Tee Shirt - carhartt, shirt
This shirt is well made and comfortable. They do run big! Even after washing in hot water (no discernible shrinkage). I'm 5'8" 175lbs, the large hangs to mid thigh. I will definitely buy more, maybe I'll try a medium. Carhartt Men's Workwear Pocket T-Shirt, Black, XXX-Large Tall
As usual this is a well made product from Carhartt's clothing line.If your a FAT GUY like me you will be pleasantly surprised with this shirt.I am 6'2 and 285lbs.Typically i wear a 3xl shirt but almost every shirt i buy is always too short and a hair bit narrow and my BUTT CRACK hangs out which is somewhat distasteful and unappealing at best. You will not have this problem with the Carhartt shirt.I bought my regular size of a 3xl and its a monster!!! There is lots of room in the shirt. The shirt width is perfect for me and the material is very thick and strong. The shirt is super long(maybe too long) and there wont be any more problems with fat guy "butt crack" hanging out.You will be able to tuck this shirt in since its so long.
I really do not like my shirts this long since i do not like tucking my shirts in.I wear the shirt untucked and it feels almost like a DRESS!After sweating a while in the shirt, the shirt seems to become even looser fitting in where you feel like your wearing a womans "moo moo" instead of a t-shirt.The length of this shirt is the only complaint i have but its somewhat of an irrelevant complaint since i would rather have a longer shirt than to have my "rearend" hanging out all the time from shorter t-shirts.
Conclusion---This shirt is perfect for FAT guys that like to tuck in there shirts. If your a fat guy like me and do not like tucking in shirts, you will find this shirt to be a bit too long but you wont have any more "carpenter's cleavage" hanging out you backside. If you are able to try these shirts on at a local store before buying, please do so.You may find yourself ordering one size smaller than normal if you do not like tucking in your shirts.Dont bother trying to shrink this shirt in the wash cuz it wont happen.I am only giving a 4 star rating because of the length of the shirt being so long.
I hate deducting 1 full star since i do not like the long length of the shirt.I would really like to rate the shirt at a 4.5 stars.A deduction of the one star is just to warn perspective buyers of the monstrous size of this shirt and i recommend trying one of these shirts on before buying if you have a local store that sells them. Our local Meijers store has these shirts.Check out the Dickies pocket tees sold on Amazon or Wal-*art.They fit a lot better and they dont feel like a "Coleman Tent" covering you either.
Contrary to what was said about these shirts being thin, I couldn't disagree more. Having bough Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, Jerzees and too many other brands I can confidently say that these surpass all of the above named by a mile. These shirts are made of heavy-weight cotton, and they are well made. Anyone who says these shirts are lightweight must have found a brand using canvass. I bought 4 of these shirts last week, hoping that they were similar to the older Jerzees, and they are every bit as good if not better. I will be buying many more very soon. If you want a thick all cotton shirt that is well made and very comfortable, Carhartt is the T-shirt to buy. ******July 4, 2011 Update: After having these shirts 9 months, my satisfaction hasn't waned a bit. To the contrary, I'm even more satisfied now, as I see that these shirts are going to last a long, long time. If you are even vaguely concerned about their quality, worry no more. As one who has worn cotton pocket T-shirts for more than 40 years, I can comfortably tell you that the quality of Carhart T-shirts is #1. I just ordered 4 more; something I'd not have done if I didn't really believe in them.
Once my Dickies shirts had prematurely worn out, I made the decision to switch to another brand. Carhartt was the first one to come to mind. They were a considerable investment for tshirts, but I have always felt that quality is worth the price.
I was initially pleased with the thickness, fit and color selection of these t's. However, in just three months of wear the colors unevenly faded across the shirts and holes/wear marks started to show around the collar areas. The tan, red and gray shirts showed these flaws more than the navy, white and black shirts did.
At 6 foot 2 inches and 225lbs, I wear an XL in other tshirts. This was not the case in Carhartt. They run big. I found that the L tall fit me perfectly.
These tshirts did keep their shape and size characteristics after several washings, but based on the problems that I experienced and the hefty price tag, I can not recommend these to anyone.
I ordered a few of these shirts for my husband. I ordered a large based off his other pocket tees by other brands (Hanes, etc) but it was too big. There was a 3 inch difference in width and about the same in length. Once I exchanged them for a Medium we were both very happy with the quality! - Shirt - Quality - Tall - Carhartt'

1080p Lcd Hdtv - 1080p lcd hdtv, hdtv
This TV is quite impressive, especially for the money. There are plenty of inputs, many of which are conveniently located on the side of the panel. As far as the picture goes, the color is fantastic, and the contrast is pretty good as well. Where this TV falls short is the uneven back-lighting. In a low light setting watching a dark scene, you can see portions of the screen are brighter than others, which can be annoying at best and distracting at worst. Aside from that, I have no complaints with the television. Were money no object, I'm sure the Proscan would rate lower, however the value you get out of this TV for the price is hard to match. It is a very fine budget LCD HDTV. Proscan 32LB45Q 32-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV, Black
I bought this for my workout room and for the money it is excellent. It was easy to set up and the picture quality is very good. I have a $3500 1080p TV in my main room and the picture quality is only somewhat better. For the price this thing fully delivers. We looked locally at TV's and couldn't even get a 720p for this price.
If you are going to nit pick or expect a $1000+ TV, then get your head screwed on right, it is not a high end TV but it is definitely not crap and the thing I really like about it is I have it up a little higher so I can see it to work out with but I can even see the picture and colors true when I'm on the floor stretching.
+ Amazon prime $3.99 overnight shipping to my door. The local store couldn't beat that if they tried.
Bought this TV when it was on sale at costco for $399. Excellent picture quality, adequate inputs (3x hdmi, 2x component, 1x composite/s-video), and a nice sound system. It is also very slim in depth compared to other non-ultraslim flat screens.
Why I wouldn't give this tv 4-stars:
No USB input, second component input, or L/R audio output (you will have to buy a Y-audio cable for audio output).
When there is no sound on an input the speakers make this small popping noise. I don't know why that is. To accommodate the noise, I put the tv on mute and the popping stops.
Another shortcoming is the remote control range. It does not work if it is more than a 30-degree angle from the receiver or not at the same vertical level.
Overall, it is a great tv for a great price.
I bought this TV last November 2009. After 3 month and half, sound board went out and there was no sound from TV. We called Proscan and tech came out to find out what is wrong. He ordered parts and we waited until parts delivred to us. After 2 weeks, we did not get parts, so called Proscan. A rep said it is on back order, but he could not tell us how long will it take. I requested to replace the TV since we may not use TV after slightly over three months. The rep said if technician authorize repalce, then I may get a new TV. IF NOT, YOU HAVE AN OPTION TO THORW IT AWAY....What a poor customer service they provide!! Worst TV and Wosrt customer service.
Set your expectations realistically folks. At this price range you're not gonna get a reference television. I just purchased this set for my bedroom and am very happy with it. My cable company signal sucks (Comcast) but once I fiddled with the parameters, I think I have obtained a pretty decent picture within reason for this price range. 4 stars relative to the price range.
Pros: Bang for the buck. This is the strongest point.
Lot's of connections.
Surprisingly good sound with LOUD volume.
Lot's of options to adjust the picture (good thing, because your gonna have too).
HDTV signals can look magical (obviously much of this depends on the broadcast signal).
Cons: Has some difficulty with black resolution...some black images look like ink stains from an underwater squid. This is the worst point.
Like many LCD's, it has a hot picture that can burn the eyes over time. Get a backlight.
Mediocre picture straight out of the box. You are going to have to adjust the parameters and fiddle with the sharpness/digital noise
reduction.
Colors too florid out of the box. Some of the reds look pinkish. Some of the greens look like an Irish haze. Tint rather Wizard of Oz-ish.
Delay between channels when switching.
Generic remote.
The TV screen went completely black after less than one minute when first powering on. When I turned it off and turned it on again, it did the same thing. I believe I got a defect one and had returned it for a refund.
I was seeking a small LCD TV for my bedroom, so I wanted something cheap. The price was definitely right on this one and the specs looked good as well. After unpacking it and hooking it up, I discovered why the price was so cheap. The resolution was great, but unfortunately every other aspect of the picture was terrible. Blacks were too dark but increasing the brightness to reasonable levels completely washed out the image. Colors were just plain WRONG - most things appeared too blue and way oversaturated. Reducing the color output to a manageable setting took all the "pop" out of the image. And these problems were not even the worst: all but the brightest scenes showed large amounts of dithering so that darker areas became a pixelated mess. This made everything but the news and sports basically unwatchable due to the distraction of it. After trying for a week to obtain a watchable picture I gave up and returned it for a Sharp 32 inch set and couldn't be happier.
Edit to put the bottom line right at the top: if occasional pixelation of scenes really would bother you a lot, this is not the TV for you. If that's a only minor annoyance, since it only happens in certain circumstances (dark or other almost uniformly colored areas), this could be a great bargain TV for you.
Basically, it appears that the color depth is unusually low, perhaps 16-bit (32 shades per primary color) instead of 24-bit (256 shades) somewhere in its processing. The result, most common in dimly lit scenes but appearing often when there are large areas of very slightly differing colors, is that instead of various shades of a color imperceptibly blending together along a continuum (e.g., dark gray smoothly deepening to very dark gray), you get a very discrete stair-stepping of colors (e.g., dark gray suddenly switching to very dark gray)--what's often called "color banding", though it occurs more in flickering splotches than in bands, all depending on the scene's coloring.
At first I thought this must be due to the cable company's over-compressing the signal, but no: I noticed it on a very HQ Blu-Ray disk as well. When I moved that same Blu-Ray disk player and disk to a friend's nicer TV, the color banding/pixelation vanished. - 32 Inch - Hdtv - 1080p - 1080p Lcd Hdtv'

Dual Band - 80211n, dual band
Having purchased a Netgear dual band N600 router, I attempted to upgrade my older laptop to take advantage of the dual bands and latest standards. I bought this Belkin Adapter, based on it's claims and price, and am very disappointed. It will not connect to my Netgear router in either band, and my laptop's software shows it has much less sensitivity than my old Belkin single band Surf and Share N300 adapter.
Back on goes the older adapter, and back goes the "newer" version. Newer features that don't work (maybe it needs a Belkin router to work?) are weaker and slower, and a higher price.. getting too common. Macbook Pro Sleeve - laptop case, macbook sleeve
When I purchased this on-line my reason was that it looked hip and had that (what I thought) was some sort of tribal design. I had looked at the ones in the Macstore where they had all these covers in bright colors and blooming monkey faces on them -sorry, I am not a metrosexual! However, upon receiving it, you realize the design is a lot more "flowery" that it looks on screen -yes, my next purchase are going to be better spectacles. This really is not a quibble just a warning to other lads who are not cruising Tommy Bahama and all that other metro-ballocks.
My only true worry about it is that it I wonder about the padding. I discovered the hard way with my PC of 5 years that putting it in a suitcase enroute to Boston airport is not a good idea -cracked screen! The covers in the Apple Store (the ones with the Monkey faces) all seemed to have more padding. I took this on a flight recently to Los Angeles and my wee MacBook was just fine.... I just wish the flowery design didn't give me as many odd looks:0 Black and White Fleur Carrying Case Sleeve fit Apple MacBook 13" and 13 - 14 inch Notebook Laptop Computer
This is very cheaply made. The Design is nice but I don't feel safe putting my laptop in it because it is made of a very thin fabric with very little cushioning. So it doesn't serve the one purpose that it's supposed to serve. What a waste of money. It also has a very bad petroleum smell.
I bought this case for my white 13" Macbook a couple of weeks ago. I also bought a hardshell case from Apple to give my laptop as much protection as possible. The computer, and the hardshell case that I put on it, fit perfectly in this sleeve. This case is classy and provides the perfect amount of space to keep my macbook safe. I am very happy I bought it!! some of the other reviews have said that it doesn't have enough padding. I guess it is up to your personal preference. If you are going to buy a hardshell case (they are super pricy) then this is the way to go, if not, and this is your macbook's only protection then you might want to go with a case with more padding and protection.
I wish it came with a handle or something, but other than that the material is nice and sturdy. You definitely have protection, affordability, and great aesthetic quality with this carrier. I love it!!
The pros:
- It certainly looks good.
- It's light and easy to carry around my Pro.
- It fits perfectly.
The cons:
- It doesn't have awesome cushioning, so I wouldn't go around dropping my laptop anytime soon. So if it's cushioning you're looking for, go for a Neoprene.
All in all, I'm quite satisfied with this product. I don't have a Speck case so it prevents from scratching the underside of my laptop when I take it out of the sleeve (because I place it on it!). I would definitely buy it again, given a choice. It's light, portable and it's quite appealing, aesthetically. - Laptop Case - Notebook Cover - Laptop Accessories - Macbook Sleeve'

Toy Story Doll - bullseye, horse
I bought the Jessie doll for my daughter and decided to get this Woody and Bullseye pack too.
The dimensions listed at Mattel website is misleading.
Both the Jessie doll and this Woody and Bullseye are listed as 11.5inches tall.
[...]
In actual fact, Woody doll is a dwarf when standing beside Jessie doll.
Just want to highlight in case other buyers get the wrong impression that Woody and Jessie doll stand at the same height. Toy Story 3 Woody & Bullseye Roundup Pack
I bought this item thinking that it would be the same size as the Jessie Partner Pack. The horse and Woody are so much smaller than the Jessie pack and not as good quality. I'm not sure what to do with this now, bc I can't give one kid the big one and the other kid the small one!
and then one of the front legs broke. I had read another person's review that said theirs had broken but I didn't take heed. I wish I had. My little girl was having a ball with it and wasn't being too rough when all of a sudden she started crying because her 'horsey's' leg broke. As the previous poster said, it's at the joint. It can't be repaired. A very expensive toy for a whopping two hours of play. Would NOT buy again nor recommend someone to buy.
Be forewarned, parents, that it will only be a matter of time before your kid's heart breaks when one or both of of Bullseye's front legs break. My daughter cherished this Christmas gift. Then two days after opening the box Christmas day, my daughter came crying to me. Bullseye's front leg at the knee busted clean off. Upon closer inspection, the hinge joint is very weak plastic and cannot be fixed. Contrary to some other reviewers' assertion that this is a hardy toy, it is not.
yes, this toy is for me. and i was quite giddy when it arrived. good quality & good coloring.
woody is not as pose-able as you'd think. his arms are movable in the up & down direction only. the way his arms are bent at the elbows are the way they remain, elbows do not bend. his knees also do not bend, although he can stand upright, even if it looks like he's about to sit down and take a dump. he falls backwards easily because of the way his knees are bent. with his hat on, woodyis just short of 7 inches tall. his legs move at the hips in a side to side fashion, like when doing jumping jacks. they don't move in a forward & backward motion.
even though he's not as pose-able as i'd like him to be, he still looks good & i think will look great for his photo shoot when i take him to europe! =) bullseye is ok, the bucking action is fun, but i mainly got this just for woody. also, woody has no gun in his holster.
My daughter received this toy Christmas Morning. She "Loved" it so much. She dropped it from a 3yr olds walking height, not forcefully and one of his legs broke at the knee. While this made a good lesson in first aid with super glue, I have to say that I was disappointed that it broke so easily.
I bought this toy for my son for Christmas, knowing he would be over the moon to get it. He was. It truly was an awesome toy for about the next 3 months. The one problem with the Woody doll is that, it's hard plastic, and one of his arms is fashioned so that it's bent. The crease at his elbow where it bends gets REALLY thin. So thin that after about 3 months of decent but not over the top play, the lower half of his arm broke off :(
One other note, I do kinda wish they'd left his hat attached because it doesn't really like to stay solidly on, and it easily gets lost in the bottom of the toy box.
I bought this toy for my 3 year old son who LOVES Toy Story. As soon as it arrived it was a hit with him. But unfortunately within a few hours of play, the front leg of Bullseye broke at the joint. My son was very upset as was I. Alas, my son loves Bullseye so much he is now walking around with a 3 legged horse, he cannot be separated from it. - Cowboy - Horse - Woody - Bullseye'

Bic Mechanical Pencils
The colors are great. Never jammed for me. The eraser can be removed to add more lead. I have a few in my school bag, some next to the computer and the rest in drawers. I don't scramble for pens anymore. These are awesome. BIC Mechanical Pencil with Colorful Barrels, Thick Point (0.9 mm), 24 Pencils
It is soo hard to find pencils with a 0.9 mm lead. I HATE 0.7mmm lead because it breaks a lot! These are the best mechanical pencils I have ever had. I have even shared 1/2 of my order with my granddaughter in North Carolina...she is 1q2 years-old also LOVES the lead quality for her search a word puzzles! Thank you for offering them to your customers! Marilyn from Rhode Island
I've used these mechanical pencils off and on for more than a year, and I write rather hard compared to most people. 0.9mm lead is the smallest lead tough enough to withstand the force of my writing without repeated breakage, but there is one downside to these pencils that leads me to only buy them in a pinch.
After some time writing, graphite seems to lubricate the mechanism holding the lead. Trying to write becomes much more difficult. The lead pushes back into the pencil, becoming equally if not more annoying as repeated breakages.
My experience has been the same for more than a year. The pencils start out wonderful, but become very hard to use before half the lead is spent. Lighter writers may not experience the same issues.
I am so glad that we found these 0.9mm pencils for my 6 year old son. He loves to draw and hates to sharpen pencils. We tried 0.5mm & 0.7mm mechanical pencils and their leads are just too weak or they poke through the paper. This 0.9mm lead is the perfect width for my budding artist. To make it more fun for my son, we also got the squishy grip and the monkey eraser heads. I highly recommend it!
I have been looking for inexpensive mechanical pens that has thicker leads primarily for use by my kids. Most mechanical pencils are 0.5mm and 0.7mm thick which are too thin, they usually poke a hole on the paper. These are closer to the wooden pencils that they usually use everyday. My kids love to open the sharpener compartment to look how much shaves they make. They throw it to the trash but they make a lot of mess. And for 24 pcs, it is a 5-star value.
They have white eraser on the opposite tip and equipped with a pocket clip. Assorted colors.'

Swiss Quartz
First time buyer for this brand. Very happy with it... looks better in person than on photo. Very well made/on time performance/trendy. Will continue to shop this brand even if I ran out of space to store them. Akribos XXIV Women's AKR431SS Diamond stainless Swiss Quartz Floating Watch
I thought this watch would overwhelm my small (5.5-inch) wrist, but it's perfect. Contrary to the measurement shown in one of the photos, the diameter of the watch is less than 3.5 cm. Like the other reviewer said, it looks great in person.
If you want to choose Akribos XXIV watch in part because it carries a warranty, please be warned that Akribos XXIV does not honor its warranty. It's been 1 year since I made a request for warranty replacement and I still have not received a response. I understand nobody's perfect, but not backing up your products is unacceptable.
EVEN THOUGH I'VE RETURNED THE FIRST WATCH ORDERED TO AMAZON, I HAVE ANOTHER ON THE WAY. NOT REALIZING A SPECIAL WINDER WAS REQUIRED FOR AN AUTOMATIC WATCH, THE FIRST DAY IT STOPPED RUNNING REPEATEDLY. AMAZON OR THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD NOTE THIS ITEM IS REQUIRED, OR AT LEAST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THIS WATCH IS SO BEAUTIFUL, I WOULD WEAR IT AS A BRACELET RATHER THAN GIVE IT UP ON FIRST TRY. AMAZON HAS MADE THIS RETURN SO EASY, AND I'LL HAVE ANOTHER IN TWO DAYS.
I love this watch! I get at least one compliment every time I wear it! The face is a little bigger than a quarter and being able to see all the inner happenings is always intriguing! As an Engineer, I think its perfect!!
This watch broke just outside of the return window. I'd had is a little over two months. I think it's a gorgeous looking timepiece, but it's not at all resilient. It can't handle normal day-to-day wear, it seems. I bought it because I work in an art museum and there's no clocks in the galleries. I wanted something that would look "artsy" with a little sophistication. This looked right, but its performance is all wrong.'

High Definition - hard drive, cable
I took to heart the previous reviews, cautioning that one of the connectors was 90 degrees and pointing upwards. Exactly what I needed for my Dell. The cable I got had straight connectors on both ends! With a very sharp kink on the cable the cover closed with a push and the drive runs. However, I will not be surprised if the cable fails. My guess is a wrong cable was mailed. The cable is called on the shipping slip SATA18RA1 (RA=right angle?). The bag itself has only single marking (0.5 m = ca. 18 inches as advertised). There is no good way was the person pulling the order to know if it is an angled connector or not except to know the merchandise an look. I will see if I can return it, but at the price of the cable and cost of shipping and hassle, this seems hardly worth it. Even this review is costing me more time than is the cost of the cable. Still, I use other people's reviews, so I thought I would return the favor. StarTech 18in SATA to Right Angle SATA Serial ATA Cable (SATA18RA1)
When buying this cable, note that one end has a 90 degree angled plug. This can be either an advantage or problem depending on the available space in your machine. In my case it made connecting two adjacent cables somewhat challenging.
As the title suggests. However, be mindful of where you're using the cable in your computer. The right angle end of the SATA cable is built in a way where the cable will be directed downwards when inserted properly. So theoretically, if you're inserting the right angle end of the cable into a hard drive that's placed in the bottom of your computer and faces the computer cover (such as the Dell XPS 420), then the cable will need to loop upwards towards the other SATA insert, which will create tension to the wiring when placing the cover back in place. That's not the manufacturer's fault, of course, but again, be careful.
The system did not recognize the drive with this cable. I had to borrow the DVD cable to get the drive recognized. Also, the right angle connector in the cable was backwards for the WD drive due to the drive's position in the bay. I wish there was a warning about this somewhere.
Required when you add a "bare bones" internal SATA disc drive. I believe most PCs lack a data plug for a second drive. My PC had an extra power plug so I didn't need a separate power cable. Worked with no problems.
I bought two of these along with 2x Samsung Internal Half Height DVD-W Supermulti SATA 22X Lightscribe. They are perfect in size to reach from any drive to the motherboard. Everything works fine and fast. The way it should be. If you buy a burner you'll need these since very few come with any cables at all.
I was fully aware of the 90 degree plug on one end and actually ordered it for that reason. I wanted to plug it into my DVD drive at the top of my case so a 90 degree plug sounded like a great idea. The issue is, the 90 degree plug is upside down. It is designed to go from the bottom of the case up, not the top of the case down. It still worked, I just had to essentially put it in upside down, but at 18 inches it was plenty long enough anyway.
Just something you should keep in mind when ordering. Otherwise it is a great cable and either way it's worth the $1-$2 you pay for it.
I never got to install the connector into my PC. Since it was to be used to connect a second hard disk drive, space was going to be a factor. However, I ran into one unexpected difficulty. One end of the connector is at a right angle to the rest of the wire. It can only be installed one way into the hard drive. This would have the right angle positioning the cable up, and into the cover panel; that is I could not put the cover back if I installed the cable's right angle side into the hard drive. If I tried to install the right angle side on the motherboard connector, it was blocked by one of the small electronic parts on the motherboard, and would not connect. I purchased a cable with straight connectors on both ends and returned this connector to Amazon for a full refund. The new cable installed easily and works fine. I expect the original cable would have worked if it would have fit; the difficulty was due to my mistake, or inexperience, in not being aware of the potential problem in the first place. - Cable - Hard Drive - Sata - Sata Cables'

Therapy Skills - trigger points, pain relief
Just the right size, however they have a larger one that's almost life size. I got mine to help identify more of the lessor known muscles when I'm weight training. Just taped it on the wall and it has been in place for months without slipping. It is exactly what you'd expect and as advertised. The only fault would be because it is so detailed the naming of the muscles is a bit close spaced and I wish it was a tad bigger text, but my eye sight isn't that great. Muscular System Anatomical Chart Laminated
After much hunting, I decided on this poster as a gift to a trainer at the gym I workout at. He, and his colleagues, were very happy with it. I also saw it at the physical therapist center my mother attends. No regrets!
This was a Christmas gift for my teenager who has interest in Muscular System, what a great tool. He has this chart up in his room and refers to it daily. It has also been a point of reference for other members in our household. Example my younger daughter was feeling pain in her calf muscles, upon visiting the orthopedist she knew how to communicate her ailment. It looks great in his room too. Yes he also has Rugby posters and a Rugby banner. - Pain Relief - Therapy Skills - Trigger Points'
