cost me $50-60)

2. Great sound (better than my older, expensive one)

3. Nice design (hey even has a clock!)

4. REMOTE!!!! Which by the way does anything and everything you can imagine - shuffle, skip to a new playlist, repeat, play, pause, turn on/off, play video, volume, etc. etc. (old one skipped songs, and did volume, pause, and mute)

Cons:

1. It's a bit bulky/heavy - my old one was small and light with a built in handle, this has NO handle, so you have to put it in a tote bag to carry it outside, hey no biggy, just be careful.

2. Cannot play it on batteries, you HAVE to plug it in. This means stringing an extension cord out to my deck and rigging it so no one trips over it but eh, not like I have some super duper landscaped yard and deck that a long orange cord is gonna ruin.

3. Can't see the clock really but again, I have a clock on my deck, I have clocks all over my house, not really necessary.

Overall, I give it 5 stars because it has a great sound (did I mention equalizers - cool!), great price, does what I need and I can ignore the minor annoyances. Anyway, it's worth it just for that remote, LOL.

Highly recommend this for someone looking for something decent for around the house or outside and you don't want to spend a fortune. Did I mention, it has a remote?! - Docking Stations - Ipod - Ipod Dock System - Ipod Dock'

Kitchen And Household

This product is so simple, and so well designed, it is just wonderful. The tape comes on a simple, plastic dispenser that is lightweight and functional. It's perfect for wrapping those packages for USPS or UPS - and the tape is clear and strong.

I hope the person who invented this is living a gooooood life! Scotch Packaging Tape, 2 Inches x 800 Inches, 6 Rolls (142-6)

Usually this kind of tape is so sticky that it is a bit bothersome, but at least it does the job and all is forgiven.

Indeed I was, and am, shocked to find this tape simply does not stick. I agree with another reviewer that perhaps this is a bad batch, but how many bad batches can there be?

This tape does not stick and cannot be used to seal packages. It is quite annoying to have to order a six-pack of these things and find I have wasted time and money.

Just today I bought a cheap 7-11 "brand" of this packing tape and found it sticks better than the Scotch brand.

That's right, this thing barely sticks. It's thick, and heavy, but it doesn't stick! What's the point?

Also, these are small rolls, not very efficient. You need to get another roll after taping a couple, maybe three boxes.

I have never left a review before but this tape is worthless. The only thing this tape sticks to is its self. You have to wrap the tape around the package twice so it sticks to its self. It will not stick to anything else. I am using 2X the amount of tape that I should have to.

The tape has been recalled by 3M. If yours is not sticky call the number on the box and thay will replace it. 3M customer service was great.

My tape just does not stick, I have used 3M tape before may times and it is by far better then these particular rolls.

There must have been a defective batch made.

I now have to use 3 times the amount of tape to feel comfortable that the package will not fall apart. The glue is just not sticky.

Since I have already started using the rolls I do not think I can return it.

Just another voice to say that this tape isn't sticky. I've mailed the remains of my 6-pack back to 3M with a letter to that effect. I like to buy products made in the US, but have to look elsewhere. So far, USPS tape seems to work best.

maybe i got a defective pack, but this tape does not stick! i bought this expecting to use less tape per package, but it refused to stick to cardboard boxes. i had to use some cheap tape on top of this tape just so i could mail my packages. i would have returned it, but i used a few out of the package. will not be purchasing this again.

I love this tape for shipping because it is strong and very durable, but it is so expensive to buy at a local retailer. The applicator and cutter make using this tape so easy. This multiple roll package offers a great price plus no tax and free shipping. Would like to see less packaging material, maybe the 6 rolls packed into a recyclable plastic bag in lieu of the overwrapped cardboard tray.'

Timeless Classic - timeless classic, masterpiece

Michael Jackson despite his obvious flaws as a human being struck gold with Man in the Mirror from the Bad album. Man in the Mirror is one of those rare reflexive songs that has a mystical power to cause the listener to look deep within himself and question his own lot on earth. Could we all not look at ourselves in the mirror and find something to make better about ourselves and through our own self improvement and being able to look beyond ourselves, we will find the ability to make our world a better place, but only if we can get beyond ourselves and think about the starving children of Africa or those people among us who have only known loveless lives devoid of peace and love because all they know is a world of war and hatred, or the girl abused at the hands of human traffickers because she's nothing more than an object that should bring in x amount of dollars to the pimp. This world is full of problems and like Michael Jackson says none of them are going to be solved until we look at the Man in the Mirror. Man In The Mirror

Micheal, all I want to say is that I love your music and as a person of cherater, I love you.

I believe in your music and I truly believe you are innocent of what you been through..... I love you micheal.

This is a great song with a positive message. Different from material off Thriller or Off the Way, with a more "updated" sound. Some people will like this more, while others won't. Regardless of which style you like, you can't deny the talent and positive message of this song. Very uplifting.

One of Michael's many masterpieces this song shows a side of Michael where he really sings his heart out. You can feel the passion that he has as he sings this song and as the song builds. And to create a song like this has to be difficult. A timeless classic that will be imprinted into music history. - Timeless Classic - Masterpiece'

Compact Dvd Drive - usb, lite-on

I bought this drive to compliment a recently purchased Acer netbook. I wanted something small, bus powered, inexpensive, and the ability to burn a dual-layer DVD. This unit fit the bill so I pulled the trigger.

A note for Mac users: Yes, this drive works on a Mac. I connected it to a Mac mini running OS X 10.6.3 and it was immediately recognized by the system, reading and writing all manner of CDs and DVDs. So if you want a second optical drive on your Mac, or if you've got a MacBook Air and want something cheaper than Apple's $99 external drive, this is a viable option.

The box contains the drive itself (about the same size as two CD cases stacked on top of one another), a small (maybe 8") USB cable, a "Nero 8 Essentials" CD (containing Windows and Linux software), and a thin instruction manual (which I never opened). Once unpacked, installation takes literally seconds. Upon connecting it to my netbook the drive was immediately recognized by Windows XP Home and appeared under My Computer as a "DVD-RAM Drive". I tested it with several CDs and DVDs, both commercial and homemade, and had no problems.

Although it included the Nero software, I opted instead for VLC Media Player (for DVD playback) and CDBurnerXP (for disc burning). Both are free downloads (Google 'em for URLs), perform flawlessly with this drive, and work with pretty much all versions of Windows. (VLC also has a Linux port.)

The drive is a top-loader (like a portable audio CD player). I originally saw that as a drawback but after thinking about it I realize that it's a good idea. A top-loading drive allows you to play (and burn) physically smaller media that can't work in a slot-loader. Also, people who use netbooks typically use them in somewhat cramped quarters (airline seats, etc) and a slot-loading drive actually takes up more space than a top-loading drive since you need that much space in front of the drive to load/unload discs. Also, there would be less battery drain on a top-loading unit since there's no motor system to inject/eject the media to/from the drive. This would also make the top-loading drive mechanically simpler, another boon.

One particularly nice touch: There is a slot on the underside of the unit which perfectly fits the USB cable when not in use, thus saving you some aggravation when storing the drive. No need to clumsily wrap the cable around the drive or look for it in your bag. Some people will lament the short USB cable; I don't. A longer USB cable just adds bulk and weight and more difficult storage, and since the drive is meant to be used right next to your laptop anyway I fail to see how the short-ish cord can be a problem.

The drive is about as loud as your average laptop drive, which is to say it's pretty quiet. Read/write speeds are perfectly acceptable. I cannot comment on battery drain but I don't expect any profound revelations on that front. It's an electromechanical drive so of COURSE it will suck some battery life out of your laptop whenever you use it.

Ejecting a disc from Windows works the same way as any other drive, the only difference being after you eject the CD in the operating system, a green LED on the top of the drive (next to the word STOP) flashes repeatedly. At that point you can open the drive and remove the disc, and Windows goes back to showing the drive as being a "DVD-RAM Drive". The eject mechanism is handled by a spring-loaded plastic switch at the front of the unit. Slide it sideways and the top pops open about 1/2".

I only have one complaint and I don't know that it's enough to warrant the removal of a full star. The drive feels incredibly flimsy, particularly the upper half, and the spring-loaded eject switch feels like it's pushing more spring than the switch can handle. I can easily depress the center of the top of the drive with a minimum of effort. I wouldn't have minded seeing a little more internal support "under the hood" as it were, even if it meant bulking up the unit a bit. Still, this is not intended to be a heavy-duty drive so I'm not sure if that even qualifies as a design flaw. Therefore I won't penalize it.

One could also argue that the high-glass plastics collect fingerprints like nobody's business, but that never bothered me so I'm not taking points for that either.

So, to recap: Small, lightweight, cheap, works with Mac and Windows and Linux, clever cable storage, burns dual layer DVDs, works with mini CDs/DVDs, fully compatible with every program I threw its way, visual indicator when it's safe to open the lid. Potential deal breakers for some: Fingerprint-friendly plastics, arguably flimsy enclosure construction.

EDIT Sept 20 2010: Last Thursday the drive took a header out of my bag, landed corner-first on a raised computer room floor, was subsequently accidentally kicked (by me) about ten feet where it banged up against the wall. The CD door flew open and the CD that was inside of it (though not spinning) flew out. I had assumed the worst but didn't have to. The drive is perfectly operational and doesn't even have a scratch on it from its abusive ordeal. Liteon ETAU208-96 Top Load DVD/CD Writer Black

This is the portable DVD drive I've been waiting for. I have a rather large external CD/DVD that is basically a desktop unit in a case. It works great, but it is not portable. I have an LG unit that has a slide in and is supposedly "pure" USB, but it actually has two connectors and takes up two USB inputs, one for supplementary power. I find that unit to be buggy and not always work; I also don't like the slide in slot because I forget to take out my disk and need to power it up to get it out.

What I've wanted for a long time was a small portable unit, barely bigger than the size of a disk, that pops open and runs on one USB port without the need for external power. Why the top load? Well, first of all its operation is mechanical - if I forget a disk is in there it doesn't require power to take it out, and secondly it can play mini dvds. The convenience of a single connector is really nice.

The USB cable fits on a slot on the bottom of the drive so it is easy to carry and not get tangled with other cords. If you have a netbook or small laptop without a DVD player, or if sometimes you'd like a second one, this unit is perfect. And it is also inexpensive.

It also seems to work just fine. I tried loading some programs that give me problems on the LG unit and this one ran with no problems and felt very responsive. The laptop I used it on is Windows 7 64 bit, so compatibility should not be a problem with any Windows unit. - Usb - Liteon - Lite-on - Slim External Dvd Rw'

Inexpensive Exercise Bike - exercise bike, great value

I bought this bike as cheaper alternative to the much more expensive retail exercise bikes on the market. The product description and price tag for this particular bike is exactly what I was looking for. However, I am now experiencing some buyer's remorse for going so cheap on price.

To elaborate, this bike when it works is great. It is comfortable, quiet, and the digital monitor is nice. However, I guess I was unlucky and got a factory dud. After just one exercise routine the digital monitor stopped working when you started/stopped pedaling. You could reset it and it still not activate once you started pedaling. At this point I almost decided to send it back, but I decided to open up the case and take a peek inside. What I found was the little magnetic pickup had moved out of position and was too far away from the magnet that's attached to the pulley. It wouldn't trigger. The sensor itself is glued to a flimsy piece of plastic covered in a protective gel and held to the frame by a single screw. I tightened up the screw and it started working again, but only temporarily. The vibration of using the bike moved it out of place again and the monitor stopped working.

This time I decided to tear it down again and fix it myself instead of going through the hassle of sending it back for an exchange. I had to drill and additional hole higher up on the frame to mount it properly and closer to the magnet. I then screwed it down with the original screw and put some CA adhesive on the plastic where it touches the frame. Now it works perfectly. Rock solid, but after my own toil.

It is a less than ideal situation when you purchase a brand new product then have to tear it down and practically rebuild it. That is why I am giving this bike a 2 star rating. Outside of that it works great and is nice and quiet.

The manufacturer of this bike needs to re-engineer the magnetic pick up sensor and how it's mounted on the frame. Everything from it's location and use of better materials needs to be addresses. The flimsy and pliable piece of plastic is deplorable. Spend and extra $5 and add an additional screw for more secure mounting purposes and a much thicker and stiffer piece of plastic that contains the sensor. Because my bike was obviously affected by the vibrations that occurred during shipping. Stamina 1350 Magnetic Resistance Recumbent Bike

Just like a previous post mentioned, I purchased this bike as a cheaper alternative to the majority of recumbent bikes out there. I'm really happy to have one in the house now so that I'm now having to drive to the gym and back just to use their bike. Positives: it's quiet. I can watch TV and not be too distracted. It works fine. Negatives: It was pretty difficult for my husband and I to put together. We had to bend a few pieces to actually make them fit. You get what you pay for, as it's very rudimentary, but the picture doesn't lie to you so you really can't complain. The seat and overall bike is a bit wobbly but pretty unoticeable. Other than that, it serves its purpose and I'm happy I got the bike I've been wanting and I'm not having to feel guilty about spending a ton of money.

This little bike is light enough to move where you want it, or move it out of the way. It's small enough to fit in a space where it isn't noticed. And it works as it should. If that's not enough, it's relatively cheap and putting it together was easy. After using it for two months now, I highly recommend this bike.

I bought this bike to use in my home while watching TV. It's super quiet. It's not a sophisticated model like you use in the gym, but it sure is a great substitute if the gym scene isn't for you. I was overwhelmed when I took it out of the box to put it together...but it went together in a snap (20 min.) I really love it & use it everyday. It suits my needs perfectly for strengthening/toning after having knee surgery. I recommend this bike as the best bang for your buck!

I've had it for over a week now, and I'm loving it. Easy on the joints, but if you push yourself its a real workout. It's also Very quiet, which is handy when you have a baby napping. Was fairly simple and easy to put together, and it takes up very little room. I had no problems w/shipping. Came in perfect condition.

The Stamina 1350 is an excellent buy. The bike was easy to put together and takes up little space. It is quiet and easy to use. I bought it for physical therapy for an injured knee, and it has worked wonders.

I was originally excited to find this bike at such a great price. I took it home to find that the tension adjuster in one of the handlebars was stuck to the packaging and the monitor was completely missing from the box. I received a replacement for both pieces, put together and found that 1. the monitor did not work (it gave heartrate but would not show time/distance etc, would not turn on when pedaling) and

2. the resistance/tension adjustment did not work (at first it was stuck on a higher resistance, I thought for both problems maybe it needed to be warmed up and after only about a minute or so of pedaling, the resistance snapped and had no resistance - still was not adjustable)

I give one star only because the actual frame seemed to be pretty solid, in fact more solid than many of the $200 models (weslo and others I can't remember) that I was able to test out afterward when looking for a replacement. I finally settled on a Schwinn for $250 and it was well worth the additional cost. It is quiet, smooth, quality made, has additional features and the seat adjuster is much nicer/easier than most other models (you don't have to pick up the machine/fight with it to adjust). It was too bad about the stamina bike, and maybe I just got a "dud" but I wouldn't take that chance again.

This is the worst bike ever! Worked for only 2 weeks then belt broke. Called and e-mailed customer service at at Stamina since Jan 2010! Still is broken. It was past the refund for Amazon since I bought it for X-Mas in Nov for a gift for my wife.

They did send parts - yes parts (needed a new belt) with no instructions. Figures it out and got it reinstalled - lasted 2 days! Pulleys were wielded incorrectly! That was the whole issue.

It is now the middle of June. They keep telling me they will call back. Nothing. Keep e-mailing with no response. Asked for a whole new front unit and was told NO.

I hate giving $200 (at the time) for something that does not work!

This is a nice square cut piece of cloth. I thought it would be a bit stiff like cotton, but even though it is polyester, it feels very soft. It flows like silk in the wind. I am not a plus size, but I couldn't pass up such a beautiful design. I'm having the sides taken in 2-3 more inches so it drapes closer to the body (as it looks on the model). Cordless Drills

This new driver/drill from Makita is a great piece of work. I bought this unit just days ago, so this review is just an initial impression.

The BDF452HW is super light, easy to handle and has good power. The batteries are physically small, but still pack 18 volts. The L/I batteries have a very flat run-time curve...they stay full power until right at the end of the charge. They recharge in 15 minutes (for real). Makita seems to have capitalized on the advantages of new battery technology and combined it with a well built, smooth, advanced tool.

If you need brute power or a hammer drill, this is not the drill for you. If you want a medium to medium heavy duty drill, this lightweight beauty is close to perfect. I'll update this after several months of use. Right now, I couldn't be more satisfied.

*Update (04/13/07) After using this drill for several months, I still think it is the best drill/driver in this price/usage range. The batteries are excellent and the available power continues to satisfy me. This drill is lightweight, reliable, feels like quality and has the umph to drill even 2" Rock Maple and drive 2" lag screws into the same Rock Maple with no sweat. After living with it, I'd buy it again! Makita BDF452HW 18-Volt Compact Lithium-Ion Cordless 1/2-Inch Driver-Drill Kit

I've owned a 12v Dewalt drill for 10 years and although it still works great running on it's second set of battery's, I was looking for something with a bit more power,12v tools seem to run out of juice on larger heavier jobs so I was looking for an 18v drill.

Did some research and came up with the the Makita BDF452HW and ordered it from Amazon. First impressions great ! What a beautiful well balanced tool, fits in the hand very well, extremely light, ratcheting chuck, LED light, lots of torque for those heavy jobs, and the cherry on top is the quick charge Lithium ion batteries. I was very impressed with the whole package so I took it for a spin. By chance the first task that came to hand required some finesse, a 1/16" hole in a small computer connector, not the typical work for this heavy duty beast but you have to use your new toy.

When I drilled the hole, the drill bit shook and the drill itself seemed to have some vibration so I did so careful testing. After testing various bits and setups I determined that the chuck was off center and was causing any drill bits to wobble, not greatly, but enough you could feel it and enough to physically bend a small bit. I had noticed a previous review mentioned chuck wobble but after assessing the large number of positive reviews I dismissed it a just bad luck, it happens.

***** Five stars to Amazon's customer support, I returned the drill for an exact replacement, no charge and three days later I had another Makita in my hands ready to test. Sadly the second drill also suffered from the same fate, off center chuck causing the bits to wobble. I must be too critical so I compare drill holes with the Makita and my 10 year old Dewalt. I noticed two striking differences, the Dewalt was completely without any vibration, no doubt here, it was perfect. The second thing I noticed was the trigger speed control, the Dewalt was very smooth and seemed to be infinetly adjustable allowing me to very accurately control the speed, were the Makita had distinctive speed steps, not quit the control but definitely adequate. Oh yeh and the Dewalt weighted a ton compared to the Makita.

In conclusion, and honestly with great regret I sent the second Makita back for a refund ( ***** Stars to Amazon again !) and ordered the Dewalt DC720KA. It works great and has all of the features of the Makita with two exceptions, weight (its a heavy weight @ 4.8lbs but still very compact) and battery technology, still using NiCad battery's, rather than Lithium Ion.

The Makita is a great product if you can get lucky enough to get one that is put together well, sadly I had two in a row bad. Since the chuck is a little off center, this indicates poor manufacturing tolerances. This may have been a bad batch from a failed CNC machine, or it may be indicative of a more general problem, poor manufacturing practices that ultimately translate into poor quality and usually along with that a poor repair history, and a short product life. Only time will tell if this is a freak batch or indicative of a bigger issue.

I bought this drill in about January or February. The drill itself is great, but something is flakey with either the included 1.5AH batteries or my charger as extended stays in the charger have killed both my batteries (both with and without the charger plugged in!). Makita does not sell 1.5AH batteries, only 3.0AH replacements which are nearly $100 and twice the size of the 1.5AH units.

I'd give this unit 5 stars if the batteries performed as they should have. I'm working with Makita on a battery and charger replacement as this is clearly a problem with this (my?) unit.

I got this drill after I checked it out in a local hardware store. It felt so good in my little hand. My husband's old (ancient) Porter Cable 12 volt is wearing out and we're building a house. Instead of trying to find batteries for his old Porter Cable, I decided to get the Makita for Christmas. ( I know..I'm not your typical woman, I'd rather have electronics and power tools) This way I can help my husband when we're putting up drywall instead of standing around.

On to the drill. I absolutely love it. It's lightweight, powerful and it's stubby in length. Many times my husband has a tough time getting into small areas. The LED light is great too, after ten seconds of non use, the light slowly goes away. My husband is impressed with the power. I am a petite woman and it fits my hand nicely. The only problem my husband finds is that he has a tendency to hit the forward/reverse button instead of the trigger. I don't have this problem, he must hold it different than I do. I think he's just not used to the difference from his Porter Cable. We're both quite pleased so far. I don't like bulky tools.

Update: After nearly two years of heavy use my husband has stolen my drill from me. He loves it. Last weekend, he drilled through a steel beam in the basement. He's hard on stuff, but the lil Makita drill has held up superbly. The batteries charge quickly as claimed too. I'd definitely buy this drill again.

Update: It's been nearly 3 years now and one of the batteries finally died. :(. I've been reading about other people having problems with the batteries not lasting long. I guess 3-4 years is the typical lifespan. I ordered a new battery. Drill still working fine. I dropped it off a ladder this past weekend, as I cringed, the drill was fine. I do wish the batteries didn't cost so much. When I charge them, I try to take them off the charger as soon as they're done charging. We completely drain them too since we use the drill so much. This might help extend the battery life.'

Very nice case, I wish it had one more compartment. I have to find a good GPS, tried 2 Gramin's the last being a 3760T, and both were bad and returned. But this case is great. There are 2 very small pockets on the inside the I can figure out what use they could possible have. But the extra softcase for a 4.3 GPS is a nice feature. Lowepro Navi Plus Cases for GPS Navigator (Black)

I purchased the Lowepro Navi Plus Case to use with my Garmin nuvi 3790LMT, and it seems to be a perfect match.

The case has a zippered main compartment and two smaller pockets on the outside with Velcro closures. Inside the main compartment is a separate, removable pouch for the GPS device and a padded divider than can be re-positioned as needed.

My GPS (which has a 4.3-inch screen) fits comfortably in the removable GPS pouch. This pouch then goes into the main compartment of the case, which also holds my 12-volt DC power cable, the suction cup attachment for the windshield, the mount that the GPS snaps into, and the computer USB cable.

All of this fits easily in the case with a little room to spare, if you have any other small components you need to bring along.

It's nice being able to grab this one small case as I go out the door, knowing that I'll have everything I need to be able to use my GPS in the vehicle. - Gps Carrying Case - Gps - Garmin - Gps Case'

I really liked this top. It's hard for us full figured girls to find "summer in style" tops that we don't have to worry about our "girls". This worked okay, but just a little but too snug for me, so I sent back. I am a 42 DD, and I ordered a 1X. Again, not way too tight, but I am not accustomed to wearing tight clothes, (with the type of material), the tightness showed too many "little bulges". I loved the way it draped. I plan on getting a larger size. I think this company makes some cute tops for us girls with bigger upper body parts. I plan on shopping with this company again.

I bought this top in a 2x just to make sure if fit the girls and it certainly did. I actually probably could have gone down to a 1x, but wanted to be on the safe side. Everyone complimented me on how great it looked!!

It's a very cute and FUN top for sure!!

This top is really beautiful and fits perfectly. LOVE it! I also have to mention that this company has amazong clothes...I've been ordering several times from them and always loved their items. They always fit exactly how they should fit. - Juniors - Black Tunic Plus Size Top - Tops - Plus Size Tunic Top'

swimming goggles - swimming goggles

I purchased the Aqua Sphere Seal XP Lady Swim mask because goggles don't fit me well. I tried many different goggles, but they all leaked or had to be so tight that I'd have marks half the day. After using these for a couple of weeks, I can say I am pleased. I haven't had any leak issues, there are no marks on my face after an hour swim, and my vision range is excellent. While I wouldn't want them for pool racing (too bulky), they are fantastic for open water swims and pool workouts. These are definitely staying in my swim bag! Aqua Sphere Seal XP Lady Swim Goggles(Clear Lens, Trans/Aqua)

These goggles left deep marks in my forehead and cheeks, did not quite seal around my nose (been told I have a Roman nose, and my hat size is large), and maybe because the seal was bad they even fogged up! MAYBE someone with a smaller head and face would have more success...

*Instead I would recommend the same company's Aqua Sphere Vista Lady Swim Mask Aqua Sphere Vista Lady Swim Mask and/or the Aqua Sphere Vista Swim Mask Aqua Sphere Vista Swim Mask. They fit similar and have way more soft silicone-like plastic around the edges which seals gently but AIR TIGHT. I have a pair of each now (the ladies version doesn't come with a dark lens for outside) and they never fog, never leak, leave minimal marks on my face (main reason I purchased them), and fit both my husband and I perfectly. And the vision through them is SO CLEAR it's unbelievable. I believe they're made in Italy.

The Romans had swimming pools, but unfortunately for them, they didn't have these goggles!

Not to worry: in our era, this Italian product gives you a comfortable, leak-proof fit with a wide view. Aqua Spheres don't just protect your eyeballs, they reach your zygomatic arches, giving you pretty good peripheral vision.

(That way you can avoid accidental encounters during Adult Swim Hour when, for instance, your foot gets caught in a fellow swimmmer's trunks because you unwittingly merged out of your lane and did not see him until it was too late. Awk-WARD !)

Also, they're sturdy, so you won't need to replace them frequently.

I'd recommend these for anyone who loves recreational swimming. I don't know if they'd be appropriate for racing, but they might give good protection for water polo. Or, Marco Polo !

I cant use normal goggles cause I feel like they make my big eyes pop out. These types of goggles are much more comfortable on my eyes, and these are made for women so they fit my smaller face. Ive never found goggles that don't leak, but these work for me pretty well. I've been using them for a while. I noticed they leak horribly if I don't wet them and my face first. After that they seal pretty well. I'd only recommend them to those that can't wear the normal little goggles.

These are simply the best goggles I've ever worn.

Now, there may be some reasons. I have a very small face. I wear eyeglasses, and I actually purchase frames made for children, rather than for adult women.

My optometrist told me my eyes are closer together than average.

Whatever the reasons, I think these goggles work becasue there's simply more surface area for the goggle rims to cling to. When these goggles form a suction, you *feel* it. It's a mini-vacuum. Other goggles--made for speed racing--might form a slight suction, but not a noticeable one. The result, for me, used to be water coming in every few laps. That's all over now with these new goggles.

Visibility underwater is *greatly* increased, as a nice side effect. Which means it's really a pleasure to simply *see* stuff when submerged.

Also, these are sanely designed. It's *easy* to adjust them! I can't believe most standard goggles are such a hassle to adjust.

Great product! I don't leave many reviews, did so this time because I'm so impressed.

Love these googles. We are an aqua sphere family for their great products. I have the indoor clear aqua sphere goggles, but my eyes are sensitive to bright light. I purchased these for the outdoor pool. I can keep playing with the kids and scout for them above water with the smoke lens. They reduce that burning eyes at the end of the day from too much sun.

Finally! So great to have goggles that fit and don't leave painful indents around my eyes. I jumped into a lake from a boat with these on and they didn't budge. And the range of vision was excellent. When I got out of the water, I forgot I had them on. Love 'em.

I really like these goggles. I would say that I have an average size head/face but deep set eyes. These goggles do not leave awful, deep, red marks around my face for several hours like standard goggles. In fact I barely have any mark at all which is really nice especially when I have to go somewhere after swimming. The suction sets up pretty well although I really have to work on the temple area of the goggle every once and a while and be careful that your swim cap doesn't interfere as well. They can fog a little initially but I found that spitting on the interior of the lens and rinsing in the pool seems to work just fine for that even if swimming for an hour. They are also very easy to tighten once they are on and they also provide a great view of anything you may need to look at due to the wide lens. I haven't had these in a protective case at all and it looks like it's not too easy to scratch although I do try to take care of them regardless. - Swimming Goggles'
