Ralph Lauren
This shirt was delivered extremely fast but it was not the color I ordered, it's not even the same shirt pictured!!! It's a polo shirt but the wrong one!! When I paid $20 for a t-shirt I expected it to be the one I wanted!
I would not order from them again! Polo Ralph Lauren Men Pony Logo T-Shirt (Large, Black)
las mejores franelas del mercado por el precio no hay competencia y duracion tengo unas desde hace mucho tiempo y estan como nuevas las recomiendo, e comprado en rovermall la entrega es rapida y responsable
The customer service is not good at all. If there is a problem with my order I expect to be able to get in touch with someone immediately. I am trying to exchange this for a smaller size because a large should definitely be sold as an XL. Too big. Anyway, all I want to do is get in touch with the seller and I've called and emailed many times. Such a hassle.
Stop paying attention to all these bad reviews. I just got my order in today a day early and everything is exactly as I wanted. i ordered 6 shirts just to make sure I could send back any that would have been the incorrect size or color. All of them were right. *The red one is a bit more on the orange side though, but I could honestly care less. pale colors are cool too.
This marks the 1st time I have bought a Polo RL t shirt. I guess I finally had to conform one day. Glad they weren't $80 at the mall. Good buy.'

Hex To Drill Chuck Adapter - drill bits, drill bit sets
The Drill bits are pretty good, not that strong and break pretty easily and the pin vise doesn't really give a steady and straight vise; the bit is crooked when you put it in the pin vise. Just buy the drill bits, not the pin vise Mini Micro Drill Bit Set Pin Vise and Case 21pcs
They sent, quite quickly in fact, the wrong item
Another pin vise was shown in the ad.
they sent the wrong one and then when I emailed them, there was no response for several days.
Will not do business with again
FIRST OFF the plastic case I have had other cases break on me.When I get a set of drill bits in the plastic case I remove them and put them in a pill bottle its easyer for me to get the bit I need. The pin vise is the best I have found it holds the smallest bit very snug NO movement at all. Also if you remove the chuck you can use it as a 1/4 in. driver.I have to say its the best buy I have made on a tool in many years. - Chuck Key - Drill Bits - Drill Bit Sets - Hex To Drill Chuck Adapter'

Star Wars Novel - star wars books, star wars
Paul S. Kemps' new novel Star Wars: The Old Republic: The Deceived is a new take on the world of Star Wars' novels. Having read Kemps' first Star Wars piece (This being his 2010 release "Star Wars: Crosscurrent") I was needlessly excited to see where he would take us next.
Deceived starts with the Sith destruction of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. This scene was actually featured in the first trailer for the Bioware game "The Old Republic" which this novel is based on. The attack is led by Darth Malgus, the cover art villain and deeply emotional antagonist of the book. He is a Sith that delights in war and destruction, seeking to fully live out a vision. He has no friends, but an unnatural sort of love for his servant Eleena - a bond that brings him more trouble than good.
During the destruction of the Jedi Order, Jedi Master Zallow fights Malgus and ends up victim to his might. Zallow was the master to Jedi Aryn Leneer. Aryn, who just lost his master, goes on a journey of self discovery in this book. Questioning her life as a Jedi, the principals of the Code - and even wrestling with questions of life meaning. Her curiosity and adventure help create a realism feel to the sometimes 2D Jedi characters in the Star Wars universe. She is not "blinded" and thinks for herself, making mistakes and hoping to learn from them as she goes.
Our last main character is a man named Zeerid Korr. Zeerid is a father who, due to a family tragedy, was forced into the business of smuggling to make ends meet for his now handicap daughter. In high debt to The Exchange, Zeerid gets one last assignment. A run that could erase all his debts. Zeerid uses this last run as a tool for finding his inner peace. Learning how to stop the life he started, and to regain control of his family and life of normalcy.
Kemp provides us a great, fast paced story in Deceived. The battle scenes are plenty, but not overpowering; and the dialog and situational confrontation leaves you with a feeling thinese characters are living and breathing - making choices and learning rather than following a path to greatness. There is failure along with success, and amazing attention to detail.
This is not a story for those who seek hack and slash lightsaber combat or high octane starfighter battles from beginning to end. Deceived is a novel that, though it has plenty of action, focuses more on the questions of why and character development then it does on action. (Don't think you won't get your lightsaber combat though, because Kemp delivers some very nice fight scenes.)
The biggest plus however about this book, is it's accessibility to non Star Wars fans. Taking place in The Old Republic (way before the movies take place) - the book requires little Star Wars experience. It is written in classic Kemp style, using comparative descriptions on emotions to convey an otherwise "outworld-ish" situation.
Star Wars: The Old Republic: Deceived leaves you wanting the story to continue, and it appears that it may. This book, is highly recommended to anyone looking for adventure, suspense and the Star Wars experience Kemp has proven he is able to deliver. Star Wars: The Old Republic: Deceived
As a Star Wars: The Old Republic game tester, I have been reading all the fiction I can find about the time period because it is so interesting to me. I find this period in the Star Wars Extended Universe to be more thrilling than the story Lucas gave us in film. For reasons I won't go into here, I was disappointed in the first Old Republic novel Fatal Alliance. I had not read any of Paul S. Kemp's prior novels but was excited to see a novel dealing directly with the sacking of Coruscant as depicted n the SWTOR trailer of the same name, Deceived. I am happy to say I've found a new author to follow.
Paul S. Kemp's strength is in his character development. From the relationship between a struggling smuggler and his disabled daughter to the traces of humanity that peek from behind the respirator of Sith antagonist Darth Malgus, the characters of Deceived are fleshed out and interesting. Too see Malgus' soft side (if you can call it that) was unexpected but made for a stronger character and gave the reader a look into his motivations. I could go on but most of what I'd say has already been covered in earlier reciews. Deceived is the novel that sets up the storylines players will deal with in the Old Republic MMO is an especially fantastic read if you like the KOTOR time period.
I hold all Star Wars novels up to Timothy Zahn's Thrawn trilogy. Paul S. Kemp is the first author that I'd really put up there with Zahn in regards to great Star Wars novels. I'm looking forward to more (hopefully Old Republic themed!) books from Kemp in the future.
Deceived is set before the events of the previously released novel The Old Republic: Fatal Alliance. The book is set approximately in 3653 BBY in the events of the sacking of Coruscant and its immediate aftermath, while the negotiations for what will become the treaty of Coruscant occur in the background. The Epilogue does occur in the future after the events of the novel proper, but just how far in the future is unclear.
Dramatis Personae
Adraas; Sith Lord (human male)
Angral; Sith Lord (human male)
Arra Yooms; child (human female)
Aryn Leneer; Jedi Knight (human female)
Eleena; servant (Twi'lek female)
Malgus; Sith Lord (human male)
Ven Zallow; Jedi Master (male, species unknown)
Vrath Xizor; mercenary (human male)
Zeerid Korr; smuggler (human male)
The book revolves around the stories of three main characters, Aryn Leneer, Darth Malgus, and Zeerid Korr.
Author Paul S. Kemp described the Point of View (POV) characters thus in an interview I conducted;
I like to think that Malgus is a complicated character. He embodies much of what we think of when we think of the Sith - he's violent, values strength and power, and in general regards peace/passivity as weakness. At the same time, he's possessed of a keen sense of honor, and has a powerful attachment to Eleena. These somewhat contrary impulses give him his internal conflict and drive his character arc.
The other two main POV character are Aryn Leneer, a Jedi Knight and Force empath, who has very personal reasons for confronting Malgus, and Zeerid Korr, a former Havoc Squad commando who is in deep to a criminal syndicate known as The Exchange.
One of the strengths that Kemp has as an author is crafting very interesting and complex characters. The strength of Deceived isn't its plot (while good) or its action (while great), the real strength is the development of its characters and their interaction. One flaw that many authors fall into is that there characters are not internally consistent. They set up the character with certain traits, philosophies and motivations, and then for the sake of the plot they have the character do something that doesn't make any sense given what we know about that character. Kemp constructs some really interesting characters that while they evolve through the course of the novel, the maintain that internal consistency that makes there actions and decisions make sense and makes the novel feel like a very satisfying journey.
Deceived is all about relationships. The relationship of Aryn Leneer to her Jedi Master Ven Zallow, the relationship between Zeerid Korr to his family, the relationship of Aryn to Zeerid, the relationship between Malgus and Eleena, the relationship between Malgus and the other Sith in the power structure, and ultimately the relationship between Aryn and Malgus. It is almost like the characters are asteroids stuck in orbit around each other, they cannot stop crashing into each other, and then spinning off in strange new directions.
I am a sucker for a good villain and for the flawed hero. In this novel we had heroes stepping into the dark and villains stepping into the light, it was a great story and a tremendous introduction to a character I hope we see more of in the future in Malgus.
Deceived gets a 9.5 out of 10 lightsabers.

Reconditioned Tools - combo packs, air compressors
I purchased this reconditioned unit for a home workshop because it seemed like a good deal and was supposed to have been returned to new like condition by the manufacturer.
I recieved the compressor with three guns, brad, finish, and stapler. The brad and finish nailer fired once and jammed. (yes I used the correct nails and brads for each gun). The problem was that the internal driver pin that drives the nail or brad froze and could not be unjammed to allow more that one nailing at a time.
I contact Bostich and was refferred to a local tool repair company who refused to service the guns. I ended up sending the whole thing back to Amazon for a refund.
The only good thing about the purchase was that Amazon was prompt in giving the refund and din't charge return shipping.
The Bostich seemed like a good deal but was nothing but a hassle and I'm still looking for a good brad and finish nailer combo kit for my Home workshop. Factory-Reconditioned Bostitch U/CPACK300 3-Tool and Compressor Combo Kit
Overall, this is a nice product for the money.
It has some scraches but is almost new.
Compressor holds about 140 psi (advertised as 150 psi ) and works well with three guns provided.
Cons:
Shipping package was very poor.
No foam cushions for compressor and guns.
No accessories are provided (no oils and no sample nails)
I received the package today and it was damaged beyond repair which was evident as soon as I opened the box. The plastic handle was broken, the case on the compressor was broken, and there was absolutely no packing around the compressor or any of the tools to keep them from being broken. I have Grandkids who could have done a better job of packing. Now I have to wait to have it picked up and hope the replacement is OK. Its not the shippers fault as the packing was not done right.
Update- I received a replacement yesterday and it worked perfectly. The item is a really good buy, I just can't understand why it's not packaged so it won't be damaged in shipment. The nail guns had 1,000 fasteners with each of them, and they all worked fine as did the compressor itself. This is a good buy if you are willing to take a chance on getting it shipped without damage. Otherwise, spend a little extra and buy direct from the factory or local retailer. I already have a couple of projects planned where I'll really put it to the test.
Upon receiving my compressor I was relieved to see that it was well packed and the box was in great condition. When I went to try it out for the first time, I flipped the switch and was surprised that it did not turn on. I then looked at the pressure gauge and realized it was shipped it to me fully pressurized at 140 PSI. When I drained the pressure out of the tank about 1/3 of a cup of rusty water came out along with the air. I then pressurized the tank again and adjusted the pressure regulator valve to allow air to flow and noticed there was a hissing leak around the pressure regulator gauge. To fix this I had to remove the plastic cover, remove the gauge, put Teflon tape around the threads (there was none), then put everything back together. I fired it up one more time, adjusted the regulator gauge, and plugged in the supplied hose. Once again I hear a hissing sound! This time it was coming from the hose. There was a small puncture hole in the center of the hose. I threw away the supplied hose replaced it with one I had laying around and now FINALLY I have a functioning air compressor.
I was a little surprised when I opened the package; the tank was obviously used- it has paint overspray on the tank and the feet were dragged across concrete numerous times. On the plus side I received a brand new bag, a brand new hose, three brand new guns and a box of nails/staples for each gun. The compressor and guns work excellent and like new; a good product at a substantial discount over new. Very happy with this reconditioned product..
Packaging is not a strong point. Tool bag had a hole in it from rubbing against other contents in transit. Amazon has graciously offered me an acceptable adjustment for this defect. All other items were intact; oil and nails were included; appearance was very nice. Then I tried to start the compressor. NO GO.
Called the 800 number in the instructions, spoke with a very nice lady who gave me the location of their nearest repair facility, unfortunately thirty miles away. I called there, spoke with two very friendly people, and will be taking it there tomorrow. (2-2-10) I was told it should be a simple repair. If this is true, I will be very happy with this purchase and may change this review. I really don't want to return everything. Testing at the factory and packaging should be improved but value seems outstanding.
Update 2/15/10
Dropped off as planned on Feb 2. Was told it should be ready Feb 5 and I would be contacted. No call. Waited until 1:00 PM Feb 12 to call them; was passed around to three people, put on hold twice, and finally told it hadn't been looked at yet, but since I had called, it would be "moved to the front".
At about 2:00 PM I was left a message that it was ready to be picked up. Amazing that it took almost two weeks to do a five minute repair that would not have been necessary if they had started it at the factory; a repair that cost me four hours and 130 miles ($70.00+ at IRS rates)
Pros - Good price - adequate product - good Bostitch customer service
Cons - Bad quality control - Bad packaging - Pathetic repair center - purchase savings wasted on repairs
Extremely poor repair service has caused this low rating. The product seems fine if you live near a reliable repair center.
Add me to the list of people questioning the packaging procedures.
It arrived on my door stop and the box looked to be in good condition. there was a tear in the corrugated opening of the box were you would pick it up, but no obvious signs of distress. I had read about shipping damage, so I immediately opened and inspected the goods. the items were just placed in the box, loose. The tank Looked good. No scratches or dents as I pulled it out. One of the small screws on the handle had been torqued down too hard and had cracked the plastic housing on the handle. Maybe this is why it is reconditioned? The bag was next to the tank and it had the guns in it. they appear to be in excellent shape. and there were staples in the bag for each gun. Paper work for the tank and the guns were also included. No oil was included. Not a big deal since there were no instructions on what to do with it!
With everything out of the box, I checked the box once more for leftovers. that's when I saw the plastic handle and the 5" bolt. I traced the bolt to the plastic housing. Again, it looks to be stripped out when it was put together. The handle was what was left of the drain cock on the bottom of the tank. It had snapped off in shipping. Dang it! What a hassle for such stupid stuff. I can open it with pliers. maybe I can purchase a replacement handle. I want to use this thing, not waste a few weeks returning it and hoping for better luck.
The tank and the guns work well. I tested each to make sure before I decide what to do about the damage. The hose is pretty cheap, but it works. I ordered the Good Year replacement hose with the tank, but it hasn't arrived yet. For an additional [...], it's a deal. I got a solid 150 psi in the tank when I turned it on and the guns work great. Despite my shipping issues, I still feel this is a great deal.
About the shipping time, it was excellent. I ordered Sunday evening and was notified that it was shipped Tuesday evening and it was on my doorstep Wednesday morning. This was with the free shipping! Excellent service, though they did not ship the hose yet. I'm happy they split shipped to to get it here faster.
Just be aware that there is a chance for shipping damage. The items are just placed loose in a box. I know and appreciate that Amazon wants to reduce excess packaging, but a piece of styrofoam on the bottom of the box would have saved a lot more natural resources when you take into consideration of freight costs on the return and a new shipment. Best Razor - norelco, washable
I've used almost every high end electric razor on the market in the last 15 years. I've had the Braun, both the pulsonic and the 7 series. I've had the Panasonic and I've had several Norelcos. The only model I've not tried are any of the Remmingtons, based on their consistanly poor reviews.
In summary, if you looking to go to electric you have to choose between the foil shavers, like the Braun and Panasoinc or the rotery model, like Norelco. My experience with foil shavers is that they seem to cause more ingrown hairs on my face, than any other method of shaving. The Panasonic in particular almost cuts too close, and left me with razor burn. I tried shaving with it "wet" as they advocate, with cream.. this method left me with a 5:00 shadow at about 11:15.. and made a huge mess. If I was going to futz with shaving cream I'd use blade.
Which in the end, not one electric I've ever used does as good a job as a cheap disposable blade.. except this one.
Prior to this razor I had been using one of the 8000 series models with the "faster shave" heads, those have three rings of holes on them. The claim being it was 50% faster and X amount closer. I found those heads to be pretty irritating to my face, even after a year of using it, and it seemed to pull my skinn and missed more whiskers than I'd expect, leading to ingrown hairs or that super long solo whisker you missed all week that your wife plucks off with a tweezer right before you go out with her.. ouch.
The 8000 series is about $20.00 to $30.00 more than this model as well. Years ago my first Norelco was a 7000 series and I remembered it being very good. With that in mind, when my 8000's blades dulled and it was time for a new set.. rather than spend $40.00 on new blades I figured and extra $20.00 for a whole new razor. Not wanting to spend $200 on the top of the line, I stepped down this time, and I'm very glad I did.
The heads on this razor are better than the more expensive model, it shaves closer, comfortably, than any razor I've used.. which was too close, and it does so in a way that is very comfortable and easy to use. No pulling skin no missed hairs, no ingrown hairs, and no rash like the panasonic.. And, although I like the cleaning base for the Braun, it was like haveing a new razor every shave, it was still $6.00 a month just for the cleaning solution. This one is just about perfect.
The only complaint I have, as they've cut costs on these things, Norleco has eliminated the carrying case, very handy when you travel as the blade cover comes off easy and if you nick a blade.. you're screwed and they've eliminated the charger stand.. a very very nice place to store the unit when you're at home. I'd pay for those things to get them added back in the box.
This is a no frills razor that works fantastic, and the price is certainly right. Highly reccomended. Philips Norelco 7810 Men's Cutting System
What impresses me most about this shaver, as opposed to the Philips/Norelco shavers I've had before, is the battery life. The others were good, but I've gotten over 24 shaves from one charge (Caveat: I have what most people would call a "very light" beard- I need to shave or I look like a dork). I appreciate that it's quieter and lighter than past models, although admittedly at first it felt "cheaper." I can hear when the blades are cutting, indicating I need to keep at that spot, and when they're not, indicating that I can move on. I disagree with reviewers who miss the docking station- it's an unnecessary piece of clutter and landfill waste. As with other Norelco shavers I've found that they work best with a clean, dry, cool face. First thing when I get out of bed is usually fine, but sometimes a quick wash with cool water and then a few moments to dry completely is helpful, like if I'm in a hot climate. I think the charger could be more travel-friendly, that is, compact, but with this long battery life you'd need to be on the road for a long time to bother bringing it. I agree with other reviewers who wish a travel case had been included; I'll use my old one, but it should still come with one. And as for the cleaning brush, well, you should never need it. You should just dump the scraps in the trash and then give it a quick rinse, shake out the excess water and put it back in "its spot." It takes seconds and means it will always be clean the next time you use it. The only other thing to comment upon is that it would be better to have a meter indicating remaining battery life instead of just stopping.
I have been using Norelco electric razors since 1989. My last product was the model 6843XL that I bought in 2005, I replaced the cutting heads twice. Recently I bought this model 7810XL an it is awesome. It's very noticeable the closer shaving that you get. The speed of the cutting heads is higher and quiet. The design of the cover of the head has different patterns, lines as the former but also little holes that catch the shortest remaining stuble. The capability of to be cleaned with hot water under the faucet is an additional advantage.
I recommend to any that previously own an old model that try this one.
My first Norelco shaver lasted 30 years. My second Norelco, model 6865XL lasted 6 years. The battery died and I think I may have messed it up trying to solder in a new battery. It still works but is not dependable. So, based on the reviews here at Amazon, I decided to try the Norelco 7810. I was disappointed with it after shaving with it for a week. On the plus side it is nice looking, it's quiet, and can be cleaned by rinsing it with water. However, in the most important category for me, how close it shaves, it comes up short. I found it took me 3 times longer to shave than it did with the 6865xl model. I had to go over areas of my face 10 or 12 times to get anything near satisfactory. Like I said earlier, my 6865XL still works so I was able to compare them side by side. There is no comparison. A couple of passes with the 6865XL and I was done, and my skin felt just about as smooth as it does using a hand razor and shaving cream. After I shaved with the 7810 my skin still felt like very fine sand paper. I then ran my 6865XL over the same area once or twice and now my skin felt smooth without a trace of roughness. So, the 7810XL is on it's way back to Amazon and my search goes on for another good shaver. - Norelco - Cordless - Rechargeable Batteries - Washable'

Yoga Bags - yoga, yoga mat
I've had this bag for a month, and I love it. Plenty of room for my extra wide, thick and long mat and a towel/other items inside. The deep front pocket is great for keys, a power bar and other essentials. The fabric is more oatmeal is color - not white like it appears in the photo, which will help it look clean longer. The pattern is attractive. The drawstring top works just fine, and the strap is the perfect length to keep the bag snug on your back instead of feeling like it will slide off like other bags. The price is right, too. Gaiam Mosaic Yoga Mat Bag
The mat bag has a little pouch to hold cash for if I need it. It holds my thick yoga mat. And it is a sturdy material so you can't see the dark mat underneith, you just admire the beautiful design on the bag itself. I love it. - Yoga - Gaiam - Yoga Mat - Yoga Accessories'

Toshiba Battery Replacement - toshiba, laptop batteries
I have had this battery for over one week and it works well with my Toshiba laptop A135-S7403. I initially thought I was buying the PA3457U battery which has a higher capacity but this is the regular capacity battery. For the price though, I am satisfied with the product. Cannot attest to durability hence the 4 stars. The product shipped promptly and arrived in about 3 days. I would buy again from this vendor - SIB. NEW Li-ion Battery for Toshiba PA3465U-1BRS PABAS067 PABAS069 pa3465u pa3465u-1bas pa3465u-2brs pa3465u1brs Satellite A135-S2256 A135-S2396
I received the exact item described. The battery works perfectly on the Toshiba A135-S2246 and lasts about 2.5 to 3 hours on power saver mode (with the screen fully dimmed and CPU working slower). It came in an anti-static bag which is nice to avoid damage during shipment.
One thing to note is that the battery may not be a perfect fit, but it's compatible. For me to lock it in in place twice (with the two locks) I had to lock it while the battery was partially inserted and then push it in all the way. Once the battery is inserted you can't see or feel a difference from the original.
Bought this to replace the factory battery in my Toshiba Satellite A105-S101. It has 1 gb of RAM an Intel Celeron at 1.6ghz and no USB devices plugged in. When running it on long life mode I get under 2 hours still... My old factory battery which is 4 years old is able to go 1 hour and 30 minutes and it is a 4 cell 2200mah... This is supposed to last atleast 3 hours and that is what I was expecting, very dissapointing. It is likely due to cheap manufacturing and cheap materials. I just returned this and purchased another battery on here that also works for the PA3451U-1BRS model. It is a 12 cell and judging from the one review I should get upwards of 5 hours at a minimum. Pay an extra $30 and get that one.
The biggest problem with this battery is the fact that it does not constantly charge, the battery light goes on and off while charging (the factory one does not). I followed the instructions included with this battery and "conditioned" it according to their steps, after fully charging the battery I used it until it died (right around 2 hours exactly on long life) I then tried to charge it IT WOULD NOT CHARGE! I had to turn the computer on and then it started charging, it would not charge when the laptop was off...
Bottom line if you dont mind going through some extra hoops to get it working every time and you only want a battery that gets 2 hours then this is perfect for you.
If you want a quality product that will work well for years to come I would look elsewhere.
I got this battery for my Toshiba Satellite A135-S4427 and it works great. The battery is designed for many different laptop models so getting this one to fit exactly like the factory produced battery didn't happen. You have to finagle the latches to get it to fit but once in there, it's a very tight, secure fit. Overall, a good battery.
Not a problem, this battery was the exact replacement size that it needed to be. We thought the laptop had problems, It did, the battery. Now with the new battery this computer performs like it should. Great fit and at a great price.
I bought this for my Toshiba laptop and it is doing what I expected for $25. It has about a 2 hour life span, which is about the same as the battery that came with the computer had to begin with. Overall, I am please with the battery.
I bought this item from Amazon as a replacement for the original factory battery in my Satellite M55-S139. It fit perfectly into the battery compartment. Per the instructions, I charged it to 100% then let it run until it was fully discharged. I did this by playing videos and web surfing (at the same time) in Full Power mode. In other words, I was intentionally trying to create a worst case scenario. I got a low battery signal at 1:50 and the computer went into hibernation at 1:55. Even under those conditions, I was a little disappointed that I didn't get at least 2 hours. After connecting the AC adapter, the battery was quickly and fully recharged. Overall, the performance of the new battery seems to be about the same as the original factory battery when it was new. If it lasts as long (about 3 years), I'll come back and add a 5th star to my rating.
The bottom line is, this item seems to be quite a bargain. Even with the free Super Saver shipping, I was surprised to receive it in 3 days. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase.
I purchased this battery as a replacement for the OEM battery that was going bad after 3 years. This battery fit like it should and so far seems to work fine. The seller shipped it quickly and sent an email letting me know it was on the way. It is marked "made in China" which is fine with me as it seems to work as it should. The info that came with the battery says to "calibrate" the battery by fully charging it and then letting it run all the way down. Research online indicates that this was good for the older NiCad batteries to prevent them from developing a memory but is not a good practice with Li-ion batteries. As I have not let it run all the way down I can't say how long it lasts but it's definitely better than the one I replaced. - Toshiba - Laptop Batteries - Toshiba Battery Replacement - Okay'

Flat Plug
Specs:
* 18 inch cord length
* the plug head is 3/4 inch thick
* 18 AWG cable
Pros:
The quality of the extension cord is good and it does the job I need it to do (push my coffee maker flat against the wall).
Cons:
* The plug head is thicker then I would like it. I seen slimmer designs
* You will not be able to plug two of these extensions plugs in the same wall outlet (if you need to). It will get in the way of the other cord.
If you are willing to spend a little bit more, I would suggest Ziotek ZT1212590 Power Strip Liberator Flat 18-Inch, 5-Pack. With this extension cord you can plug two in one wall outlet, the plug head is slimmer (0.5 vs 0.75 inch), thicker gauge cable, and you get 5 cords instead of just one. My boyfriend gave me this ring as a present and I was instantly in love with it. It's a beautiful design and catches the light really well. I treated it so well and treasured it. But within days 2 of the stones fell out and the gold band is already beginning to fade. I will be taking it to a professional jeweler soon to repair it, but I am very disappointed with how quickly it deteriorated. As I said, I treated it very well... it has not gotten wet or tossed around. I am left to the conclusion that it was made with poor craftsmanship. Bling Jewelry Sterling Silver CZ Heart Ring with Gold Vermeil Accent-8
THE RING WAS BEAUTIFUL. BEST OF ALL, I LOVED MY SWEETHEART'S REACTION WHEN SHE SAW IT!!! As for durability, it's doing just fine, the stones are still in and the gold is just fine. It was a great choice to buy and I HIGHLY recommend it.
I got this as a gift and love love love it. I've not taken it off since I got it a month ago. It's just as pretty, if not better than the picture. It also seems to stand up to scratching just fine. I'm usually very rough on my rings but this one is doing great.
I got this ring for my girlfriend and mine one year anniversary. She loved it and I really liked out it turned out. It is a great promise ring to give to your special someone. The ring looks great! It has been about a month and the it still looks new. I would most deffinately recommend this ring to someone.
I got this as an engagement ring [until we have enough money for a better one], and I have to say I liked it very much. What I DID notice though, is that the "gold accent" fades and you have to clean the jewels frequently for them to keep their shine. I still have it and I do love it, but it's all up to the customer if they wouldn't mind the accent fading.
I don't own a lot of jewelry so I'm very picky when I do get something. The picture of this ring was beautiful and was breathtaking when I received it. I've gotten more compliments from random people everytime I wear it.'

Financial Software - finance, money management
YNAB Rocks! In a truly frightening kind of "I spend that much money on THAT!" way but in a great way because you can see the impact of your daily coffee habit on your car insurance payment 6 months away.
YNAB allows you account for all your annual bills in 1/12 increments and then when they roll around the money is there to pay for them.
The heart of the YNAB system is a "buffer" which is comprised of last months paychecks in order to allow you to save this months paychecks. You can only live on last months money that you have budgeted into categories beforehand. The premise is that you are never broke and will not have to worry about fluctuations in income if you are living on what you have ALREADY earned.
So the buffer is one full months income. So I'm earning May's income and it is just pouring into my checking and sitting there. Also sitting there is all of April's income. April's income is what I'm paying my current bills with. May is accruing. And I'm budgeting for June's expenses with an eye to leftover April income instead of instantly using Mays.
The way I'm beginning to think of it is: Quicken is a snapshot of yesterday. YNAB is a crystal ball showing me the future.
This is a stand alone piece of software that can download transactions right from your bank so if you use a debit card you don't need to enter receipts for things. I can also say the tech support is the most amazing I have ever dealt with. I sent in a bug report and within 15 minutes had email waiting for me telling me to delete a particular font and then it worked perfectly.
Two thumbs way up but only if you want to see all the leaks in your money handling. You Need A Budget (YNAB) - Personal Finance Software
I earn a good living. Yet earlier this year, several months after buying a house and getting settled back into the swing of things I couldn't escape the notion that my family was living beyond its means.
And we were. And YNAB helped me see it.
I'd previously used Quicken and Microsoft Money in an effort to do budgeting to no real effect. The truth is, Quicken and Money are more about having fancy checkbook registers than they are about helping you identify and conform to a budget. This is where they fail.
YNAB is straightforward and it does one thing, and one thing only -- it helps you create and manage a budget. With careful record keeping, you can do the same thing YNAB does with a pen and paper, or with Excel -- but the software is simple and easy-to-use and readily imports transactions (without fail) from my banking institutions.
I used to worry that the number in my checking account may not be enough to make everything come together. I can unequivocally state that now... I just don't care. Because of YNAB, I absolutely know that there's always money enough for anything that's going to come along.
YNAB has helped me exercise some discipline and do so without significant data entry or long, tortured sessions at the computer. If you're looking for something to help you manage your budget this is the software you should get. Ignore the name brands that simply aren't up to the task.
If you are like me you have copies of quicken and money on your shelf, plus hours invested in trying to make them work for you all ending in frustration because you didn't have a working budget...the money still disappeared the same way. Like me you may have taken excel and spent hours developing a custom model. And that sort of worked but took tinkering all the time, but you had given up hope of ever finding anything that worked like you need it to work. That was me and then one day google magic struck and YNAB came to the top of the list, I don't know what search terms I used, why I hadn't used them before, but I found a program that sounded simple and just like what I had been trying to create. The 4 rules had sounded like the discipline from one of my professors in school. The fact that it was an application assured me that the tinkering had been done by someone else, and so after searching the forumns and seeing that the owners where even participating; I bought the program.
Well, I have never looked back. This program does everything you need it to do, It allows you to track through the months those major expenses like tuition, property taxes, and insurance, while tracking the small stuff too. The object is gradually build up a buffer so that you are constantly living on last month's income which is what over financial gurus would have you do they just call it different things. The budget, once setup is very easy to use...Setting it up only requires picking a starting place, naming your budgeting accounts, getting your bank balances entered, and oh yeah, i would recommend reading the quick setup guide at least. Once there you can enter transactions manually or download from your bank accounts or credit cards. Enter paychecks in as much detail as you like or just enter your net, it is not nearly as complicated as other programs I have dealt with in the past.
The best part about this software is that new features are constantly being added. There is a new Features forum on the bulliten board and believe me, the programmer and owner are taking notes. Even in my short time I have seen several things added to the program, with many more on the list to come soon.
This software is worth every penny.
I love the concept of YNAB: spending money from the previous month, planning ahead, etc. I had switched from MS Money to Quicken, and then tried YNAB. Yes, the tutorials are great, but they're really time-consuming. However, I spent the time, took the tutorials, and set up my finances in YNAB.
After a couple of months, however, I went back to Quicken. I found that Quicken also has good budgeting features, and while not in the same vein as YNAB, I just find Quicken easier to use. All of my accounts get automatically downloaded to Quicken, a feature not available in YNAB.
All in all, I just found that YNAB requires way too much manual entry. I might try it again at a later date, when I have the patience to do so. - Financial Software - Finance - Money Management - Budgeting'
