Curve - blackberry battery, blackberry

The battery I received was obviously a used battery that no longer held a charge. It wouldn't charge in my separate charger, and when charged in my phone would only charge it enough to last 20 minutes not even talking or using apps.

I have requested a refund, I'll update with resolution.

Update: I received a new battery in the mail and the new one works great! Seller was very easy to work with. NEW BLACKBERRY OEM C-S2 BATTERY Curve 8530, 8700, 8700c, 8700f, 8700g, 8703

I was skeptical purchasing a new battery for my Blackberry Curve 8530 online, as many of the reviews indicated that batteries received were refurbished, not new, didn't hold a charge well, etc. And, given the difference in price between batteries on Amazon and buying directly from Verizon, I figured there was a good chance I'd be getting what I paid for - i.e., a crappy battery. But, for $5 it was worth the risk. I purchased from BTO through Amazon, and couldn't be happier - the price can't be beat, the battery stays charged all day, and only loses 2-3 bars of charge even when I'm on the phone and online a lot. I recharge the battery every night, as I did with the original battery, and have had no problems with the battery charging or holding the charge.

I've tried different sellers on Amazon for blackberry batteries. The others we're slightly different than OEM despite claiming to be OEM and didn't last very long. BTO sent me a great battery. My blackberry is like new again.

I'm relly stupefied as to why Amazon "made" me come and review this product. I found their tactic intrusive and ridiculous for a standard battery. The only reason I am participating in this silly exercise is because a battery that costs $50.00 (yup fifty damn bones) from Sprint cost me TWO DOLLARS here. Not bad.

Battery showed up and seems to work.. we will see.... - Blackberry Battery - Curve - Blackberry'

Mytouch 4g

OEM HTC battery. After reading numerous shady reviews on other batteries, I decided to spend a few more bucks and get the OEM as a spare and it works identically to the one that came with the phone. Avg phone life is identical as well as rate it charges. T-mobile MyTouch 4G MyTouch 4G OEM HTC Standard Battery BB42100 35H00142-02M

Doesn't last as long as the stock battery. Used it as a primary for over 3 weeks and on an average, it lasted about 12 hours on heavy use (music, browsing and 3 emails, fb, twitter syncs, all while traveling). I would say it lasts about 80 - 90% compared to stock battery. Overall, for the price, its definitely worth it.

Arrived early (thank you!) and was just as described. I lost my original when the battery died and popped in one of my 1500 mAh spares. The spares are good for just that, "spares", but not as good as the original. It's great to have an original back.'

Heart Rate - polar, running

It's unisex, easy to use, and has all of the features a runner needs without all of the expensive frills. I chose the RS100 because it had features that the women-specific watches did not, including interval timers, two zone limit monitors, and a back light (essential if you run at night or cross train in spin class where the lights are usually low). I recommended spending a half hour reading the manual and setting up the watch that way. It covers every feature simply and clearly.

Being able to set my own heart rate and percentage limits is great since those numbers change as my fitness improves. I also like that the running total tells me the percent of calories burned from fat, super essential for proper training.

The total only keeps track of one run at a time, which is fine. I log my runs in an Excel spreadsheet and I've found this to be more useful than storing them in the watch because I can write all sorts of formula combinations and create averages and see a big picture and completely geek out. Other models allow you to upload logs to the Polar website but paying the extra money wasn't worth it for me. I like doing that stuff myself.

The medium chest strap fits me fine once it is adjusted (female, 34" chest) and stays in place. Be sure to moisten the transmitters before wearing, a few drops of water will do, your sweat will take care of the rest ...

My only issue is that the watch is a little bulky for my small wrists, which causes some discomfort at times, but I've come up with a few workarounds to solve the bulky problem:

1. I wear it somewhat loose but not so loose that it spins around on its own. This keeps some of the pressure off. It's loose enough that I can manually rotate the face around to the inside of my wrist if I need to.

2. For longer runs, I sometimes wear the watch strapped to my gear belt or zipped in my pocket. Since the watch has interval timers and warning beeps when I go out of zone, I've been able to keep track using my hearing instead of my eyes. The beep is pretty loud so as long as my headphones aren't cranked, I can still hear it.

3. The treadmills at my gym are Polar ready so they pick up the transmission without me having the wear the watch. While the treadmill doesn't have any logging features, I can at least keep track of my heart rate during a run if I don't want to wear the watch.

Overall, it's a great running computer for the money. Polar RS100 Heart Rate Monitor and Stopwatch

This is my fourth HR monitor. I've owned a Nike (garbage), two Timex models (one solid and one I returned). I bought this one because it had three lines of information so I would know my total time and my lap time.

Some points:

- For the first month the watch never gave me an inaccurate HR. Since then I've had two instance when it's been whacky (you know, shows you at 185 when you're at 145). My previous HR monitors were MUCH worse than the Polar on this account.

- The three lines is nice, however it does not allow you to swap the lap time with the total time. I would much prefer the lap time to be in the middle or at least bigger (it's hard to read when you're doing a hard run and you're bouncing around).

- There is a lap number. I like that a lot.

- If you press and hold the button a little too long it will pop up Limits and adjustments and whatnot. This is annoying and happens too easily.

- If you use the light/indiglo while using the stopwatch it will automatically light up whenever you hit lap/stop afterwards. This is a great feature. Often I'm running in the dark and this feature is a lifesaver.

- Getting the information from the watch is just OK. Not terrible, but not as streamlined as the simple Timex HR monitor I previously used.

- I don't use the totals. I have a database for that.

The bottom line is that HR monitors are pretty unreliable generally. After 2 months, this model has been solid. I would still like a tweak here or there because of my personal preferences.

Purchased as a replacement HRM, The unit does what its intended to do and it does it well. The quirks of changing face information or retrieving data takes a while to learn and get used to. The push-button sequencing doesn't always seem intuitive, but - the good news is - its easy to learn. I don't use my HRM as a watch except as a convenience after working out, so that feature is fairly useless to me, anyway. One simple improvement would be a strap thats a notch or two bigger - I have to wear my unit at the end notch making it somewhat more difficult to fasten and unfasten.

Given the quirks and a design you have to grow into, its a decent product and a fair value.

Just like any gadget, you learn how to use all the functions on this watch by just playing around and pressing buttons. True, the manual should be clearer, and seems to be talking about doing things in a different order than what's really needed sometimes, but unfortunately that's the case with most electronics these days. It's really not all that hard to figure out, and anyway that's part of the fun of getting a new gadget (for some of us, anyway).

It has worked pretty well since I got it. Took a few trials to get the strap tight enough so it wouldn't slide down while running. About 1/4 mile into my first 5k wearing it that's exactly what happened, and my grand plan of closely monitoring my performance went up in smoke. I've had no problems with the receiver picking up my heart rate, or interference from power lines or cars.

So, all in all, highly recommended. I think it's got just the right level of functionality for me, someone who wants to train with a monitor to get a little faster running 5k's and 10k's, but it also makes running a little more interesting on those days you just don't feel like doing it. - Fitness - Polar - Heart Rate - Running'

Engineering Paper - national, graph paper

OK, so the basic layout of the paper is good. The ruling arrangement is acceptable, and the lines are usefully placed.

But the paper *quality* is atrocious. I've seen newsprint of similar quality. The paper is so porous and fibrous that every ink pen makes a wider line than it normally would. You know how fountain pens will bleed through some cheap papers like nuts? Well, this paper is exhibit A, only fountain pens aren't the only poor performers on this paper.

The paper is so weak and easily torn that a very sharp mechanical pencil easily shreds it. Forget using that nice 0.3mm pencil with a harder lead. It digs in and tears the paper.

The texture of the paper is similar to newsprint or certain grades of tissue. It is as absorbent as many tissues (hence the ink problems).

The have never placed a drink on my pad or anything, yet the paper is all wrinkled up as if it was held under running water and allowed to dry.

No, this is NOT quality paper. It is NOT the best. If someone thinks this is good paper, they have obviously never used truly high quality paper. Heck, even a Mead Cambridge uses much higher grade paper. Never mind a Rhodia or Clairefontaine or even a Moleskine. TOPS Engineering Computation Pad, 3-Hole Punched, 8.5 x 11 Inches, 5 Squares per Inch, 200 Sheets, Green, (35502)

TOPS is the top of the line. Don't buy other paper; this is the best. It is the type taht has faint lines that go away when viewed as a single sheet, but are apparent in a binder full of TOPS engineering paper. Great Buy

I don't see how this pad of paper can cost 9 dollars, but it's not a ton of money to begin with so I wouldn't say it's a huge letdown.

The lines are a little darker than I'd like, but overall the product is very high in quality and utility.

I've been using Tops graph paper for years. It was especially beneficial in my math classes; diagramming formulas and matrices were a whole lot easier with the faint graph lines showing through the top. I also use this paper with computer programming and diagramming because of the faint graph display - makes my outlines nice and neat and readable.

Hardwood Floors - dust bunnys, dusters

A couple of tips: don't wear them to walk from a dirty hard surface onto carpet. The fibers in the carpet will pull the dust, gunk and hair out of the chenille and deposit it onto your carpet. That's easy enough to avoid if you shake them out over a trash bin, though.

Also, follow the manufacturer's instructions and do NOT use fabric softener when you wash them. Softeners contain a lubricant that will ruin the chenille's ability to pick up and hold on to stuff, defeating the entire purpose of using these things.

As to their effectiveness, I can't say these things are miracle workers, since they don't get up the crumbs my son inevitably strews on the kitchen floor whenever he eats. But they certainly do a great job on hair.

I have two cats, one of which is a long-haired thing, and I just don't have the time to sweep our tile and hardwood floors daily to get their hair up. So when I ran across these slippers on Amazon I figured I'd give them a try, and I've been quite pleased with the results.

They're also excellent on human hair, which is why I've now purchased a pair for my teenage daughter to wear when she's fussing with her 'do in her bathroom.

No more furry floors for me! Slipper Genie Microfiber Cleaning Slippers, Pink

Love them! Not only are they comfortable on your feet- walking barefoot on hardwood floors is harsh on your soles - they keep your floors cleaner by picking up dust as you go about your day. I bought two pairs, went to buy another and the store was sold out! I want to buy more so when visitors are here they can put on a pair and help with my cleaning:-)

I love my slipper genies. They are comfortable and clean the floor as I walk. I have 4 rescue dogs that shed a lot. These slippers help. I just toss them in the washer, after drying, they are ready to go again!

I bought a pair of these slipper 1 week ago, and yesterday bought my second pair. They are terrific! Although the "shocking pink" color is a little unsettling at first - I have learned to become color blind, so to speak.

I have 5 cats, wooden floors throughout my entire house, tiled kitchen floors, and a husband who patrols the whole place with a swifter by his side. However, since using these slippers, I have been able to just pick up cat hair, dust bunnies, and other particles just by walking over them. It is amazing. No effort, no spray bottles, no having to bend over and make sure I got every bit of dust - and then having to go over the area again. These just pick it all up in their pink little rasta braids.

After a few days, I followed the instructions and washed them in my washing machine, hung them up to dry and was back cleaning the floors as I strolled around my home.

I strongly recommend giving these little guys a try. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed unless of course you are attempting to clean up large items on the floor. But for animal hair and dust - these are the best.

So they do in fact pick up some dust....but will wearing these mean you never have to sweep again? No. Honestly, they just kinda crack me up wearing them around the house because they're so silly looking -- and I like that I can pretend I'm being efficient and helping to clean my house in the process. If you're expecting a miracle and are going to be upset about wasted money, then no, I wouldn't recommend them. If you're looking for a laugh and something that may make a modest contribution to your household maintenance, then enjoy the goofy looking slippers!

I sent these to my mom as a gag gift but she thinks they are the best thing since sliced bread. She likes to wear them and says she has the cleanest floors in town. They go into the washer and dryer for a quick cleaning. Fun and useful product.

My mother was always complaining that my dog was shedding and she had to sweep the floors all the time. I originally purchased this as a joke, and it definitely brought laughs on Christmas Day. However, I found my mom wearing them, and she said they worked and are very easy to clean, you can literally pull all the hair and dust out, and wash up very nice.

A dozen were ordered for my horse-addicted Saddle Club soul sisters who would rather ride horses and work in the barn than do housework. The only drawback is that I ordered hot pink and got lime green. They were well recieved as gifts. Functionally and for the purpose of gifting, they got some laughs and immediate trials and positive feedback ("They work!!"). Great gifts for those who have other priorities and a sense of humor.

It's really fun to slide around my wood floors in these slippers. In fact, it makes me smile just to look at the slippers--all the little squishy parts on the bottom give them a unique look. The only problem a person might have with them is size. Apparently, they only come in one size. I wear a size 7 1/2 and they barely fit my foot. Also, they are rather wide, so I need to wear socks with them to keep them on. They would be perfect for a smaller, wider foot. - Cleaning Tools - Dusters - Dust Bunnys - Dust Mops'

Macbook Charger - apple, apple charger macbook

I purchased this because I lost my adapter and it was the cheapest one. Nothing has officially happened to my mac, but 3 or 4 times i've heard snap/crackles/pops coming from where the adapter is plugged into the socket and I've seen small sparks. (this has been on more than one socket, and the socket was grounded) I should say that the charger does work and my computer went from having no charge to being fully charged but I'm writing this review for you to beware. Also, it doesn't have the extension like the normal mac charger does. Also it smelled funny like it was possibly burning. IMHO, if you care about your mac I think I would avoid this one and just spend the money and go with the better one. Also remember that this is not a "REAL" apple charger it is a "replacement" I felt that was a little misleading and wanted to let the amazon community know about it, because I do use your reviews very much. Achi Replacement Power Adapter for Apple for MacBook and 13-inch MacBook Pro (KC-00000-3828)

About 1 week after receiving this adapter, it overheated so badly that it melted. When I contacted the seller for a safe, functioning product, I was told that they were out of stock. (I wonder... out of this product entirely, or just out of safe, functioning ones?) My money was refunded almost immediately, but I was still left with a dead laptop for another week while I waited for another adapter from another seller. Oh, and then there's the small matter of the FIRE HAZARD created by an electronic product that gets so hot that it melts itself. Sure, I got all of my money back, but it could have cost my family a lot more if a fire had occurred. I do realize that the magsafe adapters, whether 'generic' or made by Apple, have a tendency to overheat, but this was excessive to the point of being dangerous.

The charger works perfectly with my MacBook. I have had absolutely no problems - we've had it for about a month now. And I leave it plugged in nearly all the time. It's a lot shorter than the original cord that came with the computer, but an extra foot or two is not worth the extra $60 that Apple will charge for a name-brand cord, IMHO. Plus, Apple stuff breaks fairly quickly anyway, so if this breaks soon, I can just buy another one and I still haven't spent as much as I would have on a name-brand cord. Very happy we found this.

I felt really regret to buy it since i received the goods, it's NEW, but FAKE, you could feel differences when you have it in your palms, it's much lighter, with poor quality. I wondered how long it will last, the fact tells me: 1 month. 20 some dollars for 1 month. you'd better spend $80 to a real one, which can last much longer. hopefully, it's a lesson not only for me, but for you too.

This product worked great for almost a month. One afternoon after working all morning it just stopped. I bought it because it was the cheapest & looked reliable. Now I'm going to spend $80 at the apple store so this doesn't happen again.

This was a waste of 30 dollars. I ordered a new charger because my previous one had frayed and no longer worked. I got this one in the mail within about 5 days so the shipping was fast. After about a week of using it, it melted on one side then just stopped working completely. Complete waste of money, I ended up having to pay $80 for a real mac charger, which I guess I should have done in the first place.

I've put up with this replacement as long as I could because I didn't have the money to replace it. Now that I do, it's out of here. The first week I had it it was fine. Two weeks later it started getting really hot. A month later it started making a snap, crackly, popping sounds that I only expect to hear from a bowl of cereal. I've had this adapter for almost 4 months now and it is warped, partially melted, split at the seams, smells like burning plastic, and frankly I'm scared to get near it.

Save yourself some time and money, and possibly the risk of a fire,

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

(I would have given this no stars, but Amazon wouldn't let me.)

i purchased this product and it only worked well for about a week. It makes a loud squealing sound while its plugged in and gets super hot to the point where i'm concerned about leaving it charging while i'm not in the same room. i do not have anything good to say about this product and i would not suggest buying it.

Everytime after done charging the charger is so hot that I can't even hold it in my bare hand. Just two weeks ago it got so hot that it melted a hole from the inside out. I was rudely awaken by the sound of my smoke detector, I seriously DO NOT recommend this item!!! - Charger - Apple - Apple Charger Macbook - Apple Charger'

Sweat Suit - fitness, sweat

My friend bought me this Valeo Sauna Suit for 14.99 and its worth every penny. I've used 5 cheap silver sauna suits from Walmart and tore everyone of them. I ended up using a thick trash bag at home while working out. I cut out holes for the head and arms...lol. I was sick of buying 8.00 sauna suits that ripped. The XL/XXL Valeo Suit is twice as thick as the silver cheap suits from Walmart. This feels like a thick rain coat. Its pretty stylish too for jogging in the park. I'm a big guy, around 240lbs, 6ft1 and the xl/xxl has more than enough room for me to kick, stretch, or punch. The elastic feels snug but comfortable so your pants dont fall down....lol

After buying many products from various places (Dicks sporting goods, amazon, walmart) I find that either the sauna suit's were to small or cheap material that bursted within 2-3 days. Swimming - swim diapers, reusable swim diaper

We bought this for our 2 1/2 year old and it has worked well so far!

Pros:

Saves on cost of disposable swim diapers - especially since he often goes in our pool for just a few minutes each day

We haven't found the need for more than one, it dries out in between uses no problem

Cons:

The white fabric has gone somewhat yellow :-) Stain removing washing has helped, but in future we might consider a colored swim diaper instead iPlay White Ultimate Swim Diaper, White, 3T

I love this diaper, it is so much better than the sun smarties brand. It has a heavy duty cloth material in the diaper so there is less leakage. My son properly pooped 10 times in this diaper and no poop got in the pool at all, it stayed in there diaper. The only negatively thing about this diaper is that it can be messy taking off when poop is involved, especially a lot of it. My way of dealing with it is putting him in the tub with the diaper on and just taking the diaper off there and hosing my down, a lot less mess.

Price is great, saved us a lot of money, I will recommend this product to everyone. Very well made. My son is 28 lbs and we got size 3t to have some extra room in there.

We use this week after week for my daughter's swim class and it still holds up great! It's been in the chlorinated pool for about 12 weeks now and it still is white. I do wash it immediately after using it though... (in cold water, but I throw it in the washing machine with a mesh bag, even though it says to hand wash -- I don't have time for that!)

This product was not what I was expecting. The material, the sizing and elasticity of the leg holes. This needs to be snug in order to do it's keep poo in the pants job. The material is the same as a hospital bed protector material. The printed Iplay swim diapers are what I recommend.

The title pretty much sums it up. If you are looking for an inexpensive swimming diaper, look no further. Why spend 15 or 20 bucks on the thing when you can pick this sucker up for 10. It works and it goes under the swimsuit anyway- so you don't need all the ruffles or designs. Highly recommend

Every time I read about swim diapers, I read that they aren't meant to absorb, just to contain solids. Since I want to be able to put my kids in their swimsuits *before* we get to the pool, rather than AT the pool (or beach), this was a problem. The disposable swim diapers don't hold any urine at all. I was a bit skeptical when I read that this one would absorb, but looking at the diaper, it's obvious. And it works, too - we took my daughter to the beach, and she was terrified of the ocean - she wouldn't go near it. But we had her in this diaper and her swimsuit for about an hour, while she played in the sand. The diaper was wet when we came back, but her suit was dry - no leaks. Of course, it probably isn't as absorbent as a regular diaper, but compared to other swim diapers, I'm pretty impressed.

This is otherwise a very high quality and comfortable swim diaper- it's extremely soft. However, it's inferior to disposable swim diapers in some ways because it's not meant to handle poop accidents while in the pool. Disposable swim diapers are much more snug and safeguard against poop too.

That being said, if your child is potty trained and you need a swim diaper for your local pool- this is a great choice. It's easily washable and doesn't chafe against kids skin.

Works well, washes well, contains solid waste. The side snaps are key in getting the diaper off without making a mess. Seems like a better alternative to disposable swim diapers for the environmental impact and cost. Buy two so you have a spare in case of a big accident. Very pleased overall!

I bought two of these for use at our local pool, and for a beach vacation later in the summer. Even though my daughter is 2 1/2, I bought the three-year size after going over the measurement/size chart. So far, the diapers have held up well to chlorine and to being washed in the machine (air dry, please!) My daughter doesn't complain about the leg or waist elastic; and the openings are definitely snug enough to contain anything that might fall their way. I also like the fact these diapers have some light absorbancy in them. They also are roomy enough to wear over a disposable swim diaper, if you needed to. (Some pools are extra-fussy about that.) The diaper does stick out beyond the leg holes of my daughter's swimsuit, but that doesn't bother me. - Pool Diaper - Diaper - Swim Diapers - Reusable Swim Diaper'

Computer Keyboard - back lit, lighted keyboard

Quick summary and a little about me to let you know where I'm coming from, in case people don't want to read the full review:

I'm a 20 year old college student (male), who plays games quite frequently, and is pretty particular with his keyboards. I loved my previous keyboard, the Eclipse I, which I had for about 2 years, and decided to buy this on a whim as a replacement (I spilled soda on my previous one).

APPEARANCE (cool factor): 9/10

-LEDs look great, laser etched keys are high quality

FUNCTIONALITY: 7/10

-a little on the long side, but I've got plenty of desk space

-hotkeys aren't especially useful

-touchpad with updated drivers works great and is very convenient

-headphone/microphone jacks are just pass-throughs from your sound card, meaning that if you want to use the feature, you'd have to plug your speakers into the keyboard (though you could buy extra splitters/audio cables)

QUALITY: 9/10

-Saitek still makes great keyboards. everything about this board looks like it was made with care.

-The keyboard feels like its going to last years

PRICE: 6/10

-Way expensive compared to the alternatives. Its a great keyboard, but only like $50-60 great. Not worth the $80 retail price, unless you've got the extra cash lying around. My advice is to wait for it to go on sale, if you're not in a hurry.

OVERALL(not an average): 8/10

PROS:

-Recently released drives from Saitek fixed all issues regarding the functionality and sensitivity of the touch pad: volume indicators work, media control works better, visual notification when touch buttons are being pressed (the buttons flash a few times when pressed), and no more accidentally activating touch keys (they're less sensitive but still functional)

-The quality of the keys and the feel of the keyboard is the same, if not better, than the Eclipse I (I wouldn't know how to compare it to the Eclipse II as I've never used one)

CONS:

-Yes the size is mislabeled as 18" instead of the actual 21" (but the original Eclipse I keyboard was 21" also)

-The $80 price point is a little steep; wait for the price to drop or for it to go on sale. I'd say a fair price would be in the $50-60 range.

IN DEPTH REVIEW:

First off, let me say that this keyboard isn't as bad as the other review(s) say. I've previously owned a Saitek Eclipse I keyboard, which this keyboard replaced after I accidentally spilled soda on my Eclipse I, and it's way better in construction, feel, and functionality.

The keyboard is in fact 21", not the 18" listed, but now that you know, if it isn't a problem, I'd recommend it. Sure, the Eclipse II was a compact 18", but the Saitek I never was, and it got phenomenal reviews despite its size.

[...]

The soft-touch keys feel great, and the two height adjustment is a very nice little feature to help you get the proper typing angle. With the updated drivers, the touch pad functions like it should, with a "lights off" button (turns all LEDs off until it is pressed again), 5 four-stage LEDs for the volume indicator to show current volume level, 4 media buttons (mute, pause/play, prev, next), and buttons to control the 4 brightness levels and 5 different colors (blue, purple, magenta, pink, red).

On the note of the LED colors, I don't find the touch pad being constantly blue, or the numpad/caps lock/scroll lock being green an annoyance. I think it actually looks pretty cool, since the LED colors provided contrast nicely with blue (especially red). Though if you find it an annoyance, I could understand.

To be honest, I don't use the hotkeys much, since I got pretty familiar with the windows equivalent of the hotkeys, though I'm sure someone would find them useful. To my knowledge there isn't a way to reprogram them, though I'm sure there's some software out there which would let you do that.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

In all, its a well made luxury keyboard with lots of good, convenient features. If you know your desk can't fit it comfortably, look for an alternative, like the more compact Eclipse II. The price point is high, so I'd only pick it up if it was on sale, or if you extra cash burning a hole in your pocket. If you're worried about how it feels, I'd see if a local store has it so you could try it out. Saitek PK24 Eclipse III Wired Keyboard

Highly recommended, and the price on Amazon is more reasonable than many brick & mortar stores too. This keyboard has wonderful keys that are neither too springy nor too soft, great for typing, and great for games too. It's a pretty sturdy piece of kit too, and requires no extra drivers. So, of course it's main 'selling factor' is that it offers three different illumination colors - blue, red, and purple - and these can be dimmed or brightened. Worth noting is that the areas around the keys and the keys themselves are lit, so perfect for a darker environment. I like the blue color best, but that's probably the darkest, but I still find it's illuminated adequately. The purple color really shines though, and there's side strips that light up your desktop too. Very blingin'? Yes, for sure. Overkill? Perhaps, but I don't think this keyboard looks too tacky, in fact I've found it super useful to have a comfortable and durable keyboard for those late night gaming sessions.

I've been typing on various keyboards for 20 years now, and nothing is comparible to the old IBM mainframe keyboards, which had a great feel to them. I've hated every lightweight generic keyboard I've encountered, and this one stays put. On a whim, I purchased this keyboard from another site, at a great price. Well, my only regret is not purchasing another to use at work. The lighting is adequate if you're simply typing to the light of your monitor, like I frequently do at home. I wish it were a little brighter, but overall, I love this keyboard, and when the price is right, I'll get another. I prefer the purple, dislike the red, and can deal with the blue. When the computer is rebooted, it automatically reverts back to blue, which I don't consider an inconvenience whatsoever... - Gaming Keyboard - Keyboard - Lighted Keyboard - Back Lit'

Excellent product, Amazon. rooCASE Neoprene Sleeve Case (Black) Garmin nüvi 1490 / 1490T / 1490LMT / 1450 / 1450T / 1450LMT / 2460 / 2460LT / 2460LMT / 2450 / 2450LM 5-Inch GPS Navigator

This is a perfect fit for my Garmin 1450. Be sure to bring in your Garmin from the car each time so it's not stolen. This little case keeps your Garmin like new and it also holds the USB cord in the front pouch.

This cover is soft. If you want to protect your GPS from rough handling then you are looking at the wrong item. Check dimensions before buying. Some gadgets have the same number but one letter at the end could mean change in dimensions. for example the size of GPS 1470 can differ from 1470T! the zipper pocket can be small for car cable.

This case fits my nuvi 1490T perfectly, with a little room left over. You cannot fit the power cord in here. I always put the GPS in the case and just toss in my arm rest. The case does a great job of protecting the unit. Well worth it.

I ordered the Neoprene Sleeve Case (Black) Garmin nüvi 1490/1490T 5-Inch GPS Navigator and loved it! It fits my brand new Garmin GPS very well. It keeps my GPS scratch-free no matter where you store it. Overall, its a great product for a great price. - Garmin Nuvi Case - Gps Case - Gps - Garmin Nuvi 1490t'
