Samsung Galaxy S - cell phone accessories, leather case

After having my beloved E71 cellphone and pouch stolen at Ezeiza airport in Buenos Aires from my belt -between exiting the plane and going through a crowded immigration/customs line, where I remember a local couple bumping into me- I knew I needed a much more secure carry option for my replacement Nokia E71. This was it. I love the belt loop design. This puppy isn't going anywhere without me knowing it -or at least feeling it being tugged on-. Leather Pouch Protective Carrying Cell Phone Case for Apple iPhone 4 16GB 32GB / 3GS - 16GB 32GB 3G - 8GB / Garmin Asus Garminfone / HTC myTouch (2010) T-Mobile HTC Hero / Huawei Ascend Cricket/ LG Optimus T T-Mobile Optimus S Sprint / Motorola Droid 2 (Global) Verizon Milestone XT720 Droid 2 / Nokia E72/ PCD Razzle TXT8030 Pantech Ease Laser AT&T / Samsung Craft SCH-R900 MetroPCS R350 / Sharp FX / Sony Ericsson Aspen - Black

What a great product at a fantastic price, far better than the Verizon price of a less secure design. I like the belt loop/clip design. I think the clip would work well alone as it is much stronger than the ones I have had before. However, after dropping pouches several times with a clip design and loosing one phone, I decided I wanted a more secure style. The horizontal pouch design is great. I highly recommend it.

This protective case is fantastic. The double belt loop, plus spring clip hold this case very securely to your belt. No chance of it falling off like others I have had. Magnetic flap is very strong and secure. This case will not work for your iPhone 4 if you use a plastic protective case on your phone itself. It is a very snug fit for the bare phone, with any case on the phone it is too tight and will not fit.

I've had this little case for about a week now and so far so good. It fits the Optimus V well (same model as Optimus S and T), which is a pretty small phone. I like the snug fit. I use it primarily to clip to my pants so that I have it close to me at all times. The magnetic clasp feel pretty secure and there are holes in the corners and center bottom so that you can push the phone out into your hand. I took off a star for the slight discoloration on a couple spots on the case. Of course, for the price, I don't mind these slight imperfections.

I have a LG Optimus T and this case is just a bit to deep for it. I made a small spacer for the phone out of the styrofoam that came inside of the case when it was mailed so it works great for the couple bucks I spent for it (with shipping) but not exactly aesthetically pleasing if you care about those things.

Just received the case in the mail today, and it's exactly as shown in the picture, but just has a different brand name on it (fe instead of Reiko). And for the price that it is, who would really care much as long as it's the same as shown?

The inside of the case is made of a soft velvetish material, which isn't really shown in the pictures. My naked LG Optimus V fits in there PERFECTLY, but be warned! If you have a silicone case on it, it's hard to get in, and very hard to get out. It "fits" and closes, but I doubt you'd be able to get it out in time to answer a call. - Lg Optimus V - Holsters - Leather Case - Cell Phone Accessories'

Cool Case

The first cover I bought for my phone was a silicone cover. The soft feeling of the cover was nice, but whenever I would pull the phone out of my pocket, the cover would often come off, so I bought another, hard cover. The hard cover was good since it was durable and stayed on the phone, but it looked ugly and wasn't a good feel. So I bought this cover, and I can tell you that I am done buying covers. It is great! It is a perfect mixture between a hard and soft cover. It has a soft inside that gives it a nice feel, and then a hard cover outline (the fishbone) that keeps the cover together. Just wonderful! I would recommend it to anyone! Black/Black Fishbone Hybrid Protector Case for Samsung Fascinate / Mesmerize (Galaxy S)

This case is unique in that the case forms a very tight, yet flexible grip around the phone. There is no reason you should consider any other case. Easy to install, helps form a double layer of protection around the phone, and very economical.

Buy this!

Great case at a great price. Gel/silicon skin keeps the footprint of the phone small, while the harder plastic exoskeleton provides support and safety. Really liked the fact that the case isn't loud/flashy too (though there are other colors you can get if that's your fancy). And at this price, you really can't go wrong. If you're looking for a hard plastic case, this isn't for you - but I think the mix of hard plastic with gel/silicon makes for a nice feel, good protection, and overall great case.

This is a nice case for the money, fits the phone very good and all openings align perfect. I'm used to hard cases so I wanted to try something different that wasn't so bulky so the phone would fit better in my holster. I like the design and feel of this case.

Very nice product. It is heavy enough to protect, and thin enough to keep the phone slim. The harder plastic "skeleton" protects the corners well. Price was half of what it goes for locally. Prompt delivery from importer520.

Save your money. It's the end of May and I got this in April. The soft rubber part is coming apart at the corners already. Don't see it lasting much longer than a few months. I have no issue with importer520. They were great. Prompt delivery, good packaging. The product just doesn't hold up.

Let me add to the overwhelming sentiment of previous reviewers. This case is a superior product for a great price. I have owned other covers, each coming with a different flaw. This cover offers the necessary protection while also passing all asthetics. Further, it is "pocketable," meaning you can put it in your shirt pocket and it will neither slip out nor be too difficult to remove. Just perfect! Highly recommend this product to everyone in need of a case.

This case looks great and feels like a quality piece. However, I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S direct from Samsung. My phone is not from a particular cell phone service company. I don't know if that affects the fit (if it needs to be the Facinate, Vibrant, Captivate), but on my phone the cover keeps slipping off the bottom right corner. It's a great case and I would keep it if I could get it to stay on the phone. Now though I am still on the hunt for a proper fitting case.

This is the exact case I saw at one of those mall kiosks for 24.99. The fishbone works great. Have never had a problem with the case coming off my phone like the gel cases tend to do. Delivery was extremely fast. Very satisfied.

Very Durable case, has 2 durability levels, 1st is a durable, thick rubberized case that streche's over your Samsung Fascinate / Mesmerize (Galaxy S). Even with a hard case on the phone, this thick rubberized case that streche's over even that giving it ultamate durability.

I would highly recomend 2 anyone.'

3 Wheel Scooter - first scooter, kick scooter

This scooter is simply the best one out there - because the 2 wheels are in the front, they don't get in the way of the kids trying kicking off with their feet. And because to turn, they have to lean vs steer, I feel it is safer as it tends to just go straight. As the kids improve, they figure out how to turn, but that's what's so good, they do it at their own pace. Even though this scooter says it's for age 3, we bought it for my son's 2nd birthday because he tried someone else's and shocked us by being able to ride it well. He had tried those other 3-wheeled scooters with the 2 wheels in the back and couldn't really ride them - the design of this one is just so superior. He absolutely LOVES LOVES LOVES it and just about every day, people ask how old he is and they are shocked, they say they can't believe how well a 2-year-old can ride a scooter. But it's not him, it's this scooter! Don't waste your money on the cheap "cartoony" scooters, just get one of these, your kids will be zipping around in minutes! Mini kick Scooter - PINK, for kids age 3-5. Winner of the Oppenheim Toy Portfolio Gold and Platinum Best Toy Award Seals - ALSO available in new Yellow, Green, Aqua, Orange and Blue

My twins just turned 3, and after seeing some kids at the park riding around on Spiderman and Radio Flyer 3-wheel scooters, the constant refrain from both of them was, "let's get a scooter!!" I researched a TON and was leaning toward the Razor Jr., but after reading the reviews that it was just too slow for some kids, and that all the child could do was push push push, I decided not to take a chance on it. Then I saw this scooter and it sounded great. I called the company, Kickboard USA to clarify the weight issue, and was told that it goes up to about 60 lbs. Okay, great. I also asked if they thought my son, who is a little behind in motor skills, would be able to manage this scooter, and after much discussion (great customer service!), I decided to buy two of these and give them a whirl. I bought blue for my son, and I knew my daughter would want pink. Also ordered two Bell helmets. Amazon shipped both right away.

Needless to say, the morning of their birthday when they opened the back door and saw two new scooters with helmets dangling from the handlebars, they were GIDDY! They both jumped on and it was slow-going and a bit awkward at first. These scooters can go fast - the kids seemed to intuitively know this, though, and took things cautiously. They didn't understand the steering concept - yet. But after an hour or so, they felt more confident and were pushing along. They'd raise their foot up for a second and then put it back on the ground and push some more. They were having a great time.

This scooter is lower to the ground than any I've seen, which makes it easy for the kids to ride. The two wheels in front make for great stability and maneuvering. Fast forward to about 2 weeks into using these scooters and both kids enjoy them a lot, but especially my son. He's a scooter fanatic! He has gotten so good at riding it and the steering just came naturally when he realized that as he leaned, it would gently turn in the direction of the lean. The brake is a great feature, but so far my kids don't really get the concept of it. They just put their foot down or sort of "hop off." I imagine as they get older and more proficient, they'll get the groove of the brake. My son now zips around with all the bigger kids at the park. The Razor Jr. and Spiderman scooter kids are envious and slower. I imagine it won't be long until they're bored with their scooters and want to graduate onto something better. I don't have that worry with these scooters. They look cool, which the kids love; they aren't "baby looking" at all. I was also so happy not to have to buy something with a television character on it!

These scooters are built to last from what I can tell. They come with some cool stickers, too. I cannot tell you HOW MANY parents have seen my kids on their scooters and sidled up to us to ask about them. Yes, they are more expensive, but for the longevity my kids will get out of them, and the peace of mind I have that they're probably the safest scooters out there for preschoolers, it was WELL worth the cost. Neither of my kids has had anything other than a minor tumble on them so far, but you know, I expect that. Kids are gonna fall. They always wear their helmets - it's a non-negotiable rule - and so far they actually think their helmets are cool (got two of the Bell Bellino Toddler helmets - love them!).

Caution: I would advise parents, however, not to let your kids ride these scooters on sidewalks or other areas where they might get away from you and risk danger. Also stay away from paved paths with inclines and dips. As I said above, these scooters can get going, even with the kids just pushing off with the foot and not fully "riding" it, and I have to hustle to keep up with my kids. We only let them ride these scooters in enclosed parks with paved paths or the cement area of our back yard.

Bottom line: If you are looking for a scooter your preschooler will LOVE, will last a good long time, and something sturdy and safe, this is the scooter. :-)

I was considering purchasing this for my 5 year girl but when I saw the weight restriction of 44 lbs, I was hesitant thinking she would outgrow it within the next year.

However, after checking out the manufacturers website, I found this when has now made me decide to purchase this safer looking scooter than others for my little girl:

"* The mini scooter is designed with a weight recommendation of 70lbs. Please note that the bottom of the scooter shows a weight limit of 20kg, which is 44 lbs. The reason for the discrepancy is that European standards dictate that weights are displayed only in increments of 20, 50 and 100kg."

My six year old is still riding this scooter (he's just under the weight limit), and I wish they made one for older kids. We live in NYC, and he uses it to get back and forth to school every day, and pretty much everywhere else. He got a Huffy model when he was 3, and when that fell apart we bought this one (since the new Huffy model is nowhere near as good). My one major complaint is that the back wheel wears down pretty quickly, and we are on our third replacement brake. The parts are easy to order online. The site is called minimicrousa (or something like that). Interestingly, this site claims that the weight limit is actually 70 pounds. - First Scooter - Kick Scooter - Scooter - Three-wheeled Scooters'

Conservation

Readers who think they know Leopold, whether from his classic A Sand County Almanac or from earlier writings about him, are in for a real surprise. We see here, far better than ever before, the science underlying Leopold's conservation thought; he was at the forefront of ecology, not merely a consumer of it. Even more, we see how Leopold moved step by step to the (for him) painful realization that true conservation was not possible without significant cultural change, which in turn required committed conservationists to step up and challenge dominant values and institutions. Newton shows clearly that it was Leopold's idea of land health, not his land ethic, that stood at the center of his mature conservation thought. She shows how land health, once carefully crafted, transformed his thinking on nearly every aspect of conservation. And she explains vividly-- far better than any other scholar--the precise meanings that Leopold attached to his famous ethical admonition to preserve the land's "integrity, stability, and beauty." Why did Leopold resist the federal conservation programs of the New Deal Era? How did he redefine wilderness over the final decade of his life and reshape his chief reasons for protecting it? What did he view as the main goals of wildlife management, and why did he turn against many basic assumptions in his classic book Game Management? What kind of startlingly new ecology text did he have in works when he died? These and other questions are answered for the first time, in this major work that is brimming with new information and new interpretations. The most sobering realization one has, though, upon finishing this splendid book, is that today's conservation cause might cite Leopold often but hardly at all understands who he was and what he thought. This is not just the best book we have on Leopold, it might well be the best book we've had on any conservation intellect. Aldo Leopold's Odyssey: Rediscovering the Author of A Sand County Almanac'

Driving Cap - driving cap, flat caps

I purchased this hat for my 82 year old brother-in-law. He was very pleased with it and wears it everywhere. The only issue I have is with the seller, in that the website does NOT tell you that this hat fits ALL head sizes because it has a hidden velcro band in the back that makes the hat completely adjustable. Other than that, it is a great hat and I might even order one for myself. Big Wool Blend Newsboy Cap-Brown W07S38E

plain and simple: I love this hat

I had to wait a while to review it as I bought it right before a heatwave hit my area so it wasn't convenient to wear at the time, but now that the weather's clearing up I can safely say this hat was worth every penny and then some. It's well made, sturdy, and it's very warm and comfortable. My only hangup is the button on the front which I wish could be a little more hidden as I feel it takes away from the hat, but seeing as how it was visible in the image I can't say it caught me off guard. Would highly recommend to hat lovers and someone looking for a nice Gatsby

In short, it's a pretty cool hat. I wish I could find one of the original newsboys, one without the adjustable rear made of Velcro. I mean, it's handy and all, but it sort of takes away from the hat. Anyway, it's a cool, comfortable hat and a must-have for fans of... that look. I'm not sure what That Look is, but you know it when you see it or hear it. You'll have to excuse my seeming apathy. It's the end of the semester, I've got a ton of work to do and frankly I'm feeling literally under the weather. So pardon my bluntness and apparent lack of interest. Buy the hat.

I wear this cap every day, every where! I don't care for the gap in back caused by the adjustable feature, but it is easily sewn shut. I have a very hard time getting a cap that is large enough and this one is. Will definitely buy more.

My grandson needed a costume for "Sherlock Holmes", a play he was in recently...he played "a natty safecracker", and had to look a certain way. The hat topped it off (no pun intended)and he was quite a success. The kicker is, he loved the hat and can now wear it when it's cold. The hat is of excellent quality and I. am very pleased. We had originally ordered from another company, they send the wrong color, and they would not return my emails or calls to make an exchange...anyone need a brown fedora???? - Flat Caps - Driving Cap - Womens'

Christopher Reeve - 1983, christopher reeve

"The Adventures of Superman - The Complete Second Season" is an essential for fans of the original series, it's star, the unforgettable George Reeves, and anyone who would enjoy seeing a series 'at the top of it's game', when it was a genuine national phenomena!

The back story is truly amazing; the first season, filmed in 1951, had taken two full years to finally reach the entire country (television, at that time, was still in it's infancy, and just beginning to spread throughout the nation, as the FCC issued licenses for new stations, from coast to coast). "The Adventures of Superman", syndicated and sponsored by Kellogg's, was a fresh, exciting series that many of the new stations picked up to help promote themselves, and sell televisions...and the series began an astonishing climb to a level of popularity that no one involved had ever anticipated.

Certainly, none of the cast was prepared for what happened; in the two-year hiatus, Phyllis Coates, the 'Lois Lane' of the first season, assuming the series was finished, took on other acting assignments, and was no longer available when the call went out for the second season to be filmed (her role was filled by the 'Lois Lane' of the 40s movie serials, Noel Neill, 33, who saw the role toned down considerably from the aggressive, feisty newspaperwoman of the first season). Jack Larson, 20, who had felt misgivings about the role of Jimmy Olsen from the beginning (only agreeing to the part when his agent joked that "nobody will ever see it, anyway") discovered himself typecast in the role, and his privacy lost...a situation even more acute for the series' star, George Reeves, now 39. During the series' hiatus, he had gotten a juicy supporting role in the blockbuster, "From Here to Eternity", only to see the role edited down to an unbilled cameo, as the producers feared a film featuring 'Superman' would lose it's impact as a 'serious' film. Reeves would only appear in three feature films during the series' entire run, and one film, afterward, all in supporting roles...with no film work at all, the last three years of his life...which provided 'motive' that his 1959 death was suicide (despite evidence of foul play).

Knowing what the future held for Reeves makes the second season of AOS a bittersweet experience, as he is so wonderful in the role! Still youthfully handsome, he projects even more confidence and ease than he had in the first season, and was far more 'kid friendly', as his fight scenes were toned down (as was all the violence, as Kellogg's responded to parents' concerns). With the national Superman 'craze' in full swing, he took special pains to remind children that "only Superman can fly", and his portrayal of the Man of Steel reflected his increasing sense of responsibility of being a good role model to a generation of children who adored him.

If the series lacked it's earlier grittiness, the second season offered spectacular compensations, especially in "Panic In the Sky", the most famous and popular episode of the entire series. As a huge asteroid plunges toward Earth, Superman launches himself into space, in a last-ditch effort to save the planet. Slamming into the gigantic rock head-on, all he can accomplish is to change it's course, temporarily...while being knocked into a state of amnesia by the encounter! With Earth's destruction imminent, can Superman regain his memory in time...AND find a way to stop it? Despite some primitive FX, the episode is STILL riveting, after a half-century!

This is DEFINITELY a 'Must-Have' collection! The Adventures of Superman Season 2

The second season of the Adventures of Superman is now slated for release on January 17, 2006. In this season Noel Neill takes over as Lois Lane. (Neill played Lois in the Superman movie serials.) <li>Commentary on 2 key episodes by Noel Neill and Jack Larson

<li>"Stamp Day For Superman": Special episode promoting savings bonds with a new introduction by Jack Larson.

I'm giving the release 5 stars based on the fact that the first season was very well done, and I have high hopes that the second season DVD set will surpass all our expectations.

IN A NUTSHELL: DIFFERENT THEMES + A DIFFERENT LOIS = A NEW TONE

We are treated to more of the same GREAT STUFF as was presented in the first season; however, Noel Neill replaced Phyllis Coates as Lois Lane and we see a true diversity of themes. Whereas the first season had focused on mobsters and crime, the second toned down the violence and added a wide range of themes to the growing Superman universe. In the process, the second season was more kid-friendly at the expense of some of the film-noir ambience.

All and all, this is a great addition and companion to the first season.

SEASON TWO has just been released. I pre-ordered it from Amazon prior to its release and and I have just completed viewing the 5 disks of the second season. The quality is the same as the first season -- almost unbelievably good. Episode 12, "Panic In The Sky" on the second disk, is a standout that also has an interesting and informative commentary track narrated by Noel Neill and Jack Larson.

If there is a difference between the first and second season, it is probably caused by several obvious differences;

---1] LOIS LANE:

Noel Neill is much lighter and more of a kid-viewer-friendly sidekick for Clark Kent, whereas Pyllis Coates was much more Kent's equal and rival. My daughter, watching parts of many of these shows -- but whole shows of none -- as she sort of flits in and out seeing parts of many and whole shows of none, stated that in "The Defeat Of Superman" if Phyllis Coates were still Lois then she would have been the one who got hit with the Kryptonite bullet instead of Superman. That's it exactly. Many of the crooks in the first season were literally mauled by Lois Lane, wildcat, as they tried with great difficulty to subdue her. Often, Phyllis Coates as Lois was physically assaulted as one would expect a man to be and the bad guys often came out of it bleeding and hurting. When that failed, there was the famous Lois Lane scream that is still reverberating all over the galaxy.

Obviously, I think a lot of Phyllis Coates as Lois but, in fairness, Noel Neill does a great job of showing a compassionate and vulnerable Lois who would surely perish if Superman were not there to save her, OFTEN.

---2] THE SCRIPTS:

The dark, "film-noir" style of the first season was definitely geared more for adults than for kids, though as a kid at the time I didn't know -- until now. Mobsters and corrupt politicians dominated that first season, with only traces of the humor that was to come in future seasons from Jimmy Olsen, and most of all from the new Lois [Noel Neill]. The new Lois did present the opportunity to change the tone of the show to the lighter side without ruining the Superman Universe in the process. Noel Neill, although five years older than Phyllis Coates, acted younger and more like she needed Superman's help while basically tagging along with Kent instead of blazing her own trail as Lois had in the first season. I have read that she was more palatable to young viewers, especially boys who found her likably obnoxious and bratty mannerisms to be cute and compelling. I guess they wanted to be Superman and save Noel. I was not one of them, and I always hoped that Phyllis Coates would return as Lois, but I had to wait until reruns for that.

---3] RUNNING TIME ON SEASON TWO IS LONGER:

Another difference from the first season is the length which ran about 25 minutes for the 1st season and has averaged over 26 minutes for the second.

Tomb Raider

Love this movie and decided to find it on blu ray. however, it doesnt exist as a US version. you must buy the EU or European version. The Audio is German and English is the Second Option. It works perfectly fine on my PS3 and there are no problems playing it. Don't let the German written summary fool you, it works on any US Version PS3. Just make sure you pick the audio language as English instead of the default German. Tomb Raider-Cradle of Life (Blu-Ray)

To begin with this was a really well done movie at the time of its release. For some reason this second film in the series was never released here in the United States on blu-ray. What is available is the European version done in German. The english language version of this film is available through the menu and once I figured out how to turn off the German subtitles I found it very enjoyable (although some parts where they are describing locations are still in German and these could not be changed). Overall I was very satisfied with the movie. If however, a United States version became available, I would purchase that and replace this copy.

I will be returning my copy - I wasn't aware that the entire version would be in German - English is available as a second audio but it sounded muddied, and what I really needed was English subtitles for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired but only German was available, so that makes this a no-go for me. Otherwise shipping was fast and the product wasn't damaged in any way.

This European version Blu Ray of the Movie "Cradle of Life" is exceptional in its quality, there are no extras, featurettes, or bonus materials, but the quality, sound and dubbing are exceptional. The movie itself is almost identical to the first of the two Tomba Raider movies.'

Manual Pencil Sharpener - manual pencil sharpener, school supplies

After reading all of the mostly positive Amazon reviews for the Bostitch QuietSharp Glow Electric Pencil Sharpener, I couldn't help but make the dive and purchase it. It seemed like the king of all pencil sharpeners - fast, quiet, and sleek. What else could I ask for? And I got it at a decent price through Amazon. As a first-year teacher, I was excited to make this purchase for my first classroom.

Well, turns out I was completely wrong about this sharpener. When I plugged the unit in and sharpened my first pencil, some unexpected and extremely disappointing things happened. Skeptical? I would be, too, because this sharpener seems so awesome, and the positive reviews are abundant. Here's what I found...

First, I noticed that the unit, contrary to its title, isn't really all that quiet. I've heard plenty of electric sharpeners in various classrooms, and this one isn't really much quieter than any other sharpener I've used or seen. It's sad because its selling point, in my opinion, is the quietness with which it's supposed to sharpen, but that's not what happens. I expected something much quieter for its being advertised as a quiet sharpener.

Second, and also contrary to its title, the point on the pencil is not sharp after sharpening. I tried four pencils before I was too disgusted and had to stop, and each time I sharpened a pencil that thing happened where the wood comes up over the top of the lead; this is completely inexcusable for the price of this sharpener. A pencil sharpener is supposed to sharpen pencils the last time I checked, not make them dull. I was using top-quality pencils (Ticonderoga), so I can't even blame the brand or quality of pencils. And what makes things worse is that after the sharpener thinks it's sharpened your pencil fully, it shuts off automatically, and to sharpen it again you have to pull the pencil out, wait a couple of seconds, and put it back in, only for it to mess up yet again. It's a vicious and frustrating cycle. Sure, the blue illuminated ring looks pretty cool, but that's MAYBE this sharpener's only redeeming quality. I wish the sharpener wouldn't automatically shut off because sometimes you might want to fine-tune your point and leave it in a bit longer to make sure it's completely sharpened. With this sharpener, you have to remove the pencil and reinsert it. I could see this frustrating the students in my class, and it would only prolong the trips to the sharpener during class, thus frustrating ME in the end.

Third, while sharpening, the unit shook up and down in a sort of bouncing motion. I expected for its size, weight, and the fact that it has suction pads on the bottom that it would stay at least fairly still while sharpening. The shaking is not a huge deal, but it's just another annoyance to add to the list.

Fourth, it's hard to determine this from the pictures, bit this thing is HUGE. A pencil sharpener in a classroom should be somewhat compact, discreet, and out of the way, and you should be able to move it anywhere because the classroom could change at any point. I could see this device being in the way all the time and taking up way too much space. At first glance it looks like some kind of kitchen appliance.

The bottom line: the Bostitch QuietSharp Glow Electric Pencil Sharpener is certainly a good idea and a cool concept (who wouldn't want a quiet, fast pencil sharpener in the classroom?), but its poor functionality and poorly executed design leave me no choice but to give it 1 of 5 stars. I can't even think of any redeeming qualities for this sharpener. It is not very quiet, it does not leave a sharp point, and it's way too big for most classrooms. If anything a pencil sharpener should leave nice, fine points on pencils and then I could tolerate other minor flaws, but this product does not even sharpen pencils adequately, especially for the high cost. For less than half the cost of this pencil sharpener you could find something much more convenient and efficient for your classroom. Don't make the same mistake I did by being drawn in by Bostitch's deceptive advertising strategies. Simply stay away! Flat Panel Wall Mount - speaker wire, cable organizer

If you are still averting your eyes from the rat's nest of cables, cords, and wires that ascends vine-like from your surround sound system, cable box, DVD player, and power outlet to the flat screen TV elegantly floats halfway up the wall, despair not. The Wiremold Flat Screen TV Cord Cover can bring serenity and order to this chaos of cords without requiring you to hide the mess inside your wall.

With some help from my son, we installed this cord cover in about 15 minutes. Take time to measure the cover and base, leaving a few inches of room from the floor to the base, and make sure that the top end is hidden behind your TV. If you need to trim the base and cover, keep them snapped together and use a bit of tape to keep them from moving as you make a quick cut with a hacksaw or power saw. Use a level to make sure the base is plumb, and once you have it in place, start routing cables, wires, and cords down the base, using tape to hold them in place in the confines of the channel.

Once everything is positioned, snap the cover in place. You can opt to paint the cover as well to help it blend it if you wish. I do wish that Wiremold would not be so miserly with the screws for the base (I had to find a few extra ones in my workshop) and wondered if a version of this cover that allowed folks to snap a few inches off either end without sawing might be a convenient feature to include. Wiremold CMK30 Flat Screen Television Cord Cover Kit, White

The product looks great. It painted very easily to match my wall and was a very fast and easy project. My only complaint is that you have to drill it into the wall...which is a bit unnecessary. I didn't want to drill 6 holes in my wall for something so small and light. I was hoping it would come with something to stick it to the wall...but it didn't. So I went to the store and bought some sticky picture hangers and that did the trick. Finished product looks great.

The item does what it claims to do, i.e, provides a cover to hide cables going from the A/V receiver to the rear of the wall mounted TV. The cover is sized so that it is fairly easy to include a large number of cables. Two coats of the same paint as my walls makes the cover near imperceptible. Total cost of $25 including shipping seems a bit on the stiff side for what amounts to a $0.20 piece of plastic.

I bought this to cover wires on our bedroom 42" flatscreen that I had mounted on the wall. This is extremely simple to install and looks great. Great price too.

I bought another cord cover for our family room TV about a year ago. It was a more expensive kit, but now I am thinking about replace that one with this one. The easy to remove cover makes it great for adding more wires. Highly recommeneded!

Needing to hide ugly wires under my TV, I purchased this cord cover kit. Screwing the plastic plugs into the dry wall was a bit hard because I did it with just a screwdriver instead of a drill, but that's what the instructions said to do. The plastic piece is secure to the wall and feels rather sturdy. The area looks much neater now and I'm happy with the outcome, but I'm giving this 4 stars because the price seems a bit high for such a simple product.

I found this product to be GREAT! Not hard to install. Holds a TON of cords. I was a bit worried that it wouldn't hold all of mine- but it did & with plenty of room of spare. (I have sat, surround sound, cable, dvd, wii)

The hardest part was holding the cords & sliding the cover on, but I got my kid to help. My wall is a white color & it blends in fantastically as it, but is a bit textured & looks like it could be painted nicely (as advertised). WELL worth the $17 I paid for it.

If you are looking to hide your cables going to and coming from your wall mounted HDTV, look no further, this is the kit for you!

Let's make 1 thing clear, you will still be able to tell there's something there to cover up your cables. If you think this will bother you, then you better start thinking about running your wires behind your drywall because that is the best way to conceal your wires.

Now for those of us who do not want to be bothered with cutting holes on your drywall and all that work, then this is your best alternative. This kit takes about 5 minutes to install and it is paintable. All you need to do is cut it to size, screw in the drywall anchors and mount the base plate with the provided screws, put your cables in there and snap on the cover. There you go, simple. I'm happy with how it looks on my wall and would recommend it to those who's looking for an alternative to routing wires behind your drywall.

I ran many cords behind this for my entertainment setup. Goes up quick and easy, if installing into sheetrock make sure you use wall anchors. Paint chips off fairly easy so make sure that it is in place and nothing scratches it

This was an excellent buy to cover cables when you don't want to cut into drywall. Three coats of paint covered it perfectly. If you don't want to cut into the drywall to hide your cables this is the answer. - Speaker Wire - Wire Organizer - Cable Organizer - Wire Concealer'
