Apple Ipad 2 - apple ipad 2, ipad
My husband and I both recently purchased the new ipad 2. We both wanted ours protected and quickly learned that the smart covers dont offer much protection. I ordered these screen protectors and am very pleased. They effectively block the glare and protect the screen. The size, shape, and cut-outs for camera and home button are perfect. I also appreciate that it comes in a pack of two and the cleaning cloth is very generous in size. Installation was simple and neither of us have bubbles. We are both very satisfied. Speck Products ShieldView Screen Protector for iPad 2 , Matte Finish, 2-Pack (SPK-A0326)
I seem to always need to use 2 of these just to get one on, but now I know a trick and want to share. First, the product is great and overall is the easiest to install. However it's a real pain to line up now that the iPad 2 has the camera. Here's how to do it easier.
First, clean the screen with something like iKlear and make sure there are no smudges or dust or anything. Next, get some scotch tape and tear off 2 small pieces. Put the tape on the "step 2" home button side with most of it hanging off. Line up both holes really good and then wrap the tape around the edge once your satisfied. If it moved, repeat the procedure till you're happy.
Now flip the sheet over so you can peel "step 1", but before you do, blow both the sheet and the screen with some canned air till you're sure there's nothing on them. Next, slowly peel the first tab (it's a little tight because the screen is taped, but it's worth it) and start to slowly press and peel like the regular directions. You can remove the tape at this point. Once you're done, get rid of any bubbles with a credit card and then peel the second tab off. Hopefully no dust got under it and it's perfect. If nothing else, it should be perfectly lined up.
I have lots of experience with screen protectors. I couldn't get the air bubbles out no matter what I did. It was hard to align the film with the ipad2 and get the camera holes in place. One film came with a a piece of dust on already on it. The film smudges and it's hard to get the smudges off. Have asked for a refund. The other reviewer seemed to have had much better luck, however.
All I have to say is wow! I have always purchased powersupport's films, but since their iPad films come in one packs and cost 29.99, I opted to purchase and try Speck's film. It is as good as power support in terms of quality yet it is almost half the price and it comes in a two pack. Please understand that this is an anti-glare film and adds a bit of graininess to screen but the benefitsbfar out weigh that. No glare, scratch proof, perfect!!!!!
A few weeks of using my iPad 2, the glare became a little too distracting. I do use the device for reading ebooks as well. I avoided those screen protectors where they require the use of a liquid to apply the film. After annoying and unsuccessful attempts at this with my smartphone this wasn't an option for my iPad.
The application process was simple, fast and clean. There were minor air bubbles on the edge that were easily pushed out by using a credit card. Aside from the easy installation which in itself was a nice surprise, the screen protector does work very well at reducing the glare. What I did not expect was the screen protector to make the experience of using the iPad more enjoyable. The screen is now more tactile and still just as responsive as it was without the protector. Another plus is my iPad doesn't look like a mess with fingerprints everywhere.
I highly recommend this to anyone that either wants to reduce glare on their iPad or give their iPad a cleaner look (without fingerprints). - Apple Ipad 2 - Ipad - Ipad 2 - Ipad 2 Cases'

Computer - dell, laptop battery
I have a Dell Inspiron 1520. My old battery only held about 30 minutes of charge so I decided it was time to get a new one. I was wary about purchasing the battery from pyrus electronics since it was so cheap. Nonetheless, the battery arrived on time and it works perfectly fine. When the battery is fully charged, I get about five to seven hours of power (depending on screen brightness, active programs, etc.).
Also, my battery fit perfectly into the slot. There was no force necessary as stated in a previous review. (9-cell) Laptop Battery for Dell Inspiron 1520 1521 1720 1721 Vostro 1500 1700 Series Pn 312-0504 312-0513 312-0518 312-0520
I bought this product admittedly without reading carefully enough through the product description: I took myself to be buying an original Dell battery. When it arrived, it did not fit quite perfectly into my computer; it took an unhappy amount of force to get it situated. My computer (an Inspiron 1520) did indeed recognize the battery without any problem. However, it does not seem to power the computer for as long as my original Dell battery did, which would last for almost 6 hours when it was new. Perhaps this is because I have not yet "trained" the battery. But after the first charge and deplete and recharge, my battery meter now tells me that the freshly charged battery is good for about 4 and a half hours. That's not quite as good as I was hoping.
I bought this battery for my Dell Vostro 1500. Everything seemed to work fine the first 45 days or so. Then for no apparent reason this battery died. Just like that.
This battery comes with a one year warranty. So I contacted Amazon customer service. Of course, I am out of their 30 day period to send it back. They asked me to contact the manufacturer (NG). Amazon doesn't even know what NG is, and what the contact info is. They asked me to contact the seller (Westronics).
I called Westronics. Left them a voicemail. Haven't heard back from them yet. If there is any progress I'll update this review. But for now, this battery is a piece of junk and customer service is the worst.
Despite their claims, this battery does NOT fit correctly in an Inspiron 1720. It is just loose enough to lose contact when I transport my laptop in its case. When I try to awake the computer from hibernation, it ALWAYS reboots completely, telling me Windows did not shut down properly. I lose all my open windows, work-in-progress,etc -- all the advantages of hibernation. Not sure about other models, but AVOID this battery for an Inspiron 1720.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!! This battery charged 100% when first received and within 3 weeks was down to 33%! Now another week and it is at 30%, at this rate will be gone in the next month. $35.00 for two months is too expensive. It will not hold a charge and the company will not reply to emails. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
I have a 3 year old Inspiron 1520 and my battery life has been hovering around 1.5 hours. I wanted to get a replacement battery since my battery health was around 47%. This battery worked for 3 days and, when it reached 40% charge, it would plummet to 1%. This battery held even less charge than my old one. I have sent it back for a refund and I would not recommend getting this.
Also, it is worth mentioning that this battery does NOT has the same charge compared to Dell's OEM 9 Cell battery. This battery is 7200mAh, Dell's battery is 8500 mAh.
My old stock battery only held a charge for 20 minutes' worth of use, so I definitely needed a new one. When I saw this one, it was an easy choice. Being a 9-cell, it's important to remember that it will stick out a bit (roughly an inch) from the back of your laptop; I do not see this as a con.
My laptop (Vostro 1500) accepted it without the slightest difficulty, and sliding it into the battery slot was effortless. Even after the recommended breaking in process (which was presented in badly translated English), it does not last as long as I had hoped. I can get two to three (somewhere in the middle) hours of moderate use from a full charge, which is still a marked improvement. The computer's power gauge estimate of how long the battery lasts is not accurate, sadly. It believes the charge lasts longer than it really does, and the battery dies around the 10% mark (though when I plug it in and turn it back on, it properly reports the approximately 0% reading). There may be a way to fix this, but I don't know it.
All things considered, this is probably not the highest quality battery you can find, but it's more than worth it for the price.
Good battery. Fit perfectly. Not quite as good performance as my original dell 9-cell (now 4.5 hrs instead of original 5+), but at 1/5th of the price I am completely satisfied with this product. Please note that this is the 9-CELL battery and will stick out the back. Some people seem upset that this battery sticks out the back and their old one did not. The 6-cell does not stick out like the 9-cell. Please do not rate this product low because the battery sticks out. This is due to the design by DELL and not because of this specific battery.
I would definitely recommend this product. - Dell - Laptop Battery - Battery - Laptop Batteries'

Lightscribe Dvd-r - blank dvd media, dvd-r
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the many other negative reviews here, especially in regard to the long-term reliability of Memorex. I have burned many Memorex disks over the last 5-8 years and the ones that are 3-5 years old or more are now showing a high rate of failure. This makes them useless for long-term storage. If you check the discussion forums on the web and various blogs you will see Memorex's discussed time and time again in regard to their poor long-term reliability.
On the other hand, the Verbatims and the Taiyo Yudens are quite reliable, although even the Verbatims are said to have slipped in recent years because they have licensed their technology to so many substandard off shore producers. If you can still find real Japanese made Verbatims they are probably okay. But if not, beware!
So even if you don't experience a high initial burn failure rate, Memorex is highly questionable for long-term archiving, which is what I need, or at least 3-5 years. But they aren't even reliable for that, based on my experience and other people's experience which I have seen reported in various discussion groups.
Mitsui Advanced Media's dual gold/silver disks and also the Century disk, which is similar and developed by a partnership between Mitsubishi and Kodak, are quite good, but at over 2 bucks apiece they ought to be. For most purposes Taiyo Yuden is fine and theirs are around 36 cents a disk in packs of 100.
The Century disks are the most expensive of all, but also, they are guaranteed to be from runs of less than 25,000 from the original glass master. Most companies don't replace the master until 500,000 presses. This also causes problems because the master after the first couple of hundred thousand isn't that accurate.
Whichever media you decide to buy, caveat emptor because it's a mine field out there when it comes to purchasing decent media these days, one reason being because of all the fake brand name disks. I would just go with Taiyo Yuden. They are only made in Japan, but make sure you have real T-Y because of all the fakes. The real ones have a visible ring in the dye layer near the hub of the disks, which is said to be more expensive to manufacture and is harder to fake. Also, make sure the label on the package says it's from Japan, although that's not a certain criterion, but the extra little ring should be. Whichever media you choose, good luck! Memorex 4.7Gb/16x DVD-R (50-Pack Spindle)
Since I got my first DVD burner with my G4 Mac, I've been buying Memorex for creating video DVDs, as they were readily available. In the last 6 years, I think I've had maybe 10 coasters. And only recently have I come across my first DVD player that wouldn't play these discs. I wish I could remeber the brand, but it escapes me at the moment. I'll continue to buy them as they have performed great for me.
I've used them for backup as well asnd have seen a couple of verification errors when done. Unfortunately I haven't had other brands of DVDs on hand to test, but I still hold the Memorex brand in high regards.
It's not always the best idea to burn at the highest speed anyway since this can introduce errors, no matter what brand you use. Many repilcation companies will tell you that they burn at no higher speeds than 4x.
To start off with, I have to let everybody know that I'm using a very basic, budget computer (Dell Inspiron 530, Intel dual-core, 1 GB RAM, integrated graphics). Also, to give the most honestly possible review, I only used these for movies.
I had absolutely no problems when I backed up some movies that I have using Roxio Creator 10, and burning the dvds at nearly 16X most of the time. The reason this media gets all those bad reviews is because those people that are trying to burn movies, dont even know how to do it right.
To effectively back up a movie you need additionall free software on the net to do it. I'm not going to go into details about how to decrypt and shrink a dual layer movie onto a regular 4.7GB dvd, but I just have to tell you that you gotta know what you're doing or otherwise you'll get nothing but worthless coasters. As far as qulaity goes, you wouldnt be able to tell the difference between the actual movie and my copy. So for me, they worked flawlessly, quality was greatm and so was the price. I'm actually looking forward to buying them again.
And one last thing people, when you burn a movie you have to first create and ISO image of the file, not just copy and put the files and folders on the dvd. You'll get a nice little coaster and the dvd wont play. That's why I only had that 98% success rate instead of 100. Enjoy!
I see a lot of negative reviews here, but I've been using these discs for a couple months now with my PowerBook G4's Superdrive, and I've had no problems, at least none that I would attribute to the discs themselves. One review laments Toast Titanium 7, which in my experience is a very finnicky, buggy program. I too had a number of failed burns with that program, but I was able to remedy the situation by saving my dvd projects as disc images, and then burning them later with disc utility after I had a chance to mount them and check them out. For the price I payed for these discs, if I remember right, almost half the price of a 25 pack from other companies for a 50 pack from memorex, I am very very pleased. If you're looking to play around with dvd burning, and I guarantee you you will make a few mistakes and have to throw away a few discs before you get it right, this is the best deal you'll find anywhere. - Dvd-r - Dvd Media - Memorex - Blank Dvd Media'

Noise Reducing - earbud, comfortable
I bought these Earbuds for my husband to use with a new iPod Touch we gave him for his birthday. He loved the iPod but HATED the earbuds that came with it. He had a hard time fitting those into his ear and still maintaining maximum sound. The earbuds fell out of his ears when he was walking or doing things around the house. He was frustrated with the entire situation.
I wasn't sure exactly what this product would be like or if it would work when I ordered it, so I awaited their delivery a little anxiously. Once they arrived and my husband tried them, he was immediately hooked. Now I can't get him to take them out of his ears! He is listening to music, watching videos, etc., nearly constantly. He told me it was easy to fit the pieces that customized them to his ear. In addition, he has some degree of hearing loss and he told me that these earbuds gave him full, rich sound that was amazing. I listened myself and am very impressed. Much, much better than the standard earbuds. They work great when he uses his iPod to call me from overseas. The clarity for him is awesome. They do a great job of blocking out sound on the airplane as well when he just wants to enjoy his music or whatever.
Finding these earbuds for him was just what was needed to make him happy! I can highly recommend them! GOgroove audiOHM Ergonomic Earbuds with Interchangeable Noise-Reduction Silicone Ear Pieces
Let me just say that for the price they are great. They have the multiple tips that you could change out for a better fit...the new angle they use fit very well...the sound and noise cancelling I thought worked very well. My only complaint would be that the bass is not very heavily felt when listening to bass heavy music...but most earbuds I've used have the same issues...or if on other sets the bass does come through its distorted anyway. I'd give these a solid 90% overall...
For the price of these headphones you really can't go wrong. I purchased this product to replace the crappy set that came with the iPod. I still find it strange the iPod comes with such cheap and weak-sounding headgear when you can get 5x the sound for around $10. As long as you keep in mind these are *not* high-end speakers you should be very pleased with this product. These earbuds are comfortable and do a decent job blocking out some of the ambient noise. Also keep in mind these are *not* noise-cancelling, but the in-ear nature of these earplugs will help to some degree. The package comes with 3 additional sets of rubber cups (small / medium / large) that you can place over the speaker prong. For me, the medium size fits best - and may be the size that came installed. With these interchangeable pads you can find the right pair that's best suited for noise reduction and comfort.
As with any headphones of this type, you will need to fiddle around to get the optimal sound. The deeper you insert them, the more noise cancellation you get. However, the bass can sound muddy. Slightly pull them out and you have cleaner bass & highs (my preference), but at the cost of losing a tiny amount of noise reduction. Slightly pull them out even more and you have almost no noise reduction, no bass at all, and the weakest sound. Even though I found the highs to be a little cleaner, I do not recommend pulling them out this far. We are talking subtle moves here, but if you are familiar with this type of headset you will understand the nuance to getting the best balance of highs, lows, and noise cancellation. I think the angled speaker tips are an improvement to previous designs as it fits into the ear better.
I purchased these to use while working out at the gym and to have some entertainment while mowing the lawn and doing other household projects. For this purpose, they are EXCELLENT headphones at a great value. I own a pair of Sennheisers (HD580) that cost around $350 ten years ago. Obviously those are the puppies I use when I want to give music a serious listen. I would never pay more than $30 for this type of headgear. What's the use of hi-fi when you are dealing with considerable levels of ambient noise? Secondly, these types of headphones are easier to misplace or break. For $10-$15, it will not hurt the pocketbook to find a replacement. I imagine these earbuds to be of similar quality to Skullcandy, JLab (JBud), JVC, as well as other brands priced a little higher. They are comfortable enough where they can be worn for an hour or two without much discomfort. If quality sound is what you seek, there are better options out there. Common sense should dictate you will not get super high quality for this price range, but these really do sound surprisingly good!
I highly recommend these and feel everyone should do themselves a favor and check these out. The reason why I rated this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price went up to $15.00. At $10 a 5 star rating is a no-brainer. - Earbuds - Comfortable - Earbud - Noise Reducing'

Hdmi Cables - hdtv, hdmi
Great DVI Converter...excellent quality. It worked perfectly via my HDMI cord when I used my PS3 on my Dell E228WFP 22" Monitor. Visuals on the LCD were amazing. There weren't any apparent loss of visuals. I would recommend this item...
1 thing though, the seller "Eforcity" has a thing for rapidly changing the price on this cable. I bought it for $1.92 a week ago, and as I write this review, the price is $11.48....that is not cool. So, keep that in mind as you buy it.
Overall, wonderful and effective item. Eforcity HDMI-F to DVI-M Video Adaptor with Gold Contacts
I purchased this converter so that I can hook up my desktop to my 47' Philips HDTV. It worked perfectly. I plugged it in and turned on my computer and that was it.
I would however have you verify that this is the product you actually need. Some computers may not actually have a DVI output but rather a VGA output. Make sure you are purchasing the right converter base on your computers capabilities.
This is a good DVI-to-HDMI converter that I'm currently using to connect a MacBook to a 720p HDTV through another adapter (mini-DVI-to-DVI). This adaptor suits that purpose well and displays the image as expected.
I was a bit concerned to see that one of the pins on the male DVI side was shorter than the others, but so far that doesn't seem to have caused any problems with the signal. Also, the physical connections on both the male DVI and female HDMI sides are very tight; I have to give an abnormal extra amount of force to join the adapter to my computer and my HDMI cable. I was initially worried that the extra force might cause some damage, but so far everything appears to be fine.
For the price, this adapter is an amazing deal. Although it doesn't seem to have been manufactured entirely correctly, this adapter does perform as expected and provides a great digital video signal.
I bought this mainly because of the cost and because I had a HDMI cable and not a HDMI-DVI cable in my stash. I thought that I'd try this before I went the other option. I have probably quite a unique use of it. I have an old plasma that doesn't have HDMI but is cable of providing 1080p via the VGA port. So I initially purchased a HDFury (which rocks) and only had a monster 8ft hdmi available so I thought I'd try this... In most cases it works great, however during quick action shots (sports + action films) I see the stuttering of pixels. I tried with and without it and got much better results without to be fair. That said my tests were not 100% conclusive but with what I had it did seem to point to the adapter. What I didn't do is test on a shorter than 16ft hdmi cable. I did read a few places that these adapters can act as a speed bump...
I'm sure I'll use it somewhere but for now the jury is out hence the 3/5.
There really isnt much to say about this product, it does what its supposed to do and at a great price. I got it a few days after ordering it, pulled it out its box, then removed it from its plastic bag and attached it to a hdmi cable. I hooked it up to my video card and then to my tv and it worked perfectly. Great product at an awesome price
I had been tired of playing my PS3 through analogue cables had an HDMI cable laying around but wasn't able to use it on my monitor because it was DVI only. I looked online at a few big electronic stores and they were charging anywhere from fifteen to thirty dollars- I really didn't want to spend that much. Hopped on here, saw the price and was highly suspicious at first, but after reading some reviews, I figured I could gamble the $.45 and S&H on it. I'm not disappointed. The adapter is not really low-profile, but more so than a lot of the others I have seen. It works flawlessly and I have noted no problems with it. You really can't go wrong with this.
I gave it five starts because there's nothing wrong with it. Yes, it does get a little claustrophobic around the back of my monitor, but that's not a fault of the products. I'd recommend this adapter to my own mother. Assuming she knows such a thing even exists and has a need for it...
Purpose:
Purchased this item along with the AmazonBasics High-Speed HDMI Cable (6.5 Feet/2.0 Meters)[Supports 3D + Audio Return Channel] to connect HDMI only monitor to DVI only graphics card.
Pros:
-Inexpensive
-Easy installation
Cons:
-Vertical gray bars appear in dark areas of screen
Conclusion:
This item did not provide adequate quality for my expectations. I purchased this item with the intent to remove the adapter once I upgraded to an HDMI only graphics card. However this item created gray lines in dark areas of the screen. I tried multiple cables and multiple connection scenarios to determine that it was indeed the adapter causing the problem. The item was so cheap that it didn't feel necessary to return it, especially since BargainCell doesn't refund shipping. I would suggest if you have a DVI only graphics card and an HDMI only monitor to go ahead and purchase the AmazonBasics HDMI to DVI Adapter Cable (9.8 Feet / 3.0 Meters) as I originally intended to do. Don't use adapters, especially this one. - Digital Cable - Hdmi - 1080p - Hdtv'

Good Value - inversion, spine
For the money you just can't beat this table. I looked at several others offered on Amazon and it seemed to me the price and other reviews for this model were strong so I ordered it; I'm really glad I did.
It arrived almost two weeks before promised, it was packed well and the box was easy to open. The assembly was simple with easy to follow excellent illustrations - (and believe me I'm not very handy) - and I found all of the parts to be sturdy and fit together seamlessly.
I had previously tried another model at the sporting goods store by I found the ankle attachment much less hard on me on this one. I really couldn't be happier and if you compare it to other models the price and workmanship are flat out excellent.
The only thing I would recommend you do is get on Youtube and watch some video's to get a sense of how to use it in advance; since it does not come with a video that will be a must. The instructions in the manual are well written but you really should watch someone using a table before you tackle it; and do not try it alone at first!!!
I've only used it a couple of days but I'm amazed that most of my morning back pain (that I've had for years now) has gone away!! It is really an amazing thing! Weslo Inversion Flex System
The delivery people left this on my driveway with the box partially opened and didn't ring the bell. I was tempted to remove a star for this but delivery problems could happen with anything. I thought for sure something would be missing but I am happy to say it was all there and in good condition!
I received the Welso inversion table this morning and put it together in less than 30 minutes. The instructions weren't great but I managed. Make sure you have a socket wrench! The reviews on this table said assembly was easy and it was, the reason I bought this over the Marcy brand. The basic frame is already assembled, all you do is unfold it. That is a huge improvement over Marcy and some others with up to 40 parts to assemble. I also considered buying the teeter model for 3 times the price. I am glad I didn't. This is inverting me easily and it was a relative bargain.
A minute after assembly, I set to my height 6'3" and inverted for the first time. I was immediately in perfect balance and able to adjust my position with the slight movement of my arms. By the way, for me inverting is not a great feeling and I am not going to be spending days on end on this thing. But 3 minutes at a somewhat less than 180 degree tilt and my back feels great. My stomach, not so much as I got a little motion sickness being upside down. Probably just me but I thought worth mentioning.
This machine will fully invert with the removal of the safety chain or replacing with a longer chain, some tables don't. But frankly, I don't need to fully invert to get the stretch I need. The ankle pads are heavy and probably as thick and comfortable as you could get on any machine. But the weight of your body all on your ankles takes some getting used to.
The overall quality of the table is excellent. It is solid, well made and everything fits. There have been comments about the metal support bar being uncomfortable on the lower back. Having used the table I didn't notice the bar was there.
As for portability, I don't think I would buy any inversion table if space was an issue. I have a basement and lots of space but if I had to lug this around, fold-unfold, I think it would be an eyesore and more trouble than its worth.
Another reviewer recommended watching "how-to" video's on Youtube. This is good advice before using the table!
Why spend more on an inversion table when the quality is top notch and the price is right? Highly recommended.
Update: 8-23-2010 I am using the table 3 times a day, 2-3 minutes at a time. My ankles quickly got used to the table and I can invert with little discomfort. Also, My back has gotten accustomed to inverting and I believe my posture is improving as well as relieving stress in my back. This might be the best thing I ever bought. Update to follow in a few weeks.
I use this twice a day for 10-15 minutes and find it very relaxing. The thing I have noticed the most is that it really improves your flexibility. You feel the stretching mostly in your lower back. I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't slightly uncomfortable for your feet. I have noticed however the more I use it the more comfortable it is becoming.
The Weslo inversion table has been a great purchase. A couple of notes on the table: I have an athletic build and weigh 235 at 6'1". I found that I had to set the actual height of the table to 6'3" to get the correct balance on the table. The table is very sturdy and comfortable to use. The only criticism I have is the quality of the footpads. I tested other tables before making this purchase and there are other tables out there with much more comfortable foot and ankle padding. However, for the price I cannot say that I would purchase another/different table as I have found all other aspects of the table to be fantastic. I have been using this table every day since the purchase and I have found my back pain minimized. If you have back pain and are looking for a cost effective device to help minimize/alleviate muscle pain I would highly recommend that you consider purchasing an inversion table. - Inversion - Back Pain Relief - Good Value - Spine'

Power Adapter - 12v, car power
So I was kind of hesitant to buy this because there were no reviews on it but I decided to go with it anyway. I'm so glad I did. It's not cheaply made like the other ones that I've seen, and it gives a nice blue glow when it's plugged in, letting you know that there's power going to it. The fact that there's a USB is even better because it lets you charge your ipod/iphone or anything else that requires a USB to charge. Also, you're able to tilt it up so that it's not in the way if you need it to be. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this product. Visions 12 Volt 3 Way Socket with 1 USB Charger Cigarette Lighter Car Adapter for Ipod, Cell Phones, Mp3 Players, GPS and More / Iphone 3gs /Iphone 4 Compatible
I drove cross-country to relocate, and I needed to use a GPS, phone charger, and radar detector simultaneously, so I chose this 3-port adapter to replace my dual adapter from Radio Shack.
I viewed all the 3-port chargers I could find on Amazon, and I bought this one because it seemed to be higher quality than many others, and the price is very reasonable.
The adapter initially plugged into my car's power port fine, but it tended to loosen occasionally, and I'd have to push it back in so the tip made contact.
It functioned perfectly for the first few days, but gradually, all three 12VDC power ports broke (I haven't used the USB port). The ports are not very durable; the front plastic panel that holds the internal metal collars breaks, so the collars shift inside each port and lose electrical contact. The collars are not supported well at all, and repeated plugging and unplugging of devices caused them to fail. The extra tight fit to the power plugs only made it worse.
If you plug your cords in once and never remove them, I suppose this product would last a lot longer than two weeks.
I went back to the Radio Shack adapter, which has worked for two years and counting.
I have had for about 5 months now and I have really only used it less than 10 times.
It was a bit tight to fit into the cigarette lighter and I had to wiggle it a few times as it seemed to have lost connection.
I contributed that to maybe that it was still new.
I have not used it enough but since it responded after I wiggled it, I was satisfied and carried on with life.
I will post an update in about 6 months or a 1 year or if anything stops working.
For about $8 ($13 delivered) this little gizmo has already paid for itself in convenience on just one 8 day road trip. I live in So Cal so I received the item from the distributors San Diego, CA location in half the expected delivery time. That was appreciated because the expected delivery date was one day prior to my trip departure leaving little room for error (but it would have been my fault anyway because I waited until the last week to make such a purchase). YMMV on delivery times.
The product itself came well packaged (actually overpackaged for such a small item but appreciated none the less). Again, remember we're talking about an $8 piece of equipment so always keep that in mind when thinking about purchasing this item. It is so affordable that it is almost a one time/throw away worthy type piece BUT the construction appears sufficiently capable of holding up to some decent long term usage. I however will only need to use it on long road trips as I do not routinely need more than one 12v plug for an occasional cell phone recharge (plus my SUV has a 2nd 12v plug under the arm rest for the rare 2nd 12v plug-in need). So this item should last some time for our needs.
Soon after receipt, I ripped open the plastic cocoon holding it in place, plugged in my wifes iPhone 3G charger via the single USB port, a Beltronics Vector 955 radar detector into the 12v slot #1, a Tom Tom GPS into the 12v slot #2 and for good measure, a univeral camera battery charger into the 12v slot #3, plugged the fully loaded unit horizontally into my SUV 12v opening below the radio, fired up my rig and bam, NOTHING.
I must advise that the unit DID NOT provide power in my SUV when all 4 slots were used at once while in the horizontal position.
(just throwing darts in the dark here -->)Perhaps the weight of all the plugs in the horizontal position made the connection to my SUV 12v slot unbalanced and therefore did not provide enough contact to the vehicle 12v slot.
Because the unit has a swivel base, all I did to quickly remedy the situation was turn off the vehicle power, rotated the item vertically, reset all the plugged in items and then fired up my rig again. This time the blue indicator light on the unit lit right up (a nice visual touch for power on confirmation) and then all the other plugged in items buzzed into action. I actually like the fact that it functions better for my particular application while standing up vertically because it keeps my front passenger from any possible interference with the unit. Win-win for my needs.
It passed the test mode like a champ and like I previously indicated, this item worked flawlessly through a 1500+ mile, 8 day, multiple stop and stay roadie.
This item has received a positive, referrable review from me for living up to my real world useage.
p.s.
I will follow up soon as to whether or not the USB port functions with the new 4G iPhone (my wife receives her new phone when she returns to work next week from this current vacation period).
UPDATE: 3/22/11
This unit is still working like a champ after several long road trips and I can confirm that the USB port does power an iPhone4. - Accessories - Power Adapter - Car Power - 12v'

Logitech Mouse - laptop mouse, logitech
I actually bought this elsewhere, got a nice price on it. I would never consider a long-receiver USB-type wireless mouse for a laptop. I can just see them getting hooked and broken over and over, so it was important to have a tiny receiver like this. I admit I've not tested the range. I have not tested the battery life (only a few days old). However, this thing's receiver is awesome; I know it will not break due to its small stature.
The mouse itself was found fine on Windows Start 7 and also XP Home edition on two computers. It's a bit more sensitive than my older USB plug in mouse so I pulled down the pointer speed in control panel.
I generally dislike mouses/mice (?) of this shape as it is stub-nosed and quite tall. That is my main complaint about it but I knew that going in so I cannot ding it a star and it is otherwise a large enough mouse not to frustrate my hands--it is not a tiny, pitiful "laptop"-sized mouse.
It has a button on the bottom to turn it off. If left on the red tracking light underneath is constantly shining, but I intend never to turn it off as I think that light pulls very little power (I hope) and it ensures quick wake ups. Wakeup time is about a second if the mouse has been left for a while--this won't bother you. Responsively it seems fine. I've not tried it with gaming. I hear that USB-based wireless mouses are a touch faster than bluetooth, for what it's worth.
It takes a single AA battery (comes with a duracell), which means replacements should be most readily available and an AA vs AAA or 2XAAA ensures decent battery life without spending any kind of real money on battery replacements. I imagine it would work with a rechargeable nimh but I have not tried it.
As I will use this mouse every day, if I do not come in to update this review in the future you can rest assured that I either got run over by a truck or the mouse continues to work as stated.
EDIT: Feb 9/10. The battery died on this a couple of days go, so with pretty regular use (3-4 hours/day) and never turning the thing off it got about 6 weeks, which I think is certainly acceptable. Logitech Wireless Mouse M305 (Black)
I have only had this 1 hr., but it's great so far. I have tested it on three different computers (3 yr. old Dell Insipron w/ Vista, 2 yr. old Dell Inspiron w/ Vista and new Acer netbook w/ XP. Just plug and play with all three. Gotta love the tiny USB receiver (can't break off). The size is on the smallish side but seems fine for me and the wife. It works on our shiney wood desk and jeans; haven't tested anything else. It worked from about 4 ft. with the receiver on the the far side of the computer. (If I am any further than that I can't see the screen anyway; heck who am I kidding, I couldn't see the screen from there.)
I looked at the Microsoft 4000 which is a little bigger and feels a little nicer to me, but I got the M305 because I'm cheap and it was on sale for $10 less.
Update 3/1/10: Still works great. We took a three week trip with the laptop and it was really convenient to just leave the receiver in place when packing up the laptop.
I own three of the Logitech M305 wireless mouse...One in each laptop...I just leave the very tiny USB transmitter in the USB port of the laptop..It is so small, it will not move around in the port like the longer transmitters..This mouse has an easy off an on switch...They are available with cool graphics too...They are compatible with XP Vista and 7 and you can use them on jeans, a blanket, or really any surface with NO sluggish drag...I love this product***** UPDATE....I JUST BOUGHT THE NEWEST MACBOOK PRO...THEY WANTED $100 DOLLARS FOR THEIR MOUSE...I PLUGGED THIS BAD BOY IN AND IT WORKS JUST FINE FOR $15.00
Pros:
1. Easy set up. Turn on machine, Insert battery (included), plug in receiver, turn on and go.
2. Comes with one AA battery, tiny USB receiver and instructions in English.
3. Slider on the bottom opens front casing to insert battery, similar to the V220, except that the battery direction is much more clearly marked.
4. Easy on/off slider also on bottom.
5. Handy storage space for receiver inside battery compartment.
6. Small and portable
7. Wicked cool pattern, matching wireless K250 keyboard.
8. Indicator light for low battery situations.
Cons:
1. May be a bit small for large hands
2. Pretty basic in functions (but has everything most people will ever need)
3. Receiver is NOT a unifying receiver.
4. Battery cover a little tricky to remove without practice.
Summary:
A compact, basic, portable, easy to set-up wireless mouse ideal for laptops. Combines the size and design of the V220 mouse and the USB storage compartment of the VX Nano Laser mouse.
Addendum:
This is billed as being paired with the Wireless Keyboard K250, so I'm reviewing them as a matched twosome.
Pros:
1. They make a handsome couple
Cons:
1. They don't get along and are headed for divorce court, because they don't have a unifying receiver in common.
Notes:
After driving myself crazy for a few minutes, and downloading unnecessary software, I discovered that the M305 mouse does not have what it takes to work with the unifying receiver, and therefore you'll need to plug in BOTH receivers to make the mouse and keyboard work.
Apparently you'll need the M705, Performance Mouse MX or Anywhere Mouse MX if you prefer having only one receiver for both mouse and keyboard.

Dect Cordless Phone - dect cordless phone, cordless battery
I bought 5 to replace batteries in all the house phones, these were cheap enough to allow me to be "green" and continue using my phones without feeling like it would be cheaper to just go out and buy a new phone set! I knocked a star off because I felt the shipping and handling charges were excessive, but it still came out much cheaper than a new phone system. The batteries all charge and hold charges as well as the mfg batteries when my phones were new. I've had them a couple of months now and no problems. Even though the shipping was a bit much, I did get the product in a quick time frame. BT-1008 Nickel Metal Hydride Battery
Bought five but was a little suspect due to the very cheap price, especially since the rating was higher than the original batteries. After a month I've found these to be very good replacements. They charge and hold their charge well fixing the problem with old batteries in the phones. Use in the Uniden Dect 6.0. Very please. Recommended the same to a friend.
I bought 6 of these in hopes to be able to maintain 4+ hours of use between charges like I used to be able to with the original batteries. I replaced all the batteries just before leaving town for a week, so I think there was sufficient charge on the new batteries. Once back home I was anxious to test them out. One battery gave me just under 2 hours of use and the rest less use time. I feel I should have just spent the extra and replaced the phones instead at this point. I suspicion how long these replacement batteries have been sitting in a warehouse (through heat & cold) and if that would have bearing on the lack of performance. I won't buy these again or recommend to anyone else.
It's been 4 months since I ordered these and the batteries now hold only a few minutes of charge. I let the phone die or signal "low battery", place it on the charge for over 24 hours, and the first or second phone call I get kills it once I push the answer button. If you are a heavy phone user, look elsewhere. I'm thinking of soldering a pair of Sanyo Eneloop AAAs together.
One of four ordered was dead on arrival. The company made it good. It is to short a time to rate battery life. 4x shipping and handling is ridiculous when all are sent in one package. I should have rejected that when I ordered them. So I over paid.
The batteries work great and getting 4 for under $20 is worth it for my phone system which has 4 handsets. Makes the phones last over a week off the charger which is so much better than the original batteries which were at the point where they wouldn't hold a charge for more than 10 minutes of use. In comparison of price, the phone manufacturer web page sells the batteries for about $20.
Two concerns on Ultrasonic: 1) The shipping is very high $8.25 for four items that fit in the palm of my hand and 2) The cost went down 36% in the 20 days from when I ordered the item and was asked to review the item. I contacted Ultrasonic to see if I could get a refund for the price difference and they never responded. Not that I really expected a refund, but it does show the responsiveness to the company to a customer concern which I would grade as "unacceptable."
These are 700mah vs. the 650's that came with the phones. I get longer talk and standby time between rechargings. I bought three (to the door) for about what one would have cost at the big W. They arrived quickly, well packaged. - Uniden Battery - Uniden Cordless - Dect Cordless Phone - Cordless Battery'

Pocket Knife - utility, pocket knife
This knife is great. It clips perfectly on the inside edge of my jeans pocket, and I use it many times each day for opening boxes, cabling packages, etc. It holds its edge for a very long time in between sharpenings, and, more importantly, it keeps its grip and doesn't move, fall off, or open in my pocket. I got my first one at a local store, which no longer carries Gerber knives. When I lost it by leaving it at a job, I searched high and low locally before I finally tried Amazon. Amazon's price was great and I loved the knife so much that I bought 4, just in case I lose one (or more) again.
This knife has become indispensable in my daily routine. I've used it for cutting clay out of a backhoe bucket, opening packages, pulling weeds, and cutting cheese. It is easy to handle, easy to clean, and really holds and edge well.
The serrated edge is now essential to me. I really don't have any use for common straight blades that don't have that saw edge to work through tough stems or ornery boxes.
You won't be disappointed!
Unlike some people I like the clip on this knife. It allows me to carry it clipped to my right front pocket and it stays out of my way. The thin design and profile of the knife keep it out of my way when reaching into my pocket for spare change or car keys. I stopped carrying a knife for a long time because I couldn't find just the knife that I wanted. This one is it though. I've had it now for about three weeks and haven't had a need to re-edge it yet. This one's a keeper.
Having used mainly CRTK knives of this type before, I was somewhat dubious at the $15 price. However, for the most part, I haven't been dissappointed.
Pros:
+Very small size
+Good level of out-of-box sharpness
+Easy to unlock and sheathe knife with one hand
+Stiff opening action
Cons:
-Stiff opening action
-No way to hard-lock the blade open
What I dislike is the opening action - it is slow to open with one hand. Something I liked about the CRTK knives was that I could very easily open it with one hand. I didn't even really need to use my wrist at all. The gerber is just stiff enough to make it an inconsistent thing to open the knife one handed.
Additionally, the CRKT knives have a mechanism to lock the blade open more securely, so that its more difficult to put the blade away accidentally. The gerber lacks this.
Overall, this is a decent product at a killer price. I use it mainly to cut cardboard, and it does that easily.
I won't repeat all the good points others have made about this knife, but one drawback I didn't notice anyone mentioning is that the handle surface coating is very low friction to the hand - almost slippery. It seems like a very durable coating but it has less grip than any other knife handle I've had (a lot), even cheap ones. The opening tab which is on the base of the blade once open, and some thumb grip grooves on the top help a lot, but still, a slippery handle is no good thing on a knife. Otherwise, it is a very sharp, quick opening, attractive knife with a high quality look and feel, and at the price, I would still buy it again.
Once I removed the pocket clip (which I can't stand; you'll need a T6), it instantly became my favorite daily carry knife. After some adjustment, I find the combination of the finger guard and thumb stud a vast improvement for one-handed operation over a thumb stud alone. The liner lock is an excellent, reliable design; unlike the ones on my Buck knives which can easily release while using the knife. Thin, light weight, sturdy construction, nice feel and grip. Highly recommended.
I used this knife specifically for my work in the military, and the clip is perfect to fit in my right front pocket. I could crawl around in the dirt, jump and run around and the knife would always still be there in my pocket. I used it for a variety of uses from opening food containers to cutting rope or sharpening sticks for building shelters. It's also so small and convenient that whenever someone would need a knife i could whip it out of my pocket with ease before anyone else would have a chance to reach for their leatherman or gerber on their belt.
The only downside to this knife is that eventually I did lose it because i attached it to the front of my vest and then lost it while crawling around in some thick bushes. I wanted to look cool because someone else was wearing their knife on the front of their vest but the clip wasn't as secure there and it came loose. I'm confident that if I had kept it in my front pocket I'd still have it today. I'm ordering a new one though, and I suggest you do to! it's durrable and rugged and sure to stay in your pocket. Even the handle part of the knife has small holes so if need be you could dummy cord it with rope to your gear, belt, or wherever you use it the most. - Gerber - Small - Utility - Pocket Knife'

With Answering Device - with answering device, cordless phone
This telephone set is perfect! I researched cordless telephone manufacturers and I came to the conclusion that Vtech phones had the best overall reviews. I was not disappointed.
Clear sound and no battery issues. Remote phones are problem free. I particularly like that telephone numbers and other things entered into any of the telephones are available to all of them. The buttons are easy to use and using the features is simple.
I have optimum digital/cable phone service through Cablevision and I have the primary base phone connected to the modem. The bases of the two secondary phones are plugged into electrical outlets. No problems at all.
I am not using the answering machine system that is a feature of this set. A really great thing for me is that the telephones actually tell me when a voicemail has been left on my digital/cable system.
This set is a great deal! Other cordless telephone systems sell for a lot more. Vtech DECT 6.0 Silver/Black Expandable 3-Handset Cordless Phone System with Digital Answering Device and Caller ID (CS6229-3)
I've been using VTech expandable cordless phone system for 4 years. Few weeks ago I was forced to look for a rechargable battery replacement in one of my phones (VTech 2660 series). It could no longer hold the charge.
However, as I was looking around for the best deal, instead of replacing the battery I ended up with a new VTech phone system (CS6229-4) purchased directly from VTech. As of this writing Amazon doesn't offer 4 handset unit but because they all work the same regardless of the number of handsets, I wanted to share the experience with mine.
I'm very pleased with this upgrade. Besides good sound quality and ease of setup/use, I really appreciate the feature of Directory entries being shared by all system handsets. "Any additions, deletions or edits made on one handset affect the directory on all handsets." My old system did not support that - inconvenience.
VTech 6229 allows to answer calls by pressing any of the backlit dialing keys (0-9, #, *) besides those two dedicated (unfortunately non-lit) Talk/Flash and Speakerphone.
Handsets have 10 different ring tones to choose from.
This phone has all I need. It saves from caller ID to the memory. It has an easy to see display with a battery indicator much like a cell phone. Multiple ring tones are nice. It is really simple and easy to use.
Clarity of voice is good.
It has NiMH batteries, which take 16 hours to charge, according to the manual. Once charged, they stay charged at least four days off the base. This is nice.
If you are looking for a phone that is easy to use, with plenty of features, but not complicated, get this one.
After a week's experience with these phones a couple observations that haven't been mentioned: 1. I can get about 200' away from the base station, and through two walls, before the signal starts to break up; 2. the speaker phone feature works well; 3. unlike traditional home systems, if an incoming call needs to be picked up on another phone you have to explicitly transfer the call to that handset number - you can't just have someone pickup another phone. The system also uses this mechanism for "intercom" calls within the system. You can have up to 12 handsets on one base station; 4. unlike many phones I've used, accessing the handset features is pretty obvious, but a quick scan of the manual doesn't hurt; 5. The handsets are very light weight yet the controls have a solid positive feel. All in all these phones are an excellent value.
I've had this phone system for close to a month. It's great to have the additional wireless handsets since my older house has only one phone jack. Now there are phones in the kitchen and the master bedroom and all the handsets share info..such a convenience. The readouts on the handsets are easy to read, too. The answering device is simple to use.
The only downside is that the battery covers pop off if the handset gets dropped in the floor. It would be nice if the covers were more sturdy.
One tip: set the ringer volume at the base. Setting volume on the handset doesn't seem to do the trick...and the preset volume is LOUD, especially with three handsets.
I bought these to go along with our Xlink Bluetooth gateway. The phones are really great & have excellent sound quality. The speakerphone function is top notch and sound quality is excellent on the sound and mic. I haven't used a cordless phone in a long while, and I must admit it was really neat to see that if you program a phone number into 1 phone, it shows up on all 3. The phones themselves are very light, but a caution is that their design doesn't let you hold it between your head and shoulder easily. They feel cheaply made, but I think that is because they are so darn light. Don't assume they're cheap. I've dropped them several times and had no problems. The standby time is really long. We left ours off a charger for +2 days and hadn't lost a battery bar.
I'm very happy with the product & would recommend it to anyone. - Extra Handset Included - With Answering Device - Expandable Multi-handset - Cordless Phone'

Ipod Classic Cases - ipod classic cases, ipod 160gb
I received these items nine days after I ordered them. Different kinds of protective cases are included. None are suited to 7G 160 that I own. None of them fit properly. Had the vendor identified this as an issue, I could have purchased something else. I have unpackaged each of the cases, so returning them is no doubt not possible. Be aware: If you have the 7th generation 160, these cases are all too small. 15-Item iPod classic Accessory Bundle
My suspicion on reading the description was that product quality must be low to provide that many items for the price. I went ahead and took the gamble anyway, and I'm happy to report my instinct was wrong. The items are as described and I'm very pleased. I needed a case and a portable charging option. I now have much more.
The cases in this product do NOT fit the 7th gen iPod Classic - not even close! Without the cases, you have about 6-7 dollars worth (here on Amazon) of assorted chargers and cables, most of which you may already have - I do. A deceptively marketed product does not deserve even one star, but this is Amazon's system. How about two big thumbs down for Amazon on this one?
I really wanted a new 160gb 7 Gen. Ipod and saw these accessories to go with it. I thought it was a good deal, so I purchased it along with it. I then read some reviews that the cases actually do not fit the IPOD 7th gen. I was then a bit worried that I wasted my money, and thought that I should have read more reviews before buying. Bottom line, I got the cases and they DO fit the 7th generation silver 160g Ipod. I was really happy about that! I tried all the cases but the black pleather one, but I'm assuming it will work as well, if not, I'm sure it will stretch. My favorite one is the hard clear plastic one, which fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend this item for the cases and the extra accessories if you buy a new IPOD.
The items arrived promptly and in good condition. All items seem to be of a good quality, which is amazing at the price. The earphones are not exactly of Bose quality but no complaints at the price.
If you are new to the ipod world - this pack is well worth the money.
This product is great! I've tried to use just about everything in this kit so far, and I've been pleased with two exceptions. They're so minute that it barely feels like a complaint!!! The hard clear plastic case you will get with this kit is beautiful, it's sturdy, and everything fits perfectly within the access cut-outs. My only complaint is that it seems to scratch easier than the mirrored backing of the iPod itself. It even takes contact damage from the apple, "iPod", and personal engraving on the back of my iPod. I had hoped it would have some form of scratch-proofing, but it solely serves to keep the iPod scratchless. Though it does feel a little like putting a Bose sound system in a trailer.
My only other small complaint is that in the kit I received a black (which i am using now instead of the clear plastic case mentioned above) rubber case and an opaque white rubber case. They're both beautiful and work quite well. They have a fully exposed bottom, for use with a dock, I suppose. That's not the complaint, the complaint is that my opaque white case has a half-moon/sliver cut out of the bottom opening. Barely noticeable, more than likely ignorable, but I am a stickler for the details.
Headphones sound great.
Armband fits both rubber cases well and is large enough to fit plus-sized arms.
Leather case is manufactured well and has a removable belt clip and has a magnetic face cover.
The mesh carrying bag is nice; it has a soft inside and a draw string.
USB car charger is light-weight, which isn't a reflection on quality when you realize that it's 95% plastic and wires.
The wall charger was in my wall about two minutes after the package got here and I love it. I use it with the retractable charger cable, which is GREAT!
All in all, BUY THIS PRODUCT!
I read the reviews before I purchased and felt that I couldn't go wrong....and I didn't! For the price of one ipod accessory at the retail shop, you can get all that you will probably ever need here to be mobile and protected.
I was skeptical like I'm sure most people would be by the number of accessories for the low price but don't be! For the price of probably 3 or 4 of these products, you get 15! All great quality and well worth the price! Highly recommended for any new ipod owners like myself! - Ipod Classic - Ipod Case - Ipod Classic Cases - Ipod 160gb'

Lowepro Camera Bag - camera cases, dslr bag
So far so good. This bag is spacious but not too bulky. It is great for a XLR Camera and two lenses. The 140 is barely big enough for the camera and a few accessories so if you are looking between the 170 and 140 and are planning on getting an extra lens I would recommend getting the larger bag. If you want just the camera the 140 is a lot smaller and better if you want less bulk. I think more space is better but that is just me! The 170 seems very study, is nice and padded well. It is a good quality bag. Lowepro Adventura 170 Camera Case (Black)
This bag comes with removable dividers making it easy to change the pockets to fit your needs. I am able to leave any of my lenses attached to my Canon Rebel and it still fits nicely in this bag. I also like the zipper and snap closure, I can use either or both. Very nice quality.
I purchased this for my mom's Canon Rebel T1i. It was just perfect--not too bulky, but substantial enough to protect her camera. The interior is a cheery orange and padded nicely. The camera will fit whether the kit lens is attached or removed. I looked locally for a bag this size and prices were easily double. I am a photographer myself and was impressed with this bag. I don't always leave reviews, but I made this purchase based on other reviews on this page. This is a perfect bag for an SLR and 1-2 lenses.
Good for the price.
I bought a Canon T2i with 18-55mm kit lens and supplemented it with a 75-300mm lens.
The bag is durable, with well cushioned interiors, and can accomodate the camera with a lens and 1-2 more lenses. Its good for me as I just started..
Will add more soon. But right now I feel that its good for beginers and who doesn't carry more than 2 lenses.
I bought this for carrying my Panasonic DMC-GF1 and lenses/accessories. It's a little bigger than I imagined (or needed), but I didn't even have the camera yet when I bought the bag, so that's what I get for being impatient. The Adventura 170 easily carries my GF1 with lens, a spare lens, all accessories (battery, filters, etc.), and even a small photography book. I have a small camera, though, so the bag is a little taller than it needs to be for my purposes. It's a great case, though. It has zip and clip closures, it carries well (I hiked 10 miles with it over my shoulder), and it has a hard bottom panel for extra protection. If I buy additional lenses or want to bring my point-and-shoot along, it will have plenty of room. And, if you have a bigger, full-size dSLR, I'm sure this would be perfect. I think this will be exactly what I need for an upcoming vacation, to hold my camera and a few other carry-on necessities.
I bought this case not for a camera but actually for my Tritton AX 720 Gaming headset. The bag is very soft and seems pretty durable. It even matches the color of my headset. The 3 inside pockets is great. The middle pocket fits my amp perfect and each side pocket holds a speaker headphone. The front pocket provides the space needed to hold my cables. Not what the case was ment for, but geeze does it make a good headphone case!
This is a great bag. I have a D40 with the attached 18-55 kit lens and it fits nicely in this bag. You can get the charger and a few other smaller accessories in there (even a flash on top).
There is nice (but a bit smallish) zippered pouch that is good for cards, cords, remotes, etc.
Zippers feel solid. I think it could use a bit more padding, however, but I don't plan on dropping it at all, let alone from great heights.
Nice bag. My fz100 fits nice. It has two removable partitions that you can adjust, plenty of room for an add on lens, extra battery and charger, remote shutter release, small clamp on tripod in one of the two side pockets. I can't comment on durability because I just got it. Zippered pocket on front (put my cords in there) with a couple pockets inside for memory cards, etc. I like it. I wish more people would leave reviews for stuff, it helps other people make better buying choices.
This is my second Lowepro case, the first one was too small for my camera but this one is big enough for a DSLR or SLR with 2 or 3 lenses and a flash. Small items like filters, cleaning goods, extra batteries and memory cards can be accomodated in the outside pockets. Construction looks durable, the interior is very soft orange fabric and dividers are adjustable. Nice - Camera Bags - Dslr Bag - Camera Case - Camera Cases'
