Double Pleat
Received these Wednesday, 13 April 2011. They are slightly looser than the 40 size ordered and the waist extenders are not engaged. They look very good and the fabric has a nice feel. The fabric is not light weight cotton, having a dense weave, and thicker than denim. Once I have worn them on my trip, I will update their performance, and feel in the tropics.
After washing, the pleat virtually disappeared, and the fabric took on a softer appearance and feel. Further, the cotton material did shrink approximately one-inch and caused the waist expanders to engage. The rear pockets are too small to handle a three-inch by four-inch long wallet, without turning it sideways; inconvenient design. The fabric became silky against the skin and was comfortable for wear in the mid-80's. The dense weave does not permit easy air flow and may be problematic at higher temperatures. Stability Ball
I got this ball to use as a chair to bounce my baby while I am holding him and at the computer desk. I think it is excellent and has helped with better posture without any thought. I also end up doing some excerises on it, just because it is there. It does not have the ultra shiny surface as is noted in the picture. Also, it is a pretty standard size I believe and is not too tall for me. I can sit comfortably, with my knees at 90 degrees and I am 5'4". As for the reviewers that are not impressed with the pump: well, I don't care. I don't plan on deflating and inflating this thing again and again. TKO Anti Burst Fitness Stability Ball (65cm)
The ball makes a fantastic "active" office/computer chair, at an extremely affordable price. I'm on it 6-8 hrs/day, and my back and legs feel better than with any other office chair I've used. I'm never going back!
I purchased this 65mm TKO ball after seeing Spri balls promoted on tv as a good alternative for an office chair. I wasn't sure how much I'd like it, but wanted to make working at my desk more physical and for $15 it wasn't much of an investment - far cheaper than my leather chair. I've been sitting on the ball between four and six hours per day for two weeks now and it's holding up well. There hasn't been any leakage in that time and the ball is very stable to sit on. Even on a glossy tile floor, there's no fear of it rolling out from under me.
Sitting at a desk for long hours, my tailbone often gets sore, even with those u-shaped pillows, which isn't the case when sitting on the ball, nor is lower back pain an issue. I've found that sitting on the ball seems to promote proper posture or rather it discourages anything but. You can't sit on it lazily. Crouching will lead to upper back discomfort and possible neck soreness rather quickly. But, I guess that's why it's better for you, to make you use more muscles and make sitting more active. It might be best to ease into it, rather than going nearly cold turkey like I've been.
Regarding the complaints that a few others have had with the ball being smaller than advertised or lopsided, I believe that's a result of a failure to fully inflate the ball. The ball is made of very tough, but flexible material that I imagine would be a pain to fully inflate with the small hand-pump that's included. Even with an electric pump that we bought to inflate our portable matress, it took a good ten to 15 minutes to inflate to the 25" diameter recommended by the manufacture. The ball may appear fully inflated at only 21" diameter, but there will still be a few creases giving away that it's not. And, because you're not just filling the cavity with air, but also having to expand the strong rubber shell, that last 4" seemed to take as much time to inflate as the first 21", though I spent more time at the end measuring to ensure the ball didn't over-inflate, so the time could be deceptive. Once fully inflated, the ball doesn't appear remotely unbalanced or asymmetrical, nor was mine smaller than advertised.
If I can ever get conditioned to sitting up straight for long periods, this should prove a great investment. Regardless, for a ball this large and durable, $15 is a great value. compared to many others.
Update:
After months of use, I haven't needed to add more air, even once. I've used this ball as a chair, as an excercise component, and my neice and nephew have enjoyed putting it through a more vigorous testing of bouncing on it more abusively and it's still holding air extremely well. The upper back soreness I previously mentioned had less to do with posture and more to due with a 9000 mile motorcycle trip I took the year before. I've had minor upper-back problems, generated from my years in gymnastics and many more carrying heavy loads in construction. It seems it was past time for an alignment.
There's nothing wrong with this fitness ball except that it's NOT 65cm. It's 55cm. They should take out their tape measure. So, it's fine for smaller frames, but if you're looking for something larger, it's not your product. Of course, now I don't trust the advertising. I mean, this thing even says "65" on the ball and it's just wrong.
I purchased this ball for exercise. I'm a fairly large woman and was a little worried that it wouldn't support me. This worry was unfounded. It works wonderfully and I was surprised at the ease of the exercise and the type of workout it provided. Surprisingly, I really feel like it is a good workout. It's also fun to use along with music. I was disappointed in the pump which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I actually used an electric pump with mine so it wasn't an issue. If you are not very good at exercising, and not sure where to start, this is a great tool to get you started. I'm happy to say it's working for me. The ball also looked very much like the one pictured.
The ball seems like a very nice, high quality fitness ball, but TKO has an inventory problem -- as others have mentioned.
I ordered a 65cm ball. The box it came in says 65cm, the ball has a sticker on it that says 65cm, but I measured it after inflating and it's definitely NOT a 65cm ball: it's a 55cm ball, which is one size down. I've re-measured it several times to confirm, and will be returning the product since it's too small for me.
I'll find another vendor to order my 65cm ball from, since I can't trust TKO to send me the correct size next time, either. Definitely a disappointment.

This really is a pretty ring. I wore it almost nonstop for a few months at least. But perhpas because I rarely took it off, the ring is no longer circular or even oblong. You can't tell when it's on because the Celtic design covers the top of my finger. But when you take it off and set it down, it's clear that the ring has gotten squeezed at various points out of its circular shape. Granted, I rarely took it off for those several months I was wearing it. Then again, I wasn't lifting weights while the thing was on either. So take this particular negative aspect as you will. Ultimately, for the price and the rare larger sizes, I don't regret my purchase at all.
I was surprised because of some of the reviews on here mention how the ring is not overwhelming on small hands, I thought with my large hands it would be underwhelming. I ordered a size 13 and it fits perfectly and actually it looks good on my hands. Thanks to my dad, no matter how small I have gotten, my hands have always been big (grrrrrr) and this ring still looks good. It's not too big, but it's not too dainty either. The quality is good and it arrived very quickly.

I purchased the Watt's Up meter to monitor large batteries powering telescopes, associated computers, heaters and lights. This is in an outdoor environment subject to cold and moisture. Follow the instructions and be prepared to be delighted. Perhaps one of the few items on the market which delivers exactly what it is designed to do. Because my application is at night, I wish it had a backlight, but that's not a major problem. My astronomy gear is expensive, portable and uses DC power. The Watt's Up allows me to see what my electronics are really doing in the field, compared to what the manufactors say they are suppose to do. That means early warning for batteries, heaters, internal components (computers, motors and chip sets) and in the environment they are used. I purchased this meter after learning about it on a few of the solar power forums on the net. I am using it to monitor a small home solar power system. So far I am very pleased. I especially like the fact that it will measure amps and watts over time, along with minimum voltage and peak currents. I would say it is indispensable for maintaining or tuning a small solar set up. I have only been using it for a few days but if it lasts I am very pleased. The 60 amp limit is a real plus.
This device is being used as an eBike power monitor. It's very easy to install and works exactly as advertised. Shows instantaneous Volts, Amps,and Watts. After a ride, it shows the total energy used in WattHours, and the peak current and power used during the ride, as well as the minimum battery voltage. Extremely useful for monitoring battery consumption and condition. It will not quantitatively display regenerated current but it does show the rise in battery voltage during regenerative braking. Excellent product; excellent price.
I was very concerned seeing that it had 14AWG wire for up to 100A peak. But I tested it at about 53A for several hours and I had no problem with the wire size. I did find that when the unit warmed up the LCD screen was basically unreadable... I directed a small fan on the unit (actually it was the exhaust fan of the invereter it's attached to) and that cooled the unit and made the LCD readable again. Fantastic device! Highly recommended. FYI, this one has limited Amp-Hour limit but much higher Watt-Hour limit. Check out their website for why they believe Watt-Hour is better than Amp-Hour. [...]

I bought this as a gift for my mom on Mother's Day. The necklace is beautiful and very elegant looking. I probably wear it more than my mom does because I love it so much!
The only thing I would change about the product is the size. The picture of the necklace is kind of misleading and it looks like it would bigger. I would say the cat is about one inch or so in length. I personally prefer my pendants to be larger, but the piece is just so nice and I can look past that. Cute cover - got it to protect my leather steering wheel from excessive wear. It's cooler in the summer, and warmer in the winter, than the actual steering wheel. It matches my other Ed Hardy accessories (CD holder, trash baggie). I'm sure it's going to show heavier wear within a year, but it was priced well enough that I can replace it then without feeling too bad.
I have the steering wheel cover, floor mats, seat covers, and even a trash bag in this style. Lately I've been feeling that a lot of people have this set where I live and would like a set that is more upbeat instead of saying that "Love Kills Slowly." However, its a great product and I would recommend it.
I needed a steering wheel cover, that was semi-girly and wouldn't embarass my teenage son who borrows my car! This was a perfect match. It is also really soft on my hands, which are really sensitive!
The cover itself feels and looks great. My biggest issue was trying to get in on the wheel. The product description says that it fits most wheels 14.5"-15.5" in diameter. The wheel of my car is 14.5" and it took me more than 20min of strenuous struggling and pulling to get it on. I doubt whether it'll fit 15.5" wheels. Getting it off will be another issue.

The delivery was on time and the quality of the product is what was expected from Hanes. These boxer briefs are comfortable and stay in position all day long. After a few washes, the fit around legs loosens a bit but for the price, works for me!
They've cheapened the way that they "comb" the cotton and these are not nearly as soft as they used to be. In fact, they actually are abrasive in the groin area which is extremely frustrating in hot weather. Hane's, you suck!

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has had his fair share of battles in the wrestling ring. He was also a part of the Miami Hurricanes football team. He combines the giant ego of "The Rock" in WWE and his football skills to create Joe Kingman, a pro football player who's got everything but a championship ring. He even has something that he doesn't know he has--a daughter. On top of his game, his ego crashes hard when young Peyton (Madison Pettis) shows up at his front door. Never having any sort of responsibilities before, Kingman tries to juggle his football career, his high profile lifestyle and his new daughter. All the while his agent, a devilishly funny Kyra Sedgwick, tries to figure out if little Peyton is the real deal, or just another opportunist trying to get her hands on a piece of the Kingman pie. Will Kingman get his priorities straight, or will he succumb to the fast and easy lifestyle his lived for so long?
Rosalyn Sanchez heads up a solid supporting cast of actors and actresses who you may not be familiar with (excepting Morris Chesnut, playing a solid father-figure teammate). The story is generic and highly unoriginal, but the solid performances of the entire cast and the wholesome, family-geared direction make this story more than worthy of four stars. Everybody, even the quasi-villain Sedgwick, is likeable. Johnson shows his singing chops that wrestling fans will already be familiar with. He also has that million-dollar smile that lights up the screen. Young Pettis steals most of her scenes, even though she could be accused of boosting the sugar content a bit too much at times. Johnson's teammates are also enjoyable to watch on the screen. Their chemistry with Johnson, each other and with young Pettis is great.
If you long for the days of sugary Disney live-action family features such as the original "Herbie" films and "The Apple Dumpling Gang," "The Game Plan" is a welcome treat. It's a rare family comedy that the entire family will enjoy. Highly recommended. The Game Plan (Widescreen Edition)
The Rock is not a particularly good actor and The Gameplan is a hokey movie. But if you have children like I do, then this movie will pull on all the right heartstrings. There's a bunch of these movies where a child that someone didn't know about comes into their life at just the wrong moment. Things are hard at first, then they get things going smoothly, just to have a final big bump in the road that must be overcome. We all know the plot, but it never hurts to see a movie that reminds you that your kids are the most important thing. Not to mention, my son thought the bulldog in the tutu was hilarious.
The '07 Disney film `The Game Plan' is a predictable but satisfying family film starring the irrepressible Dwayne "Rock" Johnson and adorable little Madison Pettis as newly re-united Father and daughter. Joe Kingman ("Rock") is a superstar professional quarterback just three wins away from an appearance in the Super Bowl when his game plan is suddenly turned upside down when little eight year old Paige (Madison Pettis) appears on his doorstep and claims to be his daughter. Can Joe keep focused on the big prize and cope with instant fatherhood at the same time. If he has any chance to succeed he'll definitely need the right game plan.
No surprises here, just Disney doing what Disney does best, so get the family together and enjoy!
THE GAME PLAN is a hilarious heartwarming family comedy where one of the sports toughest players meets his biggest challenge - his daughter and learning fatherhood. Joe Kingman played by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is preparing for the championship games when his 8-year-old daughter Payton shows up with no notice at his apartment with the news that he has a daughter. When Joe puts all the pieces together with his agent their first concern is his career but as the movie moves on we see Joe's mentality turn from superstar to dad. As he gets closer to the big championship, he gets some quick lessons in being a father and making the difference to the most important fan in his life his daughter.
The movie is the perfect family movie and I give Disney two thumbs up for this one. Dwayne Johnson & Madison Pettis make the perfect father daughter team. It is a classic to add to any family's collection
The GamePlan, featuring the Rock, is a very good movie that can be enjoyed be the entire family. This was a good natured movie that fits perfectly into the Disney catalogue. A family movie with several funny scenes, and a few poignant moments as well. It is becoming harder and harder to find something that is appropriate and enjoyable for kids and adults. Even newer fare, such as the Shrek films, sneak in risque humor that the kids won't understand but the parents can enjoy. This movie never stooped to that. I highly recommend this movie and give it four stars. It reminded me a bit of The Pacifier (Widescreen Edition). Enjoy! - The Rock - Dwayne Johnson - Disney - Disney Channel'

Fellowes - binding machines, fellowes
I am self employed, and need to bind small reports. It works great for small jobs, and is much cheaper than Kinko's! I have over-sized covers, and actually found it really easy to line up the paper and covers. Perfect for my needs. Fellowes Starlet Personal Comb Binder, Gray (Starlet)
I spent hours trying to decide whether or not I should buy the Fellowes Starlet or Fellowes Star binding machine. I couldn't find any reviews on either of them and the only differences I could see by looking at the pictures and specifications were the Starlet can punch 7 pages at a time for a maximum of 90 pages and the Star could punch 10 pages at a time for a maximum of 150 pages. They look like they are the same size and shape other than the handle on the Starlet for punching the pages is on one side and the handle on the Star runs across the machine and connects to both sides (I'm guessing they did this to allow you to use more force while punching through more pages). But my one major question when considering to buy either the Starlet or Star was why does the Starlet only allow you to bind a book up to 90 pages? Couldn't you just buy a bigger spine? I know it would take longer to punch a book with 150 pages only being able to punch 7 pages at a time, but is 7 pages really much different than 10? Well, after deciding to go along with the purchasing the Starlet (since it is 20-40 bucks cheaper) I found out that yes, you can indeed make a book with as many pages as you like.. as long as you are patient enough to punch 7 pages at a time (or less at a time if you don't want to make mistakes punching the holes).
There are two major problems that I found with this machine. One is the handle on the left hand side which is used to open the spines. After making around 5 books the plastic handle split and I couldn't open the spines anymore. I was able to fix this by replacing the plastic handle with a metal one found at a hardware store (but it was inconvenient and cost another $7). The other problem is unless you really take your time feeding the paper into the machine and making the pages line up correctly, you are bound to make mistakes punching the holes. The holes are very close to the edge of the paper, which is why it is easy to make mistakes. It is also a little difficult to feel whether or not you've placed the papers far enough down the slit for punching.
Other than that, there are some good things about this machine listed below:
Pros:
-Smaller than typical comb binding machine (folds up nicely)
-Relatively lightweight
-Has handle for carrying it on the top of the machine
-Has a drawer on the side to carry spines and a guide to tell you which spine size to use
-Has a viewing window to show you when it is time to dump your holes
-Has an adjustable device that allows you to punch in the same spot each time (e.g. you can move it over if you have a cover that is a little bigger than your pages)
Cons:
-Punches 7 pages at a time (less if you don't want to risk making mistakes with the holes)
-Plastic handle for opening spines breaks easily (perhaps the handle on the Star is stronger to allow you to open up bigger spines)

Pneumatic Stapler - staplers, pneumatic stapler
If you run a lot of coax, you need this tool. I install cable television, so needless to say, I run a lot of wire during the day. This tool cuts the time it takes me to run a line almost in half. Instead of hammering in individual staples, just point and shoot. Pretty much the only surfaces it won't staple into are metal, asbestos siding, and concrete/stucco. I only wish it could hold more staples at a time. It's also a little on the pricey side, and I almost didn't buy it because it's so expensive. This stapler works great. I used it for installation of cat5e cable in my attic and it made the running of the cable so much easier. I've run cable in attics before using nail type brackets, a real pain in the "...". This just makes life so much easier.
I put off buying this but gave in when I wanted to run 10 strings of LED XMAS lights around our new fence for night time illumination. Well this bad boy is just what one needs to quickly staple up wiring. I have also used it for CAT 5 wiring in the basement and a co-worker used it for coax TV cable. Yes it is a bit pricey but it works great and the finished look it very nice. Both black and white plastice staples are available.
