Stainless Steel - jewelry, men
Purchased for my husband and it looks great! He wears it every day and says that he gets compliments on it all the time. The leather is a great look and the stainless has withstood several weeks of hand washing and showers without tarnishing. Since it does not look like typical "jewelry" it is "manly" enough for even the most conservative of men. Braided Black Leather Mens Bracelet 6 mm 8 1/2 inches with Locking Stainless Steel Clasp
I purchased this braided bracelet for my husband. This is the second one I got. This one has a great clasp and the quality is totally there for the price. Thank you so much!!It also came in a velvet sack which added some additional fun!totally worth the price and value for the item. Go for it!
I ordered this bracelet for my husband. It has a very nice masculine design. As a previous reveiwer mentioned, the leather is smooth and tight. The stainless steel clasp is precise and stylish. Overall, this is a very nice looking accessory that goes well with his casual wear to his business suits. I think it is a little bulkier than pictured but otherwise I am impressed with the quality/price. - Bracelet - Jewelry - Bracelets - Men'

Texas Chainsaw Massacre Chainsaw - texas chainsaw massacre chainsaw
This toy is a good buy for the low end sale, but keep in mind that the toy is flatten sort of and is not a full size 3-d version of a chainsaw. It looks great from the side, but looking dead-on, the body of the toy chainsaw is flat like the chainsaw tip. Hope that helps any future buyers of this toy. I would buy from these guys again. It's perfect for what we need it for (a movie prop.) Thanks much. Texas Chainsaw Massacre Leatherface 27" Chainsaw
I wasn't sure what the one reviewer meant when they described the saw as 2 dimensional. But after receiving it I understand. It is indeed a 3d product, as opposed to say a flat piece of paper. But it is not full chainsaw width. Not even close. It is only 2, maybe 3 inches thick.
But that doesn't matter. It's still so much fun! The scream is kind of quiet. But my 10 year old and I have no complaints!
I really appreciate the quality of this toy, it was definitely worth the money I spent on it. My son loves it, it will not only make an amazing prop for his Halloween costume but will be enjoyed afterwards. - Texas Chainsaw Massacre Chainsaw'

T-mobile Sidekick
This is not a smart phone, but I really like it. Wanted something for calling and texting, and not much else. I only use the swing-out keyboard from time to time, but it works very well. Sometimes it swings out on its own, in my purse, which I don't like; but that doesn't happen too often.
This phone has a camera, nice sound profile options (vibrate, specialty settings), and a micro-SD slot. I am using a micro-SD to store photos taken with the camera because I had trouble figuring out how transfer photos off my phone into my computer. The micro-SD works great and with an adapter the card can go into the printer to manually transfer photos off the phone.
Battery life is good. I was told my phone was refurbished -- so far I am very happy with the quality of the phone I received. The only scratches are the ones I put on, somehow, after 3 months of use! Shipping was free, which is a plus (especially when Amazon ships it themselves) New Sidekick 2008 GSM Quadband Smartphone for T-Mobile
After May 31, 2011 T-Mobile will be deprecating data service to old sidekicks. You will not be able to browse the web, youtube etc. You can make calls, receive text- but that's it.

I brought this phone for my nine yr old and it worked fine I was impressed by the packaging and very happy...Then just yesterday when the battery went dead the whole phone went dead NOTHING!!!! I am a lil disappointed because she really liked this phone and the color was just perfect....SORRY!!!'

26 Inch Hdtv
Purchase Experience: fine, smooth and painless as always.
Product Comments:
Size: fantastic - super thin, and light, which enables keeping shoved toward the back of its surface to keep the kids' fingers away from the screen.
Picture: Excellent, very crisp (using HDMI cable). Easy enough to modify settings to get the right picture for your lighting conditions. My set is in a naturally-lit room and I have had no problem with the picture or colors as a result of the bright sunlight.
Sound: fine. If you just want to watch TV/movies, the built-in speakers are fine. They won't make you go ga-ga, but if that's what you want, you'll already have (or soon hereafter acquire) a speaker system.
Heat: Here's a really trick of the LED backlighting - it produces surprisingly little heat compared to a more traditional LCD. Most LCDs generate a fair amount of heat, but the LED LCD doesn't generate nearly as much.
Dust: For whatever reason, the bevel seems to attract more dust than other LCDs in the house (TV and computer screens). Dust doesn't collect so much on the screen as around it - odd, but easily dealt with and doesn't affect the picture.
Bottom Line: Great TV, especially for the price. VIZIO E260MV 26 Inch Class Edge Lit Razor LED LCD HDTV
I got pretty much what I expected with this tv. I was just getting something to put in the bedroom to replace our old hunk o' junk tube tv. The sound is horrible, but the picture is pretty good. The one other thing that sucks is if there's a way to adjust the angle of the tv on the included stand, I can't find it. It sorta leans back, so if you have it on a surface that is taller, the screen darkens because of the angle. It kinda makes for watching as you're laying in bed a bit of a strain. Outside of those things, it seems to be a decent little tv. Especially for the price.
This Tv is a mixed bag of good and bad. First the good. It has a nice picture. The picture has LED lighting and 1080p quality, which gives it a clear picture. It has has SRS TruSurround HD and SRS TruVolume, which would make external speakers sound great. The design is simple and clean. It doesn't get hot, like other TVs I own. The remote it small and comfortable in your hands and it has dvd buttons for compatible players.
Now the bad. The sound is absolutely terrible. The Tv can get loud without distortion, but the speakers are on the back of the unit and the quality is bad to begin with. Furthermore, it would not be a good idea to mount this TV to the wall unless you plan to buy external speakers. Problem two, getting external speakers. Vizio's current sound bar is 39 inches long, as are most sound bars. So if you mount this 26" Tv with the the 39" sound bar, it looks disproportionately awkward. And if you invest in a home theater system, it is unlikely your going to buy a 26 inch TV. Third, when you turn the Tv on and change channels, the screen turns blue for 1.5 seconds. This is normal for this TV. I don't know why, but this blue screen irritates me for some reason. Finally, although the remote is comfortable to handle, it seems really cheap.
My final thoughts, if you need a tv for kids or teenager 14 years or younger, this is a reasonable choice for the price. The picture will be great with a gaming system. For older teenagers and adults, I have to say to pass on it. Look at another 26 inch TV or invest another 50 dollars and get a nicer TV with decent sound.
Update:
After watching several movies and baseball games on this TV, I decided that I needed to get a sound bar because the sound quality is so bad. Vizio offers two soundbars, the VSB200 and the VSB205. I picked up the VSB205 because Vizio lists it as compatible and was the smaller of the two at 32 inches. I get it home and quickly figure out that it is not compatible. This Tv uses an optical audio out for Tv viewing. Both the sound bars offered by Vizio do no have an opitical audio input. When I called customer service, the gentlemen was surpirsed that these sound bars did not have optical audio inputs becuase most of Vizio's newer TVs offer an optical audio out, which has superior sound quality. He also admitted that it was an error that the sound bar was listed as being compatible. They still have not fixed this error on their website. If you decide to get external speakers, it will likely be a more expensive set up, which doesn't make sense for a 26 inch Tv. I returned both the TV and sound bar.
I have a nice tv in the family room with excellent quality for watching movies and football and such.. this tv is fine.. it isn't the best mms rate.. when you press pause (on my tivo) the pic is somewhat blurred, but watching the picture in hd is good quality as you'd expect, and it's less quality in digital. (once you go HD it's hard to go back)..
as for the comment about aspect ration from another person.. there is a setting that is standard on most tv's.. it allows for regular tv viewing (like our old crt tv's that were square), it has wide screen and it has what is called panaromic.. this feature keeps the center normal but stretches the pic to reach the edges.. these settings are normal for all tv's from what I see. When you are using HD on tv's in general, you don't use these features. But the tv does have the ability to change the pic size in these 3 settings.. The remote has a variety of ways to access it.. at the top of the remote is a criss-cross bar.. click the center of it and it will display all the settings you can adjust. just click the "wide screen" feature and from there you can change the size of the screen you are viewing (again this is for viewing in NON-HD format).
For the price this is a great tv for the ofc or the bedroom..
I recently purchased this model. The TV is stylish. It's a lightweight TV. It offers a decent amount of connecting features. It's wall mountable.
I think the picture quality is great. The sound is okay. I am one who believes in sound systems. Almost any receiver and a pair of speakers and sub woofer would enhances the TV's sound.
The remote is lacking. It's a basic remote. Batteries are included for the remote. The TV comes with a detailed user manual which is very handy with instructions that are easy to understand.'

Demolition - reciprocating saw, milwaukee sawzall
I do not use power tools in my line of work. However, I do have an appreciation for good quality equipment. I also believe that having the right tool can make even a home improvement project much more enjoyable. I bought this tool to cut some metal pipes and also some PVC pipes. Sure, I could have done the job with a hack saw. But, using a hand tool would have meant lots of patience and hassle. What would have taken a lot of time, sweat, hassle, and aggravation only took a few minutes with the Sawzall. The unit operated silently and it did not have as much vibration as I had expected for a unit with no counterbalance.A reciprocating saw is a very versatile tool even if you do not intend to do any kind of demolition. In addition to cutting pipes, you can also cut landscape timber and prune trees. Basically, you can use the Sawzall for just about anything that you would normally use a hand saw. The Sawzall came with two blades. One for metal and one for wood. It also came with a wrench to adjust the shoe. All of that came in a red kit box. The high quality kit box itself is made of sturdy, blown red plastic. The power cord is thicker than what I saw in competing brands at the same price range. The red Milwaukee kit box also seems sturdier, and there is a place inside that is specifically designed to hold extra blades. Most importantly, the saw itself looks and feels the way a heavy duty tool should. This kit defines high quality for a reasonable price. There were plenty of DeWalts, Hitachis, and Makitas at Lowe's. I chose the Milwaukee because I wanted to try out their brand. I suspect that any brand would have sufficed for my modest needs. This Sawzall might be a bit of an overkill for my intended use. However, I believe you will not regret buying more quality than you need.It is a hassle to have to drag out the orange extension cord. I chose a corded model because I wanted to have enough run time and power in order to be able to complete any project that might come my way. I was also hesitant to buy a cordless kit which would require a lot more investments in batteries in the future. If your intended use is strictly light duty, then perhaps a cordless model might be a more convenient choice. For its quality, reputation, design, package, and value, this Sawzall gets a five star rating from me. At a price of 119.99, this saw would be tough to beat. The closest competitor, in terms of power ratings, features, and price would be the Hitachi 13V. However, based on what I have seen of Hitachi's cases, I chose the Milwaukee. I place a lot of value on the design and quality of the case, as well as aesthetics. Milwaukee 6509-22 Sawzall 11 Amp Reciprocating Saw
I have an old Sawzall...it came in a metal case rather than a plastic one. Everything mentioned about it in the other reviews is true, it's a very versatile tool. It will seemingly cut through anything...my son whacked off a Master padlock in about five seconds recently. You should plan on buying blades, lots of blades! Because it's so versatile, one is tempted to undertake a cutting task with the wrong blade, which can be frustrating if not dangerous. So always match the blade to the task.
I would not advise this as one's first or only power saw. It's really not meant for long, straight cuts, although you can do them with practice. But as a second saw, for demolition, for large branch trimming, pipe and metal cutting, it's a gem. This is the right tool for so many jobs!
It cuts metal, wood, plastic, plumbing, wood with nails, sheetrock, things burried in the ground. It's simply amazing.
Want to take out a wall with the smallest mess possible? Slip the blade between the studs and cut the nails. Slip the blade between the top plate and cut the nails. Boom, the wall will now push out of the opening with all the plaster or drywall intact (and without all the dust you get from hammering drywall out of the way).
Any of Milwaukee brand Sawzall that has a counterweighted motor (this is important for controlling vibration and being able to cut one handed) is a joy to use.
After I bought one, I wondered how I ever managed to work without one.
I was disappointed in the power of this saw. It's partially my mistake for not getting the "Super Sawzall", but I saw that this was 11 amp, which to me means it should pack a punch. My older Sawzall is 11 amp and it seems to have much more power than this one. Besides this one being weak, it has a really crappy stamped metal foot that I expect will be bent in a couple of weeks work. The cord is short, and not replacable.
For the $40 difference between this and the "Super" Sawzall, which is 13amp and has the better adjustable foot and longer, replacable cord, I would recommend going with the more powerful one, even if you only use it once in a while. If you're using it regularly, this one isn't worth your time.
Milwaukee shouldn't put their name on crap like this.
There is not much to think about here - this is the brand the pro's use and it's for a good reason. Milwaukee sets the bar for all others to reach toward when it comes to reciprocating saws. I did my research like I always do, but this was an easy decision and I'm very happy with the saw. You'll want to pick up some blades before you start a project though. Pick up one of the variety blade sets for starters and then buy bulk once you know what you need.
being an auto techncian for 16 years i know the value of quality tools. time is money! you can buy a lower amp tool for less money but the time and frustation isn't worth it. i use this saw for mostly for metal cutting, and it cuts like a hot knife through butter, so you know what it can do with wood and plastic! Don't get frustrated, buy quality and power-milwaukee! And for the price nobody can touch this sawzall! - Recipricating Saw - Milwaukee - Milwaukee Sawzall - Reciprocating Saw'

Blu-ray - wireless network, blu-ray
Having reviewed previous LG Blu-ray players, including the vaunted BD390, our expectations for the BD570 were pretty high and happily, LG does not disappoint. While some of LG's competitors (notably Pioneer and Sharp), think audio/video performance is the only thing that matters, LG embraces the idea that convenience and choice of media and distribution format are also important to many consumers. So the BD570 includes one of the richest media playback offerings of any Blu-ray player, including internet streaming from Netflix, CinemaNow, VUDU and Pandora. The player also supports DLNA networking so it can access audio and video files on a home network as well. For those who have a library of videos on their computers, the BD570 supports Divx, Xvid and MKV files as well as a number of other formats and codecs.
As far as load times are concerned, the BD570's are decent but not winning any speed records. It offers a 17 second overall bootup time (while it loads all of the aforementioned content options in the menu) - this makes it 3 seconds faster than the Pioneer BDP-320 which offers no multimedia options. Standard DVDs load in about 12 seconds, Blu-rays in 23 seconds, and BD-JAVA-heavy Blu-ray Discs like "Pirates of the Caribbean" in 32 seconds. This is pretty close to parity with the fastest models of 2009 (including OPPO's BDP-83) but it seems like they could have improved things a bit with this whole new generation of players.
In terms of performance, the BD570 delivers Blu-ray Discs in excellent audio and video clarity (as it should), and performs most of the difficult tasks of DVD upconversion right as well - excellent diagonal filtering and 3:2 cadence detection, for example. But it does not handle noisy source material very well (its noise reduction processing could use some work). Overall, as a DVD upconverter, it's very good but not outstanding.
What is outstanding is the built-in 802.11b/g/n WiFi wireless networking. For us this worked right our of the box connecting to our wireless router, and streaming VUDU's 1080p HDX movies like nobody's business. And although the remote looks almost upside down compared to many other BD player remotes, the button layout is actually quite comfortable with the most popular buttons in easy reach of your thumb, and transport buttons (play/pause/FF/REW) raised and angled for improved ergonomics.
Overall, with its built-in WiFi, DLNA networking, multimedia playback and internet streaming offerings, combined with solid Blu-ray playback, the BD570 offers a good blend of performance and convenience for a fairly affordable price. Our complete review of the BD570 is available on Big Picture Big Sound (dot com). LG BD570 Network Blu-ray Disc Player
I have been waiting for this to come out for a few weeks now (seems like longer). I am tired of using stereo cables and s-video to connect my laptop to my TV every time I want to watch something from my computer. I looked for other "home media server" options originally, and ultimately found a Samsung product similar to this one. It seemed great at first, but after reading some reviews I was skeptical. Then, C-NET reported the imminent release of the LG BD750, which they saw at the 2010 CES.
The best features in my opinion, aside from the fact that it plays Blu-ray discs, is that it can stream Netflix right out of the box and also stream media from your networked computers. I set up the BD570 last night and played around with it a little. DVD playback seemed fine. Setting up the Wi-Fi connection wasn't too difficult, either. It would have been much easier if our Wi-Fi SSID were being broadcast. Also, toggling to upper case letters on the on-screen keyboard for SSID/password input wasn't immediately obvious. The built-in Wi-Fi is a definite plus, though; the Samsung I was looking at came with a Wi-Fi dongle that you had to plug in via USB and set up (seems like Wi-Fi was an afterthought). If your modem or router/access point is located close enough to your entertainment center, you could even connect the LG via Ethernet for even better streaming throughput.
Setting up Netflix was a cinch. They provide you with an activation code; you log into your Netflix account on your computer and type in the code, and presto. You can then browse through your Instant Queue, or browse by category, etc. (Other products with similar features, don't let you watch un-queued movies. That is, you have to add them manually on your computer before they appear on your TV queue.) The quality seemed pretty decent--perhaps slightly more pixelated than hooking up my laptop Netflix stream to the TV via s-video. This might just be a matter of tweaking aspect ratio settings on the TV and/or BD player. Also, the movie cover art seemed a bit slow in loading while browsing through titles, but no biggie.
Streaming shared media on network computers via LG's Home Link feature works great, but it took a bit of tweaking to get it set up. A couple of different shared items appeared immediately when I loaded Home Link. One was labeled "COMPUTERNAME/Username" and the other was a directory of all shared documents. The former was some form of "media server" protocol, which I couldn't get to work (I tried enabling media streaming in Windows 7 settings, to no avail). The latter directory tree, once opened, showed all empty folders (Documents, Pictures, Movies, Downloads--i.e., all "My Documents" sub-folders, but all empty). I had "Homegroup" sharing enabled for a number of different folders in Windows 7 settings, but Home Link couldn't access their contents until I added "Guest" as a user in the Share settings for specific folders. Once that was done, I was instantly able to browse and stream movies, music, and pictures. I tested a couple of DivX and MP3 files, and they seemed to run great.
All of this file-sharing trouble may be my unfamiliarity with the new Windows 7 networking lingo and how to configure settings properly without sharing everything with the world. Others may find it much easier to connect and stream media. Also, bundled with the LG player is a disc containing some Nero software called Home Essentials, I believe. It's a way to share files over a network using DLNA. I'm not sure how it works, or whether it's any good, but now that I've got Windows networking figured out, I might leave good enough alone.
Overall, my impression of the BD570 is very positive. The only reason I've given this only 4 stars is the slightly cumbersome nature of the setup process for home networking, and because some of the language used in the menus is not 100% clear (not overly technical, just poor English). We have had very good experiences with LG products--bought an LG fridge, washer, and dryer in the past 6 months or so--and I'm so far pretty pleased with this new addition. As the first to review the product, at least on here, I hope people will find my experience and remarks useful.
One final caveat: I have not tested any of the other Internet-enabled functions, such as Pandora, YouTube, etc. If they're anything like the Netflix function, then they should be easy to set up and use. - Blu-ray - Blu-ray Player - Streaming - Wireless Network'

Exercise Ball - ball, exercise
I love this ball, I don't even mind if I leave it out at my home. It has a bit of sparkly in it. Totally different texture than my old ball. The "Anti Burst" feature sold me as after 4 years w/ my old call it bursted on me during a "Pilates on the Ball Session" luckily I wasn't hurt. (If I had been turned the other direction I could have smacked my head on the coffee table on the way down.)
So I went online and found this beauty to replace it. Love the foot pump too, felt like it inflated faster than my old hand pump. TKO Fitness Ball Set 55cm
The ball is quite sturdy, the hand pump is a workout in itself. The sizing is confusing, among all brands, they can't agree. The box says the 55cm is for 5'6"-6'0", I bought this ball under the impression that 55cm was the size for anyone under 5'4". This is my reality: 5'2", 190lbs, looking mostly for something other than the couch to sit on, working on core strength. This ball is smaller than I wanted, my legs do not make 90 degree angle. Maybe I am too heavy, or perhaps after a few days I will be able to get more air in it. It will be great for exercizes where I hold it between my arms or legs, but for sitting on, or push-ups I will order a 65cm ball. My recommendation is to skip the sizing charts, find someone with a ball and decide for yourself which size suits your needs. Shipping was fine.
No nasty plastic smell and residue when using it. Has a metallic tint to it and looks nice. Included hand pump did what it suppose to do. I am 5'1" and 200 lbs and this ball is doing a great job. It gets a bit "soft and saggy" when lying on it but I guess thats what makes it anti-burst. I counter it by pumping the ball a bit more air into it and it is now working greater than ever. Included poster/exercise guide is good. I have owned the ball for over a month and the air has not leak a bit. My 250 lbs sibling was using it and no complaint. My cousin also used the ball as a chair while playing video game and he said it helps keep him in good posture. The ball does LOOK a but small for a 5'1" person but for a beginner this ball is definitely the right size to WORK with. Might buy a bigger one in the future when I am ready for the challenge.
If you've ever had a Fitness Ball burst on you, you'll know why I'm partial to 'Anti-Burst' Fitness Balls. Great for ab exercises, stability and balance work outs and strength training with hand weights. If you're not sure where to begin, this exercise ball also comes with a Fitness Guide which reviews 14 basic exercises. Comes included with a hand pump. Periodically, I find that I need to add more air. The plug can be difficult to remove by hand but a good pair of pliers will take it out quickly and easily. I will be purchasing a larger one for my boyfriend as this is too small for him (but perfect for me at 5'4").
This ball is wonderful! It has proved to be the best purchase I've made this year. I have arthritis and I generally do water aerobics for exercise, but now I can alternate with my stability ball because all the exercises have a low impact on my joints!!! Thank TKO for making it "anti-burst" because the one I bought a few years ago, did just that. Now, I don't have to be so extremely careful of this one because the outer skin is tougher! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a low impact way to exercise.
I hate exercise. That said, using this ball is really very fun! I can watch TV while using this, and forget I'm even exercising. My abs and thighs were really feeling it the day after I started. I can use it whenever I want, which is the big draw for me. Try it, you'll like it, even you lazy slugs, like me!
Based on other reviews, I was a bit unsure whether to get this or the 65cm. This is absolutely perfect for me (5'5", 130 lbs). It was super easy to inflate with the included pump (accidentally overinflated it at first). Along with free weights, this is a great way for me to work out at home, and the price is a bargain!
I bought one ball and innocently brought it to work and replaced my chair with it. A week later everyone in the area had ordered a ball. They have all replaced their chairs and cubicle tourists come from other departments to see what all the hubbub is about. 3 others outside the department have balls. It's becoming a trend. We've hung up our exercise charts and try new things often. Definitely breaks up the day in a better way than a smoke break! There are lots of comments about back pressure having been relieved since switching from office chairs. - Exercise - Stability Ball - Ball - Exercise Ball'

Arctic Silver - arctic silver
This stuff and the similar SIlver thermal epoxy is a permanent adhesive - not at all what you should use on a computer CPU. See the Arctic Silver 5 or Ceramique for standard CPU applications
It's great for attaching heat sinks permanently to a northbridge chip or graphics card RAM- this is what I've used it for.
You mix equal quantities of the two tubes together and you have only two to five minutes before it sets, so have everything cleaned and ready before mixing. Arctic Alumina Thermal Adhesive (Two Tube Set)
If you need to attatch or re-attatch a heatsink or heatsink-fan *PERMANENTLY* to a chip (motherboard chipset, old video card GPU, ram chips, et cetra) this is the stuff to use. I used it to attatch a HR-05-SLI (google it) to an nforce4 ultra chipset on a mobo. After 20 minutes, it had set enough for me to pick the entire motherboard up by the heatsink... not a good idea, but I was curious. And the heat transfer through this epoxy (it IS epoxy) is incredibly good, too!
There is enough in the two tubes (its binary, two tubes to mix to activate the curing process) to attatch about five mobo chipset size chips to heatsinks depending on how much you use. Quite a good deal when you consider this is the best thermally conductive epoxy on the market!
The specs state this adhesive works down to -40C. I followed the instructions to the letter to bond a thermo electric cooler to a copper heatsink. The heatsink is kept at 0C and the cold side of the TEC at roughly -20C. Under these conditions the bonding strength is so weak that I had no trouble removing the TEC from the heatsink. While this stuff might work fine at higher temperatures it does not perform well at all at low temperatures. And I as only halfway down to the lowest temperature this stuff is advertised to work at. I realize that the bonding strength is slightly less below 0 C but this just doesn't work at all.
Not an every day product, but if you need a good thermal bond, this works. Easy to use, inexpensive. Mix the two parts, and apply to the thinks you want to bond together. Cures in a few hours. As with any epoxy, a bit messy, don't get on your clothes. This is not heat sink grease. It does not come apart. Once set, the parts stay together.
I needed some thermal epoxy that was cheap, and not the expensive Diemat stuff. I looked at local stores and no one carried epoxy that was thermally conductive. I ordered this, and used it on my LED project and sure enough it works great. It hardened up within the hour and does what its supposed to. You don't need to much, so mix sparingly and clean the surfaces prior to attaching anything as it is Permanent.
I used this epoxy to attach a heat sink to a Via C7 (low power x86) processor. It worked great. The amount in the tubes was a lot more than I required or expected. I have not tried the silver version of this product, however from what I have seen this stuff is good enough for any application I will have. - Arctic Silver'

Downloadable Game - electronic arts, sims3
The game is great. Runs smoothly. Reminds me of when The Sims first came out and I was addicted! Definitely recommend.
However, I didn't like the Amazon downloader. The idea is great. The average download time was 2 and a half hours, but mine took about 4 hours, and I don't think it was my new HP laptop's fault. But, the game did eventually download. You just need to go through various stages of downloading and each take an eternity. You think that once you get past the first download stage that you're done, so you get disappointed when there's about three more that take just as much time. Just don't get too excited to play when you order it, keep your patience! The Sims 3 [Download]
I have gone through about 6 redownloads via Amazon's downloader. Averaged about 2.5 hour downloads. Every time I download completely and click on "Install" on the Amazon Downloader, NOTHING HAPPENS. I go into the file & click on "Autorun" & NOTHING HAPPENS (it originally would launch the Sims 3 Launcher, I would click "play" and it would ask me to insert disc...for a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD). I go into the file & click on "Sims3Setup", InstallShield Wizard loads, & when it stops loading, I get an error message saying that "Sims 3 version 1.00.632 is already installed. This installs version 1.0.631. You must uninstall previous versions in order to install this version." I contacted Amazon, and they sent me straight to EA tech support. I sent them an email 3 days ago & still have not been responded to. So, I have been live chatting with EA for the past 2.5 days UNSUCCESSFULLY. They said that my issue was complicated & needed to be sent to a "Senior Advisor"...I waited 50 minutes for this Senior Advisor, got to number 1 in the queue, & then go a message saying that no Advisor was available & that the chat was cancelled. REALLY?! Amazon and Electronic Arts should be ASHAMED of themselves. A digital download should NOT be this difficult. My PC is about 2.5 years old and meets all of the requirements. So, what is the problem?? This feels like $35 DOWN THE DRAIN! I WANT MY MONEY BACK, OR A LEGITIMATE DISC!!!!!!!!
Great game and well worth the long download wait time. Runs smoothly on my older model PC; haven't tried it on my Mac. 4 stars instead of 5 because the sound track tends to sound like a broken record sometimes. I guess it gets "stuck" or something. So, I just keep the music turned off most of them. The environmental sounds are fine and the game plays well.
I hope Amazon will provide expansion packs via the same easy download method.
This was one of my first purchases through Amazon's digital download service. I think the service is outstanding and will return. Unfortunately, the quality of the merchandise purchased was disappointing.
I have a brand new brand name machine with an i7 processor, 8GB of RAM, and an ATI Radeon HD 5700 video card running Windows 7 64-bit. I have updated drivers and very few active services and background processes. Despite exceeding recommended requirements, Sims 3 ran poorly with choppy graphics. Eventually, my little Sims started vanishing. I have discovered that this is a known glitch that has not been patched since the game was rolled out many years ago. The glitch means the game you were playing is no longer playable and you must start over. To make things worse, it will eventually happen again with the new game.
Generally, I try to avoid any games with the EA logo but given the games popularity I decided to give Sims 3 a whirl. While I think EA comes out with great game concepts, I am often frustrated by the poor design and implementation. Whether for XBOX 360, PC, PS3 or any other platform, I expect EA games will crash regularly, and have serious design flaws. Unfortunately, Sims 3 is no exception.
I've always enjoyed the Sims series. Not sure why it's so fun to guide your virtual people around, but it's a good distraction. I was disappointed at first with the new lifespan feature and how short it seemed. However I found you can adjust it from the options so you can have your Sims age much slower, or even turn it off all together. I'm still not used to the new neighborhood interface either - I tried to have two families live in the town at the same time, but messed it up somehow. I also wish there were more towns in the game, without having to buy a bunch of extra junk.
As for the digital download, I had very little trouble. I've got Windows 7 64 bit and the game runs fine. When I first downloaded the game, Windows said the launcher program had stopped working (in other words, crashed), but it loaded the game just fine anyways. After a month there was an update, and that problem went away.
I never really thought I would like sims at all, but then I was visiting my friends and they got me addicted to the sims 3, so when I got home I tried to download it for pc and it would say "sorry somthing is not working please try agian later"! so far I've tried to download it for 2 days but it keeps saying the same thing, I keep thinking its the company because i have been able to put other things in my cart! But I'm still going to keep trying because it was soooo much FUN!
I love the fact that the Sims are now able to have a vehicle, go to their neighbors without having to be invited. I'm just addicted to the Sims period! Great game...teaches the younger age group some responsibility as well! - Sims - Sims3 - Ea Games - Electronic Arts'

Pal Format Dvd - upconverting dvd player, energy star
Easy to setup and use and picture looks great with my hdtv. Would definitely recommend this economical choice for those who enjoy watching movies or homemade dvds. Have had the player for a few months now and have not had any problems. Magnavox MDV3000/F7 Up Conversion DVD player, Black
Watching movies on my LCD tv, I was very satisfied to find that the 1080i picture quality was great. I have an extensive collection of movies on DVD and was impressed with the upconverting capabilities of this player. At this price I would say that it's definitely a good deal!
Paid $37.88 plus tax at walmart instore. My old player went out and I needed something quick. Didnt want to spend a lot.
Plays everything I put in it so far. I had some issues getting it hooked up but I attribute that to ME more than anything.
Remote is small, hard to see without glasses and not anything special.
Since buying this player, I also added a Roku player to watch netflix streaming. Apparently some Blu-Ray players have it also but from what I read, the roku has a better remote. Not sure if that is true or not.
The Good news is: that the unit is Plug & Play: AC power, HDMI cable and Audio Out to my Surround System receiver.
The Bad news is: that the unit will not play every one of your burned DVDs. It plays some, but not all. It plays the commercial DVDs and many of my burned DVDs, but not all of my burned DVDs. My previous player played them all, before it died.
My anticipation turned to disgust when i connected this unit and put in a dvd...What??!!! It would not play any of my dvd's. I tried to play dvd's i made, old commercial made copies...and brand new never opened dvd's. All I got was 'error'. Very disappointed and sent it back the next day. Maybe you will have better luck but even for the cheap price I would think it would even play music cd's...no such luck.
DO NOT BUY! I ordered this product because it is a Magnavox and until now have always had good luck with their products. This however is a refurbished piece of JUNK! Everytime the drawer opens it sounds as though it is dying. IT makes noises when it does anything. I have never been so dissapointed in any DVD player. You are better off to go into any store and buy the cheapest one they have before buying this. It maybe lucky if it lasts an entire week before completely breaking. I would recommend to anyone NOT to purchase this! I paid $44.00 from Amazon for this and it was maybe worth $10.00 at the most :( - Upconverting Dvd Player - Pal Format Dvd - Energy Star'

Kindle 2 Leather Cover - kindle reading light, kindle accessory
I love the Kindle but often wanted to read in bed at night and not disturb my wife. After reading reviews of all the lights I bought this one in white. Some commented that it was too bright, some said it blocked the screen, and some said it caused glare. In my experience the level of light is about perfect; I use both levels depending on the situation. I clip it on the the upper right hand corner (the the left would work just as well) and angle the light towards the screen and find that this eliminats all glare. I have a cover on my Kindle and it easily clamps on to the folded back cover. The clamp is padded and I have never had it come off. I decided to buy another one just to keep in the car for use when traveling or when I need to use the computer at night and want to illuminate the keyboard. This light works great with the Kindle but it's just as useful with conventional books and for other uses.
This is a great product at a great price. Mighty Bright XtraFlex2 Clip-On Light (Kindle Version) Black
The light itself is nice, two settings, easy to operate.
The clip is too large to sit securely on the kindle, you have to sort of pinch it to the edge of the casing and it's not entirely secure. Additionally the clip is the battery case, and two AAA batteries add a surprising amount of weight to the Kindle, making it somewhat top heavy and more cumbersome to hold when reading lying down.
This clearly was not designed specifically for the Kindle, although it's currently being marketed that way. It's a great little light for traditional books, just not for the Kindle.
I won't go into great detail about the product because others have alrady done so, I just wanted to speak to the negative comments. 1) Not designed for the Kindle/doesn't work without obstructing the buttons or the reading page. I'm not certain what these folks are even talking about, frankly. Perhaps you have a different version of the Kindle than I do; I have the 2nd generation white one. If you clip the Mighty Bright to the top of the Kindle with the battery pack at the back (the little padded end of the clip toward the front) it stays on just fine, it doesn't cover any buttons or the reading page. I have since purchased a Kindle cover and I now clip the light to that, so no issue at all. 2) There is a reflection on the screen. If you have it clipped on the top of the Kindle, simply raise the arm a little higher and position the light itself perpendicular to the Kindle (so it is shining down like a street lamp) not twisted down where the light is pointing directly toward the page. This gives plenty of light to read by, and no glare. 3) You can't travel with this light because the button is so sensitive that it turns on and drains your batteries. I have traveled with this light quite a bit and it only turned on by itself once, when I had it crammed at the bottom of a large, soft sided carry on bag. There are several simple solutions to this. Don't pack it an overstuffed bag, don't put it near the bottom of a bag, or...simplest of all....take the batteries out when you pack it. I don't see how that is such a great inconvenience! If you have it packed that deeply/tightly in a bag/suitcase/backpack you are obviously not using it en route, and putting the batteries back in when you unpack shouldn't be that big an issue, and if you are using it in route, put it near the top where you can reach it easily and nothing is likely to accidently turn it on. My wife carries both this and her Kindle in her purse regularly and never has a problem. The light is lightweight, bright, easy on the eyes, cool to the touch and takes standard batteries. As far as battery life goes, that depends on how long yout run the light, whether or not you use both l.e.d.s and how good the battery quality is you buy. I have had mine for 8 months and I will be changing the battery for the 2nd time, soon. Not bad for using it nearly every night. I'm thinking of switching to rechargeable batteries, though as we use so manyof them in our house.
I loved this light....while it worked! The on/off switch is not reliable (flimsy at best) and when I asked about getting it replaced, was told I was out of luck. Keep this in mind should you decide to purchase this light.
I use a Mighty Brite for books and bought another for my Kindle because I thought somehow it had different engineering or something that would work better with the screen. It is the same exact light except for a tiny pad on the part that clips to the screen. The light itself is awkward to pose, the clip slides around and there is such a glare on the screen that you cannot read the words without moving the light way out from the screen. Kind of ridiculous. They should NOT be offering this light as a solution for the Kindle.
I recently picked this up when I purchased my Kindle. At first I was very pleased with it, found it to have a very good quality of light, although a bit on the bulky side for the small kindle.
However, within 1-2 weeks it begin to fall apart. The top part, featuring the light , begin to slowly unscrew and hang off by the cords without any warning, and the actual swivel did not hold its position, often returning to its previous position after you adjust it for a better light source
I recommend anyone who is looking to buy a kindle light to LOOK ELSEWHERE. I'm in the military and I needed a light that would be tough and could aid me when I was traveling, but before I even had the chance to go anywhere it was just a hanging light on a stick.. A flashlight would be more efficient, as this thing is a waste of money. - Reading Light - Kindle Reading Light - Kindle Accessory - Book Light'

Photo Paper Pro - photo paper, photography
The reality is different brand of printers likes certain brand of paper. The best result is to match the makers of the same printer and paper together. I used canon, Epson, HP, and generic brand of paper. I find Epson paper to be the most compatible photo paper overall, it prints well on Epson and Canon printers. Canon papers are good too and they print very well on their Canon printers. I used HP photo paper on Epson and Canon and the ink doesn't dry/catch that well on either, it prints fine on its own HP.
Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II
I had great success with the same paper on the 4x6 size, so I decided to get this for 8.5x11; after my Epson Premium Glossy 8 1/2 x 11 Inch Photo Paper 20 Count (S041286) went out. I been using Epson paper on a Canon i950 (got canon MP560 also), because I used to have a couple of older Epson printers. Sadly this paper while looking good didn't have the wow factor that I got from the Epson Premium Glossy. A closer look at the paper surfaces, I think Epson paper looked a little more professional and the price range were similar. I guess I have to use up this pack and go back to Epson paper. The different is very small, but my eyes prefer the Epson more vivid color and sharpness. The color printout on the Canon paper is closer to what I see on my PC screen. Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II, 8.5 x 11 Inches, 20 Sheets (2311B001)
Canon claims that the colors won't fade for 20 years, guaranteed. I can't verify the claim because the oldest pictures I printed on Canon's paper are probably 5-6 years old but those look as fresh today as they did the day I printed them. None of them were exposed to direct sunlight for any significant amount of time but some of them have been sitting in my office for that many years, under constant fluorescent light (framed and under glass) and they continue to look great, 5 years later.
I should note that I used the paper with a Canon photo printer loaded with Canon ink cartridges. Canon's original ink cartridges are expensive on a 'per photo' basis and the paper isn't a bargain either but I am more than pleased with the end-results.
I will continue to use Canon paper in the future.
I've used Cannon paper for many years now and I've got to say that It is the best I've seen. The photo paper plus glossy 2 paper is a little thinner than the Pro series, but the print quality is around the same. For the money, the quality can't be beat.
I use this paper on my Canon Pixma 970 and couldn't be more pleased with the output. After trying paper made my other companies many times, I've found that nothing works better on my Canon printer than genuine Canon paper. Printed pictures look just as vibrant and clear as photos sent out to print at photo labs.
I prefer using this size paper to print 4 by 6 or 5 by 7 photos in groups of four or two respectively instead of using smaller sized photo paper. On the large sheet I find it's easier to size the pictures and I can get pictures without borders. Cutting the pictures out individually is not difficult and is worth the effort.
I got this paper on Amazon for an unbelievable price not matched anywhere.
I tried Epson, Kodak, a cheap one with no name and even high quality HP printer paper with my new Canon MP980 printer. I had the paper and I didn't want it to go to waste, so I thought I could use it up. I printed the same picture on all of the types of paper and found that the Canon paper looked great! Epson had strange lines and a washed out look, Kodak looked grainy, and the HP one looked similar to the Epson paper, but still washed out. The cheap one was a joke... I have pictures from the 70s on cheap cameras that looked better! Definitely go with the manufacturer paper when they suggest it. I read reviews on this paper's predecessor, and I saw many reviews that it doesn't look very good. If you don't want to pay a lot for printer paper, this product does very well... I can't wait to see how the profession version looks!
I have used this paper for years. I have a Canon camera, a Canon printer, and I print only on Canon paper. My picutures turn out beatiful. The colors are vibrant and the pictures are guaranteed to last for something like 80 plus years. I am such a loyal fan on Canon and hope that I never have to change. Customer service was great. Paper arrived very quickly.
This Canon Photo Paper works superb with my Canon Pixma iP 4700 printer. I have printed the 8.5 x 11 glossy photo paper on over fifteen hundred pictures. I use only Canon Ink and get the most incredible pictures I have ever seen. This paper can't be beat. I get constant raves at photo shows about all my pictures. Get it,you will not be sorry.
I bought this paper based on the reviews but mainly because it was a product by canon for my canon printer. Turns out that the paper is great, pictures look awesome and you get a good price here. There is a big argument about printing at home or sending your pictures to a photo studio or some other place. I prefer to print at home because I can adjust the colors and print any size want. Quality is no longer an issue with this paper and a good printer. - Photography - Photo Paper - Canon Paper - Glossy Finish'

Canon photo paper Plus II gives me amazing results on my Canon printer.
I've tried Costco photo paper (returned it) and HP photo glossy (It's OK, but doesn't seem to give the same depth.)
Canon papers have always treated me well and I'm sticking with them! Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II, 4 x 6 Inches, 100 Sheets (2311B023)
This paper produces nice photos. It's inexpensive but doesn't look or feel cheap, like some other brands I've tried. Other inexpensive paper tends to roll up around the corners, but not this paper. I use this paper with my Canon Pixma3500. The paper produces prints that look and feel like photo lab quality prints. I highly recommend this product for people with Canon printers.
I found this Canon photo copy paper consistently delivering amazing copies of my pictures. The actual paper has a little more gloss than standard glossy photo paper. The thickness of the paper is ideal for keeping your photos for years to come. I highly recommend this paper, and it's competitively priced.
This paper works very well for my photo printing needs. I've used it with my Canon PIXMA MX860 Wireless All-In-One Photo Printer, and I'm very happy with it. A few sample sheets of this kind came with my Pixma and I was impressed enough by the results to order more. I've also tried the slightly less expensive normal glossy paper, which I'm also very happy with. This "super glossy" paper is a bit more glossy, and sometimes I prefer that.
One thing I really appreciate about this paper is that while one side is glossy, the other is basically like card stock, so you can write notes on the back of photos, or you can fold your photos to use them as cards. This is good quality paper, for a very good price. I'm very happy with this, in the 4 x 6 and other sizes. It covers all of my home photo printing needs.
What can I say? Canon makes great products for photography in my book. I have a Canon camera, printer, etc. I would use no other paper than my Canon. The picture quality turns out great. Also my children have had pictures stuck on bulletin boards, laying/sitting around in the rooms, etc., for 8 years and not one picture has faded not even a little bit. Use this paper and your pictures turn out much better than if you take them some place else for developing.
I LOVE this Canon photo paper!! It's affordable, and it prints clear, high quality prints at home! I have a Canon MP610 inkjet printer, and I have had tons of fun printing and scrapbooking my life's special moments. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is interested in scrapbooking, or for those who would just like to print and keep for their photo memories...
NOW ALL YOU CAN SAY ABOUT THIS PAPER IS WOWOWOW BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS. WE USE A PIXMA IP6000D PHOTO PRINTER FROM CANON AND WITH THIS PAPER WE HAVE MADE SOME BEAUTIFUL WEDDING PHOTOS FOR SOME COUPLES IN OUR AREA. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT, AND WILL BUY IT AGAIN.
this is the only glossy paper I've seen that is perfect for notecards, since the inside is a clean matte finish, without any photo "logo."
It's not a heavy weight paper, but really is just fine for making glossy photo cards which fold over - and the image quality is great.
I have two Canon printers, including an i9900 photo printer. There is no comparison. Canon photo paper makes the best quality prints. Much better than using generic paper. The colors are more vivid and they seem to be more accurate than when I used a generic paper brand.'
